To err is human. To own your mistake and fix it in 2022? That’s impressive. We had a pleasant buying experience with Anthony as our liaison through the sales process. (Ask for him!) With our new-to-us, used car we were disappointed to find 2 of the advertised features were not working on the first drive after purchase. (1 wasn’t able to be tested during the test drive). We hadn’t purchased the warrantee because it was a non-Acura trade in car. Carland stood by the product. They allowed us to bring it back to the shop and covered the cost of repairs, so the car left as it had been advertised. The service rep Tabiri even provided a rental car while they fixed the one we had purchased! In a market where cars are selling faster than you can go look at them to buy, it was important to us to work with an honest seller. I would recommend Acura Carland for that reason alone.
I met with the sales rep Bo. He was very efficient. He had the vehicle ready for me to test drive at the time of my appointment. Did a great vehicle walk around and going over the features. He made sure I was comfortable with the drive and allowed me to take the vehicle for a little longer of a test drive before buying. There were a few minor issues with it being used but Bo made sure that it’s taken care of and that I was overall satisfied with my purchase. He also answered all of my questions and concerns that I had after the sale. Overall efficient with your time and communicates well. Oh and the wait to go into finance was also very short in comparison to other places.
Anthony Fernandez helped me find my dream SUV! I went in with a specific model in mind and walked out with one that was even better. He was patient, fair, and followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Acura Carland and make sure you ask for Anthony.
Excellent service! I was scheduled next day for a time convenient to for my schedule. The service desk was thorough and professional. My RDX was serviced, cleaned, and returned very efficiently. I prefer Carland because I have never had a bad experience working with them.
Excellent customer service. I was in a bind on Saturday. They suggested bringing my vehicle in over the weekend so they could look at it first thing on Monday. Thats exactly what they did. Karl, Betty, and team helped me fix a power steering system failure and helped me save money while doing it! Glad to have this dealership in my corner.
My sales rep Anthony was awesome. Everything he could control was handled with professionalism! I did not like having to wait almost a month for my vehicle to finally arrive though. Additional statues may need to be implemented because In Transit clearly does not mean the car is on the way. No way it took a month for the MDX to make its way from Ohio to Georgia.
I have purchased 2 Acuras from Acura Carland. In both cases, the experience was above and beyond! The cars was delivered in pristine condition, and all of the. Paperwork was completed correctly and was understandable. I would highly, highly recommend Acura Carland and my salesman, Anthony.
Our sales consultant Nick Fraase was friendly, charismatic and knowledgeable about all of the features of the vehicle we were considering. When the 2022 RDX was out of my price range due to a $3000 market adjustment and $899 protection package, Nick worked to find me a comparable vehicle that would fit my budget. He tried his best to negotiate the market adjustment down with his sales manager and I appreciate that he advocated for me.
Fantastic experiences! This is my 2nd car purchased at Acura carland. I am very please and extra happy with top notch customer service experiences with my salesperson, Omid Hope. He meet all my expectations on a good salesperson should be. He was not pushie when I was dealing with him. He was on point 👉 in helping me getting in my dream car. He was very professional and helpful with set up of my new ride before I even leave the dealer parking lot. I would get him a rating of 11 if I could. On the scale of 1 to 10, he definitely deserves a 10+ in my opinion.I would highly recommend him to any buyer if you want to have good buying car experiences!
Wouldn’t recommend this place. Long story short: my car was making a weird noise and me and my brother both replaced the tensioner and alternator thinking that was it. I decided to take it to Acura to see if they would be able to replace the water pump because that was the last possible thing that the noise was coming from. When I arrived , I explained to the guy that my car makes this noise that sounds like a turkey, even when it’s sitting in park. He even heard it for himself. I told the guy that I was only interested in replacing my water pump, nothing else. After leaving it for a while, I finally got an email after the diagnostic test was done. They told me that I needed new tires & that they wanted to replace the alternator & tensioner that me and my brother JUST replaced. They said that new tires may fix the issue because when the car reaches 40mph, that’s when the noise starts (even though my car made the noise while sitting in park). I ended up going to pick up my car because at this point they lost my trust. I took my car to another dealership where they were able to fix my problem without trying to scam me for more money. They replaced the water pump & the noise went away completely. I probably won’t be returning to this place.
We had the pleasure of buying our 1st Acura MDX here. So happy we chose this place. From the time we entered the building we were treated with great respect and kindness. KEYUR PATEL was absolutely 💯 amazing he was very thorough and answered all are questions completely. He listened to me and showed me exactly what I wanted. This was truly an amazing experience and after visiting several places and feeling pressured to purchase, we hit the jackpot!!!!

