Awesome store, amazing people, great bike fitA few weeks ago I drove from Chattanooga, TN down to All3Sports in Atlanta to get a bike fit. I have been fit on my current bike before but I wanted to get an update before the 2018 season. The crew at All3 were incredibly accommodating for me coming in from Chattanooga. I had to reschedule my first appointment due to snow and they were actually the ones that called me the day before knowing I was driving down the next day and asked if I wanted to reschedule.I feel that a good bike fit is one of the most beneficial things you can do for yourself and I have been fit using a few different methods in the past. Scott at All3 was very knowledgeable about the entire process and as soon as I got on the bike he could see a few glaring weaknesses. My last fit was based more around comfort for me as I worked on a few flexibility issues. This round I wanted to get more aggressive and more aero. Scott took measurements from my bike and set me up on the RETUL system mimicking that set up. He then started making adjustments little by little dialing me in to the perfect fit. He would exaggerate certain adjustments and we would walk through how it felt as I rode and it really help me better understand my position.Since I had been fit on this same bike before, the bike fitting itself didn’t take very long. We made adjustments on the RETUL machine for 30-45 minutes and then Scott took my bike into the shop to match the adjustments. Another thing that I liked was that Scott recommended a few different products that would make my fit better but he didn’t push that I HAD to have them.So in short, I’m very happy with by bike fit. The crew at All3 are all very knowledgeable and helpful, the store is amazing, and it’s definitely worth the drive if you don’t live in the area. I’ve ridden my bike with the new setup for the past few weeks and I’m already more comfortable and pushing at least 1,000 more watts…
I rarely post reviews, but I couldn’t go without doing so for All3Sports, Matt Cole, and his crew. They were amazing, and SO helpful. I had been researching local shops between Atlanta and Woodstock, GA and finally was referred to All3Sports by a friend.I walked into their store as a rookie triathlete (like for real rookie, who didn’t even know how to clip into a bike) who was nervous and clueless, and walked out 2 hours later with a bike fit, some well-priced equipment, and a sense of confidence. So, thankful for the time and energy Matt and Kate spent helping me and getting to know me!!!If you’re on the fence about which shop to use, OMG look no further.
Ive been an All3Sports customer from my first day as a triathlete. They have a full line of products from all the major brands in the sport as well as having a first class cycling service center. Ive purchased two bikes, had a couple of bike fits, bought several kits, nutrition and numerous swim accessories. Highly recommend All3Sports for your Swim, Bike and Run needs. Looking forward to trying out the new in store KICKR Studio coming on line as well!
Cant say enough good things about the team at All Three Sports. I am not their target market, but as a bike commuter with my work located in the same business park it is awesome having them there. Despite not being a TRI athlete they treat me great and are always friendly and regularly see them out on the road running or riding. Great place if you are looking for a high end tri bike or just need some basic supplies.
I had a bike fit at All3Sports, and it was excellent. I was newer to Triathlon and had yet to have my newly acquired Craigslist Tri bike set up for me. They spent a long time working with me to get a comfortable and aero position. My bike was adjusted and I picked it up the next day. I have to give a special shout out to James - I had emailed him a bunch of questions and he answered them all. He even stayed open a little later than closing time since I was running late and wanted to pick something out. I just called and he said hed stick around. Their website is good as well, but in person at the store is definitely the way to go.
