I really like this location. I use to go to another and every time I went they would rack my bill up and I would have to leave my car there for days and weeks at a time until they could get to it. I hated taking my car there. When I found this location my experience has been a lot better. Blake and the entire team at Alfa Romeo Marietta are pretty solid, honest, and does really great work. I am a satisfied customer and look forward to future business with them.
Mike, Zach and the whole team at Alfa really stepped up when I purchased a TT RS from them. The entire deal was done remotely and all paperwork ready to go when I arrived. Mike checked up on me for the entire duration of my drive back to South Florida and has followed up multiple times after. Great dealership, great negotiations. Definitely will keep an eye on their inventory for future purchases.
I live in NC and was looking for an bmw 5 series. I found a car which looked great and reached out to dealer through carguru.Got a call from Mike Rios who explained about the car and sounded very knowledgeable and excited about the car. I was very hesitant to proceed further as this was my first time online/used car purchase. I expressed this to Mike who was kind enough to make an video call and showed every inch of the car and assured me. Post that call I felt this is the car waiting for me I said let’s go ahead.Rest all steps worked like a magic. Mike took care of all documentations online, helped me with finance and all these happened in one day. Same day Mike introduced me to a transport person Sharon who had all my details. This was the smoothest car purchase I have ever made thanks to Mike Rios! It started out with a simple quick email of an inquiry on the vehicle. Mike responded right back that evening which was pretty close to closing time for him (I’m in Alabama and an hour behind). I sent another email at 10:30pm cst that night thinking that he would see it on Monday and respond then. NOPE! Mike sent a response maybe 30mins later! I knew then that I was going to be buying this car. Everything went smoothly with purchasing this car, from sales, to financing all the way to shipping to my door. I want to thank Chase for his assistance and helping me with my Stelvio. I was actually ready to throw in the towel on my car I just purchased in November until coming here. Chase was very professional and he answered every question I asked. I walked away knowing more about my car than I did on the day of purchase. Although they are small I feel the staff here really takes pride in what they do and they believe in the brand unlike Alfa Romeo of Atlanta that caters to Maserati owners and you feel like you just a number after they take your money. Went in to get a pre-purchase inspection for my wife’s Alfa Romeo. The staff were nice and considerate, especially the service (manager?) Chase. He treated me kindly and was respectful as well. Definitely choosing this place as our de facto dealership for any maintenance we’ll need to get done. Their pricing for parts/labor also seems competitive, especially compared to the only other Alfa Romeo dealership (in Chamblee). Very happy with my first impression.
Have brought my car in for service here a few times now, and I must say Chase is an absolute gem. The man provides the best customer service Ive had in my 11 years of driving, hands down. Coupled with the great job the technicians do, I dont think I will be taking my Giulia anywhere else.
I purchased a Lincoln Navigator from Alpha Romeo Marietta on 2/12/2022 I received the best service I could ever hope for. Everything was done over the internet no wait I was approved in less than 15 mins for my loan. Mike Rios is the one who handled the sale. Michael Goodal handle the loans. If you are looking for the best prices and great customer service it is worth the drive. I went to pick up my Navigator and was out in less than 5 minutes.
This was our first experience with this service department. We had been taking my Stelvio to a different Alfa dealer all the way across town. We weren’t unhappy, just hated the drive. Chase and his team here are fantastic and customer oriented. We will be staying at Alfa Romeo of Marietta
Excessive amount of water got into my tail headlamp and my nearest dealer wouldn’t take me until a couple weeks out and did more search for alfa romeo dealership nearby and i found one in marietta georgia which was about 2 hour drive, where i was applaud to speak with a awesome soul by the name of chase and his vibe and energy was on point which plays a big role in customer service with me and he had no problem scheduling my appointment within the same week and when i arrived i was greeted and taking care of right away which was great and the people working there were also quiet but good people. would recommend if you’re in surrounding areas.

My recent purchase experience at Select was outstanding. Ive bought and sold a lot of cars, but this was possibly the fastest, easiest, smoothest trade transaction ever. I found the 911 online late on a Saturday, went to the Select website and saw the specifications, CarFax and the original sticker info, nice, clear and easy. I clicked to check availability. Went to other web services to evaluate their price and my trade value. That same night I got a call from Mike Goodall to tell me about this Porsche they had. In the price discussion, Mike told me what they paid for the car at auction, which I later independently confirmed was 100% accurate. Select was fully transparent. I made an appointment for Monday morning, they were ready and the car was in outstanding condition. My wife and I drove off alone for a test drive. NEVER any pressure, but this car sold itself. I was prepared to shop my M6 around town but Select offered me more than I expected on trade in, then discounted the 911 off asking price by about 3%. The deal was easy, fair, low-key and no haggle needed, amazing. The next morning I was in and out in 60 minutes with my new preowned, waxed, scream machine. Terrific! You gotta like Mike!

