I had a great experience with Allen from ALM. He was very pleasant and understanding of the current situation at hand. Initially I had spoke with him over the phone a few weeks before and up until purchasing the car I shopped for online. When I came in he made sure the process went as swiftly as possible. Mohamed, who was very nice, handled my financing which was quick and easy as well. Thanks ALM.
Was interested in an E63 AMG they had listed for sale. I’m out of state so I had a local shop do a PPI only to find out it needed an estimated $15K in body work to fix a shoddy quarter panel repair that was previously done. Damage and improper painting was not disclosed by ALM Gwinnett and dealer provided photos were taken in a way that prevented damage from being seen. All of their adds have a standard disclaimer stating used cars may have dings or scratches but that is extremely misleading in this case. Would not have wasted my time and money had they listed the car honestly.
I had an amazing experience at ALM every one was so patient and accommodating they made my first time car purchase swift and smooth. Brad was very helpful and nice he made sure I left with the exact car that I wanted, he took his time with me and explained everything. I will definitely be coming back and recommending others.
ALM is an excellent place to pick up a used car. Linda my sales rep was nothing but professional. Her communication skills are second to none. Linda replied to a text I sent her at 10pm within 2 minutes. I wasn’t expecting a reply until the next day. Best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle in a long time.
Purchased my second vehicle from ALM. I had the pleasure of working with Louis on this purchase. Louis did a great job of showing me the current inventory and explaining the plus and minuses of the 4 or 5 vehicles that I was interested in. Once I settled on the vehicle that I was going to purchase Louis made the purchase process as smooth as purchasing a car can be. Very pleased with the vehicle and the overall buying experience.
Jumicheal was the best sales person. He has a great southern charm and personality. He was very attentive to my daughters needs to purchase a car. ALM is very lucky to have him as an employee. The finance guy was also extremely friendly and explained everything in detail. Cant remember his name 🤦🏾♀️
My sales rep Linda was really great! Worked with me and was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Everyone in the dealership was accommodating. It was a very chill and comforting environment to buy a car. They have a good selection and very competitive deals. Would definitely recommend a visit, and especially with Linda.
My experience with ALM Gwinnett was quite good overall. The vehicle, when delivered, was exquisitely prepared and exquisitely clean. My salesperson, Louis, was most helpful and accommodating. He was and continues to be knowledgeable and responsive. My only negative comment is that the dealership was less than fully prepared for an all cash transaction, creating a small delay in documentation.

I was interested in an SUV.. So I got online and found a cute Range Rover.. I got a call back immediately .. I had the pleasure of working with Linda and Louis.. From start to finish it was seamless. They got me the terms I wanted and we signed and closed the deal. This is my second purchase from this company. Ill be back and I would recommend them to anyone. I was in need of a vehicle short notice and have never been through the financing process before. Nazim was super helpful and friendly and made the process make sense for someone who wouldn’t have known any better. The staff seems to get along well and has fun while on the job but still being professional. After Nazim helped me pick out a vehicle within my budget and I got approved I met, Mohamed who is their finance manager. He’s very professional and efficient while also being attentive. I don’t really have anything bad to say about the place. The owner is nice (even though I forgot his name, I will not forget his kindness) and the facility was clean and organized. I recommend at least stopping in and seeing your options. You never know what you could get. I surely never expected to drive off with a 2015 BMW. If I’m in the market for another car in the future I’d consider coming back purely for the hospitality and comfort
Purchased a vehicle from here, and signed an IOU contract for two things that were negotiated during the car purchasing process(and the only reason I settled for the price I did). They constantly told me that they’re shop was either busy to make the repair they promised they would, and the items for my car were on back order that they agreed to provide. They did not have the spare key either. I have reached out several times to the manager of this location to follow up on ALM fulfilling their part of the contract, but each time I am given the run around. I would make sure you have everything you agreed upon before leaving the dealership, because once you are out the door they will turn their back on you. Be cautious.
Amazing experience!!! I came in very frustrated and feeling defeated. I left feeling victorious!!! Louis made the process feel so seamless and effortless. He made me feel comfortable and there was no pressure. He was very informative also. I will definitely be back for future purchases!
This dealership is untrustworthy. Firstly, they didn’t reveal that the vehicle I purchased had a cracked gasket. Secondly, I’ve been waiting a month to receive my tag (still haven’t received it as of this review). I have contacted them multiple times about the tag issue, but have not received a response. Had they been responsive about the tag, I might have been happy to overlook the gasket problem and given them a good review. Purchase from them at your own risk.

