Buyer beware! I bought an SUV from them and they did not disclose to me until closing that it had a buyback title. I found this out on my own from a friend who ran a Carfax for me and then I asked them about it and thats when they finally told me. They did not discount this vehicle at all, considering that its value is greatly depreciated because of the buyback title. Luckily I have no plans on getting rid of this SUV, but if I was looking to trade it in, I would probably be irate and retaining a lawyer. Get your own carfax and dont trust them to disclose anything pertinent. My salesman was incredibly nice, but the finance guy... well I probably cant say what I think about him without getting censored
I was considering the purchase of a used Escalade ESV for $100,000 and gave the dealer a $2,000 refundable deposit to hold the car. 10 minutes later, our insurance agent advised that the car couldnt be insured for that amount because the original MSRP was $78,000. Thats right, they were trying to pawn off a 3 year old vehicle for $22,000 more than the car cost when new. When I contacted the dealership immediately afterward to discuss price, he mumbled something like well, thats the market. Needless to say, I cancelled the hold and was told my $2,000 deposit would be credited back to my credit card. 45 days later, I still havent been credited. Ill get my money back...but this dealer has no integrity whatsoever!
Had a great experience at ALM, everyone was kind. Even though I did not go through with my purchase, my salesman Kevin was very helpful and willing to listen to negotiation, as well as any questions/concerns I had. Whenever I am in the market again this will be one of the first places I check out.
Elijah was simply the best! I was looking for a Jeep for a while and Elijah went out of his way to find me that perfect Jeep Compass. Just purchased a 911 from ALM, I’m in Miami, JaCorey went above and beyond to send me videos, pictures, Carfax reports and and answered every question I had on the vehicle. Then after purchasing, JaCorey went even more above and beyond with finding me a great Carrier service at a great price to transport the vehicle from Atlanta to Miami. Entire process took us 6 days. Couldn’t be more happy with JaCorey and everyone at ALM, all super cool people and made the buying process fun and easy! 10 out of 10 recommend.
Please do not purchase a vehicle from this corrupt dealership!!! We purchased a used Mercedes from this dealer in January of this year. Our temporary tags have since expired and after numerous calls to the dealership to check on the status of the title paperwork, we are stuck with a vehicle that cant be registered. Our calls are currently being ignored. Please take your business elsewhere to avoid being in this situation. I would give negative stars if this was possible.
My mom and I have been looking for a nice car for my first for a long while and finally found the perfect one thanks to the help from kevin, he helped pick the perfect car for me that wasn’t an old lady car. The service was amazing and everyone was very nice and welcoming!!

My sisters boyfriend bought a GMC Kodak, my sister bought a Kia Soul and now my fiance (Keith) just bought his awesome new Jeep, so the selection is wide and they have a great inventory. This is the first car purchase for Keith in almost 11 years. He knew exactly what he wanted and contacted Chris and his team to see what they could find. I love ALM! I purchased a Corvette there 3 years ago and now purchased a Mercedes. Elijah was my salesperson and he was absolutely wonderful, making sure we drove off the lot with a car we loved after much time and patience. I found the manager and staff were all friendly and respectful. I will more than likely buy from ALM again.
Horrible experience came there to get a vehicle after being approved came back to sign contracts when I was presented with a paper that said 950 a month for 72 months. I was buying a 32000 car and putting 6k down. I was told intrest rate is 27% per day, yes not a typo per day . In Ga this is not legal , unless the consumer agrees to the rate . That’s why they tell you the intrest rate per day instead of on paper until you agree.
Bought a vehicle from ALM. They say I drove it home. The fender trim flies off going down the interstate. They lied about it being in great condition. I took the cosmetic damage with a grain of salt. It can be fixed. I called to tell them the fender trim fell off and Elisjah keeps saying he’s going to over night it. Also, I found the piece Online for about $80. And Elisjah told me it cost them $200 dollars. For about 3 weeks now. Besides that the vehicle is sound.
Update: I changed my rating based on my post purchase inspection! I’d advise everyone to go get the inspection BEFORE you purchase a vehicle from them!I also changed my rating due to the GM, who seems to have a napoleon complex..however, I’d like to emphasize that I feel the same about Patrick’s customer service *****So this was my second stop in looking for my car, and I got the pleasure of meeting Patrick. I already had the car in mind so it was just a matter of working out the numbers. Well it didn’t take long at all for me to test drive and fall in love with my now new to me car!! At the table the number was a bit upwards of what I wanted to spend..however Patrick made my bottom line possible.. they even worked with my schedule so I could get the sunroof cut!! So overall I am pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received from Patrick and his peers!!
My sales person, Alexander Riley, was excellent.He was very helpful with the negotiation of the pricing, the cleaning of the car, and the test driving. Although the dealership had a lot of cars for me to view, he was able to help me select the one that was just right for me. Management was equally as helpful.This is the place to shop for a car.
Peter was awesome! He went above and beyond to help us get to our monthly payment range. He and Chris (manager) worked together to make the sale happen. They were very patient, honest and informative. This is the second car we have purchased with them in the past 6 months and we will definitely be back!
One star is a fair rating. Never had an experience this bad before. I had been contacting Shon at the dealership and always communicated when I would be coming. The car I requested wasnt available the first time because they had to replace the battery. Should have been communicated with me before driving 40 minutes over to not be able to test drive it. Once they replaced the battery, I went to test drive it. No one was reaching out to me to update me. I had to contact them to make things move. I finally go to drive the vehicle and their are lights coming on mentioning errors with the car. He said they just needed to reset the codes. We get to driving and the car doesnt have working air, tons of notifications saying errors and defects are present and then the car shuts off in the middle of the street. I cant even understand why there was no preparation or common sense. Why would you all allow a customer to test drive a car that hasnt been fully checked out? So I would never go back. Dont trust that their cars are in pristine shape.

