I truly believe in the Honda brand and its service. Due to my light coming on the other week, I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I went in for my appointment Friday. I am usually good about taking my car in for service whenever my light comes on. I also try to put quality gas in my vehicle. However, I got a hefty dose of attitude from the staff on Friday. I finished paying for my vehicle a little more than a year ago. Yet, its almost as if they were roasting me for not having gotten my car serviced in a while. Im not very technical or mechanical savvy. Yet, I didnt care for the way the staff talked to me. Its not like Im not a paying customer. Believe me. I did that because they saddled me with a very expensive bill, one which may have been more budget-friendly had I gotten services elsewhere. Right now, my student loans are a priority. Im not trying to have a car payment every month and accumulate more debt. Im hoping that the staff will be more understanding of that going forward. Think about it. Just because youre not getting that monthly payment from me doesnt mean that Im not a loyal customer neither does it mean you can talk to me any kind of way.
Bought my first used Honda and have started using their service department. They are always very nice and try to make sure you are satisfied. The salespeople do not pressure you and seem to actually know about the vehicles on their lot.
Mr. Deldric Sams was the best! He worked with me despite my situation. I would recommend anyone to come to Albany Honda and see him!
If I could give this place -0 ...I would. I took my car in for repair on September 29th...and the service consultant was extremely rude from the moment I walked through the door. He talked to me in a very unprofessional manner and tone. He wouldn’t even look at my car to see the problem. I explained to him what the problem was and he acted like I was making it up and didn’t know what I was talking about. He even acted like I had never been there before.. I had an appointment scheduled and his reply to me was —“we will get to it when we can”. And remind you.. he was still very snappy and rude. I felt very belittled about MY CAR that I OWN.. not finance!!!!!!! Thanks but no thanks.. you lost a customer..I will never do business with this place again.

Ive been a customer at Albany Honda for the past 10 years! They have been nothing short of great to me! Their service department always treats me nicely, especially when they serve that freshly made popcorn! And when I was in the market for a new car, salesperson B. Mosely got me in and out in no time! I look forward to continuing my business with them for many more years to come!
A great local place to go for all of your Honda parts needs. I routinely find parts for my Honda cheaper than respective parts stores (junk aftermarket parts) in the area. Service is second to none and theyve had everything Ive needed this far. Ill continue to do business with them and would recommend them to anyone who needs parts (cant speak on behalf of their actual auto sales or service)
The manager was very courteous cooperative an understanding. My wife was having a problem with her Honda Pilot . Car would start at times other times it wouldn’t. After taking the car to dealer a few times . The issue was finally resolved. Being from out of state it’s really comforting to find out how really nice southern comfort is at first hand ............After a return visit to this dealership my wife had her car serviced here . Well we’re both retired an really don’t drive much. My wife noticed a noise coming from the passenger side. She asked me to investigate. I drove her car back an forth in our driveway. Indeed there was a noise sounded like paper stuck to tires a familiar sound. So I looked didn’t notice anything on tires . I further investigated checking all wheel nuts . The rear tire nuts were all lose . Thank God we weren’t on a road trip. Tire could’ve easily disassembled causing a crash or perhaps injuring a pedestrian. I’d had this happen me at a different location. I wasn’t as fortunate as my wife. My tire came off on expressway. Damage was extensive.
Annette was my sales rep and I cannot sing her praises enough She works incredibly fast and gave exceptional service. They worked with me hard to make sure I got the exact car Ive always wanted in my budget. John the finance officer was extremely helpful and made sure I knew exactly what was in my contract and helped me more than I could have imagined. Annette was extremely helpful when it came to my toddler. She made sure he was well entertained while I signed my paperwork. I will send everyone I know looking for a new car to her. I will definitely return for all of my maintenance needs or if we ever swing for a second vehicle. Thank you so much to the entire Albany Honda team for being so courteous and helping me get exactly what my family needed!

Please see the updated information at the end of this review. I have taken my car back twice and Im hopeful for a positive resolution. I, Angela Williams, received a recall notice from Honda for airbag propellant replacement on my 2011 Honda Insight. Being new to Albany, I was amazed that Honda sent me the notice to my new address. I had an excellent relationship with my previous Honda dealer/service having purchased 4 Hondas, 3 from that dealer and all of my car servicing over the past 18 years. My search for Honda service in Albany lead me to this location. My warranty work was completed in a timely manner and everyone was friendly. I drove straight to Lowes and when I came out, my car wouldnt start. I waited 10 minutes, still my car did not start. Finally after 25 minutes, my car started. I thought, thats odd, Ive never had this happen before. This keeps happening and now my car is unreliable and I have to spend more money to diagnose the issue and have it fixed. I dont trust taking my car back to this location after this experience. I stopped buying Fords because it seemed that whenever my car was serviced, another costly repair issue would suddenly occur after picking up my car. Im sticking with my car and I will definitely find a different location for service. I dont think this was a coincidence. Im very disappointed. Has anyone else had an experience like this at this service department? I would like to stay local, but Ive lost trust, especially since the service personnel specifically brought up starter issues which Ive never had with my car.Update: The service manager called me the day after I wrote this review. After thinking over the offer to inspect my car, I agreed to the offer. They kept my car all day and called me to pick it up because they couldnt find anything wrong with the car. The service manager told me to bring it back in if I continued to have trouble starting the car.Update 2: I started recording my difficulty starting the car and I took it back to Albany Honda after I couldnt get my car started for over an hour on 3/29/2019. I showed video of the car not starting to the service manager and told him how an unreliable car is next to worthless and asked them to please find out why the car wont start consistently. I am awaiting the outcome. To the owner who reads these reviews. Please call me. Im a retired RN and a former U.S. Marine and I am hopeful for a positive outcome.