I spent a little over a month working with Louis here at ALM. We talked for over an hour and clicked. I knew after our conversation he was my salesman. Today I purchased my 3rd BMW here. When you come to ALM of Gwinnett, ask for Louis to get professional, quick, and quality service.
This location has some good vehicles but dont want to sell them to you unless you want to finance them.Never in my 30 years of purchasing vehicles have I not been told the actual out of the door price.We waited and waited for a call or text or email back on the car we wanted the price for and it never came so we took out $ elsewhereUnprofessional to say the least

I had an appointment with Mr. Allen Smith, and he greeted me at the door as soon as I arrived. I was interested in a Subaru Impreza, and he got it ready for me immediately. I was very pleased with the whole process, and how helpful and professional he was. Definitely recommend!
This was our first time at ALM Gwinnett and we couldn’t have left more pleased! Allen was waiting to greet us as we arrived and was a phenomenal help all the way through. Things didn’t work out with the original car we went to look at, but Allen made everything work out with another vehicle! We are very happy about our new SUV and the experience we had at ALM Gwinnett!
The buying experience was ok but the problem came when it was time to get my tags. I couldn’t get my tags due to some problem on ALM end. When I called four days in a row to speak to the sales manager or my salesman Chris neither one would get on the phone or call me back to tell me what is going on with my tags or why I can’t get them. I live out of town so I can’t just pop up at the dealership. It feels like they just sold me a car and said screw you. I am very disappointed in the way they treat their customers. I paid $49K for a car I can get tags for and driving around on an expired drive out tag cause I can’t get them to mail me an updated one. I think I may contact a lawyer!!
Natalia Velez Was very diligent helpful and outgoing throughout the process . ALM appeared to actually care about what I wanted and went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for Id given my 4 star for all their service. I would have gave them 5 if they wouldve had what I wanted its not their fault its just the markets they did a great job.

