So far everything has been ok but just ok it’s hard to get in to see them, but it’s been great until last visit I never saw the Dr and the assistant said she checked things only for me to have to come back again for the same issue.. but however I do like the dentist and they have all been very nice
They always have been kind to me. The Drs are great very patient. You may have to wait but it Is worth the wait on a good Dr.
I was very pleased with the treatment I received today at Affordable Dentures, looking forward my new teeth, hopefully after the swelling goes down they will fit great, we’ll see.
I am 74 yrs old and it is the super best dental office of my lifetime!! I have used their service for about 15 yrs. and they are the cheapest and outsservice!!

I had a couple of dentists’ I went to regarding teeth extraction and obtaining dentures prior to meeting the wonderful staff at Affordable Dentures! I think they are great at listening to me and doing everything they can to make me happy! I would recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone!
I’ve only had my consultation with Dr Durst, however I left there knowing that I would be back to use their services. The staff were so polite and professional and made me feel at ease. I’ve received my treat plan and will be making my appointment. I will update my experience when I’ve completed my visits.

Went in Oct of 21 to get a reline ended up getting anew denture. The dentures was not made they fit fine but the front teeth was arched They remade them. Went back today the nurse ground down some spot she told me to wear them got home tried to eat with them yet again and still unable to chew food with them. The Dr is awesome but the staff needs a lot of people training. They have 600 plus dollars and I still can’t eat with the new teeth. SMH
The staff is nice. But the wait to see someone is long. Its sometimes seems like they have forgotten you are there.
Getting a partial and getting teeth pulled is an embarrassing and hard choice on a person physically and mentally and i was in this office on friday ..these are awesome people every single member of this staff was incredible..i do not give high ratings on reviews unless people deserve it and they are not fake..they are not just after your money they really care..if you are looking to be lied to or mistreated your better off to go somewhere else...i am well pleased with this office i drove from mableton,georgia to carrollton to see them just because of their reviews and i could not have made a better choicei will be getting everything i need done here because i trust them!!!!!and this is a real review if they were terrible and sucked i would say so i would recommend go here 1st..dont waste your money anywhere else they are straight forward...i cannot say anymore than they are real!

Four people came in raising hell while I waited to be seen. And then after I waited an hour and a half they told me they couldn’t see me. Made my appointment a month ago. This place is a literal joke!
I have had nothing but great service from Dr Galvez And Dr Durst. Every time that I have reached out to them they have come thru in an excellent and highly professional manner. Dr Galvez is truly a wizard at dentures and partials taking a very hands on approach. Since dentures are so expensive these days I appreciate someone who is a perfectionist. Dr Galvez is that and more. He won’t except mediocrity and he is very friendly and just overall a people person. He is someone who takes his job seriously and always goes the extra mile. Recently I had an emergency with my partial a flexible one that had to be made in a lab from another state. I was leaving on a trip and had less than 3 weeks to get a new flexible partial in a process that usually takes a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks. Well I explained the situation to Dr Galvez and he didn’t hesitate and said I think I can complete it before your trip. He said that it would be close but he thought he could do it and took some extra ordinary steps to accommodate me. Guess what in approximately 2 1/2 weeks my partial arrived on a Monday and he had me in his office the next day. He fitted my partial in about 15 to 20 minutes after I got into the dentist chair and then I was on my way with 4 days to spare before my trip. In this day and time who else provides that type of service? Like I said my review is based on multiple visits. Way to go Dr Galvez you are truly a professional and you and your team have restored my confidence in the Dental Profession. P. S. Oh by the way my new partial looks great and if I didn’t tell you it was a partial I guarantee you that you wouldn’t know it.4-12-2022 updateMy wife needed to get new dentures for implants. She saw Dr Roberto Galvez and I can truly say he is the best Dental Surgeon ever. What nice man and he did everything he could to help us out. If we could rate him more than 5 stars we would. Go to this Dr and you want be sorry. 1st class service and professionalism. Thanks Dr. Galvez. We are fortunate to have him in our town.