I have never bought a new car. Annette the salesman and John the finance guy was wonderful. I didn’t feel pressed to buy anything. They worked really hard to get me the payment I wanted and was very patient. I will not buy from any other place. Albany Honda in Albany Ga. is the best!!
They are very nice cars but I think they are a little bit out of my range as far as price but it is what it is I think during that pandemic a lot of these big companies should be dropping their prices some to help out people they can always make profits when the economy gets back moving again but people need to be able to get back and forth to work so if they cant drive so you know but they are good clean place nice people and they do have very nice cars theyre just a little pricey for me

Kudos also to Tony sales mgr and Keith finance mgr.Would buy or lease a car from them again. AND NOW 5 years later I inquired about pricing etc. for leasing another car...Boy has this place changed---very over the top pushy salesman RICHARD LUDDEN who was so aggressive and pushy with his emails that I did not even bother going into dealership. was hounded every day, even on a Sunday, and asked please for them to stop the every day emails--which of course they did not. Salesman(Deldric) was super friendly and very knowledgeable about his product. When uncertain about an answer he asked someone else for clarification. After we bought our vehicle we went back to have accessories added. We were treated like family from the front to the back of Albany Honda. And to top it off, they had the best deal out of five dealerships in GA and one in AL
I took my car here for a diagnostic check and when I took it there it was running just fine cranking and everything ok when the guy got done and told me I was ready to check out. I then got in my car and it would not start at all. No sound no nothing. I ask him what did he do he said nothing and I knew my car was cranking just find before I got there they need better mechanics and I will not go there ever again. I Hate Albany Honda
I walked in and was hoping to buy a brand new car from the Honda family. While I was there I was treated so rudely from the sales person was trying to talk around the price as would any person would do. Instantly he shut me and my mother down and he Kicked us out so rudely. If I were you Id rather go to Toyota they have better customer service and relationship with there clients.
Provides Good ServiceThis is not a fancy dealership at all. But they are easy to deal with, and deliver what they say they will. I have used the service department for oil changes only. I like the fact that I can make an appointment and they take care of it exactly when they say they will.
My mom bought a new car from their excellent service, Villas Baker was the guy that took care of her and all her needs with the car .
I liked the sales rep Annette, she was very helpful with working around my busy schedule, and made my car buying experience as painless as possible. Ive got a great car now at a great price, Thanks Annette!
Purchase my car in 2017 when they weree running a special the add on Facebook or my I say lie book said you have 5 more days with no down payment a down and you can drive away in a new or pre-owned well mine was no down payment suppose to have been with a free gas card not I purchased my car on May 27th, 2017 the didnt even show me no carfax after I paid cash for the I later found out it was recked once the service department tells you different prices when its time to get your oil change I mean stick with one price and be professional.
I had thought about buying a new car in the near future. I had to go to Albany Honda on other business. While there, I met Andy Newell, one of the car salesmen there. He came out and showed us cars. He was very attentive and diligent to make sure I got the car I wanted, with a great trade in value and a great price on my new car.
Busy place, service dept gives better service for vehicles still under warranty. Svc mgr & one other can be very curt which on my last visit would have caused more commentary from me had I not been so sick. Yes, it was the holidays, however, after a misleading & confusing phone conv to set up an appt for what I thought was warranty work, was grilled by svc mgr upon arrival that was NOT the cars problem. Guys, Im not a mechanic, I brought it for you to figure out so pls dont berate me for describing the problem. The part was overnighted & vehicle was repaired but rather expensive, especially in Dec. Whole diff positive, polite, & RESPECTFUL attitude upon my sons arrival to pick me up since the car had to stay. Mmm, but Im the one paying for the repair.

We bought a Toyota Venza at this at Albany Honda about 3 months ago. We found the same vehicle at three other dealerships, but Albany Honda had the best price and exceptional customer service. Deldric Sams was the best! He had an awesome energy. He was very professional and polite. (Not pushy like most dealers) We will definitely be doing business in the future with this company! Grahm Edwards the salesman at Albany Honda made a liar our of me. I have experience in the car sales business and was certain they all operated the same way or would not be still in business. In my search for a Honda I had already scratched 14 dealers off my list of people I would never do business with after talking to them. There was never any pressure dealing with Albany Honda and I was out the door in less than an hour as a totally satisfied customer. From Grahm to finance all the way to the fine gentlemen who detailed my vehicle before I left the lot, the service and atmosphere was first class all the way. I dont generally write and post reviews but in this case I view it as doing anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle a public service.

