This is a great place to live. Me and my family have been a resident for a year plus and we havent had a single worry or complain. I love how peaceful and clean the community is, with everyone minding their business. The guys at the leasing office are all great and very helpful whenever you need them. The maintenance response is very fast, the community is clean, what you see in their website is exactly what you get. So if you are looking for a safe, clean and a beautiful community to live in this area, this is one of the best.
I have really enjoyed living at 2370 Main at Sugarloaf. My apartment is beautiful, and I feel like this company did a great job of making sure that they made great use of the square footage in the apartment. I love my office nook especially since Ive been working from home because of COVID. I live in the 656 Square foot one bedroom, but I feel like I have ample amount of space and storage to be comfortable. I love that my laundry room was able to fit a full-sized washer and dryer and that there are additional racks inside of the laundry room to store my detergent and other items. I was also impressed that this apartment has a small storage unit on the patio. I remember when this community was being built and Im happy that Ive had the luxury of being a resident. I also love that I am within walking distance of two grocery stores, a nail salon, and a wax salon. There is also a plaza in front of the complex where you can grab a quick bite to eat. Lastly, we are less than 10 min away from I-85 which is very convenient since I often have to drive to Atlanta and other cities in the metro area. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
So far so good. My fiance and i love these apartments. We literally feel like we are living in a hotel minus the free breakfast in the morning lol. Theres a package room, fitness center, huge pool, huge dog park, ample amount of parking spots, little areas to walk your dog or even take a walk with friends or significant other. If you dont want to use the fitness center or on site dog park, there is a dog park and fitness center literally on the same street. We are on the third-fourth floor and we love our view especially in the morning. The view is so refreshing and such a different atmosphere. Clubhouse is big enough to have friends and family come and work (with you of course). The leasing office staff is 101% helpful and we have felt welcomed since. They keep up with the community board and actually answers the phone. The best thing about this apartment is it is near everything like food, hair salons, fitness centers, dog parks, grocery stores right outside the apartment, and etc. We love the entrance gates to the building instead of the entire neighborhood, it saves time and doesnt build a long line of cars. We can see ourselves here for a while. I would not hesitate to come look at the apartment yourself. Our apartment: not every apartment has it but our apartment has the nest thermometer, custom closet, alarm system, and espresso cabinets. The bathroom shower is literally a mirror of a hotel bathroom. Also, if you are looking at the negative reviews, dont. They are reviews based off the persons actions or thoughts not the community or leasing office i promise. The pictures on the site DOES the actual apartment justice. I will update my review on this apartment in a year or once i move out.
Do not move here if you don’t have to! The headache is not worth the price! If I could give them zero stars I would.1. Every time you turn on the heat be prepared to call maintenance to fix the air. The air will no longer work & blows out room temperature air.2. HUGE bug problem. Roaches live in the walls, silverfish are everywhere, there are spiders and I’ve even found huge centipedes in my unit.3. They will racially profile you. My husbands company took a hit due to Covid. We went through a company to get rent assistance. When they tried to turn in the check to pay our rent the office manager refused to accept it, stating she felt like it was fraudulent. Once we filed to go to court she accepted it. The next month we were a little late but still willing to pay the rent with all of the late fees. She was very rude & nasty to him & stated even if we paid she was filing eviction & we needed to leave, which is against the law.4. They nickel & dime you. Your rent is considered late on the 2nd day! It’s a $250 late fee. They charge for package lockers & most likely packages get delivered to your door. They charge for pest control but bugs are everywhere. In addition, there’s about 10 added on fees to your rent.5. The hallways are disgusting. They reek of dog urine & marijuana and there is trash juice everywhere6. When we moved in my husband qualified for the rent on his own so we didn’t think I needed to fill out anything. Eventually we found out I had to which wasn’t a problem. The problem came into play when they charged us an extra $85 for the application fee then lost my application & had the audacity to ask me to redo it.7. Their communication is terrible. They barely answer the phone in the leasing office.Save yourself the headache! Find somewhere else to live. The pictures online and the model unit is gorgeous but the actual units are a nightmare.
