Literally just finished up with the man now! Let me say I was not thrilled when I got a nail in my wheel.The prices for the services are unbelievable, they are legitimate company, with a great system.Highly recommend them!
Absolutely terrible. The lady was so arrogant and made snarky comments about her company being the only one that will be able to help us. Were in a stressful situation and were always kind to her and she made things more stressful. We found a much nicer company that took care of us for much cheaper. Id advise everyone to find another place. Its not worth it!
I was a little nervous because of the bad reviews but I am happy that I still chose this company to come bring me a new tire. They pulled up to my residence at 2:30am and brought me a new tire out and finish the entire process in 7 mins. The guy was super fast & friendly!! I will most definitely be referring people to you guys. Thank you!
I was visiting atlanta and noted low pressure in my left front tire. After seen at NTB they said the tire needs to be replaced but it will be Wednesday before it could be changed. I called 6 other places with same answer. I was told by all of them that the tire we have on our volvo xc90 cant get anywhere and have to wait until tuesday or Wednesday. Hawks travel tire repair was my 7th call and I was initially surprised to hear they had similar tyres ofcourse different brand in their warehouse. I was surprised I checked repeatedly with them including such low price. I went ahead and reserved. I was told 2 he wait but the guy, named rob was there like in 1 hr. He was very knowledgeable, fast and was very courteous and finished changing tire in less than 30 mins.We were on our way home.I appreciate them for their timely help. I saw some negative reviews about them and was hesitant to call initially but I have to say their service was amazing.
I blew a tire off the interstate on Thanksgiving day while traveling to Tennessee. With all businesses closed I thought I lost hope for the night until I called Hawks. A repair technician was dispatched within two hours and replaced my tire within minutes. Very respectful, courteous, and timely! Will definitely use again if traveling through Atlanta.
They were great, fast, and nice!So their are some negative reviews for this company but I can only assume the customers calling were rude to whom ever they were speaking to. I called and asked for a quote and they gave me an honest fair quote (maybe a little pricey for some but hey, youre paying for the great convenience and for that Im very grateful). Told me it would take 75 minutes to get to me and it only ended up taking them 20 minutes. The tire change was also only about 10 minutes and the guy was cool. Didnt get his name though but thanks so much guys. I will definitely be using you guys again if I ever need a tire changed. You guys rock!
HORRIBLE customer service! RSH told me it would take an 1 hour 30 mins for them to deliver & install a brand new tire for $180. The driver contacted me 15 mins after setting up the appointment, saying that he was finishing up another order & would be on his way shortly. No further communication until 1 hour 15 mins I CALLED HIM asking for a status update & ETA. He said he was still finishing up that order & was 50 mins away. I got off the phone with him & called the RSH office, explaining the situation & asking if they could send another driver immediately. They said there was nothing they could do for me, so needless to say I cancelled my order. All in all, close to 2 hours of my life wasted & I’m still sitting on the side of the road.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE. The dispatcher was super sensitive & emotional as if she was in a distressful situation when I needed a tire change. Quoted me two different prices. There are other companies in ATL I would recommend that are more professional and faster.
Called these guys and they were extremely helpful on the phone. Helped me understand if my tire could be repaired, and at what cost, or replaced, and at what cost (do have the tire specs on hand though). The man who came to do the service was extremely polite and helpful, and repaired my tire in no time. A process I thought was going to take all day to resolve was resolved before lunch. Highly recommended!
Company’s be scamming and this company is one that’ll waste your time. They need new management to learn how to teach their employees how to properly speak to their customers. Because the people I spoken to on the phone were both rude and inconsiderate.IF YOU CALL ASKING ABOUT YOUR ETA TO CONFIRM THAT SOMEBODY IS REALLY COMING THEY’LL CANCEL YOUR APPT. AFTER WASTING UR TIME.
If you like quality service and dont mind paying for it, I would highly recommend this company. They came out to service my vehicle that had a flat tire and I was very impressed. Unlike other mobile car services Ive used in the past, they took the tire completely off my truck, repaired the puncture, and tested it to make sure there were no other leaks. They also took the time to inspect my other tires without me asking and found a second tire with a nail and repaired it. Now thats quality service the way I like it. Incredible! Will definitely be using them again.
