Allure is amazing and I highly recommend! I got SNS (dip powder) on my natural nails and I love it! Its lasted almost 5 weeks because Ive been waiting for them to come off but they havent yet. SNS has protected my natural nails and theyre longer than theyve ever been.
Super nice and clean salon in the area. Stop by and get the toe done and couldn’t ask for more. The young lady ( for got to ask her name ) do wonderful jobs. Definitely come back for the next 2 weeks
I spent $150 for my nails and my daughter. Colby and Jackie. The nails were crooked and lumpy. The acrylic was put on uneven. After 1 week the both of us has 2 missing broken nails. I went back 2/17 one nail broke after 1 hour. This is HORRIBLE service.
Second time here. So disappointed. Kept pushing for more services to do. I went in for a gel manicure. HORRIBLE. Its for a wedding. Last time I had it done here it was AMAZING. I showed a picture of it and now its all uneven, thick and just horrible. I am having to go elsewhere to fix. They shrugged when I said I did not like it. Oh. Im sorry. No willingness to fix nothing. Amy did my hands. Dont waste your time. She said it was my fault.
Kind and pleasant technicians who do excellent work in a clean salon. Always a pleasure coming. I recommend making appointments as they tend to have busy rushes in the evenings and on weekends.
I love this place but just know they close at 6:30 not seven pm like the hours say. They didn’t want to take me and all I wanted was a pedicure. They do an amazing job though
4 of us visited allure mail bar on a Friday evening. The staff is pretty dis-balanced in their understanding of what the customer wants. I wanted a deluxe mani-pedi combo with gel nail polish on my finger nails. One of the staff said it was not possible. I asked to talk to somebody else. She just said it was not possible. Later on, towards the end, when I talked to a few other staff members, they said there was a misunderstanding and they apologized. The same staff member who said that the combo mani-pedi was not possible also did the pedicure of one of my friends in less than 15 minutes. A typical pedicure takes about 30-35 minutes (that’s approximately how long it took for the rest of us). All of us given a 10% discount though and were promised better service the next time we were there. I am still wondering if I should give this place a second chance since this was my first time here. I’ve read better reviews.Update on June 27, 2021:The gel nail polish has cracked my nails to the worst extent. The nails have broken and because my nails were put in acetone (on their recommendation) for more than 45 minutes, they’ve become extremely brittle and broken from between. My nails are in general strong and do not break easily. I’ve attached photos of how my nails look now. I am not going to go back to this place.
Can honestly say that this salon did the best nails Ive ever had, and Ive been to quite a few salons! I got a full set of dip powder with tips, ended up being ~$60. Make an appointment and ask for Johnnie for top notch service !
I am extremely disappointed! It’s not what it used to be anymore😞. I have posted before and after pictures of SNS manicures. I will not longer come back again😔.Thank you for responding back, but I will not be back again. I was charged 45$ for SNS. Your price for SNS has increased by 5 dollars. This salon is great! I walked in for a fill-in and the wait was not long. Johnnie did a fantastic job on my nails - I’m obsessed! So glad I decided to check them out.
Good service, I was straight in and out during rush hour on a weekday and the place was clean. The location is the the building with the New Balance store, just in case the GPS sends you to the wrong building like it did me.
Worse experience! In less than a week and my nails already looking old and they start coming out. They charge me $65 for nothing. I am not happy with my nails at all.
Jackie did my nails, and I LOVE LOVE them!!! This is the frist place and nail tech I didnt have to constantly argue with to make minor corrections.With other nail salons/techs I always have some changes they would need to make because of the lack of attention to detail.The place was clean and they were very professional. I didnt have an appointment but I was taken care of out the door in less than an hour for a full set.Loved it!

