7 Tequilas Mexican Restaurant in other cities:
Overpriced... underwhelming.Service is mediocre and the food is NOT good. My brisket burrito was mostly beans and my girlfriend’s pollo chipotle was swimming in sauce. Everything we ate was covered in peppers to mask the fact that it was bland, run of the mill food. Way overpriced for the portion and... despite leftover food... no need for a to-go container... not like it was going to magically taste better later.
My wife and I love 7 Tequilas - Canton, and eat here almost every Saturday night. The food is delicious and the service impeccable. I have never had a bad meal here. The menu is unlike most Mexican restaurants, and they have a lot of what I consider gourmet dishes. The manager Mauricio, and his wife Elena, are wonderful people and work very hard to make their customers feel like family. Their seafood dishes are very fresh, and the seafood Chimichanga is to die for! We are especially fond of the Carnitas and that can be ordered in several configurations. It is a very succulent and tasty pork dish and I highly recommend it. There are a lot of restaurants in Canton, but we keep coming back to 7 Tequilas. Overall I would say that you cant go wrong eating here and I highly recommend that you give them a try...
I went here during lunch time and it was great. The lunch crowd was busier than I anticipated but comfortable enough to where everything came out quickly. Service was phenomenal. We had three entrees and two margaritas (one of them the larger size one) for less than $50 (before tip!) The prices are pretty darn great. Their upsized margarita was only $10. I had tostadas that were super fresh and exactly what I wanted: simple, light, but filling and tasty. Will def be going back here!!
Delicious Tex-Mex+!!!We have been on the hunt for a place like this for a while now and we are so happy to have finally found 7 Tequilas! We ordered a ton in order to get a feel for their overall offerings. Guacamole Mexicano, steak fajitas, 3 different tacos, and chicken hauchero(sp?) And it was all fantastic.First of all fresh chips and 2 types of salsa (mild and spicy) upon sitting downPiping hot entrees afterwards and prompt service during relatively packed place.Their guacamole mexicano was flavorful, fresh and a large portion. Also, they went light on the red onions which the wife appreciates.Their carne asada tacos, and carnitas were fantastic. Their steak taco were also good but the other 2 were the real stars. The fajitas came loaded w veggies which I very much appreciate and requests for additional tortillas were quickly met.The chicken hauchero(again sp?) Was also good and piping hot.MIL had the carnita chimichanga which she said was the best ever.Seriously so good! They are requesting masks upon entry and try to keep people separate though it seemed, as it filled up, that they werent turning people away if people needed to sit closely.
I would give 0 stars, if I could. I have ate here 3 times, but I will never be going back. The Chile Relleno (Poblano) was my ONLY reason for trying them and for coming back. The first two times I ordered it, it was about 4/5 stars. This last time, I nearly chipped a tooth because the shredded chicken had a huge bone in it (about the size of the length of my pinky). Another major issue I have is that the plates are always excessively hot, yet the food is only warm. I’ve worked in enough restaurants to know that they use warmers to keep the food warm instead of serving it fresh and hot. Another issue is the service. Each time I went, the service was mediocre at best. The servers are very slow to greet, as well as being slow in all other aspects. I had a different server each time, and only one of them was mildly polite. They each forgot to give me silverware, so my already microwave warm food continued to cool down while I had to wait for silverware. (The second time I visited here, I had to wait 5 minutes, and I had to get up to find someone to get it for me.) The drinks are awful. I tried a couple different ones each visit, and they were all terrible. They were mostly too strong, but they were also sloppily made. The margaritas had way too much lime on the rim causing the salt to mostly slide off, and what salt remained was disgustingly slimy.I should also mention that each time I visited the restaurant was dead, with no more than 4 tables there. This last visit, I was the ONLY guest in the restaurant by the time my food came. I had to ask a different server to get my server for me because I hadn’t seen her in about 20 minutes. I ordered a second drink from her, and then the entire wait staff disappeared for 30 minutes. I had to walk up to the front to finally get my bill. There were 4 servers/bartenders all sitting in a booth near the front door. As I was paying, the server asked how my visit was (as if she didn’t know that it was terrible). I was honest with her and explained how awful it was in detail. Instead of offering to get the Manager or to apologize in any way, they were rude and disrespectful. When I finally said, “this is unacceptable and I will not be coming back here,” another server snapped, “K bye!” Yup, bye!