If i could i would rate this company a complete 0. The dispatcher was unnecessary rude and needs to take courses in customer service. Instead of empathizing with the customers, the ones stuck on the side of the road she instead has a smart mouth and hang up in people face. Roadside Hawks needs to invest in better employees
Impeccable customer service and work ethic. I destroyed my tire while finishing up an Uber ride and they came out to meet me at the given location. Being that I needed to be back on the road at 8am, waiting to take my car to a shop was not an option. The phone rep was great with communicating ETA and the price is more than reasonable.Another note, they are quick on arrival and with labor.
It took a while for the man to come, but overall I was very satisfied with this experience. The dispatcher was professional over the phone and the repair technician arrived and assisted my vehicle without hesitation. He was professional and knew what he was doing. The price was very reasonable too. I had called several places before finding these guys. I am thankful I found them.
I called this company because I had a flat tire 3am and they wanted $100 for a plug and $300 for a new tire. I feel like they are really taking advantage of people during their time of need. Good thing I found another company that told me to put air in my tire and come to their shop. I only paid $15 for a plug and I still go a new tire for $65 just to be on the safe side.
Don’t use HURT, use these guys.My phone died, I was late to meet the guy, and they still did a great job without complaining. They definitely deserve the tip and are extremely professional.It’s $20 more expensive for a brand new tire and better service. Just pay the extra.
After waiting for another company for almost two hours, I called this company (Google this company should really be listed first, it would save a lot of people trouble). They came out within ten minutes of me contacting me, add both the dispatcher and driver both kept apologizing to me about my wait as if it was their fault. My day changed for the better after their service, not only did they give my car a jump but they charged my energy spiritual battery to keep going for the day. Im truly grateful for their service and compassion.
1-12-19 RESPONSE TO COMPANY: My phone call was very respectful and calm. Three months ago when I first wrote this review I was stranded on the road at 10 o’clock at night. When you told me It would take over an hour, I did not decide to completely dismiss your services. I told you I would call around & possibly call back, it was not to be rude or whine. I was alone on the side of the road at night & wanted to see if someone would come quicker. I was still a potential customer. If I couldn’t get someone to come, I planned to call you back. I hope you understand.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Told me it would take over an hour to come to my location, which I understand. I was about to tell them I’m going call around to see if someone can come faster, and if not, I will call them back. But before I could say the whole sentence they hung up in my face!! As soon as it seemed like they might not get money from me, they hung up in my face.
Less than 10 minutes ago my fiance called saying we caught a flat. I started my google search to find this company. I called listened to instructions and had all information available for the receiver. As she placed me on hold to quote me a price my fiance called so I merged the calls. Great news for us...there was a spare in the trunk. When the receiver came back she offered to prices...a generic and another. I asked for the price of the generic just in case things didnt work at as planned with the old tire in the trunk. I was quoted $120 for the tire and $120 for the service bringing the total to $240. I told them my fiance called stating we had a spare but Id definitely be calling them if things didnt work out. THEY HUNG UP IN MY FACE!This has been my experience and since it took place I for one would never use the service in the years to come or recommend them.I was left appalled to say the least!!!
I had a tire blowout on my Jeep at 6:30am on a Sunday. My spare was shot.. Jacob had my Jeep on the truck in an hour and took me to Firestone. They didnt have the tires I wanted but had to compromise since I was out of town. I received a call from him an hour later telling me he found another place that was open and had what I needed. Talk about customer service. I wold recommend this company to anyone. Much love from this guy from North Carolina....
We had not one, but two flat tires after hitting a huge pothole on C W Grant on our way to the airport to drop off family. After getting a taxi to take them to the airport we researched our options for getting new tires and came across 24 Hour Roadside Hawks & Mobile Tire Shop while searching for 24 hour tire services since it was 6 pm and most shops were already closed. They not only had our tires in stock, but brought them to us, mounted them and put them on the car...in the rain too! We are very appreciative of the great service we received and the kindness of the mechanic. We would gladly recommend them to others.
