Amazing customer service! Randy and the rest of their employees are really helpful, gives honest opinions. Randy helped me on a problem and was resolved really fast. He was understandable and flexible. Definitely going back for future upgrades, BBs, equipment and AEGs rifles.Also, their website is always up to date to their store supplies.
I went in today to look into what they had available in Gas blow back equipment. I had done some cursory research as I have never played airsoft but have over a decade as a tactical firearms instructor.On arriving I was quickly created by a pleasant young man who did his best to answer my questions and did good salesmanship to try and shift me towards the more popular AEG equipment but wasnt pushing to hard or being obnoxious. Plus.The clerk however failed to display even a passing amount of proper gun handling skills and flagged me with the muzzle multiple times. NegativeI asked about availability of spare magazines and was told they didnt have the oem available but that magazines from a different make would fit and function properly. He handed me the magazine and I proceeded to conduct an administrative range reload. I felt some resistance towards the very end of the reload stroke. The magazine I was handed did not in fact fit and had become stuck. NegativeThe clerk and I both tried to remove the magazine with no joy. The clerk quickly owned up to his mistake and took the pistol back to the service area and handed it off to the tech who I could not see. Plus.This is where I had my first real issue. The tech in the back decided to loudly decry the clerks statement that nothing wrong was done. He went on to loudly state that I had slammed the magazine in and had done something wrong. Big negative.The clerk returned with the pistol and answered a few more simple questions.So why two stars? The clerk was very nice, but knew less about the pistol I was interested in than I did after a brief bit of online research. This led to a stuck mag but no real harm. The tech spouting of loudly despite not having even been present tells me that the level of maturity displayed doesnt give me high hopes of any help should something go wrong. I entered preparing to purchase the pistol if they had it and several spare magazines. I didnt even ask to test/dry fire the pistol due to the attitude of the tech.I try to support local business whenever I can. The pistol was the same price as on-line and the clerk was nice enough despite some deficiency in his product knowledge and his lack of gun handling skills. The abrasive tech (who never had the decency to even look out around the wall while decrying me) and to a lesser degree the lack of spare magazines means that I will go ahead and buy on-line for all my airsoft needs.
My first time here and the staff was awesome. I had questions about my gun and they answered them with patience and understanding. They recommended a couple of upgrades but also said that i didnt have to buy anything because i have an awesome gun to start with. I bought a sight, foregrip, and new batteries. I will be returning next week to purchase a new couple of guns. Thanks and i want my P90 guys so save one. Awesome experience.
I would not recommend this business because the manager will not work with you on faulty manufactured items. After spending three hundred dollars on the air soft gun a few weeks ago he would not help. I would have been happy with just a new mag which would have solved the problem. I will tell my friends not to buy from here again.
Added post: As you can see from their response, no customer service....did not even contact me (still no response to two separate emails) to actually understand the issue, product defects do occur and if you saw the crimps and wiring on the battery you would know you sent a bad product and would correct the issue, but instead you deflect and dont take responsibility for bad customer service. Fact is it is the battery manufacturers issue, not yours or mine, but your response tells customers what they need to know about your company which is why I did the post in the first place. Original post: They do not answer the phone and they do not respond to emails...if you do try to contact them dont let them know you had issues with the product or you wont get a response.
My 13 year old son and I have been going to AA for almost 2 years and the staff has always been informative and helpful!! If it wasnt for Yoshi(?) we wouldnt make the trip from the Acworth-Dallas area for advice, purchases, and upgrades. Thanks for everything AA!!Chris & Colin
Store front had minimumal options BUT the warehouse is a completely different story. Went in without calling and they filled my order on the spot. Know what you want before you go. Dude behind counter was an airsoft genius. Some of the products have QC issues but thats not their fault. Every order I ever placed there shipped in 24hrs or less and arrived 2 days later. Would give them 100 stars if possible.
Some of the most courteous and helpful staff Ive ever dealt with. Great selection of weapons and attachments and all fairly priced. Staff answered the questions quickly and with in-depth knowledge. Staff let us try attachments on weapons before purchasing the making sure we actually wanted the item we were purchasing. Suggested items that we may not have even thought of further enhancing our experience. Will return in the future thanks for being excellent.