Subpar service after the sale. I purchased a car from ALM after seeing it online. I live in Charlotte (4 hours away) and did not have time to drive to the dealership so I trusted that all of my questions were being answered thoroughly and honestly. During the sale communication was great. Shon answered all of my questions and followed up with me multiple times a day. I signed the paperwork October 8th and was told that I needed to send the 2nd part of my deposit in via wire. I sent the wire and was told that my car would be on a truck for delivery on the 9th, the 11th at the very latest. From that point forward all communication was initiated by me. No updates and no follow up unless I made the call. On Tuesday Shon informed me that the bank had not received my wire but it was likely due to Monday being a banking holiday so I shouldnt worry. He said my car would be on a truck for delivery on Wednesday morning with or without the wire. I call him on Wednesday morning and received a text that he would call me back. Several hours later he called to let me know that they could not put my car on the truck without the wire. Turns out the wire hadnt cleared because I sent it though my company account and they sent it back not realizing who it was meant to credit. We got everything cleared up the next day and I was promised once again that it would be on a truck on Saturday morning. Well it finally made it onto the truck yesterday (Tuesday) and was delivered last night. And the car that I was assured was in excellent condition with no cosmetic defects has several deep dings in the trunk that were sloppily painted with touch up paint. I would tell you how they responded but Shon hasnt returned calls or texts and the dealership isnt answering their phone either. Horrible customer service. They definitely lived up to the used car sales stereotype.
BEWARE!!! Do not buy from this place!! Do not trust these people!!!! Save yourself the headache!! These people are liars! They will not keep their promises. They do not tell you things upfront and will lie if you ask about it anyway! I understand that a sales reps job is to sale but these people have no morals. They do not care for you or anybody else! This is the worst dealership to ever buy from.
Great service at ALM Roswell, went in with a vehicle already picked out, and ended up not being able to get the approval on it. Brandon went above and beyond to find me another identical vehicle to the one I had previously picked out, and even got me a better deal on it! highly recommend visiting ALM Roswell if you are in the market for a high quality used vehicle.

I purchased a NEW Honda Accord from this dealership and was told it was in mint condition. After a year the gear shift went out and I was told by Honda it was damaged from chocolate inside the gear shaft. I called the dealership and asked them if they would pay for the damages which WERE PRESENT AT PURCHASE and the manager Chris Barton said absolutely not! I will never refer anyone to ALM nor would I ever purchase another car from there. It’s a real shame they treat customers like this:-(I’m very disappointed I really thought more of this group as I have referred numerous clients. SMH

Excellent experience working with Elisjah at ALM Roswell. Thoroughly answered all of my questions and made the deal I wanted to work. This is my 5th vehicle purchase from ALM and it’s always been a great experience. They don’t beat you up on price like some other dealers and they do a really nice job of finding the best financing out there.
We came here to only LOOK at vehicles. We weren’t planning on purchasing today but all the cars here are in perfect condition with great pricing! Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. I came with my husband, toddler and newborn and no one made us feel uncomfortable in the least bit. Our salesman Alexander Pham worker hard, diligently and patiently to find us exactly what we were looking for in a new vehicle. His managers Chris and Amir both introduced themselves and helped finalize our needs. I bought a vehicle from ALM. Before purchasing the vehicle they promised everything and I once I signed the contract they don’t even care about the things they promised.Tried reaching out to them to get few documents and no response from any of the team members. I left several voicemail regarding my issues and can’t even taken care of.
I want to say that I am very pleased with the way ALM Roswell went above and beyond to make my Atlanta car buying experience painless as possible. Let’s just say I flew into Atlanta Memorial Day and went to Roswell the next day to purchase a car. I met a salesman by the name of Shon Williams in the absence of Alex. Shon took great care of me and made magic happen for me. Grant it I was there for a couple of hours but it was well worth the wait. Shon educated me on a lot in the industry and walked me through the steps of car buying. I met some other great people there but by far Shon was more helpful. Roswell should be elated and thankful for such a well trained and knowledgeable salesperson with excellent people skills and customer service. Til this day he has communicated with me regularly to make sure the vehicle met my needs and anything else he can assist with. Big Uppss to Shon Williams. I will be sending my friends to see Shon at ALM Roswell.
Horrible car buying experience, especially since they call themselves a luxury dealership. Only things luxury about them is their prices, not the qualify of service or cars. I drove 2 hrs to buy my Lexus RX350 from them. The car wasnt clean when I got there, and the maintenance light was on. The kid who was my salesman didnt know anything about the car. On the interior there was a rip in the leather and dent on the interior part of the door. I noticed and mentioned this right away when I got in the car. The salesman says it can be fixed. When completing my loan paperwork, I asked to lower the price SLIGHTLY to accommodate for the interior defects. They wouldnt budge on the price, but instead they wrote on my bill of sale that they are to repair the leather and dent in the vehicle. But of course, they couldnt do it the day I bought that car. They expect that I spend another 4 hours on the road. So I did! I drove all the way back expecting them to complete what they promised on my bill of sale, and of course they fell through. I was able to get the leather patched not replaced... and then found out that the dent on the interior CANNOT be fixed and must be replaced with a new door panel, which of course ALM does not have and doesnt seem to want to help. Horrible service and dishonest people. Classic used car dealership, nothing to get excited about. This is specially the Roswell location.
The classic bait and switch car salesmen trick happened to us while trying to look at a vehicle at ALM. We even had the salesman contact us the morning stating the van we had been discussing was detailed and ready for us to test drive. After we arrived the van had been “moved” to another lot by the manager but there were plenty other vehicles for us to look at. This is on example of why people don’t trust car dealers or dealerships. I would not trust what I was being told by this dealership. If it is too good to be true it most likely is too good to be true!
I called interested in a Mercedes Benz E350 in all white. Derek Watkins help find the car. His knowledge of the vehicle was perfect. He also was patient as I decided what model I wanted. He was prompt in returning my phone calls and answering my questions. And he knew most of the answers to my questions. And the questions he did not know the other staff was very quick to help to get the answer. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend using them for any car purchase. And ask for Derek Watkins. He was so helpful.
Make sure youre well wined and dined beforr coming here, cause they will screw you. I tried to trade the car that needed a lot of maintenance that I was charged $800 by ALM for and wasnt done.I did learn their pricing though. If it ends with $88 then airbags deployed damage. Of it ends with $69 then its a lemon! Go literally anywhere else.
A solid car buying experience!Ive bought many cars in my lifetime thus far (17 at this point), some new but mostly used. ALM Roswell did a good job on a busy Saturday afternoon to show me a hard-to-find 2018 Lexus LC500. My salesperson, Jordan Brown, worked with Mike and Chris to create a deal that was appealing for me (which took reaching out to several lending institutions to secure the loan deal I wanted). I was able to place a hold on the car for 24 hours while I reviewed the deal details and discussed with my spouse. I returned the next day (Sunday) and closed the deal. I discovered some small but disconcerting blemishes on the car (it seems everyone doesnt treat their cars as well as I do! :-), but Jordan again worked with Mike (Finance Manager) and Chris (General Sales Manager) to arrange to have no-cost repairs made after the sale. So far I have had the wheel damage repaired nicely, and have a large body scratch repair pending.I would recommend ALM for a wide variety of higher-end used cars. Jordan took good care of me - look for him!
I purchased a great vehicle at ALM! Mohamed, my salesperson, was very helpful, attentive, and detailed. He made sure that the entire process went smooth. Even though I dont live in the area, I decided to go with this dealership because of the customer service and the great deals. I would recommend ALM Roswell to anyone in the market for a vehicle!
Totally wasted my time......set an appointment with this ppl told them what my down payment was before I even came... asked them to send over applicantion before had they did not. I contacted the guy I talked to the day before he asked if Im coming I said yes....i called and uber that cost 40 bucks just to ger there for them to first tell me they can work with me on the car I wanted, then said they cant.....so they gave me a list of cars they said would work I picked 3 other cars it was an issue with all three in picked ironically...when i filled out the application, they said I was approved for a car under a certain amount son that wasnt the issue but wasting time and games was on issue......they had me there almost 4 hours to then say I dont quality unless I give way more money just to get a cheap high mileage cars smh when it first I was all good. I wasted my time, money and im disabled....dont go there unless you are ready to spend a lot of money or get times wasted.
I recently bought a Lexus RX 350 at ALM. I would give a 5 star on the sales rep, Sal Chandra, he was amazing and very diligent in making sure everything was covered and went over and beyond his expected duties to be sure we were satisfied. Minor thing, ALM was not so good on detailing of the interior and exterior to make this used car feel shiny and new. When I picked the car up, Sal actually personally did some cleanup of pretty obvious things that were missed from the detail job, not a huge issue, this is just feedback for ALM. ALM does receive very high marks for taking care of an issue I didnt discover until getting the car home (a crack we all missed that was in drivers window). They took care of it right away by replacing the window. Thank you ALM! I would definitely do business with you all again. Especially Sal!