My boyfriend scheduled a same day appointment & was given a time frame for arrival. When the arrival time passed & the mechanic didn’t show my boyfriend had to cancel his appointment to get to work. He called to reschedule & at no time did he have an attitude but was told he could not reschedule. The associate who answered the phone was nasty, rude, unhelpful, and not only hung up on him but blocked him. When he called back on my phone to speak to the manager the GM stated “don’t call here bothering me!” and hung up. The fact that they’re still in service can’t possibly be due to customers who value where they spend their money.
Used this company twice and received great service both times, one roadside, and one when I made it home but tire was too shredded to be drivable. Rock does a great job with making sure its fast and without hassle.
I had a flat and my spare was flat too. Called AAA, the tow company recommended these guys so I gave them a call. I got a quote and said I would call them back after I told them I was stuck at the QT.Mr. T, came by to check up on me anyway to see if I was ok. Turns out I needed both front tires replaced, they gave me a fair price, and Im excited to stay on track with my busy schedule throughout the weekend with no delays.Thank you so much!
I had a flat on I 75 going south. AAA got in touch with this company and they got me back on the road immediately. Their efficiency is superb and they even had my tire. The regular tire people wanted me to wait until the next morning. Thank you Roadside Hawks!!! You are a superb and excellent company. Im a novice at anything car/tire/mechanic related, and after an hour or two of trying to fix my flat tire myself, I caved and called these guys based on Google reviews. Best decision Ive ever made. My mechanics name was T, and he was absolutely incredible. Showed up in just under 10 minutes (I was expecting an hour or so) -and from there he continued to go above and beyond to help me. Like I said, Im a novice with this stuff, so I asked tons of questions on how to do it for myself in the future. He answered all of them and made suggestions for how to fix a flat on my car moving forward. Also, my car was in a parking garage with low clearance, so he parked in front of my building and rode up and down the elevator with his tools and my tire to remotely fix the car, and then fill my tires with air. I dont often post reviews, but this is the type of service every company should strive for, really. Again, ask for T if you have the option. He will go above and beyond to do whats right for you, and even did extra service to make sure it was safe for me to drive home. $60 for all the basic roadside service, essentially jacked up my car, swapped out the tires, filled with air, and then fixed my old tire as well on the house. I wish they asked for tips after the service was done instead of before, because he deserved more. Hopefully this positive review will suffice. Also, I was located in the heart of Buckhead, which will play into the low price and fast respond time. Keep this in mind. If youre in trouble on the side of the road or wherever, just call these guys and drop the $60+ to get home safe. Thanks again T!

So pretty much these people are life savers!!!! I was pulling into work when my tire light came on. Thinking really nothing of it I walked around the car to just take a look and to my wonderful surprise, my tire was busted!!!! Long story short I had called everywhere looking for a tire and a tow service and NOTHING!! My boyfriend sent me their link. What got my attention was the mobile and 24 hr. service. Once I called the individual on the phone walked me through the whole process (which relieved so much stress) they came fixed switched out my busted tire with a BRAND NEW TIRE and had me back and ready to rumble once I got off work! I grabbed a few cards from the gentlemen who fixed my tire and started handing them to everyone at work b/c they were just that GREAT!!! THANK YOU 24 hr ROADSIDE HAWKS!!!
I have had to use this service a couple of times over the past year when Ive had tire problems and service is spot on every time. Most recently, I had a tire that was damaged beyond repair. It was so convenient that this company has trucks that will mount and balance the brand new tire right there on the side of the road, even on a Holiday!! I was amazed they had my low profile factory tire size in stock, a P295/30/22. Prior to using these guys, I always got towed to a shop when I had a breakdown. Roadside Hawks is definitely my go to company and highly recommend them to anyone that values quality and convenience.
This company is amazing and super professional. Like any roadside service there is a wait but they are on point and stay in communication with you. I’ve had to use them twice and both times I was pleased. Definitely a company to keep in your Rolodex!!