I am beginning my treatment with Affordable Dentures in Carrollton. I went for my consultation, treatment plan, then went to have impressions made. I go for surgery on Monday. I have had only positive experiences. From the front office staff, techs then the dentists, they were all amazing. Taking time to put my mind at ease was priceless. Im very excited for this journey!
Just want to make everyone aware that no matter what time your appointment is, be prepared to wait forever AND if you have a morning appointment, you WILL have to come back in the afternoon if they do any repairs. Basically, just make plans to take the entire day off for a visit here! But dont think youll be done in one day. Nope, you will have to come back to complete your visit. The only think good I can say about this place is the dentist knows what hes doing!
I never saw a dentist. Never git an answer to my questions about getting dentures. All they told me was to go to a dentist in Atlanta for a partial.
Had a 10:00 appointment, didnt get seen until 11:30. I was not happy, and the price was way high. I will not go back again. .
1st visit went ok but when I got my dentures they were off center and didnt line up with my face so I had them redone but when they took my impression the 2nd time they used my first set of dentures to made the mold so I feel like it over compensated my bite so now I have to use lots of glue and I chose to white of a color for my skin tone some of there experience and input would have been nice to tell me that before
Wait time was a little while to get in but was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and accommodating the dentist was extremely impressed!
I was pleasantly surprised!! The staff here is wonderful, super friendly and very knowledgeable. They made a pretty stressful situation for me much easier to handle then I thought it would be. Prices are great compared to all the other top name dentistry’s in the area. I’m so glad I chose Affordable Dentures. I highly recommend this place!
I dont know how other Affordable Dentures are but if they are any thing like this one stay far away, very far away! Quality is not worth a crud! We have been here 6 times and my Dads new teeth still dont fit him right. He has to use his old teeth sometimes. One visit we arrived well ahead of his appointment and he was the first to be taken back. He waited for over a hour and a half and still didnt get seen. He had to get up and leave because he has had back surgery and 6 neck surgeries and the waiting in the uncomfortable patient room had him in pain. Unless you are getting top of the line teeth then dont bother. They only want to serve their pockets.
Back in 2018, they made me a pair of dentures, economy, and top were fine, but holy cow the bottoms were terrible, I had them made again, number one the female dentist was rude and disrespectful to me, a disable veteran, and they were never used because they were so crooked theyd never fit on my bottoms gums, I went yesterday to get another pair made and was like I was invisible, I confronted the receptionist since I had a 8 oclock appointment, so I walked out and sent a message to Better Call Harry at CBS46 to get some relief and called another dentist that is more respectful. Id never recommend Affordable Dentures.
I receive my new dentures they do not fit Ive been trying to get an appointment since the day I got them because they were taking a long time to try to readjust them I sent emails or their voicemails trying to get a new appointment Ill pay over $500 for something that I cant even wear. Before this issue I didnt have any problems contacting the front office and they were very nice and helpful but after I pick up the dentures I havent been able to get anyone.
I was very disappointed in the Dentists unprofessional suggestions and recommendations about my teeth treatments. She jumped into conclusion without having a thorough understanding about my teeth and gum conditions. To be honest, I was very surprised that Affordable Dentures would hire someone of her caliber. Ill never go back and will advise others not to or to be in the least cautious.
Every appointment I go its always a pleasant experience with Dr Galvev and his staff. Dr Galvez always explain the procedure before and after. Dr Galvez always greet you with a smile, any problems you encounter you can always call and the office will solve your problem. you 💯👍🏆
I had a good first visit. I didnt have to wait long. The nurses and the dentist were very nice. They answered my questions fully and took the time to listen about my concerns. I will gladly recommend this office to my family and friends.
Affordable Dentures is a very nice and pleasant place, the office people and especially the dentists there actually listen to your concerns, they go beyond expectations to make sure you are completely satisfied. My husband just went to see about getting some teeth pulled and because of the way the roots are they sent him to a specialist and then going back to have upper dentures and a lot partial. They also took time to spend with me regarding my dentures and I didnt have an appointment..I would definitely recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone .
Never in my 81 years have I experienced such false advertisement, open unprofessionalism and unified preplaned corruption throughout.
Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The dentist was very knowledgeable and understanding. She explained want was needed and why she selected the items she thought was best for me. I looking forward to starting my treatment plan at the Carrollton office. The front office staff and the dental assistant was awesome 👏🏾 😎😃
DONT GO TO AFFORDABLE DENTURES!!!To begin with, Affordable Dentures was great -- after all, I was coming in to get some teeth pulled, and get a full set of dentures, to the tune of approximately $4000.Got the dentures, and they told me, if adjustments were needed, they would do so. Fair enough.The top dentures fit fine. The bottom dentures are of very poor quality -- cant even wear them - definitely need adjusted.Called the main number in early October to make an appointment -- the first available was here, in early November. Okay......I made the appointment at that time, and verified with the person I was speaking to, the date and time. Confirmed.I arrived at said appointment.What do you know, they had me down for an earlier appointment than what I had confirmed in early October. Since I was late, they would to work me in, but didnt know how long. Of course, they didnt tell me this, after my waiting for 30 minutes, and couldnt tell how long it would be.The receptionist was very rude, flippant, and condensing. Im being nice on that.Given I had other appointments to get to, I requested to be rescheduled. What do you know, it will be in early December!I DO NOT RECOMMEND AFFORDALBE DENTURES -- Poor Workmanship, and Totally Rude Service. Dont waste your time and/or money with them.
Affordable dentures is very professional and courteous. Dentures are so expensive that I have waited years to have my teeth taken care of. But they have made it possible to live more comfortable. I just wish they made effective tools that accommodate small mouths. But the doctor that pulled my teeth was so adorable, whistled while she worked on my teeth.
Update: Not sure how long ago I wrote this review, but they still take Great care of me! I just love and appreciate them all, as well as their hard work!!I am extremely thankful to and for the dentists at the Carrollton Affordable Dentures! The skill, concern, care and willingness to do whatever is needed to get things right (for me) has been so amazing! I see others complain about the wait, etc., yes, I have waited sometimes too. First, they have really been streamlining the appointment process and it is much better than 2 years ago, when I first started this journey. Second, If you want personal and detailed attention to your need, that takes time. They work hard to do this for every patient. I drive over 1 1/2 hours for their care and am so very happy with the work they have done for me! I just love and appreciate them so much!!
Affordable Dentures was a great place to go for my denture replacement. The staff was very professional and everything was handled quickly. Everyone i talked was very friendly and pleasant. Cost cant be beat for the quality of product. I was very satisfied. Thank you all.
I payed in FULL on 10/21/2019 for a complete new denture wearer package and have been calling since AUGUST 2020 to schedule an appointment to get same and have not gotten a return call yet. I received less than half of what I payed for up front. BEWARE!!!!!!! They get 1 star because you cant leave a zero. UPDATE!!!! After writing this review I got a phone call from AD&Is corporate office and after a 45 minute conversation I finally got some satisfaction. I finally got my permanent set of teeth and after several adjustments I am happy to say that they backed up their talk. I am changing my rating to 4 STARS and had it not been for the bs in the beginning might have gone to 5. Thanks to the lady from corporate for reaching out and helping me to get this resolved.
First, of all this was my first visit to the Carrollton office, I was truly disappointed for the service that I received from that office. The staff did not communicate with me about the wait time. I sat in the waiting area for an 1 hour and 30 mins. and not one member of the staff came and told me what was going on. I made an appointment for 10 am and was told by the receptionist that I should be seen before a 11am. No one even told me that they were backed up I finally got up and asked the receptionist what is going on. She told me that they were backed up and had no rooms available. I then told her to take my name off the list. Because I felt that I was not treated professionally as I would in a real dentist office. She did not even apologize for me sitting for that long period of time.What make an appointment if you do not honor it. This was the worst experience I have ever had in any dentist office. I will let all my friends and neighbor know not to come to Affordable dentures, you get what you pay for bad service. Very low class and unprofessional staff. I now have an appointment with a real dentist and a real dentist office with aprofessional staff. This does not deserve even 1 star but that the only way I can post my comment. This place deserves a big fat ZERO. They will never get my business.
I went in today for my first check-up/adjustment for a full set of immediate dentures I received a short while prior. As you might expect, I had some sore spots in areas and my dentures became loose from my gums shrinking. Well, the good doctor worked his magic, and after just one follow up visit my dentures fit so well I could barely tell I was even wearing them! No more soreness and little to no adhesive. (I was packing that stuff on pretty thick until my dentist straightened things out). Im amazed at how far technology has come!
Friendly staff and professional MD with much knowledge and a great chair-side manner. I highly recommend them at this point of my treatment. I have yet to finish my treatment, but I expect no problems.

