Mark had a little trouble identifying which battery my car needed, but after finding it, he offered me the DieHard Platinum, Gold and Silver models. I picked gold, because the specs matched my dieing car battery.Naturally, it was the last model on the shelf.🥴Mark brought it out and replaced my car battery even after I jinxed him 😉 halfway in. I made up for it, finding the hold-down bolt. We had a nice conversation through the replacement. And the new battery w worked fine.
Carey was awesome! I went in on Sunday, (09/29/19) for a battery replace. He was also very confident during my battery installment and even told me about the $15 rebate. Sunday was a great day, but he added to the list of smiles that I already had. Thanks Carey for time and service.
I only review things that are really terrible or really great, I had Carey install a battery in my car and flat out in all industries there needs to more people like him. Excited to do his job helpful to all customer and the best part making a not car guy feel comfortable. For real the guy made the experience for me and Ill be back.
I visit this auto parts store almost once a week, as my hobby is working on cars. The manager Carrie always remembers me by name and greets me as I come thru the door every time. Carlos can help anyone with any car problem as well. These fellas are very knowledgable, and their customer service is on point! Most folks who work in these type of stores just wanna clock in and clock out. Not these ole boys, they wanna help you with your car and make sure you are safe and confident on the road. They also wanna make sure you get the best deal possible and make sure you are satisfied with the product you have purchased. Thanks for all yall do,Matt
Worst customer relations ever dealt with. Carey, was rude and dismissive. Recommended a product. We were not satisfied and refused to honor a refund. I will never use this location or brand again. Another gentleman older only tried to use his age for an excuse to why he knew we were wrong about what we were taking about. This place will lie to get their products out the door. With no technical knowledge.
I came here to buy some ATF for my BMWs power steering system. The selection was good, but the employee service was merely average. It wont keep me away if I need something, but I wont go out of my way to recommend this particular location over another Advance Auto. The location is simply convenient to my workplace.
I recommended my co worker to go see if they could diagnose her check engine light. After waiting in line for 10 minutes she was pushed to the side to take other customers. She was on her lunch break and dis her dudiligance by calling ahead before coming. Very disappointed in customer service.
I wasnt sure if the lug nut removers for the stripped lug nuts I had on my wheels I purchased were the right fit and the employee that helped me told me I could not return them if they were the wrong size. The receipt stated otherwise. I have no idea why I was told I couldnt return them when this person glanced at my car and said theyd work and at that point its their fault. Needless to say, they didnt work and I did in fact return them with no problem later that afternoon.
Greg, an employee here, was extremely helpful to my boyfriend when needing a new battery and fuse/clamp for my car. He said that Greg went above and beyond, even opening the fuse clamp and attaching it for us. Greg was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. GREAT GUY, deserves an award for customer service!
Have the pleasure of coming in and getting a battery for our Jeep 2002 and Carlos was very helpful in helping us match up the right battery and did a quick and efficient install. Good place to come get your Auto needsHad a battery issue with the Toyota not starting this morning and went to see Advance Auto. Traye took care of the issue was very personable and helpful. Then found out the car was cutting off after idling for a few minutes. He thought it was mass air sensor since the battery was 4 years old and dead. Got some mass air cleaner spray and he showed what to do and it solved the problem. Thanks Traye and Advance Auto
The manager took care of me on a tool that I had brought in a few months ago when he wasnt available to assess the defect. Circumstances kept me from returning but when I was finally able to, he took time to make sure I was taken care off and such initiative to do the right thing is rare. My thanks!
This is by far the WORST service I have ever had from an Advance Auto parts store..I purchased a battery for my truck 2012 Nissan titan brought it home put it in my truck and it wouldnt start or even turn on my dome lights so I took the battery out of my car 2012 Altima and it starts right up...So I told my husband the battery probably isnt good or it has no charge...So today we use my little car battery to start the truck and drive it over to the parts store to get help..Not only did they basically call us stupid but said there was nothing wrong with the battery so I said ok then just refund me my money 133.00 why should I be stuck with a battery that wont work ..Now there is no other issues wrong with my truck new... So after arguing with them they tell me I cant get a refund!!! OK if its good and youve checked it then why cant I refund or better yet why wont it start my truck ...So after arguing with the SM,and GM and being insulted they finally say if they put the new one in my truck and it dont start up he will refund me ...This being offered after all this mess..The GM proceeds to tell me the battery may not have a charge I said yea thats what I thought then tells me its my fault that it dont have a charge how can that be if the damn thing wont even start my truck ..He tells me maybe I went and ate dinner and forgot my lights on..wow what a insult cause #1 I have automatic lights #2 the battery never stayed in the truck due to IT NOT WORKING..LOL...I mean God Ive never been treated that way over a battery..So then they finally come outside after it wanting to help us at all and start to use my little battery from my car to start my truck cause guess what the new one wouldnt..Haha then as its still running takes my little car battery off and puts the new one..So obviously they sold us a battery that had been sitting and lost its charge but instead of just admitting that I had to be ugly and argue with these people...He first had to jump start the battery they sold me..So basically after all that it did work but after I needed my battery to start it ...Then says to not turn my truck of for a while that it needs to charge...I just couldnt believe the attitude and poor customer service I had to go through to end all this...I will never fo there again .....You need to help people and maybe all this wouldnt of had to happen ...If they would of just did that to begin with but unfortunately they just wanted to blow us off...After seeing I wasnt gonna be treated that way things started happening....Its just sad....

