Steve Britt is knowledgeable and very customer oriented. He is very good at communicating with the customer and takes care of every need you have. He is invaluable and I highly recommend using Steve as your service advisor when you bring your vehicle to Acura of Columbus.
Acura of Columbus was the most pleasant dealer to purchase a vehicle with. Brittany helped me and my wife by holding a Yukon until we could make the drive to Columbus. Brittany went above and beyond and made sue the Yukon was freshly detailed when we came to look at it. 10/10 would recommend Brittany and Acura of Columbus.
Facts. I like Robbie’s up front honesty. His diligence and customer friendly demeanor are assets. I was more than pleased when my daughter purchased a car there. I searched for a car, my cousin made a call to them. I was in a great used car the next day, and I am really pleased with the price.

Purchased a new MDX last week from Acura of Columbus. Steve Jones (salesman) was great to deal with and for the first time ever I was driving away in my new car in just over an hour. Great overall experience with Steve and the finance manager who was also a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them and would do business again.
Brittany was great. Did all of the paperwork before I got to the dealership with a trade included. In and out in an hour and even set up and explained features of the car. Tina in finance also did a great job and all the documents were ready to go when I got to the dealership. The fourth car we have bought from this dealer and we will be back.
Well, its that time again. Time to buy another car. Normally a groan worthy event. I wouldnt say we are the auto companies demographic by a long shot. Heres a little bit of our purchase history.Our last brand new car was bought in 1996. We bounced back and forth between various minivans and SUVs to the current day. Our last two vehicles being a 1999 and 2005 Honda Odysseys.Now thats out of the way, we based our purchase with the success of the last two with over a half million miles combined. You cant argue that kind of success.The Acura MDX was a no brainer. All the stuff that is standard on Acuras is usually options on other brands. We opted for the Advance Package because I wanted my wife to be super safe on the road.Acura of Columbus, Georgia just happened to have a 2016 MDX with Advance Package and a white pearl exterior. My wife fell in love.Brittany was our salesperson and let me tell you, she was running through the dealership with a smile all the way to get everything in order for our deal. Then we met Shawn the sales manager and what a pleasure it was to see them work a wonderful deal for us. I dealt with Austin via the Internet. Told him what I was looking for. He had it at his lot, cleaned, full of gas and the paperwork ready for me in 24 hours. By far the easiest transaction I have ever had and believe me, I have bought several cars. This was my first experience with Austin and Acura but I guarantee I will be back again and again. Definitely hitting home runs over there!!!!!!
Larry is super friendly and truly a professional. I was quite pleased with the way he handled my service. He answered all my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable with his explanations. He made sure I understood what was going to happen with my vehicle and what my service agreement terms were and made sure that if I had any additional questions I could count on him to answer them. Normally when I’ve had service department personnel tell me this I often felt like it was just part of their job to say this but with Larry I truly feel I can call and ask questions if I have them later down the road; kudos to Larry!!
I am so pleased with this service department. Everyone has treated me so kindly (from checking in and checking out). Larry was excellent, knowledgeable and kind.Calvin always tops of a hot day with a cold bottled water. And, who doesn’t love getting in their car after a wash and Vacuum?Good job Columbus Acura.

I never thought I would be in and out so quickly for service on my vehicle. I had not scheduled an appointment, but I was treated with kindness, courtesy, and exceptional service. I received a loaner car and was on my way within 15 minutes. When my vehicle was ready, I received both a text and a phone call. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, it had been cleaned, inside and out, plus I had 2 bottles of cold water complete with appreciation notes from Acura. Thanks Larry!!!