There is a difference in car service departments, and I loved the difference that Acura Carland offered. My service rep Tabiri was absolutely awesome and personable. He showed he cared about my business and even though I choose to wait on parts he gave me options and a loaner car to make the wait easier. the free car wash and complimentary snacks were also appreciated. I live 10 min from another Honda service center, but it is worth the hours drive to visit Acura Carland. I made a decision to just drive the extra miles next time my car needs servicing. Hugh Kronitz never disappoints! I have been a customer of Hughs for almost 30 years, he sold me my first Acura back when I was 18 and just sold me another. The new MDX is one of the best SUVs Ive owned and the service level Hugh demonstrates is by far the best! He is always upfront and honest about pricing, financing and just an overall nice guy, I appreciate his approach to selling cars, with Hugh its not all about the sale but the overall experience and relationship. Thank you Acura for putting this new redesign out there, we are so very happy with the car. It was Quick and clean in and out for my Acura RDX oil change and Tire rotation with oil change 42/ mail in coupon paid 79/ total. Service advisor Joseph took care of me this time and last time it was Alanu Ozuzu. I going to this dealership for 11 years when I bought my 2011 MDX. Still running well. Always went with the factory Recommeded maintenance. Sometimes it was more but to keep my suv running smooth I have no choice. I am happy with their service and recommend them to everyone.
Overall this dealership has good communication. However I am deducting 2 stars as this dealership participates in adding a markup to their vehicles. I place an order for a Integra. After receiving pricing for the car I decided to ask for my deposit back as the dealer decided to add a $3k markup. I understand todays market conditions however the dealership is already make a profit selling the vehicle at sticker price and adding add on like tint or nitrogen tires. I encourage those looking for a car to avoid purchasing a vehicle at MSRP if they can.
5 star service. Always a great experience when I visit Acura Carland. Staff is always pleasant, knowledgeable. Comfortable sitting area with plush couches, multiple TVs. Sometimes I get the remote, change station and watch some college football. My favorite location in metro area.

This dealership is the worst out of any dealership I have ever been to. The sales person asked me to fill up a credit ap to test drive a tlx. I gave it 1 star but its not worth that even. Even the managers wont come and talk to you if you want to complain. I will never enter this dealership again.
From the time i arrived they were very nice ,when i arrived i was very skeptical because i have been lured to Atlanta before to buy a car and the price and the car was not right THIS TIME EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT . I drove 2 hours and 45 minutes to the dealership and this was this best service i have ever had buying a car . My salesman and MR. Mr Walsh were very helpful and truthful about my vehicle . 1 more thing the deal went fast i had time to make it back to my Christmas party before my wife found out this Acura was her Christmas present ! thanks guys at Acura Carland my wife was very happy
Steven is the best! He really took good care of me. He went above and beyond to make sure that I didn’t leave disappointed. I almost walked away because the car I wanted was no longer available and he didn’t try to hustle me out of money or try to be a fast talker he really understood the assignment. He gave me options that I never would of thought of. Not only that but he did more than what was required of him and I really appreciate him for that. This was my 2nd car that I purchased from this location and he made the experience better. My 5 star rating is definitely because of him. I recommend Steven aka “Cowboy” best experience ever!

