Delicious boba tea and boong ah bang! Its such a cute shop in Suwanee. Its not hard to find, and the GPS should take you straight there off I-85. Theres plenty of free parking around the building, as well. You walk in and immediately feel happy because the decor is so inviting. It has a bright, modern, welcoming design. Its a family-owned business and you can tell they put a lot of love into their establishment. Their menu is extensive so youll have something new to try every time you visit. From milk and fruit teas, coffee, and slushies, youll have your pick. Plus you can choose to add boba for a fun look and experience. The Boong Ah Bang is one of my favorite options because their ice cream selections are so good. Red Bean is the best in my opinion but I would definitely ask to taste before choosing your flavor. Pricing is reasonable for all options and youll love enjoying your treat inside the shop!
Stopped by one day because it was reccomended to us. Overall I think I would go again. Service is ok, it was our first time there and the person at the register didnt greet or try to help or recommend anything. This is the kind of place you go to for the experience and not so much because it tastes great, not that it wasnt good its just that its more of a for the gram type of place. Theres a swing with decorative roses behind it for pictures etc. Again, overall it was good but could also improve in alot of aspects.
The first experience here was a little off. They messed up our drink order and don’t do refunds so the owner(I believe she was the owner) said next time we come in she will get us a free drink to replace the mistake. The second experience we didn’t mention the previous mistake as we like to support local business and try something new again. The Nutella mini fish were really good, but once again not impressed with the bubble tea.The third time the bubble tea we ordered was made by a new team member. It tasted very watered down. We tried the croffle this time and the oil it was baked in tasted really old and reused.
Want so bad to like this place. Tried twice since so close and just too complicated and there is some ingredient that has a lavendar or perfume like quality that makes both my wife and Is throat itch/swell. This was the case both in our milk teas and ice creams. Tapioca pearls and powders seem poor quality. Nice spot but at $7 for a basic cone you cant hold and eat and have to chase with Benadryl....just hard to swallow (no pun intended) especially with better options just around the corner.
The bubble tea doesnt taste good. It barely tastes like any tea. The boba itself is okay, nice chew to it and sweet. Beware if you are buying the baby boong ah bang, if you want to get mixed flavor, they will upcharge like crazy. I got the custard filling (5pc) and chocolate filling (3pc) and they charged me for the chocolate which is 7.50 plus 1.50 upcharge for custard. The custard is 6.50 for 8pc. Makes no sense. The baby boong ah bang is pretty good.
We love 2 Plus 2 so matcha! (Did you catch the pun?)This was the first time to try their ice cream. We found the consistency of the ice cream to be smooth and creamy with a light matcha flavor. We found the cone to be whimsical and unique. Very fun for kids!We also got the peach oolong tea. I liked the tart peach flavor with the mellowness of the oolong.Husband and I really love to support local businesses. Thanks for the tasty summer treat :)
Friendly and desserts taste good and it has a cute environment. However service is so slow I think I waited over 20 minutes for a 8 piece lol. It was pretty depressing. They probably need more staff. They also seem to mess up my order every time I come. Missing toppings, missing ice cream, etc.
I have been to this location three times. The product is fair for quality...but the service was bad and has only gotten worse. The counter is manned by high-school aged girls who have no happiness in their work. They are slow and can be rude. I try to support local merchants but this one is not worth the effort.
I decided to go to 2+2 for the first time... When I entered I saw a huge selection and lots of different flavors, the service was excellent and I am planning on coming more often! They are a great place to order bubble tea and relax, I hope everyone enjoys this place!
Comfortable spot in the Suwanee Dam / Buford area, close to Suwanee Town Center, they serve Bubble Tea, and it was my first time trying this. If you have never experienced Bubble Tea, and you want to get a feel, along with mellow decor please take a trip to this place.
*DO NOT GO HERE* Staff was friendly enough. Was hit with a super gross smell when I opened the door. Spent $6 on a drink I poured down the drain bc it was so awful, coworker agreed. What a waste of money. Card reader didnt work either and the girl said oh this happened a lot.
The store was clean and the staff were polite. It actually went past polite and into genuinely kind when the cashier waited patiently for my boyfriend to pick out what he wanted while he had a anxiety induced brain fart. Our order came out really fast and was really fresh.I was surprised that they didnt even have 1,000 followers on Instagram and our order number was only 32 and it was close to closing so I doubt they wouldve gotten many more customers after us.Its a thursday and they have only had 32 customers.. yet.. the food and teas are so good.Plus, the location is in suwanee town center.. It should be more popular 😥
If they can make the cup more sturdy and durable that would be great bc the cup slipped out of my and with little effort and completely burst and they couldn’t do anything. My drink also fell in my car a separate time and even though the cup cracked at least only half spilled out so I went home to pour the rest in mug. $11 wasted on 1 drink 🥲oh well
Ur drinks tastes like dawn dish soap dawg.if you like the taste of soap this is the place for you, and the after taste is even worse. their fish snack is kinda swaggy tho.😩 i mean.................. nice service doe i guess😒 the honey milk tea tastes like the smell of pee that has been sitting there for hours 😳 oh yea btw the aftertaste tastes like soap and graphite together istg🥶 AND ITS SOUR SO FIX IT 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
There were three employees working in an empty cafe on a Saturday evening. yikes. i ordered two bubble teas. they gave us a buzzer thing when we were the only people in the cafe. while we were waiting, they told us they only had enough boba for one tea. imagine being an empty bubble tea shop and not having enough boba. the tea tasted watered down and the boba was undercooked. not a fan.
I frequent this boba cafe for roughly two months now, usually once or twice per week.Obviously the boba tea is above average and the only one in Suwanee. Nice and quiet. However, I will NOT be coming back because of a WEIRD policy that they have. After certain amount of points, I received a free topping discount. Cool, okay whatever. However, if I used it, I could not use my card to pay since it was under $5 minimum, thus forcing me to purchase another item (which costs at least $1-3 extra). A topping is only $0.50 minimum. So why would I choose my free topping discount then? It doesn’t make any sense at all. It’s cheaper to simply not use the discount reward than actually using it.This frustrated me the most because it is inherently a bad reward program that punishes you for using it. NONSENSE. ILLOGICAL.
This is the BEST boba I’ve ever had in my life! I was hanging out with my friend when his mom asked if you want to get boba. Knowing I like boba I said yes and they took us here... I’m VERY happy I said yes. The service was outstanding and the tea was really good. I recommend it he passion fruit green tea. I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone who likes boba!
Was able to finally checkout 2 plus 2, a local OTP spot. Its located in Suwanee Town Center. They specialize in bubble tea and bungeoppang, a Korean street snack shaped as fish that usually filled with custard or red bean. This place offers a few more options whenit comes to fillings as well like cheese for example. The restaurant itself is long and narrow. Decor wise its very modern with mostly gray tones as the dominant color. They also have an area for pictures as well with their logo in the background. You know they got to cater the Instagram crowd! The menu is broken down to bubble tea and bungeoppang. The bubble tea most milk teas. They do have fruit tea, slushes, and milkshakea as well. Nothing out of the ordinary in terms of flavors. I did try the sweet potato milk tea which was in my opinion very good. It was light and sweet. Milk tea can be sometimes heavy in terms of flavor, but this one was just right. In terms of bungeoppang, you can either order full size one or the mini ones. They can be eaten by themselves or paired with ice cream and other toppings added too. Some of the more interesting fillings for example would be Nutella, cheese, pizza, strawberry, and blueberry. If you decide to pair with an ice cream your limited to mostly just basic flavors. I had custard filling and strawberry ice cream for one and red bean filling and matcha soft served ice cream for the the other. The fillings are good and if the paired with the right ice cream taste even better.Funny thing is, all fillings can be eaten with ice cream so if daring you could get pizza filled bungeoppang with strawberry ice cream if you wanted.Overall, its good spot for those who havent experienced bungeoppang before. Nice spot to hang out and chill with friends. Its fun and quick snack as well. Definitely worth checking out in my opinion.
We used to come here for creamy and rich matcha soft serve. After today, we definitely will only go to Matcha Cafe Maiko for that craving.Today, my boyfriend and I got the usual boong ah bang with matcha and custard. The soft serve is already really pale upon comparison, but it left us even more disheartened after tasting it. We couldn’t taste any matcha at all, and it was much sweet than before. There was also much less custard than before.I guess they’re making major budget cuts