Update 9/15:While everything went well buying the car initially which I am assuming it was because it was a sale my experience with the dealership afterwards was and continues to be pretty bad. I recently traded the car in for the performance model and I have been trying for 2-3 weeks now to get everything done from the old trade in. I am tired of the lack of follow up and they seem like they just dont care.I refuse to recommend them anymore based on that alone. I should of not have to follow up so much, my experience getting the money back in terms of gap/warranties was smooth before except here. I tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. Makes me wonder what else goes on.This dealership had the most amazing experience I ever had. I usually buy used and this is my fist new car from them. I dont live near this dealership and they were able to get everything done via text and phone. Special shout out to Tina! She was amazing, they even made me a video of my new car. On top of that they were able to deliver it the same day!!! How crazy is that??? These people are special and you should definitely check them out. For the first time since covid Im excited to get out of the house and drive around! Thank you so much
This experience was by far one of my best car buying experiences. I placed an Internet query on a vehicle and was immediately contacted by Tina. Tina was amazing, excellent customer service from end to end. I was deciding between two dealerships at the time and Tina went the extra mile to make a personalized video for me of the vehicle to showcase all the features. Tina subsequently went on vacation during my deliberations of which Dealership to choose. However Robbie then took lead on the sale and again absolute amazing customer service. Being that I am in Atlanta it would be more convenient to choose a local dealer. I ended up purchasing my vehicle from them and because of Covid I did not have anyone to accompany me to Columbus. After my test drive we closed a great deal and they delivered the vehicle to me next day! I am a huge proponent of great customer service and this dealership surpassed my expectations.

Steve is very service oriented and takes good care of his customers. Hell even stay late to ensure a job is done to the satisfaction of his customer. We purchased our Acura MDX in 2014 and have always had our service done at Acura of Columbus, GA. When we decide to get a new Acura it will from there.
It’s been almost a year and a half since I’ve had my Acura MDX. I am so impressed with all of the reps. Starting with Steve Jones, everyone in between - phone receptionists, parts dept., Steve in the service dept., the dark-haired young lady, the young man with the glasses and beard and the gentleman who always greets you warmly and makes sure that you’re taken care of, every visit has been a pleasure. (I’ve got to do better with names, lol.) Not to mention, my car drove and smelled like new again after yesterday’s service. I rate this place a 10+.
Acura Dealership is committed to a higher standard of service. We bought our cars new from the same dealer and so we are also committed. I have no complaints and they have made every effort to be reasonable. I cant give 5 stars, only because they are the Dealer and I dont want them to stop trying.....but, I appreciate all their hard work.
My customer sales rep (Mark Hendricks) was extremely professional and saw to my every need when I entered the dealership, to include getting me a bottle of water. We discussed my vehicle choice, all the options with the vehicle, my trade-in, and met with the sales manager. All along the way Mark explained everything so there were no surprises. Total time to complete my purchase was about 2 hours. The car was also detailed front to back, inside and out before I left.
This was my first purchase from Acura. This is a fantastic business thats been around awhile. I chose Acura because they have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. Pricing on the car and my trade in was fair, the buying process was easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. Service was great, I bought my acura MDX in May of this year and I really love it.. I had to have a B1 Service in July and my service advisor Steve was so nice and professional. I had to have an A service on October 23 and Steve was on Vacation so Matthew took care of me he was very nice and professional. Great Service!!

Best experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was runnimg late from a 6 hour drive and they stayed late after hours for me. As i arrived they were replacing a headlight that had just went out driving to fill the tank with fuel. Extremely nice and honest. Vehicle was in perfect show room condition and it was a 9 year old vehicle. Detailed to the max. I could eat off the carpet it was so clean. Thank you so much Acura of Columbus. Dropped off the car for 200K mile check up. Prompt, courteous shuttle to work and then the call with the estimate: Wow. It can be pricey to maintain old things! Needed front brake pads, a battery, and a bunch more. Larry and the maintenance team kept me informed and got everything done in a day. AND they had the car washed - right before the deluge that afternoon. But its still clean on the inside! Well be back.
I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. And I had a great experience. Simple, friendly, straight forward and professional. No games or gimmicks. I’m happy with my car and the experience. I even drove from Atlanta (100miles away) and it was much better service than the local Atlanta dealerships. Highly recommend Robbie and manager Stacey.