PLEASE READAs a sales rep who was recently previously employed at this location…with ZERO bias I can honestly tell you that besides the very knowledgeable and helpful sales representatives here, everything else in the dealership is in absolute shambles.I came from a very reputable company prior to accepting my role with ALM and I have to tell you - I would be absolutely shocked everyday walking in to work of how unprofessional and unorganized the Desk/ Sales and General manager behaved. Very “frat boy” type of atmosphere. Also it would seem that depending on how much money the managers specifically pocket off the deal determines if the customer is approved NOT the bank. A common phrase the head GM would use is “it’s not a deal unless I say it’s a deal.” Verbatim.I have absolutely nothing but love for the service team for how hard they work everyday but the truth of the matter is… they’re SEVERELY understaffed. This was a problem that I had to deal with for my 6 or 7 months here. And to add fuel to the fire, the owners and managers CONTINUALLY purchase vehicles through auction that they know have had (in most cases still have) major issues with them and then ask the reps to sugar code and make assurances that the vehicles are reconditioned and will not have issues moving forward. On every deal they will charge you a Preowned inspection regardless if they inspected or not. This is NOT RIGHT nor fair to the customer.My last month or so with ALM Gwinnett, I was COMPLETELY overwhelmed with return customers who had issues we promised to fix in return for them purchasing the vehicle(s). If you are purchasing here please be prepared for this as EVERYBODY in management drags their feet after the car deal is funded…after that you lose your leverage with them. Could be weeks or months before your we owe is complete and your car is finally in the condition as promised.All in all I learned some VERY great lessons and techniques from the sales reps here (Allen, Louis, and Diana is great too) as we would have to go well and far beyond just in order to get a customer trust our product and to settle on the fact the we were selling mostly branded title LEMON buyback vehicles. Please check this prior to your purchase!Now that I have switched to one of the more reputable dealerships in the metro ATL area, I see how much of an issue that dealership is going through currently and I wish them nothing but the best in hopes that they can improve their overall business model and workday.
I highly recommend buying your car at ALM in Duluth. My salesman Ju’Micael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable while making my car purchase. He even followed up with me afterwards to ensure I didn’t have any issues. I also received my first oil change free! Definitely choose Ju’Micael as your salesman, he will take care of you.
Contacted this place about a specific car. Was told it was available and nothing wrong with it. I specifically told the guy that I lived an hour and a half away. I drove all the way there just to be told that they couldnt find the car. So what was the point of them telling me it was available? They have no idea what theyre doing. I wasted 4 hours of my day going to look at a car they have no idea about.
Don’t just go to ALM pleasant hill Duluth, they are all liars. They will look at you and said different thing and deliver different.be careful signing any paper especially when they say this is free, none of their cars has a qualified warranty, they will claim is Canadian spec. Don’t believe any word from them especially the financial team. All their vehicles are faulty as well. Mostly accidental, You will keep repeating there for same thing and will NEVER be happy with anything you buy there. Ask very well.
UPDATE! Since November 27 2021 I’ve been w/o a car. The car Jumichael scammed me into ENGINE BLOWED 2 days after I got it. I NEVER ASK FOR PAPERWORK TO BE PUT THREW! MATT PUSH PAPERWORK THROUGH AFTER I SAID I DIDNT WANT THE CAR. NOW IM STUCK WITH A CAR THATS NOT WORKING. 44K car loan w/ 20k in repairs. Engine blowed, turbo busted, AC not functioning I’m so FURIOUS. $700 car note just to not have the car, I had to buy another car to get myself around. Worst decision I’ve ever mad was walking into this disgusting building. MATT SAID HE WOULD REFUND ME 11/29/21 then said he couldn’t. Then said he’ll trade me out then said he couldn’t. I have never in my life witness anything like this. I have reported this to the state of Georgia & Secretary of State! I will leave reviews everyday until I am helped. ALM has been avoiding me & not returning calls. They say they’ll handle it & DONT!!!! I’m so frustrated & furious, this has affected my life and caused anxiety & depression I will be getting attorneys involved if a resolution doesn’t happen it’s been 4 months I’ve spent thousands on this car towing it place to place & trying to get it repaired. DONT SHOP HERE LEARN FROM ME REAL REVIEWS!!!!!
Noah Girma was fast and efficient with the entire car purchasing ordeal. Every step of the process he was up front with information and even drove me to the bank. The entire staff was friendly and my process couldn’t have gone any smoother. If you are in the market for a new car visit Noah ASAP‼️
Horrible place! Dont buy here. I bought a car and within a week the transmission went out. Its taken me more than three weeks to get them to agree to replace it, and now they are just ghosting me when I call for a status on my car. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Look up the reviews on the better business bureau site.
This is a very typical dealership and nothing is at all different from anyone else. They do not take care of all items in the process and make all kinds of excuses to cut costs. Extremely subpar service and attention. Youd think when you are spending tens of thousands it would be different? CarMax is miles ahead.
Very pleased with my experience at ALM Gwinnett!! They have some gems with Alex and George. They both went above and beyond to help make my experience exceptional. I highly recommend them, and LOVE my new ride!UPDATE… not sure if I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Shortly after leaving with my car it began having problems. I took it to a dealership and they asked when the car was wrecked, I told them I wasn’t aware it had been. Long story short- even though the car was under factory warranty it was void because the repairs made after it was wrecked weren’t done to standard. The cars they sell are all wrecked and patched back together. Since I’ve had my car I’ve heard so many horror stories about this place. Hope this helps someone in the future!
After financing a vehicle with Phillip at ALM of Gwinnett, my tag failed to come in the mail. I went to the tag office to get a temporary tag. Then the tag office told me, this will be the last tag I can get because ALM did not do my paperwork correctly. I also had to get emissions done to my surprise. When I told Phillip this, instead of taking ownership, he gave me Corporate’s number. He then stopped all communication with me and avoided me. Corporate has not fixed this now have they called me back. Now my temp tag will run out soon and then I won’t be able to drive my car! Horrible Service!!! I will continue to blast this company. This needs to be fixed immediately!!!
“Dealership” is a complete waste of time. They added an additional $3,600 in fees, none of which were advertised until they tried to have us sign. Extremely shady and underhanded business. The total price out the door was 5 grand more than the sticker price. I had cash in hand, 100 dollar bills. Oh well, fortunately for me I got another truck the same day, for 6 grand less, with 17,000 less miles! Also, make sure you test drive your vehicles. On this particular vehicle the suspensions popped VERY loudly, only for us to be told “this was normal.”

