Bought my first car and the experience I had with the dealership is worthy of five stars. I would recommend this place to anybody. They were very helpful, kind, and willing to help. They made my car purchase easy without any confusion. It was my first time so that made everything real easy to understand. Thanks a lot action GM.
Spoke with an employee at this dealership about having some work done on my truck. Spoke with the guy multiple times, gave me a price, and was told it would be no problem to have the work done even though the truck was not bought through them. I was told to drive the truck there so the guy could look at it to make sure they could get the correct item which I was okay with, this being said I live 80 miles away. I get my truck over there wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes before any one comes and talks to me. Next thing I know another guy pokes his head out of the front door and asks me if I bought the truck with them and I said no. He proceeded to tell me he couldn’t do it due to me not buying it there, didn’t really give me a reason or apology other than some warranty thing that made no sense. He then shut, locked the door, and walked away. This was over a month ago and I’m still furious about it. Not over the fact that a possible mistake was made with some rule, or even if it was plain ignorance. My issue is the arrogance, lack of help or resolution from the employees after dragging me all the way there to turn me around. A simple sincere apology would have sufficed. Extremely dissatisfied with my encounter with this dealership. They will not even cross my mind in the future in any type of business.
It takes over an hour to change oil in a 4 cylinder car.. With no lines..smh..update.. I check all other fluids while the oil is draining and be done in 20 minutes.. Promises are not needed for a 20 minute job with no lines.. Preciate honoring my appointment tho.. Owner
I had an appointment at 11am for oil change and tire rotation. At 11:20 they were done. I marked my tires because of my past experience being lied to. After bringing this to there attention thats when they said my tires didnt need rotation. But my print out said it was done. I dont believe my oil was change nor do I believe my fluids was refilled. Talk about disappointed with what happened.
On June 25 I purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima. On July 27 on my lunch break the car caught on fire while I was in it at a drive thru. I called the salesman he was nonchalant because I didn’t have a warranty. I called to see i asked if they can get it towed out the parking lot which was bout 3 miles or less from action Gm. The salesman said that he would get someone. Almost a hour went by d police officer asked me to give them another call. They did not answer. So by that time my husband had made it fro Donalsonville we went to action Gm, 5 white men standing in a group talking and laughing. We approached the sales guy he was very rude and stated it was nothing they could do and we could leave because they don’t have a tow truck. If I could rate them a 0 zero that would fit them perfectly! They are nice until the sale is final then they could careless about a customer! This is Facts speaking from experience not what I’ve heard!
There is only one person so far that made my experience bad.His name is Jason in the service department. He was very rude and only looked out for the dealership and himself. No customer service skills what so ever. I was able to speak with Ted the used car Manager and he made everything right. Hes very nice and and did everything he could to help me make this right
We had a great experience at Action GMC. This was our first time here and Clayton and Randy both made us feel right at home. We found the vehicle we were looking for at a fair price with no hassles. We will definitely be back on our next vehicle purchase. Thanks again Clayton.
Did not have a good experience today. Had 2 notifications from OnStar about brakes and stability issues. Because they didnt get it they did nothing. Also did a oil change which I did not ask for. And to top it off did not put a paper mat on my floor mats and got oil, grease all over them.
I went in for my regular oil change ,on a (Friday) evening. Saturday noticed oil under the car. With further investigation, the oil came from around the oil filter. With that being said NO car for the weekend, because auction gmc doesnt answer the phone at all on the weekend.Monday, problem was found a falsely installed Oring around the oil filter Sloppy work is all I can say.With no apology or any kind of compensation, being without a car the weekend.Please check behind this dealerships mechanics,s!! Keep in mind this is my personal experience.
I just recently bought my second vehicle from this dealership, and it was another great experience. This vehicle was for my 87-year old dad. And, although he no longer drives, he needed something he could more easily get in and out of, and I could maneuver his wheelchair easier. The staff were all exceptionally helpful, understanding, professional and the customer service was awesome. The service at Action GM is always first class. I will definitely continue doing business with Action GM.
I took my vehicle there and was treated very rudely by the Gm, Randy D. I took my car to have them fix what they did not fix properly before when they had my car for 2 months prior. I was told they would have me a loaner vehicle. After having my vehicle for 2 months thats the least they could do. But when I got there I was told they did not have one but I could drive their service vehicle which was a trashy looking truck with cut up seats. When I approached Randy D about it I was told very rudely that this is what I get since I did not purchase my vehicle from there and if that didnt work then I can take it back to where I purchased it. They claimed they did not have a loaner but I bet if I spent that $30,000 at their dealership they would have found me a decent vehicle.