Excellent dealership with quality people. 10 years ago, my wife and I purchased our first MDX from Acura Carland and the experience was great. Fast forward to now, my wife and I were looking for another car and found the perfect one on their lot. The sales team was awesome, very courteous and attentive. Including our trade in, the total time to walk out the door with a new car was a little over an hour! Seriously!! If youre looking for another car, visit their website and see whats available.
Went in mid December to purchase RDX 2022, Lamont James was our salesman, good man and they have good service, best things about this dealership is that they are not forced you to pay extra for all the options if you don’t want , the only thing bad about this year is everything is shortish, nobody have anything available, so you really can’t negotiated , but Acura RDX is really perfect for anyone not over 5’7. It’s a nice car, love it
If I could give negative stars, I definitely would!Had an appointment today for oil change and tire rotation. This was the worse service I have ever received in my life and I will NOT be going back.Here is what I experienced:1. I waited 2.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation even though I had an appointment2. Once my car was done he told me as soon as he “caught up on his paperwork” he would check me out.3. They were running a special price on the oil change of $29.99. He charged me full price so I had to ask for the discount.4. Asked me if I wanted a car wash and if I did I would have to wait another 30 - 1 hr. I declined5. When they brought my car around, there were literally black greasy hand prints on the hood and door. (I have a white car)If you’re smart you’ll find somewhere else to get your car service
I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from Carland. Charles H. took excellent care of me, letting me take my time looking over the vehicle, test driving it more than once, getting the feel of it, closely looking it over and checking things out. He programmed my phone and showed me how to program the garage remote that made it soooooo easy when I got home. He made sure I had copies of all necessary documents, let me keep my old car there and pick up later. The car was detailed and ready to go in a short time. The certified package that came with the car is just what I needed to feel comfortable. I am so glad I came and purchased my car from this dealership. The manager was very friendly, we negotiated the price fairly without unnecessary haggling. It was a very good experience. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
We had a great experience at Acura Carland on Saturday and went home with a terrific new MDX! From the moment we were greeted by our sales expert, Hope, we knew we were in good hands. Hope was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, a great listener and worked efficiently. We explored several options, selected an MDX from inventory that matched our needs perfectly and bought the car in a matter of hours. The credit manager moved things along at a nice pace and the paperwork was easy to understand. This was probably the easiest car buying experience I have had in a long time. The chip shortage meant that I had to order my vehicle, but my salesman, Keyur Patel, kept me up to date every step of the way. Keyur has an easy-going nature, but also has a sense of urgency when needed. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and would recommend them without hesitancy. When you go, ask for Keyur. He will take care of you through the entire process.
Know my MDX is in good hands plus Im always treated very well when I bring my vehicle in for service.My most recent service was a big one -- 100K -- and my service adviser, Akanu, was extremely helpful and most professional. I want to share my story(PLEAS DO NOT LEAVE PERSONAL STUFF IN THE CAR BY ACCIDENT YOU WILL BE ROB )I bought 2015 acura tlx certified at acura cardlan duluth in 2018 My experience with the sales wasent the best.this auto came with many problems from the beginningThe transmission was changed twice, the car has been in service more than it has been in my hands.On 3/11/2021 I took my car to the scheduled appointment at 7:00 am to change the rotators and put brake fluid on it. I was a bit sleepy since I had to take my husband to work around 4:00 a.m. and i didint sleep very well.I leave my car in the service of acura cardlan duluth. the parts were not there, they keep the car until 11/4/2021. I arrive around 12:30 pm to pick up my carI pay everything fine, at that moment I start to look inside my car I remembered that I had left my personal item in the middle space of the auto and it was not there, I spoke with the service supervisor and I had to call the police to do a report of stolen item. I want my story to go viral that justice be served that the employee that rob me get fired,that loyal customers like me should not get rob by the employees of acura cardlan duluth service Department.
I purchased a 2017 Certified Pre-owned Acura RDX approximately three to four weeks ago. I had to return it for various problems that the certification process should have resolved prior to the sale. I further discovered masked body damage (not coinciding with CarFax accident report) recently, that was reviled/visible in vivid sun light.
I had an amazing experience at Acura car land. I was on my way to another car dealership, cash in hand, ready to buy a car and something told me stop. I listen, in honesty, i’m grateful. As I pulled up, a well dressed individual approached me, introducing himself as Tim. He was extremely professional ready to work. he was a hustler, which is something appreciate. I could tell that he really cared about sales. During our interaction, Tim made feel comfortable, showing me around as if I was someone he knew. I told him what my price range and he gave me the best deals! I fell in love with the tsx model and made arrangements to come back the next day. Tim was scheduled to be off but went to the extreme to ensure that I walked away a happy customer. He came in on his off day to personally hand me my keys and watch me drive away. Tim was amazing! I am 25 years old and this was my first big purchase and he walked me through the entire experience making me feel extremely comfortable. I give him a personal 10 out of 10 rating. He is a true go-getter!