Last week I ordered a drum magazine from airsoft Atlanta it came in damaged it did not work I had it had been open before because there was a piece of tape it was not factory sealed Ive been trying for the last week to try to reach out to soft Atlanta but they have not return my emails to return the item my next step is to cancel the credit card transaction in contact the Better Business Bureau..... I will not order anything from them in the future....
This company failed to put signature required on my delivery. Fedex stated they left it at back door when I live in an apartment complex. Either they lost the package, or left it where it could be stolen. Once I explained I never received the package, this company tried to file a claim with fedex so I can get a refund but was denied because signature wasnt requested and not insuring the product. Fedex can only give them up to $100 which isnt enough to cover the $220.46 i paid.. Now they refuse to respond to my emails requesting a refund because it would be a loss. Absolute fraud 100%.
I recently made a purchase from their website for a H&K rifle. I ordered it with expedited shipping, because I had an upcoming game that I wanted to use it at. I ordered it on the weekend and shipping estimated that I would receive it the following Wednesday, which worked out because my game was the following Saturday. So, Wednesday comes and I receive the rifle, but the manufacturer had failed to include the magazine in the box like it was supposed to. Since this was my first M4 based rifle, I did not have any extra magazines and I really wanted the H&K one anyway... I was in a slight panic mode, because it looked like I wouldnt be able to use it at my game. I contacted support and they were VERY helpful and understanding of my dilemma. They were able to find an H&K magazine for the rifle and shipped it with 2 day delivery at their expense! Needless to say I was extremely happy about this. They not only understood how I felt, they went the extra mile to make sure that I had the missing piece in time for my game. Ive since ordered a couple more things from them, even when some things were a little more expensive than I found elsewhere.. good customer service, deserves good customers.. Will definitely keep looking to them as a first place to buy.
I went in today to get my HI-CAPA upgraded to HPA and the staff basically said yea we have the parts but dont have time to do it for you then proceeded to chat with the next customer and what they wanted.... will not be back I will be bringing all my business to airsoft junkies right down the road!!
I received a JAG TTI HI-Cappa, and 2 Echo 1 for Christmas 2020. Right out of the box, it would not fire every other shot. Also one of the Echo 1 magazine just fell apart right as we were trying to load the magazine. I email the company, and didnt get a response. Finally when i did, i sent off the pistol and the magazine to them, and didnt receive a response on if they received the product or when will a replacement be sent out. I had to call them to get the info. After about 4 weeks, and still havent received my replacement product, i called again, and they just decided to give me a refund for the items that they never sent a replacement for me. But more trouble came when they gave me a refund for one of the Echo 1 instead of the JAG TTI hi-cappa that i return. I try email them about this, and never received a response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE INVESTING MONEY IN THIS COMPANY!!!! If i could give them a ZERO star i would.
Beware of this place. They will sell you anything you want, but want nothing to do with you if you have problems with their products. My 13 year old son saved up his money to buy one of their Glock airsoft guns. Had problems from day one with the gun. We contacted the store, called to store, sent emails to the store and never got a response. My only guess is that they were waiting out the 14 day trial period so that they could deny us any returns or claims. It has been over a month...did we get a return phone call or email? No. And the sad part is, this is one of the most expensive airsoft pistols out there...so now my son is out $200.00 with a gun that doesnt work and no one from this company will return our calls or emails.
Excellent experience! I worked via email with Tom the storefront supervisor/sniper tech concerning upgrades for my TM VSR 10 G-Spec. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide information to ensure my build would function properly. Highly recommend! A wealth of information!
Had a great experience here. My son is new to air soft and these guys have been helpful in selecting equipment that meets his needs. When we have a follow up question, they have been great to help. We had a defective rifle and the store wa more than happy to help by replacing it (it was under warranty) — extremely hassle free. Also, had a pistol that I believe malfunctioned due to user error and they fixed it on the spot for free. This is the kind of customer service that is hard to find these days. We’ll be back. I’d recommend this place. They have a ton of stuff in stock, not all of it is on the shop floor, so just ask.

