All Georgia Towing in other cities:
I had a flat tire on Thanksgiving evening. AAA came to change the tire; however, the spare had an air leak and was not usable. All Georgia Towing Was there within minutes and promptly loaded my minivan onto their tow truck.Special compliments to RYAN R. !!!He was extremely courteous and helped me safely into the tow truck cab. He’s absolutely an asset to this company. Thank you
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! AAA should be embarrassed!! Incompetent driver that reeks of alcohol locked my steering wheel after I told him that I did not have the key. Then he couldnt tow my car after waiting for 6 hours !! drove off like he did his job. I would have given them negative 5 stars....As far as Im concerned they shouldnt tow bicycles. Oh and dont bother calling to report the driver ALL GEORGIA TOWING OPERATORS ARE NOTHING BUT SAINTS WHO CAN DO NO WRONG SMFH
After being quoted an hour wait time from AAA, the tow truck arrived in about 30 minutes. My friend’s car was in a super weird position in the parking lot but the driver was able to finesse the car onto the tow truck with dexterity. He was professional and very friendly. He even took the time to look at the vehicle and help her figure out what might have happened. Will definitely recommend to others!
Neil from All Georgia Towing was very professional, curious, and knowledgeable. Recently I needed my car towed to a shop because I wanted to purchase a new tire. My tire had completely gone flat. Neil came with his tow truck and informed me I did not have to have my car towed, but he would gladly do so if requested. Immediately I could tell he was not trying to scam me. So I asked him to tow the vehicle and he did. Even though I was not driving an expensive vehicle, (2001 Chevy Cavalier thats on its last leg), he still took great care and tenderness to my vehicle as he loaded it on his truck. Even more so, he showed the same amount of care when he unloaded it from his tow truck. My vehicle has been towed by other facilities before, and I can not recall how anyone showed such care like Neil from All Georgia Towing. This says a lot for this company and the people they hire. Trust me when I say this because of my experience with this company, they really do care about your vehicle and your vehicle concerns.
I had a blown tire and used AAA for assistance with a tow. All Georgia Towing didn’t take the call initially from what I was told by the AAA agent and then they finally did after several attempts. I waited more than 4.5 hours for them to tow my car to a tire shop. I would have preferred a denial from All Gerogia Towing so AAA could have tried to use another towing company.
Had an awesome experience with All Georgia Towing today. A driver from another company had already tried to jump my car, but couldnt get it to start. I was preparing my mind for the worst. Lee, with All Georgia, got it started on the first try! He allowed me to drive it around to see if I was comfortable enough with how it was running to drive it somewhere myself to have the battery tested. He was professional, helpful and saved me a lot of time and money! I will use them again and highly recommend you do too!
Drove from St. Louis to Atlanta to visit family. Car died suddenly and unexpectedly on the busy highway into the city. Called AAA and they sent Reginald from All Georgia Towing. He was great! Very helpful and reassuring in a stressful situation. Highly recommended if you need a tow.
My wifes 03 Buick gave out tonight at a local shopping mall. Brandon S. was on the scene within minutes and loaded our well-aged car for tow with thoughtful care. Professional, efficient and courteous - Brandon did all he could to make a frustrating breakdown a great deal easier. Thank you AGT!
This is probably the best experience I have had with a towing company. First off, I was receiving a call from them while still speaking with AAA. Driver showed up 15 minutes before quoted time, attempted to repair my vehicle so that I could drive. This is the first time I ever tipped a tow truck driver. Keep up the good work. His great attitude reflects kindly on the company he works for. Good job All Georgia Towing
James did an amazing job towing my car off the side of 400 yesterday. He was so skilled and comfortable (the cars were whizzing by so fast!), he got me hooked up in record time. I couldnt believe how fast we were on our way. His compassion began from the moment he heard the distress in my voice when I picked up the phone for his initial call. He went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. And his truck is awesome! Compact and easy to both hook up/maneuver/remove. I highly recommend James Murner with All GA Towing.