After looking at new cars online for over a month, I finally decided to go see the RDX in person. Upon exiting my vehicle, I was greeted by Nick. He took me into the showroom and showed me round and asked me about my preferences. After looking at cars in the showroom, we discussed features and differences between packages. During my visit I was also assisted and greeted by another friendly face, Omid. I test drove the RDX A spec and made my purchase that day. Even though it was a busy Saturday, I never felt like i was being rushed or pressured to buy. The entire experience was nice and pleasant, not stressful. I would recommend seeing the folks here for your next purchase.
I initially had no intentions of purchasing an Acura MDX. But after I called the Acura Carland dealership and spoke with Wilbert R, my interests were peaked. My wife and I visited the dealership that very evening and sat with Wilbert. The only thing that was more impressive than Wilbert was the vehicle itself. He was patient, honest, knowledgeable and a real gentleman and did not apply any undue pressure. He just listened attentively to our concerns and addressed them one by one. And even after we purchased the MDX, Wilbert patiently went through all the bells and whistles (and there were a lot) with us. A top notch dealership, vehicle and Salesman.
I had a great buying experience with Acura Carland. My wife and I bought a used Acura Mdx from Charles and Clarence. Both of them provided a stress free, transparent buying experience. There was a few concerns with the aesthetics of the vehicle that they took care immediately after purchase. They did a fantastic job with the minor touch up repairs. Charles went out of his way to provide an exceptional level of service and answered all my questions in regards to the vehicle before buying. I would definitely recommend taking the time to check out the dealership and talk to Clarence the sales manager and Charles D. the salesman. Both of them were extremely friendly, honest and fair. They stood behind their word and followed through on everything we requested without issue. I would also like to take a minute and praise their finance manager Brian who was also very easy to work with and extremely friendly. Great team here from start to finish.
This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. Omid was incredible. He met me at the door, had the car ready, and explained the features thoroughly. He went below the asking price without the typical games dealers do. It was straightforward and easy. The MDX is certified. It had new tires put on, was washed, cleaned, oil changed, and I was given a free oil change when its due. I bought this for my wife without her seeing it and he even put a big bow on it as a surprise. Truly a white glove experience. Highly recommend.
I have had stayed away from Car dealers for 15 years, only private sellers. I have to admit I had a great experience here. I just bought a certified RDX, my salesman Ken Song walked that extra mile to make me happy, he is the best. A very enjoyable experience from start to finish. We were never pressured at anytime. Our salesperson Hope was very patient and knowledgeable. He was attentive to our wants. He impressed me by explaining every detail of our Acura TLX to us and especially my wife. I just cant say enough positive remarks about Hope! Anthony in finance and Brian in checkout were also extremely helpful and attentive to us. I will not hesitate to buy from these people again. It was the best car buying experience that Ive ever had.
This dealership cares nothing about providing customer service. I had a repair done only 3 weeks ago due to a Check Emission System light, spent over $1,300 and now the light is back on and they want another $700 for something they missed last time it was in for service. I dont receive updates when my vehicle is in for service, I have to contact them and it feels like they forgot about me. All they care about is tataking your money and not about providing good service.
They recommended a coolant flush. So my wife asked me and i said do it. When they were finished they told her its ready. She picked it up and paid the bill. As she left driving down the road the car started to over heat, she pulled over and stopped, she called me and I said wait 30 mins and then drive it back to the dealer.They said the mechanic did not put enough coolant in the car, the GM Jim Smith hasnt offered anything to compensate the possibility of them ruining our MDX SH-AWD . Where is this GREAT customer service at?
I was shopping around for a Sport Sedan and went to Infiniti, BMW & Lexus. Acura was the last place I checked out and as soon as I stepped on the lot, I was greeted by Charles. I told him that I was interested in the TLX, and he immediately brought me to the one I wanted and the color I wanted. I test drove it, and was in and out of the dealership within 2 1/2 hours. Best service I have ever experienced at a dealership, and probably the most easy to work with salesman. Thank you Charles for making this process quick and painless, and with no non-sense!!!!! Purchased a 2020 ILX 48 days ago and they still have not sent the paperwork to the DMV. So now the temp tag has expired and I cannot drive the car plus I am being financially penalized by the DMV for not having the car registered within 20 calendar days of purchase.I called numerous times and call went straight to voicemail, left message and heard nothing back. Finally got a live person on the phone and my inquiry about the paperwork was met with an angry and terrible attitude. She told me she would call back with an update. That was three days ago and still have heard nothing back, doubt I will.
I worked with Akhanu throughout my entire visit to service. I brought my vehicle in for some major warranty work that I did not imagine would be so much. Himself along with the rest of the crew, Austin and Andy especially did an amazing job on my car. Worked with me, explained every little thing, even brought me over to see the issues with my car before submitting anything for warranty repair approval. It was great piece of mind to have and see what was going to be worked on. I got a loaner instantly, no questions asked. Nothing but absolute support and care from the day I walked in, to the last phone call and picking up my car. An experience that will bring me back here for good. It was really that great! Got an early 9am appointment and was in and out in about 1hr 15 mins. Fast and efficient, waiting area clean and well stocked with plenty of charger outlets and sockets of all kinds on a hub to charge whatever electronic device you need plus great internet connection which allowed me to connect to my jobs BPN and work whole i wait. Not to mention all staff we encountered friendly and was able to use online oil change coupon with ease. They gave maintenance heads up as to what should be taken care of as routine next time, without doing what some mechanics do which is make everything look like it must be fixed today.Would definitely use this location again.
I was extremely pleased with my experience with the service department at Acura Carland. I had always heard that car dealerships overcharge, but having only owned an Acura for a few months, I wanted to ensure that my car was in the best hands. I received excellent customer service from every employee I spoke to, and in addition to the routine maintenance that I was scheduled for, I voiced a couple of concerns that were fixed at no additional cost. The cost of the maintenance was fair, and not once did I feel taken advantage of. Even though this dealership is 20 miles from my house, I will definitely continue to make the trip.

Charles Duncan is an exceptional car salesman. Very personable and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my time with him. I give him 5 stars.On the other hand, the finance manager was not as pleasant. Once I turned down the extended warranty, his entire stature changed. He started slinging papers and rushing through the process. In fact, he almost made me doubt my purchase decision as he was telling me all these things that could go wrong and how expensive they would be to fix. I have been a lifelong Honda driver so I am confident in Acuras performance. The whole negotiating process is what cost my rating 5 stars.
I shopped for my new 2020 SUV via TrueCar and it led me to Acura Carland. Bo Bryan responded to my inquiry and we were able to negotiate a deal that was beneficial to all. Within a week, I was picking up my 2020 Hybrid MDX in Black. It has all the accessories I wanted installed, the agreed upon pricing and financing terms ready for me to drive then sign! Sales experience in the past was OK.Service experience now, isnt so good. During Covid 19, i observed many service staff not wearing masks. This was within the service section of the building. It appeared like it was a manager.I didnt see the tech servicing my car, but my guess is, he very likely could have been not masked while inside my car, which I drove home in.Currently, their website offers the following precautions.Fully Cleaning and wiping down each vehicle on the lot and that comes in for service. I was offered, at the end of service, they would wipe down the steering wheel. I declined, as I had cleaner in my car.Deep Cleaning areas - They could be doing this, but not sure.Hand Sanitizing stations - I tried to use the one between the service area and the garage where you pull your car into, it wasnt functioning.Employees sick - who knows. The fact they had 50 % of their staff walking around without masks is all I need to know about the organization.I will not be returning to this location, either to service our brand new Acura, nor to buy the MDX we plan on buying in a few months. You cannot underestimate the lack of concern you have for safety, when it comes to your future prospects on sales.
My wife took our MDX sh-AWD 2017 into the dealer for service.They recommended coolant flush, so she said ok do it. When she got the car back, she was driving down the road she noticed the car was running HOT, she drove back to the dealer and they noticed the mechanic did not add enough coolant. So now Im stuck with a car that ran hot. DO NOT have your car serviced at this place.
I visited Acura Cartland for an airbag recall on my Acura TL. The repair department was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease when I entered their facility! They immediately got my information, gave me a bottle of water and took me to a waiting area. While waiting, I received two texts with updates on the repair as well A personal update. Once the repair was completed I was approached with the details surrounding the repair and a walk to the door for my car! Yes, my experience was top notch!!

