Absolutely 10/10 recommend going and buying a car from Shawn! Found the car I wanted earlier in the week, had to have it and called him, he was very very nice on the phone and told me everything I wanted to know. Later that day, I drove 2 hours to get my get the car I wanted. When I got there he was as nice as he was on the phone, test drove the car while him, my mother, and 6mo daughter talked. We had all the paperwork done in about 10 minutes and the 2015 Infiniti Q50 was mine. Shawn and other employee talked to us for a little bit and we were off back home. I seriously recommend buying a car from them !!
I purchased a BMW X3 recently and my experience was wonderful. I got there late in the day due to heavy traffic in the area. All of the other dealerships were closed but Shawn new I was on my way and he stuck around to give me an opportunity to look at the car. There were no guarantees that I was going to purchase a car but Shawn was very thorough in his review of the vehicle and it’s specs. We took the car on a test drive and Shawn made me feel at ease and comfortable with the process. The process seemed very natural and I’m sure to look him up again when it’s time to purchase my daughter’s car. I will definitely recommend A&M to friends and family.
This was one of the most pleasant auto-buying experiences Ive ever had. I contacted Shawn about the Audi Q5 he had shown on their website. I was a bit hesitant, since I live in MS, but Shawn took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the car and overall buying experience. After doing a few days of searching for trucks. I found out about these guys through cargurus when I found the perfect f150 for me at reasonable price. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership so I called them up and Shawn was able to help me out on the purchase. He got me pre-approved before I drove out. I got there and tested the truck without any pressure, I instantly liked the truck. They let me put a deposit down and when I came back 2 days later we sat down and within 30 minutes I was back out on the road. Big thanks to Shawn for helping out! Definitely happy with the service and my purchase. Highly recommend checking this place out if your in the market for a vehicle.
We traveled two hours to look at a 2014 528i. When we first arrived, Shawn was busy but happily handed me the keys to the car so I could inspect it. I spent about 30 minutes looking it over from top to bottom. Not once was I bothered, which I appreciated. When I was satisfied, I went back into the office and asked if I could test drive it. They moved a few cars out of the way so they could get it out. The lot is very tight. We then spent about thirty minutes talking with Shawn about various topics. Not once was Shawn pushy, we didn’t even talk about the car. He a very likable, easy going, down to earth guy. He let my wife and I take the car out for about thirty minutes. When we came back, I told him I wanted it and proceeded with the paperwork. The process was very easy and pressure free.I’m not sure why all the bad reviews. My experience was enjoyable. I drove the car two hours back home with a mixture of Atlanta stop and go traffic and free highway without a hitch. The car is perfect mechanically with just a few cosmetic issues, but the car was priced accordingly.Thank you Shawn for a painless shopping experience. We’ll definitely check your lot out when it comes time to buy for our youngest boy.
Best personal and business experience I’ve ever had. Shawn made my out of state purchase of vehicle easy. He helped me purchase a vehicle for Mom a pleasant experience that I will never forget. As service member of the armed forces I could not be present at the dealership or near my mom. He even went out of his way to build a red bow for my Mothers surprise gift. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a car out of state, in state or even out of the country. They are honest, humble and professional. I bought my mom a car at A&M. Shawn helped with the sale of the car and was great. When the owner found out the car is being purchased for my mom he replaced a worn out interior door handle and threw in an oil change. The day before my wedding (already stressed out), my fiance and I went to the dealer minutes before they were closing to buy our dream car, 550 BMW. We sat down with Shawn and at first Shawn was like he is getting ready to close and we can pick up the car tomorrow. My heart fell out my chest..how can I come back on the day of my wedding? All I said was Shawn Im getting married tomorrow and his eyes lit up. He said we gonna do this now. I cant have you come back tomorrow!! He was so nice and I appreciate him so much! Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience other people seem to have had. I certainly wouldn’t describe Shawn as personable or peppy. My experience was more nonchalant and I would even describe it as a little cold. It was really a turn off and I ended up leaving without a car I truly wanted and was prepared to buy today but I did not want to give this location my business.
I had the pleasure of working with Sean for new pre owned car and am elated to say I am the new owner. I researched the company first and then viewed the Carfax information for the vehicles I was interested in. I set a test drive appointment and both cars were waiting for me. I was looking to buy a convertible as a second car and visited several dealerships: I have been disappointed with many places mainly because of bad car conditions - for my price range - and poor customer service. Fantastic experience! I had been looking for a BMW X6 with a very specific list of options. Was very fortunate to find it here in A&M Motorsports. The only drawback was that I live on the Oregon Coast, and they’re just north of Atlanta. I called and spoke with Shawn M. He immediately gained my trust by his demeanor on the phone and his knowledge of his cars. We then connected via FaceTime where he’d shown me everything about the car including the couple blemishes that a dealer would often try to skip. Via FaceTime, he took me into all of the places I wanted to see. My wife and I flew across the country to make the purchase. Shawn M was kind enough to pick us up at our hotel (I’d booked one relatively close by) in the X6 so I could drive it. The car was exactly what I’d expected. Back at his office, he left me to thoroughly inspect the X6 without any interruption or hassle. Once satisfied, the actual transaction was quick and painless and we were on our way within a handful of minutes. Shawn M’s openness and responsiveness, and the quality of the X6 gave me the confidence that this was the one for me; that it was worth making the trip for the purchase. And, as an added bonus, my wife and I spent a week driving back to Oregon being able to visit several places we hadn’t seen and visit a couple friends along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate at all contacting Shawn M at A&M Motorsports the next time I’m in the market for a quality vehicle.
Was searching for a Subaru Forester for under $15K. There were a handful around the area to decide between. I drove an hour to A&M to check out the one they had and didnt realize that A&M works primarily by appointment (they have a small staff and have to move cars around to get them in and out to test drive and spend adequate time with a customer) but Shawn was very courteous and got me set up to test drive the Forester while he had other customers. Even without the appointment, he spent as much time with me as I needed, including having some enjoyable conversation about totally unrelated topics! I needed to revisit another car we saw the day before on another dealer lot to refresh my memory to decide between, and even though the other vehicle was a few hundred dollars less, I called Shawn the next day to inform him we were on our way back up to purchase the car if he still had it. Doing the paperwork was very fast and it took me longer to log in to my bank to wire the money than it took for Shawn to get all the docs together for signature. As much as I hate shopping for new cars, Shawn made this a very enjoyable experience. Absolutely no slick, high-pressure sales tactics or scripts, just good, fun help and service. I dont buy cars often but I would definitely shop with A&M again if they have what Im looking for, and would absolutely recommend them if they have what youre looking for. Thanks again Shawn. :-)

