These people are crooks!!!I had a problem with my new lawnmower and it is still under warranty. It only has 18 hours on it. I was told they were a week behind before they could look at it. No problem, it’s the busy season, I understand. After a week goes by, I had to call for an update. I was told they are currently looking at it and will call with an update. Two days after, I had to call for another update. I was told they remove the carburetor and clean it and put it back on and it was still doing the same thing. They took pictures of it and sent them to John Deere warranty for approval. After two weeks, I went in person for an update. They just then told me it was not covered and I was going to have to pay 190 for a new carburetor. I said no thanks and took it home. After looking, I found they broke the idle screw and they did not take the carburetor off the engine like they said. They just wanted to sell a part and cheat me out of my money!!Never take anything to these people. Read the reviews first. I learned my lesson.
I had a great experience here and highly recommend AG Pro in Cartersville to anybody. I went in right before closing time, was helped, and they didn’t leave until I had what I came for. I worked with Clint he’s a great guy and did everything to get my sale. I came looking for a small tractor and left with more than what I expected and still within budget, I ended up with a 1023e and atachments. Clint and all his guys were timely and nice to deal with. They cleaned everything up, checked it in service for a once over, and even dropped it off. Great people up there.
Absolutely worst experience ever. Bought a 3032E with a loader from this company. Loader uncurled from day 1 even without a load in it. Took tractor back and they wanted to rebuild the cylinders. I refused for them to rebuild parts on a brand new tractor so they supposedly replaced them. DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. Took tractor back to be fixed and now it is out of warranty. They will do nothing without me paying them money. They will not even diagnose the problem to see if it is a cylinder or valve. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. They dont follow up and frankly dont seem to care. Look at all the negative reviews for this Ag Pro. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer!! I took my business to Dalton Ag Pro and they are professional and there to help. I had so many issues with Cartersville dealership that I cannot even put in this review. Trust me, dont use this dealer!!! Want all the details about how bad they are and m,y full story, email me. There is a reason that there are so many bad reviews for their dealership. If you really dislike someone, refer them to Cartersville AgPro.ALSO, DONT BE FOOLED BY THE COMPANIES RESPONSE BECAUSE IT ISNT TRUE. POSTED THIS 3 WEEKS AGO AND STILL WAITING FOR THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME AND MAKE IT RIGHT. TYPICAL FOR THIS STORE- NO FOLLOW UP AND THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE!!!!!
Went to get a lawn mower. Guy was super sweet. We filled out all the paper work and was told to they didnt have the lawn mower we wanted in stock. He said it should be there anyday. So we left. He told us hed call us first thing the next day. Never heard from him. So we went back in 2 days. Couldnt get anyone to help us. At all. So we left after about 35 mins. Went back in about an hour and finally talked to the general manager. Still no lawn mower in stock. He said he thought it would be there the first of the week. My husband told them he wanted a weed eater too with it. He told him just to take it and hed add it to our financing when he got the lawn mower in. Well its been 5 more days and we are DONE. My husband went by there today to buy the weed eater and tell them to just forget the mower and they didnt seem to care at all. So I do not recommend this place at all. If they didnt have the lawn mower in stock thats fine. But youd think theyd be decent enough to call and let you know. I mean, I feel like they should be begging us to buy something. Instead we were having to practically beg to buy something. Ridiculous.
This was a great Business Before they were sold, I bought my lawn mower here had it service here, But will not ever bring anything back to this store again, and will tell everyone they tried to rip me off for 600 bucks give or take a few dollars, Was told my spindles were bad and it would be give or take around 599.00, I said I cant afford that ... I could buy a throw away rider for that, the parts are only 250 or less, my Neighbor went to pick up the mower put a new belt on and tighten up a pulley and she is back in business. I spent 72 and some change on them to tell me I need parts that I didnt. Please check around and dont waste your time here. They do have some nice honest people working there, but the tech and the Manager was not on of them. you can go here if you have money bags for pockets because you and it will soon part ways. I will not buy another John deere Very disappointed in this product as well.
It took forever and a day to get some warranty work done through John Deere corporate but they warned me ahead of time that may be the case, but agpro/the technican completed the work correctly and my little girl cuts like new... The technicans/mechanics never recieve enough credit. My only complaint is that it sat outdoors for a month after being garage kept for a year... and I called once and got a response that it wasnt done then had my wife call and it had been done for a couple days? On the sales end of things Kevin Bagley is the best thing they have going for them...
Had a really good experience with AG-PRO Cartersville. Called several John Deere dealers Monday morning, checking price and availability. They not only had the model I was looking for in stock, but also gave me the best price. I picked it up today. I dealt with Dustin from start to finish and he delivered as promised. I would definitely recomend AG- PRO Carterville.
Stood there for 10 minutes while three guys at one computer starred at dear porn before someone else acknowledged me. Asked if I was ordering or picking up? I said picking up. Took my name, went to the back and got my package. The guy sets it on the counter and says “they will be right with you”. Another 5 minutes goes by while starring at dear porn and the guy finally says “can I help you with something”? I say the package right here in front of you. He looks at the warranted package I was receiving, doesn’t scan anything, punch anything in the CPU...nothing! Says here ya go. So a 30 second process took 15 minutes. Great customer service guys! Y’all are gonna go places.
Went to look for a new hay rake. I made a reasonable offer and was rudely refused. The guy had so much attitude and I only offered him a couple hundred less than asking price. But because the salesmen had such a poor attitude I went to Ladds and bought a new rake. If you are looking for good value with friendly service go to Ladds
Salesman told me a price, told me they was two washers, I told him just the thick one, he calculated the total, it was a lot more, he said he looked at wrong washer, O Ok fine. I gave him cash, he never offered me my change back. $. 39 cents. I didnt say anything about it
I now own a new Exmark mower from Taylors Farm Supply cartersville because I couldnt get anybody at AgPro Cartersville to call me back, or even have time to talk to me while we were at the agpro dealer for 45 minutes Saturday. Dont waste your time. They certainly arent wasting theirs to help you and me. Keep in mind I live on a farm and will need big and small tractors, implements, and service. It wont happen at an Agpro John Deere anytime soon.
When their phones actually do work you get put on hold for 20 minutes or more. Dont bother calling these folks. Dont trust the hours posted on the web. Those are also wrong. Dont plan on them having your part. They usually dont. It was exponentially a better dealer when it was Snead AG. These new folks dont get it or dont care.
I purchased a John Deer riding mower from Ag-Pro in Cartersville in spring 2017. When I called they did not have the mower I was looking for so they had one shipped in from one of their North Carolina stores. I have purchased items from them in the past and I will continue shope here in the future.
I will have to say dam good exp I have had I bought a jhon deer rider first time it was not right the service mgr general mgr took extra care in handling my issues i traded up on John deer x350 deck was not level to me and service mgr sent tech out right away to handle my issue I have to say I shop alot for lawn equipment and I will not go no were else u spend a lil more bur u get what u pay for and dam good custmor service very happy