I usually do not make reviews, but I do have to say that the food was pretty good. The salsa was my favorite. The food was delicious, but that is not the reason for this review. Our waitress Elizabeth was outstanding. Her smile was contagious, she has great costumer service. She was very helpful at explaining the menu. She was very attentive and very fast. We absolutely loved her! Great service on her end!! Good job 7 tequilas!!!
Horrible service. We checked in, were waiting patiently for a table. They skipped us four times, giving tables to people who walked in after us. When confronted, the hostess said she did not realize we checked in; The same hostess that took our name. Another waitress confirmed we had and showed here our name on the list, four spots above those that were seated. She shrugged it off, never apologized. We wont be back.
Wasnt that impressed. Food was okay. Almost zero cheese dip on the $2 up charge. And what was there can only be described as cheese fluid. Service was super slow and forgetful. Sat for ten minutes, with our food getting cold, without silverware. Margarita was tiny and not worth the $6.
Went to eat lunch and the waitress messed up my order, I didn’t have time to wait for them to remake it because I was on my lunch break. The manager refused to make it right. Not only was that an issue but the staff was too busy standing around talking to even refill our drinks. I won’t go back
This place is outstanding! walked in was greeted by the whole staff, smiling faces, great music, beautiful decor, and extremely clean! Sanitizer station set up and they all had masks on and their appearance was clean and professional. The waitress was totally great! our food was ready FAST!!! and was super delicious. They brought out two salsas, the dark one was banging.the guy (had to be the manager) walked the floor and asked everyone how their food was and tended to the bar and even brought our to go bag to us that I almost forgot.definately returning here.
First visit was last weekend. Of the four of us, three enjoyed the food. Two of the dishes alone would warrant a five-star review, if not for a few issues that would have us think twice before returning. The enchilada was ordered with red sauce, but came with cheese sauce. When we requested the correction, it came back with brown sauce. One of the cocktails was horribly mixed, and the guacamole was nice, but only once we were able to dig through the thick layer of tomato on top. We all agreed the chips were too thick, and the music was so loud that the speakers were rattling. Overall, the loud music was the biggest complaint within the group.
The prices were more the the other local places. I order steak fajita nachos the portions were terrible. I mean the steak was well done and burnt if you even got steak. No cheese. The basket of chips were the best but the chips tasted burnt. I will never be back. So disappointed use to be my favorite Mexican place to go to. Terrible....👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
The reason I rated this particular establishment only two star is that I had unsatisfying experience with the shrimp tacos they were delicious going down but I spent the next 24 hours with awful stomach cramps and the walking trots plus let me add that they were overpriced for what you received. However the service was excellent. Gentleman if you dont have good food I dont care how good the service is.......
Food is always really good. The two salsas brought to the table upon being seated are so good with great depth of flavor, particularly the warm, black salsa. Good lord, its addictive! But service is always poor. Just uncaring and giving off the I dont want to be here attitude. Tis a shame. The food blows every Mex restaurant in Canton out of the water. The service is some of the worst in Canton.
My food was amazing! I had the shrimp chimichanga and it was nearly perfect. I was torn bc it had squash and zucchini which I thought would release a lot of moisture when cooked (and it did), but the taste and texture of the vegetables were so good that it didn’t matter. The refried beans were hands down the best I’ve had at any restaurant, and I’d go back just for that. Glad we stopped by
I don’t remember ever having a chimichanga I enjoyed more. The chicken was tender, juicy, and very tasty. All of my food was excellent. The service was very good. My group had tacos and quesadillas. Everyone raved about their food. I thought the music was way too loud. It caused the children to be really loud. I could have done without all of that noise but I’d definitely go back for the food.
