Now that I am nearing the end of the implant experience, I have to say that they really took extra care with a crybaby like me. I love the outcome and want to thank you for making this as pleasant as possible. Thanks again.Thanks for making one of lifes problems manageable. Great staff. Dr. Pat and Dr Paul have done a wonderful job on a tooth replacement. Had a cleaning yesterday and it could not be finished in the time allocated. Coming from Marietta is going to require another 45 drive up and 45 minutes back. Would have been better to block more time.
After going to a few dentists trying to find the best plan and price for my dental care, I was sad that North GA denture and implants were the most expensive. I feel like I was rushed in and out. The dentist came in before looking at my xrays. Spent 2 min with me and never could give me a straight answer. Everyone was friendly, just didnt feel comfortable.
North georgia dentures and implantsThey rate a zero in consideration for patient needs and comfort. My wife is disabled and was left for an hour in the dentists chair. She finally asked a passing nurse when the dentist would be back. Apparently he wasnt going to be back ever. Hed made out a list of what needed to be done, but didnt bother to take the time to come back to discuss it.Theres no organization thats apparent at any level. After you arrive youre in the waiting room for twenty minutes, then sit in the cubicle and wait some more, then are subjected to come and go visits from the dentist as he takes care of whatever else he has going on at the same time.Their focus seems to be on cheap prices for dentures. Sounds good, but my wife has an upper partial that was made six months ago and she still cant wear it without pain and discomfort.
They are absolutely the best. Had my other dentures at mountain view Denistry in Dahlonega because of insurance purposes, cost was astronomical. Even when I called for a replacement, and I want to mention that I was constantly telling mountain view that the teeth were too big. I couldnt even chew food with top and bottom dentures in.Now North Georgiua Denistry in just one day made me the ultimate perfect top dentures when they put them in it was like having my original teeth. I was sooo happy I cried and cant wait to go back to do my bottom Dentures. I would also like to add that the cost was something I could afford and not some astronomical amount. Im just saying if you are in the market for dentures ( and they do implants as well) but this is the place to go . Great staff very professional and everyone made me feel comfortable.
My mother and I have been a seeing DR.PAT & staff for years! Especially for implants, dentures,etc. They do a top notch job, listening to their patients, knowing the patients needs, and set high standards for themselves . As well as an affordable & will work with you on cost.Staff is awesome!
Dr. Pat and his staff are very kind and helpful. Dr. Pat is a specialist, so he knows what he is doing when it comes to solving complex dental situations. They have reasonable prices and put forward the effort to really help you as a patient. This practice is far more organized and professional compared to other affordable alternative dentists. Their products, services, and options are far superior to any other dental office Ive been to in the ATL metro area. They arent perfect, but they certainly do seem to care enough about you as a patient to be as perfect as they can be. They are far more perfected than other dental practices out there.
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I was told by the nurse (not the doctor) I couldn’t get what I needed because I could only get an economy set. I was told that the dentures wouldn’t line up correct and I would have to get the darkest shade of teeth. I was also told that I wouldn’t be able to get adjustments even if I paid for it. If your thinking about going to this place don’t. We have been going for years and have had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences and extremely rude employees.
Dr. Pat and staff are ok. Dr Keim (dental surgeon) absolutely horrible! I had extraction and 3 implants placed by Dr. keim, 2 of them have been removed by a professional. Should have walked away when they hung my iv bag from white floral arrangement chain from the ceiling tile. The worst dental experience in my life!
Everyone in the office was exceptional about informing me of the whole process I will be going thru. And they were all very sweet.So far I am very pleased. Ive yet to start the process of oral surgery and dentures . I hope everyones attitude remains exceptionally.
Had upper denture from expensive Dunwoody dentist that was never comfortable and had become loose. NGD&I had low prices and I figured they might be no worse because they specialized.What a pleasant surprise! Turns out that Dr. Askari, Dr. Van Derhei and their staff are extremely skilled and provide a product that is superior to my previous denture, in spite of the very affordable price. They have their own lab on premises so fabrication and modification usually take minutes or hours rather than days or weeks. I definitely recommend North Georgia Dentures and Implants for quality and affordability. I would still strongly recommend them even if they were expensive.
The best dentist I have ever been to. I have gone to him for years. Will continue to go. Truly the most Honest and Trustworthy staff in the dental field.I hated Denistry because I always felt like I get the run a round at other places. NOT HERE. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!
I was looking for an implant and I picked the right place. The dentist and staff were so friendly and professional. I had so many questions and Dr VanderHei was so patient with me. As I sit here today with a tooth ache I decide to leave a rating. I saved for 5 yrs to get my dentures. I got a full upper and partial lower. Upper was first done one sided and when I mentioned it they fixed it... To be one sided the other direction. The partial was so far under my tongue I couldnt learn to talk. I even had to go home and bend the wire to hold to my partial. Something they just said I had to get used to. Couldnt yawn without them flying out. But then heres the thing. Dr. Derhei sawed my back tooth off so the dentures would fit. I kept telling them somethings hurting . They couldnt see nothing. I took a flash light and mirror to see that he had ground the tooth past my filling into the cavity. I told them and you know what they said.... We dont fix that here. So now... How much do you think Im gonna have to save to fix this tooth at another dentist? Needless to say they had no intentions of compensation to help. Neither will they do my hard line haha. I read that you get temp dentures... In 3 months soft line,... In a year hard reline. I did my soft in 1 month I believe and cancelled an appointment for hard reline they made 6 months in.

