Terrence, Mike, Marquis, Quantavious, Andrew, and Quay were amazing!! They were all so helpful and attentive and ensured a smooth moving process!!!
The movers supposed to send 4 persons to work, but they only sent three, but the three persons, Mr Joseph and crew (Demetrius and Kuan) they were very good team. They protected my belongings nicely and they are respectful. The company they did adjust the price for missing one person, that made the work a little longer but it was delivered nicely. Thank you so much.
Terrence and crew did an amazing job! They were quick and efficient and personable. They made the whole moving experience much less stressful and packed my stuff so efficiently that there was room left over in the POD, which I didnt think was even possible. I was amazed! I will definitely contact them again for any moving needs in the future.

We moved over two years ago and used this company. They were punctual, professional, and gentle with our belongings. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they were with moving a two bedroom apartment. We are moving this summer and will absolutely book with this company again. It’s been years, but I believe a man named Luis helped last time. Great people

We use reviews to help identify the right company, so wanted to share our experience for others. The front end customer service experience was good, but the moving experience was not. The movers werent very friendly, they were slow and uncaring in how they handled our belongings. We were paying by the hour and there were multiple slots of times where they were sitting on their phone instead of working. We were nickel and dimed for every little material that was used (unnecessarily and against our discretion) and in the end we were charged substantially more than our front end quote. We wont be using All My Sons in the future or recommending them to any of our friends or family.

Would definitely recommend All My Sons Movers!!Update 8/08/2022Upon unpacking my husband and I found that pieces of furniture where broken and dishware. I changed the Stars from 5 to 3. We spent over $1000 on this Move and giving a tip of $50 a person for the move. I expected better results and more professionalism.
Joe and his crew were fantastic! Quick, polite, and got the job done fast. I would definitely recommend this crew to anybody that wants their house moved, as we went from a second story apartment into a two story house with no trouble thanks to the crew.
Do not use this company! You can use another company as (two men and a truck) I used to men and a truck for my first move and it was more cost efficient and they were very professional. The only reason I did not use two men and a truck this time is because they were fully booked on the day I was going to move.The Price I was quoted for over the phone was $338. Which is a two hour minimum($169 a hr). I made sure over and over that this was the final price and they said yes. When I get to my storage unit they have you sign documents that confirm your deposit of $100. Once they pick your stuff up and take it to your final destination, The pricing is totally different than what you finalized over the phone during scheduling so you have no choice but to pay it. They charged me a three hour minimum even though I was instructed that it would be a two hour minimum. I went back-and-forth with them and they finally dropped the 3 hour minimum to 2. However, then they added a travel fee of $169. which is equivalent to an extra hour added to my move. In total I paid $507.Aside from the price gouging some of my items were damaged. And the company doesn’t want to take any responsibility. In my opinion you can find a better company that will protect your items and charge you at a reasonable rate and have no hidden fees. And the manager that runs this location absolutely does not care about anything you have to say once you call. They just want to get your money.The two movers that came I will say were very fast and professional, although they did damage some of my things they were hard workers. That is the reason why I gave this company two stars
Joseph, Quan, and Sincere were the greatest help in our moving process!! They helped wrap my piano and furniture with care and move it with such ease. I highly recommend them for any of your moving needs. We will be using their services for our next move. You will be so glad you hired these strong, positively kind gentlemen!!
I hired this company to help me move my office. I specifically asked them for somebody with experience to move desks. They send me 2 young men and a young lady. There were only 7 desks, and it took them over 6 hours to move them as the young lady couldn’t move anything heavy. They hold my desks hostage in the truck until I agreed to pay them 3 extra hours. In addition to the lack of experience and professionalism, they broke several of my desks, scratch the walls and doors of my brand-new office. This was my worst moving experience, ever. Now, I’m hoping they pay for the damage they caused.
My actual movers, Mari and Godfrey were absolutely amazing. They were timely, professional, helpful, efficient, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the services from these two friendly men. My problem lies with the fact that 2/3 of the way through our nine hour move, one of our men gets stopped by a CONSTANT ringing of his phone where we as customers can hear a manager FIRING our movers while this is in process. Regardless of whatever dispute happened between the two, the fact that our movers were being bombarded with phone calls to which he is then having to stop our move to deal with this is abhorrent. You do not handle business matters this way. Then after being fired, he still finishes our move with care, puts together our table and couch, and still upholds the most professionalism I have experienced with movers. I have used this company to move before, have had family and friends use the company before but I will look otherwise and recommend other companies after this customer service was shown. It is sad that the people we actually had moving our home, in the 85 degree weather, up three flights of stairs for HOURS with were the most professional while the people in office decided to make a point of interrupting our move and handling matters this way.