My son experienced very unprofessional and less than welcome staff from this company. His experience was exactly why people dislike the dental industry as a whole. It pains me to see that individuals don’t take the time to understand people when they are in such direct contact with them. Some of these patients honestly have so much anxiety about a dental visit yet the person behind the desk has little compassion.After several failed attempts to even get records/X-ray copies of this visit we have given up. Due to nobody returning a phone call after leaving information to get a return call. Overall an incredibly bad experience.

There isnt enough good positive words to Express about Affordable. My anxiety was the worst part of this experience. The dentists were assuring and caring . The dentures were beautiful and fit perfectly . All around a wonderful experience. Everyone in the office friendly and helpful.
I have so far had a great experience with Affordable Dentures. They are good at most things they do and are as the name implies, affordable! The last time I had my dentures relined they fit very very well. The only thing I think that affordable needs to work on is the way they handle appointments. When someone makes an appointment they expect to be seen within 30 minutes of that appointed time. I think also that affordable could give the customer more information about the entire plan that is laid out.Thanks for your service,S. Saxon
I had a 1:30pm appointment. I was one or two minutes late. I let them know I was there. The lady at the desk told me ok, I can wait in the waiting room. I went and sat down. I ended up waiting over a hour. I got uneasy. I went and asked the lady at the desk did I need to sign in to let you know I am here. She said they are really busy. They will call me when they are ready to see me. When I did go back I waited some more. The Dr. That saw me was nice and did a great job.
Really disappointed with the customer service experience, told the lady this hurts and she said wear them for a while and then come back for adjustment. They hurt so bad that I cant wear them,just thinking about the money I have invested and and they could care less. DONT GO TO AFFORDABLE DENTURES IN CARROLLTON.
Been almost 2 years and dentures still dont fit right. Constantly going back but it doesnt do any good. The staff is great is except for one nurse with the compassion of a cardboard box. Even upgraded my dentures thinking I would get a better fit or thats what I was told. Havent enjoyed food since I got these dentures. They try to get you in and out to fast to listen to you!!!
I’ve been to Carrollton ga Affordable Dentures several times and they are always very nice and treat everyone with compassion. The entire staff front and back are helpful. I’ve seen both Dentist and love them both.
The only thing good about this place is how fast you get a refund. The staff had no clue. I made 8 trips to their office over a 2 week period to get new dentures. And on the day I was to finally pick them up, they were crooked and I had a gap I had never had. Staff is very unprofessional and blamed me for approving the crooked teeth. They were not crooked the day I approved them. When I explained I thought they would look like my current dentures she looked shocked. Why wouldnt I want to look the same? It was the most horrible experience Ive ever had. But when I said I would like to get a refund and leave, they were quick to do so and seemed very experienced in this. By the way, I dont recall ever meeting a dentist. Just 2 very rude staff members.
Everything was fine until I was ready to go pick up my dentures. I was told to pick up Wednesday Morning by staff. Great as I had another appointment Wednesday afternoon. I called at 9:30 just to check. I was told it would be after 2:00 PM. Not good as I had to go to another appointment at 2:00. I asked if could be earlier and the girl said No, 2:00 pm only and put me on hold...she never came back on. Now I had appointment to have teeth removed the next morning and had to reschedule that. No Im NOT HAPPY. But Dr Galvas was delightful. A little understaffed.
I have used them for o my goodness since 1997 they pulled my top teeth put my top plate in I wore that plate for 10 years it was the temporary plate till it broke lol. I never had a minute trouble with it or them. Then several years later after spending Thousands with a dentist and the most expensive paricial to keep my bottom teeth I lost those 4 teeth 1 year later & that very expensive parcial had to be thrown away (well threw it in a drawer it was like $1600 couldnt bring myself to put in garbage). I went back to Affordable Dentures in Carrollton and they took care of me I have not had to Glue my bottom Plate till probably maybe or should now 04/05/2021 it has to be trimmed off some but nope for a Bottom Plate I never had to put that stuff in my mouth to hold them down in order to eat. They are Awesome!!! Only place I use
I made a visit to Affordable Dentures yesterday, fully expecting to find out I needed a total set of dentures. But no instead of making more money off me. The dentist said I needed to save my bottoms and just do the top. Everyone there was so nice to me and was so patient with me. Because I ask a million questions !! I also was very nervous, but I was totally fine once I was talking to everyone in the back. I will definitely be going back to have my work done !! Thanks all at Affordable Dentures!!!
I would Highly recommend Affordable Dentures in Carrollton, Ga for your dental needs. I get terrible anxiety when it comes to a dentist. ALL of the staff there were extremely helpful and kind. They made me feel comfortable.The doctors explained everything in detail and listened to my concerns. Thank you.