Now: 3/7/22Since the guy left and it’s been under a new family member, maybe his wife, this place hasn’t been the same related to quality of work or service. This is my third time giving them a chance once I wasn’t satisfied before and people are just lazy and rush my service. I wanted a certain nail color and she brought it back to me like she couldn’t paint it because it was a little separated. I politely asked could she just shake it up. And what do you know, the color was fine. Then when I was getting a manicure, I saw the guy put an unknown solution on my pinky nail and I asked him what it was. He said it’s antibacterial. I said uhh, ok, what for?? And then he nervously tells me he cut my pinky a little bit. The issue isn’t that he made an accident, the issue is that he made a mistake and wasn’t going to say anything and keep moving right along in the service. Ok top of that, I have permanent nail bed damage from how harsh they’ve been with my nails. They don’t even bother taking the time to try to educate on nail health or tell you what’s wrong when they clearly see it’s an issue.This is not the same place it used to be. Pedicure is $25 and Gel mani is $30. Nail services in general are too expensive today but I will happily go elsewhere and pay more if that means I get quality service. I ordered my fav nail color as I was getting my feet done and I ordered it so I can take it over to a new salon. I won’t be coming back.(10 months ago)I absolutely love this nail place. They make sure my gel nails are cured accurately and they last for 3 1/2-4 weeks no lie. Their customer service is exceptional and they take covid safety seriously
Had a very disappointing experience here with my friend. Bad customer service. My friend got massively hit on while we sat on different tables, super inappropriate and unprofessional, not to say gross!Our nails did not look nice either, the two layers of polish showed, not covering each other properly. Chipped off the very next day!Only giving one star for the clean and new nice-looking salon.I reached out to the establishment, sending both email and messenger message, but never heard back from them.
Ill be honest, this is the BEST place Ive ever been to. The ambiance of the whole entire salon is of peace and tranquility. This is my second time visiting them in 2 weeks and have already brought additional people with me lol. They are also Covid friendly, they take all the necessary precautions and I felt very safe and welcomed. This is my go to from now on ☺️ I want to thank Ms. Amy from my first visit taking care of my boyfriend and I and also Mr. johnny for restoring my nails back to Amazing shape! I would highly recommend and pray many blessings on this business and continue much success in not only their salon but in their lives.
I love this salon‼️‼️ Every time I visit they always over exceed my expectations. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. My nails are always done to perfection. Beautiful shape and always flawless. When it’s time for my pedi they always put me to sleep cause I’m so relaxed. I highly recommend this place because they are awesome and professional.
Very, very pleased with the gel manicure I got from Tim on 5/25/21! I was a walk-in and was instantly greeted and told someone would be right with me. The salon is very clean and taking the proper protocol to be safe/ sanitary (we are still in a pandemic)! Overall very good first-time experience! I think this is my new spot for me mani/pedis! :)
I went last night and had an amazing experience! Both Tony and Dumpling made my sister and I feel welcomed. Even though Tony started on my nails 10 minutes to close, he didn’t rush the work and still made me feel like my nails were going to be just as good as someone coming in at least an hour before close. Thanks so much! I loved how my nails and pedicure turned out. I definitely found a new nail salon to go to!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Appointments are definitley recommended/encouraged. Id initially arrived as a walk in, but the person at the front desk, who was quite attentive, said to come back a little later as they were busy and set an appointment for me. As soon as I came back, I was shown a chair. I enjoyed my experience and will be back for a pedicure.

Absolutely Love this place!!! Beautiful and Clean Salon. Nice Vibe and super comfortable chairs. Johnnie is my families favorite! He isnt just a tech, he is a nail Artist and we always leave with our nails looking better than we imagined. A lot of talented staff up there and a great selection of colors and techniques. Another thing I have noticed is that my nails rarely break and never pop off. We will definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend .
Today I went to Allure Nail Bar in hopes of finding a new nail salon. I must say I feel I was successful. I got a gel manicure by Tim. He was very gentle and kind. Made sure I was comfortable at all times. Helen did my pedicure. Gentle and kind as well. Another young lady, who’s name escapes me did a fabulous design of my toe for me. All technicians paid close attention to the small details that make any nail service worth the time and money. I received quality work for an amazing price and couldn’t be happier. I would DEFINITELY recommend that you visit this nail salon.
I absolutely love this place. Super clean. Everyone is extremely friendly. I’ve been rocking with JOHNNIE since I first entered this nail salon. He is super precise and his work is absolutely amazing. I refuse to go to anyone else. This is officially my home. I recommend Allure to anyone I come into contact with lol. I love this salon! Ive been a couple times and my pedicure was lovely. My manicures have been outstanding each time. They last long and the diamonds dont fall off quickly like some nail shops I have been to. The staff is friendly and professional, and makes sure youre comfortable!