From the phone call for an estimate to the move itself, I had a very positive experience. Xavier and Gibson were great. They were courteous and professional and took great care with our furniture. This has been the best moving experience I have had and would definitely recommend them!
I will second the reviews below mine that have poor ratings. The guys they sent were not “movers” just appeared to be laborers they found with a license. They had no idea how to move. They did not protect any of my furniture. I had to get the moving blanket and shrink wrap to protect my furniture. I helped move boxes down and had to tell them all items go. Even after instructing they still left a truckload of items in the home. They broke glasses. Took zero care for our items. Left a rug on the truck. On the drive to the destination they took an 1.5 hour break and didnt even let me know… then all my sons charged for it. When I called the office about anything there was no concern or care. This company is no moving company just an expensive Craigslist add. I would not recommend at all.

I called All My Sons moving to handle my local move. I have used them in the past and they did an excellent job, so I was confident when I booked them again. I have had nothing but excellent service from AMS movers. They are always professional, and pleasant to work with. They wrapped everything very well and everything came off the truck with no damage. They were careful to not bump walls, they were quick and efficient and in general I cannot say enough about this company or the crew that was sent to me. I have to give a special shout out to my driver for this move which was Shomari. He and the other two guys were excellent from start to finish. I will be using All My Sons moving for all my moving in the future. If you are looking for a mover, look no further

Andrew K, Kennedy, and Wilfredo. were awesome. They moved us out of our studio apartment in no time, carefully packing my antique furniture and loading it down three flights of stairs. They were amazing, fast, and friendly.
I had 3 movers they worked as fast as they could to get me and my family moved into our home and all while being careful They did not cause any damage to any furniture wrapped everything carefully,made sure I understood the process. Very expensive however you pay for the quality of service you get. Will choose again if needed.
This review is going to encompass two aspects. The first aspect will be integrity of business, and the second aspect will be its professionalism.To begin, I am just writing this so that everyone will be fully aware prior to putting a down payment because all the information will not be given when a deposit is asked for, and the additional information will only be given after your deposit is given. For example, during the initial phone conversation I was told that a minimum of two hours is required, and I even gave them the date, which was on Saturday, that I would be moving a few items. I was told that I would have to pay $159 minimally an hour for these two hours and then pay $159 for them coming to the location and then returning back to the business. I was the asked how did this sound and was I ready to set up a deposit. I told her that this sounded OK, and then I gave them a $100 deposit over the phone. After the deposit is given, then I was told in an email that I would be required to pay for 2 hours. In a later email, I was told that I would have to reserve three hours for the move and then pay an additional $120 extra, which was required, for the materials they would use during the move. Why couldn’t they have made this known during the first conversation before my deposit was given. When I mentioned this to the mover prior to paying he said that I was given the weekly rate of two hours but it is always three hours on the weekend, even though I had told them the date of the weekend when I first called (see the photos below where one email says 2 hour minimum and the later says 3 hour minimum).Secondly, when the two young men arrived to move a bed, a dresser, a nightstand, two barstool chairs and a barstool table and about seven other items, they did not even have the tools to take apart the bed, which in my case required a Phillips screwdriver. I had to lend the Movers two Phillips screwdrivers in order for them to take apart the bed. I was told over the phone during the first conversation that they had all the tools necessary to do a move. I also had to give them the screwdrivers back when they got to the destination and had to put the screws back in. This does not sound very professional. The total time for my service was about an hour and a half. I know that those who own this company are reading this and I would challenge them to dispute any word that I have stated so far in this description as not being true.
The crew for moving was great, courteous, and helpful and eased my frustration with company. Kudos to Sade and the crew working with this young lady...Warning if you decide to take this company as movers!!!! First I was booked a month in advance with a deposit / contract quote and called two days prior to my move to guarantee my moving day. I called that morning of the move; they had me scheduled in the afternoon and waited almost till 4pm to cancel on me; promising next morning to move me. By this time, I had already taken off work and was scheduled to work on the new date. Thank God my parents came into town to help and assist. On the day of the new move, the company didnt bother to call or text me. I personally had to call my self on several times that day; finally the reservationist said 4:30 pm theyll be enroute after their first move. Once moved, what was quoted was on the original estimate was totally different from final bill almost $400 difference. I refused to pay that after speaking with both movers and their supervisor via phone. This company cost me my time, patience, and wasted my two days. Beware when your hiring All My Sons Moving and storage!
Geran and his crew worked efficiently and carefully with an irreplaceable sentimental piano even. Highly recommend this crew!!
After having terrible experiences with uhaul and their movers, we were so happy to find all my sons. We had Tyler, DeAnthony and Levi. They were in contact before getting to the location. Once there they informed us of any issues. They worked hard to make sure belongings were secure and protected. We will use them anytime we need services. Thank you for making this moving experience stress free.
Andrew K. and Wilfredo were extremely efficient and professional. They were flexible and happy to accommodate requests. 5 out of 5 would recommend/use again. Only issue was AMS home office should have better prepared them for what to expect. AMS home office also changed the original quote/number of movers without informing me prior to arrival. It was not an issue for my move, but was not ideal.