Well the wife and I was very disappointed with our visit,. The food is nothing like it was before. The prices have gone up the quality of the food and the size of the margaritas have gone down. The waitress never came back to check on us until the end, she spent more time with the other 5 at the counter talking and laughing .I needed more salsa finally got one of the other waitress to get me some.Very very dissatisfied and will not come back here, should have went to , La Parrila 10 times better.
Indifferent service, rushed, hurried... did the bare minimum, inattentive and rude. At one point, the staff turned on all the lights, blinding the few of us attempting to enjoy the end of our meal. This was done again but they blinked all of the house lights as if we were being told to leave. This was prior to the actual closing time. They began cleaning all around us, spraying chemicals as we were concluding our food and drinks. Totally unprofessional and will NEVER return to this location. I will also spread the word to every single person I know, to not waste your time!! Go to the Holly Springs location instead. Skip this poor excuse for a restaurant and save your hard earned money. They clearly don’t care.
This is the second time I’ve been here and the last. First time wasn’t great at all but it wasn’t horrible. But today, we ordered a cheese quesadilla and a chimichanga dinner to which my husband and I split. Chips are thick here if you like them that way. Salsa is mediocre. The cheese quesadilla was fine but the chimichanga tasted like the oil it was fried in was old. Tasted rancid. I could not eat it. It was also really small compared to most places. I know people that love this place and it is beyond me as to why they think so! I’ll definitely drive the extra miles to somewhere better. Once bitten, twice shy. No third of try for me. Second star is purely for the big guy behind the bar. Really nice guy!
The food was awesome! We were served very quickly, but Yasmin let us take our time. Nothing but great things to say about our server, and the rest of the staff. Yasmin was friendly, a little sassy, and prompt. We will be requesting her the next time. Thank you for a great first experience. We will definitely be back!
Pretty good food, I keep coming back here so they must be doing something right. Like all places these days the service is hit or miss, sometimes you get someone fantastic whos really on top of it other times you get somebody whos more interested in sitting in the corner staring at the silverware. Pretty happy with the food though.
Menu price did not line up with my receipt and when I asked I was told they have an insert that goes with the menu stating it. However, this is my 2nd visit and no insert. Also, my steak was over cooked and the server very short with answers when asking questions. We never got any refills, as well as, two plates came out wrong. I use to love to come here but the changes in the street tacos make them less than desirable and the service has been bad twice in a row. It will be a long time before i come back.
WOW! How is this place not rated 6 STARS?! Shrimp burrito was by far, hands down, the best Ive ever had! Service was fast, granted I was by myself and it was before the dinner rush, but still it was fast. Server was friendly and prompt. The Mexican margarita was to die for... all in all a GREAT PLACE TO EAT!
I hit this Mex joint up every few weeks and Ive never been disappointed. The food really is the star here, showing depth and complex flavors. But the standout of everything they do is the warm, dark salsa served with the chips. I would bathe in that addictive, chile laden concoction. So friggin good!
Never been more irritated with a restaurant. It’s 5:00 on a Wednesday and there were only 6 people in the whole restaurant and multiple waitresses. We got up and asked the group of them at the host area if we could be served at our table(considering 5 of them were standing there talking). They said they would find our waitress. We waited 25 minutes and never even got our drink order taken. I would understand if it was busy or understaffed, but that was clearly not the case. Customer service is obviously not a priority to this restaurant considering multiple waitresses passed us and never even offered to help us. Save your money and go to La parilla!
I wish I could give this place 5 stars like I used to. After their incident they havent really been the same. They were out of the beer I wanted on drought and the one I ended up getting was a bit stale and The bar smelt like unwashed wet rags. The fajitas were good but everything else was extremely mediocre.
