Horrible customer service from both store manager and district manager treat there management treats customers as if there trashUpdate still no one has reached out or contacted me about this service it is a disappointment i would run from this place not walk

Always gets my parts same day if they dont have in stock or special order. Smart friendly service.
Employees are friendly and eager to assist you. sometimes the parts arent exactly like they should be and I have to exchange them, but other than that everything is cool.
My car broke a belt when I was just outside of this a advanced autoparts. I was fortunate enough to be able to coast into the location. Most of the employees here were very helpful in also nice. The head the part that I needed. My only problem with this location was I needed help in changing this belt that had broke. And one of the gentlemen there, just after helping someone else, I asked him to help me and he would not help me. I was a little disappointed in that. But everything else went fine there.
The customer service was great! Plus they let WestSide Middle School do a fund raising Car wash on the side of their building! What a great way to help out the community & make people want to shop their
Thanks for checking my battery. Even though nothing was wrong and I still dont know why the hell my battery went dead, you provide a very valuable service and saved me the money I would have spent if I had to go to a mechanic to test my battery. Ill make sure to come back when I do need to buy something. Well, I actually hope that doesnt ever happen but I know it will.
The chain of stores offers fair offers and their speed perks program is ok. The biggest problem is that the staff is either angry with the world and has no time to help or they dont know what they are doing. This particular store is one to stay away from.

Excellent service and inventory but be careful going in on rainy days because the front gets very slippery. Had it not been for my ninja training, i wouldve succumbed to some major injury this one rainy afternoon.
Been in 3 times and I have picked up stuff and ended up putting it back because I cant get checked out. Its crazy they were not that busy. Its always the only 2 employees waiting on one person. Just happened again. Drove to Autozone in winder and got what needed. Smh

Most of the staff here is fairly knowledgeable in their products and willing to help, especially with odd jobs where improvising is required. Very importantly personable people.
Only come here for car parts anything else go to Wal-Mart, the prices are cheaper there by a couple of bucks. I bought stuff here like wax and oil to find out it was over price.

2022-04-20Apparently you can’t use their restroom even as a customer. I’ll take my business to auto zone. They never had issues with me using their bathroom. Also get some better attitudes may help that help wanted sign if the 3 dudes running it smiled and greeted customers.

2022-07-07Guy behind the counter is either lying or doesnt know what hes talking about when he claimed their battery bounty program was discontinued and they no longer recycle/give $10 store credit for old batteries when you bring them in. I called the Winder store and they knew nothing about a discontinuation, so I hauled them over there and got credit with no problem.....

2020-11-01Great auto parts store. They have most parts for 1980s and newer cars and trucks. Anything older and its got to be special ordered. The store is big but doesnt carry a lot of stock. Transfer parts from other stores in the area seems to be the norm. Most of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

2020-03-19I have severe anxiety and had a meltdown before entering the store. I get so overwhelmed when my car is messing up because I have zero knowledge of cars. I was hours late for work and afraid to drive my car. However, Michelle was AMAZING! I didn’t even know how to lift my hood. She taught me so much in the 15 mins I was there! Growing up, I never had anyone teach me the basics about cars. Maybe she didn’t think much of it but it meant a lot to me. She’s very knowledgeable, quick and nice. She offered help even after I bought my items! I’m so grateful she was there while I was going through a crisis. She went above and beyond for me. Yes we can find these same items cheaper somewhere else but I will continue to spend extra money if she’s here. Please recognize her for her outstanding customer service by giving her a raise or bonus! She deserves it! I made it to pep boys safely because of her and they were able to fix it.