Whatever you do dont come here. My first visit I waited 1 1/2 hours for my appointment. Second visit 1 hour and 15 minutes. I am here for my third appointment and have been waiting one hour after my scheduled time.So I get a response from the owner asking me to contact their office. What? I was there waiting for one hour and fifteen minutes today sitting outside in my car in the heat. I eventually got in the office because I had the honor to be called in. The surly attendant who took me into the lair indicated that she had been calling me for an hour and I did not answer. Really? I was sitting in my car right outside the front door.I gave them my dentures back and got a refund. Nobody cared. No one apologized. No one said anything to keep me as a customer.Bad news.Dont go here.

After having a bad experience with the same diagnosis as I had before. If I had time I would do it now. My experience would be to long to explain this. As soon as I came through the office doorI knew I was in the right placeAs soon as my appointment started everyone was so kind and made me feelComfort . One pleased patient.comfortable and they explained what Choice I had to choose my plan. Both doctors went out of their to feel comfortable. WHEN I left the office I felt like I had.made the right choice. I will be referring patients to you.
I got seen and reffed to a dentist to take my theeth out! I’ve left messages , text and called and no one from affordable dentures has called me to make an expression of my teeth! Still waiting after 6-8 weeks! I was hoping I’d be healed by thanks giving ! But no! No one answer phone or text messages ! Or phone calls by phone . What kind of people are you? I went in today to have a reline which was suppose to done months ago. So to my surprise my teeth feel and fit a lot better no thanks to affordable dentures but because I drop upper and it chipped on the side making me to have it fix. No communication! No way to get ahold of anyone.
I am not impressed with their service. I have been there twice. Our last visit was this past Thursday afternoon for a 1:30 appointment: and have been kept waiting even after they said they would call me to come into the building. We waited in the car for close to an hour AFTER the receptionist said she would call us in. SHE NEVER CALLED. We went back into the building to the desk then she asked us to have a seat until we could be seen
Very friendly and efficient. I had 16 teeth pulled in less time than it took to have one pulled across town. I selected the new denture wearer package. I received immediate dentures the same day the teeth were pulled and get adjustments as needed and will get another complete set after all healing and shrinking. It seems like the best way to go.
I had a few issues with my insurance company, but the staff was very patient and professional. The doctor was wonderful and explained everything for me. It ended with my insurance covered everything for me.
The most unprofessional Medical office I have ever seen. Dont call and complain if there service is unsatisfactory, they will tell you that you are not a good patient for them if they even ever call you back.
I had upper denture made there 8 years ago and was pleased. Then recently I had a lower tooth go bad and developed a serious infection, and needed it removed and a new partial made. It took 4 visits (no fault of theirs). They took the time to make sure everything was right at the cost listed on the price sheet. It is! I have dental insurance and had what I was going to need priced by a group that took insurance. My copay was almost double. I highly recommend these folks. You might have to wait a while after your appointment time, because the doctor and staff take time to care for each patient. When I left there today I was singing to the radio. My mouth has not felt this good in years!
Everyone was extremely nice and professional. BUT even though you were highly recommended I was told that you were afraid to try and help me with my dentures. It looks like I am forced to travel to Alabama. I truly was hoping to do this at your practice. I was under the impression you were full service because of what I was told before I made the trip to your office. Everyone was so professional and nice I am just so let down and disappointed.
I recently had an abscess and needed to have a tooth pulled. Unfortunately, I needed to take antibiotics before I could have it pulled. Anyone that has had a tooth pulled in the past knows that the morning of the procedure is often the most difficult part of the process, awaiting being given multiple shots in the mouth.Low and behold, I needed two teeth pulled at the dentist. Dr. Durst helped soothe me before the procedure by talking to me calmly and was extremely kind. Not to say that my teeth being pulled was a pleasant experience, it definitely wasn’t what I have experienced every time before.Dr. Durst was efficient and quickly pulled the two teeth. It did hurt, but it wasn’t bad at all. I didn’t bleed much and did not swell. A bad headache was all that accompanied my procedure. Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. Durst. She is kind and friendly and makes the experience so much easier to deal with.
Appointment was at 1:30. Wasn’t seen until two hours later. Visit felt like time-share sales more than dental/medical. They were more concerned about selling packages than addressing medical concerns and needs of patients. Now in search of real care provider.
All the people are very nice and you are treated with respect , I had my teeth all pulled in 2016 and a set of dentures made , loved the way my teeth looked went back may 13th and they are making me another set , I personally would not go anywhere else , I highly recommend this place to everyone