If you had good friends in from out of town and wanted to take them to a great Mexican restaurant this is not the place I would go. Not bad, just average. Service was attentive but I thought business was slow for dinner time on a Thursday night. The food was tasty but not exceptional. Beware the Chorizo Quesadilla!! I had this for dinner. Tasty but oh brother did I feel it 2 hours later. This probably had more to do with my digestive system than to the food. I will probably go back but I wont be ordering this dish,
It’s a very nice restaurant to visit on a weekly basis, they have Extremely great customer service! Very nice and loving people working there as well, the food is truly amazing! I love getting the salmon and shrimp dish! I would honestly have to say that Ashley Spriggs is the best server I have ever had, she’s a very nice, Respectable, well mannered, and polite young lady!! She does such a great job, she makes people feel so welcome and loved there! Absolutely great Experience every single time! Ashley keep up the great work!!👍🏽👍🏽
Five of us had some time to grab a quick dinner before we went to the movie. We were hoping we could get dinner here in a timely manner and they did. The food was very good, hot, and service was excellent. Absolutely the best chips and salsa I had had in a very long time. Well be back soon.
Food was alright. But the service was terrible! We asked for another high-chair 3 times and they didn’t give one to us! Eventually we asked for one up front and they pointed to where one would be, didn’t think about actually giving one to us. They also left some crusty cheese on my side dish, now I’m worried that other dishes might have been dirty! Will not be coming back!
Im gonna throw down a 5 star review, with a slight deduction for our first visit server being a little inattentive. I see other reviews mention service issues too, not great to read that because so far this is best Mexican weve found in Canton area. The street tacos, especially the beef, are on point! The dipping sauce, whatever it was, was spicy! The tomatillo sauce offered with another meal was so good I could drink it! All the standards, chips, rice, cheese dip all good. The beans didnt stand out as great. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. The live music was great as well. Try this place!
This is a great place to get some delicious Mexican food. I had a great dining experience here thanks to my amazing waitress Ashley. She made sure my food was exactly what I asked for. She had a great spirit, and by far the best server I have every had! I will definitely be back.
Very good food, and the margaritas are good. The service is usually good. Recently went and I think the waitress was new. She didnt know the menu, didnt ask how I wanted my steak cooked, etc. However, she was very courteous and friendly. This time (3/5/17), the food was over cooked. We come here often, so this was not usual. I still recommend this place.
They were very busy today, and there was a bit of a wait. But our server did a fabulous job juggling my familys orders and her other tables. Food came quicker than I would have thought with how busy they were. Taco salad was a bit bland, but overall experience was excellent!
Average food with no flavour. Ordered a chicken burrito and came out with steak. Husband ordered something that was supposed to be spicy but had no spice whatsoever. Also make sure to check your receipt because they charged us for tea when we didn’t order it and only had water. Will not return, there are far better Mexican restaurants around.
It was a Saturday night and we were looking for good food and cocktails. The folks at Hampton Inn highly recommended this restaurant. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and live music on the patio. The Chimichanga Supreme was delicious and the 7 Tequilas Margarita was wonderful. Good food, good people, great drinks!!!
Best mexican food in an hour or more radius! Seriously authentic, serious quality food, and the best part is they don’t play it cheap and give you little of anything! Their steaks are thick real steaks, not just the skirt steak. Their corn tortillas are even better and thicker. My experience was great and I will be coming back. Ask for Maria, she took great care of me! :)
Great food. Some of the best Mexican food Ive found out here in Georgia. Its a real shame that I live an hour away from this place or else Id be in a few times a month. The atmosphere was nice, calm and reminded me of being back home in Texas at a restaurant. Will definitely be back soon.
We got waited on quickly. But....... the chicken wasn’t all the way cooked. We had a family of 6 that went and 3 of our orders were wrong, they weren’t even close to what we ordered. So they were quick but I think they could of done better with the order. All in all they were a good place but doesn’t seem like they can get a order right.
