I have done business with this local branch for 10+ years and have also been satisfied with their service. Today the service I received from Yonna was exceptional, she was extremely professional and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my insurance needs were met. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER, WAS PAYING FULL COVERAGE FOR LORD KNOWS WHAT. RAN INTO DEER HAD TO TOTAL OUT MY CAR, COULDNT GET RENTAL’S INSURANCE NOR DID I GET ANY TYPE OF REIMBURSEMENT FOR DAMAGE!! SPENT YEARS PAYING FULL COVERAGE FOR NOTHING!!

Sooooooooooo Unfortunately there was a mishap in my coverage. We spent close to 3 hrs searching and searching. We priced matched and everything. Although SLIGHTLY and I mean slightly higher her customer service, knowledge of the company and compassion to help me get covered, won me over. So as of today I am an Acceptance Family Member. I got insurance through them on the 23rd day of February, on the 25th I went up there to the office and canceled it because state farm insured me for half the price. I just got a letter in the mail saying the cancelation date is March 8th so they set it for two weeks later so that I wouldnt get any of the $250 I had to pay them to get insurance.

2021-07-18Yonna was absolutely amazing!!! It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and she does. I was having an issue with my current insurance company and was due to have it canceled the next day, I called shortly before closing and she truly wanted to help !!! She gave me her cell number and finished helping me from home on her time, thanks to her me and my family are insured and I have one less thing to worry about. I would highly recommend her and her company for any insurance needs. She was a blessing in disguise and I truly appreciate everything she did!!!