Had a very pleasant experience with Mark Lieberman who was my sales contact. I negotiated the deal from out of state, arrived at the dealership the following morning and drove back in my new car in about 2 hours. Mark was transparent and patient in his dealings, worked with me to get me a good deal and had kept most of the paperwork ready ahead of time.
I was quite early for my scheduled appointment. I am not one to write many reviews so when I am compelled to write one, it is because the experience I had made such an impact. Last Fri night Oct 18th, 2019 I arrived to check out a used vehicle. Ken Song was who I was in contact with before I arrived. After meeting Ken, I was instantly impressed with his calm demeanor and knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. When I asked if it was possible to measure the tread depth on the tires, he drove the vehicle to the service dept. to see if someone was left that could measure. Awesome. All throughout the test drive he was able to educate me on the vehicle. When it came down to talk numbers it was the smoothest negotiation I have ever been part of. Even when Riley the Sales Mgr came over, he was very calm, cool & collected and was straight to the point with us - very transparent. The entire experience at Acura Carland was second to none. I would go there again to find my next car and would refer anyone who is looking for an Acura or used car to go to Acura Carland and ask for Ken. Well done Acura Carland!

Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They had an abundant selection of new cars to choose from, with different colors/options available. Buying process was pretty painless and quick. Prices arent the best and doc fees are a bit high ($899 as opposed to $599 for Porsche for reference), but better negotiators may get a better deal. Overall a good buying experience.
I bought my TSX in 2006 from Acura Carland and have always taken it there for service. I absolutely love my service rep, Gil. He tells it to me straight, what I need vs what can wait until next time, knowing I will bring it back there. He always looks out for me and my baby car. I drive a bit to get there, but I know its the best thing. People think I pay too much at a dealership, but the prices for tires and oil change are better than the specialty shops for those things. Couldnt be more pleased.

Failed to inform me of options to add Gap insurance during the purchase transaction, because Brian, the finance manager couldnt see in the available time that I told them I had before I had to leave to get my kids from school. They sent a messenger to my house 2 hours later because they didnt want to lose the sale. I had walked out when Brian still hadnt called me into his office and nobody else came to tell me why I had to sit around for 30 minutes waiting to give them my signatures after I had committed to their final numbers. The messenger didnt have the knowledge or motivation to go over the available options with me. When I requested to add gap insurance a week later after being told by my insurance company that it had to be done through Acura, Acura Carland somehow magically added it to my agreement. I paid the full amount of +-$1,200 up front and as far as they were concerned, all was in order and I was fully covered. But now, 3 months later, the same finance manager called me to inform that Acura has rejected the gap insurance and that I will be getting a refund check in the mail. I tried Carland after being a Jackson Acura customer for 7 years, for no other reason than they had the color vehicle I wanted and were offering extra dealer discount. But I will never buy from them again. I love the Acura brand and quality, but this puts a bad taste in my mouth. There are too many competitors who compete for my business to accept sub-par customer service. -Side note: this is not the only negative review for Brian on here.
We had a great car buying experience today! Mark Lieberman was our salesman, and he was the perfect combination of professional and friendly. We were impressed with everyone at the dealership, meeting several of the others there who were also friendly, one even offering me a place to console my newborn who came along for the purchase! We were able to reach a very fair and reasonable price for exactly the vehicle we wanted! We would return!

