We were on a trip to Florida when our car broke down. After getting it over to Alans, they took a look at it, let us know theres a chance that it can be done today, and then they stayed a bit late to get us back on the road.Theyre kind and professional people and I didnt get killed on price. You cant beat that sort of service.

I saw a few other mechanics who told me everything but the right thing was wrong with it. Alan told me immediately what the problem was and fixed it at a very reasonable price! He is very knowledgeable and informative and i couldnt thank him enough! I highly recommend him!!
I give this shop 5 stars and then some. I’ve had my truck at 3 different shop before coming to Alan’s. Being told different things at each shop, none of which solved the problem I was having with my 07 Silverado. One of those shops even being 5star Chevrolet in Warner Robins. I dropped my truck off with Alan’s and a few days later he had me fixed right and the price was unbeatable for the work that was needed. Choose Alan’s for your next automobile repair needs
For kindness and being so helpful I have them 5 stars but then took 3 stars away because they misdiagnosed my problem and cost me 270.00. I still have the problem.
Super nice folks and the guy who alligned my truck was the best Ive ever seen. 3 different alignment shops wouldnt touch my truck because it was nowhere near specs. I thought thats what alignment shops are for. Nothing fancy but a lift kit and Titan suspension swap on my Nissan frontier. The guy handled it in less than an hour. Hats off to you guys. Would not recommend, mother took her car there just to give her business to local business. There was a problem with the transmission, and you did not need a mechanic to notice that something was wrong just needed a honest business to fix it. Alans charged her $113.00 to tell her nothing was wrong, bull the car shakes bad every time it shifts. Shes elderly and on a fixed income and thats how Alans done her, I would not take a bicycle to them, all these good comments are freinds of people that work there, it shocked me I always thought Alan ran a good business. I know better now, take your car elsewhere I have no reason lie
Had previous brake work performed at Five Star located in Warner Robins two separate appointments (paid twice as well) that did not repair brake work correctly. I researched and made an appointment at Alans Alignment & Automotive Center that repaired brake work (brake booster installed) correctly on first visit at a less rate! So happy with the service I received.
Had some repairs done to my Jeep here! They were absolutely amazing! The level of customer service that I received was beyond exceptional! They went above and beyond. The prices are also very reasonable. Fast and reliable!
We were in May 8, 2014 because, while on a long and hurried road trip, our dashboard indicators went dead for thirty minutes. They got us right in and worked hard to find the problem. Unfortunately (or fortunately) the problem would not recur and they could not fix it because everything was working. However, they charged us way less than they could have and treated us with professionalism, compassion and understanding. An honest mechanic business is worth a lot.

Great friendly service. We were traveling and my truck broke down.they were closed but cleaning up and didnt hesitate to help. 3 hours and we were back on the road. Would recommend their service.
Awesome Service! I got a flat on my way out of town, two hours away from home and I had no idea where to go. Thankfully, a Google search led me here. I called right at opening, and Marlene coordinated a tow truck to pick me up. Alan and his team bent over backwards to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.

2022-06-25Our 19 yr old daughter was traveling 75 S and was about 100 miles from home and we, her parents were traveling out of state when her car ran hot. She pulled off off at first available exit and by the grace of God, she pulled in to this establishment. They were busy and they took the time to help her and when problem was assessed, they spoke to her father about the problem. They fixed it and she was on her way. We were very appreciative how they took care of our daughters car problems because she had never had problems on the interstate and was very nervous. Her problem could have been very much taken advantage of but instead, they checked everything that could be checked and the bill was very acceptable. (Cheaper then we were expecting!) This is definitely an honorable and professional car center!

2022-06-01Very honest garage. I had an electrical issue. They could have taken the easy way put and that would have been around $1000. They found the problem and fixed it for $250. They lived up to the recommendations that several people had told me to bring my car there.

2022-01-27My family has been using Alans Alignment sense it first opened, and weve had nothing but great things to say about the quality of work and customer service. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and will take the time to find the source of your vehicles problem. If youre not using Alans Alignment for you auto repair needs, then youre not using the best.

2022-04-01TERRIBLE SERVICE ! GAVE ME THE WRONG SIZE TIRE on a brand new car and tried to tell me it was the right size after i bought it ! THEY THE WONT ALLOW A REFUND FOR THEIR MISTAKE. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

2021-04-01These guys were on point. Had NEW tires for my truck in stock and way less expensive than Discount tire. Also had an alignment done, they gave me a time frame on when it would be finished, they called me precisely in that time. Customer service was excellent. Had a few problems I knew I had and they communicated with me through the entire process of getting it fixed. Every time I called, they answered, if placed on hold, it was no longer than 15 seconds. I will definitely be back to do business with them in the future. Very professional.

2021-05-25My Toyota tundra has 340,000 miles on it. After Alan rode in my truck he told me that I needed rotors. Was able to get a price compared to other places he was not only affordable but his knowledge of what my truck needed was unbelievable! After they repaired my rotors I came back and had them do all of my breaks as well.... I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants honesty, fair pricing, and quality workmanship!

2021-03-02Excellent customer service and courteous staff. Decent prices. However a jack was maybe was used at some point on my front sway bar which was broken and dragged the ground and could have caused a serious accident. I didnt know it was broken. It wasnt broken before the tires. Johnnys Garage just replaced bushings and a back bolt to my rear sway bar. How odd. They were nice and reasonable and very helpful. I hope that if it broke there he wouldve told. Maybe the metal was cold and worn.

2021-08-01Took my car to have an alignment done (Quoted $69.95) and was advised that it had a leaking rack and pinion, I told them I would replace it and then come back for the alignment so they said OK we will charge you for half the alignment now ( paid $34.95) and you can pay the other half when we align it after you get the rack changed I thought that was reasonable so after changing the rack and adding new tie rod ends I returned for the alignment. The mechanic showed me that he couldnt get the caster adjusted right due to the caster camber plates needed to be swapped to a different set of adjustment slots. I proceeded to help him reposition the driver side plate which he fought with for an hour (He wouldnt listen to my advise on the fast and easy way to do it even though I had originally installed them a couple of years ago.)I told him I would just take the car home and do the other side and bring the car back since it was their closing time. They charged me for 1 hour labor AND the full alignment fee ( $160.91) The passenger side alignment had not yet been touched yet and was NOT aligned yet. I took the car home and moved the passenger side plate to the other set of slots in about 35 minutes. I took the car back to Alan`s and they finally got it aligned, and they said Okay no charge for today then I explained to them that I had paid $195.86 for an alignment and 1 hour labor for when I helped the mechanic for an hour with the caster camber plate so I felt like the initial $34.95 should be refunded since I was originally told that I would only owe the other half of the alignment fee when I returned. The lady said Have a nice day! and went in the back room.