I had a great experience here, the staff is amazing great customer service. Mayra, Sarah and Vanessa are so helpful and kind. Their manager Jaci as well young lady was so much help, she was so understanding about my situation and made sure the situation I was having was solved in a timely manner. anything you see with a bad review for them is always a mad and rude customer. knowing how the staff is they are always trying to help. I would highly recommend my family or friends to come here it is a great place to live in.
Heights at Sugarloaf are gorgeous apartments - all new, updated, clean, and have interior access. Amenities (when actually open) were great, especially the pool/grill. The complex is fairly quiet (I was in Building 3) and is in a great location – walking distance to Sprouts, Hollywood Feed, Chipotle, ect. Very dog-friendly complex as well. There is a new management team (switched from Worthing Group to Alliance Residential) and while the communications during COVID were great, they lack in communication otherwise. I never got a move-out checklist or did a move-out walk-through; it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of the leasing office via email or phone. The leasing office isn’t easy to reach, and when you can actually get a hold of them, they seem annoyed and rushed. My hope is that they settle in and adjust so the communication between staff and residents can improve. My advice would be to rent a unit far away from the metal gates – they tend to slam shut and it’s pretty loud. Other than that, I had a good living experience at Heights at Sugarloaf.
Long overdue review... I would not recommend this complex to anyone! I lived here for about 10 months and was able to get out of my lease early mid June due to maintenance issues. I had several requests come back as unfixable and was basically just told to deal with it. In specific, there was an air conditioning unit directly outside my window that was loudly ringing for MONTHS keeping me awake at night. Was never fixed or resolved despite my numerous attempts. For more details of other issues, read below. When I toured, I was told the model was in similar size and style to the apartment I was interested in but not able to see yet. I trusted the leasing agent and was VERY disappointed upon move in. The one bedroom was the tiniest Ive ever lived in and I had expected white cabinets because of the model but that is not what I got. The quality of the apartments is terrible for what they charge- the cabinets were literally peeling off inside and out. Not to mention I was told by a leasing agent I could not complete a move in inspection to document any of the damages.New management came in recently and I was hopeful that they would turn this place around but it does not seem that way. Wont name any names but I was shocked at the lack of professionalism with someone from management when I was discussing my move out. I was relaying what was spoken about with previous management and was basically hung up on mid conversation when we were going back and forth about what would be honored. I can tell that she was frustrated and didnt want to continue the conversation. That staff member abruptly said that someone had come into the leasing office that she needed to help when I believe everyone was working remote and the office was closed. I sent an email to the front office stating that I have proof to let me out of my lease early and that I will contact property management if it is not resolved to which I got a call back from that same staff member shortly after. Overall, stay away!!
I’ve lived here for almost two years, and it was a decent experience in the beginning. Initially I lived in a 1bd/1b but needed to upgrade to a 2bd/2b. The management team they had when I moved in was awesome. Anytime we had an issue it was resolved quickly. They’ve since changed management and the new team is just awful! We paid a deposit to move into our new space in February, we didn’t move into that space until mid April. The new apartment was rushed together and you could tell. The window shutters were broken, the towel racks were broken, the ceiling fan in our master bedroom was broken, and I had a leak that sent my bill through the roof, and I actually still have this problem. I had to record a 14 minute video to prove that I did INDEED have a leak in one of our bathrooms. Which they claimed to had fixed initially. The breaker box in the apartment was broken. My power would just randomly shut off and it took them a few weeks to fix this issue. Initially they told me to “just switch it back on” which was so unprofessional. After complaining so much they finally came out to fix it. My monthly bill has increased almost $100 over the past few months and they refuse to do anything about it! I’ve been calling about pest control (which is billed into your monthly statement) for 5 months. Everytime I call they put me on this “magical list” of tenants that need it but they never show up! I recently received an email about curtains I had installed on my patio, stating that I was breaking policy and needed to remove them or I would be fined 25/day. Their reason is because they need to keep up curbside appeal. My problem isn’t about having to remove the curtains. But because of all the other issues they conveniently overlook but have the nerve to email tenants about their curbside appeal. They don’t clean they hallways, and they smell all the time. The light fixtures are filled with bugs and the walls have visible webs on them. They don’t actually provide any of the services they say they do when promoting the apartments; and that’s been a thing even before COVID. I wish I could rate them 0/0. They are the absolute worst! The management team is horrible. They’re rude and can care less to resolve issues. When voicing your concerns and problems with you unit you can tell that they are a bit annoyed with the conversation. I truly dislike having to deal with any of them. But I’ve had enough.