2022-05-14Finally stopped to try the coy shaped cone and ice cream! The cone was not crisp, but doughy. The ice cream was good and the portion of toppings was plenty. Sean got custard filled cookies and cream, but we never found any custard in there. I got chocolate with Andes mint topping - not to sweet but rich and tasty. I picked up several macrons as well. Came in just under $30…dang bro. The girls working were very nice!

2022-06-25Finally stopped, first off I would recommend you bring plenty of money, prices are high so if your on a budget this aint the place for you.The Ice cream is ok comes in a small container and the coy is more bread than cone so dont be expecting a crunch, EACH topping is a added cost so be careful with how much you put on. I also got a slushy and that was better in flavor than the ice cream and coy bread. Really for $30+ dollars for two little cups of ice cream and a piece of bread and two drinks I aint impressed.

2022-05-02My friend and I went here to eat some fish shaped bread and we both realized that the insides were very undercooked to the point that when we pulled apart the bread we could see the mushy dough coming out. We asked the girl at the front if she could just cook the bread a little more for us but she disagreed an said that the bread is supposed to be that way but mind we has eaten the same bread two days ago and the bread texture we got that day was perfectly cooked and crispy. After that day my friend and I both had very upset stomachs, one of us ending up with food poisoning. Please listen to your customers and check your fish waffles before you serve them to customers.

2022-02-26Amazing ice cream and ah boong, but the tea is terrible. I’ve tried several flavors and they all taste the same. It’s some sort of strange, floral flavor that’s overpoweringly sweet.

2020-12-23Super cute spot with delicious ice cream. I loved the choices to build the fish dessert. Great variety of toppings. I would love to go back and try the bubble tea also. Staff was all masked and they had a clean pen and used pen cup for signing receipts.
