If I could give zero stars to leave a review I would , I wasn’t as fortunate to have such a great experience like everyone else and it wasn’t anything I did this place has sold me and a family member faulty vehicles within the last year and when you try to figure out what need to be done their customer service sucks they are extremely rude , but nice when they take your money . Do not buy a car from any ALM .
Had a horrible experience at this dealership don’t come here!! Recently bout a car from this dealership I let them know what my budget was multiple times and they said they could work with me, I buy the car and week later I see the balance on the car it’s $12,000 over what my budget was.I’ve been calling the financial manager Collin he hangs up I call the store manager no answer don’t buy from here READ THE CONTACT BEFORE YOU SIGN!!
A waste of time. I’m big on customer service, especially when making a huge purchase and the level of service I received here was subpar. I was interested in a particular car but after experiencing a non welcoming manager, I decided not to purchase from here.

My entire experience with ALM was AMAZING! Julie was awesome at listening to what I wanted and sending me links to multiple cars at multiple locations. Once narrowed down she drove to their buford location to pick up the car so I could test drive it in Marietta! Kelvin closed the deal, and I got an amazing deal!! Financing was better than what both my credit unions offered. I have never had an experience buying a car that went so smooth. This team is genuine and professional and FUN! We bought a vehicle from the truck and suv center July 4, 2021 from Myron. He was awesome to deal with and was straight forward with us. He is the reason for the second star. We located a screw in the left rear tire before leaving the lot. We brought it to their attention and they plugged the tire and told us they would replace it but it had to be ordered. We were given a we owe you for a new tire to replace it. My wife called multiple times to get an update on this and was told that the finance manager that issued the we owe you is no longer with the company and they dont have record of this. They continued to give her the run around. I tried to call and cannot get anyone on the phone. This place doesnt stand by their word and will do or say anything to get your money. Once they have it nothing else matters to them. I will be going to the dealership this week to get face to face explanations.
Deandre was great! I went in with my parents to purchase a 2019 Mitsubishi I saw online. He walk us through the process very clearly and made sure to give us great customer service from start to finish. He had the car detailed and ready right when we were finished with financing. The communication between himself and the manager and us was clear and helpful. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure and no hassles. Make sure you ask for for Deandre when you visit!
Spent the entire day here at the Marietta Location, after being in the market for a few months.I want to give a huge thanks to Antony who was extremely patient and walked us through multiple vehicles until we found our perfect one! He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles on their lot. I cannot stress enough how patient and helpful he was assisting us to narrow down our list of possible vehicles. After a great number of test drives, and some honest feedback from Antony we chose to purchase our vehicle at ALM in Marietta!I will say that It shows that the ALM team takes pride in placing quality used vehicles on their lot, everything was in great mechanical condition.Thank you Antony and the rest of the ALM team!
Update:While they were very helpful while we were there, the service After was HORRIBLE! I accidentally left my garage door opener in my trade. Called the salesman asked could he mail or did I have to make the hour drive again. He promised he would not only mail it; but over night. That was back in July & I have yet to receive my car door opener. I have called multiple times, the reps who answered were TERRIBLE! Their attitude, the lack of willingness to help; it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Every time I called them to say, hey I’ll just make the drive bc I don’t want to pay $75 for another one. I get placed on hold, have been told it’s lost and they don’t know where it is & just hung up in my face🤬. I changed my rating based on the aftermath & lack of customer service. We had an appointment at 1:00pm; the fact that Jacob (our salesman) met us at the door & welcomed us, was breathtaking! He already had the keys to the vehicle & pulled up ready for us to test drive! This is by far the BEAT dealership I’ve worked with. SUV shopping was beginning to be stressful but not here! Even the negotiation process was easy. The finance manager was very professional & courteous! I will recommend anyone who’s in the market for a vehicle to definitely come here! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
If you are looking to buy or trade go to ALM and ask for Jeff. He was very helpful with the whole experience of trading and getting into a new vehicle. If we ran into a problem he was quick with an answer or to find a solution. Along with being patient and along for the ride with the test drive. She immediately pulled the car, and let me test drive. She was pleasant and patient the entire process. The finance was smooth, easy, and on point in the range of what I wanted to pay.