I have absolutely loved living here at The Heights, the staff at the community as been so helpful and vigilant during COVID-19. They have gone above and beyond in doing what’s best for the community, the property is gorgeous and well maintained and definitely live up to the luxury apartment name. If you’re in the market for a new place to call home I’d definitely recommend scheduling a tour with one of the leasing agents, they are both so kind and welcoming making sure to find the perfect apartment for you. I’ve only been here a couple months but it’s the best place I’ve lived at by far, can’t wait to establish roots here at the best property I’ve lived on yet
Ive been living here for over a month now, and I absolutely love my apartment! I had the pleasure of Mrs. Beverly helping me find the perfect unit that would fit my needs. She is such a jewel, and she went above and beyond to make the process of moving here easy. All of the staff that I have met here are amazing, and I can honestly say Ive never received such great customer service from any apartment like I have from the Heights at Sugarloaf. Everything is clean and quiet for the most part. I absolutely love my view of the pool!!!! I already tell people to check the Heights at Sugarloaf out!!!
We have had three different management companies since moving here in May, 2020. Besides the lack of communication while transferring to different management companies, building five has a bug problem. We have been trying to get this figured out since we moved in this unit. There’s silverfish everyday, sometimes multiple times per day. My roommate and I keep a clean apartment and have cleaners come biweekly. Pest control comes and although we tell them the problem they are not spraying for the silver fish issue. They show up in the tub, the closet, and in our beds. We had maintenance seal the floor boards since there were cracks and it still hasn’t fixed the issue. If you move in ask for a different building without a big issue.
Please do not live here unless you have to. The management is out to nickel and dime you as much as they can. I have had horrible experiences with the management and finance teams. When their online rental payment system has had errors it works in their favor to charge you $250 late fees if you are even 1 DAY late. Be careful if you decide to live here and read the contract closely.
5 Stars! Ive been very pleased living at The Heights. By far, it has been one of the best residential experiences in Suwanee. All maintenance requests have been promptly remedied. About 3 weeks ago the water would not shut off in the shower and I had to leave immediately to avoid being late. Called the emergency number and had a return call within 3 minutes! Steve has been a wonderful manager and other staff members have also been very receptive. Keep up the good work guys!
They collected my down payment, and then ran a hard check on my credit report. The report cleared indicating a financially sound and law abiding individual, unfortunately management rejected my application. Okay, I get the underlined problem as a black person in America but can somebody explain to me why they had to run another credit check to trigger a refund? They claimed that they were not able to refund me without running a second credit check. Im getting the refund but it will take approximately 30 days to hit my account evethough I used my bank card. FYI, the management company, GREYSTAR, that runs these apartments has a rating of only 2 according google.
Overall it has been an ok apartment complex, although the maintenance and repairs is SUCH a problem! We have put in multiple work orders- almost none have been responded to. They only have two people on their entire maintenance team and it seems as though one of them is always on vacation, so maintenance requests are not answered or prioritized. We pay for an apartment with washer and dryer, although the washer was so old and worn down it flooded/broke within 2 months of being here. We have been without a washer for over a week. I have spoken to maintenance and the front office multiple times regarding this and they just seem to put it on the backburner and are not making any moves to fix our washer. Having a good maintenance team can really change a living experience- the Heights needs to hire more people for their maintenance team.*** Editing this to say that as soon as I posted this review we received a new washer within a few hours! Thank you Heights at Sugarloaf!
