Loved visiting hereLoved how this place had recycling trash cansThe energy 🙌 is amazingThe staff is coolThis place could use some updated equipmentLove how they give back to the community 💯They were doing a food drive here some time back & the people were coming from all over to partake in such greatness 🙌
I dont visit the YMCA to exercise. I visit Rebalance Holistic Therapy, inside the Y, for Reiki massages. If youve never had a Reiki massage, consider trying it. You stay completely clothed. The only thing you remove are your shoes and your energy is massaged. I know it sounds crazy, but after 4 visits you begin to feel more positive.

2022-01-15My preferred workout haven. I love the Y because of the different amenities offered. From the heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, free weights and Nautilus etc. The Y has everything I need and so much more that I haven’t named. This location in Albany is clean clean! The staff is readily available when needed and the equipment is user friendly and always in working condition. I have enjoyed this location over the big name gym location, which only could offer a massage chair and tanning beds I don’t need.

2022-03-01My baby goes to their after school program and has for over a year. He loves it. He had horrible experiences at his previous daycare that caused him to be very standoff ish, but they have been so patient and understanding with him!! Thank you so much to Chris and his staff!!

2022-04-29I give 3 star and yet l wanted to give one. But the woman that clean make the place look nice and clean. The Front Seat is the big problem there especially this older black woman.

2021-10-31I go there just because they have a swimming pool, they do not follow hygiene rules, lots of people they dont shower before they get into the pool, there is no one telling the people that they need to shower 😢 they do have nice workout equipment though. I must say I give them five stars for customer service, very professional and friendly people.

2020-06-23Clean, friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable and kind staff. I signed my toddler up for private swim lessons and the instructor made his time in the pool so much fun and easy. He was excited and more advanced than I knew. The prices could be more affordable but he enjoyed himself.

2021-06-02The time hours are horrible and they try to keep younger kids out of the facility early. The pool is also filthy with bandaids, hairballs, and rust/gunk everywhere as well as the basketball court has not had a waxing on the floor in years so the court is slippery.Overall bad experience!

2020-12-08My entire family loves going to the Y. We all get to spend those extra 1-1/2 - 2 hours together before I go to work. Since I work nights, this is very important for us. Always clean and the staff is very friendly.

2019-11-30I joined primarily for the use of the pool, but I rarely get to use it due to inconvenience hours or maintenance issues. Recently I decided to try one of their group classes for the first time and the instructor never showed up! Everything seems very outdated and the membership isnt cheap.