First, let me say I’m going to state the facts to help others make an educated decision on who you call for a tow. All Georgia Towing doesnt even deserve 1 star, more like a -10 stars. My car broke down and since Ive had AAA for 15 years and never needed to use their services I decided I would give them a try and get my car towed. After all, I’ve been paying AAA membership fees over the years and figured I should use their services. Big mistake. Well, the bumper got damaged when the car was being unloaded from the rollback. Keep in mind weve had this car 18 yrs. since it was new and its never been in accident or had a single mark on it until All Georgia Towing got their hands on it. If you read thru the reviews you’ll noticed a distinct pattern. If everything goes well, it’s all hunky dory and you got lucky. But as soon as things go bad, tough luck, customer’s fault, no reasonable discussion. If you read thru the negative reviews you will see a pattern to their responses. Its always we are sorry, we have cameras, we reviewed this with our driver, blah blah blah. Not one time have they responded back with “We are sorry, we’ve made a mistake, it was our fault, we will get it taken care of”. Its always on the defensive with some lame excuse on why its the customers fault and not theirs. Why is it always 100% the customer’s fault and you don’t take any responsibility for your actions? I haven’t seen one response where they have taken responsibility. So please read the negative reviews because if you have any issues you will be given excuse after excuse on why they aren’t at fault or partially at fault. There is no attempt to be objective or reasonable and look at the facts. Just their side of the story. If you look at the towing business, repeat customers aren’t part of the business model. They really dont care if you are happy or not or ever use their services again. Because of this incident Im canceling my AAA membership. So, All Georgia Towing you can tell AAA you lost them another long-standing customer.
I called triple A to have my car towed. The lady robin was on the call. She asked me questions about the towing and verified the addresses. She then stated that they can’t complete the service. I asked Why she put me o ok n hold several times to come up with a we don’t service your area. That’s something you knew before accepting the triple A call. She was snacking in the p home as if she was eating. Very unprofessional and even if I’m in their area would not patronize this business.
They towed customers car to wrong location and the customers car was impounded as a result. All Georgia Towing is refusing to pay for to get the customers car out the impound after they made the error. The ladys car was originally being towed to a repair shop after she got stuck on the side of the highway. Now shes being told she has to pay to get the car out the impound in order to have it towed to correct location. The lady has health issues and has been unemployed since the pandemic and now may lose her car because she cant afford to get it out the impound. Very sad unfair situation
I was assured by both AAA and All Georgia Towing’s dispatch office that someone would be to me in an hour (maximum time) or less. After the hour passed the dispatcher called and said the driver was still nine miles away and they thought it would be 20 minutes more but weren’t sure with traffic. I asked for a manager and the dispatch manager was unapologetic and said they were the only provider for AAA in the area when I asked why they would accept a call when they couldn’t provide the service timely. If you are unsure of whether you can be somewhere in an hour then simply say it might be longer. I missed a very important event and would have made other arrangements had I been told they really had no idea how long it might be. The dispatch manager then retaliated by cancelling my service with AAA so I now have to wait another hour. I find it very passive aggressive and unprofessional to respond to a reasonable customer service concern by cancelling. I didn’t raise my voice and I wasn’t insulting I simply said I thought it was unprofessional and I was going to let AAA know about the unreliable service. I called her back to ask about the cancellation and she then denied having cancelled me which is simply not true.....PS just got a call from the driver from their competitor who was very pleasant and is going to be here in 30 minutes—ahead of schedule. That is how you do business. I will never use All Georgia Towing again.
I had a dead battery on my SUV and couldnt get it out of park. Max came out and was so nice and friendly. When he got here I accidentally locked myself out of the house and he was so patient with the situation (luckily found a way back in to get keys). He then quickly was able to get my battery started and explained why I couldnt get it out of Park and what to do next time. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them! Thanks for helping me out today!