I’ve been living here for about a month now and I love it! The apartment is amazing and management is great. Ms. Beverley is really sweet. She literally made my application process go smoothly. Eric is another staff member, who is super friendly. So far I am happy with my decision to move here!!
Strongly recommend you looking for other apartments. Don’t waste your money here !!!The Heights at Sugarloaf must be the worst I have ever lived1. Noise. People living below my room constantly enjoy music with ear splitting volume. No help though I asked leasing office to solve the issue. Nor did I even receive any replies.2. Bugs. Horrible... lot of cockroaches and various bugs.3. Dirty. Totally no idea why there is no cleaning. As a result, trashes are scattered around.Honestly, even one star I don’t want to give...
The service I have experienced at this property is absolutely amazing. carylon Truly takes you under her wings and give us impeccable customer service From beginning to end- therefore you never have to question anything about your move-in process. I have been living at this property for six months and I can say I’m satisfied with the staff. Beverly, will have you in the office laughing as you come to pick up your package. Nelson is amazing when it comes to your facility needs always answers when you need him. And last but not least Tracy. she creates a welcoming culture within the neighborhood and genuinely cares about your experience here.
Not sure why there are so many one-star ratings. Living at the Heights for the last 6 months so far has been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The living room is spacious, the bedroom closet space is massive, and the kitchen is super updated. I get free coffee every day, free breakfast three times a week, and optional laundry service even. I must drink three cups of coffee a day. I’m an addict! Plus, the staff Steve and Gillian are warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to with all my questions answered. I had a water leak from the washer and rain water leaking in from the balcony outside. Both issues were addressed quickly and reliably by Nelson and the other staff members. There’s covered parking and car washing available. Some don’t like that there’s no gate at the front, but I love it. Makes it super easy and fast and to get in and out. The gates are on each individual apartment building, which is better I think. The layout of the parking lot isn’t confusing like other apt complexes. It also has an urban feel in a suburb location by being walking distance to several great tasting restaurants. There’s also a discount at those places by living at the Heights. If you’re a tennis player, make note that there isn’t a court available. It’s somewhat pricey rent, but you get quality in return. The Heights has been fantastic all around and I recommend other prospective tenants to come live here.
I’ve lived here for almost two months. Everyone in the office seems nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is the NASTY DIRTY hallways in building four. When I first moved in, it wasn’t like this, after seeing the hallways dirty for a while I called to the office and they stated that they try and keep the hallways clean. But nothing changed. It’s very embarrassing and degrading coming home and inviting family over and the filth meets them at the gate entrance. If I could break my lease I would because of this issue.
The place itself is awesome. I love the features, detailing and clean location with lots of near by goodies. The staff needs a lot of work. You can tell they mainly train them on getting leases but not with other skills such as follow through service and info. So once you sign you have to stay on top of everything yourself. It’s horrible and has the potential to cost you delays and money. Trust me, speaking from experience. It devalues the entire business actually. It’s a really nice place with 5 star amenities, but the service is on the low ghetto and cheap. Management really needs to step up their game.
Run if at all possible. Im glad I didnt get an apartment here!!! They rush you out of the office and dont even try to help you. All the hispanic lady said was “we lease these fast so you need to make your decision ” the prices are high as is, customer service is horrible. Their prices are crazy high and i overheard another resident complaining about fees that were increased or something like that.
Stephanie DeMartino is a perfect example of a 5-Star leasing agent. She provided us with nothing less than excellent customer service and follow-up. We were going to take an apt at the Heights that was a little out of our price range, but Stephanie assured us that if we took it, she would notify us if one became available with the original price range and features we wanted . Sure enough before our move-in date, one became available and Stephanie called us to switch apts. We ended up with the exact apartment and price that we wanted. This is true customer service. Putting the customer first. I would recommend her and the complex to anyone looking for affordable luxury apts.