After ordering a new set of wheels for my new Mazda MX-5 RF from Tire Rack, I ultimately decided to go with Road Hawks Traveling Tire Shop for the install and Im glad I did. I spoke with Jacob over the phone and while I was clearly agitated by calling shop after shop and getting higher quotes than advertised on Tire Rack, Jacob was cool and professional and maintained a great customer service attitude. Although you will pay slightly more for the convenience of a tire shop coming to you, it is well worth it.They sent an installer out to my house the same day the wheels arrived. AJ, who performed the install, was professional and extremely meticulous. He took photos to document the entire process and sent me a copy when completed. AJ worked until after 10:00pm to get the job done. I couldnt be happier with the install experience.I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them in the future for my wheel and tire needs.
I was stranded and they gave me a quote of 180 with a three hour wait. I said I needed help faster so I would call back. She said something very foul to me about calling back if I could get help faster and hung up on me!! I could hear a man in the background that was not rude. I would have gladly paid extra for faster service. I will also alert consumer affairs. It is enough to be in dire straits but to get insults also is too much.
Best price & response time! ...other place was $80 higher and said wait time was 1 hour. I called HAWKS at 12:50am from the side of I-85. Truck arrived at 1:05am! Quickly and safely removed my blown tire and replaced it with nice new tire✨...THANKS AGAIN ROADSIDE HAWKS!!💯💯💯💯
I feel so bad for having an attitude with the guy on the phone. I’m hormonal and sick with a sick toddler. Please forgive me! Lol I waited a few hours, no big deal because my car was in front of my place. The mechanic was quickkkk wasn’t expecting like a real mechanic on wheels! Lol he asked me if I wanted to replace the entire tire but when I explained that I wasn’t sure if there was damage he said how about we check first then we will deal with payment. I’m not sure if others would’ve been so... compassionate? And just taken the $160 instead of checking? WELL he exposed a botched plug job on my tire!!! Done by a different mechanic a few months ago!! He took pictures and included it in invoice. I got lightheaded so I let my boyfriend stay outside and I went inside my home. Ten minutes later the invoice is texted to me along with the photos of my tire. Long story short USE HAWKS!! They seem to be pretty popular in the Atlanta area so please be patient with them. And their prices are so reasonable and it’s NEW TIRES ONLY so literally you’re getting a discount on a new tire. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!
After being stuck in a tough situation with two flat tires, Roadside Hawks saved me from the hassle of a tow to replace both tires. Both representatives that I worked with were very professional and timely with their assistance. I normally do not leave reviews, but these guys deserve major props! Highly recommend to anyone who is in a pinch and needs assistance for a fair price.
This service was amazing. This company was able to fix my tire while it was parked at the airport, and did it without hassle or issue. I would 100% use this service again, as they were beyond professional and amazing. Recommend using if youre in a pinch and need immediate service.
Anyone who has posted a bad review of this company probably works for their competitor. This was everything you could possibly ask for in an emergency roadside service situation. Other than having to listen to The arduously Long recording to get through to a person the entire experience was Flawless from beginning to end including great communication and good work with safety in mind. I have 7 company trucks and I will be putting their cards in every one.
We were in Atlanta for a Falcons game and were ran of the road and blew 2 tires. Since we were from out of town regular roadside assistance would not have done us any good. as it was a Sunday evening and all tire places were closed. thank God for 24 Hawks Mobile Tire shop! they came out and replaced our tires onsite. The gentleman also worked on bending our rim back so we could make it home for our 3 hr drive. He did such a good job that my local tire place said the rim was good to go! Also I just got of the phone with someone in the office as I needed a copy of the receipt for my insurance. He was super helpful!!!!
If I could give them a negative stars I would. When I called to get a quote to see how much it would be for them to repair/replace my tire, the guy who was helping me was not pleasant. He was VERY rude on the phone b/c I asked how much would it be. The rep. had attitude towards me b/c I asked him to repeat what he said since he made me get out of my car to check give him my license plate number and then he hung up the phone. Five mins. later he calls back and said the we were disconnected umm NO you hung up the phone. I ended up paying $220 for a tire. I called at 7:45 pm (which the rep did say it could be an 1 1/2hr) and the tech didnt get to me until 9:35. He had to take pictures of my tires and car (also if you are paying with your credit card he takes pictures of that and your drivers license too, didnt feel to secure about this). Once your card is processed they ask you if you want to leave a tip?? REALLY, a tip for a job that has not been preformed?? It took him an hour to replace my tire, he didnt even let me know what was wrong with it. I had to ask the tech if there was a puncture, if the tire can still be patched or repaired. He didnt really know he just said yeah you can probably patch it but its better to get a new tire??? I would say RUN from this company!! Not worth it at all!!
