My car broke down in their parking lot and the lazy guys on night shift where too lazy to even help me! I offered to buy the item I needed and was told it wouldn’t do me any good- they didn’t even get off their asses to come outside to look at my car!! But the fat balding old man took 2 smoke breaks in the hour I sat in the parking lot waiting for help to come! What a joke!
Why put people behind the counter who have NO CLUE how to look up a part. I take that back maybe they can look up a part but Lord help you if its not in the computer. KNOWING a dipstick from a push rod should be a job requirement. I waited 20 minutes while 4 YES 4 people stood at the parts counter ALL at different stations and NOT 1 of the dimwits behind the counter had a clue NOT a clue. One guy had a LS1 in a 69 Camaro and needed a serpentine belt. HOLY crap its not in the computer. NO crap that engine didnt come in that car He just needed a belt. And the nitwit working the cash register, oh man. Whats with passwords why did he have to ask for a password 6 times during 2 transactions. OH crap the computer locked up CALL NASA !!!!!!! Oh I know go to NAPA or AutoZone ahhh NAPA know how !!!

2021-10-05U went here a purchased a wiper, the cashier asked me if I know how to install when I told him I did he then told me that he didnt had to put it on my car, I told him to give me a refund and Ill gladly spend my money elsewhere. He reluctantly put the blade on and said he cant believe the things customer request. Dude do your job.

2020-02-24In the store they were great. My complaint is with the online system. I placed an order online and it said the order would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited and waited at the store but the order never went through. The manager finally let me take the item, a battery, and told me I could pick up the receipt the next day when I would be dropping off the old battery.

2020-05-31Tried curbside pickup, but when we were curbside we were told to, just come inside, after which we were treated very rudely and told we did not have an order. We absolutely did.This isnt the first time the employees have been rude at this particular location...

After talking to him I had to write this review to recognize and thank him. Advance Auto Parts is so lucky to have Don working for them. 2020-07-10Don behind the counter refused to verify our warranty. Very very poor customer service. We called the other atore across town and without an issue. They Found our part and the warranty and we are headed to pick it up.