2022-02-08I was in negotiations with Salesman Dylan Stewart on tractor trade this weekend, I thought everything was going good and he was very aggressive on the sale. I made a counter offer and he said he would take it to his GM the next day, He went from being very aggressive to a no show. I will not recommend this dealership for anything

2022-05-13Purchased a Gator UTV from Clint at Ag Pro in Cartersville. Seriously the best equipment buying experience Ive ever had. From the first phone call Clint was honest and straight through the entire process. The price he gave me at the beginning was the price I paid in the end. If you need something from Ag Pro in Cartersville, ask for Clint.

Since the customer hadnt taken delivery yet, they wanted me to reach out to Clint for the information we needed. He was more than happy to grab the measurements I needed. 2021-09-09Grant , the guy behind the cashier, and even the tech in the back all went above and beyond regular service today. If your looking for local outstanding service this is the place to shop. I own a landscaping route and even though there are other places to buy Stihl equipment I would rather drive miles out of the way to go here instead. They helped me with my issues way before they knew I was buying anything. Helped me fix my old equipment before they knew I was going to buy a few pieces of equipment today and they were happy to do so.

2021-09-13Drop off a zero turn mower for warranty work. Told me it would take about a week. Took 3 weeks. I had to. All 3 times to check on the status. Then was told it was owner damage to mower. I had to pay.for repair. I never damaged the mower.

2020-02-06I recently bought my $13,000 z920m lawn mower here, was great at cutting grass for the first 10 hours, then started bogging down on small patches of grass, I use this for my commercial business, and called and asked what it could be, was told they would come pick it up and take a look at it, and they said they couldn’t find a thing wrong with it, I was then informed they could trade it in for 4,000 dollars for a more expensive one! Like really?? I have less then 15 hours in this mower!! And it’s doing this? And they have had it for over 2 weeks! Every time I call down there I am told that they will give me a call back in a little bit? 2 days later, not a single call has been made! I highly recommend you not buy anything this from these people! Worst Coustomer experience I have ever had!!

2020-08-11Ordered parts for my Honda Lawn mower on a Thursday. Just two cheap parts for under &20.00. Told it would be in by Tuesday. Called on Tuesday, parts had not come in. Was told I would be notified when they came in. Waited a few days and checked again still nothing, told I would be notified when parts came in. That was on a Friday, said they had a shipment to unpack if my order had come in they would call me. Waited until Tuesday, this is a week after they were to arrive 12 days after they were ordered. Call again, this time they asked my name, asked what I ordered and when. Seems they lost the order. No indication it was even ordered. Kept getting grief from the parts department about calling. They continued to tell me they would call when order came in and I didn’t need to keep calling. No idea what is the status of order assume it was never ordered. First and last time dealing with Ag Pro.