I havent been to Acura Carland in years. Last time I was here, I thought the dealership was going out of business, based on the condition of dealership and list of renovations that it was in desperate need of. Acura as a brand was seen as a has been and no longer the premium brand that it had been viewed as back in the late 1990s - early 2000s.After seeing the beautiful new Acura MDX on the roads and being a long time Honda fan, I reconsidered the Acura brand for my wife.Acura Carland has stepped their game up and I was pleasantly surprised. The dealership renovations were truly appreciated. Even my wife was surprised in the improvements.The purchase experience was low pressure and what I would expect from a luxury car dealer.Our first service experience was a bit bumpy at first, but the service team pulled through and overall we are pleased.Nice job Acura and I hope to see continued improvements in the Acura car designs and reliability.Josh Wei represents Acura Carland well and would refer friends and family based on our experience.
Great experience, start to finish. I called ahead to talk price on the phone and once I knew they could more than achieve the number we had in mind, we set up some time to come in. They honored that price from the moment we walked in....no bait and switch. Start to finish we were out a little over two hours, including the test drive. Much better than the 5 hours we spent at another dealership purchasing my husbands Acura. Acura Carland runs like a well-oiled machine.
Just spent 190 dollars on a diagnostic on my 09 MDX only for them to say nothing is wrong with my car yet I having electrical issues and low acceleration issues as I leave dealership. Maybe they didnt drive the car at all. Will never purchase Acura again from this experience.

I had previously been to the Lexus dealership nearby and had a pushy salesman and bad experience all around....financing, trade in value, and my test drive was wack due to rush hour. Really!?! Carland easily changed our service appointment at our request. We were loaned a courtesy car for the afternoon. We ended up getting back early as we knew how delightful the customer waiting area was. It has a variety of comfortable seating areas for reading, watching tv or working. And it offers cold beverages, hot coffee, and snacks. We were nicely accommodated in all aspects of our service experience.
Brit was our salesman - he was great! Showed us how all the wonderful features of our new car worked. The financial process went smoothly and we were out of there fairly quickly. In the past, it was always the strong arming sales process from the financial guys that I didnt like but this wasnt like that at all. And most importantly we love our new Acura! Excellent product!

I had a service appt that was going to take a little longer than expected because it was a busy Saturday morning, I should have anticipated a little bit longer of a wait because of the weekend but I didn’t and had my four year old Grandson with me., I was directed to the waiting area where there were snacks and beverages , and luckily for me cartoons on the big screen. Had my first maintenace visit since I bought my car in 2019 and it was perfect. Tyler was my service person and he was EXCELLENT! He showed me a lot of things I could do with Apple CarPlay and updated my GPS System. I was impressed with his service and with ALL the service workers with this dealership in general from the time I bought the car until service now.
I was great promptly, the wait was short, the service inspection was the standard for Acura dealership. The Individual who reviewed the inspection was honest and not pushy but was able to convince me to get some other maintenance issue taken care of. I am very pleased with the whole process and kept their word for the amount of time it was going to take. Kept me informed through the whole process. I was pleasantly surprised compared to my last visit to this location. Great improvement!
I went in to look at a used vehicle. They had a great selection of very clean Certified Pre-Owned cars. The salesman was friendly and informative. Zero pressure, even during the negotiations. I got the exact car I wanted and paid what I wanted to pay for it. Once the deal was made they had my paperwork done in no time. This was a really good experience.
It was my first time to use this Acura service department. I had an excellent experience! Angel, my service representative, was kind, thorough, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use Acura Carland in Duluth for my Acura service needs.It was so nice to be able to work remotely while waiting for my car to be serviced. They furnished beverages and a pleasant work area with desk-height counters with USB chargers connected and comfortable office chairs.
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and alignment on my TLX online and it was easier than I thought it might be. I arrived on time and the service guy was terrific. His estimate of time was close and the service and report were both excellent. I brought coupons and they were accepted with no hassle. Overall, it was an excellent auto service experience. I came looking for a pre-owned car and discovered they had just received it a day or two before and it wasnt even detailed yet. But they still allowed me to see it while it was sitting in their service department. Charles Duncan was a fantastic sales person. When I told him I would come back a couple hours later with my family to see the vehicle he had it ready for us to test drive. The sales process was very professional and seamless. Kevin, the used car manager, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and Charles explained all the numbers very clearly. Brian, the finance manager, also was very professional and made it very easy to finish the deal. They even wanted to keep the car overnight to finish cleaning it for us. I told them I couldnt pick up the car until 3-4 days later due to my wife having LASIK surgery the next day and I would need her to drive me down to pick up the car. Was that a problem? Not at all, but Charles offered to drive the car to me even though I live 50 miles away from the dealership. He and his wife dropped off the vehicle at my house. I would highly recommend Charles and Acura Carland to anyone looking for an affordable vehicle and a great shopping experience.
We headed up to this dealership 2 hours away as they said they would hold the vehicle for us. This vehicle was priced great but had been on the lot for months. About an hour into our trip up we are notified that the car we were coming for was sold. Pretty amazing that could happen that quickly when the salesperson we spoke to was holding the car and keys. No worries for us as we went to Hennessy in Morrow and bought an X3 and a ford Transit, we won’t do business with dishonest folks. Thanks for saving us a huge mistake!
Very unprofessional business. I went in to buy a car - I spent over $50k and was treated so disrespectfully.We agreed on a price. By the time it was time to sign, they added costs that we never discussed and hid them in the paperwork. Once I realized this and came back to discussed this, they argued and told me its too bad because I already signed. They were so unhelpful and told me its not their problem that I didnt read what I signed. Incredibly terrible service. Spend your money somewhere else.