JOKE! looks like luxury but wait till you move in and see and hear the poor quality. Apartments are very cheaply made can hear neighbors above below left and right of you sneeze. cheap breakfast 3x week if they remember. coffee machine is always empty. only 1 computer works. the grill is always out of order. laundry room is never avail only 4 machines. to pay your rent online its $41 fee.
So to start, the reason why I gave this a 2 star is because the complex is super nice and the management staff was as helpful as they could be.The reason why its not 5 is because my girlfriend and I had a move in date around September 5th. The representative we spoke with understood and acknowledged this and basically told us that if we filled out our application for the August 5th move in date and she couldnt find us something for September 5th, that we would get a full refund of everything. That was not the case. She came back with the date that I could find myself on the website and it seemed like she didnt really do much looking for it. On top of that as soon as I told her that was out of our price point, she told us there was no refund for the application process. Now I understand it perfectly, because I signed on the dotted line, however, the staff member there was not honest nor trustworthy, so Id be careful on who you speak with and dont be fooled, because once the applications go in, there is no turning back. $170 down the drain, because we were told one thing and then ended up not holding up their end.
We have been here almost a year now, when we first moved in we were promised so much like 24 hour security, breakfast m-f, discounts at all the establishments close by, maid service, etc. We moved in and it looked like our unit was rushed together, the island drawer broke as soon as we opened it, there was paint all over the tub and toilets, the floor boards were buckling and there was a white substance over the living room floor. I got married after we moved in and they would not give us an extra gate card for the building, which wasnt a big deal except for the 1st 6 months the gate box did not work so my son would have to wait until someone opened the gate after school, and one night my pregnant wife couldnt get in after she went to get something from the car and I had taken the gate card with me as i would be in late. When she called maintenance they told her it was not an emergency and she needed to wait for someone to open the gate, mind you its after midnight on a school night and our son is in the apt alone. There have been car break ins, the water in the sinks and refrigerators by the pool didnt work until recently, breakfast is only 3 days a week and consist of a bagel and cream cheese when it was supposed to be a gourmet chef cooking. I have never seen security. The office is less than helpful, and spiders and ants take refuge in the apts and when you call they only spray the room they were in which of course they just pop up somewhere else and its a never ending cycle. We only get discounts at like 3 places and as if the rent wasnt already over priced they just sent out notices of new ownership and a rent increase. They say they put gates on the building for better security but so far its been a pain in the ass and does nothing to prevent the random people from walking through the parking lot breaking into cars. And The inconvenient construction that goes on sometimes is ridiculous, the sprinklers are facing the wall way and come on in the morning when people leave for work and the evening when they come home, and one is pointed directly at my bedroom window and it sounds like something is constantly being thrown at the glass. And even though we were told we wouldnt hear the train the walls are paper thin so it sounds like its in the house at night. Yes the apts are nice and modern but they are overpriced and you dont get your moneys worth.
Moved in here with my spouse a year ago at the time of establishment, Anita, our leasing agent, was very friendly and informative throughout our whole stay at the apartment. We love the apartment and its amenities which was kind of the sole reason we moved in here. The first couple of months when was very peaceful and cozy, after that short period of time there were constant renovations around the complex which created a very inconvenient experience, thats understandable. However, what we cannot tolerate is the professionalism of the office staff ranging from the top to bottom. The maintenance workers always give a very uncomfortable stares to residents and check out my visited girlfriends from head to toes. What even stranger is that they join the residents at breakfast table, which I dont know if Steve finds this very appropriate and comfortable. The girls in the leasing office, besides browsing through their instagram feeds, should continue their education in hospitality (Except Anita). They do not know how to talk/greet residents and provide any response, on top they try to display themselves like one of the Kardashian sisters. And the Office Manager, Stevviee. Who hired this guy? Oh man! If youre a residents of any color, he will give you a very strange examination look from head to toes. I witness a mature Korean lady who was trying to ask him a question, but he just turned around and completely ignored her and dispensed his needed caffeine. When it comes to service request, this guy would not respond for at least 2-3 days. I remember the time when he set the lawn water sprinkler right point directly at the apartment gate entrance, had to give him a call so I didnt get water down. This guy would go on to try to guard the breakfast table making sure nobody takes more than ONE yoghurt or bagel. What is the definition of petty? I just wanna give you guys my 2 cents. The place is NICE!!! But consider twice when it comes to the price and make sure you dont talk to Steve.
