I have been going to advance rehab for several years due to being a defensive Tactics instructor at the Federal law enforcement training center. My first experience with them was after my 75-year-old father had a stroke. How he was treated by the staff there especially his physical therapist Melanie Johnson, prompted me to go to them after my work injuries. The physical therapists Melanie, David, Steve, Mallory the technicians and all of the office staff are very knowledgeable in their field, amazingly kind and caring and show their patients respect. I would recommend anyone to go see them
Great Customer Service from the beginning to the End! When I first started I couldnt walk or bend over.They have help me get back started on the right track! The Staff at Advance physical Therapy are absolutely the Best, knowledge, customer care, clean facilities and the willingness to help people as myself from injuries that are life changing. No one can see the future but rest assured the staff here at Advance will help you, show you and teach you, you can succeed and be well. Even aftercare seems to only be a phone call away as I’ve had questions that were answered immediately. I began my physical therapy last May due to foot surgery. I have had a wonderful experience with my recovery process. Steve is thorough with the exercises that he has developed for me they have been beneficial at home as well. Hattie and Steve are great employees and koodoos to Letha as well she is very warm and inviting front end staff. I would recommend this business to family and friends.

I have needed physical therapy multiple times. Advance Rehabilitation-Brunswick is by far the best group I have used. The front office lets me know from the time I arrive that I am not just another patient. When I get to the back I am made to feel just as special. The therapists and their assistants push you to do your best. After all, if you don’t do the work you won’t get the benefit of the therapy.
From the front desk to the back room this location is full of warmth and kindness. I haven’t been able to walk for a while but I know one truth. When I finally do it will be because of Melanie Johnson. Strong and steady. Honest and caring. Funny and smart. She has never given up on me and never will.
I absolutely love this staff and clinic. I got hurt while on the job and this excellent staff got to where I needed to be before and after surgery so I could go back to the job I absolutely love. They became apart of my family while I was there. If I had another injury or needed some physical therapy these guys and gals would be the ones I would go to.
My first visit to Advance Rehabilitation in Brunswick was very satisfying having a complete evaluation with a full explanation of the results and expectations of therapy to come. On my return visit, I was met again with a delightful staff and great therapist. The therapeutic routine did its work and I was sent home with more exercises to work on until my next appointment. This is my first physical therapy experience where I look forward to going because I feel so comfortable and so ready to work toward getting stronger again.

I had total knee replacement and the physical therapist at Advance Rehabilitation have been great. When I show up for my appointments there is never much of a wait, and my therapy has gone wonderful.

Receiving treatment and very pleased with the attentive staff. Everything is up to covid19 protocols and the staff is extremely professional. They offer hours for everyones schedule and I promise you wont be disappointed. Most all insurance carriers accepted
Awesome Rehabilitation experience. The Staff is well trained and very friendly, probably the Best and most caring physical Therapist staff in the Brunswick Ga area. That Good! and as a 100% Disabled Veteran I have been to allot of rehabilitation experiences around the country, and they are world class.
Although I rehabbed the entire time I was there, the atmosphere was not stressful at all! When I needed to rest, no problem and we joked also. My therapist was wonderful, but he was a traveling therapist and probably won’t be there when I go back. Boohoo for me. I had to stop so I could have surgery. I do feel much better after rehabbing at Advanced and highly recommend it.
Advanced Rehab has guided me through 3 separate surgery recoveries. I come here because I Trust the Staff to always do what is necessary to have their Patients fully recover.
The therapists at Advance have made a tremendous difference in my mobility and attitude. They push hard but never to the point of severe pain. They watch your face and overall demeanor to ensure they are not overdoing. I recommend them highly.
The Brunswick facility has the best physical therapist in town! I have been going there for years and they have helped me recover from shoulder surgery and several knee surgeries with a few other places they have helped me with. All of the therapist are professional and well trained. The office personnel always greet you with a smile and do their best at scheduling appts when you need them. They do a fantastic job of communicating with you about appts and insurance matters.
This is my go to urgent care facility during my visits to this this area. They have treated me and my sons before. As always, the staff is very courteous and prompt. I have had nothing but good results every time. My experience on Monday was nothing less than phenomenal once again. Three days later my sons infection is healing. If in need of urgent care, this staff is what you need.
With severe pain in my shoulder and arm I was referred to Advanced Rehabilitation. The staff is great! They explain what they are doing and are great listeners. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, you feel they truly care.
To who it may concern:I have had physical therapy here at advance rehabilitation physical therapy once for my left shoulder and they was great. Now I am back for my left knee and because i had sn total left knee replacement surgery and they are foing a good job with me. I recommend anyone who need physical therapy to go to them. Going through a lot of rough knee surgeries, and they are just amazing with both mental and physical health. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my knee in the fragile state.
Staff was very friendly and thankfully had a sense of humor. I was pleased to find professional staff who also realized just how boring and time consuming therapy can be. To my relief the staff would chat and laugh with you and not just nod and smile! Professional doesnt have to equal boring. I would definitely recommend Advanced Rehabilitation.
Melanie Johnson was fantastic. She worked with my daughter for severe shin splints. We were only in Brunswick for a short visit, and Melanie took the time to work with my daughter knowing that she would be leaving the country for additional travel thus she wouldnt have access to another physical therapist. Melanie spent a great deal of time dry needling, stretching, advising on good stretches, and advised on the best ways to use KT tape. Thank you so much, Melanie!!!
My experience with all the staff has surpassed my expectations. They continue to treat me like family, and go above and beyond on my shoulder and ankle. I will continue to use them if I have any future injuries.
The entire staff is excellent. From the front office to the Therapist, it cant be beat. Cant say one negative thing. They score 100 in my book.
Ive been going to Advance Rehabilitation for a couple of years. In that time, Ive been treated by two of their Physical Therapists. I think one of the major issues with modern medicine is the severe rationing of physical therapy. Medical insurance companies do not allocate enough resources for physical therapy. Therefore, I find that people coming off major surgery or injury often time do not receive enough physical therapy to insure they recover from their injuries.I do not have that problem, since Im willing to spend my own money on physical therapy. In Brunswick, I spend my own money on physical therapy with the fine professionals of Advance Rehabilitation.
Awesome experience! David went above and beyond by contacting my doctor due to a concern he had. He was spot on in his assessment! He even contacted me after my doctor’s appointment just to check on me. I highly recommend Advance Rehab!
Have received the best of care from the staff at Advance Rehab. They have the utmost respect for their patients with a personal touch. I would highly recommend Adavancd Rehab for anyone needing therapy services.
My husband is in his second rehab session with the Advanced team. His shoulder replacement last summer required nearly four months of hands-on PT several times per week. Thanks to Melanie Johnsons tireless efforts with him, he has been pain free for over a year. She showed me how to manage rehab sessions at home that supplemented her in-house activities. Last month, he started PT to strengthen his knees as part of a non-surgical approach to restoring lost muscle tone and has made excellent progress (again thanks to Melanie and her associates hands-on efforts). If you have a choice about where to go for rehab, start your search with the Advanced Team and you wont look any further. 5 stars all around!!