Horrible experience with this dealer. Buyer beware. My husband planned to purchase a 2020 Mercedes on 12/12/2021 but was unable to get financing with our credit union because THE CAR IS CLASSIFIED AS A LEMON. This sorry dealership won’t refund our $1000 deposit. Since 12/12/2021, the salesperson, Nazim Mohamad has sent several text messages saying our deposit is being processed. However, we were told today that the deposit is non-refundable.The dealer is fully aware that cars classified as lemons are difficult to finance. We were not aware and didn’t know that a manufacturer buy back is the same thing as a lemon until Northwest Federal Credit Union refused to loan on the car. Nazim mislead us and said that the car was a buy back because the previous owner didn’t like it. He never provided us any documentation on the actual buy back reason. We should have been provided with the Georgia Lemon Law Notice For Reacquired Vehicles. They should have provided this prior to collecting a non-refundable deposit. If we had been provided this notice as Georgia law require, we would have never provided a $1000 non refundable deposit. The car turns out to have mechanical issues that the previous owner couldn’t fix. Thank you Northwest Federal Credit for having our back.Why didn’t the dealership do the right thing and let us know that the car wouldn’t qualify for financing before collecting our deposit or at a minimum provide us with the notice as required by law regarding lemon laws. Even though the dealer wants to keep our deposit for holding the car on 12/12/2021, they haven’t suffered a loss. The car is still sitting on their lot almost 3 weeks later.Save yourself a headache and go to the Mercedes dealer. We have owned 5 Mercedes and never had this problem. BBB rating should be a F for this dealer.

Louis has been wonderful to work with! I saw the car I was pretty sure that I wanted but wanted to look at a similar car that was at a sister dealership not too far away first before making a final decision. He went out of his way to go get the car for me to look at them both side by side the next day which helped me solidify my decision. I’d recommend Louis to anyone looking for a car any day!
We loved it so much here that we came to purchase my second car and my family’s fourth car from this dealership. Allen took his time showing us SUVs in the heat and was patient with us throughout the entire process. He even skipped his lunch to make sure we were taken care of. Asked the dealership not to send my information to multiple banks as I had already been prequalified with the bank I wanted to do business with. The bank came bank with a stimulation that I chose not to do. The dealership took it upon themselves to submit my information to other banks resulting in multiple inquiries on my credit report without my authorization. I’ve asked for someone in finance to return my call and that still hasn’t happened. All calls are somehow passed right back to the salesman who the request was made known to.
THE APETIMY OF A SLEAZY CAR DEALERSHIP. Every interaction I’ve had with this dealership has been unprofessional and even vulgar. How are they still in business? Most recently, I called to get the email address for the general manager. ANDREW ALGAZE answered the phone in a very unpleasant manner. When I asked for the General manager’s email address, his response was “why do you want it”. I then told him that it was really none of his business but if he must know, it was regarding a previous car purchase. He then told me “no”, he wouldn’t give it to me.He then called back, apologized and said he had the email address for me and that it was “[email protected]”. He then began laughing like a 10 year old boy and hung up on me.Two minutes later, I get a text message from ANDREW ALGAZE that read, “don’t call back here again, loser”.He then continued to send me insulting, harassing text messages for the next hour. I finally wished him good luck in prison and blocked his number.
I had been shopping for a while and had some not so great experiences with other dealerships. In my quest to purchase exactly what I wanted , I contacted ALM online. I received an instant response from Louis Thompson.Without any knowledge of my previous experiences, Louis knocked my expectations out of the park at the gate. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented! Wonderful transparent experience from start to finish.Louis and ALM are top notch!
Every person I dealt with here was fantastic. I never felt pressured the entire time I was there, which is of course amazing as far as car dealerships are concerned. I felt like they were actually concerned with getting me the best deal possible. It did take the entire morning and part of the afternoon to close the deal, but it was still a huge success. I got to go home in a new car.All in all, I would definitely recommend ALM Gwinnett to anyone looking for a car.

Cant express my frustration more. I did months worth of research and found exactly what I wanted, which happened to be at this dealership. I was pre approved and ready to go... the process was, at first, quite easy. But after I signed on the dotted line, the nightmare began. Well, before I negotiated my trade in value,, which they gave me $500 less than I was offered from another dealership...I was harassed by one of the employees via text and call. I was threatened, for absolutely NO reason. I was told to do unnecessary actions and again threatened from the same employee.I was charged for a service that ALM never provided (I actually took my precious time to provide) and was never reimbursed for. The salesman, Zane, didnt even finish our sale before he dumped me on another salesperson to go get a full tank of gas before I left. He made his commission... why care for me now?I was never allowed to take my time to go thru my trade in.for my perso al belongings, including my house key! I have asked for those items repeatedly for over 2 months, with no luck.The dealership has also gone complete silent even tho they owe me my license plate!!!!!!! I am stuck driving without my owned tag that Ive paid for and NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO ME AT ALL!DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME.OR MONEY HERE! THESE.PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!