I walked into this nail shop on the first day they opened and I’ve been back at least 4 times already. Such a beautiful shop and professional workers. The ambience is very relaxing and peaceful. Quality work, great customer service and calm environment are all the things I look for when I seek services, Allure Nail Bar Clairmont has all of those qualities and more. The service here is great. Johnny does my nails and gets it right every time. When I ask for a square shape nail I get a SQUARE shaped nail! The place is always spotless and the people are welcoming. Every nail tech there definitely knows what they are doing. I highly recommend.
Went for a pedicure - opted for the high end one ($60 -as I recall) and the tech was terrible! She didnt speak a single word, did a very poor job and I suspect she had not been trained - she didnt know how to wrap the hot towel around my leg (so, by the time she kind of got it it was cold), did a lousy callous scrub job and did less massage than the $15 pedicure people do. I complained to the manager and he discounted my fee. Its a very pretty place but I had a lousy experience.
Today was my first visit to Allure Nail Bar Clairmont. I decided to try a new salon after the service at the place I had been going to for about a year had gone downhill. First to say the Allure Nail Bar space is gorgeous and immaculately clean, even the rest room. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. When I arrived, the staff greeted me with a smile. The two gentleman who provided services (pedicure and SNS) did an outstanding job. I never felt rushed in the least. Fingers and toes look spectacular! I will be back . Highly recommended.

One of the cleanest and most professional nail salons I’ve been to. Customer service is the best, and they’re doing an excellent job implementing proper safety procedures to protect both employees and customers from Covid-19. I wish I started coming sooner. And most importantly, my nails look good too.

I am very impressed with this establishment. After anxiously waiting for this nail bar to open, my expectations were far exceeded. The owner, Johnny is a true rockstar when it comes to customer service. Everyone is professional, personable and committed to creating a pampering experience. My first pedicure still looked amazing after 3.5 weeks! Another sweet touch is the fresh floral arrangements placed all around the spa that are custom tailored to compliment the sleek and trendy decor. Allure Nail Bar Clairmont offers many cutting edge services like the Collagen Socks to create soft-kissable feet.
While I really enjoyed the look and the quality of the work at the salon, I was shocked whenever I received the price for my service. I asked for SNS nails and I asked for gel color on my toes. I was charged $20 extra for the gel polish on my toes. I was also charged $10 for my nails to be filed in an almond shape. I have no issues with the quality of the work that was done. However, I can drive 1 mile down the road and receive the exact same quality of work for $30 cheaper. I will not be returning to allure nail bar. If they want to seek returning customers, they really need to reevaluate what they are charging their customers.
Best pedicure ever. I stopped in for the first time and everyone was so nice.The salon is beautiful. I cannot remember her name but she was very pretty with a tiny diamond nose ring. She did an amazing job! I found my new go to place! Manager was very professional and made sure he knew my name before I left. I can’t wait to go back.
I have been here like clockwork since they opened and by the third time, I was greeted by name. The staff is so friendly (Johnny is fantastic and always takes the time to ask how life is) and the space is super clean. They always do a really great job with my nails - I will be coming back again and again!

The assistant manager and his wife are very nice and down to earth...the whole staff seems to be that way. Tammi is a great nail tech and does great pedicures....foot massages and all. My last SNS lasted a little over 2 weeks, and I couldve stretched it to 3. Glad I found this place. So far, so good.

Allure Nail Bar at Clairmont is the best nail salon in Atlanta. The staff is very friendly and professional. The salon has an upscale design without the upscale prices. They offer a huge array of services ( pedicures. manicures, eye brow waxing/arching, beautiful and unique nail designs, eye lash extensions, etc...). I highly recommend Allure Nail Bar at Clairmont. Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed- Johnnie does my nails and ALWAYS does a great job. He makes sure that you are completely satisfied. I give them 1000 stars.

I tried this place for the first time last week and I honestly will not go back again.The nail technician (Jackie) was very rough on my hands cutting the skin under my nails in multiple areas. I was bleeding from one of the cuts, and the other cut kept hurting for days.In addition, once he was done with the dipping of my nails- you could see the nail through the color in some fingers. I had to ask him to do extra layers to get all of my nails to look the same.During payment, the nail tech did not tell me about their grand opening 20% discount and basically charged me the full price.In the end, the quality of my nails was not good and they’re already starting to fall apart a week later.
I came to this nail salon for a pedicure. Kenny was GREAT. I keep looking at my toes they’re so pretty and nicely shaped. I highly recommend this place. I’ve never seen a salon so clean
Although I don’t understand why a gel polish change and one acrylic overlay on my toe cost $24 off it wasn’t too bad of an experience I also didn’t get the 20% off I was promised but that’s neither here nor there other than it’s very beautiful and elegant set up. I might stick to my regular nail salon on my side of town but I’ll think about coming back.
Im giving three stars because theres a lot of pros and cons to this nail salon.Cons--I had my SNS done only a WEEK ago and its already chipped on FIVE of my nails.-When I asked if they had had SNS to match regular polish they only gave me a few options. After letting them know that I didnt like the colors they were providing I wouldnt be getting my nails done. They came back with more and more colors until I was satisfied. They just made that super complicated.. why wouldnt you just show me what you have so it wouldnt have been such a long process.-Theres about 5 other nail shops around the Toco Hills area that do a better job for a better price. Coming here you will over pay for your mani.Pros-After they finally brought me all the colors it was neat how they have a dot to show which colors they have in SNS and regular polish.-best pedi Ive had in a while-very clean-comfortable massaging chairs
I love the new Allure Nail bar on Clairmont! Theyve done my nails three times now and theyve been perfect every single time. Theres never a very long wait at all. Perfect nails, perfect toes, this is my new place!