Yesterday I ate at the Riverstone location, ordered steak fajitas. They were the worst steak fajitas I’ve ever ordered !!! Meat, onions & peppers were all chopped up... what’s with that ?!?!Yes I’m over 50... so I guess they assumed I needed help chewing !! Not so !!!Just order a Margarita & chips/ dip !!
I came in today and received what could possibly be the worst service that I have ever experienced. We received chips and salsa before we even sat down. But then, our experience took a nose dive.Elena, took our order. My son ordered the Brisket Burrito with meat and cheese ONLY. It came out with pico de gallo. My wife ordered the Lunch 8 MiX with additional veggies. We were CHARGED for additional veggies, but she didnt receive them. I ordered the Lunch 9 and I had something strange on my plate, but my server never came back to tell me what it was. After we finished eating, and Elena never returned, we decided to go to the register. When the cashier said she was going to get a manager, Elena came running to the register to take my money. No apologies or anything else. $32.07 for half eaten meals and poor service. This was my first and positively my last visit to this establishment.
I had Ashley, her timing was perfect, she treated us with the utmost respect, customer service was phenomenal, not checking on us too often but just the perfect amount of times, and her personality was bomb!! Ask for Ashley if you guys visit this place!!! she won’t let you down!!! Thanks for the amazing experience!!! My husband and I will definitely be regulars :-)
The service is always so slow here. we waited an hour this time for our food to arrive. we had to ask for drink refills and for chips and salsa. the waitress Jalyssa stated there wasnt a manager to speak to. she was also unconcerned with our frustrations with our service. she didnt even apologize. she asked us if we wanted to cancel our order. 3 tables that arrived before us got their food before us. it wasnt even a busy time of day. we wont be back. food was mediocre.
Service is horrible. You can get the exact same meal at any other restaurant quicker, and for less. No reason to wait in line. Its not worth it. Took over 45 minutes to get our order, which was easy, and telling us that more chips and salsa comes with a charge. No thanks. Been there a few times and the service has gotten worse.
My husband just came home from picking up a to go order. My entire order was wrong. Paid for stuff I didn’t even get. How do you not send lettuce sour cream guac and pico de Gallo with the FAJITA ORDERS! Ugh! Can’t stand 7 tequilas off riverstone. The sixes rd one is the only one I will go from here on out
Margaritas taste like lemonade, food wasnt great and there was a group of young adults in front of our booth who were extremely loud and smoking a vape..I told the waitress about the person vaping, who said she would tell the manager, but I never saw a manager inquire about the situation. Wont be back to this restaurant.
At times usually during the week when its slow in evening it good service we have been going here for 8 years, but the turnover of servers is bad lately and today we were told by someone we never dealt with that if your a regular mixed drinks may be $7 but today that charged $10 and our service was awful on patio,I am convinced that there is no management or communication between hostess and waitstaff, just a bunch of kids with terrible time management training or lack there of.thay are now as bad as Luna by laurel canyon publix, the good news is longhorn can make margaritas to and that always have good service, and its not $10 for a vodka 7 there
The food is amazing every time that we come here. I have never had a bad experience. Aiylaha was our server and she is absolutely amazing. She always had a smile on her face and made sure all of our needs were met. If 7 Tequilas continues to hire servers like Aiylaha, they will always have our business.
I love the canton location! I always come in with my family, and make sure we ask for Ashley!! She always makes my family laugh, and always makes sure we have everything we need!! She is so humble and 😄! When we request her and she is not there, we literally leave.. the food is great, the service is always great, but Ashley makes us feel like family!
This is once one of my very favorite Mexican restaurants in Canton. Lately however the service has been lacking in the quality of the food has not been the same either... I wish they would get their act together because this is one of the most convenient places for us to enjoy dinner.
Best Mexican restaurant around. Much better than the Woodstock location. The pulled pork chimichanga is to die for and the homemade salsa is so good! Very strong margaritas so be careful of youre driving. Request to be served by Ashley or Marco. My family loves this place.