Ive purchased nearly 50 cars and this was one of the worst car buying experiences Ive had. During the Covid shutdown, youd think they would have been eager to sell me a car because I was the only fool shopping around during Week 3. Nope. The price negotiation with salesperson Roger was slow and at no point was I sure that Roger was even still engaged in the discussion. Then, after I agreed to purchase the BMW M4 at the negotiated price, Roger sent me the sales agreement with an extra $899 Processing/Doc fee. I asked what the fee covered since I live in California and would not be registering the car in Georgia nor paying sales tax in that state, Roger said the fee was ...to pay for the back room. That is a sleezy corner used car lot practice, not one suited to trying to sell Bentleys and the like. Jumping ahead to picking up the car, I let Roger know that Id be flying to Atlanta in two days to pick up the car. All I got back from Roger was a two word text: This Thursday? Then not another word. No, ...do you need a ride from the airport? ....is there anything else you need? Nothing. I walked into the dealership @ 8:30am expecting the car to be ready. I planned on being there for 15-20 minutes, just long enough to pick up the keys since the car was already paid in full. I walked in and Roger said, Are you Joe? The car isnt here. We sent it to have the bumper painted. Come back in a few hours. Seriously? I had a 3-day cross country drive ahead of me and they sent the bumper to be painted. It was downhill from there. After wrestling with them to get the car back from the paint shop and in no uncertain terms not wanting to deal with Roger again, I left, but not until finding out that the car only had one key (purchasing the 2nd key is a $500 expense) and no owners manual. The associate helping to get rid of me said he would mail the owners manual to me. I received it today in the mail--------they purchased from eBay. Not only was it not the original owners manual as promised, but they went online and bought an owners manual to a different car other than the one that I bought, and a different year then had it sent to me. Just a complete dumpster fire all the way around. And if you decide to buy from them and have a problem, dont bother escalating to John Rodriguez the GM. He wont return your phone calls nor your email messages. Select Luxury is trying to play in the big boy world of high end luxury resellers but it is total amateur hour in Marietta.
I live in South Carolina and have been purchasing from here since 2018 when they were Select Luxury Cars. While there this weekend, my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio sprang a coolant leak due to a service mistake made by my local dealer in South Carolina. Not only did Chase (the service manager) work me in the same day, he also contacted my local dealer that caused the issue and worked out the dealer-to-dealer compensated repair, so no out-of-pocket to me.In addition, as we waited for the verdict, James (salesman) made my wife and I more than comfortable and welcome by constantly checking on our well-being and status (mind you we werent even there to shop for a car).And Finally, one of the partners in the Alfa Romeo Marietta dealership (sorry, I forget the gentlemans name), bent some loaner/rental rules so that my wife and I could make the 244mi trip back home until our car is repaired.To sum things up, Alfa Romeo Marietta greatly softened the impact of a terrible situation.Highly recommended.

Id say that if you expect the service from a Honda dealer, then you would not be disappointed as a jab, but Ive owned a Honda and actually their service was better. This is more the service you would come to expect from a buy-here-pay-here lot or something in that scale. BUT certainly not Alfa Romeo standards.Ive seen dishonesty, a lack of care and concern, and a disregard in respect to my time.In a world where there are real problems, I find it difficult to complain about my experience at a Alfa Romeo Dealership. However, my hope is that at least one person would read this and choose to take their business elsewhere. You may save yourself some un-needed frustration.
Fantastic experience all around working with Select Luxury Cars! I highly recommend not only checking out their amazing inventory online but also making a trip to go there in person. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Specifically, Drew and John were pleasures to work with and exceeded any expectations I had! I also recommend you talk to Jerry about the additional warranties you can purchase for your car (regardless where you bought it) since the prices Select Luxury was able to get for me for the tire/wheel, key replacement, windshield, and dent warranties were definitely the best deals I found (and very advisable to be able to drive a luxury car without worrying about the cost to make any of those repairs or replace a lost key!). I will definitely be going back here for my next vehicle purchase!
I live out of state and I purchased vehicle on February 12, 2021, due to Covid there were some issues with Fedex and me receiving documentation. I received vehicle on March 2, 2021, on March 6, 2021, I noticed damage to wheel well. The pictures taken by transporter prior to me receiving vehicle shows damage to wheel well. On March 6, 2021, I contacted sales person James Younis via text and advised him of damage. He replied on March 6, 2021, via text It should be covered by extended warranty Let me know and second text received a minute later we didnt see it? Otherwise we should have fixed it here at our service department. On March 29, 2021, I took vehicle to local dealership get wheel well repaired and they advised it was damage and not covered by warranty. Additionally, while vehicle was being serviced it was discovered the opposite tire rim was cracked. On March 30, 2021, via text about wheel well, James Younis advised me any body shop could repair and let him know the cost and he will talk to the manager. On March 31, 2021, I sent James Younis a picture of cracked rim and he replied same day via text I am trying to talk to them I wish you would have told me when you received it. I will get back with you. The next day or so, I did speak to James Younis via cell and he advised me how would they know I didnt crack rim. I advised I have been only person to drive vehicle and I hadnt hit anything with the rim. The was the last time I spoke with James. I never heard back from anyone from dealership. I contemplated posting a review detailing my experience, but decided to write it off as a lost and never would I purchase a car from Select Luxury Cars nor would I purchase a car out of state.However on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, I received an email from Shayna Weiner the General Sales Manager wanting my feedback from my experience with Select Luxury Cars. I contacted Shayna Weiner via cell phone on June 3, 2021, around 10am Eastern time and advised her of my experience. She advised me she had to research to see what was documented and would get back to me later in the day. I didnt receive a fallow up call from Shayna Weiner at all. Mindful her email spoke of how they want to make sure everyone has an excellent experience. Nevertheless, I contacted Shayna Weiner on June 8, 2021, for follow up with my concerns. During our brief conversation she recalled my initial phone call and advised she researched and there was no documentation and due to time frame there was nothing she could do. Again, I briefly reiterated my experience and again she reiterated due to lapse in time there was nothing that could be done. I said OK and we concluded conversation. At know time did she apologize for not returning my call nor offer an explanation for not returning call.I truly believe once I purchased vehicle my concerns and needs were an after thought for Select Luxury Cars. I am not posting this review for Select Luxury Cars to make anything right with me. That window has pass and I will not communicate with them about this matter anymore. Just my experience so others can make an informed decision when deciding to purchase vehicle or do business with Select Luxury Cars. My apologies for the lengthy review.

He has been helpful and informative each step of the transaction. Roger has always been timely, and that is key for a long distance purchase.They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from and it was fairly easy to get to from Atlanta Airport.Looking forward to updating my review after delivery.