I had the pleasure of working and speaking with Mr. Harvey he was very helpful and very informative. There was not one question he couldnt answer for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with him and looking forward to taking the next steps. Thanks again Mr. Harvey.
Ive been living here for one month and its been really great experience since then...All the staff is great and helpful, but I really recommend Beverly, she helped me through all the application and moving process so it was easy and fast; also everytime I had any question she is always there to explain everything in the most simple and smiley way!
LARGE HIDDEN FEES! Be careful they will charge you for THEIR use of electricity. Came to see the empty apartment and all the lights, fan were running. AC was set to run day and night on FULL blast 69 degrees. On moving not only did they charge me for THEIR use (large bill), but on top of that there is a $50 penalty charge. Unbelieve they are able to get away with this.On separate note the day i came in for information, i overheard another resident complaining of getting charged Convenience Fees. Again be very careful with these people.
Went to visit property on a Wednesday , was told property would be available Saturday.. set appointment for 10am ... lease consultant was late and unapologetic for his tardiness...apartment wasn’t ready to view so to make things worse he wants to show us units that are substantially higher in price but lower square footage..... he was very rude to my girlfriend and I ....I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone they seem to be more concerned with filling the units up versus making sure your experience in finding your apartment a pleasurable one......
This place is a joke and tore down acres of old growth trees to build another complex and shopping WE DID NOT NEED. The article about this place in the paper when it opened was no its not a joke and it IS A JOKE. Terrible location, terrible people that run it, terrible idea, terrible concept. these places are going to be the death of this area.
These apartments are quite dishonest at the time of renting, they say in principle when doing the tour that you can rent with an income of 3 months the value of the monthly rent of the apartment. I paid two applications for $ 75 plus $ 150 of administrative expenses and then they told me they didnt accept me because I didnt have a monthly income of $ 45,000. This information was supplied by Laura García, the girl from the leasing center. I received this answer 3 weeks after having applied since they took all that time to respond, it is important to note that I was the one who called the intermediary to know some information, after they tell you on the tour that in 48 hours they review your documentation and they give you an answer. They keep all the money. And they dont give clear information. I do not recommend them.

2022-02-22The move in process was efficient and easy. Maria was able to show me a couple of places that was move in ready and places she thought would be suitable. She listened to our needs and wanted us to have the best experience. So far our stay has been amazing. I recommend Maria to be your contact.Maintenance has also been very helpful. Nevi and Hector are professional and they get the job done quickly and quietly. Because of the maintenance team, my living situation has been comfortable.

2022-04-22Going on my 2nd year here at 2370 Main. The leasing office staff is amazing the maintenance team superior! For the most part the community is very quiet and respectful! I enjoy all of the amenities and fun things planned for us by the property manager Jaci! Mayra is very knowledgeable and always willing to assist with a smile on her face when I see her!

2021-11-19Was originally very excited to live here and the staff was kind at first. But after the initial meeting and your, communication was very difficult. They never answer their phones and after applying, they were hard to get a hold of. The only way to know the status of our application was to go in. Luckily we did go in and we we’re then finally told that we needed more documents. Unfortunately they also have impossible deadlines like securing certain documents that night which we just couldn’t do. So we decided to withdraw our application and were told we’d be refunded. They asked for a forwarding address so they only refund by mail :/ and we still haven’t received our refund after over a week. When I try to call I only get an operator and they never return the calls or answer the messages left.Very unpleasant process. Hopefully it’s better for others! Nice location, very pretty, but staff just don’t answer phones and I also wouldn’t call it a luxury apartment as the amenities are overall very basic (pool & gym). Even when we went inside of the office, they just let the phones ring.

