Great service!Friendly, quick, efficient!
Very helpful and in-and-out quickly. I will definitely shop this location in the future. Also, while not specific to this location, I do not like the companys battery warranty making it necessary to keep a copy of the receipt. I expect it will dissuade me from another battery purchase in the future.
Chris is awesome. Walked up as he was closing the door for the night and let me buy what I needed. He could have easily said no. Will be back.

Average parts store. Long lines, guys at counter spending a lot of time on the phone, looking up parts, etc., so not as available for customers. Store was clean and well-stocked. Pretty standard parts-store experience.
We came because we thought we had a dead battery. Ellen assisted us and did a very detailed check of our battery. She went over and beyond to assist us with purchasing and installing a new one. It took some time because our hold battery would not loosen but she kept - smile on during the entire time. Best experience I have ever had! Due to Ellen we will always use Advanced.

Will not read or let you read codes for check engine light, other locations are letting you use the tool. The competition had no problem letting me scan my vehicle.
I can usually always get what I need when I shop here. Unless its a custom part they cant get from their company.Thats happened before and they referred me to a local fabricator. And the fabricator they suggested to me did a fantastic job. They built exactly what I needed. This is the kind of service that goes above and beyond the employees job, and that is why I like to shop here for my car parts. And if they order a part for you before 2:00pm you will have it before lunch time the next day. The employees here do listen to you and work with you rather than against you, like the OReillys Parts Store thats a few blocks from this Autozone store. Here at Autozone they know how to treat customers and use the available parts books when their parts computer doesnt show what the customer is asking for. Napa Auto Parts will do the same for you Unlike any of the OReillys Parts Stores. 👍
These people are thieves. I purchased a battery online to be picked up in store under the impression of when I got there, they would test my battery and alternator to make sure that is what I needed. Some technicality inhibited then from testing it due to what kind of car I had. Well low and behold, I didn’t need a battery. They refuse to take it back. They don’t offer a restocking fee return, NOTHING. I am just stuck having to leave them my $120 and throw even more money into my car.I spoke with corporate and they tried to blame my boyfriend who picked it up and installed the battery because they wouldn’t saying it was installed improperly and still refuse anything close to a refund or at least partial refund. I will definitely choose Walmart, or oreilleys or auto zone anytime before them.
Fantastic customer service. Carlos helped me with a battery and was very knowledgeable, he even installed it for me. Will definitely recommend this location to anyone who is having car issues
Great place to pick up parts for your automotive needs. Sales reps are mostly very helpful and always help me find the best deal. One employee even let me know of a sale for a alternative brand part I was getting that was not being advertised.
Sold me the wrong part, took it back and the person behind the counter tried to sell me the wrong one againLuckily I brought the old one in and found it my self. Nice enough staff but I will take grumpy if I can get the correct parts.
Needed a battery for a Honda key fob. There is a small screw that has to be removed first to replace battery. The guy who worked there gave me some long story about how they werent allowed to do it and that I could do it myself with some sort of jewelry kit. If I could have changed it myself I wouldnt have come there. I went down the street to the competition, they changed both of my key fobs in 5 minutes.
Excellent service here, never had a problem! Their computer system is a little outdated at every Advance location; it doesnt sync up with their online website orders with returns and such.
Ok so I admit I am not a modern machanic, and it was a bit humbling to request wiper blades to be put on, but I suddenly didnt feel so outdated because the first younger guy actually had to go get someone else to do it... Manliness saved.. Lol... Overall its nice to have people there to help you out, nice friendly and helpful.

I went to the store to buy a couple things that I saw online. I showed them the price online was different than the store and the wannabe manager refused to price adjust it so I left. Youre going to lose customers over that?!?!? Bad move.

2022-05-18I brought my vehicle to advanced auto towards the end of the day I couldn’t turn it off without it dying. I went into the store Chris was helping me he tested the battery and it needed to be replaced. I have a 2019 Ford edge so the battery was in a complicated area.Literally I was so blessed to have Chris there as he has been working on Car since he was young. In less than 20 minutes he had taken the part off remove the battery and replaced the new one and I was back on the road!He provided excellent customer service and stood out in the incredible heat replacing it so that I would have a safe car to drive.One of the other guys in the store had came out and looked at the battery and said it would probably be too difficult but Chris said it wouldn’t be a problem.I don’t normally write reviews but I was just amazed how fast and courteous that he was.

2021-03-31Today, I received an encore customer service from Advance Auto Parts finest. Trey (per the receipt but I think his name is Mike) and Chris were very professional, friendly and very courteous. Their passion for their job showed pure excellence in their work. My car battery died and after receiving a jump I went directly to Advance Auto Parts to buy new battery. There I received the care that they would give to millions. I am glad to me a part of that care and will stop by with any other car parts issues. Thanks Chris and Trey for your help and piece of mind.

2021-04-02My husband called ahead and asked if they had a certain headlight, once they said yes he asked if it could be pulled so he could come pick it upOnce he walked in the manager rudely used the f word multiple times saying how annoyed he was with people asking him to pull things and continued to complain about doing his job.Shame on this company for hiring this man to represent their store. Clearly he had a bad day and felt justified in taking it out on a paying customer

2020-05-13Nic has helped me for the second time in about as many weeks. They were able to provide me with a 50 amp rated wiring clamp that no one else locally had. Well impressed with this stores inventory and customer service.