Hired to move a bed and refrigerator to my sons home. They send an email after I booked with minimum supply list for move. I inquired since there was only 3 things being moved. Was told that did not apply to my move. On move day they did not bring tools to take bed apart and slipped in mid dropping bed in mud. After having to go buy tools to take bed apart to get bed upstairs they charged me $120 for the supplies they did not use. I was told that I had to pay even though on phone I was told I it did not apply to my move. Mattress was ripped up from being moved attached to bed frame ( no wrench to take apart for sleep number bed ) and covered in mud. Was told I could file claim but would only be about $5 since I didn’t move that much. Would definitely not recommend them

Cole and his crew moved us from a Tucker storage unit to Peachtree City. The 3 of them were thoughtful, courteous, and exceedingly professional. They communicated with to keep us updated during loading and transit. They damaged nothing and were very respectful of us and the items they were moving. Scheduling and arrival at designated time was good. Movers left a lot of damage to furniture and new house . Massive dent in new washing machine , scuffs on wall and banister , bed frame wood looks like it was dragged across the ground . Very unimpressed for a supposed professional moving company. Expected more for over 200 dollars an hour . Oh and also they tried to charge 60.00 for mattress covers that they did not use . We had our mattresses already covered in mattress covers but they still tried to sneak in the charge .
Paid a deposit and confirmed booking after speaking to someone regarding a Saturday move a two weeks ahead of move. Heard nothing for a week and they call me 5 days out to say they overbooked and asked if I wanted to move to Thursday. I cant move Thursday thats why I wanted Saturday. Now Im 5 days out with no movers. Thanks for nothing. Sure glad I let you borrow 100 bucks to reserve a spot

The guys they sent me were friendly and they didn’t brake my 72 inch mirror. All three of my large TV’s also survived the move, they were super fast and STRONG and worked well as a team. I’ve already recommended them to many others. Ask for the team that Gloria used. LOL

Geran and his team were amazing! We had a ton of medical record boxes that needed to be moved. Many boxes were old and falling apart. Geran and his team patched up the boxes to make them easier to move and store. I was thinking I would have to get another storage unit but Geran was so smart with his strategy to maximize space that he alleviated that need (and save me money)! Would absolutely recommend All My Sons -especially Geran, they were so nice, easy to work with but also fantastic movers! Thanks you all!!
These people are scammers!! My husband hired them to move only the big items for us such as dressers, couches, tables, etc. as we moved the remainder on our own. We were literally only moving 10 minutes away. They quoted us a price and we agreed. My husband signed the contract with them and everything was fine UNTIL they arrived at our new location with our belongings still on their truck and forced us to pay them another $300 to take our belongings off the truck and put them in our new home. They are fraudsters, scammers and thieves!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

These guys damages $25,000 worth of my property and only want to offer me $1000 to fix the damages. I thought you were an honest company, I chose you because you were Christian based. This could not be further from the truth.Buyer beware!!!

We had an excellent experience with our moving crew from All My Sons lead by Malik. Our first day crew was Malik, Janai, Josarius, Conard, Rondell, & Javier. They worked really hard in the heat for a big move. The second day we had the dream team of Malik, Janai, Josarius, and Conard - I would hire them again. Malik is a strong leader and has excellent customer service skills. I am impressed by his and Janas’s leadership. This crew actually made the process fun too with their sense of humor and positive attitudes.
FIRST and foremost the complaints that came from 1 of the guys with my couch. We not talking about a sectional, we talking about a regular size couch which I had all of my furniture wrap . He wanted to break down my couch to make it easy for him. I explain the same company moved me in here and had no issue . I took my time a wrap my furniture to have it put in storage for a couple months . I went to my storage the next day & notice they took off my wrap letting my couch touch the ground side ways without my permission to hurry and get it done . TV just put in there side ways . I did not request that . Too many complaints from 2 of the team members. Along with damage my wall as things were being movers . Never offer to fix it , horrible job moving my things this team I would never want Sada or her team to ever move me again. They don’t respect a move and I made it so easy for them . Unprofessional. I will be calling tomorrow and reporting them. Bad service. Never hire her or her team .
Andrew K, Will C, and John were great, they moved everything i asked and did it professionally. Great group of guys to work with and I would use them to move me again. However, had problems with the scheduling/management team and telling me the wrong minimum number of hours for the job. It was a hassle to get them to honor what I was told initially, but in the end they said they would refund the extra hour that I was not told about