Waited in a long line of two people when there was for associates in this store. One associate was working a register and could have called for help and never did. I will never return to this location again. I just needed to purchase my windshield wiper fluid and leave
Only one employee on a Saturday answering phones, asking people to wait for a diagnostic, and taking care of walk-ins. Two drivers not available to help in the store. Once they arrived all employees where just rushing the customers. Was dismissed several times without my questions being answered.

2022-04-04I had stopped at 1 Advance AUTO in Marietta and they were worried about how long it would take them to put in my battery, even though I showed the guy it was just 2 extra screws, so I left and went to this store. Told Darren I needed a battery, he rang it up went out and replacement it in like 15 minutes, never said a word about it going to be difficult. DARREN WAS GREAT HAVE HIM HELP YOU.

2022-03-22I recently lost my husband and he always took care of the car stuff.I really needed new windshield wipers, so I went into Auto Zone and this young man helped me out and even installed them for me.Will definitely go back. Thank you you Auto Zone!

2021-08-18This auto parts store is the furthest away but always worth the drive. They always have what I need. Never fails! Except for the one random older male employee today I’ve never seen prior, the staff there are always helpful!

2021-05-02We had a great guy named PJ that helped us by replacing the battery in my car. It had really ruined my afternoon, but he was super nice and knowledgeable and was great to chat with while he hooked it up. He gave us great advice for the future and made my bad experience into a really one. Having nice people at this store really just makes it an overall good experience.

2021-07-18Went to 2 different U-Haul places Needing a trailer mount replaced, neither would leave the comfort of their counter. Pulled up here and searched for a bit. Ray helped when he noticed I was searching a bit without me having to ask. Walked outside, got under my vehicle to look as I was told my bracket was welded on, Ray noticed the factory mount was twisted on and capped, needing only to remove the caps once loose. The only reason it took 20 mins was because I didn’t ask for help. He Even walked out with me to test the two options I had to make sure before paying if I had what was necessary. Great service! Come see Ray for all your auto part needs!

2021-08-19Cornelius at the Advance Auto Parts Roberts Road location in Kennesaw saved the day for me. My 2017 Subaru Outback battery died again! This has happened repeatedly in the past 3 years, and the battery has already been replaced once with another Subaru battery. I am a senior and no longer felt safe driving this car with the Subaru brand battery but that is the only battery the dealership sells. If you look online, there are many reports of these Subaru batteries repeatedly failing. I located an Optima Redtop battery online and spoke to Cornelius. He was beyond courteous, and helpful and discussed the issue with me and transported the battery to the Subaru dealership as I have been at home with no transportation since this occurred on Tuesday. Thank you Cornelius. Advance Auto Parts is fortunate to have such a customer service focused employee.

2020-11-02Good serviceThey tested my wifes car battery, not only looking at voltage but checking power draw which coincided with symptoms. Friendly young man replaced the battery and I dont have to worry her getting stuck with a dead battery!