I never expected to be stranded on I-75 after a blowout, WithOut a jack! I was shocked to learn someone decided they needed my floorjack more than I did! I was angry to learn that my stupid can-jack was too tall to wedge under my car frame when there is no air in the tire!I summoned up the courage to say OK Google... and grateful to learn her first suggestion was the amazing Hawks!!! Every aspect of this dreaded experience was surprisingly enjoyable, from my first contact through to the finale!!! Wonderfully surprised when they arrived 10 minutes faster than expected! Less than10 more minutes the technician had my tire changed and I was getting back on the road! Professional and courteous! Amazing job guys!You are now a permanent listing in my directory!You rock my world!
Midnight on I-75 coming through downtown ATL and blew sidewall out of a performance run-flat. Hawks tops-down was professional on the phone, had a new tire in stock (not a run flat but what we needed in an emergency) and the technician was the best - polite and knew wht he was doing - had my trust from beginning to end. Took a couple hours from call to finish but overall incredible service for what we thought would be a bad situation when the tire blew.
If you ever have a flat tire in Atlanta and need a reliable company to deliver a brand new tire and mount it onsite, this is the company to call. My family and I were traveling through Atlanta recently when our Honda Odyssey ran over an object on the highway causing two tires to go flat. Called AAA first for help, but the only thing they could do was tow our van to a tire shop. This was not a good option because most tire shops were closed due to the 4th of July and the few that were open only offered used tires which was not feasible because of the distance we still had to travel to get to our destination. Called a few local roadside assistance companies, but all they offered was to put on the spare. Not an option with two flats. One roadside service said they could get us replacement tires, but they would have to come to us to retrieve the wheels with the flat tires, leave to go to a tire shop while our van sits on jack stands, have the tires mounted, and then return with the tires. We werent comfortable with that option because we arent local to the area and werent sure what our options would be if they did not return with our wheels and tires. Frustrated, we called the 511 GDOT HERO Service and they referred us to this company, Roadside Hawks. Not only did they have the brand new tires we needed, they mounted and balanced them on location on the side of the highway. Incredible!!!. Convenient, efficient service. Highly recommended.
While being very straight forward and having no time for pleasentries on the phone, when we were stuck at a Marta Station at 3am they came out and did a great job job on the tire. The responder was very friendly and efficient. Many Thanks to the team.

I love this Company! Dispater Jacob was very friendly, and informative about explaining the entire process . After having a blow out on 285 and waiting three hours on my Insurance to send a Tow Truck to pick my car up, I was very anxious to find an expert Technician. Roadside Hawks Tech was very curteous, knowledgeable and most of all Quick to get the job done! Cant say enough about this ingenious service!!👍👍
Price was fair, called at 9:30 pm, they estimated 2 hours to replace my tire, 1 hr to get to me, another hour to replace. took 2 hrs to get to me, almost 3 to take tire and replace and bring back. Would never have used them Id had know it would take 5 hours, finishing at 2:30 am.
Just called to get a quote for a tire and the phone attendant was rude and short tempered. It didn’t stop with the phone attendant, the owner started screaming in the background “get the hell off my phone” “take your cheap ass to another company” “your momma on food stamps”. I just can’t believe the amount of disrespect this company has for potential customers. I couldn’t believe my ears and was in complete shock. There’s no way I would EVER do business with this company. Clearly you can read the owner response to other complaints and can tell they do not care about customers. Just still in disbelief
Im not from this state and had an unfortunate tire blow out. I found this company on google and decided to give them a try. I received incredible service! Two gentlemen came out and replaced my tire with a really nice used tire. I definitely recommend this service! THANK YOU!!