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and Im pleased with both my new car and the experience I had with them. Shawn was the associate that helped me, and he made what couldve been a stressful situation very easy. He was informative, patient, and funny. It felt like less of a business transaction and more like talking to a friend. Shopping out of town is difficult. With the market as slim as it is for Honda Odyssey, we were taken to Atlanta as the closest option. Shawn was awesome! He made sure the van was clean before walking through a virtual tour. Questions were answered accurately and timely. He also had experience using our loan company and knew what to recommend having on hand before we arrived to expedite our trip. On arrival, the van was ready for viewing and testing. We were in and out quickly and easily. I highly recommend Shawn and the company as they only buy and sell high quality vehicles.
Shawn was amazing! I had been searching for a car after someone totaled my favorite! I was always a Mazda girl but it was time for a change. Everyone was pushing an SUV on me but I decided to go with what I love (sedans) ! I bought a BMW 320i at an amazing price! Very fair and so easy to work with. I had a minor flaw on my credit and he explained it to the bank so that they understood and worked with my loan. The car has low miles and is in perfect condition. So easy to work with and I love my new whip 😎

I had been looking for a Honda Pilot since March of this year and had not found one that suited everything I wanted at a price I felt was reasonable. Then on my birthday, I searched again and saw something promising at A&M Motorsports but there were no pictures posted yet, so I called and spoke with Shawn. He was so nice over the phone and answered all my questions and assured me it was a nice vehicle. So I made the hour drive to see it. When I arrived Shawn was very personable and put me at ease quickly and since Im a woman, and was by myself in a city I didnt know, that was important. He never pressured me and didnt treat me differently just because Im a woman, which was so refreshing after all the other dealerships Id been to before.The Honda was everything I wanted and even my loan officer at my credit union said it was a good price. So I bought myself the Honda Pilot Touring 4WD that I was wanting, on my birthday. I picked up the vehicle the next day, so it could be detailed and Shawn had already had a light place on the carpet dyed to match the rest of it for me. There was also a DVD remote missing, so they ordered a new one and mailed to my home. I was very impressed with A&M Motorsports and with the whole transaction. Buying a new vehicle was becoming very stressful and you sure made it an easy decision that I still feel great about. I love my new Honda and so does everyone who sees it. Make sure you ask for Shawn, you wont be disappointed!

I traveled about 2 1/2 hours to come look at a car, let me say it was definitely worth the drive. I bought a car that had just came in that day not even listed so i had to wait for inspection and detailing, which didn’t take long. What a great experience with Shawn and A&M!We were in the market for a reliable, good condition used SUV for our daughter, and found a Lexus on one the car listing sites which looked right for us. Linked back to A&M’s site which had good photos and detailed specs, so we called the office expecting voicemail, as it was after hours.Instead, the call was forwarded to Shawn and he was able to confirm the vehicle was still available. Even better, Shawn made time to meet with us on his day off! He was patient as we inspected and drove the SUV, offered good information on its history from A&M’s buying records, and had even test driven the vehicle personally to know what he was selling.When we decided to buy, it was great. The price was a fantastic deal, no haggling, and we were in and out of the office within 30 minutes. My husband and i purchased a 2010 BMW X5 and we absolutely love it! This will be car #2 that we have purchased from them and a 3rd on the way since my Mom fell in love with a Mercedes GLK that was on the lot! Our first vehicle treated us right and had a great experience with Angel as always, The vehicle was cleaned up very well upon our arrival! I was recently hit from behind and my car was totaled, so I needed another vehicle fast. A&M Motorsports was advertising a Honda Accord that was pretty much the car I was looking for. This was by far the best experience I have had with a dealership. They are very relaxed and the quality of vehicles sold speak for itself. Not only was Shawn very professional he was also very accommodating throughout the whole process. I have been searching for a specific BMW for quite some time. I saw they had it (after closing hours of course) and immediately sent a message. They were quick to respond the next day. Shawn took my information and stayed in touch on any updates that came along. Since I am out of state I placed a down payment to pick up at a later date. I had to my car is beautiful and I got it at a steal (Don’t tell them that 🤣). Seriously, they did an excellent job when picking this one out. I purchased a carfax and this vehicle was serviced regularly by BMW with only 2 confirmed owners. Shawn did a walk through via FaceTime and pointed out everything that may have been a concern. Surprising coming from a dealer but very much appreciated. I consider these item very minuscule considering the price and pristine condition (mini dent and tire thread in good condition). I mean after that I was sold. A bill of sale was sent over and everything was there black and white. Come time for me to pick up my vehicle nothing changed the price remained the same. He did a walkthrough to make sure I was comfortable and sent tons of well wishes as I hit the road. I truly felt like a friend here and definitely recommend 10/10!