I needed a car towed and informed this company that there was no engine currently in the car. The company told me that it was completely fine to tow the car. I drove 35 miles to get my car towed just for the driver to tell me that 1) my car was too low to tow (even though he had a flat bed) & 2) the car cannot be towed because there is no engine in it. In addition, the tow truck driver made it seem as if it was our fault and just left without saying anything. I made sure to mention that to the person who had put the tow in place before I drove to meet the driver. I feel as if this company is not professional at all and would not recommend them to anybody. Thank God for rainbow towing they came and did it with no questions asked
Quick, professional, courteous and careful service. Needed to transport my disabled car for service. Keith Demery arrived ahead of schedule and took great care loading, transporting and unloading the car after filling out required paperwork. He was pleasant and handled that big tow truck like a real pro. Thank you so much! I will recommend All Georgia to family and friends.
Above and beyond! The truck was clean inside and out. The driver was clean, friendly, and went above and beyond to help. The driver called to make sure that my family and I were safe beforehand. The driver made us feel like family throughout the entire process. When the driver arrived he brought a cold bottled water for each of us on that 90+ degree Hotlanta day. The service was quick and professional. I have never enjoyed being towed but All Georgia and their employees set the bar high for any future towing experiences. I would highly recommend All Georgia Towing to all my friends and family.
My vehicle was pickup just fine and I was not allowed to ride with the vehicle due to covid restrictions. The car was dropped off before I was home. When I got home and looked at the car the next morning my cars bumper was ripped and damaged. I took pictures of everything and contacted the company. They denied everything and refuse to acknowledge my claim. Ill be contacting a lawyer soon.
I was stalled in a parking lot near my house due to my alternator going out, I was really sad about it Scott came in less than 20 mins and tried to jump my car the charge wouldn’t take so he towed my car to my apartment with ease, he was so friendly and gave me some advice and encouragement. And he even referred me to some people/places that could fix my car.
Great experience with All Georgia Towing. Quick response, within 15-minutes of being called. The driver, Jared, was professional and polite. He was also pleasant to chat with during the ride to the car dealership. Thanks to Triple A for their quick response to my call and for sending All Georgia Towing. They kept this experience from ruining the rest of my day.James Donovan
So I towed my car to pepboys on Sunday but they couldnt repair my break line, so I had to tow it back to my house, then on the following morning I had to tow the car to a real mechanic. All 3 times All Georgia Towing came to help me out. I had a new driver each time and each person was super friendly and helpful. Quick service too. As frustrating as my day was, these guys made my experience not so bad.
This is long overdue. On May 31st of this year, I called AAA for roadside assistance as my daughter parked her car on a hill leading down a large ravine. As soon as she stopped the car and put it in Park, the car started sliding down the hill. She got out of the car and called me. Not fully understanding the situation, we called good old AAA and they dispatched one of your trucks.Upon further inspection, with the way the car was positioned, it did not take your driver long to realize that any singular attempt at pulling the car back on the road would be the equivalent to pulling the rug out from under someones feet and the car would have surely gone down into the ravine.Your driver was professional and most of all concerned about our vehicle; it did not take long to realize we needed a second truck. The police officer on hand suggested the name of another company that he knew had a larger rig and so, in the name of getting the car off the ridge before it continued to slip into the ravine, I called the other company.Soon, we had two trucks of the same size and capabilities. Your driver, out of concern for us/your indirect customer, worked in tandem with your competitor and it was a thing of beauty. The two drivers see sawed, step by step, our car back, safely, onto the road. The driver from All Georgia Towing is to be commended for going above and beyond the call of duty.
The driver instructed the customer to operate/ steer the car onto and off of the flat bed truck. At no time did the tow truck driver enter the vehicle to ensure that the shift selector was in park or that the emergency parking brake was engaged. The vehicle was damaged during unloading. The business said they had video that exonerated their driver, but they did not provide the video for review.
Placed a call today morning at 8:00 am and gave all the information: place of pick up and drop off. They said they were backed up and would have a tow available at 11:00am. Never called and when I followed up at noon, they couldn’t locate any of my information and wasted half a day of my time. I understand you are backed up, no excuse for wasting half a day of my time and don’t even have the courtesy to return the phone call. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.Just placed a call with another towing company, they are on the way.
