I love advance Auto parts over other auto stores because they have great coupons that end up giving you great deals. the item l need is usually always in stock, and available for pick up.

The young man behind the counter (8/19/2019, morning shift) was a great help. I needed a new battery and he made sure I got the right one. After I purchased the battery, he installed it for me. #EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
We got what we needed, but had to stay calm through the process. The employees at this location like to tell you what they dont do. I only say this because its been my third and last time with this type of response from them. I will patronize AutoZone down the street because they have been much more helpful with my auto needs when Ive come to them.
Had to provide a part number on the phone and even with that was told they didnt have it. ( Showed to be in stock online )I had to go there and show them the number in there machine, then I could get my part. Just wanted generic washer pump kit.
Amazing service! They didnt have what I needed in stock but called other stores and found what I needed without me having to lift a finger. Definitely my go to parts store from now on!
Just left the store after being told at 7:01 PM that they cannot check my service engine light after 7 o’clock. There was nobody in the store apparently checking his Facebook was more Porten than serving a customer. Is somebody that’s been in this area and use the store over the last 15 years I will text all of my business elsewhere including my company‘s business elsewhere the employees have been the same this is an internal problem. This is clearly a very lazy employee who’s been there a very long I hope this reaches someone. I have never been told this by anyone or any place including this store
Drove 40mins out my way to get a part. Oh course i called before arriving. Got to locate and was told they didnt have the part. But i could order it. And make the 40min drive again. Complete waste of my time and gas...
The staff here should be more knowledgeable about their products and I do believe if youre working there is a part specialist you should know the difference between a V6 and V8 motor
All other autopart stores open on time not this one. The weather is a nice 38 degrees outside the woman at the counter looks directly at my and runs in the back. thanks for leaving me outside fortunately for me there was an autozone across the street.

2022-05-02I have been in this store 3 times there has been no customer service. No greeting no did you find everything.My son when in because his check engine light was on and wanted his car tested and was told oh we dont do that we can give you the machine to do it yourself. However your website states that you not only test but will help find out what the code is. I live less than 5 minutes from the store but will NEVER shop in this store again. I will drive out of my way. Im totally disappointed being that I have been in management for over 30 years.

2022-02-06I’ve been coming to this place ever since I started driving. The guy who tended to me today was named Alen. He was so helpful, answered all of my questions, and seemed to know what he was talking about. Best customer service I’ve had here in a longgggg time!!

2022-04-08Went to get battery I bought a different AAP location in 2020 charged and tested - ended up leaving it overnight. Return next day battery deader than before and untouched in exact same spot behind the counter not w the rest. Then the two inept dudes working tell me they tried it. Took it back to the AAP I got it from ( very far ) the rep there plugs it in tells me come back n 30, I do and he says “ no way they touched it because it charged up fine” - Centerville location got issues

2021-01-05I checked before I arrived to see if a part was available and it said available in store. I got here and I was advised that the battery I needed was not available. When I returned to my car it didn’t start so the young man at the counter was willing to assist. He tried jumping it and checked the battery life but it did not work. His boss gave him another alternative to use and still nothing so she comes backs and goes “we have other customers to help so come back inside” I thought the point of customer service was to service your customers and help them. I don’t know if I will do business here again. I was going to purchase another battery but her “willingness to help” quickly changed my mind. Thank you to the young man for trying.

2021-11-19They told me they had my part in stock how much it would be I put it on the counter for me to pick up. When I got there they had the wrong part, for wrong vehicle, wrong manufacturer in wrong make. Needless to say I drove 30 minutes 2 45 minutes out of my way for no reason.