I purchased a car today from ALM in Roswell, 5 Star!!!! Everyone was super friendly, the service was superb and the car is amazing. They got me in and got me out, not one of those “keep ya all day” and waste your time kinda place. The car was exactly as advertised with no run around on the price. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. High five to ALM and Shon for their professionalism!
Derek was great to work with via email and he responded quickly. He gave us good, straightforward pricing and was flexible with our schedule changing. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, he had everything all ready to go and we were in and out in under 2 hours. We definitely recommend buying from him!
We saw the all black 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E online on 7.2.21. Xavier has been in contact with us since ans we made an appt to see him and the vehicle. He was a great salesman and made it happen. I test drove it and I am driving home with today 7.5.21. Thanks Xavier and the finance team for making it happen.
Best Experience buying a car from start to finish. First off Derek Watkins was the best. I reached out about a vehicle after hours and Derek called me to follow up first thing in the morning, an hour before they opened. We discussed options since the SUV I was looking at sold the day before. Derek was the first person to reach out from 4 different dealerships I reached out to. We discussed a few options and decided on one at their Buford location. Derek drove me and my daughter out to Buford to make sure we were comfortable with the Suburban we decided on. Thanks for the great service Derek!!! Go check him out you wont be sorry!!!
My husband and I went in to purchase a vehicle and met Drew Patel, sales agent. The three stars are because ALM had a good selection at a good price. We agreed on a price with the a detailed list of things they were to fix. We agreed to pick up the vehicle the next day after minor items were repaired. We arrived and NOTHING was done they promised. We were able to negotiate down on the price. Dont believe a word they say. They will not deliver.
Be careful while choosing this fishy place for a buying cars. they sell “Lemon title vehicles” it happened to me, I bought Camry SE, 2018 model vehicle, during the paper work they showcased this vehicle as “clean title” and rush you for signing the paper work. Days after I was trying to apply refinance through different banks they found in the background check this is “lemon title vehicle” and cannot afford loans. All they do is lie and sell cars.
Just not real sure about the folks here. We talked to salesmen and then drove a few hours to look at the vehicle in question. As soon as we walk in the door they tell us they just realized there is a crack across the windshield (now albeit they told us on the phone this vehicle was a 9/10!). The next thing they tell us is that someone else just left offering to write a check for the vehicle, but they wouldn’t sell to them until we looked at it first. Sure… there were a few more dings and scratches than what We wanted, but most of all the vehicle was not clean, there was dried tree sap on the hood and tar on the wheels and side of the vehicle. The kicker for me was when they wrote up an offer they tried to include over $3k worth of fees for vehicle inspection and some kind of carpet and paint protection. When I questioned the finance manager about what that was he suggested they put the protection on all their vehicles which there is no way this vehicle had that btw. I told him why should I pay for it if you put it on all your cars anyway. They finally removed the fees, but in doing so didn’t want to offer the full price it was going to cost me to fix the windshield. Finally after looking at the vehicle again I noticed the front bumper had a big dent in it and some of the grill was cracked. I showed the salesman and told him I’m pretty sure this vehicle had hit something pretty hard. All they would say is the CARFAX said no accidents “reported”. I said well reported doesn’t mean there wasn’t something not reported. Anyways, we made the right decision and walked away at that point. Listen never let any car dealership try to charge you extra for inspection or any protection that they already put on their vehicles…be ware if they try! And don’t always trust the CARFAX, look the vehicle over many times. I give them a 2 stars though because the salesman was very nice and never tried to be pushy in any way.
Update: oil wasnt changed on vehicle even tho it was past due. Also, Im certain they sell flood vehicles, so beware and inspect for signs.Recently bought a vehicle from ALM. Overall it was a decent experience and Im happy with the vehicle so far. I thought the price I paid was fair and customer service was OK. I had a newer salesperson, Jordan. I appreciated that he hunted down details about the vehicle before I arrived. I would choose ALM again if they have the vehicle Im looking for but the items mentioned below should be improved.One thing to work on is cleaning the cars better. The vehicle was shown to me in rough shape with dirt and pine needles everywhere and after being detailed it was still not clean in some areas like the tires and rims especially. It also bothered me that they took time to go fill up the fuel tank only to find out when I drove off it was only a 1/4 full. Im not sure of many dealers that dont give you a full tank of fuel. Another concern is the thoroughness of their vehicles. They didnt look at my trade-in. So it makes me concerned the same was done to the vehicle I bought and many things could have been missed. A bit concerning given the As-is purchase. I recommend asking what the inspection process is for their vehicles and what, if any service have they done on a specific one. Check them against it, if possible. I also dont know what warrants a dealer replacing tires, but my vehicle was sold to me with really bad uneven wear on the tires. If they get tires wholesale, they just replace them if there is any question.
I recently purchased a vehicle from ALM Roswell with Derek Watkins as my sales associate. Derek was very professional from the very first reach out throughout the entire transaction. He answered my questions, and utilized his team for questions he didn’t know the answer to. Derek never came off as a “car salesman”. He was very personable, and we actually shared a lot of laughs during the purchase. I would highly recommend Derek to anyone one who’s looking for a great car buying experience.I’m editing this 5 star post 1.5 months later & down grading to 3 stars after an unfulfilled promise regarding a wheel lock. My car did not have a wheel lock included. We asked our sales associate, Derek, about this and he assured us that ALM would make sure we got wheel locks. Fast forward a month and a half later, multiple phone calls, and I STILL don’t have wheel locks! GEEZ they’re only $41 at the Lexus dealership. I should not be expected to get the size of the wheel locks on a car you sold! You should have that info. Plus according to Lexus, the wheel locks come by model year, NOT size! You should know this or you should not be selling Lexus vehicles. So the buying experience was good, but don’t expect ALM Roswell to follow through on ANY of the promises they made to get the sell.
I just purchased a Sierra Denali from ALM Roswell. I worked with Myron Collins who was fantastic. I would give him more stars than 5 if I could. His communication was excellent. He listened to exactly what I wanted, and he delivered. I feel like a got a great deal. This is the way the car buying process should be. Amir, the finance manager was wonderful as well. I had such a great experience with Shon while visiting the dealership. I was all over the place with my thoughts and wants and he took the time to listen in and get me on track with the car I wanted. Even though I didn’t qualify, he took time to refer me to a credit specialist and was so polite with me. I truly didn’t expect that and really appreciated that. I will definitely be coming back once my credit is in order!
Just left the dealership with our new car and the experience was great! Not only was the vehicle and price excellent but our sales associate Mike F. came in on his off day and went above and beyond to make sure our experience with ALM roswell went fantastic and as smooth as possible. Dhruv was an exceptional car salesman today! He made sure I was able to test drive, view the car, and give me a good deal on a new Mercedes Benz. Dhruv give personable service and was a true gentleman.However, Dhruv lied about the past issue on the car. I wasn’t aware of engine issue UNTIL signing documents. Originally I was told it was an acceleration issue. Nonetheless, he said he made a mistake.
Mohamed E. and the staff at ALM Roswell is very welcoming and will try their best to make sure you drive out the door with the best rate possible if you’re looking to finance. Walked in the door with a 20+ percentage rate and a set amount from another lender but Mohamed and I spoke about possibly getting a better rate. I went ahead and applied and he didn’t stop until I got the best rate with what I was willing to put down. Was able to get it way below the 20+ rate and also below the max I wanted to pay monthly and to top it all off I also got extended coverage and GAP included! Nice! And I wasn’t at the dealership all day just 2 hr at most and majority of the time were spent shopping for the best rate possible. Thanks ALM!
I bought a car from ALM Roswell, and a few days after discovered an oil leak. ALM avoided my calls for 3 days, so I got it repaired and have been asking them to reimburse me the $200 (the oil plug was stripped) it cost me to fix it. A month later, the sales rep has told me my manager will call you today on 6 different occasions. No call. No answer. No reimbursement.