I highly recommend staying away from this place. Bad customer service and very unprofessional. My husband Contacted Roger to purchase a S550 Mercedes cash money. In the middle of doing the necessary paperwork and talking with my credit union over the phone Roger says “Car Sold” mid conversation. Roger was sooo eager for a $1000.00 deposit, he literally sold the car mid covo. Not a care in the world on how unprofessional it looked or how you made your customers feel. Even made the comment “I told you to send the $1000”🤔 WOW!! I would’ve gave you $2000. All about making quick money and transactions. This was no way to treat a legit paying customer. Word of mouth is a companies biggest networking tool🤭be careful how you treat people!!✌🏾
Bought a 2018 infiniti q50 from this place. Nice lady named Jam and her assistant William help me out a lot to finding the right car. They took there time heard what I had to say not pushy at all. The real magic behind the curtain was Lionel. He really can work some wonders when it comes to the financial side of things for day 1 I am happy.
Last week I bought a 2017 BMW 750i from Select Luxury, and I was completely happy with the experience. I live in Houston, but I decided to fly to Atlanta to pick up the car in person and drive it home myself. Select was great every step of the way.When I got to the airport, they had a driver in a very nice brand new Escalade waiting to pick me up and take me to the dealership. When I got there, my car was fully detailed and all the paperwork was ready to go. The whole thing was very professional and efficient, and I was on the road home in no time.I dealt with Henry Ramos and James Younis in sales, and Jerry for the finance paperwork. All of them were very friendly and professional.I have to admit, I was initially hesitant given some of the lower-rated reviews here, but based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Select, and I would gladly buy another car from them in the future. I drove the car almost 1,000 miles home, and it was flawless, and like I said, the customer service from Select was top-notch.
I went to Select Luxury dealership after seeing a spectacular and immaculate 2015 Maserati GranTurismo Conv listed on their website, selectluxury.com. I went to the dealership as a walk in customer and was approached by Roger who is a true professional and I’m very appreciative for his dedication in consulting me with the purchase. The dealership is very clean and spaciousI felt comfortable to be in a welcoming environment. The staff made every precaution to maintain a COVID safe environment. However I did not purchase my dream car because my wife and I couldn’t agree on the vehicle and another lucky customer drove off with a great car at a great price. After seeing the quality of the cars they select to sell on their lot, I’m going to keep checking with Select Luxury and Roger for another special Maserati GranTurismo Convertible to come through. Word of advice to first time potential customers, If you see a car that you really like, I suggest you move quickly, make the purchase and make it yours! But I called him that morning and told him not to let anyone have my car! He told me he has the keys! He was so nice polite and amazing as I was running late to meet him. He made the whole process fun and easy! He has such a genuine kind spirit! I can easily read someones intentions. He was just so honest and upfront! He was so knowledgeable his experience showed! First time purchasing a car from Select Luxury Cars and the experience was the best I have ever had with auto transactions. My sales guy Allen was marvelous! He not only explained everything to my understanding, but also helped me through the entire out of state purchase process. He did not at any time refer me to someone else fro example from a different department. Everything was clear, not rushed and very well accommodating. i have bought cars many times, both in and out of state, and this was by far my best experience. Thank you to all Select Luxury Cars staff who made this process seamless and enjoyable. Yes! I actually enjoyed buying my BMW X5 and at the best price compared to other dealers around the country.
Working with Orlando and Select Luxury Cars made purchasing my 07 Bentley Continental GT a breeze. Upon arriving around 2pm on Saturday, I was quickly greeted by Orlando, who was both knowledgeable and engaging. He took his time showing me a multitude of different coupes, and we finally decided to test drive the Continental GT. On the test drive Orlando went through all the features of the car as if he had studied the vehicle for years. When we returned it was close to 4pm, but he promised he could get the car detailed, swap on some new rims, and sold to me by 6pm. I was impressed by the speed and easiness of the transaction. I came back the following day when I had more time and Orlando was happy to go over all of the features of my car.I highly recommend working with Orlando.I also worked with Jerry Bates in the finance department. He also made the transaction extremely easy and quick. I appreciated his professionalism.
My experience with Select Luxury Cars was overall very good. From Nebraska I searched for 3 months for a White 2013 Maserati Granturismo Sport with carbon fiber interior and found it at their dealership. It was also the best deal in the nation with only 11,000 miles, clean carfax etc. I jumped on it sight unseen. Roger was very good to work with, returned calls and emails quickly. Also Jerry Bates was a pleasure to work with. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the day the car was loaded and shipped I never heard from them ever again. Just kind of a bummer there was no follow up, No After the sale follow up..Just crickets chirping. I love the car, was more than I expected. I just recommend sending a follow up email, card, or something. A call from Roger a week or two later would of been really nice. More likely to buy again with a follow up.