If youre considering All My Sons, I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere. Note that they only respond to positive reviews here and ignore negative reviews, which makes me question if the positive reviews are legitimate. Although they were priced higher than other movers I contacted, I was fooled by Madeline Carpenters false professionalism as she arrived on time for our walkthrough and quote. While she was extremely responsive at first, she quickly ghosted me when I reached out with concerns regarding our completed move. The movers did not label any of our boxes, so I was on a constant scavenger hunt to find items as there seemed to be no organization involved. Although every box had pre-written rooms on the side with check boxes, none of them were marked, so we never knew which box was for which room, and clearly, the movers didnt either as all of our boxes were left downstairs at our new home despite most items belonging upstairs. In addition, I had to literally run after them when they were leaving as they left numerous items hanging on the walls and didnt pack an entire closet. At the new home, they did not assemble any of our furniture, and a number of items were scratched or cracked. Furthermore, we agreed that they would pack the truck on a Thursday and deliver the next day. However, when the movers were about to leave, they noted that they would see us soon. When I questioned why we were not sticking with the original schedule, I was told that they were unavailable the next day. Instead, they stayed at our new house until midnight and rushed out without completing the setup at the new home. When I reached out to David, who is allegedly a manager, he told me on three different occasions that Daylon would have to talk with me regarding my concerns. Of course, Daylon ignored my calls and messages, and I still have not heard anything one month later. I also tried to contact Madeline again, but she was unresponsive as well. Beware!

Booked my move for Friday between 8-10..office calls me at 9:30 saying they can’t make it till the afternoon…guys show up at 4:30, then say they can’t move me bc they have to stop work at 8pm 😑 ima blame the office for poor scheduling…the movers THAT did show up the following day were great tho
Jerry and Mosley gave exceptional service in spite of the hot conditions and long hours. Unfortunately the third guy quit in the middle of the job. I called and informed the office but No Manager or Supervisor responded. Thank God for Good Workers.

Avoid this SCAM!!!! This company doesn’t care about punctuality or customer service!!! Do Not waste your time or hard earned money here!!! The movers will not show up on time and will provide you with excuses on why they can’t move your items on the DAY THEY AGREED TO. If you want to AVOID delay after delay after DELAY take your hard earn money to a better moving company!! The Manager Isiah doesn’t provide efficient or effective solutions and should honestly find another line of work with his attitude!!! Trust me it’ll save you so much stress if you avoid this company. Please avoid both the Roswell and Atlanta location!!!!
There were many issues related to my move on June 16, 2022. First, during the packing on July 15th, the three movers arrived late. After arriving late, they did not pack everything as they were directed to do. On Thursday, July 16th, two additional movers showed up earlier than the other two, and they were unhappy about the previous days work. Throughout the day, I noticed the movers being very careless with items. For example, my computer desk was broken, but I did not receive any notice about it until I asked why it was sitting in front of the garage. I was told to file a claim. After the movers packed everything into the two trucks, they indicated that they would start unpacking later that evening. In scheduling this move in May, I indicated that I wanted them to unpack on Friday, July 17th, not July 16th, but I was pressured into doing so. After the movers arrived on Thursday, July 16th around 8:00 pm (ET), they were very careless again, scratching doorways and not even setting up anything to prevent that like they did at my previous residence. While unpacking, I have found numerous scratches, a damaged dining room table leg, and haphazardly packed boxes. Since July 16th, I have attempted to contact them numerous times, but I have received the same script of xyz is not in their office, but theyll get back to you. As of todays date, I still have not received a phone call or any type of correspondence to rectify these issues. In reading other recent reviews, it appears that others have had similar issues. I advise anyone who is considering using All My Sons Moving & Storage to utilize other companies as this company provides fallacious stories and is not diligent at all whatsoever in their efforts.

I was told by 2 workers that an afternoon move would be no issue (we requested anytime after 1:00pm). Paid the deposit and then a week later, I got a call from Isaiah the manager stating he can’t guarantee an afternoon move in case the morning movers finish early. Now I have 10 days to find a new mover as this company refused to provide any afternoon move. Poor customer service in my opinion as I was told one thing and then was told by the manager this was inaccurate and basically there was nothing they could do to help. Would not recommend.