SCAM!!! ALM SOLD ME A CAR 44K with a blown engine. I didn’t even drive 100 miles before engine blown & they said nothing them can do. They brushed me off. Matt the manager said he would trade me out of the vehicle then went back on his word and didn’t. I had the car 3 days before the car turned off in the middle of the street. Car cost 15K to get fixed!!!!! GWC Warranty they give is trash doesn’t cover anything don’t waste your money.

About 7 weeks ago, I bought the perfect car for me from Josh in sales. Josh is pretty great, so it’s sad that he’s elsewhere now.Aside from the fact that the tires were so worn that the car would hydroplane from a puddle and the Map GPS SD card is misplaced, I’m very happy with my purchase of the vehicle. Oh, abs instead of just finding the screws that fit the front bumper, they drilled holes into the front bumper so they could screw in that pretty little ALM plate. Thought that was interesting.Customer service is extremely hit or miss. I’ve been trying to get an answer concerning the whereabouts of my SD card and my license plate for weeks to no avail. I’m pretty sure the service manager, Isaac, is a myth. No answering the phone no matter what day or time you call, and definitely no returned calls to multiple messages. All of the managers are unavailable all the time as well, unless of course you’re standing in their face because they won’t answer the phones even after being transferred multiple times. One of the guys that answers the phone even had the audacity to catch an attitude with me as if he paid thousands of dollars and didn’t get everything he paid for. Then he paid me dust and fed me some BS about them ordering SD cards in bulk, but the SD card for my Infiniti is specific to the VIN. Why would they bulk order SD cards for a single vehicle no longer in their possession? Find out on the next episode of Dragonball Z. Didn’t bother to get his name because this really isn’t about tearing him down. Just painting the picture clearly.Bottom line: cross your fingers that you catch everybody on a good day in a great mood to be helpful, and check your car relentlessly before you purchase. Make sure you have EVERYTHING you should have before you leave the lot. You’re buying the car as-is after all.

Lemme just say this !! I didn’t buy a car from Allen but I will be next year! My friend bought her first Benz from him and he was exceptional with service, attention to detail!! He’s a phenomenal salesman with no pressure..no aggression, and he really made us feel taken care of! If you’re coming to ALM, go to Allen! I’ll be back next year!!
Purchasing my Used vehicle was a pleasant experience, however, after the purchase all bets are off with reference to customer service. the finance officer guaranteed me 10 free oil changes, Ive called 5 days in a row and have been given 5 different conflicting stories as to how to schedule one. Ive asked to speak to the salesman who sold me the vehicle, the office manager, the service manager and the non-existent customer service manage. There is no voicemail capability for any of the 4 managers. Ive asked to have anyone in a management capacity to include me the salesman that received the commission to call me back and that has not happened.. Ive left messages with the finance officer who guaranteed me the additional oil changes as a result of the poor customer service to call me back and that has not happened. I paid off the vehicle in June of 2021 and still have not received the title as of September.. This is the worst customer survive imaginable.
Called about buying a vehicle that I was already pre-approved for. I spoke with a salesman named Raphael Ogbu and asked him about getting an out-of-door price. He advised me that he would put the numbers together and call me right back. After a day and no call back I proceeded to call and asked to speak to a manager, Mr. Raphael answer and before hanging up proceeded to tell me I couldn’t talk to a manager and that they would not be able to help me. Tried calling several times after and got hung up on every time. Be aware do not buy from this dealership!
A Chevy sonic was listed for just under 7 grand, we visited and by the time we were done it was going to be over 9 grand. Even with sales tax and stupid dealer fees, that kind of jump is outrageous. For a Chevy sedan. Anyone who knows anything about cars know that America makes sub-par sedans/small cars compared to Japan.

He worked hard to assure all my needs were met. He never acted like a pushy salesperson but more like a friend that wanted to make sure I was happy from beginning to end. I was ready to walk out based on the quality of the vehicle I came to see, but he was able to find me a better cleaner model of what I came to see, for less money. Then Adam (finance mgr) absolutely blew me away with the kind of deal he was able to set up by finagling the numbers. Got me extra protection for less money than without it. I have purchased at ALM Kennesaw and this transaction was night and day better. They may seem flashier here at first, but youll find they will show you why they deserve to carry that confidence, they are true professionals in this biz. A+
We came here straight from another dealer which we left because a buyer did not know the price on a car (?). We were wondering around outside and almost immediatly came Max, the general manager, to greet us and welcome us. Right away turned us to Kelly, the sales agent and had a great experience with her although we did not find the car we came looking for, she made sure to show us several more options which were actually great, so kudos for the intuition. Really attentive and acommodating Max, Kelly and everyone at ALM. Plus the place smells like freshly made popcorn, complimentary! So thats great.