I recently purchased an Audi A7 from the guys at Select Luxury Cars in Marietta. The process was very smooth and the car was in great condition. Mike did a good job answering all of my questions and helping me through the process, as I havent bought a car in years. Jerry made the financing part of the deal incredibly easy, and I was able to get a great rate, even better than my financial adviser estimated! There was no pressure during the entire process and the entire pricing package was explained up front. All tag and plate paperwork was done for me, including the emissions, which is nice.Before heading to the dealership, I thought the reviews on this site (near perfect) must be fake. I thought they must pressure people into writing reviews at the dealership, but that didnt happen at all. After dealing with these guys, I can comfortably add my 5 star rating. The whole team is friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to work with. When it comes time to buy again, this will be the first place I go.
Say Patel the General Manager claims to be a man of his word, he is not! He will even sign documentation agreeing to something he has no intention of following through with, and then hide and not respond when it is time for him to follow through on what he agreed to. This company owes me money, that Say Patel is aware of and signed off on and when it was time to pay me he stopped answering texts and calls. I have text messages and signed paperwork to prove this. I’d be very weary of doing business with this dealership if I were you!
I just had to share my great experience with Select Luxury Cars. We purchased a Lexus IS350 and was a little nervous about buying something with only pictures and the word of the salesman. I have to say that the car was more than I expected and Orlando was true to his word. The car is beautiful! The whole transaction took about 10 minutes and we were on our way back to Missouri. I plan on purchasing my next vehicle from Orlando at Select Luxury. He was honest and I really appreciated working with him. At this point, I would even feel comfortable having him ship me my next car without seeing it in person.
I have purchased several cars over the years from Select Luxury and I keep coming back because the quality of the vehicles, the value for the money, the professionalism and courtesy of the staff is simply second to none. I have found that at Select you can drive a one or two year old low mileage luxury vehicle in excellent condition with the majority of the warranty remaining for significantly less money than a new car and not suffer the staggering amount of depreciation that a vehicle takes in the first year or two. It simply doesnt make sense to loose thousands of dollars simply by driving your brand new vehicle off the dealers lot. The smart buyer lets someone else take the loss while you reap the benefits. And Select has proven to me to routinely offer an extensive selection with among the lowest prices in the United States. The folks at Select have extensive knowledge across a wide range of marques and that work with you to find the perfect car that fits your needs. I have nothing but good things to say about select luxury cars. I live a good ways away from them but when i saw a car they had listed i decided to give them a call. After talking with ASH and him telling me about the car i felt confident to make a decision and put a deposit on the car. I booked a flight for a few days later and flew in to pick up the car. Upon arrival i was very happy to find the car was in described condition if not even better. My experience with select was very good they were honest and transparent about the pricing of the vehicle and didnt have any hidden fees tacked on in the final paper work which is hard to find with dealers now days. First and foremost, I must say that Orlando, the salesman I worked with, was very easy to talk to and accommodating to all of my requests as an out of state buyer. He kept in contact with me even when he was not at work. However, once we got to the final stage of the purchase, it all fell apart. After working with Orlando for almost a week on a pre-owned car he had for sale, he sent me an offer via e-mail on Sunday to which I countered at 9:30 the following morning. I did not hear from him after that, so I called him on my lunch break around 1:00 PM. We spoke briefly and agreed on a price for the car and he asked that I send over a credit card deposit as his boss had 3 other people interested in the car. I told him to e-mail me the deposit document and I would fill it out as soon as I got back to the office. Within 30 minutes I had it filled out and sent back to him. Shortly after that, he called me and told me one of the employees at the dealership was needing a new car and was in between the one I was interested in and another one they had in stock. This was a shock to me, as he had my credit card deposit in his hand, we had just agreed on the sale price 30 minutes ago, and I had been working on this with him for almost a week now. All he could tell me was they must really like this employee and I will let you know. Didnt hear from him for a bit, then he told me, now the kid is trying to figure out if he can afford the insurance on the car. Are you kidding me? Orlando had gone into detail about the history of the company, their online reviews, and their devotion to customer service, especially out of state buyers, but to sell the car out from under me to an employee at the dealership after we had agreed to a price on the phone AND had already submitted the form for the deposit? Cant say thats very good customer service.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! DONT GO ELSEWHERE!I discovered this gem only after being told by RBM of Atlanta that my transmission was out of commission and the repairs would cost me $7,000 to get it back to driving condition. I gasped at the thought of paying, what I considered, such an astronomically, insanely high amount, so. . . I did some research, Select Luxury Cars came up in my Google search and based on the rave reviews, I decided to have my car towed off of RBMs lot onto theirs.I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service excellence they delivered at Select, from the courteous phone calls to the, warm welcome when you enter their facility, the hospitality, the immaculate service area and the VERY REASONABLE PRICE!!! I was blown away with the significant difference in cost for service repairs. For the amount of money Mercedes was going to charge me, I could have five services performed on my vehicle and it still would NOT total 7 grand! Unbelievable!I want to give a special thanks to RT, Duncan and Brian and of course the expert techs who take their jobs seriously and provide quality work, which is hard to come by these days. Very disappointed in this company. I live relatively far away from Marietta, and was negotiating to have the car inspected prior to purchase. The inspection was today (Tuesday) and I was assured that the car was unsold as of this morning. I paid for the inspection prior to opening hours of the dealership, and the dealer was to deliver the car for inspection first thing this morning. However, the car was not delivered until after noon -- very suspicious. Then, I got a text at 3 pm that the car was sold! I believe they were holding out for a buyer who did not require an inspection. Good luck to him or her!
The most amazing car buying experience I’ve ever had. Every person I worked with at select went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and leaving happy. I worked with Oscar Bryant shopping for a new suv to accommodate our new addition to the family. He helped select the BMW X3 and my wife could not be happier. Oscar was very friendly and respectful throughout the process and never made me feel pressured. He always answered questions and went out of his way to show me alll the cool features. Hal Makorow the general manager was incredibly nice. Hal helped with my trade in, the warranty options, and the process of purchasing the BMW X3. Hal listen to all my concerns and made sure my wife and I left happy. Jerry in finance was great to work with and made the financing process quick and easy. We felt great about our new purchase and have peace of mind knowing it came from a top quality dealership with top quality management (Hal and Adler), ownership(Robbie), and staff.
We had a wonderful experience. We saw the ad for a Jaguar F type convertible online and contacted the dealer. Mike Goodall was our sales person, and what a pleasure to deal with. I have to say its a rarity to find someone who treats you and makes you feel like youre his only customer. There will always be something that pops up especially when yourre shopping from 700 miles away. He stayed on top of everything. Helping with the shipping, warranty, whatever we asked. No was simply not in his vocabulary (not talking about price here lol but he did his best to get us his best deal). Even in the process of detailing the car, they cracked the windshield, (things happen) but he was a stand up guy. He called to let me know what had happened, (where many may just let it ship without saying anything). He called our local jaguar dealership paid for the windshield replacement (all prior to shipping) and handled everything. Ask for Mike Goodall!!! I am a year late writing this review, but I could not let another day go by without posting something. I have had nothing but great experiences with Select Luxury. Their customer service is wonderful! at the dealership and the Service center. I bought a 2010 Range Rover in January 2015. The vehicle is in amazing condition, I have not had one issue with the truck. I recommended Select Luxury to a friend but she decided to buy a BMW X5 from another dealer. Unfortunately, she has had her truck for only one month and it has broken down on her TWICE! water hose, heater, and a recall on the air bag. SHE TELLS ME ALL OF THE TIME, I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO YOU AND GONE TO SELECT LUXURY!I will be purchasing my next Range Rover from Select Luxury!
Purchasing an 2008 M5 was challenging being located in Ohio and most matching available cars being located across the continental US. After finding the car that I liked the most, I contacted Select Luxury Cars. Working with Orlando and Jerry was the most enjoyable car buying process that I have ever been through. They filled out all of the paperwork and sent them for me to sign as my Wife was not wanting to make the 500 mile drive like I was. Arriving at the dealership after leaving at 4am, I was greeted by several very friendly sales associates. The transaction at this point was simply turning in the paperwork to Jerry who reviewed the signatures while my son and I admired the showroom inventory. Within minutes of being at the dealer, I was given the tour of my new M5 and wished a very happy and enjoyable drive home. I was in the market for a 7 series bmw as i seen the value was very good on the pre owned side. I searched and ended up right back in Georgia finding the perfect unit at Select. I have been buying cars from them for almost 15yrs. I encountered dwayne as he had been a repeat sales person from another dealership. And by far i must say his service is still BEYOND TOP TIER!! He made sure he sent me a full video prior to me viewing the vehicle in person. I arrived took a test drive and even noticed a small vibration. And knowing Select i knew once we informed Mike Goodall the Boss! He informed Andrew whom i have known from getting my cars serviced at Butler.. Whom is now in charge of inventory at Select. All the tires and rims were replaced!! Due to one having a slight bend which gave me the vibration! Jerry the finance director took good care of me. Mind you i came to see the car on thurs, and as promised the vehicle was ready for pick up today. And just to think i just came to drive it, handle the paperwork and go back to my meetings. But they were so pleasant i chose to stay and let them finish waxing and buffing the car, Oh and it came with a FULL TANK!!!!! Select is probably one of very FEW PREMIUM PREOWNED Dealerships i will ever buy from!! They give you a new car experience at a PREOWNED lot. Select Luxury Cars has a great and wide selection of quality cars (From Mini Coopers to Ferraris). We actually came to look at a Mini Cooper S and couldnt pass up an incredible deal on a BMW M6. All cars on the lot seem to be top quality and very well maintained (Which tells me they have high standards). Zero sales pressure. Extremely easy to deal with. Wife and I test drove the car, stuck a deal and completed the paperwork in less than an hour and a half. Got a great rate and no surprises. First place to look for my next car. Dealer sold me a vehicle with a multitude of system issues along with a horn that does not function. This vehicle was in “excellent” working condition and passed their inspection according to the dealer. Service team advised these issues “magically” appeared once it came off the flat bed, and was delivered (less than 10 seconds). This dealership places profit above their customer’s safety and satisfaction. Buyers, please be careful!
I advise everyone to avoid this place. I bought a car from Select Luxury and it had many issues that of which none were described to me. It had been hit in the passengers door and it was stated that it was a non issue. Once I got on the road I discovered that the passenger side window wouldnt go down and with the air conditioner running water was flooding the passenger side carpet so I had to drive in the heat with no a/c. The u-joints or transfer case are making a jerking and popping noise effect when you take off so I will have to take it to a Porsche dealer for repairs. The heated steering wheel doesnt work as well as theventilated seats. I am not sure how much more stuff is wrong with thecar but I am afraid to find out. There is very little warranty left and this dealer sold as is. I had to pay for fixing the burns in the front seat and the tear in the back seat at my own expense and they wouldnt cover it.They never said that it was a smoker car and Ill probably never get that smell out of the car. Just dont deal with Orlando or anyone at this dealership!