Worst moving experience ever. I wish I could give a zero. I have been patient and still no response . I called the company and was promised on July 15th between 12-2 that a truck will be there to me m THAT evening I got a call that a truck had broke down and due to the time they will make me a first priority that morning the next day. I left work early so now I missed money from work. That Saturday I had to reach out to them about 3 times to see where the truck was bc I took a whole day off waiting. Each time was told they were on the way. The truck disnt get to my house until 6pm. A whole day wasted. I was told by the drivers they were actually in SC moving a 10 bedroom house and there was no way I would have been a priority for that day. Also was told therr was no broke down rtruck on friday. They had over booked. We didnt finish until after ten and had a bil for 1100. I packed everything myself and also had to basically help move items as well.I called that Monday if Im not mistaken. They took my claim and still havent heard anything. That was on July 17th. I wouldnt recommend them to no one!!! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Absolutely ZERO stars. Unprofessional. Not timely. Wasting the time I’m paying them for. One of my movers stood by the truck half the time while the other guy kept calling him to come help. The other was on the phone the entire time, talking about personal things and how much he doesn’t like working with the person he’s moving with. Theyre actually still moving but I am SO upset with this company I’m stopping to post this review. The office is already closed so I can’t call their supervisors. When they walked into my small one bedroom appt move they started complaining. The guys didn’t even bring TOOLS. TO UNASSEMBLE THINGS. So. They sent me to the store to BUY them. Because I don’t HAVE any. And now that the have the tools they can’t I assemble the bed. It is ridiculous and time wasting. I want my money back but I’m sure that won’t happen so here I am telling everyone else do NOT give them your business.

Initially I left a good review (mostly because I was guided to leave a review on the spot and of what to say - these guys are probably trained to do that). Anyway, Jerry Mosly, Derrick, Mike did the best they could but what I found the next day made me change my review to 1 star. I was a little bit upset about a few broken glassware and some minor scratches on furniture but thar hideous brown tape they used and did not remove from some of the items was the last drop. It took me hours to remove.As for the company it was as I expected based on other 1-star reviews. They had a complicated billing system with extra items here and there, that makes guesstimating the cost difficult. I also had to pay the truckload at the time it arrived at the destination. They did inform me about it so I was ok with that, but I suppose some people might find this policy a bit offensive.I will not use them again.

Sade and dwayne did a awesome job fastEdit: So my ‘review’ was written by our driver who physically took the phone out of my hand to write it. I was a little frustrated because the driver charged us for 30 extra minutes that they did not work($80!!), and we also got charged $30 for tape when i had my own packing tape that i offered them. Meanwhile the driver was complaining & telling us she barely made $50 from our $900 we had just paid. Afterwards, I had asked for my drivers cash app to send a tip, but we had a lot to finish moving and I figured I would send it at the end of the day once i had a chance. Big mistake on my part I guess because my driver has been blowing up my phone asking me for a tip, calling and texting me multiple times. Just super frustrating. I totally understand needing the money and I had offered, but it’s tacky and rude to keep asking me about it in just a couple hours .they also broke a ton of our stuff including a family heirloom which was super heartbreaking.

Im taking the time,at the end of a very busy day, to do something I very seldom do.We hired All my Sons to move us from Lawrenceville, GA to Midway, GA. and Im sitting in a hotel in route to my retirement home in Midway and reflecting on what a great job they did today loading my two story home for delivery tomorrow. A company is only as good as its employees and in my case the crew that came to represent All My Sons was outstanding! The leader was Eugene and he was assisted by Michael and Audi. Professional is the best word that comes to mind to describe how meticulous they were to treat every piece of furniture, no matter its age or condition, like it was their own. Everything was carefully wrapped and handled in a manner that would insure no damage to it or my home would be incurred. Watching them load and stack that truck (there were two by the way) with Eugene, making sure that everything had a place and it was in it, was like watching poetry in motion. The job was done in a timely fashion and Im looking forward to the same kind of service tomorrow when they deliver to our new home in Midway. Of all the moving companies I spoke with about this move they were very competitive in pricing and I highly recommend the folks that run this Company in Roswell, GA. as your first and only choice if you need to make a move.Ask them to send Eugene!! I would not under any circumstances use All My Sons Moving & Storage company ever again!! The 2 movers were on time, but the 2nd guy that came out today was new. Thus, he had to keep being instructed on how and what to do. I understand that you are going to have new hires but the company should have sent 3 movers in order to train but to continue expediating my move so that it was more efficient. For 45 minutes, the 2 guys just wrapped 8 dining room and 2 living room chairs, nothing was moved from the house to the truck during this time. I never felt a sense of urgency from either of these guys. Finally, when they did start moving furniture again, they came to the determination that they could not move 1 desk armoire because it was too heavy for them. I was informed that they had to get another guy to come out and help them move this furniture. I was told that it would take about 2 hours for him to get there, but that if he wasnt there by the time they were finished loading the truck, they would be taken off the clock and I wouldnt be charged for that time. i was informed of this at 10am. By 12:30 pm, still no 3rd guy, so I called the office and was told he was coming from a great distance away but that he would be there by 2pm and reminded I was not being billed. The 3rd guy did not show up until 2:30 pm. But heres the problem I was expecting this guy at 12pm, he did not show up till 2:30pm. Let me say this, the 3rd mover, by far was the most experienced of the 3 movers and did a great job getting the furniture moved to the truck and expedited the unpacking of the truck once at the other location. I want to make this clear, the truck used for this move was less than half full for the entire move and it took these 2 guys 3.5 hours to get all the items moved into the truck and it took less than 1 hour to unpack the truck at the destination. See photo below.Next when I was reviewing my final statement the movers had put in the wrong finished time, they were done by 4:20pm but I was charged until 5:15pm. On Monday, when I called and brought that to the office attention I was told that I would need to speak with the gentlemen who oversaw the move on Saturday but he would get back with me that day. I never heard from him and had to call again on Tuesday. I did speak with the gentlemen who oversaw the move but I was told the truck did not move until 4:45pm. I explained they have were straightening up the blankets and doing odd and end things and he informed me that was part of the service I was paying for. In addition, I did not see the $100 deposit that was given when I scheduled the move. I was given some song and dance about that but I do not believe him at all. So be warned, do not use All My Sons Moving & Storage!! They will purposefully move slow so they can charge you more money!