This dealership continues to impress me! I have an AWESOME mechanic but sometimes you need services only a dealership can provide. I had what I thought was a very simple fix under a parts warranty, I brought it to Matt at the service counter (I highly recommend Matt). I was told it would take longer to investigate the the problem but was given a courtesy vehicle so I could continue with my day. The issue was not what I thought. They did a very thorough inspection and notified me of every condition of my car. They actual repair was quick, affordable and Im very happy I came to Acura Carland in Duluth! Matt was fantastic to work with and made an exceptional experience Ill never forget. Ive told everyone at my job who drives Acuras, and on guy looking to buy one that Acura Carland is the place to go!

I walk into this dealer with the intended to buy 2021 RDX. when i asked the sale man for drive out price, he looked at me and said this is only for customer. im disappointed and treat poorly. I look young 24 years old. this guy think i can not afford to buy Acura or something. sorry but i will never come back because he judges someone by appearance.
My husband and I had a great car buying experience at Acura Carland. I appreciated working with our salesman, Riley and the staff. We have been looking for a car for 9 months and drove from the south side of Atlanta to look at their inventory of used cars. They gave us a great price and we decide to purchase. They made the whole process very easy . I highly recommend them.
Pleasant experience at Acura Carland. Only negative I would say is that our salesperson decided to get the car ready (cleaned, vacuumed, etc.) the moment we arrived and then started talking to us about the price before we even got a chance to look at the car to finalize our decision if we wanted the car or not. Although we did see the car the day before and liked it, it was as if he had made the decision for us that this was the one that we needed to buy. It almost seemed like they were too eager to get rid of this specific car, which kind of gave us a bad taste. Although they never pressured us to buy the car, if would have been much better if we, the customers, could wait and see the car on our own terms, decide if we wanted it, and then move forward with negotiations.
I contacted Acura Carland online about a certified MDX. Bryan Nelson contacted me, sent pictures, we negotiated and agreed on a price. Flew in from St Louis Saturday morning to pick up the car. I was expecting a nice car , it exceeded my expectations. Bryan was great, treated us exceptionally well and had us on the road by 9:30. I wish the Acura dealers here treated us that good. Go see Bryan for your next car.
We saw a car online, called to get it pulled, test drove it, and the next day purchased it for our teenage daughter for Christmas. Our salesman, Mark, was very nice, personable and accommodating. We thoroughly reviewed the car fax details then negotiated new tires, but that was it! After handling our financial business, we were out of there in about two hours. The process was easy! And although Mark told us he would get a nice big red bow for our teen, when we returned to pick up the car, there were two not-so-cute, navy blue DIY bows in the trunk. This didn’t add that special touch, but we are grateful for the safe and reliable automobile for our precious cargo!
Let me start out by saying I think car dealers are worse than lawyers. That said I took my Acura to this dealership because my after market warranty required it. So I grit my teeth and drove my car here because of the code the computer displayed. The team here was courteous and conscientious. They worked with my warranty company and took great care of me. I might update this review later but so far so good.

I just leased an Acura TLX and I had the most wonderful experience in Acura Carland in Duluth. They run a very smooth ship at Acura Carland. They are not pushy and never make you feel uneasy by trying to force a sale. My sales rep was Riley Walsh and he was a true jem. Very knowledgeable and great/easy to work with. He was always available to answer all of my many questions. Jeff Hacker the General Sales Manager is also great to work with. Together, they truly made me feel at home. Recently purchased a vehicle and the sales agent Bryan was great. We discussed the deal over the phone and he was honest and got us in and out quickly.The reason for this review is because Ric, the finance manager who is in charge of setting you up with a temporary tag claimed that my wife’s driver license wasn’t “in the system.” Conveniently, they were out of dealer tags so they gave us all the paperwork and told us we would be fine with with the “test drive” tag while they sorted it out. My wife called the DMV the following Monday (car was purchased Saturday) and they assured her nothing was wrong with her license and it was active. We then called the dealership back and were told they’d look into. It’s now been 10 days and we still have the test drive tag. With no help from Ric and Honda Carland (who apparently is in charge of tags and titles for this dealership), we are about at wits end. It’s frustrating when you receive great service while purchasing a car but once the sale is done, no one seems to know how to help you. Hopefully they can get this resolved.