This was the last time we will ever go here. We waited 10 mins for a waitor to take our drink orders. When someone finally came over it was the manager. He took our drink orders. After bringing our drinks he took our order. We were a party of 5 and he never once wrote any of our order down. Well our food came in about 15 mins. Now that would have been great but it was wrong. We told the food runner that our food was wrong and he only brought 1 meal back that was correct. Now we waited about 10 more mins for our waiter(who was the manager) to come back so we could address the issues and noone ever came back. We were there for 75 mins and only seen the waiter(manager) once. Our drinks were empty and our food was wrong. When we complained the manager only took off 3 drinks(sodas) and sheddard cheese. This was the last straw. We have never had a good experience there. The food is great when its right but the service, the wait staff and the nasty host are some of the worse Ive seen.
I have been a long time customer of this particular location and ever since management changes the service has just gone down hill. I went there tonight to celebrate a family birthday (with a toddler in tow) and waited 50 minutes before finally leaving without getting our food. We were told by our server that there was a large party outside (which we totally understand). Turns out there was never a large party. We love 7 tequillas and unfortunately they lost good tipping customers tonight, very disappointing.
Was not impressed the first time I went, 6 months ago, decided to give it another try. Will never go back again and actively dissuade all from going. Husband ordered a chile relleno, was served what looked like the drippings from a pan with a chile stem in it. Utterly offensive. Why a plate of drippings left the kitchen to be served to a customer will never be adequately explained to me...Dont go, read the review in the newspaper about rat droppings if youre still unconvinced, save your health and your money.
BE FOREWARNED- they’ve upped their price $4 for Fajitas- when we asked about it- the server pointed out the additional laminated menu they put on top of the 2 menus they gave uswhen seated. Apparently this laminated one was the one to educate ourselves about their ‘Covid’ menu and new prices. We didn’t look at the laminated one, thinking it’s a ‘special’ s menu. We’ve frequented 2 other 7 Tequilas locations and get the same thing each time. A 25% increase without pointing out this important change as we sat down is a really lousy ‘maneuver’ to surprise your guests with. Her reply- ‘sorry, we did give you the laminated sheet’. Won’t be back
My husband & I just happened to find this place by accident & were we suprized! Being from AZ Im hard to please when it comes to authentic Mexican food. In my younger days we would drive over the boarder into Mexico to spend the wkend eating our way thru all the eateries & roadside taco stands. So when I say this is the most authentic Mexican Ive had in 30yrs Im just blown away w the authentic flavors they served. My husband had fajitas served w homemade tortillas & I had the Chiles poblanos (1beef 1chkn) and everything was spot on! The salsa was outstanding. Would give 5 stars based on just food but it took a long time (50min) to receive it once we ordered. Needless to say we were there an hour & 30 min. We were there just after 12oclock on a Sun so they were busy. But we will return to enjoy another authentic meal.
My husband and I will never go here again. We decided to try this place and we were seated promptly, because they werent very busy. We were given menus, but nobody ever came to take our drink order, or bring us chips and salsa. So, we looked at the menus and knew what we wanted to order, still no service. Another gentleman was seated near us and they took his drink order. We saw plenty of servers chatting, but none of them came over to our table. My husband and I decided to wait another five minutes and then we decided to leave. Worst place ever for customer service! As we walked out I told the front that it would have been nice if we could have had some service and walked out.
I was born & raised in AZ and had a Mexican nanny who used to make our Mexican food from scratch with shredded beef (not ground beef)! We left there in 1987, and moved to FL. We were able to find a good Mexican food restaurant in Central Florida, but since moving to N Georgia we havent been able to find anything comparable to what I grew up on in Arizona......until NOW!!! We were extremely surprised, happy & satisfied when we found 7 Tequilas Restaurant, who makes their food the way we LOVE IT!!! We spoke to the manager, and let him know how happy we were with the food!