Updated 1/2/20We bought a car from them last month. Purchase and financing experience was smooth. Derek the sales specialist was nice. However after a week of driving and rain, car started showing up patched up scratches and small dents. Not a big issue for me. However the reason for 1 star rating was because of the issues with the car. Just before we drove off the dealer, we found that one of the key fobs was not working and the car was due for oil and other service (seriously??). While it took another hour to leave their lot due to oil change, there was no time to fix anything. Sales Manager Amir was not empthathetic (nice was of saying he was rude) about the 2nd key not working or any of the other issues when I visited them for a second time. Also within a week we found that the wheel alignment was bad causing vibrations because of a previous road damage, which is also not covered under VW warranty. Overall it will cost me about $1000 to fix all these. Nearly 5 weeks later, am still waiting for information about financing and my tag and plates. Dont expect any customer service from them after you buy from them. Derek the sales guy was the only one person with some empathy in that dealership. He tried his best to help me, but he had limited power. Stay clear from them if you can.
I went in to look at a car I called about and Thabit was helpful in sharing information and answering all my questions. Sales Manger, Chris was accommodating and worked with me on staying within my price range. Finance manager Al was able to get me in and out in less than 30 mins once I decided to purchase the car. He explained all the documents and answered all my questions. Even after my purchase I called back because there was an issue with my brake light and a few other issues that were noticed after an inspection and Chris was very accommodating and took care of these issues. After recently having a bad car buying experience, I was skeptical, but Im happy to say that it was a very pleasant experience and I am very happy with my car and the service recieved. Will recommend to others.
Derek was great to deal with. I sent him a email at 5:45 on a saturday morning about a car and had a response with 2 hours. He answered all my question and had the paperwork ready when i pulled up. I think I was there less than one hour and that includes the test drive. I would highly recommend ALM to anyone looking to buy high-end used vehicles.
I went to ALM with some interest to seeing a vehicle. I found Derek Watkins was knowledgeable. After seeing the car and test driving ,we decided it was not the right fit for me. Derek was very understanding and did not pressure me. I was pleasantly pleased with the way Derek handled the situation and will definitely return when the right car comes in.