I have been going to Johnnie for years and, naturally, followed him when he premiered at Allure Nailbar Clairmont, in Decatur, GA! I love this place!!! Not only is Johnnie fantastic, but the facility is sleek, classic, and filled with a professional and friendly staff. My pedicure was fantastic and relaxing! As always, my nails are kept looking fantastic by Johnnie. Allure Nailbar Clairmont is full service, the location is conveniently located, and there is a lot of love shown on all levels. She didnt cover my nail completely with the coat that helps the color polish stay longer. She just dotted each nail with it. My polish only stayed for 1 day before it started to chip off.
If you are looking for nail art this is definitely not the place. Quite disappointed. I was told to select a simple design as the staff are not skilled. In what i chose also they didnt di do good job.

The salon requires you to call and schedule an appointment, so I called and scheduled an appointment with Evee. My appointment was for 1:30pm I arrived on time. When I get to the desk they tell me Evee had errands to run and she was not coming in. The guy called Evee and she still said she was not coming. They said everyone else was busy and did I want to reschedule. What type of business is this? Very unprofessional, this is a new business in DeKalb that I wanted to support. I will make sure I NEVER SEND ANY CUSTOMERS TO YOU AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO YOUR NAIL SALON. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
1st experience was great then it went downhill from there. Consumer tip, if you want repeat customers you need to duplicate the first experience 🤷🏽♀️

I had a 10:00 am appointment this morning. At 10:25, I still had received no service, nor had anyone spoken to me about the nail technicians delay or absence. I left without explanation and will not return when there are as many good nail salons in the neighborhood. The lack of attention and lack of service certainly is no way to establish a reputation as a bona fide business.
Management changed. They used to spend more time and detail. They also got new massage chairs. The old ones were way better.
I love this place. Its clean, friendly fast and very perfossional service. All for a great price. Johnny does an awesome job on my nails. Then Tim omg my feet are so soft. Best placs ever in Decatur.

This is a beautiful shop its very relaxing the decor is lovely and I love that they pay very close attention to detail. I followed my nail tech Johnnie from another shop to his new location and Im happy I did.
Was a little disappointed this time around ... I came in at 1030 and waited for the gentleman to finish up with his First client of the day... as she checked out I stood up thinking I was going to be called next... the gentleman exited the front door for a smoke break? The salon just opened at 10... you did one client and ready for break.. not my business ... but it is by business when I come in with my limited time and you expect me to literally watch you smoke while I wait for a service I’m about to you pay well for ? Sorry this just really rubbed me the wrong way... quickly left and went back to my usual place.

2021-09-13This is literally the best salon I’ve ever been to in my history of nail salons. I’ll never go anywhere else. The attention to detail is impeccable. They offer complimentary coke products and water. The salon is very clean, beautiful and quiet and for the quality of service, the price is just right. I went on a Sunday afternoon and had no wait. Im beyond pleased.

2021-12-16My friend and i both got our nails here today and theyre literally phenomenal. we both absolutely love how they turned out and had no problems with getting the designs we wanted, the salon was clean and the staff was great. mine (black and white) cost $65 and hers (red) were $55. tony and katelyn did mine and were so sweet, and my friend had hannie and enjoyed her experience as well. 10/10 will return!