Damaged several pieces of furniture in transit due to lack of proper padding (they even admitted this and it rode on the floor of the truck with no padding) and then ruined my bed frame due to laziness sliding the box springs over the footboard causing deep scratches. I also have to repair several walls in both places due to their poor handling. Definitely would NOT use them again.
From the start, All My Sons Moving was great. A very organized process for calculating the bid with a video walk threw. They must have had a son sick and sent a daughter named Sade, she was great. Ask for her, a womans touch in moving and her attention to detail. I highly recommend All My Sons (Daughters) Moving. The bid was slightly lower than the actual price.
Everything from the call to the actual move was very quick and very professional. I went through multiple checks to make sure we were all scheduled properly, even though I had to reschedule for earlier than planned.My movers themselves explained everything with payment really well, and were really efficient, it took almost no time.That said, make sure you have plenty of things to move. Their prices are fair for the quality of customer service and work, but it is a little pricey. Keep in mind this was the first time I hired movers myself, so I dont have a basis for average cost, hence why this isnt a complaint, just a comment. Overall great service!

Jerry and his team were awesome!! They were so prompt and ready to get going first thing in the morning. We were moving from a first floor apartment to a three story townhouse, and there was a ton of heavy furniture. Of course all the heavy stuff needed to go the third floor, but his team handled it like total pros! The move was quick and painless, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone moving!
Disclaimer: Let me say the guys who helped were great.Context: We are a family of 5 but we literally gave away all of our furniture. No couch, no tables, no cadenzas, we only have 3 girls desks, two beds and a bunch of boxes.My problem is with the management. We agreed on 3 person moving crew at Noon. They sent two men crew 2 hours later without an explanation.Before they unloaded they said we have to pay for the full price or they won’t unload our stuff and they had charged us 1300 dollars!244 dollars for tape and shrink wrapAnd 1000 dollars for labor. They Gave us 20 dollar discount for having a 2 men crew rather than having 3 men. When I called Stephen said they did nothing wrong and they won’t unload anything unless we pay the full price.This is racketeering. I don’t know how you guys stay in business.
Very unprofessional experience. First, they have a sales team that works off site to handle quotes and schedule your move. They quoted me $199 per hour with a minimum of 3hrs to move and they had to earliest moving availability so I was happy with it. Then when the guys at the actual location confirmed my appointment, they told me we have to pay another $120 for materials and pay an extra hour for the drive to and from my moving locations. I let them know thats not what we agreed to and some guy named Greg basically said Oh well. Were not removing the extra fees no matter what. I dont like being spoken to like that. Horrible customer service skills. I wouldve canceled the move but my wife wanted to move before Christmas and they still had the earliest availability. I called back and spoke to a guy named David who was a lot more helpful. He said if we buy the materials ourselves we can reduce the cost. So I buy everything for the move and waited an hour after the moving team agreed to be at my house. Finally, I called to see why they were an hour late and they said they had to cancel because everyone suddenly got sick. No follow up or apology or anything to help accommodate the inconvenience. Just skip the headache and take your money somewhere else. They clearly dont need your business here