When our 2004 Odyssey van transmission failed on our drive to the beach from North Carolina, they quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a generous trade-in value towards the purchase of a new car. While we were enjoying our vacation, they drove to Valdosta to get the color we wanted, and then Linda drove all the way down to St. George Island to meet us to sign the paperwork on Easter Weekend. Outstanding.

My daughter was visiting from Atlanta and her air conditioner and cruise control stopped working. Karen was a great help in getting our Civic back in working condition. Travis diagnosed correctly the problems, repaired the car quickly and correctly, and within the time allotted. Albany Honda will be the 1st dealer I work with when it comes time to trade horses.

Customer service manager which was a man was very rude making me sound like I didnt have common sense the lady I spoke too lied right in my face after I previously spoke with her on the phone all my family own is Hondas and this is not the first time visiting this location and they couldnt get it right poor customer service at this location

This place was outstanding! My AC went out on the way to Olando. We atopped in and explained the situation (HOT) the technician diagnosed the problem in seconds and we had AC again! Thank God! And thank Prince Honda!

I went to Albany Honda this morning 4/22/20 looking to get my 2019 Honda Accord radar repaired and the guy at the service counter Ricky Scott was very rude from the second i walked in the door.

2021-11-04Go see Peyton! He has made buying my dream car so easy! Very accommodating, easy to talk to and works miracles! He will not try to put you in something you don’t want or persuade you into something different! Very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot! They even allowed me to take the vehicle for the whole day just to make sure it met all my needs, wants and was really what I wanted!On top of Peyton being such an amazing person Albany Honda offers so many warranties FREE after the Honda warranty and on top of the basic Honda warranty! When I say FREE I mean FREE! It’s not calculated into the finance charges anywhere, it’s not added to the vehicles price tag, it is really FREE! I don’t know of another place that does this!!Don’t believe anything I said? Then see for yourself!!!

2022-02-15Purchased a new vehicle from here. Easy transaction. Getting my SUV serviced is also a breeze. I make my appointment online and the service is normally done within the hour. Salesman Peyton was great and Karen in the shop is wonderful. Great and quiet atmosphere if you decide to sit and wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Good job Albany Honda!

2022-05-17They fixed my baby fast and quick. Very professional intake price was adequate. They also called promptly to make me aware of price. I fall in love with professionalism automatically and it was the best experience for me by far. It’s hard to find nowadays but this company still has it.

2022-04-12I purchased a car from Albany Honda years ago. From the very first day I purchased the car I have had a particular issue with the car. Every time I took the car for maintenance I would mention this issue(ironically there is no record that I ever asked) I was told this was nothing just maybe its the location that I have the key when driving. They are supposed to be the experts so I trusted them. Now years later and after my warranty is expired the small nothing has turned into a big something. I am very unhappy with the service I have received from Albany Honda. I have only taken my car to Albany Honda and Flowers Honda of Thomasville for all its needs. Albany Honda never completely repairs the car, its always something and their prices are extreme compared to those of Flowers Honda. They have recently gotten so much better as far as customer service (completely due to the new manager E. Carter) in the past it was horrible. Im very upset with Albany Honda and I would not recommend taking your car to them unless you have no other choices.

2022-06-29THEY are a rip off with poor service. They charged me $280 for looking at my car told me I needed a compressor along with other stuff that totaled $1500 when all My car needed was the line running to the condenser. I will not be returning to Albany Honda EVER!

2022-01-24Mr. Mosley sold my mother a car that they knew was no good. The car goes from 65 miles an hour to below 35 mph randomly. (Known issue through the manufacture.) The car gives an error code that says your engine power has been reduced. The car was purchased in November and has done this twice already. This is definitely a major safety hazard.I guess Albany Honda has made their money from the sale so it’s no longer of their concern. The car has been put in the shop previously and they never confirmed the repairs with the shop they sent it to. We will be seeking legal counsel for further assistance. Don’t go here people you may get stuck with a lemon & a headache.

2022-02-11Was told one of the most ridiculous things I’ve heard in my life today ,,I was told I cannot buy a vehicle unless I have a trade in because I live outside a certain mile radius from the dealership ! Since when does a customer location determines if they have to trade a vehicle in ! Albany Honda lost a very interested customer

2021-03-19Great service and very knowledgeable. Were willing to help us with choose the right car and take their time with us.Update: 8 hours into driving, the check engine light came on. It could be the dealers not at fault. But still figured I should update my review, if they fix it Ill restore the 5 star review and update it again.Update 2: they seem to be doing everything in their power to right the issue and didnt charge us for the repair.

2020-06-09My grandaddy got my car from here. The staff were great and very good with Customer Service. When I got my car I had an issue with it, but it was automatically taken care of without any questions asked. Satisfied Customer, so far. Thank you Albany Honda! The general manager is Awesome !