The dealership has some good reviews; however, my experience with the internet manager Tina was not so pleasant. After receiving a decent offer from her boss I then had to work with Tina. After letting her know what I wanted which was an MDX she tried to get me into an RDX. After I made my intentions clear she offered me the same vehicle that was originally offered to me but for 5k more. I was immediately baffled and insulted and let her know my feelings. She then stated in a text that I did not qualify for all the discounts including a military discount. She never did ask me if I was a veteran and made that assumption. I am a veteran. I texted back and said I’ll take my business elsewhere. Her responses were she thought her offer was good, I need a copy of your DD form 214 and it’s seems the price is too high so you might want to look at a pre owned car. Why the assumption about price? Because I did not like her offer? Please work on her communication skills.

My experience was great. Britanny and Blaine were great. Blaine helped me get the best deal on my purchase of a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. Buyer beware!!My wife and I recently bought a new car from Acura of Columbus. Although we didn’t plan on buying that day, because money for the deposit would need to be moved into our checking account, we moved forward on the suggestion by the salesman that they would hold a post dated check until a specific date while the money was transferred.Acura didn’t hold the check as promised. Fortunately, the bank covered the check. I find it very disappointing that a business with such a high rating would do this.
This was by far the best car buying experience... and that is coming from a woman who worked in the car sales industry for 3+ years. My salesman, Austin, was very informative and assertive without making me or my husband feel pressured to buy. Even though we were there late, the sales man, sales manager, and finance rep each treated us respectfully and took the time to discuss any questions/concerns we had without rushing us. The facility was clean and nice, and the duration of the process itself went quickly and effortlessly. I will definitely recommend Acura of Columbus to friends and family!
I love the fact that they treat you like family. I loved my salesperson Brittany she was amazing, professional, answered all my questions, and made sure I walked put with the car of my dreams. My second time to purchase a car from Acura of Columbus with salesman Robbie Dean was positive and productive without pressure or any real problems. Robbie was most patient and personable, and willing to answer all questions and provide directions in utilizing the many features of the car. I had my first car serviced regularly, and was well pleased with the service and the free loaner car. I traded this well maintained car with high mileage for my new RDX, receiving a reasonable allowance after some good natured negotiation.
I came to see a car which I looked up on internet, after test driving it I didnt like it. The sales person (Steve) showed me another car which I liked. During deal negotiation a couple came and looked at the car and test drove it. Steve said if these couple agreed to payment they will buy it. I told him I was here first and we are already negotiating the deal. Eventually the couple ended up not buying the car, and Steve came back to me and said the car is yours if you want to buy it.I think this was unethical behavior from Steve and his manager. Although I like the car but will never recommend anyone to buy from Acura of Columbus. To add the icing, Steve did not give me a full tank of gas, he said this is as full as it will get, I didnt argue since I wanted to leave and drive back to Macon.
Our experience with Acura of Columbus has been a great one. The staff were all very professional and willing to assist in anyway. We specifically worked with Trey; he wasnt pushy and went to great lengths to find the car we wanted. They also offered a great deal on our trade. I would use them again.
I bought my used car here. Staff seemed nice, however I wasnt crazy about the guy who sold me my car. I think his name was Joe. All in all it was a good experience as could be considering what a pain buying a car can be the paperwork alone is grueling. However it was a good experience just to know to future consumers.
Me and my husband had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE buying our first car together at this dealer!!! They worked with us to get us where we wanted to be AND they ordered us food twice due to having to stay late while we were finalizing our deal. I did not AT ALL expect my day to turn out so amazing. It started with the hope of getting as much information as possible to get into a reliable vehicle within the next couple of months. Nathan was easy to talk to and very informative, he provided excellent service and it was effortless. David was very honest with us, incredibly helpful, and had my mother emotional with gratitude. I got an early Christmas present! I will tell anyone who listens to go to Acura of Columbus! Those guys are definitely the best!
It has only been since April 2020, but I will rank this service department as tops in GA! I cant think of everyones names right now, but the young man with he beard and glasses (lol), the tall man in the middle office, the nice guy in the garage, who welcomes, directs and stocks your car with water, the car detailer...theyre the best. Ive just moved to town for a new job. My car refused to start one morning (dead battery) and I called Acura to see if they could help. I was told at first that there were no technicians available, but they called back and said the service manager would come out with a charger and see if he could get the car started. That worked, I drove over to the Acura dealership, and they put in a new battery in about twenty minutes, covered under warranty. Great service!