Staff was professional and pleasant to work with. Responsive to questions - very good at follow up. Presented the vehicle in a positive light - acknowledged and fixed a couple of minor issues. No hard sell at final closing for any type of extended warranty. Overall, a very positive experience.
Came in for routine oil change & tire rotation. They told me I really didnt need the tire rotation even though the maintenance schedule called for it because the tires were wearing very evenly. Saved me $. They easily could have done the service anyway and I would have expected it. I bought my first Acura here in 2003 and have since bought two more there and always have them serviced at Acura Carland because I feel like I can trust them to take good care of me.
I had a wonderful experience shopping at Acura Carland. I had expected the salesperson to be a bit pushy with the services that are offered by the dealership. This was not the case at all. Steven Fisher was a wonderful salesman. He made sure I was happy with my selection and that I knew everything about the car before making a decision. He also pointed out other cars in a similar price range or style to the car I was looking at in case I was not happy with that choice. He also came in on his day off to make sure the deal the finalized properly and that I had been treated properly. I would highly recommend shopping here is you are looking for a new car.
My car buying experience at Acura Carland was excellent! Let me first start by acknowledging my salesman Omid aka Hope for his professionalism, and his mild approach from our first encounter when we were at the just looking stage. Within 24 hrs, I came back to purchase an incredible deal on a pre-certified MDX that Hope was very thorough in taking the time to make sure I understood all the features & benefits of the vehicles technology. I also appreciated the personal introduction from the GM Jim Smith, who approached me while I was waiting on some paperwork. The entire staff provided excellent customer service from start to finish!
I was looking for a safe, reliable, reasonably priced used car for my daughter and the folks at Acura Carland found me the perfect car! From Jose in Service to Zack in Sales and Robert in Management - they were all first rate. (I wish I could remember the finance guys name because he was wonderful too!) Overall a very satisfying experience. My greatest concern was the initial problem was not correctly repaired so I had to return to the dealership 24 hours. I was asked to pay for the part but felt the problem should have been detected on the first visit. The manager was kind enough to wave the charge for the part with no charges for labor.My service rep, Akanu was very nice, courteous, returned calls, and worked diligently to represent Acura in a professional and business like way with an extra touch of care and kindness for me as a customer. I know mistakes happen and I am grateful for the way I was treated due to their oversight. I have always trusted and valued Acura Car Land service and that hasnt changed.

We bought our 2012 Acura MDX in November 2017 and love it!!! Weve had the maintenance service done and just had repair service done and want to express our gratitude and gratefulness to the Service Staff, especially Zach! He (among the others) made our process seamless and quick. They always deliver what they promise!!!
I had a very good experience purchasing a previously owned Toyota from Acura Carland. I had been searching online for a very specific model & year for several months (with some very negative experiences at other dealers) when one showed up at Acura Carland. Shannon patiently and promptly answered all my questions - there must have been 20 emails, and she gave me some things to think about as I made my decision. I drove 177 miles to see the car and it was SO worth the trip. Hope Atlassi took over once I arrived and he was also just great to work with. There was no pressure. I had done my research, and now that I understand a little more about “internet deals”, I am satisfied that I paid a fair price. The car is super clean and I got EVERY SINGLE feature, option, and color that I wanted. I could not be more pleased.
I walked into Acura Dealership hoping to find a particular model, the Acura TL. I asked the salesman, Charles Duncan, if they might happen to have a 2010-2014 TL on their lot. He had one that was just traded in. Long to short, I am so happy with my car. The team of de-tailers and the service department did an excellent job, even though I was rushing them due to had to be at work. Everything in the car is like brand new, and it drives great! On the way out I asked the Manager, Jeff Hacker, since I was buying it new and had not driven it far, if anything went wrong could I bring it in to them? He assured me that I could, and assured me it was going to be fine due to Acura makes a great vehicle. Thank you to your team! This experience has been a 5 star for sure.
Ive been coming to this dealership for years and even purchased my vehicle from there. The sales team was amazing. In the service area, Akana has impeccable customer service but despite the upgrade to the facility some of the service reps lacked simple decency. I arrived before my appointment but had to wait an additional 30 minutes before someone attended to me. A service rep saw me standing and walked away while the others were busy until a manager told me hed get someone to assist. The rep then came back and did not even offer an apology for the long wait ....but tried to get sell special deals which I did not need!

2022-05-02Service Department specifically David my service customer service specialist is the best. He always takes care of me and my vehicle and is very friendly and personable. In addition the mechanic that works on my car every time does my vehicle right. I can’t comment on the sales side as I have not had any interaction with that side of Acura Carland. But as far as the service department top notch.

No pressure or hard selling from this associate or anyone at this dealership. The most enjoyable experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. 2022-02-17The entertainment media screen on my car was broken and would not load in properly for a few months. Inevitably I had to bring it in to the dealerships service to get it fixed. They told me that it would be very pricey for it to get repaired. But luckily our service provider Joseph was very helpful. He worked diligently to find a warranty for us to get it fixed reducing the repair cost enormously. The media unit was replaced but there was a minor issue with the computer system. Adamant on getting it done right Joseph order us another replacement at no cost and will be replacing it soon. This was the best experience I have had going into a service dealership. Great customer service!

2022-04-19Precise attention to detail and excellent customer service. Its a 30 mile drive past other dealerships to Acura Carland, however it is always worth the trip. My Acura is 14 years old with high mileage, but they always take great care of me and my car to keep it running in top shape. Thank you!

2022-04-08Ive been using their service for more than 5 years, and they are courteous and helpful. They do a thorough inspection and inform me what parts need to be changed but are not pushy. However, long wait time (up to 2 hours) on oil change is one complaint. Sharon was helpful with recent major/costly maintenance service.