I got my upper dentures at Affordable in 2013 so it was natural to return when time arrived for lower plates. Im happy with their service. My only complaint would be scheduling an appointment but waiting well past time to be seen.
Im not a happy customer. Trying to get them to actually answer the telephone to schedule an appointment is nearly impossible. Then its at least 2 weeks before they can get you in & then whatever time your appointment is, you will sit in the coldest waiting room an additional 3 hours.. .. They take 100% of your money up however they do not have enough people working to serve the number of people of clients they have , , Havent received my final set yet ]still in waiting room, going on 2 hours after my appointment was at 9]Also, absolutely zero explanation for what to expect, the process , nothing helpful especially right after having 23 teeth pulled in same day. ......i think you should hire additional help to take better care of the customers you currently have instead of looking at the next customers full payment .
I came to this facility to get partials for my bottoms and if all went well, for my tops. Yes they are nice here but that was back in February. I got a call to come into the office all to find out that my partials were lost in the mail and I had to get fitted for new ones. Because of the inconvenience, the order will be rushed and will not take the typical 2 weeks. Here it is a month later and nothing. No one answers the phone when I call, no one returns messages. At this point the customer service is unbearable and I want all of my money back.
I have had great service from Affordable Dentures. Teeth were pulled 7 at a time on bottom and my plate has done well for a year and the package deal I paid for another bottom denture was made and they are fitting good. I have had no problem from the people at Affordable or with my teeth.
They were extremly friendly, informative, and made the experience easier than i ever imagined it could be. The entire process felt quicker than i had thought it would take to get an appt, and the institution offering economy prices on every type of procedure or every answer to providing confidence Nd dental practices. While still having nice offices with very professional staff. The entire experience was great. I wish that all healthcare could be that injoyable and effective. Once my husband and i get credit or payments arranged, he will begin the process of retaining his first full set top and bottom and we will be happy to deal with the same office again.
I begin by explaining that I would have entered less than one star if it had been possible. When I initially called the office to setup an appointment for my denture reline, as I moved across country within the last two months, and am in need of a refit badly, I was met with irritation by the receptionist. I wrote it off as her having a bad day. Upon going into Carrollton on the day of my appointment, I arrived at 7:45 am along with several others who were waiting for them to open their doors. After the receptionist let us all in shortly after 8 am, we formed a line and checked in and sat down. As I was planning on being a new patient, I filled out the paperwork and handed it back in to the receptionist. Once again, she seemed extremely irritable. I informed her that I was early as I was not familiar with the area and I did not want to be late. After waiting in the lobby for an hour, watching the room empty and refill and start emptying again, I walked up to politely ask if my file had been set aside on accident. She rudely told me she would check and then never did. At 9:10 am I left. I come from WA state so it was very astonishing at how rude and careless these people were toward money paying patients. I cannot give you my business if you cannot respect my time. I will reline my dentures myself - at least I have Amazon.
I had a visit on 4-19-18 and I was dreading it. I have not been to your office and left happy since I started this denture journey in November of 2017.Yesterday was a very pleasant surprise. The tech was so sweet and she listened to my complaint. The doctor was the same. I had a reline of both upper and lower and could not be happier.I want the implants but had my doubts of letting your facility do the work but now I am reconsidering that.Thanks!!!!
This is one of the best Dental Offices I have ever been to. The Dentist and his staff are all very caring, professional and courteous. They always returned my calls fast and schedule your appointments ASAP. I would highly recommend the Carrollton Location.
They were nice but my dentures were not great had a tooth that was not right and they told me they could not fix it and my teeth were very low to the gum so I will never go back there again
Ii had to have 18 teeth removed and I decided on the digital dentures. I have been very pleased with all the work they have done so far.
I went and got 12 teeth removed from the top, on 3/7/2019. And the dentist I had was amazing. Her name is Rolando M. Galvez, hardly no pain, and was very nice and accommodating to all my needs. I highly Recommend her. She is located at the Carrollton Georgia office. And her nurse was also amazing, she was very nice and helpful. I very much recommend them for all yr denture needs.
I had my temporary uppers done well over a year ago. I was totally satisfied with the staff who actually did the work. However I have been unable to contact them for an appointment for my permanent uppers which were paid for in advance. I live in a different county and cant just drop in to schedule an appointment. I have left numerous messages and no one will return my calls. Very unprofessional office staff.
The staff was very very nice! They did not make me feel rushed. I was especially pleased i was able to get the dentures i could actually afford since the cartersville office told me i would have to get a different set which was way out of my price range. After waiting about 2 hours beyond my set appointment time of 1:30pm, and about 20 customers (that arrived after myself) being called forward. I ask when I would be called. I was told “15-20 minutes”. Although the office closes at 4:00pm. I cancelled my appointment and left. Why set an appointment only to be shuffled to the end of the day. Very frustrating and unprofessional
This place is horrible. You get exactly what you pay for. “Affordable” the staff is friendly to the professional point. I have paid in full my charges for my teeth. Every thing that I asked them to do as far as making them fit better or more comfortable. Everything that’s been done I’ve done myself. With Dremel tools and reline kits from Walmart. Even though I paid them over $700 to do that stuff for me. I have definitely learned my lesson. I will never recommend anyone to this company.
Answer your phone! Called multiple times and left messages. Why are the phones not being answered during business hours very frustrating. Update 2/212020. I have called 3 times this week to get a appointment for a adjustment. No one answers the phone at the Carrollton Ga location. I leave voice messages no one returns the call. I have contacted the customer service department for the Atlanta market still no return call from this location. Update. Had to drive to Carrollton location to get a adjustment. No one would answer the phone. Receptionist adjusted the dentures. According to the receptionist she did call us back. I saw one call weeks earlier that was made to our secondary phone number. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. The business model of not answering the phone and not returning a call to a patient when they leave their phone number on the voice mail is stupid. I will let all anyone I know who is looking for a good office for dental care to keep looking. Not here. Not ever
My mother is 81 years old. She had to go here because she is on a limited income. If I had known the people that work there are the way they are we would have went else ware. That blonde that works there is very cocky and rude. She has no compassion for anyone. I heard her talking to the doctor outside the room about other patients and then she started talking about going to work out. When she talked about the other patients she was telling the doctor what to do. I didn’t know this is how an office works. I thought he was the boss. Anyway I would not recommend them to anyone until she is gone. The doctor is nice but she is not. She was more worried about looking good and making her paycheck than anything else. To be in the dental field you need to have compassion but she has absolutely none. The one star is because the doc is nice but you don’t see him enough for it to matter.
Affordable Dentures was there when I needed them, with years of experience and trained dentists and technicians that really cared about my needs and anxiety about having so many teeth extracted, the cost for the extractions and dentures. They offer a variety of Dentures and their corresponding costs so that one can pick the best one that would satisfy my needs, style and costs so I will be happy about my decision. My primary dentist only gave one solution with a cost that I could not possibly accept. As I continue the process with the temporary dentures, they bend over backwards to make adjustments that I am happy about, reminding me that if I have any pain or in need of an adjustment that all I have to do is call for an appointment. I would refer these dentists to my close family and friends.
They were very nice and professional I hate my insurance didn’t work there this is where I wanted to go for dentures maybe after I get my teeth pulled I can come back for my dentures thank y’all very very much for trying for me y’all have a blessed day
After initial visit to Colleton Office, I knew at once the Professionalism, Knowledge and Human Kindness missing from so many medical offices was not an issue at this lication. It will be over 30 minute drive for me, but I am already hopeful of positive results. I am looking forward to my next visit. (Looking forward to dental visit is saying Volumes of their first impression)
My wife had a 1:00 appointment on Friday to pick up her dentures. We arrived at 12:45 only to see an empty parking lot except for 1 employees car. We thought they had gone to lunch. Anyway, at 1:30 we were told that the Dr.had left early and wouldnt be back. Very rude and unprofessional.
I left feeling very disappointed with the service. When I made the appointment the gentleman I spike with told me I would be shown different types of material used and would discuss with the price, time and what ever else required to get dentures. The young lady that put the napkin around my neck never had eye contact with me . The doctor came in , looked at my old dentures, I told him that I wanted to discuss getting a full set of dentures, he agreed that would be best since my bottom dentures was broken in 1/2 and my complete set was 40 + years old. He said he would be back in about 5 minutes.He left the room, about 3 minutes later the same young lady came in , with her back to me said so now you want to get a full set. I said yes , I want to discuss the price, time needed to get them and see the material they are made of. She pointed to a poster on the wall and said that will be your cost ( $935.00 ) . I asked if I had to pay all of it up front. She said at least half then the other half when I returned for the wax fitting. I said the man I spoke to when I made the appointment said that I would be able to choose material and disuss the color best for me. She took a deep breath and exhaled very strong and said as she turned around ,again not making any kind of eye contact with me and said, while taking the napkin off my neck , you can call back when you make up your mind what you want. We can usually get you in within 2 days . I said I have to get at least my bottom set done as soon as possible. She never said anything else to me so I said well I guess I will go and pay my house payment, the bank will love to see me. She still never said anything else. She took my paperwork and went out . So did I . As I sat in the waiting room , everyone in the waiting room could hear a lemployee calling patients on the phone, using their name out loud , scheduling appointments for return visits. Many of them scheduled at the same time. I
Well, my initial visit on Monday, 7/31/2017, to get an upper partial made was satisfactory. The waits were very short and the dentist was great. In fact, I was so happy with the work that I am considering a bone graft and a metal partial.However, I am having some discomfort with the partial, so I called on Monday, 8/7/2017, afternoon to schedule an appointment for an adjustment. I received a call on Tuesday, 8/8/2017, about 8:30 am and was told to come in at 10 am. I sat in the office until 10:30 and then had to leave to go to work. When I asked to schedule an appointment, I couldnt get one until 8:30 am on Friday, 8/18/2017.Now Im not sure that this is the kind of service that I am willing to put up with. I dont want special handling. I just think that a week and a half is too long too live with a partial that is not comfortable.