Staff not very welcoming Im only spending money where I feel valued. They had a vehicle I was interested in but the staff made me not want to buy it from them. Customer service is 1st on my list especially when it comes to me making large purchases. I may just have caught them on a bad day 🙃 but I will not be returning

I rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled this time around to share my experience. As many know the process of purchasing a new vehicle can be long and stressful also many dealerships can be pushy. I was referred to this location by a friend and I’m so glad I listened. Deandre was the gentleman that has been helping me throughout my car buying process. He not only took his time explaining to me all my options but he was honest with me on the type of car I should be looking for because of my budget. Unlike other places I didn’t feel forced to make a decision. Mr. Deandre and I are still currently working on finding the best vehicle for me. Traded in a 2017 Mercedes-Benz for a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas SE w/tech. Have a wonderful salesperson Jeff Martin! He made sure I got the exact money I was asking for my trade! Things took a turn after a days. My dad and I were told that I would receive a full tank of gas when I only received barely half a tank; red flag number one. I didnt make a big deal out if simply because I had already been waiting almost 45 minutes. Now, about a month later, I had a few concerns regarding my tag information simply because we are in a pandemic and I was unsure of how the process works. I contacted my sales real on 9/28 and never got a response. I went to the dealership and spoke to another rep who said he was going to call her and let her know that I was there. But, for some odd reason he disappeared, she never showed up, while I was left sitting there while other reps continued to walk passed without asking if I needed any assistance. Finally I took it upon myself to ask Ms.Andra, who is always a pleasure to speak with, for assistance. She was kind enough to inform me on how the process works and referred me to someone in finance to further assist me. Other than that I am wholeheartedly still satisfied with my purchase but the vibe of this dealership is kind off in my opinion. But, you be the judge.
Car dealerships are not my idea of fun, but Brian Guindin made the overall process very manageable. Brian did an awesome job spending the necessary time with my wife to allow her to test drive vehicles multiple times until she was comfortable with her decision and ready to proceed. The overall transaction was straight forward with no pressure applied, and very competitive prices compared to other locations. I found the car I wanted at the best price in a 70 mile radius of Athens, GA where I am visiting at the moment. I bought it for my daughter and so this review reflects both our views. She has a small child and was unable to come 70 miles to the MLM location so I did that for her. Nick was very responsive and went above and beyond his duty by personally delivering the car to us in Athens the day after I paid him - since she needed to sign the paperwork. Since nobody else from the MLM team was available that day to dive out, he enlisted his wife to pick him up! He was generally very responsive when I thought we might want to exchange the car and buy another one. I almost give the dealership 4 stars (really should be 4.5 but thats not an option) because I felt their paperwork was not set up for people like us who paid cash - it was all geared towards financing and made it more difficult (more work for Nick again) to make me feel we got the papers saying what we really needed them to say - that we had paid in full. But overall it was as good an experience as car buying can be!

This car dealership is so unorganized and built up with a staff who are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. They do not seem to care much for their customers. There number one thing they love to do is inconvenience you and most of their Inventory consist of vehicles they purchased from Auctions and have a dirty car fax, that have a hard time being financed. This company has done nothing for me besides waste my time, energy, and money. I would give yall a negative 0 star review but thats not possible on here so.....Also, they owe me money for my down payment that I made and I can not get any answers and no one ever answers the phone

I had previously written a glowing review about the sales rep and it still stands. However, their customer service is none existent. I have been waiting 8 weeks for my plates, no one answers the phone or returns messages, I have place fourteen calls (14). most calls just hang up, when i leave a message no one returns it. The dept of motor vehicles has no record of it and no one at ALM Marietta will get it taken care of.

Sales guy was good however when they detailed my car before I took it home they put Armor All on the floor mats making the brake peddle very slippery. My temporary tag expired today and I still don’t have a license plate. Tried to call ALM and they just kept telling me to call back and ask for another dept. Finally they asked me if went to the DMV (when they said they would take care of everything) Then someone said they would call back but didn’t. So...I currently have a vehicle that I can’t drive.