By far THE worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership ever. Everyone from the sales representative (Dhruv Patel) to the finance manager (Christopher Barton) to the business manager (Amir Kaithery) is EXTREMELY sneaky and shiesty and will try to trick you and get over on you if you don’t pay attention. I repeatedly asked the dealership over and over and over and over to send my credit to THREE banks. I checked my credit the next day and there were over 8 inquiries on my credit!!!!! Then once we finally agreed on a certain deal, they tried to sneak and change it into something else with the load of paperwork. The business manager flat out told me he didn’t feel like printing out paperwork for my cars warranty. BE SMART. PAY ATTENTION. Or simply find another dealership that actually cares about your business and doesn’t look at you like just a dollar amount.
Very accommodating and professional. Mohammad was my salesman and he made sure everything was to my liking before I purchased my car. It had some body damage at first, of course it’s used so that’s to be expected. But they made sure it was all repaired and that I was satisfied with it.
Had a great experience buying a Lexus RX350 here. Our sales man was Al. He wasnt pushy about the sale. We asked to test drive the Lexus, then asked to test drive a MDX; we just wanted to compare the two. Both times he gave us the keys and told me and my wife to take as much time as we needed. He didnt tag along with us to make it awkward either. We ultimately came to a very reasonable deal on the truck. There was no outrageous fees; just one very modest dealer fee. We are very happy with our purchase, and would use again in the future. Shout out to Al, and also the finance guy (forgot his name), he was pretty cool too.P.S. Have your finances in order before you go in, that way you can leverage whatever financing they offer you. They are a business with the intentions of making money. If you go to ANY dealership ill prepared....you will get taken advantage of.

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, but I worked with Derek to find one that would suit my needs, and he was great! He kept in contact, wasnt pushy, knew what I wanted and worked to find it and even get it to their location if need be. We ended up finding our car somewhere else, but I wouldnt hesitate to go to Derek in the future!
I was disappointed with the shopping experience. I was shown a vehicle that had damage reported on CARFAX. When I asked about the type and extent of the damage, the salesperson pointed to a small scratch on the rear bumper and said that was the damage reported. However, it was clear that the rear bumper must have been replaced because there was paint bridging the gap between the sides of the bumper and the rear quarter panels, the bumper had not been completely reattached to the vehicle, there was over spray in the wheel well, and there was an access panel missing in the trunk. I felt like I was being purposefully mislead, and lost all confidence in the integrity of the dealership.