These people are awesome. My car had 2 flat tires early in the morning. I called them up and they came with 2 alternative cost options for new tires. They replaced them, aligned them, rotated them and this was done as soon as T got there. Thanks for the help and it was a great help!
Not only was AJ extremely professional, but he went above and beyond to change my tire late at night when no one else would. I was very impressed with this companys prompt response and thorough work to help get a new tire on and have me back on the road as quick as possible. I highly recommend this company!
I called to inquire about new tires. The woman who answered the phone was very ignorant and unprofessional. She asked where I was located. I told her a military based named Fort McPherson. She immediately freaked out because she had never heard of it then she hung up the phone. I called back to speak with the sorry excuse of a supervisor and all he did was make excuses for the terrible ghetto service. When I asked for corporate, he hung up. They have continued to hang up everytime I call. As a military war veteran, this is some of the worst service I have ever received in this country.
Wow!!! What a life safer. I have no member with this company and I got a flat tire one night while out. All I had was $20 and they helped me with my problems. Every other Company I called asked for $100 plus or could not help me. Thank you so much roadside Hawks I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. With out a doubt I will be using this company from now on.
If I could give them no stars I would! I was told there would be 90 minutes before someone could get to me (which I was fine with) after 90 minutes passed I called and asked why it was taking longer than 90 minutes and the “Owner” says “Well first of all you aren’t the only one being serviced” in a nasty rude tone. I then explain to her that she should be more sensitive because it’s already frustrating enough that I’ve been sitting on the side of the highway for about 2 hours. She then say “I’ll do you a favor...how about I cancel your service and you can still just sit there, have a nice day”. I don’t see how anyone could be that cruel and evil to let someone sit on the side of the highway.
This company has one of the rudest people that I have ever spoken to on the phone. You call for an eta they’ll speak over you and cancel your appt after wasting your time waiting on them.
Let me begin by stating, I am a woman stranded alone on the side of the highway. I called, just now, and the woman that answered the call and continuously referred to me as love was and is very rude. Her customer service skills are incorrigible. Instead of trying to understand what I wanted and needed she insisted on focusing only on what she wanted to know which was not what I needed at all. The call wanst properly ended because she tells me not to call back and hung up on me. Thank God I have AAA or else I wouldnt know what to do and would be alone on the side of the road all night. I will never call them again and will put this review on yelp and everywhere else in addition to writing a letter to their corporate office. Her behavior and attitude is totally unacceptable and has done this company a great disservice.

I dont understand if you guys understood customer service ... I actually doubt you do. I called four times, you guys hung up on me once. Then called a few times to see what happened and start the process again she could not wait for me to find the address. I was already frustrated and Im top of that I just POPPED A TIRE!instead of being sympathetic and trying to help they said go somewhere else. I read the other reviews. The owner is about to respond in a way that they did nothing wrong to earn this review. But you need to listen to all these one star review and change your response tone when a client calls and have patience with people who had something go very wrong minutes before we call.My advice: get another person who cares about your businessb and your customers to answer e phone You ll get a lot more business!
Very unprofessional. Young lady got was rude and hung up the phone on me for asking can they guarantee that they can remove the stripped lug nut. In my time of need frantic and stranded; I called to utilize their service and was turned away for asking a simple question. This is sickening. Shame on you.
There are no words that could express the assistance, kindness, help and advice being stuck at the gas station on Thanksgiving evening. Professional and empathetic to my situation over the phone. To the professionalism, advice and kindneas bestowed on-site. They worked with me came straight to my location and handled everything right there on the spot. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I just called to ask a question and the lady that says she was the senior manager hung up twice because she said I was condescending because I asked her a question. She referred me to the website. I let her know that I wanted to ask a question since she was a live person I could speak too. Then she said she didnt have a lot of knowledge ,while using terminology that let me know she very well did, but was to lazy. also terrible customer service. The only reason Im writing the review is because she hung up twice before allowing me to speak. They record all there phone calls so they say by automated voice before call is placed. If Im lying , provide a link to the conversation so people can judge for themselves. 0 stars for this company. Glad they are not the only service in town. If they were someone would be stranded because this lady has an attitude. I hope they provide a link to the call since I see they like to defend there poor service, as I see above in the response from owner.) stars , dont use them use someone else. I suggest if you want to run a business treat your customers with respect.