I take my RDX here for services/maintenance issues and each time I had a wonderful experience and the staff (service advisors) are great! I see Mark and he is wonderful service advisor. And Mike is the service manager and he is just as friendly and professional. I love their exceptional services dealing with customers and as a car experts.Today I was playing with the idea of getting a new car. Well, I submitted an online comment early this morning and I got a call from one of the associates (Amanda) she understood my needs and was able give me an appointment to come see them the same day (literally within hours).Well, long story short, I had a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from here. This is my 3rd acura and had the fastest buying experience. All team members involved were very through and professional, detailed and friendly. Just to name a few that I would like to recognize are: Amanda, Stacy (sales manager?), Robert Dean and Tim N. (Sales) and of course Royce (Finance). Oh my gosh, I had such a wonderful an painless experience. I recommend these dream team to buy/lease or even service any day.I know car buying experiare usually a headache and a pain in the behind but I had much fun. It was awesome!
Weve been Acura owners for a long time, 20 plus years. We have 2 generations in Acuras. Columbus Acura is getting better but still not who they use to be when we 1st moved to Columbus 10 years ago. We always felt like family to the service & sales team. Then the service team completely changed and we felt like we were just another $$$ to them. It looks like the culture is trying to come back around to good old fashioned customer service, not trying to sell you something just because. Hopefully theyll continue to improve and get back to 5 stars in our book. They do great work on the vehicles though. Never left and had to come back because a repair wasnt right.

Friendly staff. Helped us when our Acura stranded us - called and sent the tow truck to our location. Then had a loaner waiting by the time we got there. Car was repaired quickly and when there was a slight problem upon pickup they put me right back in the loaner for the day. Car was washed and ready to go upon arrival. Price of repair was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.
If I could rate them 100 stars I would. The customer service from the time my feet hit their car lot was Outstanding, phenomenal, Excellent and I can go on. Acura Service Department has always serviced my car and it stays in tip top shape. Just had my first set of tires installed and new brakes since my car was purchased on February 10, 2011. Truly exceptional service each time I take it in for regular scheduled service.

I traded in my 2015 RDX on Oct. 27th for a 2017 MDX and Steve Jones was my Client Advisor along w/ the Sales Manger Stacey and the Finance manager that day. They all give me excellent service. I feel like I got a great deal. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal! I love my MDX and I love the color... Everyone gave exceptional customer service. I had to bring my dog in w/ me and everyone was even wonderful to him. Steve walked him while I signed my forms so that I could have my hands free. I received a courtesy call from Steve to see how I was enjoying my MDX and if I needed anything. I also received a nice letter via mail from Stacey to thank me for my purchase. Steve took time to show me how to work my SUV, where to go for service and answered any and all other questions I had. He was really great!
Ive had great service at Acura of Columbus. I take the RDX to Erik whenever it needs maintenance. I can schedule my appointment online using a reservation system that actually works, and when I get there Erik is outside waiting on me. The waiting area is an office rather than a counter where you have to wait in line. I appreciate being able to schedule my appointment ahead of time, and not having to wait. The things I appreciate about Acura of Columbus are stark contrasts to the experiences Ive had at other dealerships in Columbus.I will say that the finance person was too pushy with the extended warranty and service plan they try to sell at the end of the buying process. Im buying an Acura because I expect it to be more reliable. This person would not take no for an answer. I hope the rest of the finance staff is not as aggressive.