He was also very thorough and patient with me. There was absolutely no hassle to purchase a vehicle. I ended up driving away in a vehicle I love!! When I called ALM Gwinnett, I wanted to purchase a minivan. A very pleasant man answered the phone, Charles. He was very knowledgeable about the van. Not only that, he was genuine in what i wanted. When I arrived, he had my vehicle up front and ready for a test drive. Although he was my sale person, the entire office staff were friendly, and helpful. The environment was very pleasant. not only that, the entire process went the way I expected (smooth) no pressure. As such, Charles (sale person), Matt K (finance,) Denny( Manger) , and Andre(sales manager) were very helpful in finalizing the contract. So, I highly recommend this dealership. With my next purchase, this is where I would come. Lastly , I would recommend family and friends here.
Definitely not the best place to purchase a vehicle. Not even a 1 1/2 month and the vehicle started to give me problems. After returning from an overseas trip my wife informed me the vehicle was making engine noise and after taking it in for a check, the estimated cost for the repair was $8500. I highly recommend not purchasing a vehicle from this business. They pride them self in selling auctioned patched up vehicles.

I came up here to look at a 2019 Infiniti q60 and ended up buying it. Ali was great! He was never pushy or forced anything. Also, Nasim was great and had exceptional customer service. Even the tag guy Matt was great. I Highly recommend this place, because it was a great experience all around.

I really was convinced that COVID-19 took away the importance of treating customers with care and respect until today. Additionally, Matt in finance took this experience to another level by taking the time to explore the best options to fit my budget. The free 2-year tire warranty on top of the extended warranty was icing on the cake. See, there is a such thing as having cake and eating it too! The Gwinnett location is the worst. I bought a car back in May and still dont have a tag! Its mid August. I have called them over 20 times left messages and the corporate office and not one single phone call has been returned. County tag office will not do a 3rd extension. Something shady is going on with the title and they have likely sold us a bad car. Sales Manager and Sales Associates are not reliable. Funny how we when we purchase the car there were 5 managers available but now that I have nothing to drive I cant get not one Manager to help do they job!! Dont go to this location.Update 1 month later: went back to dealership. Manager said he had gotten all my messages but ASSUMED corporate followed up. Then when he called them they still had no tag. Issued a 3rd temp tag which as of today is now expired again and guess what!!! Still no tag and not one call from anyone...small claims court here we come. I want my down payment back, maintenance fees, new tires back!!!
Very disappointed.I attempted to purchase several vehicles through this dealership. Let me walk you through how none of it was successful.As a foreword: I showed up at opening hours, had $25,000 in financing available, and was ready to sign paperwork. Even the sales associate helping me, said I was one of the easiest customers they have. Literally had everything ready to go, just needed the keys. Dont even have to earn my business, Im ready to give it freely.First vehicle, found through USAA. Sent over a request for confirmation of availability, and confirmed, vehicle was available. Associate named Kani asked when I would like to look at it. I responded that I wanted to look at it the next day. No response. Sent a follow up. No response. Sent a text request. No response.But since the email said it was available, I made the 1 hour drive to the dealership anyway. Naturally, it was sold. Yes, I could have called ahead. Or, you know, they could have responded to my multiple inquiries and let me know.That said, there were other vehicles that were pretty good looking. I told the associate Mike that my total budget needed to be around $20k (to provide for overhead if needed). First vehicle he suggests is exactly $20k. Okay. Somewhat annoying, given