2022-03-28It was my first time at this location and I was incredibly disappointed. When I walked in it was fairly empty inside. I wasnt immediately greeted at the front desk and it took them at least 5 minutes to acknowledge me and ask what service I would like to receive. They asked me to wash my hands and then said nothing else. I sat down in the waiting area waiting for them to tell me how long it would be or what chair I should sit in and they never told me.Two other people walked in after I did and they were immediately greeted, told to pick a color for their service and they were told how long the wait would be.I got up and picked my color as well and headed back to the waiting area where I sat waiting for half an hour. They then serviced the person who walked in after me and didnt acknowledge or tell me how long I would have to continue waiting.I finally got serviced and I did not like my nails. I got a fill-in and I thought it was horribly done. On one hand it was incredibly thin and the other was waay too thick. I also hated the way he shaped my nails and the more he tried to fix it the more the uglier it got.I was not pleased with the service and the final look of my nails. It was also poorly painted and it has started to strip at the tips.Edit: This is so rude. Im not sure why youre trying to tell me that I wasnt at the correct place. This is the exact location I went to. I dont know anyones name there because no one told me their name and they barely spoke to me while I was at the salon. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

2022-03-25I’ve been going to this place about a year now and it’s been pretty good until my favorite guy Jackie moved. He only did my nails a few times but it’s the best few sets I’ve had from Allure. My first fill in since he left has left me with 2 very painful nails cracked horizontally and almost all nails lifting within 2 weeks all hanging on by the tips and will surely be the same result as the first 2, I’m annoyed and scared for the result of my nails. Never wasting my money there again. This experience definitely has made me not want to get long nails ever again. Thanks!! -___-

2022-01-04I came here on a last minute run. I knew exactly what I wanted and had time and money for because I called to make an appointment . The lady I had was an older lady and when I tell you she made me feel so bad and lacked in my experience all because she was forcing me to get gel and on my toes and well she wanted to update on the different options they had. I’m a new mom who has been out of work and wanted to only get what I could afford but I didn’t know that meant giving lack of services. I never once got rude and never once not made myself clear. My toes looked like something I could of did and my nails. OMG!!! They look absolutely unprofessional. she snatched my hand constantly after I stated I only wanted a gel manicure she seemed so hostile and irritated.My cuticles were not cut and if literally looks horrible. If I could post this I definitely would show this hot mess.All I wanted to do was treat myself for once and relax and that experience was completely ruined by over pushing and, lack of respect and consideration. I have been here once before my recent visit and never experienced this type of behavior here or anywhere honestly . I pride myself on keeping my nails and toes done and I respect the profession so I always tip half my service. This lady deserved nothing from me.the business as a whole is amazing but this specific women definitely confirmed I will never comeback and I live 2 minutes away. I rather continue to stay loyal to my girls in Smyrna.

2022-06-16Very poor service from the time I walked in to the time I left this place. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER spent almost 5 hours in a nail salon getting dip or sns overlay and a polish change on my toes. The staff is extremely slow. They get people in the door and tell customers theres no wait, start their service then go back to the customer they were initially helping. By the time I sat down in the chair for the person to start on my nails I had already been there for an hour. The guy that did my nail was a younger guy that was just rushing and didnt seem to know what he was doing. I expressed to him multiple times that my nails were getting hot from the drilling he was doing trying to get the previous set off. He just said sorry and kept going. I had to basically yell at him for him to stop and try a different method. The results were definitely basic and not worth the time and money spent. The next week my nails started to left and one broke. The polish I got on my toes didnt even last 2 weeks. Week 1 polish on my toes started to chip, by week 2 polish just looked a complete mess. Would not recommend this place to anyone, just go somewhere else.

2022-05-10My nails are in SERIOUS pain...I cant even function properly bc my fingertips hurt so badly. Jake was in a hurry and didnt listen. After asking for a specific color on their swatch he still brought the color he wanted. I had to ask him again to get the color I wanted (not sure why that was). Not personable at all. Im typically a 25% tipper, but definitely did not receive service reflective of a good tip. My shape is not the best. He got acrylic on 2 of my cuticles so he had to nearly burn me to file it off my skin. Not impressed for this to be an upscale nail salon in Atlanta. Will not be returning.

2022-06-21This salon is so peaceful, clean and welcoming. I think I’ve been to every nail place within a 5 mile radius and this is by far the best! I recently took my 7year old daughter and her friend on a Monday afternoon and they were so happy and accommodating to do a kids’ mani and pedi for them! So fun! I highly recommend Allure. Friendly and professional!

2022-04-25Pedicure was great. However the nails ridiculously expensive. Base price then They add $5 for every small task. I ended up having to redo my nails the following week cuz I could stand to look at them anymore. I like clean and thin nails. The shape and borders of the sns was not even making it look uneven on every nail and not properly manicured. They pille dip so much sns that my nails was very thick. This is coming from someone that love minimalistic nails with a lil touch of design.
