I went to them, based on a doctor office referral. They claim to be a pain management clinic but told me there was nothing they could do. After they collected their payment. The doctor barely spoke to me. He was more concerned about my insurance which is Cigna. Good insurance. I think they only want disability claimants.

This was the absolute worst experience ever. I see why this place has 3 stars. If I could rate 0, I would. All of my new patient information was done online to avoid a long wait time. My appointment was 2:45 and I didn’t leave until 5. 1 hour in the waiting area, 1 hour in a room waiting on the doctor and the rest of the time explaining how I can’t be seen until I receive additional services from other providers. Basically, a waste of time and copay. This is something that could have been discussed by phone, prior to my visit.

Dr. Patterson and his staff are definitely top notch and deserve 10 stars not just 5. From the first visit Dr. Patterson has been phenomenal. I had an anterior spinal fusion in May of last year. I have been experiencing severe pains in general since my surgery, I have been experiencing extreme discomfort walking, sitting, standing, along with several other painful issues in arching of my spine. Dr. Patterson spent at least 20 to 30 minutes listening to my issues, concerns, and physically examining me. He has gone over and beyond what I expected in my treatment, injections, and ablations. I expressed my concerns about strong medications, and i prefer to stay away from them if possible. He listened and honored my request. If I was able to, I would make Dr. Patterson my primary care physician. He has a calm demeanor and has an excellent bedside manner. I was seeing Dr. Patterson at the Conyers, GA office and moved my care over 56 miles one way to the Camp Creek location when I found out Dr. Patterson would not be coming back to the Conyers location in the foreseeable. The staff at the Conyers and Camp Creek locations are caring, helpful and simply amazing. I would recommend both locations to anyone needing pain management treatment.

I love the care provided by Dr. Patterson and his entire staff. I do not have another physician that matches his standards care. His office staff move in the matter of a well oil machine. Many medical establishments can learn a lot by observing their professionalism and respect expressed towards their patients and one another. I actually enjoy my visits. Keep up the good work. Love you guys.

Who do I need to speak to directly without speaking with the front office staff or inconsiderate people who dismisses my concerns for the unfair treatment of my elderly mother today? My mother felt defeated after the accusations at her visit today. Half of the stuff that was being said to her she didnt even understand and trying to explain it to me confused her even more. Elderly people minds are not as snappy as they use to be and that is why a caregiver should be allowed in the patient room when being seen by the doctor. I am trying not to lose faith in this practice.

Princeton Lakes office physicians are not about the patient, but about what procedires they want to do. My experience was pre-determined before the doctors even examined me. If you are not in need of injections you will not be seen here. And, the sorry response that the owner provides is indicative of the problem. Cares more about the review than looking into specific cases. Companies like yours are not caregivers. You are only business a d money motivated and not about the patient. Your solution was to send me to another drug dealer I stead of providing viable detox and psycho therapy. Your doctors prescribed the pain meds for over ten years knowing that the addiction would also need to be treated. Instead of concerning yourself with my care you look to label and place those addicted by your companys hand and leave them to fend for themselves. You might as well be a puppy mill!Shame on you and those like you who are profiting and have gotten rich from human pain and misery.

While Dr Patterson seems to genuinely care about my excruciating back pain, he is limited in ways to help me due to misguided governmental laws and some inexperienced staff members. I recommend a full review of support staff and several replacements.A few of the girls lack the professionalism required for their jobs.

Alliance Spine and Pain Centers at Camp Creek was created to bring quality care to the south side of Atlanta which has been traditionally underserved with medical specialists. If you are interested in being treated by some of the best physicians in the field of pain management, at a convenient location and wish to be treated like family, rather than a number, please schedule an appointment with one of our doctors. WE ARE PRIMARILY AN INTERVENTIONAL CLINIC meaning that we focus on procedures that may help or eliminate your pain. In special circumstances, medication management may be your only option. Complaints that we are focused on interventions is akin to going to a surgeon and saying you dont want surgery and expecting him or her to continue scheduling appointments for you and prescribe medications rather than referring you to a more appropriate specialist. Any doctor can prescribe pain medications. Our expertise is centered around our 13 years of medical training including anesthesiology and interventional pain management. All of the physicians here are board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine and have been trained at top universities such as Harvard Medical School and Vanderbilt University amongst other notable institutions. We make every effort to provide a high quality experience to our patients, starting with a state of the art facility. We pride ourselves in treating every patient with skill, integrity and compassion. Pain management continues to be an evolving field and there are many rules and regulations that we must follow in order to remain compliant and safe. Medications that were once prescribed freely and at high dosages are no longer the standard of care, which may upset some patients. However, we utilize interventional techniques, Physical Therapy, and the latest technology along with appropriate medications to relieve your chronic pain. I am from southwest Atlanta and vowed to bring high quality care to this area as a resident and fellow in pain management. Please visit us for yourself and experience the best that Atlanta has to offer!

This clinic is absolutely ridiculous! The doctor wants to cut your medication to barely 15% of your required dosage, and put you on 3 to 4 more different medications. As well as put a permanent hole in your spine by injecting steroids into your spine. The doctor claims that pain killers are really bad for you but theres nothing wrong with you getting charged $2000 to put a permanent hole in your spine! Are they serious?

I work with the public myself and am aware that not only does the first impression is lasting, but also we have to do our best to make our patients/customers have a good experience if not the best when they enter a place of business. My experience was like going through a bad drive-through or being a commodity on an assembly line. Yesterday, was my first time at your facility, I got there 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. After completing all the papers (similar to signing at a closing for a house), I waited for another 45-50 minutes ( way after my scheduled start time for my procedure) Finally I was called back to a room (an unfinished plumbing and cabinetries room), this person without first introducing who she was proceded to ask me questions (repeating questings I already answered in the waiting room). This took another 20-30 minutes after which she took me to a curtained area to sit in a wheelchair. My vital signs were taken, then I was left in this small curtained area for what seemed like forever. I had to get up and paced the room walking around the wheelchair, listening to the conversation of the person in the curtained area next to me. ( 2 other patients were moved in and out of that area before someone came back to talk to me. Again she did not introduce herself, she pulled the curtained bringing a cart with her saying Im going to start your iv. After telling her I was a hard stick she shouted for backup., another person entered (again no introduction) she started looking at my hands and arms for a place to start my iv. After looking and looking, I told her that on my last visit to my Pcp( 1 week prior) they were able to get blood from my inner forearm (pointing to the area), she dismissed my suggestion without even looking at the site, stating that getting blood was different from starting an iv. My dress was pulled down( only because my dress had sleeves) so both arms could be evaluated for an iv. She eventually after several minutes looked where I had asked her to look. First attempt was successful. Another person came in, she, asked my name(not telling me who she was) and wheeled me into the procedure room. I was placed on the table and my dress was pulled up to expose my back. What happens to patients being undressed and given a gown for a procedure?? OMG!!!. After the procedure was over I was wheeled out in a wheelchair to another curtained area (I was still very drowsy from the medication that was given during the procedure) After 10-15 minutes and a can of apple juice, I was wheeled out (discharged). In closing, this was the worst experience that anyone could be subjected to, especially someone in pain. The ONLY reassuring thing from that experience was the doctor that did the procedure, he came in while I was waiting and introduced himself and explained what he was going to do and the medication he was going to use.