I am never a fan of going to a dealership to look at or buy a vehicle. My experience with these guys has been great! Ernest was our salesman and he is super professional and not pushy at all. Let me start off by saying, I have bought a vehicle from almost every dealership in or around Columbus GA. I have high standards and have rated every business in GA either a rip-off, con, shady and have even filed BBB complaints and sought legal action using the Lexis Nexis/ for federal/state law regarding companys and false information. Just so you can see where I come from.I pulled in to this dealership and was obviously caught before I stepped out of the vehicle by a sales man that goes by the name Ernest Lyons. we told him exactly what we wanted and after researching for about a week. I looked up KBB value of vehicle, my trade worth, everything. The first sales pitch was kind of a low ball for my trade in by about 3 Gs under worst value and they wouldnt budge on the car price that we wanted to buy. now, I thought, great, just another dealership trying to make more of a buck....I was wrong. This guy went back in after I said that I had a # that I wasnt going to pass and it looks like I will end up leaving or another words, this is a bust. he talked to a MR. Todd which was the financial guy and was able to meet between what I wanted and what they were offering. It wasnt a bad deal, and It wasnt the best deal, but these two guys were willing to meet me in the middle, work with me to get a sale. This was the most professional two guys Ive ever worked with when buying a car. For any soldier out there looking, know your price, be willing to negotiate it, and Talk to Ernest Lyons. I cant say anything about the other sales people, but Ernest would be the best option for soldiers in Columbus GA.
To be honest,I really wouldnt put a rating because of the way I was treated. My sales rep Marvin,was Great! But the professionalism of the Sales Manager Stacey was unbelievable. I purchared a certified like new Acura TLX 15 in December. I loved the car. Carfax was clean,no accidents. Everything was great until a week after purchased,I discovered rust under seats on both passenger & driver side on railings. It was so much rust that you could tell the car was under water for a while. Remind you that this was suppose to be a CERTIFIED car with inspections clearing etc. So I took the vehicle back letting the Sales Manager know the problem that occurred. Showing him the video he states that he doesnt believe that the car was flooded,a surfer probably went to the beach alot or they may had the windows down & it rained and got wet! BOGUS! He wanted to just replace the railings after clearly discovering that this indeed was a flooded vehicle from Florida. I wasnt happy with that and wanted a different vehicle,because I wanted something reliable & worth what I was paying for. Insisted that I kepted the car until another car of my liking was brought in. Waited waited and waited! At this point I just wanted to get my down payment & go to another dealership. Was told I couldnt get my money back because it was my car! How is a flooded car mines after a week! Its clearly illegal to sale flooded cars unknowingly!! So since I was told I couldnt get my down payment, they showed me another car in which I was pleased with. Ok so after that emotional rollercoaster I was Happy! Until speaking with the Sales Manager on a later date. He told me he had never seen a person like me before, and he would rather for me to take my business else where! How could a person in management talk to a customer like that! Especially since I was the victim. I was sold a flooded car! He stormed off from me & lefted me standing. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this! Unprofessional at its finest!
It was a pleasure working with the sales guy, Robbie, but the finance department is a whole different story. Get your own financing before heading to this place otherwise you will get the highest interest rate possible because they get commission for it. I was told I got the best interest rate for my 750+ credit score, I shouldnt have listened to him, I applied for a refinance 2 weeks into buying the vehicle and got an interest rate 50% less than what the finance guy got me.
My husband had been searching for a fairly newer model truck with low mileage for some time. After searching on the internet, with frustrating results and dealing with several local dealerships with unsatisfactory deals, he finally found one at Acura of Columbus. Robbie Dean, our salesman, was extremely helpful in getting the deal that my husband was looking for. After an hour, we were out the door, new owners of a 2016 Dodge Ram. Thank you Robbie and the sales/financial management team that made this happen. You were all pleasure to work with and I would recommend anyone to come see you for all of their car/truck/suv needs.
Ive spent two weeks trying to get service information for a TL that was serviced here and cannot even get an email or text in return. Ive chatted on their site with two representatives and sent in two contact forms and nothing.edit: Tiffany S really came through. She helped me out with exactly what I needed!
My wife went there for an oil change on her 2015 TLX yesterday Nov 23. She asked them to check the brakes due to a little vibration when braking. Steve told her she needed new rotors, the old ones were warped. The cost would be 250.00. When she got home I asked if that included the brakes. When I called to inquire, the answer was no. To add insult to injury, they didn’t replace the rotors but turned them instead. I was shocked they spent the time to remove the brakes and rotors only to turn them and put the old brakes back on the car. I didn’t know anyone turned rotors anymore considering the cost of new rotors. I guess I’m redoing the job next weekend. I won’t be using them anymore. Update: I talked to the service manager today Nov 26th and he would not own up to the lie. The bottom line is Steve told my wife the rotors need to be replaced and they didn’t replace them. He lied. They take advantage of women. I’ll go back to Nalley in the future. They’re much more professional.