Saw a good deal on a Q50 and decided to give them a call. Spoke with Roger and he told me to come in the next morning, when I arrived he showed me the car and let me test drive it and since my wife worked close he even let me take it by for her to see, who does that? Anyways I wanted to get the car inspected by Infiniti and again Roger was patient and let me take the car, inspection came back clean.(I still cant understand why people dont get cars inspected before purchase!) Since I had already secured financing through my bank Roger had all the paperwork setup and I was signed and out in no time. Best part of the entire experience was that there was no tricks, pressure, etc from Roger or the finance department to push you into products or something you did not need.Let me add this last bit, I was there buying a Q50 and Roger gave me the same attention as the couple he was selling a Ferrari to.
I purchased a car online and wanted to have an independent firm check it out for me before I signed the papers. I called Select Luxury Cars on Monday afternoon. They picked up my Mercedes CLK on Tuesday morning and had done the complete analysis on the car by noon. They were thorough, friendly and extremely helpful and did a great deal to ease my mind regarding an online purchase of an expensive automobile. They found three small items that were needed attention. They notified the company where I purchased the car and then notified me. I, in turn, contacted the business where I purchased the car and they repaired the three things that Select Luxury Cars found that needed attention. I am very pleased with Select Luxury Cars and Michael was a pleasure to work with.
I would highly recommend to stay away from Select Luxury Cars if you are an out of state buyer. I recently purchased a Maserati Granturismo from them and I had the car shipped to Massachusetts. The car showed up with a service engine light on a broken mirror switch, a cracked front grill and it also failed a my state inspection. Before I purchased the car I spoke to my salesman Rodger about if there was any damage to the car and he said everything is in great condition. I understand that I wasnt buying a new car but I cant believe they would send out a car in this condition. I spoke to the sales manager Hal about my issues he told me I shouldn’t have purchased a car from out of state. He also told me that all the cars that they sell are as is per Robbie Ashcar. On there website it says that they service all there vehicles before they sell them doesn’t mean they service them it means they give the a look over if if the car looks good then thats there service. I strongly recommend to stay away from Select Luxury Auto. After taking the car to a repair facility to see what was needed to pass inspection. I am near Seattle, WA and was looking for a specific BMW 640i convertible. I found it in Georgia at Select Luxury Cars. I weighed the pros and cons of buying a car online and even considered flying to GA to test drive the vehicle first. But I read the reviews and, after speaking with James Younis on the phone, carefully reviewing the photos and Carfax report, and receiving a summary of their 112-point inspection, I decided to take the plunge. The car was priced well (dont expect to dicker because they wont!) and was still covered by BMWs warranty, the paperwork was a breeze since I was paying cash, and they set me up with a car transport company that got the car to me in record time.It is beautiful and I love it and would work with James and Select Luxury again!Some negatives: James had assured me the car would be completely detailed, but it arrived with several minor dings and chips. The convertible top also had several mildew spots which should have been addressed during detailing. When I asked James about it, he said their service team didnt want to try to match the paint, and that he hadnt noticed any mildew, but that a BMW dealer would be able to take care of it. Also, the second day of driving it, it stalled out in the middle of an intersection and wouldnt start again. At the BMW service center, they told me it was a fuel injection problem and they fixed it at no charge. I mention that because Select Luxurys 112-point inspection didnt find the problem. These negatives are why I didnt rate them with 5 stars instead of 4.In summary, though, James made me feel comfortable making such a substantial purchase from the other side of the country, so I decided to trust the process. Knowing the car was still under factory warranty also provided additional assurance. AND I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!!