Had a great experience working with Shawn on the purchase of a 2016 Odyssey. Unlike some dealers, they have a good mix of being attentive and not being pushy. I look at their approach as one of putting out a quality product at fair price and let the sale just work naturally. There arent gimmicks, bait and switches, and all the negotiating games typical of the dealer experience. Communication was easy and flexible, whether call, email, or text. Would definitely buy from again.

Excellent customer service experience. Shaun stayed after closing for me to test drive two vehicles. I put a deposit down on a Mercedes E-class. I came back on Friday with the remaining money signed my paperwork. I left within 15 minutes. The vehicle is beautiful inside and out. Best experience while I was shopping for a car. I purchased a 2016 BMW X5 from A&M Motorsports on 12/3/2021 I test drove the car and felt comfortable after they assured me the truck had been inspected and purchased from Global BMW. A week after the X5 started shaking at 2k RPM and I decided to wait until the first oil change to get it checked out.The week of my oil change I got a alert that my suspension failed and the car needed to be towed to BMW south Atlanta for service. To my surprise the service manager called and asked what happened to the vehicle. I told him it was a daily driver for my wife to pick the kids up and make grocery store runs. He informed me it was one of the worst X5s he saw in a while. Then went on to tell me the list of issues that were missed and clearly not checked by any BMW certified service technician.Air suspension pump: $2,009Air suspension bellow: $1,541Air suspension strut $771Oil Pan Gasket: $2,659Intake charge pipe: $693Axle Seal: $1546Total: $9,390I financed the vehicle from with my bank for $27,000 and have now paid close to $10k more to have it up and running. If you dont have the credit to pay for repairs that cost as much as most cars A&M Motorsports is not the dealer for you. I beg you to please take the car to be inspected by a dealer before giving them your hard earned money.
Great experience! Just bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey. Called one day and spoke to Shawn. He was happy to answer any questions I had. We scheduled a FaceTime call to look over van 2 days later. I went the next day from 3.5hrs away to pick it up. Fast easy process. Shawn was very responsive to calls and texts and offered to arrange car delivery if I was unable to pick up. Really a great guy and would return.

I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in, but everything checked out and they even offered me a great price for my trade in. To top it off, they put brand new tires on the car. The car buying process was low pressure, and Shawn was patient while we tied up loose ends with our lender--even when it meant staying late. Usually dealerships try to upsell you or push you into using their financing, but that was not the case here.

I had an excellent car buying experience purchasing from A&M Motorsports and I would not hesitate to buy from them again! I called the dealership last week and spoke with Shawn about a red BMW 328i. I asked him a few questions and let him know I would be there to test drive the car by Friday evening. When I arrived he was inviting, displayed a great attitude, and even explained where I should test drive the car (since I was unfamiliar with the area). He stayed late to accommodate my work schedule both times I visited the dealership and by Monday Dec. 14th I was leaving in my new car! Bought a small Audi A4 from A&M for a family member, but most of their stock is high end and looks immaculate. They make appointments to view and test drive (due to present conditions) but were very attentive and helpful. Friendly and easy to talk with. The car was already priced reasonably on the lower end of suggested KBB, and they only wanted to bake in an extra $500 profit in the form of a dealership fee, which I felt was within the threshold of reasonable, and less than most dealerships try to do these days. No negotiations necessary. Very easy, pleasant, and hassle free transaction. I will consider them again when Im back in the market.
This is our third car purchase in the last 5 years! Being a local and having access to dozen dealerships within couple miles we have always trusted and felt very comfortable dealing with A&M. The owner is very knowledgeable when it comes to high end German cars and might seem over confident at times ;) but once you get to know him you will very quickly feel very comfortable trusting him as he sounds very honest and genuine.Anyways, We drove our newly purchased BMW all over different places this weekend and we love it. When it comes to used cars I try to be as picky as possible since you never known how the previous owner treated the car. Shawn by far was patient and attentive even though my husband and I always came at closing. He stayed late to make sure we were satisfied. His communication was spot on! He always followed up when he said he would. He gave us all the info we needed to have for our purchase and had every thing ready when we came to pick up. On our pick up date we drove off the lot and BOOM there was an issue with the car! Of course I thought that 1. It’s after closing he will not pick 2. We drove off the lot they won’t look into this. I was disappointed with my experiences, from no greetings to simply not having the actual car shown in the ad. I work in the service industry... Customer is the base of any company. We purchased a car for our daughter (05/04/19) and a few days later we had an issue with a power steering leak. Next day a talk to the owner of the dealer and he took care of the problem almost immediately. I don’t usually write reviews but I have to say that we had a positive experience overall. Is very simple, they sell quality vehicles and care for their customer’s needs. I will definitely do more business with them.
Its a very good place to shop for a car especially when you are looking for a good deal. Angel is really nice and thanks to his help we got a great deal here. The car has oil changed and everything else taken care of. Besides that, they will detail the car and get odor removal before reaching your hand. We are so happy about the car we got and we typically do not buy from dealers but we never regret our choice for this time.