This dealership does not know the meaning of coordination. After speaking with a sales rep about a test drive, confirming i was making an appointment for a test drive, and speaking with the representative the morning of the test drive to once again confirm I am coming in for a test drive.... I arrive to the dealership. I met the representative I spoke with and told him who I was. He then proceeded to have a 5-7 minute phone call while im sitting at his desk patiently. He then proceeds to ask me So why are you here today? I then explained once again I was here to test drive a vehicle. He then said that credit apps and talks of financing were to be done before the test drive. When asked on the phone days before about what was needed for a test drive, i was told A copy of your insurance and drivers license. I brought said documents and was never informed of the need for talks of financing and credit apps. They need to be more transparent about their requirements before they set up appointments with customers to drive 45+ minutes to come test drive a vehicle.
This was absolutely a great experience. Our salesman was Alex Pham. He was very professional. We were over an hour late for our appointment and Alex was understanding. I am disappointed with how ALM Roswell handled my purchase. I was not provided my itemized Bill of sale for over a week despite my requesting it day of and thereafter. Then I find I was over charged and they refuse to reimburse me the overcharges! I have proof of my walk out the door agreed upon price. I was over charged over $4500 for various things like gap insurance, tire insurance and then some rhino shield - the insurance I canceled but not sure how I’m reimbursed those fees now, the rhino shield, I can’t get the finance manager to respond to my request for reimbursement and honor the original price. It’s a bait and switch. I’m still owed money back from ALM for over charges but can’t get them to respond.
I had the pleasure of meeting Shon today. Wow! I was blown away. I was extremely satisfied. He is professional, honest, and knowledgeable. As a woman, sometimes the car buying experience could be a nerve-wracking. However, he made me feel comfortable. Shon listened to my wants and needs. He was able to find me my dream car. Alex Pham was excellent! He was incredibly helpful and really listened to what I wanted instead of just selling me a car. I found my dream car and he pulled out all the stops to get it for me. I know 0 about cars so the day after my purchase I noticed there were a few things missing but he found them right away (in the trunk 😂😂) and get filled my tires for me! I followed up on a vehicle for about 2 weeks and was passed around, as apparently the car salesmen must not have been there to sell cars. They have no attention to detail and do not care about people. You are just a number. One of salesman named Alex literally called me seconds after we had just gotten off the phone with each other asking me the same questions I had just discussed with him when I called them. It was as if he had no idea who I was despite being given my name and the car I was interested in on the previous call.On a separate occasion, a day or two later, one of them said they could provide me with an Uber to the dealership which has yet to take place. It also took forever to hear from the sales manager. Each time I called I got some sarcastic remark for someone after they played hot potato with the phone. Half of the phone calls made, resulted in them hanging up the phone instead of transferring me OR they transferred me to someone other than the person I asked to speak with without informing me.As for the sale - First I was told they could work with me. Then they said oh we cant approve you. Then they came back with an absurd down payment of $6000 for a $12000 car + wanted $400/ mo for 48 mo. Thats more than double to amount of the car.Also, I offered to pay cash and was told your cash means nothing here.They have no tact and the worst customer service including the sales manager Sean. I highly recommend you go to Grand Motor Cars. They have a much better selection of vehicles, better prices and way better customer service and I will be buying cash later this evening.
Had a really good experience with Alex Pham. Only reason I went in was because of a follow up call from him after online inquiry. He was normal and kind and not pushy. He was prepared for me with car ready when I arrived. The buying process was good, but make sure you’re researched and ready to negotiate. These are good guys, but they are also a business and there to sell cars the best they can. Enjoyed my experience with Chris and Shawn who finalized my deal. Got me a better rate on financing than my pre-approved bank loan. Buying a used car is a process for sure, so be prepared and allot some time to make it happen. Saw another review that 1-starred them for not following through on post sale promises, but I’m here now having the new tires they promised put on. Seem to follow through to me.
I worked with SHON on purchasing a 2019 Land Rover Discovery. Shon was excellent to work with. I had some precise question about the vehicle prior to driving 325 miles to meet with him and test drive the car. Shon addressed all my concerns prior to the test drive. After the test drive, ALM performed a realignment and put two new ties on the the read of the car (there was some abnormal wear). No issues or concerns from Shon or ALM and the the situation was completely resolved to my satisfaction. I ended up financing the car and any questions were addressed immediately with no haggling or pressured salesmanship for extras I really did not need. They were all presented and discussed as options.
Went with my Dad to pick up his F-150. The truck, so far, has been solid (nod to Ford, not the dealer). The sales team did the absolute bare minimum. It was an out of state purchase, and no one had the acumen to figure out the proper paperwork to transfer the plates so even after paying for the Tags and Title fee, guess whos running to the DMV in the middle of a pandemic? The jack for tire replacement was missing, and when asked to correct, it almost seemed like an inconvenience to make it right for a customer that traveled over 300 miles to support the business. Also, they advertised a promotion that ended last week, but did not bother to update their site or honor the promo. Details such as removing the rental, no smoking stickers were overlooked, and they begged us to leave a 5 star review on their website, so they could get a free lunch (from a luxury car dealer). Not the worst experience, and definitely not the best experience.
I went into ALM Roswell with only enough time to take a look at my new used 2012 VW Touareg. Alex was very cordial and accommodating. I test drove the vehicle, decided to purchase it. Upon my return the fallowing day Alex had the vehicle detailed and ready to go. Thank you to the technician and detailer, I was very pleased with the entire experience. Would definitely recommend ALM Roswell!
Dont buy from this location!!!! Ive bought from 3 ALM locations, and this was the worst. First, they did not send in my tag application until after a MONTH after I bought the car, which means your temporary would expire. Second, they sold a car with an open recall on it without disclosing that information. Its too shady to trust. They just want a sale. Go to somewhere where they actually care.
I had a very pleasant experience at ALM Roswell, especially thanks to Sean Greenberg. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist me in finding the best car for my needs. Even over the phone, he went out and took/sent pictures for a new car and contacted another location regarding a car I was interested in. Every used car is unique in its history and features, so I would advise each perspective buyer to do their homework and make sure for themselves that everything you want is included and the car has a clean history. I appreciated that most, if not all, of their cars have free Carfax reports available online. During and after my purchase, Sean and ALM worked with me to order and install a SD card for my cars navigation system that I noticed was missing, and kept me updated along the way. Sean and ALM helped me find the car I wanted for a reasonable price.
My son bought a car here. We, fortunately bought it, pending our mechanic inspecting it. He saw that the bottom had major rust on the undercarriage. There was also indication that the car had been underwater as the seat slides inside were rusted as well. We did take it back, and the salesman, Razi, was wonderful. Razi got our checks back and title to the car my son traded in. We had to wait to get a copy of a credit card that also had to be refunded. The manager on duty said that our mechanic basically was looking for something so we would have to return it? What? My son loved. that car. He was so upset. Then the mgr. also said that,” all cars have rust on them.” This place either is incompetent or not to be trusted. We would not recommend buying a car here.

Without his help I wouldn’t of been able to find the car I want and needed and at the best price!! Recommend everyone looking for a car to check ALM Roswell out and ask for Thabit.