The receptionist never answers the phone and when confronted with this, rolls her eyes and ignores you. The dentist that made my temporary set doesnt know her trade very well. They took the impression of my gums BEFORE the extractions. The temporary set was crooked. When I went back after a week for my adjustment, I had 7 dry sockets and was told everything was fine and she didnt see any problems. Even though I had 7 gapping holes, that were not healing at all, in my mouth, so I had to suffer for 4 1/2 months before they started to finally heal. Now my gums are healed into some crazy, bumpy, weird shape, But I digress!Now on my final trip for my permanent set, the male dentist was knowledgeable and patient. He talked everything over with me, showed compassion. He made sure my permanents fit well and didnt cause any pain.Overall: dump the receptionist and female dentist because they suck and then Id refer others to the Carrollton location. But if I had to do it over again, I would have chosen a different location for my self, then I wouldnt of had to suffer for months because of dry sockets.Just an update: These dentures SUCK! The bottoms especially. One side hardly has any depth for the gum and theyre crooked. I will NEVER recommend this place and if someone mentions going here, Ill tell them to run!Now Im going to have to spend even more money to get a set that actually work. I hate that my money was given to them.
It was by far the best dental experience Ive ever had. Staff was super nice, understand and knowledgeable. They made sure I was in no pain while getting my extraction and just happy to help
Fantastic!I was sent to an oral surgeon in Villa Rica that was excellent, also.Every one involved took the time to make sure I was comfortable and all my questions and concerns were addressed.And did I mention the price? More than 50% less than three other dentist offices!
I really enjoyed the doctor (Dr. Galvez) who consulted with me. He took a lot of my anxiety away. He explained why cast metal was better. Lasts longer and you cant feel it as much. I havent received the partial yet but first impressions were good.

We showed up at 8:10, they open at 8. We waited for 3 hours before getting called back. Yea it sucks to have to wait a long time but guess what itll be ok. Certainly loved Dr. Galvez he was very nice and absolutely worth the wait. He explained everything so we could understand and just has a lovely energy about him. The rest of the staff was all very friendly as well.