Nice selection of luxury imports, great folks and easy to work with. As a woman it’s not the easiest thing to visit dealerships and try to find a good decent car and get a fair price. The salesman seemed nice and they do have some pretty nice looking inventory, but he was kind of dismissive about one of the features in the car not working, and after I asked to see an inspection he said yes but then kinda just brushed it off and moved onto numbers. Also if you’re looking for a deal this probably isn’t the place. I’ve never seen a dealer that isn’t willing to work with their customers at all (besides carmax and operations like that of course) we were only asking for about a 1000 bucks off of their original out the door price they quoted. I’ve worked as a car salesman for a little over 3 years and I know that between the profit on the car itself, the money they would make from the bank reserve on the loan, the 499 dollar doc fee (just smoke and mirrors, extra profit) and the opportunity at potential back end profit on things like warranty it shouldn’t be a stretch to make a deal. There are plenty of dealers that want your business and will work with you within reason for it, but this isn’t one of them unfortunately.
We’ve now bought 2 cars from this dealer, and were absolutely 100% beyond satisfied with the service, and the vehicles! The service was great, salesman was very patient and did an excellent job both times helping us with the sales. I highly recommend this dealer, and suggest you ask for Shawn!
Its not easy visiting a car dealerships without worrying about being scammed. Woodie, the Finance guy, and Ali, the General Manager, here at A&M were very polite, respectful, and worked with me to get the absolute BEST deal that they could do! They made me feel comfortable and you could clearly see they were a honest working, family owned company. Not to mention, their cars are BEAUTIFUL! I am very pleased with the service provided by A&M Motorsports and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle I bought from them. I was unable to travel there from Kingsport, TN due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, but the listing contained great photos and Shawn gave me a virtual tour using FaceTime during which he pointed out both the good points and any flaws. In the end, I bought the vehicle at a great price and they (Shawn and general manager Ali) were very accommodating in the way they handled paperwork electronically and arranged for delivery of the vehicle at a very reasonable cost to me. Given the great selection of vehicles they offer and the service too, I would buy another one from them in a heartbeat. I can’t recommend A&M Motorsports strongly enough!

That is exactly what I got from Ali and A&M when I purchased a BMW 528I. It was clean, they delivered on their promise to fix a light bulb that was out. They also worked with me, they did everything they could to get me out of the deal that I was buried in. all this to say is that I will return to Ali and his guys at A&M Motorsports again to buy another car. Their selection of cars are all above average to excellent condition, and they will provide carfax/service histories with them. We dealt with Angel and Sean when looking at their cars, and there were none of the usual pressure/sales games you get a some places. We visited a lot of car lots looking for a new car for my wife, and A&M was hands down the best selection and experience we had.

I had absolutely the best experience from Ali and his team. I bought a well maintained single owner vehicle that was priced below the recommended KBB value! When I got to the lot, the manager Woody allowed me to inspect and test drive the car no questions asked. I took the vehicle to a nearby auto repair shop and they were shocked at the great condition of the vehicle. The shop owner spoke extremely highly of the quality of cars Ali carries. They warned me about the rest of the dealers in the area and said they refuse to even inspect their cars due to their low quality. Before purchasing the car, I noticed a small issue with the door actuator and without question Ali ordered the part and gave it free of charge! I refuse buying cars from used car dealerships, however A & M Motorsports is now a dealer that I trust and will recommend again and again. Thank you Ali!
Shawn was awesome. I spoke to him about a 2019 BMW 330i at 1pm on a Friday and had wired money to him by 5pm -- very responsive with detailed pics and videos and ultimately helped getting it shipped to me out of state.
In January 2013, I bought my 2006 Infiniti G35 sedan from A&M. My G35 has been very reliable (as reported in Consumer Reports) and it was sold to me in excellent shape and condition. The purchase experience was as good as you can hope for as I was able to negotiate and end up with a very fair price. For those of you looking to purchase used cars, please do your own research into the reliability of brands and models of cars you are interested in. It is unfair to blame the dealer for cars that break down after you purchase it if you bought it AS-IS and the brand/model is not reliable to begin with. With that said, I would buy again from A&M for my next vehicle.

I was originally going to get a Lexus IS 250 F-Sport, but that vehicle was sold the day before I could get to the Atlanta Metro area (I live in SC). Shawn was able to get another IS for me the next day and I actually like it better than any of the other IS F-Sports I drove that day prior to getting the one I purchased. Overall I’m satisfied with the car and pleased with the pricing.

