Horrible place bought a power wheels for my son payed almost $600 dollars for this drove 2 hours to get it take it home and doesn’t even work. We’ve had problems since we brought it home. Call the guy to try to get a new one since this one doesn’t work and after explaining the situation to him he hangs up the phone blocks my number. I would not recommend anyone to him and I will make sure everyone I know never buys from him. The receipt they give you says you have a 30 day warranty that they don’t not honor at all. Literally has not worked since we got home with it.
Owner very rude. Wish i had read the reviews before. Purchased a go cart for my sons 8th birthday for $1,600. The same day we got it home parts started falling off. Took a closer look at it and noticed that it was rusted and was not a new go cart. Called the owner and explained it wasnt new and i paid for a new go cart not a used one. Owner got very upset told Me to bring it back and tgere would be a 25% restocking charge and he would not exchage for new bike. I feel like i got scammed. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place. Also he couldnt provide me with tge written warranty.
Great experience! We shopped all over and could not find a better deal with the selection they had! We drove two hours not knowing what to expect once we got there but were very pleased that we did! They were overwhelmingly busy while we were there and we were still able to get in and out in a timely manner! The staff was great and very helpful even with the crowd! If you’re in the market for an ATV and not looking to pay name brand prices, these folks are the way to go!
Things they don’t tell you. The 4wheelers are more expensive if they are assembled, they tack on $100 for assembly. They also tack on another $100 if you aren’t paying cash. I’m guessing the owner/manager acts as if you are wasting his time by asking questions. The kids putting the batteries and stuff in the atvs are clueless. We got a small 110cc tab for our daughter less then 2 weeks ago and the steering goes out. Just be cautious when buying and inspect the assembly... because they just throw everything together.
Horrible customer service. Bought my 2 year old her first battery powered truck from here. Post stated $399 got here and its actually $530. Still was interested. Im asking questions and the guy has no real answers. He tells me he only cars about tbe gas operated vehicles and that tbe money i was spending was only bubble gum money so I guess as customers we didnt spend enough to get any answers.
Worst buying experience and customer service I have ever experienced! Purchased a 4 Wheeler for my daughter at Christmas and its been in the shop 6 times and the last time the frame broke and we had to pay 300.00 to fix and its broke again. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! ITS A SCAM!!
Worked for one day. Had it repaired under the warranty. It wouldnt start, it had a dead battery, needed the front brakes adjusted because they werent working, had a gas leak, needed and new carburetor. I had it fixed. It worked for one day again. It now will not start and has another gas leak in a different place. I called stating I wanted to return it. They then said no returns. I asked to speak to owner they told me the owner is in China. They want me to spend money on a truck to bring it to them to have it fixed AGAIN. When I got angry over the phone the guy hung up and now will not pick up the phone when I call. I now have a 1000.00 ATV that wont start.
We bought a small ATV for our child for his birthday and turns out after we bought him the ATV as a present took it home he tried to ride it and could not control it, we called back to see if we could return it because it’s been only one hour since our son has wrote it on the grass so it’s basically as new we did want to give them back $100 for this refund transaction so they make profit too bad the person over there said that they don’t do refunds. There’s only a 30 day warranty on parts if they are willing to do anything about that. My kid now I start with a present that he can’t use we will have to wait till he will be 12 years old so he can maneuver eat disappointed that he could not talk and listen to me on the phone what I have to say also he is in a hurry or hanging up the phone very quick, I do think there is a warranty and refund problem.
Very good staff!!! I came in and the guy behind the counter was super cool cant remember his name. Then the guys in sales was also super helpful. They made me feel good about spending my money with them. I brought a Go Kart for my kids for a great deal and they threw in a helmet. Would recommend anyone to stop by
First customer service with the big dude got to go!!! First time going I already had to tell him about talking to my mama any kind of way!!! If somebody paying 700$$$$ you need to watch how you talk to them right??. Then my mama calls and just simply ask if maybe doing a trade NO REFUND BUT TRADE for a fourwheeler cause were having problems with my son on this dirtbike!! He tells her to send him a picture, but then proceeds to say they dont do that! No lets be honest you dont do THAT FOR THE CUSTOMER THAT HAD TO CUSS YOU OUT FOR TALKING TO MY MOTHER ANY TYPE OF WAY!!! But all that attitude you had on the phone you didnt have it face to face
Was told they had Wholesale... Even have a FB post from about 2 weeks ago that shows they wholesale. Wasted nearly 2.5 hours of my day driving up to be told they wouldn’t sell in bulk. Heard such great things about this place but I suppose it’s not what it was.
A month ago, I bought my son an orange mountopz 125cc from here. They have the best prices on ATVs in Georgia!! Im 100% satisfied with my purchase. Great customer service. I highly recommend buying from this BLACK OWNED FAMILY BUSINESS!!
I was there when the store said they open which was 10 waited for the guy to come. He pulls up greeted me and let me in. While inside he showed good customer service. Gave me an excellent deal for my sons atv. I am a pro athlete and referred all who had kids to go there reasonable price. He gas us up and oil and we were ready. But they did not except black card strange luckily I ad cash. The only knock times are no accurate they pretty much come when they want never on time
I wish I cloud give no stars for this place. I bought a dun buggy for 1650 and it has been in the shop ever since I bought it. Total waste of money... out of the 2 months I’ve had it my son has been able to ride it a total of 4 days out the twin whole months I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this place
Went a few weeks ago and got a coolster 125cc rx5 for one of my girls been doing great she absolutely loves it went back today and got a coolster 125 b seems to be great machines to and at a great price. I originally went there bc it says no credit checks 80 percent approval and it actually wasnt a lie to try to get you in like most. did the application online it literally like 2 3 mins and got approved went down picked what I wanted and was out of there in less the 15 mins with a new atv and it was the same way when I went there today. simple fast and good people they dont try and up sell you or try to rush you and answered every question. you pick what you want do the paper work and go on about your way simple and easy. If it wasnt I wouldnt had went and bought a second one 3 weeks later. Ive seen where people say hes rude and all that on here from what I seen if you respect him he respects you bc he wasnt rude to me either time I went.
Every time my son ride the bike a screw comes off. . No return no exchange they say.. the bikes sold here are not reliable.. Dangerous.. Two front wheels go two different ways and had my son flip off the 4 wheel.. poorly made bikes