I was looking for a car for my husband to surprise him for Fathers Day, I found it on line at ALM Roswell, and sent in a inquiry, Alex Pham contacted me the next day to set up a time to see the car, he was so professional and friendly, from start to finish, he met me at the door and had the car ready for my test drive, I loved it and we were able to work out a deal in about an hour. Since I drove my car there, and wanted to surprise my husband, Alex kept my car and parked it in the back of the dealership until I could come pick it up the next day, Awesome customer service!!! And my husbands words were I Love It!
I had a great car buying experience at ALM Roswell. My salesperson, Denny, explained my options, helped me find a car that fit my needs, and prepared vehicles for me to test drive before every visit. He coordinated with the Sales Manager, Chris, to make the purchasing process a smooth and painless one.
Writing this review to shed some light on the many missteps by ALM Roswell regarding my fiance and Is purchase late this summer.We purchased a 19 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had a scratch on the driver door that Derek stated would be fixed, easily, no problem by the dealership along with their ~127 point inspection of the vehicle. My fiance drove to the dealership to do the trade in and did a walk around with Derek and noticed some white compound looking matter on the door handles of the driver side of the vehicle along with some other scratches. The large scratch on the door had been repaired. She was told that those little scratches could be buffed out and that it was probably just compound from waxing. They drove the car around back, had their guys buff out the scratches while she finished the paperwork. By this time it was dark. The attempts made to buff out the scratches were unsuccessful but with some touch up paint they covered (some) of them up. Fine. Buying used, those minor scratches are expected. The next day we have the car washed and all along the driver side of the car small bubbling started appearing and the compound like matter did not come off. Immediately we thought it was a flawed manufactured paint job. Called Jeep. Took it to a certified jeep dealership to be inspected.Come to find out by the gentlemen at Palmer Jeep in Roswell that this vehicle had a botched paint job with de-lamination from poor technique, clear coat separation, burn marks where attempts were made to buff out scratches along the hood as well and extending all down the driver side of the vehicle - hood to back. Estimated to cost $1500 or more to repair. Took it to two body shops and got the same estimates in repair costs. Wow.Called ALM and spoke to Chris, the manager in regards to the botched paint job. Chris took the vehicle back no problem and had the driver door and back door redone by a different body shop (by our request). When arriving back at ALM to retrieve the newly repainted vehicle Derek gave us the keys, walked us out but did not look it over, didnt have Chris come out to talk to us in person. The door had a new crack near the door handle and the paint job was flawed in its new, own way. There was absolutely no follow up from the ALM team to see if there was satisfaction after it was blatantly obvious that we were not satisfied to begin with, with this whole exchange. Such a headache. Thankfully the vehicle is mechanically sound. Palmer Jeep kindly did a diagnostic for us to be sure we werent in danger with a botched vehicle from a mechanical standpoint.Simultaneously, our temp tag was within a week of expiring by the first week of 9/2020 and calls were made to ALM to get an ETA of the plate and tags or to have a new temp tag sent to us. Talking to the financial manager, Amir is THE BIGGEST headache of all time. He talks over you and does not listen to a word you say. He sent my fiance this borrowed car agreement as a temporary way to drive the vehicle and told her to just show the cop that if she got pulled over. We did not get our permanent tag situation settled for another two weeks. We couldnt drive the thing during this time bc that borrowed car agreement is b.s. and does not pertain to a purchased vehicle.It continues.. get letters in the mail from our local DMV saying there is a discrepancy in the amount paid and taxes owed bc ALM reported the wrong amount of taxes due. That is MORE money out of our pocket that was not estimated and expected to be due. Made calls to ALM corporate office to no avail on any of these matters. Paid the fees due, because well they had to be paid. Now were receiving more DMV letters having to prove the difference paid or face another penalty fee all because the financial manager Amir filed the wrong estimated taxes in our paperwork!! Insult to injury, the headache continues. Beyond fed up and frustrated with all of this.
The staff at ALM is top notch! Had the best experience working with Derek Watkins who was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process! Going to let my friends know about ALM and make sure they look for Derek. Ill be back....gotta get my wife a car now!!
Great car buying experience! Shon listened to what I was looking for and showed me the available vehicles. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He did not pressure me in any way. He wanted me to make the best decision for me. Also, Amir was great as far as leading me through getting financing for my vehicle. The sales tactic at this dealership is to mentally wear you down and push you into sales agreements that are not in your favor. I am happy I didn’t agree to their terms. I just think they get away with some pretty awful practices. I’d steer clear of this place in the future, but if you are set on buying a car there, I’d recommend applying for pre-approval on your auto loan so you don’t get roped into a bad deal. Here are some of the cons of my experience:1- When discussing the financing terms they send out different personnel each time without passing along the information of what you are looking for. This meant I had to share the terms of I wanted with 4 different people, all of which were not offering what I wanted and were pushing me to make a deal I didnt want to make.2- The first financing offer they made me was at a high interest rate, which I turned down as I know I have excellent credit. The the next one immediately came back with a much lower offer (almost cut by half) but that still wasnt a good rate. Since we couldnt come to an agreement, I went home and got independently approved for a rate which matches my credit history and is MUCH better than their offers (about a third of the rate they originally offered me). I know everyone has a job to do, I just think its predatory to offer people awful loan terms when you could do better, especially considering the COVID economic climate.3- Their prices are pretty much no haggle, which is fine. I just wished they shared that on their website or through communications prior to me visiting since I found better prices at other dealers. They also added a $1,000 warranty into the line items of my total price and didnt explain that to me until I pointed it out, so that was a little slick. The warranty seemed to just cover physical defects that could occur which seems unnecessary.4- The cars were FILTHY. And the car I test drove had no gas in it, which defied the purpose of taking it on a test drive. I’ve had the same year and model of that car before and couldn’t tell if it felt rough because it was on E with a red gas light, or if there was something actually wrong with it.5- Some of their salesmen were demeaning. One tried to tell me my credit was probably worse than I thought it was, which it wasn’t. And I wish I had gotten the name of the last man I spoke to, but our conversation ended with him telling me to find a cheaper car. I had enough comps to know I didnt need a cheaper car and could get what i wanted somewhere else so I left. Just all around pretty rude and sleazy.Ive purchased 4 cars in the past, Ive never had an experience like this.
I’m updating this review with another 5 star experience with Moses. I sadly wrecked my brand new vehicle a couple of weeks after buying it and had to come back for another car. Moses was great and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in one day.Had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle with Moses! He was awesome, fast and got me in and out in a flash. I used the USAA car buying service and he was very familiar with the program. Fair deal on my trade in. I love my new car!
We contacted ALM online & within 20 minutes got a call from Alex Pham. Alex asked if we would come in the next day which we did at 2pm. We drove the Ford Escape Titanium that we looked at online. It was a very great car with no navigation but had all the other bells & whistles we required. The tan leather interior looked brand new & only a couple paint chips on the champagne exterior. We bought the car & got a better finance rate than we could get from USAA. We purchased gap insurance & a vehicle warranty plan covered by Ford. Picking up car this Wednesday after ALM installs trailer hitch.Call ahead & ask for ALEX PHAM. What an easy going salesperson who knows the features of the car hes presenting. We cant say anything but positive things about Alex.
By far the best and easiest car buying experience. ALM has a great selection of vehicles at very competitive prices. The entire staff is professional and extremely prompt. Sean Greenberg was my sales consultant and he did an exceptional job. Sean went above and beyond, even driving me to Buford to pick up the car I was purchasing. He is knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and professional. The next time I need to purchase a car, my first stop will be ALM.