I bought my first (and so far only) tri bike here a few years ago but did not get a bike fit at the time. Just recently I got a bike fit here and it changed my riding position significantly. The whole process was a great learning experience as a triathlete and I was amazed at the level of detail these guys are willing to get into in order to get the perfect fit. Adjustments are dialed in at mm increment while always making sure that the riding position is comfortable for the rider. I ended up changing my crank and saddle, and combined with the cost of fit these are not small investment, but I dont have to wait till race day to tell that it was worth it. Im not talking about a huge gain in power output, but now I feel far more comfortable in aero position (*1) and confident that when I start running off the bike, my legs are not shot and jelly like they used to be. Now I can look forward to doing brick workouts!Like I said, bike fit may not be a small investment, but could pay off big time if done right... and these guys can do it right! Highly Recommended.*1 It did take me a few weeks before my body got adjusted to the new and more aggressive aero riding position. So Id recommend getting a bike fit weeks if not months before your big race!
Grade A Experience!i have a road bike that i purchased and was fiitted for 10 years ago. It kind of worked for me then and i lived with those adjustments, riding it strictly indoors on a trainer. Fast forward 10 years later, and 7 years not used, I put the thing back on a trainer, determined to get in shape to actually ride on the road in the Spring. While the bike had not aged (i kept it well), my body has. Those psuedo adjustments from a decade ago were no longer working for me even a little bit now. Nothing about any of this felt right. I could not just live with it like i had 10 yaers ago. So i did some research online about exactly what one should look for and expect from a bike fitting experience. Understanding that what i got before was not the best nor remotely complete method, i determined to do things right. With additional research for the outfit that would take the time to fit me properly through interviewing me, observation of my body mechanics, watching and making ajustments on a sizing model, and taking measurements, i happily found there was such a place right here in OTP. Atlanta Knowing I was about to shell out a pretty penny while hoping for the best, I created an online profile, answered some questions about myself and set my appointment. My fitting was with Matt. When I tell you he put me immediately at ease, was thorough in his interview and assessment (including having read my online assessment and spoke to that), even explaining my own body mechanics and the excercises to avoid (running, which i have been trying to tell people). and what to expect in the process, believe me when I say that that is an understatement. Matt was beyond fabulous!Besides Matts professional expertise, coupled with his down-to-earth people -centric approach, the thing i really appreciated about this experience is that, at no time, did he or any of his staff try to upsell me on anything. I said i wanted this bike refitted, that is what Matt did, answering all of my questions. I said i wanted a helmet, the young lady assisting me took the copious amount of hair on my head (and i do mean copious) and my budget into account, finding me a fantastic top of the line helment that was 50% off. So conscerned was she with my satisfaction, she apologized that it was an outgoing model from 2017 and that the only change for 2018 was a minor marking on the back of the helmet. Please! Give me 2017s model! I ended up spending less than $300 - assessment plus helmet - because Matt didnt even charge me the cost of a full assessment simply due to the limitations of my bike to be adjusted.I left the shop well fitted (i no longer have the hip, thigh, and left knee strain from being poorly adjusted), and a helment I am happy with. I highly recommend this place, If you are a cyclist, swimmer, runner, triathlete, or simply wanting to get some advice - look no further. But, no matter what you choose to do, in me, they have a customer for life!
Hands down, best fitter in Atlanta. Matt Cole has spent 3 multi-hour sessions with me adjusting my fit over a 3 year body transformation. Beyond the fit, the mechanics and staff have created a community of learning that makes even a beginner to triathlon feel comfortable and knowledgable. Their support at local races to any and all participants has undoubtedly saved more than a few from last minute pre-race mishaps.
Wow! What a difference a proper bike fit makes. Matt Cole is a true Jedi Master when it comes to TT fitting. Last week, I was about to put my bike in the dumpster. Literally. But I just finished my first ride since picking it up with all the new changes, and OMG I love this ride!! All I kept thinking today was this is FREAKING AMAZING!! Several friends commented on the difference. Hands down, best fit ever! I am so grateful to Matt and Scott for fixing me up and saving this bike from the trash!!