William, Andrew, and Joel did an amazing job. The whole experience with them was great. These 3 guys exceeded my expectations.The downside to the move was the office staff. I spoke with 3 different people before the move happen. I understand the process of the calls, however it should be the same person every time. I was quoted around 800 for the entire move and ended up paying 1080.00 not including tip. Communication is the key in this business and it was lost within the 3 people added to the mix. All in all i would hire the company again and request the 3 guys I had for future moves.
Malik Addison and his team were probably some of the nicest, happiest, strongest and most organized movers I’ve ever had the pleasure of moving with. We made three stops and not one time did anyone complain about the amount of stuff we had. All three of them, I’m certain, can bench like 709 lbs. Terrence’s crew of Marquis, Shaevion, and Shamal were the most professional moving specialists I’ve encountered. I always worry about the quality of crew I’ll get when I hire a moving company, but I was able to breathe easy this time. I have All My Sons booked for tomorrow as well, so fingers crossed it will be as pleasurable and helpful of an experience.
The move was planned over 2 days and was local. The first day the crew came in and was asking for a tip at the end of the day before they even started working. They accidentally put holes in two walls which we were assured will be repaired (the house had already been sold and now the new owners will need to arrange for repairs). Upon arriving at our new house, the crew once again asked for a tip at the end of the day. My husband told them that they would not receive a tip due to the holes in the walls at our sold house. The crew then did not want to place our belongings in the correct rooms and piled it all in our living room. As they left our house they honked the truck horn all the way out of our new neighborhood. Later that night (around 9:30 pm) one of the crew members came to our house (we were sleeping) and rang the door bell looking for a charger that had been left at our house earlier.Thankfully we had a whole different crew for day two of our move. This group was excellent! We were extremely happy with the work they did. The one big thing is that all of our belongings did not fit onto the truck and we ended up scrambling to get everything out of the house. Good thing we had given a lot of things away before the move but then we are questioning how the estimate was so far off for the items we needed moved.Any future moves by us will not be with All My Sons. I do not recommend them.

I was pleased with my experience with All My Sons. This is my second move and they have been wonderful. I accidentally packed smart bulbs without wrapping them and assumed they would get cracked. The gentlemen made sure to handle things with care so none of my lightbulbs got damaged. Definitely will book again in the future.

My experience was great overall! From the company squeezing me in for a move last minute to the day of team. Cole & the Crew were AMAZING! They were truly a joy to work with, and they executed the job in a timely manner. They arrived on time and made moving a breeze for me during a stressful time!My only critique would not be toward Cole & the Crew but the company itself. The amount of time it takes to complete paperwork and phone calls during the moving itself eats away at the time equating in more hours being added to your final invoice. If possible, the process for the movers themselves should be made easier by possibly having some of the paperwork completed ahead of time.

Very professional and punctual and there was no damage to my things. Will only use them the next time I moveEDIT AS OF 6/13/22:I have used AMS for 2 previous moves and always had great experiences. This most recent move on 5/6 was unacceptable from a customer-service perspective. I was quoted for a 6-hour move from a 3-bedroom house in Decatur to a 3-bedroom house in Canton. The move ended up taking an additional 3 and a half hours due to the incredible unprofessionalism of our movers. The movers did not make any effort to protect the floors in my old and new (brand-new) residence, tracking in mud and debris even after I asked them to put down a runner. This caused damage to the carpets and hardwoods (again, brand-new) that we had to pay to fix. They also spent around an hour unloading and rearranging the contents of the moving truck so they could fit things in, and they were still unable to get everything, which caused me to have to make several 2-hour round trips to collect everything. Once we got to the moving destination was where the real problems began. Besides the previously-mentioned damage to the floors, they scuffed and nicked walls and doors, did not reassemble any furniture, tore up a large patch of sod, and damaged several sprinkler heads on their way out. Dressers and nightstands were taped up and left on their side or upside down, spilling their contents and breaking several drawers on each. They even took a door off its hinges and did not put it back before they left. We complained to the headquarters in Atlanta and was sent a claims packet by corporate. We were very detailed and included pictures of the thousands of dollars in damages that AMS employees cause on our property. They sent us a DocuSign that would only cover

