What I love most about 30 Minute Hit is the motivation, having a trainer always with you encouraging you to not give up is what keeps me going even when Im tired or feel like stopping.I searched for places to work out that would have that kind of hands-on motivation, convenient hours, and engaging routines that would keep me coming back. And 30 minute hit has checked all those boxes. Thanks for all your hard work!

I have been coming to 30 Minute Hit since the beginning of September and its one of the best investments Ive made in my health. Ive taken kickboxing in the past but I prefer the structure of 30 Minute Hit. I love that you can drop in at any time, so class is always in session. The variation in the workouts is what has made me the most consistent. Each station only lasts for two minutes (with alternating 30 second intervals of high intensity and regular intensity movements) so Im never bored and its easier to push harder at each station. All of the instructors are super kind and caring. They offer tips throughout the workout to help improve form, maximize results & minimize injury. Ive really enjoyed my time so far and cant wait to see how much more I improve in the coming months.

The staff is so kind and welcoming! The workout was so fun and got my heart rate going. You are really able to workout your full body in a quick 30 mins. I felt so encouraged by my trainer and the community seems really awesome.

It’s an excellent kick boxing gym, the trainers are great at challenging my strength, and I just love it. The workout is fast but somewhat intense. Is AWSOME!

So I joined immediately. This is a new fast way to get a hard workout in 4 times a week. The coaches are upbeat and will motivate you to move through the circuit. The other members are great..they support you as well. I have alot of fun and the music is amazing too. Im just starting and my fitness level is low but I can make it through the circuit. Sweating my butt off but grinning ear to ear!!🤼‍♀️😊Im sore but it feels amazing!

Do you want a complete workout that only takes 2% of your day? A gym only for women complete with a trainer? 30 Minute Hit is a boxing circuit that takes just 30 minutes and is geared around self-defense and aerobic fitness. Its fun, fast and the owners and trainers are supportive. I love that its convenient, new and clean. Give it a try with a free trial - Im glad I did!

This is the best work-out you’ll ever have and it only takes 30 minutes out of your day! You will work every muscle and will see results quickly. You will always have a coach by your side keeping you motivated and ensuring good form. This is SO much better than a big gym and so much cleaner too! The owners are very friendly and hands-on. They want you to reach your goals and are very encouraging. I selfishly wanted to keep this goldmine to myself, but owe it to this place to shout their awesomeness from the rooftop!! Dieting & walking daily was not working for this middle aged post menopausal woman, so I had to kick it up a notch! This is what my metabolism and spirit needed! Truly game changing & life changing!!

I love the structure, how even when I get tired I’m motivated by a trainer to push myself, I love how it doesn’t take over two hours, and finally I love feeling accomplished when my workout is done.I’m grateful I found this place. In college I was only into heavy lifting (hammer thrower) but after college and injuries I lacked the motivation to go to the gym. So I gained a lot of weight my first year out of college. I struggled to find a gym that I wanted to go to more than once a month. But finding this place even if I’m tired I’m excited to get sweaty and tired.
