Takes 3-4 weeks to get service done. Parts and Service seems to operate as completely separate companies, requires back and forth between two counters. They can never fix anything on site and always have to pick up, wait 4 weeks, then drop off. Wont even put a belt back on without taking it into the shop and making you wait weeks and everything gets charged separately.
I purchased a commercial mower from this dealer @ the end of August, upon buying the mower I had to ask for a receipt from the salesman after I put almost 1k down, until I asked for paperwork he had no intention of giving me any proof of purchase.Almost a month went by and I still had not received any paper work in the mail with my JohnDeere financial account number so I could go online and set up my payments.I called the dealer and they didn’t even attempt to help me just simply pawned me off to JD Financial who upon me calling couldn’t help either because the dealer had not submitted my paperwork.I called the dealer quit a few times to check on this situation as they told me “we will get it taken care of” they never called me back.I even called the manager and he said he would have to call me right back.I finally got the situation resolved today and made a payment over the phone after taking time out of my work day to call JD financial once again.Lousy customer service to say the least, you’d think after purchasing something in the 10k price range your dealer would have enough respect for its customers to not keep putting them on the back burner.

2022-04-14I bought an 1025r here and I am unable to use it again!! This time the One of the control paddles that moves it forward broke off. I call them to see if it was covered under warranty and was told I need to pay over $100 to have it picked up, over $100 to see what is wrong with it? ( the paddle broke off) and they are not sure if it would be covered or not. All for a $44 part. The lady on the phone said I should have bought a better warranty.? Not sure if this is how all John Deere dealers are? but my next tractor will be purchased elsewhere.

2021-12-01I had a 16 year old mower that I knew was at the end of its service life so I started looking at mowers. I looked at many but kept coming back to look at the X330 but had a hard time convincing myself to spend this much. I also wanted to purchase from a dealer that would be there to service and maintain it.When I finally decided it was what I wanted I went to Ag Pro and they didn’t have any In stock. I stuck to my decision and put down a deposit and waited for over 2 months for it to come in.I couldn’t be happier with the decision. This mower has exceeded my expectations! By the time I got it in early October the grass was barely growing but the leaves were starting to fall and I have a whole lot of leaves.I have stayed ahead of the leaves this year on the smoothest riding best cutting mower I have ever had. It cuts just as good in reverse as it does going forward and without using a bagger the yard looks like you vacuumed it.It is comfortable, has a very tight turning radius and you can steer it with one finger. My yard has a good bit of uneven terrain and it follows the contours for a smoother cut than any mower I have ever had.I am very happy with my X330 and now wish I had bought one years ago. I haven’t had experience with the service department yet but based on my experience so far I trust that I won’t be disappointed.

2021-08-27Visited to order a long list of parts for an 1986 330 Diesel and was promptly taken care of. Service gentleman was very kind and ensured he entered in each part number thoroughly. Super professional and all around good guy. Knowing most of these were special order, he highlighted those areas on our list for us so we knew what we would be waiting on. Super helpful. Didnt catch his name, but receipt shows salesperson 795, working counter at 1-2pm on 8/27/2021.

2021-04-10I received a mower that initially fell short of my expectations.Update: I was contacted by the Manager. The mower was promptly picked up and taken back to correct the issue. AG PRO also sent someone out to assist with mowing so my yard would be kid friendly for Easter. In business, mistakes are made and I believe I was a little quick to judge an entire business based on the actions of one employee. The true measure of a business is how they deal with such circumstances. And AG PRO is stepping up to make things right. We will hopefully have this resolved by the end of the week.Second Update: Jeff King (Store Manager) personally delivered my mower to my home on a Saturday. Any issues I had were fully resolved. What sits in my garage now will likely make a few neighbors jealous. I look forward to doing more business with AG PRO in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

2021-08-19I sent a friend to get an oil plug for our Z930MAnd while we were there we ask if we needed anything to go with plug and we’re told no. When we got home to put it in we realized it needed an O ring. When I called back to check on whether or not we needed it , I was told yes. We live 35 minutes away. I wish t guy had let me know I needed the O ring while we were there!

2021-09-30I waited a month for my mower and I paid nearly $1000 to get my mower back, when they brought me my mower it was on a forklift but when I dropped it off the tire was pumped up so they gave me a alternative to leave with a flat tire or purchase one from them. I will never visit this store ever again

2020-07-03My father picked this place to have the riding mower fixed. I’ve used Agpro before, but not this location. I had a great experience with the OTHER location. I wasn’t impressed with them when I called them a year ago and decided to go with the OTHER location. This location had said riding mower for almost two months. My father, as well as myself had to go and purchase parts for it to be fixed. So, although I’m not going to see a paycheck I had to work in order for them to complete the job. A job that THEY were paid to do. As if that wasn’t bad enough the mower literally started up, cut an acre and died. I thought it was the battery from it sitting outside in the elements for two months @ Agpro(I keep it in my barn, covered), so I buy another battery (eventhough I had just replaced it). Nothing! Won’t start. I am hoping that it is some freak occurrence. I would really hate for it to be a fuse, starter or anything like that when they were supposed to have done a complete repair/tuneup on the mower. You can tell me that my tires are flat(they weren’t) or maybe they have a slow leak and a myriad of other things that were repaired that wasn’t the problem(broken belt) and it’s useless. Wow...smh