Michael & Select Luxury were very knowledgeable and descriptive over the phone... they have a photographer that covers about every inch of the car before uploading photos. I spent over 50 hours researching and looking at cars online before jumping on this one. They were so competitively priced, my wife and I opted to drive 4-5 hours to pick it up. And Im glad we did... the whole process was very open, pleasant, and free of any uncomfortable pressure we got from the dealerships. We thought we were just getting a good price, but we got so much more from our experience with them. ALSO they were extremely fair on the trade-in price. They offered the same amount for our trade-in as the dealership was willing to give us.Right away we both could tell they run a quality operation. Very nice cars in their lot that were all in tip top shape. We will absolutely work with Michael and Jerry in our next purchase. Michael even called us up when a few hours had passed our expected arrival time... he was legitimately concerned and wanted to make sure we hadnt gotten in any sort of accident. But we were just running late :)Jerry Bates was wonderful to work with too. My wife and I are 30 and this was the first car either of us had ever financed so this was all new to us. Jerry walked us through everything and answered all of our (many) questions. I was surprised how streamlined he had all of the documents set up to print out and get you in an out in about 20 minutes. We have had a few questions come up since the purchase and they are always available to speak via phone or answer your emails withing an hour or so.I really felt like I dealt with an honest family run business in an industry that gets such a bad wrap. Mike Gordell I work with in the past. Great guy when I purchased a m6 from him. Recently bought my wife a range rover and trade in her bmw m5. Nothing was wrong with it and he stated injections have issue. He then gave me ab invoice to pay for it. Range rover I bought didnt came with headset and he said he got one and will send. 845 credit score and trying to charge me 4.9 apr. This guy is a crook. Dont deal with him because anything he said is bunch of lies. I kept asking him it comes with 2 keys. He didnt answer till the car was ship. Never will purchase from this dealership again. if they let me have no star, I would put no star
Stopped in yesterday for the first time ever with a friend looking at a specific 6 Series BMW. Was pretty disappointed at the lack of Customer Service shown towards us. Not only were we not greated by anyone while walking the entire lot; but after entering the showroom floor, not one Sales Consultant/Professional approached us. Based on the type of inventory they had, I was quite surprised to have this happen. After recently visiting places like Ferrari of Tampa and a few other high end establishments in Atlanta, this was very unexpected.Come on Select, Im a car Connoisseur and I know every person on the lot is a potential sale or lead.John

I feel pretty confident in knowing about cars but when you go to car showroom you’re still looking for a great service and someone to be able to give you the right numbers. Orlando was a terrible car salesmen. Once I informed him when the numbers came back that it may not be in my budget right now his exact words were “didn’t you think about this yesterday. You should think about these things before wasting someone’s time”. That is literally the job of a car salesperson to be able to punch in numbers and allow you time to decide while giving good service. I would highly suggest no one goes to him if they don’t want to feel angry at the end of the whole process and leave with neither a car nor a good experience.