To bland tacos very small portions for cost!! service okay because no one their. When you have dined at Fredas and taco mexico, etc you can judge . They have non refundable $ 12.00 Groupon s which is only good for 20percent of bill to screw you good, and ours had a 48 hr use it or loose it! YES IN SMALL PRINT. . they are not nice people ! We were able to receive a credit from Groupon. Travel to Cumming.
We waited 20 minutes to be seated and eventually had to stop and ask someone if we seat ourselves. I dont remember the response but with out making eye contact she walked back outside. This was our first time here and our last. The restaurant was less than half full..not one employee greeted us or the guests before us.
Dont come here if you have food allergies. I placed an order tonight, verified on the menu with the hostess that tomatoes werent listed. When I got home there were tomatoes all over my food. Im allergic, I explained to the hostess when I ordered the food.I returned to the restaurant to have the food remade without tomatoes, they kitchen simply scraped off the tomatoes on top. There were still bits in my food. When I called to conplain to the manager, he acted like I never explained the situation. I should not have to explain about food allergies when I order food.
I have been going here for 6 years on and off. I always thought the food was great and the service was great. I havent been there for about 6 months and decided to go again and had the most horrible experience ever. Waitresses were chatting off to the side made eye contact with us then turned their back and kept talking while we were still waiting for drinks. There looked to be only one waitress who even cared about the customers and they werent even that busy. I had to flag her down several times to get my waitress. There was a lot of flaging down to try to get drink refills to get chips and salsa and finally get our food order taken. When the food arrived my hot plate was so hot it burned all the food on the bottom black. Took some time to get the waitress to even come back around. When she did, I asked for some food that was not burnt. She said she would have to get the manager and just left and did not seem concerned at all. Then when the manager arrived he said hed cook some for me personally, came back 15 minutes later with food for me with a scalding hot hot plate again that I scraped off into a regular plate as fast as I could just so I could have something to eat and some of the food was still over cooked from the extremely hot hot plate. Then trying to get out of there was a big hassle because you have to flag down people to get a check. Totally unhappy with the service I decided to just pay at the counter where a hostess did not acknowledge us at all. Totally ignoring us for 5 minutes just to serve people behind us acting like we were not there. Hostess came back to grab a squirt bottle and take off and clean tables while we were still standing there for about 10 minutes. Finally our original waitress was close by and flag her down to pay for our meal. We were trying to split the check and she said she had to get a manager again I did not want to wait after everything we had just been through so I paid for the whole check and got out of there. I will not be going back to this restaurant again. Highly disappointed
I just left the location and I’m very upset because I waited for awhile for someone to take my drink order/food order. Servers saw me looking around for help but no one bothered to come to my table to ask if I needed anything. I asked a gentleman that works there if he could get us a server and we still waited around and no one came.
This was the worse Mexican meal I have ever had. I ordered a Chicken Fijiita Quesadilla and instead of cheese, I got a load of thick gravy with veggies, with no cheese inside, and very little chicken. This was not good at all. In fact, it was terrible! Do not order this dinner if you want to get Mexican Food!
It was yesterday New Yrs day and we decided to try 7 tequilas since our reg. Place we eat was closed ..since it was cold and raining we got the order for take out . .2 separate orders we made and both was cold ...One was grilled chicken nachos cheese was cold and had very little chicken..I asked to have jalepenos grilled along with the chicken...what I got was a side cup of diced jalepenos and they had a pickeled like taste and was cold too and they charged $1.99 extra for them...I tries to heat my food up and eat it ...no thank you it was nasty...and I asked for an additional type of salsa which I didnt get but Im sure we got charged for it since it was ordered.....the receipt was dropped in the parking lot as she ran to the car in the rain ...my granddaughter got the grilled chicken nachos ..she said it was soggy like watered down tasting...We live within 5 miles of this restaurantAnd have never eat there before and certainly wont entertain the idea of eating there againCalled back to tell them about the quality of the food and no answer ......I would gave them zero stars but that wasnt an option...