I would give 0 if i could. If taking advantage of women buying cars was a company!!! I am highly disappointed in this company. I bought my vehicle just last Saturday after a week of listening to how they fixed every problem that I stated was wrong with the car. ONLY A DAY after purchasing the check engine light comes on only to find out theres a oil pressure problem in the vtech engine. NOT TO MENTION I needed the same shock replaced, after they stated they replaced for me. Also needed alignment, they also stated they did that for me. I paid $10,000 walking out of the door and now Im paying an extra $1,000 for my car to actually work properly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I bought my first car from A&M 5 years ago before moving to Pittsburgh. My daughter just turned 17 and I wanted to buy her a car preferably a southern one to avoid the rust issues with the cars around our area. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I went to go look at a BMW here and showed up at 10:30 (they open at 10) and no one was there. After calling 3 times I just sent an email to ask about the car. They called me at 11:47 to talk about it. I was looking for a car for my sister in Florida and wanted to get it inspected. They said that was fine, and that they would take it to their mechanic immediately. So I called the mechanic to pay for it and they took my card, said it should take about an hour. I received no call an hour and a half later. So I decided to call them. They said their phones had been down for 2 hours (you do the math, that’s wrong) and that they had already sold it 30 minutes ago. So after I had called the mechanic gave them my card number, these people allowed someone to come and buy it!! I was ready to buy it today!! I will never try to purchase a vehicle from here EVER AGAIN! And I will always steer people away from here if possible! Hope this helps!

Just bought a car here. I got rear-ended/totaled just after moving down to GA and was very frustrated with the whole ordeal. I had been to a ton of the other dealerships all over the area, this was by far the best one. Elman was cool, easy to deal with, and helped me through the process of registering out of state. All their vehicles seemed to be in good condition and were fairly priced. I believe they only buy/sell quality vehicles. I wouldnt worry about getting tricked into buying a lemon as it is with many other used car dealerships.They provided the Car Fax which proved my car had been very well taken care of and it came with new tires, clean, and fully serviced. Also, they are just the second dealership I came across that provides a warranty on their cars. Overall, a great buying experience. The only minor downside is that their inventory was a little small and only one person was working there then, but they had what I wanted and its probably not always the case.

I just bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey from A&M Motorsports, and I love it! Shopped for many months for a low-miles car that I could afford. Found this one (and A&M) thru Kelley Blue Book. I’ve never bought a car from a used car lot but decided to at least visit them ‘cause the van was exactly what I was looking for.What a great buying experience! Angel showed me the car, guided me out of their lot, and sent me off to test drive. When I returned I asked if I could take the car for an inspection. He said, “Sure”. I took it to a repair place whose guy had worked as a mechanic for Honda for ten years. He put it up on the rack for a visual inspection and also ran the computerized diagnostic. He came back to me with a serious face. (“Oops!” I thought.) Then he smiled: “I think you should change the air filter. Everything else checks out fine.”From that point until today when I drove the van home my experience with these folks has been excellent. Alistaire, the owner, took over the transaction when Angel had another appointment, and he could not have been nicer. No pressure. Knowledgeable about the car. Even offered to touch up a couple of tiny scratches (& did so by the time I came to get the car). … I’ve already recommended these folks to my local Facebook friends. Purchased a 2008 BMW 750LI with my mom. Gave two starts since the car at least runs and starts. When we got home our mechanic told us the vehicle was leaking everything except air from the tires. Mom really liked the car so she put in an extra $4500 with the mechanic. He stated the car had be manicured for a quick sell. Will never do business here again
I honestly never write a review on the internet but I could not just let this purchase experience happen without writing one. Long story short purchased a vehicle from Ali and his staff and honestly started having issues even from the initial test drive and should have followed our intuition then, but they said the car was in great condition because they drove it and had it tested themselves and there should be no issues but that they would look into the issue. After a few days the issue apparently was looked into and it wasnt anything major and it was fixed so of course we purchase the vehicle. The next weekend after we purchased the same issue popped up again and the car overheated, we immediately took it back to them and they took it to their personal mechanic who said they couldnt find any codes or anything wrong and it was probably just a faulty code issue. The car was returned back to us and it drove fine for a few weeks and then bam only a little over 30 days after the purchase major issues started happening involving pretty much the same initial issues we were having from the beginning. Long story short ended up having to pay over 1k in repairs which would have been over 2k at the dealership. Of course we brought this issue to the attention of A&M Motor sports and as the other reviewer stated they try to make it seem like they are working with you by trying to get you a cheaper price at their mechanic (who was going out of town for a week when this happened and we needed our car fixed.) but really thats not solving the problem of you selling me a car that you knew had mechanical issues beforehand. We called and left a few messages after the fact but never got a return call back. And just to mention this was not a small purchase of a car with a lot of miles we spent a nice amount on this car. So as they say you live and you learn and I do believe that you reap what you sow.UPDATE: In response to the owners message below: It amazes me at how quickly you can respond to a negative review on the internet but we still have not received a return phone call back. Ive left messages with Woody and no one has yet to call us back. And I didnt fail to mention the cost of the repairs from our mechanic I stated that in my original review and your mechanic was out for 1 week so we had no choice but to use our mechanic who still offered us a fraction of what the dealership would have charged we have quotes and all the bad and rusted parts that were taken off of the car. Which are things the naked eye cannot see just from lifting up the hood. Lastly for you to state that the car drove perfect for 30 days as if I should be content that a car I purchased with less than 50k miles on it for thousands of dollars at least drove good for 30 days is ridiculous. No one makes a purchase like that expecting to come out of pocket no less that two months later for repairs like that. I could see if we purchased a very used over 100k miles car from you for between 1-3k but we didnt. Realty is the issue was already present when we test drove the car from the beginning and even when I called to mention the water pump issue to your sales rep his words were oh I thought they fixed the water pump which to me means you all were aware that the water pump was either bad or going bad and still decided to sale the car anyway. But as I stated above you live and you learn and you have our information as I stated Ive called and left messages so if YOU feel that there is anyway you can help us resolve this issue fairly then please give US a call.