Just saw Gabe and he left me feeling invigorated. He was armed with information and extremely thorough.Ive had multiple surgeries over the past 28 months and this is the best Ive felt yet.Long roads are lessened by educated, compaasionate people, and Advanced Rehabilitaion offers that.
This was my 2nd time going to Advance Rehab. The first was for my back . They built my muscles back the way they were prior to my accident at work. Unfortunately, i have a disease in my spine that noone could do anything about .But I could only imagine how imobile my back would be if I HADNT gone there. Because I can still do for myself. This time after a car accident my shoulder suffered what was believed to be a whiplash injury from a seatbelt (car accident) .This time like last, they built my muscles back up and worked it out. Im very happy how friendly and caring they are about your welfare . They start out in small steps to evaluate your range of mobility. Then they get down to it, making sure you dont overdo it. Very helpful and knowledgable techs. I highly recommend them.

I have two herniated disc in my back that I got as a Marine, the staff here has taught me a lot about how I can help myself get better. I really liked how they all seem to remember me when I walk in. I would recommend this facility to my friends.

2022-07-15I have had such a great experience at Advanced Rehabilitation in Brunswick, GA. After knee replacement surgery I was originally going to another PT. I had a terrible experience there and came to AR. Im so glad I did. I have come so far, so quickly. I look forward to coming to PT! Everyone there is friendly, kind and helpful. Alex has made such a difference in my rehabilitation. He is encouraging, knowledgeable and makes me want to challenge myself. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Alex and all the amazing employees at Advanced Rehabilitation in Brunswick GA.

2022-02-02This is my second time coming to Advanced Rehabilitation in Brunswick. First time for my right shoulder a couple years ago and now for the left knee. The shoulder is in great shape in large part due to the professional and expert care I was given by the staff. Now the knee has been a very difficult recovery for me, and I cant imagine going through this anywhere else. I know by coming here I will achieve the best results possible. Their experience, knowledge and professionalism has brought me a long way already and will cross the finish line soon.. Thank you to all concerned.

2021-04-21I can only say with certainty that I will always have any rehab therapy I need done at Advance. The professionalism and care that you receive is the best in my opinion. The atmosphere during my treatment is so warm and welcoming. I enjoy so much the interaction of all the professionals as they go about my treatments. They put you through your paces and you enjoy it. 2021-04-30I have been to other rehabs, but none can compare to Advance in Brunswick. The ladies at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. I asked one of them if she could check on what my insurance covered. She had the answer on my first appointment. The therapists are the best. They listen to any concerns and explain how they will help with your recovery, So glad my surgeon recommended them.

2021-04-22Everyone in the Brunswick facility is super friendly, with patients and with each other. They all speak to patients upon entering, no matter who is performing the therapy on that day. The staff are very skilled and have helped me several times over the past several years, for one thing or another, I am currently being treated to improve my balance, and Bradley and Steve have really helped me with this issue. I have made great progress and will miss Bradley when he leaves. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone, from the office staff to all the therapy staff. Thank you all for all the help over the years, and for making me and the other patients feel as though we are all part of the Advanced Therapy family.