First of all I want to thank Tom for being very nice and helpful. I came here to get my first airsoft gun. I already had an airsoft Glock but I wanted to get a real rifle to maybe go play sometime with my friends and actually have a full loadout. I talked to Tom and told him that I was looking for a good, solid rifle to start out with and he was extremely helpful and nice. He recommended me a lot of the available options that were for a good price and didnt try to force anything expensive on me. He also recommended things like good face protection and I asked him about stuff such as extra magazines, chest rigs, foregrips, harnesses, pretty much all of the bare essentials you need for a solid airsoft loadout and he was again very very helpful. I am very satisfied with what I got and it was a fantastic experience. Again, thank you Tom for your great help. Youre a cool dude.

THE BEST!!!! THEY ARE SO AWESOME! I have shopped with them for the past 5 years and I have been playing a lot of airsoft. Most recently, I had bought a nice green gas pistol from them for a great price. The only problem with it was that the magazine tips are made of a weak polymer and had broken the moment I loaded it. They were very nice when I went back the first time. They gave me a replacement magazine at no charge. Then a week later, the tip on the replacement broke again after one use. Even though it was past their return policy, they gave me in-store credit towards a nicer, more expensive green gas pistol that is way better than the one I bought. No hassle, and very quick. They are very knowledgeable with all airsoft guns. They were saying facts that I didnt even know. They know what theyre doing. SHOP WITH THEM! GREAT DEALS AND EXCELLENT STAFF!
I really wish I could recommend Airsoft Atlanta as it used to be my favorite Airsoft store in ga and it was where I bought my first setup when I was much younger, but I just can’t anymore. Airsoft Atlanta has really gone downhill recently. While they still have a large stock of inventory it’s now split between the new much smaller store front which is 25% cbd products and their new warehouse, and the amount of times I’ve gone into the store just for them to tell me they only have the items I need at the warehouse and the warehouse is closed is super often. To make things worse you can’t call the store front to see if they have what you need in stock before driving there as they have the phone line cut off and only accept emails. To add even more insult to injury maybe 1 of the actual store front employees has any real knowledge of Airsoft upgrades (tall skinny guy). they have also completely stopped doing tech work. And the final nail in the coffin is the owner of the store acts like a child on Instagram bashing other local stores and fields like there isn’t enough drama in the Airsoft community already. Please for all that is holy hire some competent sales people, turn back on your phone lines (stop giving us that line about how you are too busy to answer the phones Ss and Junkiez are twice as busy and always answer their phones), and get rid of the cbd that literally no one goes into your store for, and stop putting all your extra money time and effort into your “new” field which is also very mediocre. You guys had a absolutely fantastic store and I believe you can again with a few changes
Its a good place for people who is trying to get into the hobby. They have guns at beginners level to intermediate. If u want to try out airsoft but dont want spend too much they have alot of options under $200. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I bought my first airsoft gun here and I have continued to buy from them since.
Ive been shopping around online and they have regularly had the inventory I needed and the prices to be competitive. The shipping is very prompt and perfect when arrives. Ive seldom received consistently fast processing and shipping as I have with these folks. Ill definitely be ordering again and again. 8^)
If you ever need to buy ANYTHING this is the place to go. They have the best customer service and fair prices. These days online stores are taking over but still in store visits are the best way to go. They have great knowledgeable staff and everything you could imagine. They also do small repairs! If I could I would give this place ∞/5 stars!
I have ordered from them many times and every time I am amazed at how fast I receive my products! Super fast shipping and the one time I had an issue (small issue) with an order, they were extremely helpful and quick to fix the problem. Great place with great customer service. Tom the mechanic does great work. Worked on a clone VSR build today for me and even taught me a lot. He did everything in front of me and even answered all of my questions. Great guy 10/10 would recommend the store for anything.
I have been to the store multiple times and have bought several different items from them. They have a decent variety of gear and Airsoft merchandise.My only dissatisfaction with Airsoft Atlanta is their staff. If they do not know who you are, they do not engage with you unless you start the conversation. When you ask them questions, they will unwillingly answer. They seem very elitist in who they wish to talk to. You could do better.
Best airsoft retailer in the U.S.!For years Ive ordered everything from rifles to mag pouches from Airsoft Atlanta and have always been more than satisfied. Every order shipped same day (when ordered before 5 pm on a weekday), has been delivered promptly and in great shape.Only one time did I have an issue with a rifle I ordered. It would fire intermittently. After trying several known good batteries I called them. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, spent alot of time discussing the problem and helped me find the issue was a loose connection at the fuse in the rifle. This was not their fault but they spent alot of time helping me resolve the issue and saved me the hassle of sending it back for warranty repair.Great products, fast shipping and the best customer service!