If you want to be treated like an animal and left to wait in a hot and stuffy room, this is your place! No customer service... not a care in the world! There will be another patient behind you so they know they will get their money, and not even file insurance for the exorbitant prices. Im headed to Sani Dental in Mexico to get a vacation and 75% discount. If Im going to be uncomfortably hot, it will be at a beach.
I had two dental implants done at N.G. Dentures and Implants. Great staff! The staff and the doctors are very professional. Very little discomfort in the whole proceedure. Dr. Pat was wonderful. Dr. Pat Van Derhei.

Very happy. Going for teeth pulling and dentures today. Had impressions made Tuesday. It has been painful but worth it bc I have been in pain for over 15 years and finally I wont be after today!
Staff was fantastic! Dr took several impressions. Denture fit well. Very fast service! Impressions made on Wednesday morning & partial was ready on Friday afternoon!!
Dr.Keim did a good job.Soft feline on top was good but the bottom was left hard with extremely rough and sharp edges that cut me every time I put them in.Technican didn’t even come and check the fit sent an assistant.Office promised to give me insurance forms and they did but filled them out wrong.Ask about fixing and they got ugly and said they didn’t have to fix anything.now want even respond .Shows they are very unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing.

2022-08-17Poor customer care. Extremely long time waiting in chair and ignored by staff. Partial broke before I left parking lot and I was made to wait another 45 minutes for them to repair my brand new partial.

2021-06-28Overall visit went well. Called to set up an appointment 20 minutes after I left from my appointment, because I had decided which treatment plan I wanted of my two available options, and got no answer. Turned the car around drove back to the office. It was only 4pm, they were open until 5pm. NOPE. They decided to close an hour early. Then they were on vacation for a week (the WHOLE office) so nothing I could do about that. Called the Monday they were supposed to be back. I kept getting forwarded to the main line for Affordable dentures, where they couldnt figure out what I needed an appointment for. So I was put on eternal hold.For the record I have had excellent luck with the Commerce location....its just too far to drive for me. It just isnt practical.So after not being able to contact the office I booked my procedure with Aspen. Its going to cost me a little more, but it will be worth it to know that the office wont close early without notice, and I can get someone on the phone. Good luck to you if you go this route. 2022-01-10This office made a bad set of dentures that did not fit. Would not even stay in my husbands mouth just popped out. Doctor had my husband wait 2 months for his gums to heal then after agreeing to make new set now he denies telling us that. I could not post without marking a star does not deserve a star. Doctor does not stand by his work and does not treat you with respect as a person. Money gimmick. Save yourself time and money.

2021-07-22I am satisfied and unsatisfied with some things. Satisfied that the procedure is over and hopefully on my way to a new smile.Unsatisfied because dentures is a whole new ballgame for me..They didnt tell me how to care for my dentures. Nor did they tell me how to take them in and out. Yes, the upper dentures are easy.. Im finding the lower Partial to be the hardest. I went in because there was a place on my lower gums. The assistant didnt explain anything.. I asked for them to show me the proper way she looked atme like I was crazy.I can assure after spending all the money I will be satisfied before the treatment plan is over

2021-07-19I have worn partials for 50+ years. I have never had a better fitting set. I am over the top satisfied. The doctor was a little hard to understand but I wear hearing aids and sometimes it is hard. I have never had a more detailed exam and fitting. I do wish the warranty was explained better, but that is my fault for not asking.

2018-10-26I went in as a walk-in and was able to get an appointment right then.X-rays were taken, very inexpensive and no pain whatsoever during the X-ray, as the equipment was super new, no cardboard cuts inside of the mouth or bulky things! Huge plus.Was able to have a consult with a knowledgeable dentist, and was given a treatment plan and a prescription for antibiotics, also reasonable prices for the extensive treatment plan!Very satisfied with North Georgia Dentures and Implants. I would certainly highly recommended North Georgia Dentures and Implants!!

2021-01-29They are not the same as a year ago I told a few people to go there Im sorry I did now. A tooth thats simple to pull they want to call hard so they can charge you a $185.00 a tooth. I will not recommend them anymore. There not so affordable as they claim just go to a regular dentist they charge the same.

2016-05-07I am 75 years old and have had an upper denture since I was 30 years old. As you might know over the years I have had numerous dentures and I have never not had to go back for adjustments. I walked out of the office on April 18th with my new denture and have not been back. If you can love a denture, I love mine! The fit is perfect and the look is beautiful. What a fine job they did. Also, I lost two bottom teeth with no problem or pain....My dentist whom I had been seeing regularly for 16 years refused to pull my teeth and referred me to an oral surgeon. I chose North Georgia Denture instead. The entire staff is awesome!!!

2019-06-19After finding out I was unexpectedly going to lose my upper teeth, I was devastated. I decided to go with implants, so I started my journey at an affordable implant center. It was a nightmare. Everything went wrong and I was treated terribly. Finally, a year later, I found North Georgia Dentures and Implants. They placed new implants and saw me regularly to make sure everything was healing properly. Six months after walking in, I got my final, forever result. Dr. A, Sammi, David... everyone was so kind and helpful to me. My implants are beautiful. Honestly, the cost is very much in line with the original affordable center and the way I was treated, the care and the result are night and day to the other place. Thank you so much to all of you!! I will see you for cleanings in the future.