2020-12-28I had an old bike but never had a bike fit until last month. Now, I am at my best and comfy position on my old road bike and waiting to purchase a new one from this shop. Matt even gave some techniques to generate more power while staying comfortable.

2018-02-16Immediately when you walk in this store you know youve made a good decision! Ive had two bike fits done by the staff at All3. Both times resulted in me getting more aero and powerful on the bike. Everyone in the shop is easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. Theyll let you know exactly how you can get faster. Great selection of products in the store. A multisport athletes paradise!

2017-07-02In 2015 I bought a pair of Powertap in the All3sports shop . As I am based in Austria it was a challenge to manage the malfunction which occurred to one of the pedals recently. Luckily this June I made a trip to Atlanta and gave a call to Ed. He immediately offered a solution and when I got to the shop the team provided fantastic support. A big thank you to all! Really a superb team there.THX!Zoltan Syposs4x IM

2020-09-18Starting my triathlon journey here with a professional bike fit was the best decision. The attention to detail and willingness to share knowledge about how to feel confident on the bike makes me more excited than ever. Dont hesitate bringing your business here!

2021-07-22Looking for a new Cervelo. I went into the store a couple of months ago. I knew they would not be available. I was told by the sales person at the store to reach out to the general manager directly to get availability. Multiple emails and phone calls later. Still not even a response from anyone. I want to support local but when you cant get anyone to talk to you.. It makes that impossible...which means someone else gets my business. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

2018-02-26Easily the best place in Atlanta (and probably the entire Southeast) to get a bike fit. Matt Cole, the owner of All3 Sports, and the rest of the fit team provide the most comprehensive fit process I have ever experienced. Each of the fitters at All3 goes beyond the bike itself to provide a full personal assessment of mobility & flexibility, tight spots and fitness level. This knowledge allows the fitter to make you as comfortable (and as fast) as possible on a bike. I could not recommend All3 Sports more for a bike fit.

2018-02-15This is the best place for a bike fit in Atlanta, hands down! Matt spent a good deal of time with me helping to pinpoint the cause of my discomfort on my ride. I left with the knowledge I needed to be able to crush it this year. The bike selection at the store is downright drool-worthy and the staff is friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. All3 rocks!

2017-04-27As a cyclist, runner, triathlete, this is my go to bicycle shop and running store. The people here are truly genuine. I hate going into a bicycle shop and being greeted by a roadie that looks me up and down and is very snobbish because I dont know the difference between a 11-28 and a 12-25 cassette. Im like hey buddy I just ride the thing. Well, all3sports is not that store. They are very friendly and helpful. Theyre not judging you on your level of bike knowledge. I live in Smyrna and will drive 20 miles past multiple bike shops just to take my bike there.Within the past year, theyve also changed ownership. At first I was a little skeptical and unsure how the new owners would treat their customers. But after dealing with them the past 6 months, I couldnt be happier. They still have the same friendly staff.I highly recommend this store.

2019-09-06My wife had purchased a road bike from another dealer and began having knee pain and other issues which I thought was from an improper fit. Matt Cole observed me on the bike and knew right away what the problem was. He retrofitted her bike with smaller bars that werent available when she purchased the bike new. He was very knowledgeable and perceptive as to what the problem was and how to fix it. Props to Scott Miles also who was the All3 mechanic who did the work....and to Ian for the creatively wonderful bar tape wrapping. My wife had purchased a tri bike from All3 several years ago which worked well for her and she loved. However, injuries, surgery, aging and lack of as much flexibility were starting to cause her issues on the bike. She made an appointment to get a new bike fit with Matt Cole, owner of All3, and as before with the fit on her road bike, Matt quickly was able to see what the problems were and how to fix them so that she was not only more comfortable on the bike but also was able to ride with more power and without pain. On her first ride after getting the new fit, she was able to ride faster and able to run after the ride much more easily. Based on my wifes experience, I would recommend that especially triathletes not assume the first fit they get on their bike should be the only one they ever need. And I certainly would recommend Matt to do the fit. With his knowledge and expertise along with the Retul fit system, I dont think you can get a more proper bike fit anywhere. I would also like to thank Scott Miles, mechanic at All3, for his expertise in making the changes on her bike. The team of people that work at All3 cant be beat for their knowledge and experience in the cycling sports and their customer service.

2018-08-15Honest bike service! I adjusted my bikes derailleurs at home, but it did not feel smooth after I took a test ride. I brought to another high rated bike shop first, and they suggested me to do a full tune up after checking my bike. That bike shop was booked for the week, so I googled nearby bike shops and found this All3Sports. The mechanical guy took a look of the bike and said my bike works as it should be, it absolutely didnt need a tune up now. He took a test ride and came back, make some small adjustments on the limit screws. My bike is shifting much smoother and no charge!I strongly recommend this store if you need to repair or check you bike, and I definitely will come back if I need to do a tune up or other services.