I received my item in record time, and in perfect condition! The price was more than reasonable (as was the shipping), and no problems with ordering or tracking the product. My ONLY complaint is that the item I ordered did not come with its original packaging, which I assumed it did only because it wasnt stated that it wasnt. But that could have been just my assumption. I will order from them again. Excellent service all around!
Sent me a defective gun, after sending it back they did god knows what and i received back still not working. Told me now im basically stuck with it.Response, i used a perfectly fine battery, actually tried multiple because the gun worked for all of 5 minutes out of box. Also, how else do you put a tracer unit on the gun(That i also bought from you guys). You remove the orange tip, you guys are brutal at customer service. I have multiple screenshots of you guys telling me were not a flakey company WHO EVEN SAYS THAT.
Incredible speed, great service. Got my package 2-3 days after ordering and I live in NJ. The packing slip even had helpful notes handwritten by a coworker for my product. The hop-up i ordered came pre broken in and the best weight bb for it was hand written. Installed in my gun, first shot at 100ft was less than 3/4inch away from penny sized target. thank you airsoft atlanta
Airsoft Atlanta rocks. Thank You, from Tampa Bay, Florida.I had been researching buying a couple of new AEG guns and Air Soft Atlanta was where I planned to buy from. Then an unexpected trip landed me in Atlanta on Friday. Of all things, when I finished my appointment, I looked up their address and it was only 5 miles away... So I went to the store (very easy to find), asked over a hundred questions, looked at nearly every gun in the store ... and finally bought 2 M16s. They totally rock.One of the guns was a new High Velocity edition and both guns were dead on accurate out of the box. shooting .25My son is 10 and most of our air soft warriors are 8-14 yrs old. The High Velocity was shooting about 380fps, which put quite a hard hit on you. The other was around 340-350 fps and still very accurate, but a little less impact.I returned the High Velocity for a standard issue, so ended with 2 identical M16s. They guys were awesome and I really appreciated their help.We will be a long-term client. Thanks again!
Last time I came here the staff really took care of me and cleaned my old airsoft guns and told me about the new airsoft guns I bought in deep knowledge. This time nothing... spent $80 and they could care less to tell me how anything worked, hope this is just a transition thing (which still should NOT happen) bc Ive been coming here for yrs and didnt expect that service and rudeness
Online store has to be one of top 5 in US. They have a wide selection of upgrade/replacement parts, at a great price. They should label some things as MAP controled instead of listing as item already on sale. Overall good prices though. Their shipping is fast 8/10 times and reasonably priced. Their customer service is also awesome, they will resolve your problem in just a couple emails. I had an incorrect iten sent to me, although similar at a glance certain key dimensions were off (took calipers to really tell). They sent me the correct part with tracking number without hassle or too many questions. I am very pleased to have found this site early in my airsoft career. I live in cali and this place has better prices and faster shipping than even some big and small cali based retailers.
I changed my mind after placing an order with Airsoft Atlanta, and wanted to add more on to my purchase. Luckily I had ordered over the weekend, so my order had not shipped yet. There was no option to merge the orders, and instead requested they do that in the comment section. Not only did they ship the orders together, they refunded me the shipping on the second order. My order arrived promptly, and correctly only 3 days later. An excellent experience, and I intend to order from Airsoft Atlanta again. My last order, from Airsoft Megastore, arrived with a broken gun. Not the case with Airsoft Atlanta, all items arrived in great condition.
I was able to do my research online to figure out what range of products I wanted. Went into the the stores to buy and the guys there were very knowledgeable and helpful. Explaining pros and cons of each while allowing us to handle the different weapons. Prices were in line and fair with other places. Highly recommend!
The fake suppressor I bought was shipped very quickly, arriving sooner than the expected delivery date. The JBU 5.9 inch suppressor itself, while simple, is exceptionally well made. The ends are tight, the threading is perfect and the finish is flawless, with sharp white lettering. Ive gone back to Airsoft Atlanta since and fully expect to go back in the future.