2022-05-23This is really a great place to live - its close to a really good city with lots of events and things to do - plus its close to many business centers where employment can be found - for me, it is less than 5 miles from work and less than 2 miles from fun! AND, if I want the bigger city experience, Atlanta is only 30 minutes away - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

2021-08-18I was very satisfied by the apartment property during the last 3 years of living here. I had to move to a different state due to personal reasons, but the apartments office helped me a lot during the move- out process. Everyone was nice and friendly(New management I believe), especially Vanessa, Assistant Business Manager, was an exceptional employee there. She made a stressful move-out process very smooth and quick. If I ever come back to this area, I will definitely consider moving in here again.

2022-03-25WOW. HORRIBLE. I have seen and heard so many negative reviews and thoughts on this apartment complex and we decided to give it a chance despite the comments we have heard and seen. The staff was nice at first but when a problem occurred they switched on us so quickly. They do NOT care about you or your feelings as they just want to fill a spot and take your money. At first, we were told our apartment would be held (which apparently they don’t do after telling us it would’ve been??) Then they overcharged my account random fees and I still haven’t seen the money. Our process of moving in was supposed to be exciting and fresh and their staff tarnished it for us. We are a huge part of the Duluth community as well as our families and we have let the community know how awful our experience was with this facility. I hope you take this review into consideration when trying to move into this very basic complex. If you want to be bullied while trying to pay (well overpay) a complex of employees who are simply rude and unprofessional, move here! I wish we would’ve listened to our friends and family who told us not to come here before hand! Now let’s see if we are actually refunded!UPDATE: it’s been almost TWO months and we still haven’t been refunded! :)

2019-03-07EZ GG! this is NOT a shill review! Amazing/Efficient/Super Easy - Beverly made this so painless. I was able to get the unit I wanted, and I was in and out with paperwork being a BREEZE. Total time of paperwork was ONE HOUR, maybe less than that.I will update this review after settling in (maybe a month) to address some of the issues I read about in other reviews since I cant write about what I havent experienced yet.I went by a few times to see the model unit and the actual units are better or exactly like the website show.Notes on Crest, etc. other places:I also went by Crest at Berkeley, Promenade at Berkeley, District, and a few others. For the price, Heights has the best value. I originally intended to move into Crest at Berkeley. My friends who moved there (since they know I research thoroughly first) were dismayed to find they were bamboozled into a bait and switch, its really a shame how they were tricked into an older unit with defective appliances. The washer and the dryer AND the dishwasher all broke and they are STILL waiting on the appliances to be repaired/replaced, 3 months after both of them complaining and even me asking for an intervention. Otherwise I would have moved to Crest. Dont be fooled.I went to District and they are pretty units but about $200-800 more per the same space. Thats a jump, location wise its not as good either. Heights is Airy and open and Bright and light stone while District is dark and industrial and dark brick. Its hard to get in and out of and parking is tighter too. For reference, when in Midtown, I was at the same cost for better units, aka overpriced.Promenade is cute and maybe good for starter style apartments, but each entryway smells like garbage...its a nice service but thats not for me. The ceilings are lower too unless you get a top level unit.I originally looked into apartments for Google Fiber. I did end up with ATT Fiber, so its not terrible as far as I know. Im consistently getting 900+ and about 300+ for wireless connections.

2021-06-26Great place to live. Myra and Sarah are very professional, kind and sweet. They both address MY concerns in a timely manner. After reading some reviews, if YOU have an issue that they cannot resolve, then maybe YOU are the issue. I have had issues with my apartment, they and maintenance resolve them without ANY problems. Thanks for cleaning building 1. Thanks for getting on those dog owners for not cleaning up after their pet. Thanks for getting on the residents for putting trash on the floors and not putting their trash cans away. I love it more and more. Thanks ladies. Thanks maintenance crew. Thanks management. Looking forward on continuing to live here problem free.