What a great experience today!!! We have been Acura owners for 13 years. I absolutely love my TSX and wanted to upgrade to an MDX. We came to just look and see what we would be interested in. We ended up buying one. Austin McGlaun, Shawn Sherman, David Walters were stellar!!!!! We were honored to have them help us. They went above and beyond the call of duty!! My husband is a vet and it is great to help another brother in arms. We will DEFINITELY spread the word!!!
I dont know what Acura is paying him, but Steve Britt deserves a raise. Let me start by saying that my wife and I have always been blessed by a wonderful experience at Acuras service department. This time we met someone that FAR exceeded all past experiences and expectations. It turned out to be a 2-day work effort on Acuras part due to a couple of very busy days at their service department, but the whole job was done professionally and successfully. Of course, we had a loaner, but again, Steve made the whole process seem so smooth and easy. It will be interesting to see if Acura can keep him around. If so, needless to say I will be asking for him next time!! Thanks again, Acura! (and Steve!!!)
After going to RiverTown Ford, I had a nasty taste in my mouth about buying a car in this area. I went online found a car I wanted, I called in spoke with Nate. They didnt waste my time, they didnt feed me lines or try to talk me out of what I wanted. Buying a car here is EASY, they will work with your budget and HELP. I look forward to having my car serviced here, anyone seeking a car should come here before any other place. I promise you wont be treated badly or let down.
My wife had purchased a new vehicle from Acura of Columbus and we had no issues at all. They were a couple of hours from where we live but they treated her great and I told the sales manager I would definitely be back to purchase a TSX. Well I purchased a 2012 CPO with 13,000 miles on it. I found out very quickly that there is a huge difference between buying a new Acura and a certifed pre-owned. Everything from dirt dauber nests on the engine block, hard water stains on all the windows, and a damaged trunk seal when I came to pick it up. I then had several other problems with the car (including having to replace the navigation unit) and the dealership not willing to stand behind it I am taking it in again for service at another Acura location. If you are buying a new Acura they have great pricing, if you are purchasing a used car from them they will forget about you as soon as you sign the papers so I would look elsewhere. I really wish I had, but I will not make the same mistake twice.
I bought a Lexus car from this dealership six months ago, a week ago I decided to get a carfax report for my car because its been acting a bit funny. Turns out the car I bought was in a major car accident, the rear end of the car had to be welded. I put 4thousand dollars down on this car to bring it down to 16 thousand dollars... Now I know my car is only worth 12 thousand at the most.. I understand Georgia is a non disclosure state, but I was under the thought that this well recognized dealership would only sell top of the line cars. Not at all, and this was my downfall for trusting & believing that this was a good company. Im sharing my story so that no one else finds themselves in my situation, its a horrible position to be in. To be paying for a car thats not worth its value, that has been damaged and its already acting up. Please ask for a Carfax report when buying from this dealership.
Acura of Columbus is just Super !! I purchased a 2008 Acura MDX, then went back and got a 2017 Acura MDX just a few months back. Great Staff. The Service Department is the heart of that place. They work so hard to keep these cars on the road. Of Course, I will buy another Acura when I need one from this dealership.
David Walters is one of the most immature and incredibly rude. Im honestly surprised they allow a man of his caliber to be a sales manager. Incredibly self absorbed and beyond arrogant. Hes also incredibly sexist and I wont work nor do business with anyone who treats people in such an ill mannered way.
Sorry customer service after purchase. I did like the car until a recent recall. We took the RDX in this morning (4.13.2016) and now my wife is driving a KIA until June ???. The sales manager was full of excuses and lies. I will never shop ACURA of Columbus again because of the poor service. Im very unhappy with this situation.
My BFF used to recommend me this place for a long time, but since I always used to buy at repokar com, I couldnt imagine what its like to buy a car from somewhere else. You see what I love the most about repokar is that the site isnt just easy to access, and find what youre looking for but also you can talk with the sellers and ask them for some discounts, which is pretty great for a student. But now after visiting your dealership, I dont even know what to say. You have surpassed all my expectations, nice job!