They were supposed to do a remake of my top dentures came back the next day to pickup my dentures and sit in the waiting room for an hour then the receptionist called me up to the front desk and gave me my dentures in a baggage and told me that the dentist said not to eat with them in because they could possibly break again because he had piece them back together and the receptionist said that they were only for cosmetic purposes

Very busy office, that was well ran... no long waits friendly and knowledgeable staff.....the Drs. were able to capture the likeness of my teeth..the lower dentures needed adjusting returned for an appointment, now the set of dentures fit perfectly!!!!!! highly recommend
We had a 1:30 appointment. At 3pm we finally gave up and cancelled the appointment. The front desk person was indifferent and said ok, I will call you. This place was packed and they obviously double and triple booked appointments. We drove 30 miles and decided that it wasnt worth the wait with the lack of customer service.

I had an exceptionally great experience with this place. I had lost my front tooth while petting a horse I didnt know didnt like people. Finding out the hard way was painful enough. Being quoted up to $3000 to fix the problem and replace a single tooth was adding insult to injury. Then someone told me about Affordable Dentures. By the time I got there, I had a molar that broke, from a filling I had many years ago as a child. Being a 3 time cancer survivor, my teeth are weak, my bones lack the ability to support implants. For right at $600, I had one extraction, a new partial that covered even the molars removed during cancer and the front tooth, a total of 5 teeth in my partial, all in the same day. The aftermath of pain from extraction was surprisingly minimal. (I have zero tolerance for pain. I am a weenie ha-ha!) So to say I had a great experience is not enough. They changed my enite appearance, which boosted my confidence. With my look more presentable, I was able to land a job I had applied to for many years. The kind of medical company you have to know someone to get into. Now I am not saying getting my partial landed me in a pot if gold, I did that myself. But it sure did improve my looks, my confidence and therefore, my life as a whole :). Sweetest staff, great doctor, I learned so much about my teeth and gums. Who knew that plaque build up can cause a heart attack! Yup, its very much true. Found that out in med school too. This is a great place that reaches out to nearly every persons budget. You will not go wrong here!
Had a tooth broken off even with the gum, a bad wisdom tooth and the other wisdom tooth removed. I have always been terrified of a dentist. Ive been fighting a major tooth ache for 2 weeks and decided I had to do something so I decided to have it removed and with no insurance I called affordable dentures to set up an appointment. I went in for a x-ray and at first they didnt want to pull it due to having infection still in my gums and they was affraid it may not get numb. I asked them to please just try to numb it and lets see what happens. They did so, it went numb and they pulled the bad one without me feeling it at all. When done I asked them to go ahead and pull my wisdoms as well and the did so without me feeling anything. Super nice staff and very helpful. If I need anymore extractions this will definately be where I go. I would and will recommend this place to any and every body ....
This is the worst run business ever. They make you sit in the waiting room for hours, pay up front and then give you excuses instead of dentures. Do not go there. I regret ever giving them money.
Why have an appointment? They will take walk-ins ahead of appointments. They open at 8 and at 930 they are already behind. They overbook appointments so you will be waiting a minimum of 1 1/2+ hours after the appointment time just to get in the back to have an adjustment everytime your in the office. Once you purchase their package plan you are stuck with them because you have paid out a lot of money. If we had it to do it all over again we would have chosen else where.
I was referred to Dr. Galvez by a dentist that had pulled my teeth in Woodstock. This dentist had to fix bone spurs so many times I thought I would never get teeth. Finally after about a year my dentures came in. I looked like Mr. Ed. The bottom denture was sent back to be fixed again. I guess he didnt want want to deal with it even though they had no problem taking $3200.00 from me and I have nothing to show for it.So anyway I was referred to this angel of a dentist, Dr. Galvez. My husband and I sat down and talked to him and was given what was going to happen. My dentures were made in house. Our appointment was at 8:00am. We went grocery shopping, went to walmart, went to eat, ran into some old friends. We got back to the office a little later than we were supposed to and were taken right in. WOW! The dentures fit perfectly! I felt comfortable laughing, showing my teeth and getting ready to eat a salad. I have to thank the Dr. That referred me.DR.GALVEZ AND HIS STAFF ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, CARING AND SHOW THEIR COMPASSION.I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AFFORDABLE DENTURES TO EVERYONE THAT NEEDS THIS PROCEDURE.
Was dissapointed with the price of extractions i received along with x-ray! But overall all experience was amazing, doctor and staff were very comforting and filled with humor throughout my visit.
I had to wait out in my car for an hour and a half. There was some confusion about my check in at 10:30 am. I did not call the number on the sign, on the door. I called the number listed on the internet. Especially during Covid-19, you must call first and tell them your coming and use the number on the door to check in. Then follow instructions to be seen.

He also explains the process of getting new dentures very well, in a way everybody can understand. Lets see I had an appointment at 9:00 I wasnt seen until.10:45..by what was called a small mishap..... The doctor was incredible but the staff is clueless...I was told the could not reach my PPO..for details on pricing in which they are clearly on the list of Dentist in my area.. The receptionist that help me was not helpful at all....
Top notch except for a long wait which was explained as a change glitch with online appointment scheduling. Dr Durst was great and preceding with plan which hopefully will be life enhancing. Thanks to everyone in the practice!!!
I am not pleased with economy dentures...did not realize that economy meant not good material: looks false and are uncomfortable. I learned all that AFTER getting them, then googling. I was unable to see s great deal of difference in the economy and the upgraded. Wish i’d Known economy equals poor quality.
It had no I dear that it was gonna take so long to get my teeth ,but I really feel that the surgeon who extracted my tooth was excellent.