My parents ended up leaving with a vehicle and encouraged me to reach out to Mr. Lopez.I previously had a couple of failed attempts in me trying to trade in my vehicle. I searched the companys website and showed interest in one of the vehicles on the site and actually was approved for a better more sufficient vehicle with the exceptional assistance of Mr. Lopez.I have never had such an experience at a dealership where the Salesperson actually was consistent and very helpful. I purchased a Porsche Cayenne from Roger through Autotrader. I live in another state and he set up a facetime call to do a complete exterior and interior tour. He showed me the only (small) blemish on the car when he easily could have hidden it. He got the paperwork to my lender extremely quickly and set up the shipping to get it to TN. We had a hiccup about the financing arriving and he could not have been more helpful. We have purchased numerous cars over the years, but Roger has been by far the most professional of them all. He also went the extra mile to help me get the vehicle to TN within a few days. Great organization!
Earching the internet, I was impressed with Select Luxurys inventory. I monitored the sight for months simply waiting on the one to show. Finally it did. Low mileage, well maintained, perfect color combo and options, and based on all my research, priced fairly. I came in, met Allen and Jerry, who were both quite personable and were obviously most interested in my experience at the dealership. Allan and I negotiated the deal very quickly with minimal stress. I desired the window to be tinted, and Allan arranged for that prior to pickup, even though I paid MeggaMax for that service directly and there was no additional margin in the deal for Select. He was just going the extra mile to assure I was satisfied.Jerry was great to deal with as well. He took the time to explain all the extended services, and even though I did not take advantage today, left the door open for the deal we negotiated. Very slick operation. I found the car late Friday night while searching on my iPad. The pictures were extremely professional and I was able to glean all I needed from the posting. Called the Sales office as soon as they opened on Saturday morning. Within 2 hours, my trade in was valued, finance established, Carfax report received, deposit placed and car secured. I purchased a 2002 Z06 from Select Luxury Cars. Everything went fine at first the car was what they said it was which was surprising. Well come time for the title change and they mailed me the title instead of them taking care of it themselves. The customer shouldn’t have to do the leg work of the dealer if they buy the car from them. If that wasn’t bad enough the check for sales tax was incorrect since their “system” was wrong and when I called to discus it I was told “I don’t know what to tell you”. I would never recommend anyone to go even look at a vehicle on their lot because they do not keep to their word and now I’m having to pay additional fees because they did not do simple math correctly. I mean seriously it’s like elementary math... it’s not that hard. If you don’t have a problem paying a different amount than what was agreed on then you’ll be happy as can be but for the common person this will cause an issue. Do yourself a favor and believe the comment I am leaving don’t just ignore it because there are a lot of good reviews.

I always view the automobiles on Select Luxury Cars and finally I saw one that I wanted to purchase. I emailed to make sure that the vehicle was still available and Orlando responded and followed up to make sure that I had all of the information that I needed. I knew this was my vehicle because everything flowed from there. I drove over three hours to pick up my vehicle and Alder was so kind in assisting with my test drive as well as Jerry with finalizing the paperwork. I will refer family and friends to Select Luxury Cars.
Purchased a 2014 BMW in mid march of 2017. When we were signing the paperwork they informed me that a special feature (HUD) they had committed to was now not available on the car. Four days after purchase the tail light failed and seat calibration failed costing me $300.00. Finally, after an inspection at a BMW dealer they informed both front and rear brakes needed to be replaced in addition to the fact they had the installed non-OEM tires that I will now have to replace. Needless to say, for someone handicapped and without a voice, they really took advantage of me. Recommend you shop elsewhere.
Exceeded My Expectations!. I was interested in one of their Aston Martins. After doing my research I decided to purchase the car. I took the time to fly to see the vehicle from the NY area. My expectations were obviously high when buying a pre-owned vehicle. I must say I was impressed with this dealership. Their processes and people are of the highest caliber. I took some time before heading home to visit their service department where I met their Service Director Brian. Brian took some time and took me through the vehicle. What a great resource. Having bought two cars from Select Luxury Auto and being very pleased with my overall experience with the sales process, I was delighted when they recently expanded their operations to also include a professional service center focused on the caliber of vehicles that they also sell. I just had my 2010 Porsche Panamera 4S in for the 60K maintenance and a few other repair items, and I am compelled to say that I feel exceedingly well taken care of!From the onset, Michael Kraman was responsive and knowledgeable about what the 60K service would entail, and additionally accommodated my request for work above and beyond the standard maintenance. Selects pricing for similar service at the Porsche dealership was very competitive as well. Select provided me with a loaner car while the repairs were underway. I was really impressed with the excellent judgment the Select Team exhibited in taking care of other needed repair items while in the process of already executing related work. For example, Select discovered a coolant leak due to a poorly design part that Porsche had since replaced with a much more robust part. The work required extensive labor to remove other engine parts to reach the affected area. The extended warranty I also purchased through Select when I bought the car covered the coolant leak repair costs, but the Select Team made the call to also replace my thermostat (not covered by the warranty) while they were already in there, since it was already 60K and I would be potentially faced with another $1000 labor bill just to take apart the same engine components later to get to the thermostat if I had a problem with it down the road--excellent call! Now I have that added peace of mind for an additional $100.I have my car back now and its running like the proverbial top. I took a peek at the repair shop area and it was as pristine and well stocked with sophisticated equipment as the Porsche dealership. Ive come away from this experience supremely confident that the Select Team is more than capable of supplying my repair and maintenance needs in a manner that is cost effective, diligent, thoughtful, and thorough. I already consider myself a future repeat customer, and I *highly* recommend Select to anyone who is serious about taking care of their high-end automobile--for the near term or the long haul.
I had a Phenomenal experience here. Dwayne, jerry and John where great through the entire process, answered any questions I had and had me in and out within a few hours. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! Best car buying experience I have had and will definitely return in the future!
I purchased a Range Rover sight unseen from New York a month before I picked it up. When I arrived in Atlanta(went out of my way on a cross country military move) to pick up the vehicle, the car was not properly detailed and the trunk wouldnt open due to it being in Valet Mode. We were originally told that we just would have to take it to a LandRover dealer when we got to our destination to have it fixed. Unacceptable. After wasting a couple hours of my time they finally drove it to a Land Rover dealer to have the problem fixed. I would expect that when you have 30 days to prepare a car to be delivered to the customer that you would be absolutely thorough in making sure everything was functional. Also, how do you completely detail a car without opening the trunk? We have now lost an entire day of travel and quite a bit of out of pocket expense in extra hotel and added rental days on our moving truck. The lack of customer service is inexcusable.
Chandler was courteous and pleasant to deal with. He made the sales process quick and seamless. The fact that he was a Jeep Owner himself was an added bonus as he made the purchased of my first jeep almost like an induction to Jeep Fraternity. I would definitely recommend Select Luxury Cars to a friend.
OutstandingThis is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased at Select Luxury. They are outstanding in every respect. We told them what we were looking for, they found it for us, delivered it and arranged the financing in a matter of days. If you want a top quality vehicle from a top notch dealer I recommend Select Luxury Auto.
Avoid this place like the plague. Unprofessional, unmotivated, pushy salesmen just looking to make a quick dollar that could care less about your experience. They know almost nothing about the vehicles they sell. Never felt comfortable for a second dealing with “Mike”. If you value your time, don’t waste it here.
I bought a BMW with 6500 miles on it. within 3 days my wife was stranded on the side of the road 50 miles from home. called the dealership, was told to call BMW. Oh yea, they wished me good luck. seems they took in this car with fuel pump issues and installed a new pump incorrectly causing the second pump to fail. my local BMW dealership had to fix their problem and the problem the bad repair caused. i was told none of this. hope this is not a recycled lemon. would not use these guys again. buyer beware.