Great selection of high-quality used cars. The staff are very low pressure and friendly. They went the extra mile by letting me use their OBD2 to check for codes. They also replaced an old foglight bulb free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality used car.
Test drove a BMW 528i and the Transmission Malfunction light came on so I managed to get the car back to them and he apologized over and over and I left the lot. A couple days later he call me apologize again and tell me he took that BMW back to the BMW dealership and he has one thats in excellent condition and ask me to come back and give him another chance......car looks amazing and drove great. I buy the car and it has been a freakin NIGHTMARE. 2 months later the SAME Transmission Malfunction light came on $1,500 repair........a couple months after that the Engine light comes on $2,000 repair......a couple months later the Transmission Malfunction light came on again and this time they tell me the Transmission is shot and the car needs the Transmission rebuilt or a new Transmission. The price to rebuild is $5,000 and the price for a new Transmission is $12,000. The Power Train Warranty I was sold wont cover ANY OF THOSE REPAIRS. Ive had the car right at 12 months and after I replace this Transmission Ive spent $8,500 in repairs. I could have lived with a couple of repairs to sure up a used car but this car is the most unreliable car I have ever owed or witnessed anyone I know own. I dont know weather to tell you to stay away from BMWs or to stay away from A & M Motorsports. Im staying away from them BOTH!!!!!!Added: Funny how the same day I post a review someone else post a review talking about researching the reliability of cars. I promise you 90% of the positive reviews here were made by A & M Motorsports. No car you purchase should start having EXPENSIVE repairs 2 months later and every 2 or 3 months after adding up to nearly $9,000. These BMWs are Dealer rejects that BMW didnt want to invest in repairing and A & M patch them up and sell them.Added: I went and talked to a Nissan Dealership to inquire about trading my BMW and I was informed the car has been in a accident. The Carfax I was given by A & M Motorsports DID NOT show an accident. Smh
I knew what I was looking for before I got to the lot, scouted the X3 on line. Car was in good condition, payed full price minus admin fees. After 1 day got a service engine soon light, ended up a O2 sensor, I replaced it and it runs great now. I am pretty sure it was no coincidence, for the money and low miles, Im happy. They were professional and easy to deal with as well.

My family and I came in yesterday after we scheduled an appointment for 2 pm, we ended up getting there around 4 due to us living an hour and half away and driving through atlanta traffic. I admit we were late but when we walked into whats supposed to be a business that revolves around customer service, we were never greeted. I actually had to be the one to say hello, how are you guys doing today? as if I was the worker and they were the customer! Automatically, I knew I was not going to buy the (2011 audi a5 with 66,000 miles) which by the way, I suggest popping the hood and revving the engine and just listen to the rattle the engine makes, you probably wont want it either! I know the owner will probably try to attack me like he does with most people that leave a bad review, WHICH IS ALSO A RED FLAG!!! You would think the owners/workers would respond in a professional way if they were running a legitimate business -but not these guys, NOTHING PROFESSIONAL AT ALL ABOUT THEM! Take your money somewhere that they will at least say hello. Their A/C was not working yesterday which was interesting because my father is an A/C contractor who would have been happy to help had they been respectful towards him, he is also a army vet, and was never thanked for his service. We dodged a bullet leaving this place!!
BUYER BEWARE: Owner is very DECEIVING and DISHONEST! Several issues! Before making the purchase, the owner promised a new trim piece (there were several chips in the paint of the trim piece). As soon as I signed the dotted line, he gave me a bottle of touch up paint and denied ever promising a new trim piece. Also, NO TITLE for 2.5 months. There was an OIL LEAK and 3 BROKEN MOTOR MOUNTS. After $1000 in repairs, I had to return the vehicle (they couldnt provide a title). He had promised a $400 check, which I never received. And now he refuses to return my phone calls. ***The management will deny everything in this review. This is an accurate and honest account of my experience with A&M!

Fantastic experience throughout. I had a long distance purchase from SC, and Elman had everything ready to go when I got there. Good price on the car, and after talking with them I could tell they actually know the cars they sell inside and out. Had a small issue with a bad turn signal as I left, but they got a new part shipped to me no problem.
Ive never bought a car from a used car lot like this, and Im sure like a lot of people, my head was filled with images of sleazy salesmen, high pressure sales tactics, underhanded price hikes, and all around shady business practices. My experience at A&M couldnt have been further from this idea.My wife and I decided that we were interested in a station wagon, room to carry kids and junk, but still drives like a car. We also had a budget of around 10k, so we knew that we were going to have to hunt for deals. I scoped out a few candidates at places, one of them being a subaru outback at A&M Motorsports. I came up to test drive it on Friday afternoon, and met Elman, who got me all set up and sent me on my way. I told him Id want to take it out to the highway to make sure it was fine at highway speeds and he told me hed rather I kept to the route he had outlined. Well well, imagine my surprise. Here we go, the shadiness starts, I thought. I was quite wrong. Elman continued, its a little after 3pm on a Friday. Youre going to be gone for an hour just trying to GET to the highway (the dealership is up 400, if youre familiar with the area). Ah. Well... he was obviously completely correct. He said if youre interested in the car, youre more than welcome to take it to the highway, lets just plan a better time. Again, my idea of shady used car lot was getting destroyed left and right.After I finished that test drive, I told Elman I had another vehicle I was interested in before I could make any decisions, and I was waiting for the Well weve got a few buyers already looking at this one or some other line to try to push me into a sale, but that is not what happened. He said no problem, heres my card and give me a call when you decide that this is the one for you, and that was that.The rest of my dealings with Elman continued just like that throughout the process. Professional, polite, and I did end up deciding that their car was the one for me, and part of what made that decision was the service Id received. I was happy to give A&M my business. Long story short, I ran through my own checklist, got the car inspected professionally, a few things were identified but nothing major that I couldnt handle on a weekend. We ended up discussing the pricing on the repairs and agreed on a final price offset by those costs. Icing on the cake, they threw in some of the parts that I was going to have to buy.Will definitely be doing business here again and would recommend you do as well.