Its not every day when your car breaks down that the person that pulls up in a tow truck and the company and the people that work there make you feel like family. breaking down is an overwhelming situation but all Georgia towing definitely helped turn my day around and even went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were safe and our car was taken care of. THANK YOU ALL GA TOWING I highly recommend this company for your towing needs !! And Travis in dispatch was awesome .
It was a great experience and I would use them again. They showed up within the 30 mins as promised. Other companies quoted me hours. Driver handled my car with care and professionalism. I rode with him in his truck to the tire shop, and his truck was clean and comfortable.
Zack restored my faith in humanity. During a time when the world is a bowl of chaos. Zack arrived & diligently went to work to get my PT Cruiser in a safe place since it had thrown its right passenger wheel in front of the mail boxes and main road of my apartment complex.Zack was kind, personable and careful. I am most grateful to him and All Georgia Towing for coming to my aid.
We were stranded with a tire issue one afternoon. I have AAA Premier with the RV upgrade. The vehicle that was stuck was a Ford F-150 with a small empty trailer behind it. With my AAA membership it specifically states that towing will be provided for the trailer. The girl I spoke to on the phone, without even attempting to get any additional facts regarding my membership, even though I explained that I had the premier plus RV, was short and said that the trailer could not be towed. I asked if there was anything else I could do and she said no. Utterly useless. You’d think she’d say that perhaps another company would do it if I called AAA back, but instead from the call, I was told I wasn’t covered. She said our only option was the leave our trailer.Because of this one rude, incompetent girl’s actions, we were left stranded and subsequently our afternoon turned into an absolute nightmare.AAA should not be affiliated with companies that are CLUELESS about the types of memberships. When I asked “what about the RV upgrade?” She should have looked into it further if she didn’t know, which she CLEARLY did not. What if I had been alone??? I normally am!!
After my grandmother broke down last week in Atlanta. I met the tow driver James to make sure everything would be ok. His personable personality made my grandmothers day. He was quick to tow the car away and made sure she was safe. I couldn’t be any happier with this company. If I ever call AAA I will recommend this company!!1
This company needs to have a very serious safety talk with their drivers. Having a tow truck going 80+ MPH in a 55 zone and running less than a car length from the vehicle in front of them and weaving in and out of traffic is a great way to cause an accident.EDIT: I will say this, having someone from the company ask to speak to me was not what I expected. I called and spoke to Kevin who was very apologetic of the actions of one of their drivers. He was adamant that this is not behavior they accept from their drivers. Hopefully they will address this and prevent it from happening to anyone else.
**CUSTOMER BEWARE: MAKE SURE YOU GET A COPY OF YOUR TOW RECEIPT BEFORE THE DRIVER TOWS YOUR CAR**I had an unfortunate experience with my car breaking down three times in a week, and All Georgia Towing provided the 3 tows for me. My previous experiences with All Georgia Towing were great, but not this time. The third tow driver did not have a tow bed truck, and used a more basic system of dollies. The car was mounted on wheels, and before he left I made sure he had not scratched the car, however when I got my car back from repairs, there was damage to the left bumper and body of the car in front of and behind the tire, caused by the dollies ( exactly where the dollies were placed, like they had rubbed/scraped against my car). When you get your car towed, the driver fills out a pre-service inspection report of any scratches or damages to the car. I was not given a copy, and did not think to take a picture of it. The tow driver doctored the report to state the damage was there before he towed my car. Even though the tow driver reports from earlier in the week did not showed the damage, it was his word against mine, and All Georgia Towing would not take responsibility for the damages. I called AAA customer service, and they tried to get All Georgia Towing to cover the repair costs to no avail. I tried to talk to the owner of the company George Slappey, but he refused to talk to me. Unfortunately, since I did not take a picture of the pre-service inspection report before the driver took my car that day to reflect that there was no damage to that area, he was able to change the report to state the damages were there prior to him taking the car. Even AAA stated he should have given me a copy of that report before towing my car and that’s their policy, but All Georgia Towing has a policy that they don’t give customers a copy of the report anymore. I think it’s obvious that they cause a lot of damage to driver’s cars and don’t want customers to have proof, so they withhold the reports, which is a very dishonest and shady policy. My advice to anyone needing a tow in the future – make sure you get a copy of the pre-service inspection report, one photograph would have saved me a lot of money and wasted time trying to get All Georgia Towing to accept responsibility for their driver’s damages to my car. I didn’t get the damages covered, but at least AAA has a copy of my complaint on file, and I recommend that you report any problems to them in the future if you have AAA. And make sure you get a tow bed, not an antiquated system for getting your car towed!!!