The packing was not completed and many items were packed inappropriately. Shipping tape was directly placed on antique furniture as well as pictures. Christmas decorations, toys, and other possessions were destroyed. Not to mention, the police were called because one employee felt threatened by another. The experience was a train wreck. We submitted our concerns to All My Sons Moving, along with their claim form, and they have refused to acknowledge us. They did not hold up their end of the contract. Pictures are included.
I cant put 0 stars because google doesnt let me , and I dont think there can be any worse company than this one, I made all the necessary reservations since last week, I made the payment, they called me on Friday to schedule the move and they gave me a time frame for my Monday move, they would come between 8 and 10 in the morning, and at 7:40 am today, Monday, they call me that it could not be at that time and that it would be after noon, I asked for an hour and they told me that they did not know it, here I said to myself, they already started with nonsense and dirty games, I kept waiting for them to come today but at 2:30 they call me and the dispatcher says that it couldnt be today and that if I wanted to schedule it for another day as if I were talking to a 3 people company, I bet you theyd give me a better service indeed. I asked for my refund paid and they tell me that it takes 3 to 5 business days, if you talk to them, i think a gov agency treats you better, these operators like Isaiah Green must find another job where they do not have to deal with customers, because his attitude is pathetic and he will ruin this business, All my Sons ruined my day and my whole week waiting for these incompetents
Joe and his crew were so nice, so helpful and polite. During the process I changed my mind about placing and stuff and yet without hesitation they moved it with pleasure and I am beyond pleased with the service! Thank you!!

TERRIBLE!!!! I hired 4 movers for a residential move. 2 were trying to fist fight...FIGHT in my house. Then they were so hot headed when they got to our new house they were careless with our belongings. Broke our brand new dryer, dinged up the walls and broke a dresser. And when I called to say what happened there was no apology just told to make a claim. YAll are unprofessional and careless.!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

2022-04-18DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Ten hours to move a normal house (4 bedrooms) to a location 15 minutes away. They spent more than 8 hours “packing”, at the end I needed to bring some stuff close to the truck for them to pack it. You can tell that they were burning time. When I asked the driver / leader, about the slow job, he answered “oh that’s where they get you” he was blaming his own company and then he hand me out his card of his company of movers…They broke glass tables and never told me, they never assembled anything and the worst thing is that they left behind at lease 30% of my things. I needed to rent a U-Haul and finish the move myself.Super expensive, my advice to you, shop around and don’t believe their lies about paying his employees bonuses to finish the job faster.

2022-01-30Andrew K and Solomon were very professional and did an outstanding job with handling my belongings. However, the company itself needs to ensure that they train their call center employees for all areas that they provide service for. I was quoted a price and asked questions to make sure I had a clear understanding of the rates and a few days after I made my deposit, I was then told that I would be charged a minimum of $1500 because I was 2.7 miles over the GA regulations (this was one of the questions I asked prior to selecting my storage unit). Anyhow, the workers themselves are amazing, just be sure to get a clear understanding of the pricing prior to committing and be sure to get your own packing materials!

2022-07-23The movers broke my nightstand and tried to cover it up. I understand mistakes happen however I contacted their claims department 7 times and have received a range of excuses or no call back at all. Do not use this company. You will end up with broken furniture and no one to contact to fix it.

2022-04-07DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My mother booked this company for us to use to move. It was just her here during the moving process. There were 2 men and a young lady. I myself that day was sick and my significant other was at work. So. we were not able to oversee the moving process that Thursday. For starters, the made sure to mention every chance they got that they take tips- VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Secondly, I feel as though they took advantage of the fact that my mother was the one overseeing it. She was very friendly to them and I believed they knew she would not notice the details of seeing the things they damaged. Upon my significant other arriving home that afternoon, we noticed that the two TVs that were WORKING AND IN PERFECT CONDITION we now completely crushed. Stepped on. And placed against the wall backwards so no one would notice. We told them that if they could not SAFELY move the TVs to please leave them. They were destroyed. $2000 plus worth of TVs. They also ripped off a huge chunk of my bed that I’ve had for 15 years which was in great shape and would have not mentioned it had my mom not seen her do it. Lastly, they broke the legs on our TV stand. Our TVs on our TV stand we’re all less than two years old. For $2000-$3000 worth of damage they only gave us $250 for the damages although they were very clearly careless acts.It is very upsetting when you trusted a company And pay them $1500 to help you move your belongings. I know accidents happen, but in this case more so than anything it was the carelessness and dishonesty that was displayed from his company that is so upsetting. Not only myself, ironically my friend was also using this company the exact same day as me and also had issues with things being broken. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Great care was taken to ensure no walls were scratched, banisters roughed up, or door frames nicked.Definitely a show of class when the main man keeps a close eye on his crew and ensures nothing best for them, offering a hand when needed, as well as the best for their customers. Most importantly, they make you feel like youre family!

2022-07-23The movers Will, Andrew, and Kennedy were upbeat and had a great attitude. I really appreciate their efforts. The Roswell office staff is a different story. I had to give my address again to driver after registering online and providing to the office. Also. they kept interrupting the movers questioning whether supplies were used. They were only concern about up charges of packing materials. The contracts are written very slick and not upfront. They basically put you in a position that most of the responsibilities are on the customer. WE WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. I would be mindful. Oh and they were late due to labor shortage? but no real apology or any discounts. An overall horrible experience.