Very bad dealership, I always took my car for the regular maintenance service and always charged me hundreds of dollars, because I trusted them I didnt complain about what am paying until one day I took my car their because it stopped in the middle of the street and started again after 7 minutes and the check engine light came on, after a week of investigation they called me to pick up the car saying that they found the problem and they replaced a fuse, so they charged me $800 for the fuse replacement, $757 + tax labor and $3 for the fuse,the numbers are crazy but I paid as they said the car is working well, 10 minutes after I left the dealership the check engine light came on again so I went back to them and waited an hour they told me the exhaust catalytic convertor needs a replacement and gave me an estimate of $3,500 to have it replacedso I went to exhaust pro system for another opinion they told me the the front right and left catalytic convertors need replacement and will cost $1,500 and they gave me a letter stating that the reason my car stopped was the front right and left catalytic convertors and if it was a fuse the car wont start until the fuse is replaced, so they spent a week just guessing the problem.I attached a picture that shows catalytic system parts number 1 is what the dealership told me need to replace and number 2 was what the exhaust pro replaced, they wanted to charge me $3,500 for replacing the wrong part too, who knows how many times they will bring me back to fix the car right
I was visiting columbus for business and noticed a oil burning smell from my subaru wrx. I found that my car was leaking oil. I stopped by Acura of Columbus to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive since it was close. I spoke to Harrell GM and he set me up with Jeremy H. in the service deparment, which so happened to be familiar with Subaru. They went to work and got me back on the road quickly and saved me from an expensive tow bill. I would highly recommend their service deparment even if you dont drive an Acura!
There was a recall on my Acura. I called the closest Acura dealer to me. That Acura dealer was procrastinating on getting me into a rental. I called Acura of Columbus and they welcomed me with joy to come on in to the dealership. Acura of Columbus took care of ME!!!!
Shawn Sherman and his staff went above and beyond expectations,personally i hate dealerships,from pressure to disrespectful sales people but i can say that Acura of Columbus treat me so comfortable and like family ,no pressure,helpful and understanding..first time acura TLX buyer and super happy,excellent car,definitely will recommend this dealership and will buy again from them...10 stars from me

2022-04-01I had such a great car buying experience with Acura of Columbus. Brittany and Bill and their team, from financing, to management to service were a pleasure to work with. And they found be a better rate than I had found myself. I made a 2 hours drive from Atlanta and once I arrived the car was spotless, they even removed a small dent in the door on the spot! I would recommend this team to anyone in the area looking for a quality Acura with a friendly staff. Top notch from the top down.

I knew what I wanted so we spoke for less than 5 minutes, he started the paperwork and sent me a walk around video within 15 minutes of ending our call. A couple of emails and we were discussing delivery. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Also, Mr. Ray delivered the car and I enjoyed talking with him as well. All in all- I had a great experience with Acura of Columbus.

I live in Peachtree City and I will always drive the extra miles to go to this Acura dealership just to get service done on my car. 2022-04-30Editing due to issue discovered because of a fuel leak. Once shop had it up on lift, the entire underside of car is severely rusted and will require thousands in eventual repairs, including $1500 to replacement fuel tank which has rusted out and has a hole in it. Acura of Columbus had this car on a lift because they replaced all 4 tires and brakes per documentation they provided me at time of purchase. They would have known the rust issue is severe and failed to disclose it to me on purchase. Instead they allowed me to purchase a car that was dangerous with rusted fuel tank to put my 16 year old in, which I told them it was for. Very disappointed and I would have never purchased the car had I known. I trusted this dealership and believed them to have my sons best interest at heart. Bill the Sales Mgr told me he wouldnt sell me any vehicle he wouldnt put his own son in. Ill bet you wouldnt have put your son in a ticking time bomb! My son could have been killed or seriously hurt!

2022-04-21Get all my services done here, all my check engine lights came on ,got it fixed 2 months later the same lights came on told me this time its my catalytic converter. All they want is money. The first time they did a diagnostic said it was my battery, I wish no1 went there for service