If I could give this company a 0 rating I would!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I had been waiting for this tow service for over an hour, I went to USE THE BATHROOM as I had been sitting for 4 hours prior to getting the correct service call through AAA. I asked the dispatch to have the driver call me BEFORE he arrived, not as he was arriving(BIG DIFFERENCE!), which did not happen!!! I told the driver I ran to the bathroom and would be back in 5 minutes(it took me 7!). Came back and the driver is GONE and sending my calls to vm. RIDICULOUS!! Now I have to wait another hour for another service call through AAA and it is now 11pm! I have been waiting since 630pm! POOR, POOR customer service!!! Would NEVER use this company and will tell everyone about the poor service provided!
I would give this company 0 Stars if I had thatoption. The dispatcher, whose name is Lisa, is very rude and condescending. She hung up on me when I was in the middle of telling her that I was driving and I needed to pull over and call her right back. When I called back, I asked for her specifically. She started off with a lie stating that she had not spoken to me minutes earlier. Luckily the AAA Agent, was on a conference call with me, so she was able to hear how rude Lisa was.Since she was so rude, even when called her back, I decided that I would not spend my money or do business with a company that has employees like Lisa. All Georgia Towing, Lisa is causing your company to lose business. Also, AAA if this is your premier towing company, you need to reconsider.
My experience on 11/30/18Preston from All Georgia towing was the bomb. He’s a real McGyver. Don’t know how he did it but 30 mins later the car was on the tow truck. My ball joint on the drivers side is broken so the tire is hanging by a thread. I am realizing just how lucky I was that it happened in the parking deck. Mins before I was driving south on GA 400. The tire kept moving sideways so we couldn’t back up and the front of the car was along the wall so the truck couldn’t get in front. He somehow manage to put the car on some wheels. There was also about 1-2 ins of space between the truck top and the roof. I felt like I was watching a scary movie... had to close my eyes. They sent the right person because this job wasn’t for the faint of heart. My rush for the day!
It was a Friday night. My wife and I were returning from a lovely dinner at Red Lobster. I indulged in the succulent lobster tail while she remained true to her favorite, crab linguini Alfredo. Our bellies were full and our hearts were content. But nothing could prepare us for what happened next...A mile and a half from the mecca of suburban seafood fine dining, our tank of a minivan met its demise as it shifted hard and lurched to a halt. My heart sunk as I realized this was the one thing separating me and my wife from our jealously guarded bedtime of 9:30. What were we to do?After a quick google search, my eyes laid rest on one company, All Georgia Towing. They were my final hope.I dialed the phone number and an operator picked up within two rings. His voice sounded like an angel. They dispatched a truck to my location and our hulk of a van was towed away to a mechanic. An Uber picked us up and we were in bed at 9:28. Mission Accomplished. This would not have been possible without the speedy and reliable service of All Georgia Towing. I highly recommend them for your towing needs.
I have been towed with these guys several times. Each experience has been professional and courteous. They are a local contractor for AAA and honetly are nicer, faster and far more courteous than most of the AAA official Roadside assistance people that we have dealt with. Yesterday my oldest daughter (22) Had her first wreck. After I picked her up and got her to work I called AAA and as usual AGT was dispatched. Call was placed about 6:15, tail end of rush hour in Marietta/East Cobb area. AAA recording had advised of Heavy call volume. Well Tye from AGT Arrived in about 20 minutes, amazing in and of itself. What was really impressive was the humble, courteous professionalism that this man exhibited. I watched as he loaded my daughters wrecked vehicle. Ive seen this done more times than I care to admit, but the care that Tye took to make sure that the vehicle eas loaded safely and that no additional damage was done was nothing short of impressive!!. I count myself as lucky to have had the opportunity to meet this guy. He is a kind quiet Air Force veteran and proud father. What a great guy working for a solid company. Only thing I wish was different is that AGT does not allow tips to be added to credit card payments. As I rarely carry cash, this is something that I and Im sure many others would appreciate as the drivers work really hard and I would have loved to have had the opportunity to give this guy a generous thank you tip, but instead I could only give him the cash I had on hand.