My son wanted his 12th birthday to be an airsoft birthday party, we had had Nerf wars for the past few years and I was hesitant to do air soft. Not knowing much about the sport, I made the trip up to AA after reading reviews. It was a good hours drive from where we live and it was well worth it. The staff was very helpful and werent trying to fill up everything under the Sun. they truly have a passion for what they do. Up to spending a little while in the store we decided that we would place an order online. My sister who lives in Australia also placed an order online we had the items shipped next day with no hassle at all. I had questions about one of the guns called them and had a great customer service the entire time. When I place my second order they also threw in some little goodies for the birthday party. Absolutely recommend the team at Airsoft Atlanta for all of your airsoft needs. They definitely have our family and friends business.
Airsoft Atlanta has some of the best selection of airsoft parts Ive seen, and at decent prices too. Their shipping is no joke as they will ship it to you at the time frame given, if not sooner. I have now resorted to using this site to order airsoft equipment, or airsoft anything.
Ordered a E&L AK, it shipped really fast and was very thankful. I have ordered many items from them in lately because of their knowledge and supposedly great customer service. However upon receiving my AK rifle when opening the box the first thing i noticed was the broken flashhider, acouple of days later i ordered 2 - 7.4v lithium batteries and 2 extra mags. Once again upon opening the package they sent the wrong Batteries. I did try the the batteries out and noticed the gun was shattering bbs coming out from the barrel others were getting jammed 4&5 at a time in the barrel. What a pain to get out!! Took it to a game and let one of the refs shoot it and he sait it wasnt shooting. Jammed BBs again. I shouldnt have to pay for return shipping on a defective item or on items that were sent wrong. Than wait for them to overlook the gun to make sure i didnt damage the gun how inconvient. Now i have a heavy paper weight that just looks pretty. Thanks airsoft atlanta.
I lived in tampa florida, order from them wich they locate it in atlanta, shipoing should take 2 to 3 day priority mail, firts time time order it took almost 2 weeks, now order priority mail one again paying extra on monday and package still at the warehouse and the told me that they shipped the package on tuesday but usps havent scan the package because their los staffed.... this will be my last order from them.
This place is amazing. The person who helped us (Tom) answered all my questions, showed me all the guns I wanted to see. Gave me recommendations. Ill definitely be back to buy more stuff. This place has a big selection of stuff. Stuff I havent seen at other places. Prices are the best Ive seen around. Only other place to get prices this good would be online.
The guys that work there are very friendly and always willing to help. They know a lot about airsoft because they all also play it. They are very willing to answer questions and their showroom has a lot of products! Also they prices are very competitive. Go check them out!
Just not a favorable experience. Told they had a gun in stock, got there, no inventory. Instead, had a different model on display they said was just as good. Brought it home, except they gave us the wrong battery. Gun would not work. Tried to get them to fix or replace, but told out of warranty. I get that all sales are final, but product should be working especially given it was display. I learned my lesson.
Was a weird experience, in store shopping at Tokyo armory is terrible, bad customer service they had no idea about any of the advanced questions I asked about the guns and were just staring at me the whole time which was hella uncomfortable, I wouldnt recommend going there unless you just want to be weirded out
These guys are very rude and unfriendly! The guy helping me (Andy) was not very helpful since he sold me a bunch of parts that didnt end up working in my gun and when I tried to exchange them because they didnt work like he stated he told me the receipt says no refunds. They are not very professional and certainly do not know how to take care of customers and this was evident by Andys blank stares at me. They do have a lot of guns, parts and accesories to look at but thats about all they have.
Ok listen it’s been 5 days already when will my wolverine engine get here!!! Your answering machine keeps saying call us on regular business hours when the store is clearly open so please tell me why it’s still not here I legit live 45 - 60 mins away what is going on. Please fix your phones.
I ordered a M4 for my birthday and when I got it it would not fire. I charged the battery more and it still did not work. I assumed it was a defective airsoft gun, but when I called customer service an employee helped me find the problem. The motor adjustment was too tight. Without the helpfulness of the employee I would have returned the gun.
Updating my last review according to my latest visit to the store.Recently, a friend and I walked into the store to have his airsoft rifle looked at. After a brief waiting period, we were told that we would have to come back another day, as they were too busy at the moment. Inclined to agree with them, we turned to leave, but one of the guys at the counter stepped in to help us out. His name was Brandon, and he was one of the nicest guys Ive ever met. He asked what the problem was, looked at it for a minute, told us what he was going to do to fix it, and kept us updated every step of the way. Needless to say, we walked away completely satisfied, and my faith in the store was renewed againTell em you need a raise man!