We noticed an ad by Select Luxury Cars for an attractive vehicle that fit our budget, went and saw it, and bought it on the spot.We could not be more pleased -- both with the condition of our purchase and the service we received from Select Luxury Cars, and from Allen Siegel in particular. When I arrived in the showroom a few minutes after my wife, I found that she and Allen were already buddies. I have purchased several cars from Mike G. and Select Luxury over the past five years and for the most part I am very please which is not easy to do. They inventory nice cars and used to have the best detail guy around (Marlin) but he moved on to bigger and better opportunities.Mike works hard and is a straight shooter, Jerry Bates always works hard with Mike to make the deal good for both parties.
Drove down from Chattanooga with the intent of buying a BMW I saw on line. Walked around the lot for about 20 minutes no one approached me. Walked into the building no one even spoke. James was always helpful and responsive and likes to see that you get into the car that is right for you. Brought my 750li in with a driver side door issue, where door would not shut, they charged me $800.00 dollars to fix the issue, fine, picked up car end of the service day checked the door it opened and shut, climbed into car to find my seat would not adjust and my doors would not lock from the inside .....so today I have a meeting 75 miles away, I park, shut my door and it wont shut!!!! had to cancel my meeting as I couldnt leave my car as the door wouldnt shut and had to drive all the way home 75 miles holding my door shut. I tried calling shop left several voicemails so far no return calls. ......Monday morning still no return call so I decide to call service, lady claims they had no messages, even though I left several on Saturday smh ...so after explaining the issue of the door not shutting one day after fixing it and charging me $800 and asking why someone didn’t return my messages the service lady said well they were closed Saturday . Also explained that I had to drive home 75 miles and cancel a very important meeting because of all this while holding my door shut and it was met with we can get to you Tuesday .....So I’m going to take my car back so they fix properly but will never do business here again.
This place is an outright scam. Extremely overpriced and the service is atrocious. Josh in service debated my claims that I had to take BOTH of my BMW’s to a different shop days after they were serviced by select luxury. Tons of things missed after spending over 1k @ this scam shop. If you want to waste your hard earned cash, go here!

James Younis was easy to deal with and I got a great 1998 Dodge Viper. I flew in; James had arranged for a ride from the airport, and I was on the road with my new to me Viper in under an hour. The car was in great condition and easily made the 1400 mile trip home without a single issue.
We called ahead to schedule an appointment. We asked how long the service would take and they said it would take 1hr. We confirmed when we brought our 458 that it wouldnt take too long. They made me wait 4 and half hours. I spoke to Brian and Josh and every time i asked, they say 30 more minutes. they should have some respect of peoples time. Bad service for a Luxury car.
I live in Seattle. I bought 2010 Bently Supersports from Mide Goodall. I didnt go to Georgia to verify Mikes description. I took his words and made a deal with him. Mike followed that up. He arranged the tranporation and paper work. It was such a hassle free and easy experience in purchasing 160K car. I am happy that I met a company and a dealer who I can trust.
I took my Jaguar into select luxury cars to have it fixed which it had a number of problems the price on fixing one of the problems was very high but we decided to do it then we received a call from the manager letting us know that he had given us a discount and that he would put the master cylinder on for free we appreciate that we greatly appreciate that so now were speaking and we were told that select luxury cars is finding a cheap or a cheaper master cylinder for brakes and theyre working their hardest to find this mess or cylinder but it will cost us theyre good people but there should be no but theyre just good people I recommend this place and take your luxury car and have it fixed it so you can have your own experience on how good they are with people and your car
Good cars great deals one thing I did not like is u told them to change the oil when I had purchased the car when I first checked it it only had one quart of oil so it was missing some & I told them to change it before I got the car & I didint notice until I have left the dealer ship & they have did nothing to it so I was upset about that cause I have them what they asked for

Glen set my appointment up and was very helpful. When I arrived the next day I was helped by Chase, who is extremely knowledgeable and seems to have a great passion for these machines. They kept me updated on the repairs and had my vehicle back exactly when they said. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership by far!

The sales professional, James Younis assisted me in my vehicle selection , purchasing, as well as ensuring safe delivery of my vehicle and the title as well. The manager here went above and beyond as well in facilitating the entire deal to ensure there were no errors or issues. To be honest the whole process took about an 1 hour thats it! I drove all the way from florida to have the car shipped back and I couldnt be happier with the team here at Alfa Romeo of Marietta,GA.5 stars guys!

2022-05-18This by far was the most painless and enjoyable purchasing experience my wife and I has had. Our salesman Mike Rios was extremely helpful with the many questions I had and was very accommodating with our multi car test drives. He and the finance manager Drew made sure to have everything ready as soon as we came to finish the sale.We spent about 30 minute at the dealer to sign paperwork and have our new vehicle detailed. The managers (Say and Zach) were super friendly. I highly recommend visiting the dealer.

2022-06-07I cant say enough good things! I have a BMW X5 that I needed serviced and the BMW dealer couldnt get me in until next week. I stopped by Alfa Romeo Marietta and they were able to get me in same day! While there, they let me test drive a Stelvio SUV and I was very impressed. I actually ended up trading in my car for a new Alfa Romeo. Its the most fun Ive had behind the wheel. Love it! Highly recommend this store.
