2020-03-20The doctor is super nice. He looks over everything with you and lets you see what hes seeing. He is also very personable. The ladies that help you with picking out your frames and lenses help you with making sure you spend within your limit and they dont push products on you. Its very laid back and friendly.

2018-08-01The entire staff at Adairsville Eye Associates were fantastic! Dr. Gilbert and his team were very thorough and spent a lot of time with me. I am thrilled to have found them as my vision issues are complex. The service they provided could not have been better.

2012-12-11I have been cared for by Dr. James and his staff since we first moved here several years ago. He takes excellent care of myself and my family. He has caught serious eye issues early on and followed me through my treatment, even if it involved another doctor. Very clean facility, and wonderful staff.

2012-10-11Wonderful staff! They always know us by our names. Glad I finally found this place, they are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make everything work (insurance, etc).The Optometrists are very through and will answer ANY questions you have about your eyes or prescriptions without hesitations or being annoyed. They also have wonderful places they can refer you to if you need eye surgery or Lasik! All around I am satisfied and this is a great place!

2018-10-23I really enjoyed Dr. James personal attention to the details. I especially appreciated his way of breaking it to me gently that my vision changes were merely a result of aging. He said it with great class and humor. His staff did not rush me through my visit. On the contrary, they each took their time with testing, fitting and checkout. Great job AEA!

2019-02-04They were great the one time I needed to go, just tried to make another appointment, according to their website they still take my insurance, called them and the lady said they stopped it, I have another insurance but its only medical for them, Im having a medical problem with my eyes, but when I explained it to the lady she said its a vision problem. Like HELLO! Youre an eye doctor. This place is a joke dont waist your time!!