The WORST dealership I have ever dealt with !! I absolutely do not recommend! We purchased our vehicle on 1 October of this year and noticed our tag had not come by the temporary tag expiration date. I called my county and state tag office and they informed us that this dealership had not sent in our paperwork for our tag until 30 NOVEMBER!!!!! 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE!!!! I have called THREE times today to speak to a manager about this and have yet to receive a call back all the while my temporary tag has been expired since the 15th of November - you would think since this was THEIR screwup they would care a little more about rectifying it for the customer but NO!- they continue to dodge my calls!Aside from this unprofessionalism there were two other instances that raised red flags. The first was the day we brought the car back for the detail they were suppose to do- we waited THREE HOURS and when the car was brought back to us it looked as though they did not even wash it with soap. I pointed out white paint still on one of the windows, hand prints and streaks on the rear window and not to mention the scratches on the front bumper that our sales rep promised they would buff out. Once I pointed this out to our sales rep he apologized, brought the head detailer to me- pointed out the terrible work to him and told me to bring the car back on a day that was convenient for me for another detail and promised it would be done correctly. When we brought the car back the scratches still had not been buffed out as promised but at that time we had already wasted so much gas and time driving back up there as we live 45 mins from the dealership we let it go.We noticed that the driver mat was missing from our vehicle. During our test drive we noticed that that particular mat was in the vehicle and we inquired about the mat missing and asked that it be returned and it never was. We were told that the vehicle didn’t come with that mat even though we specifically remember the mat being in there when we test drove the vehicle.And finally, during the purchase of our vehicle we were told that we needed to provide $250 until our financial institution sent them the title of the car we traded in. We were told that once the title was sent to them they will refund us the $250. Again, we purchased the vehicle on 1 October, our financial institution sent them the title on 9 October. By 20 October we noticed that the $250 was not refunded to us, that happened to be the day that we went back up to the dealership for a second detail to be done properly. We were told that they will refund us $250. By 22 October we noticed that our money had still not been deposited back. My husband went back up to the dealership to inquire about why we had not received that $250 back when they received our title on 9 October. They claimed that they had only received the title on 19 October but we knew that this was a lie seeing that our financial institution is Navy Federal and they confirmed with us that it was sent to them on 9 October. If we had not continued to inquire about the refund of our money they would have kept our money in hopes that we forgot about it.Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you DO NOT purchase from this dealership!
Worst experience ever. I have waited over 44 days for my information to be sent to the DMV here in S.C. to change license tags. Calling these people is like running in loops. No call backs, no help. The only time they answer the phone is when you’re purchasing the car. Once you drive off the lot, no assistance afterwards. The finance manager never return my calls after several attempts to have him release my title to their corporate office. How you don’t know to turn in someone title in 45 days so they can get proper license tags, is very unacceptable. The corporate office is unprofessional. Ive had to call numerous times for slack on their end. I will not recommend this place of business to anyone! ESP if you live out of state!!
I came in looking for a particular car and had my mind set on nothing else but that car. I went and got the loan, drove all the way over there and they said they do not have the car. And then try to sell me a total piece of junk for the same price. Total shysters. Do not use this dealer.

2022-04-30AB the Metal Peddler did a great job on selling us our Truck. He made the process easy, smooth and without hassle. He put our family in our dream truck with no second thoughts. He was also professional as there was an initial hiccup when we made it to the lot but he quickly resolved it and reassured us to the point any car our family or relatives buy going forward will be done by him. 2022-03-18Anthony was a delight to work with. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything that I did not want. I test drove a 2018 Tahoe home and ended up not liking it so after talking with Anthony about it I brought it back down and ended up getting a 2018 Atlas that I had originally looked at. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle consider visiting the Marietta location and asking for Anthony, he’s the best!

2022-04-30If ever you wanted, needed maybe just thought about wanting a vehicle and the standards of professionalism, ability and just overall knowledge then Anthony Brown is your guy. If bought several cars over my life so far and so far this is the only time it’s been painless. My wife and I are going to be getting and suv in a few months and AB the Metal Peddler is the ONLY choice for us. My suggestion if you are in the market is let him take care of you and you’ll walk away with the same smile on your face that my wife and I have.

2022-04-14I am going to be honest here. This dealer may be good but my experience was sub par and it could have been a miscommunication. I will leave a 3 star and you use your best judgment. Long story short drove over an hour for a car that wasnt there or it was there and someone already bought it 2 nights ago not sure which happened.

2022-03-20Ant aka the medal peddler got me in the exact BMW model that I wanted within the hour. I just happen to stumble in to look at inventory because I assumed that cars are cheaper if purchased online but I walked away with the car I wanted at a rate that I could afford.