Andy was phenomenal!! After dealing with Carlos the night before, who was terrible, I needed a better experience with this company and Andy provided just that. He was honest, patient, and had the BEST customer service! Definitely helped put this company back in my good graces, because Carlos was the absolute worst!
This company charged me 3.5 times what I was quoted by one of their representatives when AAA had them come pick up my vehicle.Somehow $12.26 became $43.26 without an explanation or discussion of “hey sorry, this is actually going to cost more than what we quoted you”. The tow was for 7.6 miles and they charged me for 12 miles. A manager was supposed to call me - he did not.Dishonesty from towing companies is nothing new but watch out if you use these folks.

2022-05-31Just wanted to give a big shout-out to Stephen who responded to my AAA tow request a couple weeks ago. He was prompt, courteous, and very gentle with my Moms Mercedes that wouldnt start. He towed it to my mechanic, Mings Auto Service, quickly and efficiently. Loved his kind humor via text and phone, too! Thanks so much, Stephen! Ill be calling All Georgia Towing again because of you!! Take care!!

2022-05-02These pictures show what happens inside of an engine when a piston lets go when it is spinning faster than it can handle. Georgia Towing came to pick up my manual transmission rear wheel drive car on November 6th, 2021. I have video proof of the engine running on November 4th. Their driver made a careless error and forgot to check that the transmission was not in gear before he towed the car. Georgia towing declined to take responsibility for the damages caused to my vehicle as a result of towing a manual transmission rear wheel drive vehicle in 1st gear with the rear wheels dragging on the ground, and as result of that mistake, the engine was engaged with the transmission while the car was being towed and moving at speeds much faster than the rotating assembly could handle. The piston on cylinder #1 let go and threw the rod through the water jacket. I provided video proof to the towing company of the vehicle running perfectly 48 hours before the vehicle was towed, the vehicle needed a clutch replacement and therefore could not be driven between the time it was running and the tow. There is no way that this damage was caused by anything else. Georgia towing declined to take responsibility claiming that this type of failure is not possible from towing the vehicle in gear. They know that I cant prove it so rather than do the right thing, they have decided to take the low road and run away. The case is still open with AAA. Just wanted to leave a review so that other potential customers will be sure to double check the tow truck drivers work especially if you have a rear wheel drive manual transmission vehicle.Update: in response to the owners reply below. Id be happy to have you come and sit down with me to review this video in person and you can explain to me exactly what you mean by mechanical problems. The simple fact that the engine was running in the video is enough to prove my point, because it sure as hell wouldnt even turn on after the rod punched a hole through the water jacket. Thats not something that is going to happen from sitting running at idle. Instead you sent your half asleep, over worked inspector out that made excuses for a month and a half to come look at the car. Tons of cars sit unused for years. That doesnt prove anything. Once again, it is completely impossible for this engine to sustain the kind damage shown in these pictures sitting at idle. The ONLY explanation is that the engine was spinning well beyond its mechanical limits and the piston let go and the rod punched through the water jacket. That is impossible for me to have caused. Again, you are using the circumstances to avoid responsibility to compensate me for the damages that your incompetent driver caused.