They were prompt and very professional. They made sure to confirm with me every step of the way, and sent text receipts for everything. Saved me from having to get a tow home on a Saturday night and then another tow to a shop to replace the tire.
Look no further!!! I am a prior United States Navy Rescue Swimmer and current Navy Lieutenant stationed in Jacksonville. I came to ATL to ship my vehicle for an upcoming 14 month deployment and caught a flat. I called another company first and was stood up for hours in the dark, at a gas station with no remorse. The other company (Hurt Roadside) didnt even answer my calls after 2-3 hours of waiting on them to arrive. Hawks showed up around 2am to help me in need. The gentleman (AJ) was expeditious, courteous, knowledgeable, informative to my question and companionate. His all-in-one vehicle allowed him to repair my tire and should I have needed more (i.e. a new tire or balance) he could have done that right there, on the spot from his truck. I cant be more thankful of the service provided. All my military brethren in need...sunshine or overcast...please dont make the same mistake I did. This could have been my teenage daughter or my elderly mother stranded at a gas station for hours with nowhere to turn. Call Hawks! Called and spoke to Jacob and was reassuring and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In less than 10 mins AJ arrived and was jumped on the job right away. Took him less than 5 mins to do the job. I would definitely use them again. Thank you guys for your amazing service.
This was a year ago today.... 5/26/16... I used this company less than 24 hours ago and they so called gave me a NEW tire.... I happen to walk outside and look and my NEW tire is flat.. I call them back thinking they would come out and take care of it and they give me every reason why it is my fault that it is flat... Please share this and DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Their customer service is GARBAGE and they dont stand by their work!!!!!

Had a slow leak and they repaired with a patch! Came to my home within an hour and I was good to go! They also made sure the rest of my tires had the appropriate pressure.
Tee was very helpful after my tire blew out on the highway in a rainstorm. He got here quickly and had the tires changed out in no time. He was extremely professional and I highly recommend this company.

Omg. These guys are simply angels from above. I had called many different road side serves today n I just got the run around or answering machines on so called 24 hr services. Hurts was one of those so called 24hrs services. I was stranded on I 85 for hours before I found Hawks number and they came right out to help me despite how much of a bind I was in cash wise. I know if i ever get stuck in Georgia again know who Im calling without even blinking an eye. Hawks roadside asstance are my #1 call and are truely Angels. I called asking about an emergency head lamp repair and the woman that answered the phone said that it required a mechanic and hung up the phone. I am not questioning the accuracy of the information, but merely pointing out that the delivery was poor and hanging up on me was not courteous.

2021-07-15My experience for the most part was good. Rob showed up a bit earlier than projected. He was very efficient and even checked the tire first to be sure it wasnt repairable before putting on a new one. For the convenience and not having to deal with purchasing and obtaining a new tire... The cost was reasonable. Id use them again if needed. 👌🏾

2020-07-25Y’all! What an amazing service!!!!!! Can you please expand to be a full, mobile car repair company??? I’d be yours for life! One of my tires got a gash in it somehow, and I really did NOT want to spend a day having my car towed and sitting at a shop getting tires. So I stumbled upon Hawks online. I called them last night (Friday) around 9PM, and by 10:30PM, a technician was in my driveway putting two new tires on my car. To add to my joy, the price was HALF what Global Imports would’ve charged me. Now, the price certainly is less because the new tires are not run flats (thank God— because I’m so over run flats). The tires are new and shiny, and they even put two on for me so that the tread would be the same.I’m pretty sure I scared the gentleman who took my call — I was REALLY excited to find y’all. He was great, patient, professional, helpful, and even suggested that, if I want to get the other two replaced, Hawks is happy to do so during normal business hours (24-hour service is reserved, naturally, for emergencies).The technician was equally as patient, kind, professional, prompt, and thorough. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. Wow!!!!Time is so precious these days, and I was so willing to sacrifice money for time’s sake, but the fact that I didn’t even need to do that was the highlight of my entire month!Question for someone who knows tires— my TPM won’t reset — is that because I didn’t do run flats? Or, do I just need to give it more time to reset? It’s a BMW, and I can’t figure out how to hack the system to get rid of the tire pressure light...Thank you so much for the excellent service!And, the audio recording disclaimers made me chuckle. Kudos for putting it all out there up front! I’ve never heard expectations set so clearly. The one about price made me nervous, but it turned out to be SOOOOO incredible and I can’t imagine how anyone could complain about your prices : )And for anyone reading this and having doubts because of the negative reviews on customer service, I’m not sure how that’s possible. Everyone I spoke to was wonderful, and it leads me to believe that perhaps some customers call in with a negative attitude (and then get upset when that attitude is given back to them). Treat people the way you want to be treated, and it will surely be returned. This company offers such an exceptional service (I didn’t have to leave my house, they drove 50 minutes from buckhead to help me, it was quick, it was inexpensive, it was a job well done) that (according to my experience) there should be nothing but gratitude coming from their clientele.Sorry, this is long, but there aren’t enough words in the English language to express how wonderful Hawks is. Thank you, again, and HMU if you add additional services. I’m SO done with the dealership and looking for reliable alternatives : )

2021-02-04Overall I am beyond pleased with this company. The customer service representative was more than helpful and provided me with upfront pricing so there were no hidden fees. They arrived before the estimated ETA I was also alerted via text messages to confirm my tire size and location. the technician that arrived was very pleasant and provided me with exceptional service he changed my tire in less than 10 minutes. I am very big on review so Im not sure why this company has received bad ones but overall my experience was pleasant I will definitely be using them again

She gave me the pricing which is very good for a new tire and mobile service.They arrived way before expected which was amazing! The tech was professional,friendly and did a great job. 2021-01-08Got a flat on the way to the airport, the dispatcher took all our info, and had a tech en route within a reasonable time. Priced right for a fresh tire replacement at an odd hour. They pulled us out the fire. We are thankful they provide this type of service.

2021-07-16. The dispatcher was unnecessary rude and needs to take courses in customer service. Instead of empathizing with the customers, the ones stuck on the side of the road she instead has a smart mouth and hangs up without letting someone speak.Being involved with people with high following in GA will definitely help me bring this company down. Ur ratings will drop. Everyday I will make sure people write negative reviews. And I will make people right terrible things on their social media and tag Roadside hawks page to get them shut down. No person should be spoken the way the dispatchers speak. They sounded rude and ignorant.

2018-03-31My friend had a blowout on 285 at night and came to my house to find a 24 hour place to get a new tire. I found this service online, and listened on speakerphone while he talked to them. The lady who answered was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She asked all the right questions and clearly explained everything with precision.I thought it would be expensive, but she told him the entire cost would be $220 for the service including a new tire, mounting, balancing and installation, right where it was parked. She gave him the ETA of the driver and said he would call when he was close.At the end of the call I actually told my friend I was impressed over how professional the call was, especially for a towing/roadside service company. Not only was the call beyond expectations for a car service company, it was better than most services in any industry.My friend said they arrived about a 1/2 hour after I dropped him back at his car, and the guy was very friendly and the service was good.Considering that towing the car somewhere costs over $100 and a new tire is about the same price, I think it was a great deal.Im surprised to see there are other bad reviews, because my experience was excellent. Also, Im not a shill getting paid to post good review, just a guy giving credit where credit is due.

2021-05-11Was stranded at a apartment complex. The service rep quoted a 2 hour wait time (at 8 am).... The technician didnt get to me until 2:30 pm. The service rep blamed the delay on a busy morning. I waited 6 hours on these guys without even a apology. Definitely use another vendor, they really need to fix there processes.

2021-08-03I had a flat tire on my Tesla Model S. I asked if they had the right jack plug for my Tesla to make sure they did not damage the battery underneath the car when they went to jack it up. Instead of reassuring me she did, she got extremely offended and hung up the phone.