Ive been going to the one in holly springs religiously but the one in canton is right by my house so I figured it would be the same, especially since I was just stopping by to pick up an order of Pollo Loco. Simple dish. Just rice, grilled chicken, covered with queso. Little did I know, I get home to find my pollo loco with no queso. One of the three ingredients to make it. I had to go back, and the first person I told, laughed and didnt even think to apologize. It was extremely rude and I will go out of my way never to go to the Canton location again.

2021-08-25Mixed review for this place. The salsa tasted store bought and plain, the chorizo cheese dip was okay, probably would not order it again. We also had the 3 street tacos, 2 chicken 1 steak. The chicken was delicious and well seasoned, the steak had no seasoning and tasted boiled, no searing at all. We also ordered a seafood chimichanga and it was amazing! I ordered one strawberry margarita and it was the best I have ever had! Very fresh, tasted like it was made from scratch. A lot of places will give you a sugar/syrup bomb with food coloring and a splash of tequila, but this was not what they serve here. Bravo on the drink, make fresh salsa and sear and season your steak. I would return for some chicken tacos and another strawberry margarita.

2022-06-07I got one of the best T-bone steaks I have ever had on our last visit. It was so tender I didnt even need a knife. The grilled veggies were perfect as well. My wife said the margaritas were super as well ..a great place for a couple or entire family.

2022-05-06After having constant issues at another local Mexican restaurant we started coming here. Not only are the margaritas better but, the whole atmosphere is. We will drive that much further to come here.

2022-03-04We have eaten here twice in the last week and loved it. (Once for lunch, and once for dinner.) We had the chicken tacos, fajitas, and seafood burritos. All were delicious. Food came out hot and well prepared. Service was friendly, but not the fastest.

2022-02-06This was by far my worst experience with any restaurant. We ordered cheese dip and it came out warm with huge lumps in it. My chicken fajitas where burned to the skillet. My husbands shrimp and steak burrito looked like something you would feed a pig and had zero flavor. My brother ordered the chicken quesadilla and it could have been used as a half Frisby. The service was not great. She only came to the table 3 times and she seemed like she couldnt be bothered to do anything. Definitely will not be back.

2022-06-04Staying at a local hotel and ordered take out. It was ready quickly, included chips and salsa, and the cutlery was eco friendly and biodegradable. My chimichanga and rice was delicious. The chips were under salted but that’s easily remedied.

2022-06-03Mixed reviews about this place. Food was good but service was pretty bad. Waitress was less than friendly and didnt return to ask if we needed anything until she brought the bill then she didnt return again. We had to go to them to ask for a drink refill. Not a pleasant experience. Probably wont return to this location

2022-05-10A place with the worse management that ever seeing. Arrived to this place for Cinco de Mayo for a diner and the place was not crowded like others. The receptionist said that they have a 10 minutes waiting time and they put me on the list. At the end We wait for more than 35 minutes to be seated and then another 25 to 30 minutes to take our order. Nothing was bring to the table ... even the drinks we ordered (2 fountain sodas) never arrived. After another 30 minutes the server came to our table saying that the can not prepare our food because the chefs decided to close the kitchen. I consider this action disrespecful and demostrated a poor management of this place. I strongly advice the general administration to take a closer look of the people that they put in charge of their business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL... F+

2022-06-10The food is good, however the service is terrible. We go there once a week and recently they act like they are doing us a favor. We were forgotten at a table, we complained to the manager and he just said that’s not good, I’ll see what happened. A second time the same scenario and the staff brought the food like we did something wrong so we told the manager and he again said “that’s not good, I’ll see what happened”. The worst part is they were not even busy, half the staff was sitting down chatting in the booths by the entrance.Bottom line is don’t go there, there are plenty of other Mexican restaurants in the area with good food and better service or at least a manager that cares when regulars of years complain. I understand everyone is short but when half the staff is not busy that is unacceptable.