Got to thedealership, test drove the car, and although i didnt buy the car, theynever pressured me into another car. The staff was friendly and helpfultheir relaxed approach to selling a car is something I wish the largedealerships would practice.

We live in Tennessee, and I was looking for a very specific car so I put down a deposit over the phone after a few calls with Elman to ensure the car would be there after my husband traveled a very long way to pick it up. I didnt mind putting down a deposit, but this is how my phone calls with Elman went: 1. Put me on hold and forgot about me 2. Yelled at me because he was busy and hadnt even had lunch if [I] could believe it. 3. Tried to convince me that I would have to wait for (approximately 2 days) him to deposit my cashiers check and let it clear before we could take the car. 4. Refused to meet my friend who was in Atlanta on a Sunday because it was inconvenient for him to drive to work on a day they were closed. This resulted in my husband traveling for over 14 hours between his flight being cancelled, having to rent a car, driving all the way to Atlanta (20 miles past the dealership) to return the rental, taking a train and an uber from the rental car place, and driving over 8 hours (much more with the awful traffic) because he couldnt be bothered to come in to work on his day off to drop off the keys to my friends who were in town. 5. Tried to get me to send him a Cashiers check via the mail before I had the keys or title in my possession. As a former bank employee, I know that handing over a cashiers check is the equivalent of handing over cash. 6. Knocked off $300 on the price, but waited until we had put down a $500 non refundable deposit and drove from Nashville to the dealership to tell us that we could no longer have the warranty promised in the advertisement because the doc fees were waived even though we paid full price for the car. 7. He also failed to call me back a few times when I initially called to get info on cars. 8. He also called me and immediately put me on hold for over 3 min.After I gave him my credit card information and he charged me for the $500 deposit, it took him half a day to send me receipts.At first, I saw that he had some bad reviews, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. When he was rude and actually yelled at me (To be clear: I asked him to examine the car and let me know if it had any damage not pictured or evidence of smoking. He told me it would be later in the day because he was trying to make 2 deals, and since this was after he had already put me on hold and completely forgotten about me I told him that I was going to buy the car that day if he would get back to me so that he wouldnt put it on a back burner. This is when he yelled at me about how busy and stressed he is and how he hadnt even had lunch.), I was unhappy, but I got over it because he apologized when he called back. But by the time he refused to drive to work on his day off, he tried to convince me to send a cashiers check via mail or wait in Atlanta for days for the cashiers check to clear, and he reneged on the warranty, he already had my $500 nonrefundable deposit, and my husband had traveled all the way there.To further clarify the we dont give you a warranty if you dont pay full price policy in case you think it was my fault for not reading the fine print or doing my due diligence:He made no mention of that when we gave the deposit and made the deal. I did pay list price. More than that actually. It was listed for $8995. I paid $9000. The fine print on his ad says Most of our cars come with a 3 month 3000 mile warranty with the advertised price. We paid the advertised price. He waived the doc fees.Elman is quite possibly the worst salesman I have ever encountered. Not only did he make no effort to earn my business, but he inspired me to write this detailed review. Of course used car salesmen have a bad rep, but they are normally at least nice when making the transaction. I wouldnt normally do this, but this was absolutely the worst experience. First off let me tell say this I NEVER comment or post about anything, so for me to stop what I am doing and take the time to post and comment about A&M Motorsports,Inc, it either has to be waaaaayyyyy up top or waaaaay down low. I went to this place with only 3 days to purchase a car before I had to turn in a rental or I would be footing the bill. There were to guys there, Angel and Ali. These two are the best auto salesmen that I have EVER dealt with and I have bought 6 cars so far in my lifetime. The main thing that has me writing this review is the honesty and character that these two displayed. For me, your word is all a man has. There was about 2-3 small details that needed tending to to complete this purchase, but I had to turn the rental car back in in 3 days. Ali gave me his word that he would make sure that he would take care of everything even if I went on and closed the deal. I trust NO ONE!!. However, it was something about him and Angel that won me over and I closed the deal. It is one week later and I am ecstatic to say that those two are truly men of their words. They did everything that they said they would do! I am so happy! I was so nervous. They answered the phone when I called, they returned phone calls and Angel even bought me breakfast while I waited. I also chatted it up with Woody while waiting. We ate our breakfast together! Lol!!! It has truly been a pleasure doing business with these guys. They made me feel like a part of the family! I would like for everyone to know that these people the owner and the manager of this car dealership they are a scam they sold me a car that was defected it was an infinity but with the engine light and the brakes while they did get the brakes fixed but they But they sent me to bear on mechanic to get the emissions engine light taken care off but they gave me the runaround and when the time come for the car to be fixed they wanted me to pay 50% of the cost which was not the agreement we had agreed to. When I first went there to buy this car the front manager treated me like I was just another black man wasted his time and time and that I want to buy a car however I proved him wrong and when I went back the next day with a check for the amount he wrote the contract up for he started treating me different which at that point in time I did not appreciate that. Only because I like the car was the only reason I bought the car he did not even allow me to test drive the car until after I purchased it which was bad on my part then after I test drove the car the car was shaken Due to the brakes and the engine light came on I asked him about that they said they would have both things taken care off they took of the brakes but with the engine light they sent me to their own mechanic which turns out that I had to pay 50% of the cost because now after Ive bought the car, he went back on his word on Him repairing the car. he also stated that he was helping me out to get the car fixed, The audacity of him to now say this after I purchased the car this people cannot be trusted. I had to take the car to this mechanic three times to try to get the emissions fixed and they assured me that it was fixed and after driving the car for about 90 miles or so the light came back on so I got tired of going back-and-forth with them so I took the car to infiniti where they told me that its the Catalatic converter was bad and the cost was $2400 to fix so I just want people to be aware that these people are liars they are a scam and if you go into a contract with them make sure that its a written contract that way you can take them to court. I am currently in litigation with them about this issue and Im also going to write a review on the shop that they sent me to to get the car fixed they are not worth a damn, they just took my money and they were not able to fix the car.