My BF is the airsoft player (known as They Hate Me 2 - Rome Fairley) we were originally up in the PA area but recently moved into FL. But we have purchased from Atlanta Airsoft for the past year or so for various items. EVERY purchase has been AWESOME. We get great customer service - great shipping time - great pricing.They are one of the best on the East Coast.They are growing all the time with the items they stock and keeping up with the changes in airsoft.Great company!
I have shopped at this store a couple of times now during the busy Christmas season and despite the large number of people in the store the staff was helpful and efficient. I had no trouble getting all of my questions answered and I wouldnt hesitate to shop at Airsoft Atlanta in the future.
I received a Tokyo Marui VSR-10 Gspec from Airsoft Atlanta, it was promptly shipped and delivered. We had problems with it, and I thought that it was a defect in the product. The service staff followed up by making several phone calls to the company that worked on the Gspec, and I learned that the damage was caused by the person who took it apart for me. Top marks to Airsoft Atlanta for prompt shipment and great customer service!
We went on a trip to Atlanta and stayed at the Weston Plaza Downtown and we ubered up to Airsoft Atlanta. Let me just say it. Best Airsoft Store EVER! I bought the elite force 1911 tac pistol and the man was so nice and explained everything. They have all of the equipment and guns you need to start your airsoft carrier. And this isnt only for beginners, There are guns over 200$ that are perfect for Experienced players. Perfect place to buy an AEG or a pistol, but it shouldnt be a snipers dream. Not many sniper rifles but great sidearms! I recommend airsoft Atlanta to anyone out there. Weather Beginner or experienced, come to this store!

I really do not et why people give them bad reviews. airsoft atlanta sells amazing products. are there faulty guns? Yes but there are very few guns that are faulty. And everywhere sells at least 1 fualty wepon. They are commen every where you go. So get over your bad luck and dont blame atlanta. the only downside is that when you ask for them to find you the cheapest ________ it may take a while. This is because their selection of every thing is huge.BUY FROM ATLANTA
Ordered parts Friday at 12 pm and website said before 3 it ships that day, here it is almost 3 days and the text to track says it hasnt even left,,,,,,,,,,,,,,update so its the third day after ordering and it now says it went from Oklahoma to atlanta???? I live in n.c. like right at the boarder of Georgia and s.c. why is it taking this long????
Got the firefly bucking smashed in a box, that smashed that caused a crack in the bucking, obviously rendering it useless worst 25 dollar bucking ever. I wasnt even gonna complain cause how would i be able to prove i didnt cause the damage but i got the email to comment so never again and nothing will be done to fix the 25 dollar waste.

2022-03-05So before I say anything about the place I’d just like to state that I used to work in the airsoft industry over 10 years ago but when I left the industry I fell out of touch. Since moving across the country for work a few friends wanted to go airsofting and I still had all my old stuff. I was having some issues with my gun so I thought I would try a local shop before shipping my guns back to CA to have a friend look at it.The store is well organized and had a solid inventory from guns, parts, and accessories. The two sales guys I’m assuming were nice and welcoming. The gold star though goes to their tech, Yoshi. Knowledgeable and been into it for as long as I have and was nice getting to talk to him and he solved my issue with the gun.There are closer airsoft shops to me but this one is worth the extra travel distance to go to.

2022-04-22Living in Warner Robins, the airsoft scene isn’t as large as it likely could be given it is a Military town, so it’s a little road trip to Airsoft Atlanta (2hrs) but worth it. The staff and Roman are very accommodating and knowledgeable when it comes to their products.I took what was practically a new Avalon that had bad luck with blowing the mosfet in for upgrades. We went over the various upgrades that I wanted to install and they had everything in stock with the exception of the mosfet I wanted, which was a hassle to order from evike due to long shipping but that’s a different story and had to be done.After receiving the mosfet for the build, I made a second trip to the shop to drop it off so the work could be completed. Knowing how long of a drive it is, they had offered to ship it to me once completed so I didn’t have to make another drive up to get it. Roughly $300 later on upgrades and a day or two of shipping, my AEG had come and turned out amazingly well. The tech work was great with no issues and the packaging was very well done to protect it during shipment.I try to support local businesses as much as I can rather than the big boy stores, and with this past experience I will definitely be supporting Airsoft Atlanta more.