Poor customer service. Desi is just plan rude. Bought 4wheelers before from him, hoping each time will be better but each experience just gets worse everytime. Try your buying experience somewhere else. Not one to normally leave a bad review but I wont loose sleep over it.
Horrible customer service... I was planning to purchase a 125cc mountopz four wheeler for my son, but the owners ego got on his way and could not repeat himself; instead, he kept talking louder and louder. I asked him, is it necessary to speak this way? His answer, you made me repeat myself. I am all about spending my money on small family owned businesses, but this guy sure doesnt appreciate it or want my money. Before making a trip to this place, please call them and you will see it for yourselves how rude he is... Save your time. I am sure there are many other small owned family businesses out there that would appreciate your business.
Didnt plan on buying when I went in but the owner was really cool and very personable. Helped make the right decision for my sons first atv and also gave me a great deal. Couldnt say no! Highly recommended!

From looking at the pictures I thought it was going to be great well be able to pick out two different bikes for the children when we got there they had a lot of the same size four wheelers which were way too small for my children they claimed that they had sold out that day but it was midday on a Saturday afternoon virtually impossible to sell a hundred different vehicles or motorcycles in a day they didnt have any dirt bikes we drove an hour and a half to see this place as a surprise for my children extreme waste of time talking to the person about the vehicles it was clear they were very unknowledgeable..so instead we went to Honda and the children motorcycles.. Thank you Freedom powersports
Dirt bike runs smooth and you get your moneys worth off the brand new bikes and 4 wheelers. I would recommend everyone go to affordable excitement!!

My husband and I arrived at 3:45pm yesterday (Saturday) after driving almost 2hrs from Macon, GA. We were greeted by a dark office and a locked door. After double-checking the hours were 9am-6pm, I had my husband to call the number on the door. When the guy answered, my husband let him know that we were outside and we wanted to look at go-karts for our sons 10th birthday which was in a few weeks. The guy proceeds to advise that he would be back in 30 mins. I figured that it was an em3ergency of some kind so I told my husband to let him know we would wait...since we came so far, it didnt make a since to turn back now. In one breath, the guy asked if we knew what we wanted and if we were buying today and further go on to say that he was at his daughters birthday party. (Ummm, excuse me???) My husband had to explain Shopping 101 and let him know that we came to see what he had so we could decide what to get for our son. He proceeded to ask if we lived close by or was from Atlanta. My husband told him no. Before my husband head a chance to tell him the distance we came to get there, the guy advised for us to come back. (Come back, seriously??!!) Ok, happy birthday to your kid, but you have a business to run Sir! Your doors were supposed to be open from 9am-6pm and you should gave you honored and committed to that. You made a commitment to serve the public. Unfortunately, some of the downfalls of having your own business is making sacrifices to keep that business up and running to thrive while offering great customer service (Business 101), especially if you are the captain and steward of your own ship! You were way past unprofessional yesterday and no we will not be returning. Remember bad news travel much faster than good news! Continuing to get bad reviews will have a negative impact on every area of your business and will determine the future of your business. It is not my job to tell you how to schedule events so that it does not interfere with your business...that is for you to figure out!
Terrible place to buy from. They don’t stand behind anything they sell. HORRIBLE customer service. The owner acts like he’s doing you a favor when you buy something from him. And if you ask any questions he gets sarcastic. I should have trusted my gut about this place. You’ll know what I’m talking about if you go there.
Drove 2 hours just to find out the so called warrenty is based on a person with no qualification. I ask numerous questions about what type of schooling or factory training this person has and low and behold I was then treated a little different. I left without buying because of this.