there are cheaper vehicles, but we keep looking.Second car, we find a 2013 Lexus Is250. Priced at $18,490, but Mike says he can drop it down to 16-17k, to help me get into it today. Plus they can come up on my trade-in value to help out there, too. Mentions this several times, as does the other associate. Absolutely. No problem. That works for me, sounds like a good deal. In fact, most of the vehicles, they mention they can drop around 3-4,000$ off the price. Awesome.My trade in is valued only 2k under what I owe. Not bad. Not bad at all. If they come up a little, and I can get the new one around 16-17...should work out fine. Lets drive it.But....the keys dont work. Turns out, after about 45 minutes of driving other cars, and small talk, there are no keys for it. But theyre happy to sell it to me, as long as I come back the next day. Mark down on the price? Zero. Will not budge from full sticker price, even though a lower price was stated several times. I ask if we can raise my trade-in? No. Lower the purchase price at all? Absolutely not. And then he walks off, and leaves me with a junior employee and the invoice.So...sign a contract for a higher amount than we agreed, for a vehicle that I cant take home, or even test drive? No, thank you.Okay. Can we possibly locate another one of the vehicles that I first inquired about, since this deal is clearly coming to an impasse?No, sorry, I dont know who would handle that.Time to shake hands, and take my business somewhere else.Take away:1. The junior sales associate I worked with was very friendly, polite, professional. He did as well as he could.2. He was, however, completely handicapped at a dealership who doesnt seem to care about their customers. And by senior employees who back out on their verbal contracts.3. Seems like the cars may be a gamble anyway. Missing keys, no info, one had several flat tires, inventory isnt kept up to-date, so theres no telling if it will even be there...from a dealership that stocks Maserati and Porsche, this is very worrying. This is purely observation from my two hours sitting there.And keep in mind, I was ready to go. I showed up with all my paperwork in hand. Car cleaned out. I was fully intending to drive home a new vehicle. I agreed with my trade-in value. Only haggled when they went above the price I stated was my maximum. All was good on my end. And its not like I was asking for discounts...only for them to honor the price they stated.This could have been an easy home run, and they struck out.P.S. I have noticed that the different ALM dealerships like to respond and say that we didnt go to their particular dealership...so, I uploaded a picture of my invoice, with their address on it.
I bought a car from ALM a month or two ago on the terms they would fix my damaged paint. After dropping the car off on 5 separate occasions and leaving it 2-3 days each time they finally painted it the last time. Unfortunately the paint looks terrible they left my whole car with a stucco like texture, multiple paint bubbles that are an inch in circumference that ooze paint when you push on them and multiple cracks all along the foot rail. There are multiple places the missed like a 1ftx6in spot which is bare metal on the bumper along with the whole lower part of the foot rail. It’s apparent they just tried to cover everything with a single coat of spray paint. I work with paint in my job so I can see the lack of effort in application also they did not prep causing the whole car to be covered in “fish eye”. I received the car and was told they would fix but I now get hung up on every time I call unless I use an other number although once I say my name I get put on hold and eventually hung up on. Living an hour half away I can swing by a ask. It’s unfortunate I’ve spent over a thousand dollar on rental cars thinking they were painting my car each of the 5 times I dropped it off. I’m now stuck with a 38k car with destroyed paint job thanks to ALM. I am now creating a law suit against them, it’s unfortunate it came to this but they were given every opportunity to fix what they agreed to fix in their contract. From the people I have talked to this is common from this company, me and many others do not recommend this business.