Was not happy with the way the DR was with me. I don’t like having my mouth worked on and she never tried to calm me about it. Told them I would like to be put to sleep to have all my teeth pulled and she did not have anything else to say to me
The dentist was amazing. She knew what she was doing . She was gentle and direct at the same time. I could tell she wanted to do the job to the very best of her ability.. I could not have asked for a better dentist.
People were very nice and gave me there thoughts but honored my wishes knowing I understood the pros and cons.The wait was a little long and I wish there was more info on what to expect during the denture process but I would do it again and would recommend the Carrollton location.
These “doctors” are very nice at first, but ask for a square arch denture and they’ll become very condescending and threaten to “flare” your teeth out.They don’t know how to make a square arch so they make everyone a taper arch and demean you if you don’t like it.

Lady doctor was rude refused to work on me asked me why I had money to have teeth pulled out but not too fix when I needed 2 more pulled out that would make 4 teeth all together and between 20-30 thousand to fix compared to 5,000 to get dentures and told me if I did do that don’t come complain to her about having dentures so y’all lost out on cash money
The Dr was great, the price was too. However, ALL the staff needs a course in customer service. I waited over am hour past my appt time, when I came back to pick up my partial I waited an hour and a half past my time only to be told to come back the following day.
They made me feel comfortable and was confident in making my teeth making sure they fit good. And looking realistic. Good Job Affordable Dentures !
Nice people but they seem to over book themselves. Also the waiting room could be cleaner. Plus the bathroom had no toilet paper and was dirty.

I bought the new patient package for about 800.00 neither set has fit for more then a few days. I keep having to get them realigned. This time it cost me 189.00 to try realigned again.

I had a appointment about two weeks ago and myself and three others waited outside the office for 2hours a no one opened the door. I still have not heard anything from them and Ive called several times

I am not happy with my dentures they are too big I told him that they were too big when I went back second time to get them fixed now I aint got no way back up there I cant even wear them teeth and its just a shame as money throwed away because the mold itself is too big for my mouth I told him that they still they just ignore what I was saying I dont have $20 every time I go to the place for a ride there and back I think its a downright shame the way they did me because I dont have money to throw away like that still cant wear my teeth because the mold of the teeth are too big for my mouth and they make me gag.
They are difficult to reach by phone, so I just went early on Monday morning. I waited about 20 or 30 minutes. Once I was called back they wasted no time! They were on top of everything. Very professional. I really like Dr. Gonzales. He is very proffesional and ver knowledgeable.

This office ROCKS...The office staff is very nice...The dental assistants are so sweet.I had dentures made and my daughter had several teeth pulled and dentures put in...If you have any issues they will work with you until you are complete satisfied.Both brother and sister dental team are very...very...sweet and will meet your needs...I give this office 5 thumbs up...

Staff friendly, the dentist was great told me the way it is .Did not say come back in two days I do and nothing ready.
First visit/consultAppt at 1:30 was not taken back until after 2 (and I was there 15 minutes prior to my appt). So very long wait timeWhen I did get seen. Staff very pleasant

They are very friendly and answered all my questions I love the one in Carrollton but the one in Cartersville that is closer to me I didnt like them at all.

Love Affordable Dentures went there about 2 Years ago perfect Work done loved it!! unfortunately my two-year-old flush them down the toilet but you know where Im headed!!!🥰🥰🥰
The dentist is extremely nice and clinically sound. The dental techs are not as friendly but competent.
If you are planning on the advertised price, forget it. They will out source you to an oral surgeon and jack the price up exponential.This WAS a bad choice.

The doctor seems to really care for his patients, always taking time to treat everyone with respect and answers questions plainly so you understand every step he makes.
Great people - Honest up front pricing - but even better I choose this facility over 2 other locations closer to my home because they seem to truly care about each person that comes to them for care.

2022-03-04I went in for a adjustment to the Carrollton location and was told that instead of same day return it would be 3 days since they use a different acrylic now that is better than what I have. I mention that in the near future I may need to look into getting a new set. Immediately it went to is that something you want? I say no I cant afford at the time. Then Im told that they cant realign mine. NOT AT ALL. the feeling was if Im not buying a 2k set then I couldnt be helped. I was told my visit was up. What a waste of time. Still have dentures cutting into my mouth. Very unprofessional in the way I was treated I feel.

2022-07-24After having multiple extractions and new dentures I was having a lot of difficulty and pain. I went in for my follow up appt and they listened and worked very hard to get my dentures to fit without pain. I feel confident going forward that when my treatment is complete, I will be able to eat and smile!!

2022-07-21The staff and my Dr. were kind and considerate, I was happy with my treatment plan. It is an hour drive home, so before I left I asked to use the ladies room. The lady at the front desk told me I could use the Mens room! I saw the ladies room was out of orderand expected her to let me use the one in the back. I was completely disgusted and was very upset because I had no choice. That was what made for an awful visit. A medical or dental facility should not put a female patient deal with this sort of disrepair...EVER

2022-05-16I was excited about starting an evaluation to see about implants and dentures and what would best work for me. I was told by staff that called on Fri to be there at 730 on monday to get paperwork complete before 8 a m appt. I was first in parking lot. Staff opens door at 8 a m. Several are in parking lot. I sign in and everyone went in before me as I finally got tired of waiting. Told receptionist to cancel my appt at 9 a m. Shouldnt tell customers to be at facility at 730 and no one there and make them sit 1 1/2 hours. Very disappointed.

2022-07-11I was apprehensive about anyone seeing my teeth. Especially the Dentist. These people were absolutely AMAZING! Each and every person made my apprehension dissolve. Dr. Galvez took time to explain what he thought my best dental procedures should be and answered my questions on how we would go about addressing each procedure. Dr. Galvez took away my apprehension! Because of Dr. Galvez...I will have my beautiful smile back!