Got my 50cc Gator scooter from here. Nicely priced brand new but there is a $100 assembly fee which I forth goed & me cousin Jimmy put it together it was an breeze

I got a 125cc Coolster Brand new he taught me how to ride it I got it on the first day but I really started to like it when the cc(s) kicked in but I busted the inner tube but I have a 90 day warranty so I will bring my dirt bike to him and he will fix it . I will post another rate in a while
So this guy lies he has no mechanics he has no warehouse he buys off triple j imports down the road, Where to start so i bought a 2015 hawk for $1600 i got 1 mile down the road on it my gear shifter falls off, then a week later i noticed i was leaking oil called him up and he told me to take it to triple j and i did they said i put to much oil in it and it was leaking threw air box i was like umm ok so fix it they replaced oil and i drove it home well well to my surprise its still leaking oil i call him back up and he tells me take it back to triple j so i did and on my way the speedometer wouldnt go past 45mph and the fuel gauge stopped working i take it to the shop and they tell me its missing a neutral senser thats why its leaking oil the cable snapped fpor the speedometer and the cluster stopped working for the fuel gauge so i fix it all they hand me a bill for $150 the guy offerd to pay half and im like whatever just give nme my damn bike then 3 weeks later there is a crack in my gas tank i never laid this bike down or crashed it a crack just appereard so i would not recommend buying anything from these people just go to tripple j imports 2 miles down the road
They advertise a lot of things that they dont have. After seeing ads for multiple go karts I drove an hour to get there and they did not have one.
I’m sure the store is okay but I don’t appreciate the hundreds of ads on Craigslist making it impossible to find bikes on there...

2022-03-23A waste of money!!! Had to replace the motor after only 2 months. The label say it takes regular gas but after getting it out the shop and paying $800 for a new motor I was told to use premium gas. Then a week later it broke down again. Took it to the shop only to be told I needed a new battery. I got a new battery and it still doesn’t work.

2022-08-17My dude Desi hooked it up, I got a great deal on a 125cc Baodiao BD125-8, fully assembled and ready right from his dealership, cheaper than what I wouldve paid online to have it shipped fully assembled to my door. Almost cheaper than shipping non assembled. Great dude, great deal, great place. If youre in the market for any of this, go there.

2022-06-17I wish I had read the reviews before I drove over. Prices are much higher than what you can buy the same stuff on amazon. The salesman is very rude and perhaps not stable. This is not somebody you want to deal with if your bike or atv has issues. The product line has potential but the people the employees do not.

2019-12-16This company posts on Facebook market pictures of items for sale at half the price they actually are. Then when confronted they will not honor the posted rates but yet say its a human mistake. This is the classic bait and switch and should not be allowed. Sadly, there is not any kind of regulations to this but at least I could get the issue addressed. The item in picture shown is $2800 assembled.

2020-04-23Bought a go cart for my son. The same day they delivered it, it begin to leak oil after maybe an hour of use. Was told over and over someone would come fix it. After a few weeks and nothing I decided to figure it out myself. Someone didn’t install the oil plug gasket. After that it ran great for about a day, then it begin leaking gas. I couldn’t figure out how to fix it so I told my son to park it and then it wouldn’t start. Figured the battery was dead so we charged it over night. Next day it still wouldn’t start and just makes a clicking noise in the electrical box. Owner won’t even respond to me anymore so I guess I’ll be getting my lawyer and the BBB involved so I can get my money back. $2000 for a go cart my son only rode twice smh. I would highly recommend buying somewhere else.