2022-08-14My daughter broke down on her way back to KSU and needed a tow back to our mechanic in Mcdonough. The driver was prompt, professional and courteous as was the dispatcher who took my payment over the phone and provided an accurate receipt. They delivered the vehicle safely and quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

2022-07-18Robin the tow operator was extremely rude, unprofessional and dishonest. I called AAA to tell them how rude she was. After waiting for THREE HOURS I find out that she canceled the request because I complained to AAA about her.Extremely unprofessional. Theres is no reason to be rude let alone to someone stuck on the side of the road.If I could give her ZERO stars I would. Unfortunately the towing company suffers the loss of a customer due to Robin the rude dispatcher.Owner I received your response.I WAS WITH THE VEHICLE!!!!!! So the excuses and rudeness is a blatant mistruth!!!

2022-04-13Absolute worst possible company for towing. They sent someone down to my house to attempt and tow me vehicle, guy tried for about 10 mins and then gave up and left. I got some friends and moved my vehicle forward up the driveway to a position they would’ve been more than capable of towing from and they refused to back out and help because of the first experience. Absolute worst towing company in Ga with incredible rude operators.

2022-05-22Whoever ROBIN2 is to this organization serves them a COMPLETE disservice. She’s beyond rude, displays ZERO level on intelligence, her overtaking is an understatement ( I literally did not get a word out of my mouth)-she literally told me what I was calling for verses letting me get anything out. She most definitely should be left behind the scene of the company, not addressing or assisting customers on any level. It’s been a while since I’ve encountered her level of ignorance. I was almost in shock and certainly speechless. As soon as she answered the phone, I introduced myself but she refused to call me by name. She’s the ghetto frontline person calling customers Honey; not using their names like a professional business owner or employee. I tried explaining to her my membership status with AAA didn’t require me to pay a towing fee. She started speaking AT me as if i asked her for a financial favor. Remind you, I didn’t ask for a towing refund or anything , just updating her on my communication with AAA to keep all parties in the loop, like professionals do. Clearly she’s lost on proper communication. Her IQ or professionalism doesn’t reach that high. She claimed to be one of the owners and if so, it doesn’t take much mental stability to run a towing service. I am also writing AAA to inform them that they’ve selected the TOP hood towing service to assist with their customers towing needs. I will say, the towing driver was really nice and but blessings to anyone that has to work under or around this Robyn2 young lady! I am reading the reviews and clearly she’s the one to respond to the negative reviews. She’s highly offended and responds very defensive to someone’s experience. This is why I DO NOT trust the positive reviews on this site. She simply can’t take constructive criticism, therefore developing better business practices will not take place if she’s apart of their leadership team.

2022-07-19We have had to use all Georgia towing a few times over the past few years and I cannot say enough good things about each individual weve interacted with. The availability of low clearance towing is also a plus if you end up needing a tow in a parking lot.

2022-04-04PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME & MONEY ITS PLENTY OF TOW COMPANIES USE A DIFFERENT 1. ALL GEORGIA TOWING DRIVER Robert destroyed my Benz E500. He told me he was a professional after I asked him did he have my vehicle secured correctly he said yes he has 25 years experience and I don’t have anything to worry about. That was a LIE. After towing my car I’m missing a wheel, Front bumper destroyed radiator cracked windshield cracked from debris and this company does not want to pay. How can you get away without paying? Someone needs to address this situation ASAP

2022-03-28I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but the driver made what was a terrible morning a much better one and he didn’t even tow me. AAA was originally called to replace my battery but when the techs got there and did their thing, they told me my less-than-6months old alternator needed to be replaced and called the tow truck. This dude came within 30 mins, was SUPER reassuring and when he jumped my car to put it in neutral told me the best news of the morning - I just needed a new battery. Gave me some recs and then sent me on my way to get a new battery. Car has been great and I’ve noted this company because even though AAA has continually screwed me over in awful ways, this company is fantastic. Thank you again! ❤️

2022-04-29Received them through a AAA request. Clarified with dispatcher that I wasn’t with car but my girlfriend was and I could video call with my ID and she would be with the car. The tech arrived after 40 minutes to tell my girlfriend he couldn’t help her with a simple lock out that would have taken 3-4 minutes and was rude about it. When speaking to the company’s dispatcher he told me the tech made it seem as though no one was with the car.