2022-05-22Ordered 4/27 before 10am. Label was created 4/29 and was slated to be delivered on my birthday tomorrow (5/3). Didnt actually get shipped till today (5/2), new delivery date is 5/4. Guess well see!Good selection, good prices, but you lose the value gained in solid pricing by having to pay handsomely for shipping that is not as fast as advertised.Edit: order #: 109574

2022-04-07Horrible customer serviceQuestionable inventory stock and shipping management.Made an order on Wednesday March 23rd received it on late afternoon Monday March 28th. I was missing a hi capa piston head I ordered.. not a big deal people are human and make mistakes. So I emailed customer service to let them know it was missing and included pictures of the check sheet and everything that I received.Got an email back the following day on tuesday around 6pm est. ( a little over 24 hours) said they would send it out as soon as possible. CoolIn this time of my first order and receiving it, I made another order before 8am est on the 28th.After a couple days went by and its wednesday as i wonder why my order still hasnt shipped yet? especially due to the company boasting fast packaging to shipping times. I emailed customer service again since I was already emailing them about the piston head. I was told that there was a inventory issue and a part I ordered (hi capa inner barrel ) was not in stock.. ok but why am I having to reach out about my order when they should have notified me of this? And a couple days later at that.They did offer me a different inner barrel but I declined due to not what I wanted. Which mind you has to go through a delayed game of email tag. after stewing on this whole event I decided the next morning to cancel my whole order which being very disappointed with the whole experience in two different orders now. I was refunded my order.Fast forward to Saturday later that week I received what I thought would be the piston head I ordered... wrong I received a piston head for px4-xdm-hk45.so once again I emailed them again and have yet to get a response to whether they want me to mail back the wrong or if im going to get refund or even get the piston head I ordered.I used to love ordering from them as I usually received my package within 3 days and my son always loved the stickers they put in each package. I was planning on order from them thought out the summer as Airsoft season is starting now but NO THANK YOU,If you want to take a chance and hope not to have to deal with customer service. by all means good place but be warned

2022-05-22Changed from 5 stars to 2 stars. Shipping is generally quick, sometimes takes a few days which I wont fault for.However when an order is obviously lost in the mail (wasnt delivered a week after the day it was showing to be out for delivery with usps.) I sent an email and was responded to the next day with a thats weird, call usps.Upon doing a usps investigation case they informed me (like I didnt know already) that my order was lost. Upon reviewing airsoft Atlantas shipping policies it plainly says orders lost would be replaced. Cool, so I thought. And sent two emails after trying to get a response.However Ive waited over a week now about my order thats paid in full I never received.Ended up having to take it up with my bank.Would have liked to have called and spoke with someone but their phones are just a recording saying they are too busy to answer phone calls.Sad experience making me hesitant to order again because now I feel like they tried to keep money after an issue took place.Edit after response: changed to one star, regardless of how many words I use in an email you shouldnt ignore them for multiple days, and I informed in my second email that they (usps) had already informed me the items were lost. Maybe you guys should actually check emails because its quite obvious you ignore them which generated this issue.How am I to know whats going on behind the scenes on your end if nobody communicates?0/10 customer service.

2022-06-02I’ve had multiple great experiences at Airsoft Atlanta, and all the workers I’ve interacted with have been nothing but generous, knowledgeable, and helpful with my questions and requests. Definitely a 5 star place that I’ll go to in the future for my Airsoft needs.

2022-08-17I ordered a belt clip for a holster on August 14th Sunday afternoon, website said itd ship Monday so I chose 1-3 day priority shipping and here I am at 5 pm est on Wednesday August 15th wondering where my belt clip is?

2022-07-25Me and my son drove an hour and a half Saturday to go check this place out it was well worth the drive the tech they have their Yoshi is amazing very educational and informative he is for the customer that is for sure he wants you to get the right stuff I could not have asked for a better experience Im glad to do business with this place

2022-04-12More than worth the long drive from Warner Robins. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly; as when I asked for a good starter M4 I was given three different options that fit my budget. They even kitted me out with a battery, charger, an extra mag, and BBs! All within budget at that. Tokyo Armory comes highly recommended for any airsoft needs 👍