I came into the dealership with a plan to get accomplished and Louis sought everything out to ensure that he delivered excellent customer service with finding out which vehicle I would like and delivering affordable options based upon my credit score . All of the vehicles on the lot has a CARFAX which is a plus to ensure you know the history trail of your car. I traded in my Nissan Altima 2016 with minor issues at impeccable amount. I would recommend him as a super salesman that cares !

Received a phone call from Louis about my Jeep Wrangler I purchased over a year ago. Wasnt really interested but listening to him made great sense and the next thing I know I upgraded my Jeep and very happy about it. Smooth transition from one point to another. No waste of time and professionally handled and cared for. We talked Saturday evening and I was riding out in my upgrade on Tuesday. Thats just business.

I worked with Asean what a wonderful experience ! I was so indecisive about what car I wanted . I wanted a camero at first but then I saw a BMW 3 series that I fell in love with . The car was in a completely different location he went above and beyond just to get me the car from the location . We drove to Newnan so I could see the car and make sure it was the one and we drove back to the gwinnett county location . Diana Shasta is an unprofessional salesperson who cut me off after the purchase of my vehicle. It’s been 2 months and I have not received my plate. I’ve been calling almost everyday trying to get an update but I am basically just passed around and hung up on. Diana never bothered to answer her phone until I had to waste my time and go in person to finally talk to the manager. He didn’t even have a clue where the title work was and there was no proper communication within ALM. I am the CUSTOMER and I was doing all the work trying to get an update on the information. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional.
Rapheal was an excellent salesperson. We originally came in to purchase a car with a dent and came out with a brand new car that was within our budget. Rapheal made sure all the criteria were met for us and was very friendly, patient, and kind throughout the process. I found one other comparable deal in ATL, but Louis’s customer service ultimately finalized my purchase! He was on top of everything from the first point of contact until the end and genuinely wanted the best option for me. Buying a car from ALM (including the test drive) only took a couple of hours and all covid precautions were taken. Samuel Bryant was always at my beck and call. Even when he was occupied he always called me back and answered my questions. He is simply the best and I am recommending more customers to him. Jordan was great. I was quite sure what I wanted but with Jordan was very patient and we viewed quite a few cars before I knew exactly what I wanted. Hes a awesome asset to the company. George, the finance manager was a huge help as well, overall everyone was a delight.
Sam is my sales person. I bought 2018 dodge caravan. He is very patient with me, maintained positive attitude through out the transition. This is my first purchase with ALM and the experience is great and worthy visit. I am little disappointed with car condition( spare tires not included, jack missing, few tires not in condition, fluids not filled out) but Service manager Terry taking care of those issues which actually makes me feel everyone here really care about their customers.i would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Overall Great experience!!
Ivan was very personal and helped me out tremendously! He explained to me how to build my credit. He was a friend and not a salesman. He treated me like a friend not like random customer. I recommend coming to see ivan and I know that I will be back to see ivan when I come to get my truck. This was an amazing experience and thats because Ivan helped me.

2022-03-29After visiting another dealer and walking away when they tried to pull a bait and switch, we came to ALM. Brad was extremely friendly and patient with us and stayed late to ensure we could leave with our new car and not have to drive the hour back out the next day to pick up. We are thrilled with our new Palisade and have had a great experience so far with ALM Gwinnett.

I was helped by Brad Benjamin , who was very patient with me , and was really making sure I got the best deal possible. It wasn’t a super long process , even with all of the paper work. 2022-04-26I had a great experience at ALM Gwinnett. My salesman Chris K. made purchasing a vehicle a joy vs a stressful interaction. My Son was unsure of what vehicle he wanted and Chris was very attentive and extremely patient. He was not pushy and dealt with our indecisiveness for HOURS until we finally made a decision on which vehicle to purchase. ALM is lucky to have Chris on their team!

2022-02-09PLEASE READBesides the very knowledgeable and helpful sales representatives here, everything else in the dealership is in absolute shambles.I came from a very reputable company prior to ALM and I have to tell you - I would be absolutely shocked everyday walking in to the dealership of how unprofessional and unorganized the Desk/Sales and General manager behaved. Very “frat boy” type of atmosphere. Also it would seem that depending on how much money the managers specifically pocket off the deal determines if the customer is approved NOT the bank. A common phrase the head GM would use is “it’s not a deal unless I say it’s a deal.” Verbatim.I have absolutely nothing but love for the service team for how hard they work everyday but the truth of the matter is… they’re SEVERELY understaffed. This was a problem that I had to deal with for my 6 or 7 months here. And to add fuel to the fire, the owners and managers CONTINUALLY purchase LEMON LAW buyback vehicles and other vehicles through auction that they know have had (in most cases still have) major issues with them and then ask the reps to sugar coat and make assurances that the vehicles are reconditioned and will not have issues moving forward. On every deal they will charge you a Preowned inspection regardless if they inspected or not. This is NOT RIGHT nor fair to the customer.My last month or so here, I was COMPLETELY overwhelmed with return customers who had issues we promised to fix in return for them purchasing the vehicle(s). If you are purchasing here please be prepared for this as EVERYBODY in management drags their feet after the car deal is funded…after that you lose your leverage with them. Could be weeks or months before your we owe is complete and your car is finally in the condition as promised.All in all I learned some VERY great lessons and techniques from the sales reps here (Allen, Louis, and Diana is great too) as we would have to go well and far beyond just in order to get a customer to trust our product and to settle on the fact the we were selling mostly branded title LEMON buyback vehicles. Please check this prior to your purchase!I have moved on past my experience here and I see how much of an issue that this particular dealership is going through currently and I wish them nothing but the best in hopes that they can improve their overall business model and workday.

They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high-quality vehicles. Brad is an exceptional Finance Manager that really knows his cars well; you wont find a better used car dealer than ALM.

2022-04-23My salesman “Louis” although it was a busy day worked patiently to get me into the exact car I had been looking for. When I ran into some unexpected issues with my financing on the banks end both he and his manager went above and beyond to get me a more satisfactory deal. Found them by price searching all over town and their prices are super competitive. Would definitely deal with them again judging by my experience so far.

2021-12-29ALM Gwinnett was great help. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get approved. I really needed to get out of my truck. With their help I was able to get the car of my Dreams.