Buyer Please be aware of this dealership. The owner Ali is a liar, and a cheat. Before he sells one of his cars that have issues he resets the cars computer so that you wont know whats really going on with the car. Further, Ali sends you to his personal mechanic if you want a used car inspection making you think youre buying a great car.Buyer, just know once the computer resets the car will be fine until you drive it for some miles. Then all hell breaks loose once your cars computer starts to diagnosis the car (messages come up on your dashboard screen saying you have a problem with this or you have a problem with that). Then once you call Ali about the trouble youre having with the newly purchased car from his lot; he says it was an AS IS CAR (state of Georgia law for used cars) Im not obligated to do anything for you. But, then he says Ill tell you what, let me talk to my person mechanic and let me see what we can do for you. Im not sure what we can do but let me check Then he takes you through all these hoops making you think hes going out of his way for you because he understands your pain. He makes you feel like hes really doing you a favor. But, BUYER BEWARE. Hes not doing you a favor (theres a morale obligation to people before LAW comes in to play.) Hes suckering you making you feel hes got your back in this matter and that hes a great guy. What hes really doing is positioning you to not take him to court. How can you buy a car and then drive it for 200 to 300 miles and have a major issue. Ill tell you how. The cars computer doesnt lie. Im thinking about how I can get the authorities to look at his companys practices. They are definitely shady business people. Lastly, we did go for the bamboozle. We paid what Ali called 50% of the total bill to his PERSONAL MECHANIC. BUT REMEMBER HIS MECHANIC SUPOSSELY GAVE US A DEAL. This was no 50% DEAL. Ali never had to pay a cent to his personal mechanic. THIS HIS HOW ALI HUSTLES PEOPLE INTO PAYING FOR THE PARTS HES WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY TO REPAIR THE CAR BEFORE SELLING IT TO SOMEONE.Ali there is a God and what you are doing he sees. I pray you get your life together so you can have a real successful life. Because you really can be truly successful by doing the right thing.I give this business 1 star for hurting the public their suppose to help.

Great service, very kind people working there. The car I was sold immediately needed an oil change and new brake fluid, but beyond that the car is perfect.
BUYER BEWARE they sell lemons!!! I bought an Audi that I have put more money than it’s worth. Called several times just to see what can we come up with and no call back. Muslims DO NOT buy from this brother does not do business the way we should and are required.
These guys cant even give you a call back / keep a small promise. Not only did I call and dude told me hed get back with me after consulting his general manager tomorrow (which Im sure was in the room next door at the time because its like a 2 person business), but also told a friend of mine theyd get back with him an hour later, not once, BUT TWICE. I hate leaving any bad review, but jeez, if these guys cant even call you back to say they dont want to do the offer you wanted to pitch they should just go to work for somebody else and never run a business

2022-04-10I had the greatest low-pressure experience. Shawn knows what he has and the cars will sell themselves. Im very pleased with my purchase after driving from Knoxville to Roswell for it. A friend of mine, who has bought and sold many more cars than I have, drove me down and was prepared to go to battle for me. It wasnt needed. There were no add-ons or fees to even discuss.

2022-05-01Seems like most have had a good experience, but I say proceed with caution. Make sure you receive and review the carfax before making your final decision. Try to see through the peppy personalities of the salespeople as they will use that to distract and entice you.General advice - make sure to do a thorough pre purchase inspection, although it may not pick up on any issues. They sold me a lemon that started acting up ~1 month down the road with major existing electrical problems. Again, proceed with caution.

2021-12-15Bought a Infiniti Q50 from them a few months ago. 4 car payments later and just completed first oil change/ maintenance and I can say that they sell solid reliable cars! Shawn was the best salesman I have ever dealt with at any dealership. First contacted through email then we moved to phone when we were finalizing the sale. I’ve only went there once, took an uber there and left about an hour later in my purchased car. 10/10 recommend doing business with them. Very honest and nice people!

As I showed up, without asking, Shawn immediately came over to help me carry a car seat from my old vehicle to my new one.