Everyone at ALM and especially my sales professional, Larry Jamison, was great to work with. The sales/buying process was very easy and I couldnt be more pleased. My wife and 2 year old son were with me, so it was great that 90% of the process was done behind the scenes while we just sat in the new car and became familiar with it. I only spent about 10-15 minutes total actually in the dealership. They kept us in the loop the entire process and let us know how long each step would take. Overall very happy with our experience here.

I emailed my interest in a specific vehicle. They replied the next morning. I asked a few questions in a reply email, to which they never responded. I called them to let them know I was interested in test driving the vehicle. I also let them know my home is a solid hour from their Roswell location. They assured me the vehicle would be there and theyd be waiting. .... You guessed it. I arrive in an hour (actually 58 minutes) and the vehicle was gone to auction. But they did offer a lesser quality vehicle for less money. As if that would make wasting 2 hours of my day better. Knowingly taking advantage of someones time, in hopes that they would unload an inferior vehicle is inexcusable. Past customer or not, they dont respect their potential buyers like they used to. Im done.
Bought a used car from ALM Roswell. The dealer gave me one key and promised to give me the second key. I’ve called more than four times about the key. I was asked to call the salesperson back the next day to “remind” him. Uhh. Really? I call back and he says that they really don’t want to be bothered looking for the key. Wow. So buyer beware. I would not recommend this place given this experience.
I initially had a mechanical issue with a new vehicle I purchased from ALM Roswell. I informed them of the issue and they did everything they could to make sure the issue was fixed. Their customer service is impeccable! My salesperson Alex Pham, the managers Chris and Shawn were extremely helpful as well. Sometimes things go wrong, but they made sure they did right by me. Im so glad I check out ALM in Roswell, I suggest anyone to go this location and ask for Derek. Im 25 and this was my first car buying experience. I seen a 2014 Chevy Camaro on Cargurus and decided to give it a test drive. I wanted this car for some time now. I live on the southside in Atlanta, the drive was definitely worth it. I came in on Saturday morning, did a test drive, and handled the paperwork. Derek was very chill with me, went through the prcoess clearly. Did the paperwork the same day and got approved for the Camaro. Didnt take all day, quick process. Came back the next day to pick up the car and drove it home. Car drives really smooth, and in a good condition. If you need a car, please go to ALM in Roswell, and ask for Derek. Very cool guy, the team is great as well. Thank you ALM!

From the moment I called to inquire about the vehicle I was interested in, I knew that I was in good hands. I drove to the dealership to view the car and was immediately greeted by a sales representative. I asked for JJ since he was the associate who has answered my call. He was with a customer but I did not have to wait long. He showed me the vehicle and was able to answer any questions that I had. I told him I would be in touch. He followed up with a phone call later that day. My husband and I were able to meet with him to close the deal.The total experience was great. All of the sales associates were friendly. The finance department was stress free and very organized. I cannot say enough about them. I would highly recommend Atlanta Luxury Motors.
These individuals are something else. Three times they told me the vehicle was there and reassured me it was. Each time I wasted my gas. The representative they assigned me to didnt even know what was going on or who I was. So I went elsewhere. I accidentally called them today thinking they were the location I bought from, and they started blowing up my phone and sending texts. These guys are arrogant, rude, and come off as predatorial creeps.
Excellent experience at ALM Roswell yesterday! Went in to just take a close look at and drive a variety of vehicles, but ended up purchasing a Mercedes GLA250. Really appreciated our sales associate’s (Alex Pham) patience and professionalism, as well as his product knowledge and attention to detail. He, the finance manager, and the manager all took great care of us. After having slept on it, we still love the vehicle and are still very happy with our decision to purchase it at ALM. Highly recommend them!

2021-08-18I purchased a vehicle from ALM recently. Part of the sale included ALM painting my rims black. I was assured at the time I purchased the vehicle that wheel paint was something they did and were good at. In fact, I was shown at least two other vehicles on the lot and was told ALM painted the rims. The cars I was shown looked good, so I trusted them to do a good job on mine. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened.I waited, with no problem, for 3+ hours for the vehicle to be complete. After it was completed, the car was brought back around to me. From afar, the rims looked good. As I got closer, it was clear that the work product was not the same as the rims I was shown during the purchase of the car. I was told that the rims were still wet and to give them 24 hours to dry, which I thought was odd but I went with it.As I drove off the lot my brakes were sticking bad. I drove the car about ½ mile down the road to a parking lot to look things over even closer. The rim paint was uneven on every wheel. There were air bubbles that I knew weren’t supposed to be there and there was paint all over the sidewall of my tires. At this point, I knew this wasn’t just a matter of drying, so I took the car back to ALM.I asked why my brakes were sticking so badly. I was told the sticking was due to the clear coat put on the tires and that I needed to drive it a little more and the brakes would go back to normal. I then asked whether the tires were dismounted to paint them. I was told that the tires were not dismounted before paint was applied. This accounted for why paint was on my brakes and why the paint was so uneven that you could still see chrome in places. I now question how it took 3 hours, without dismounting the tires for the work product to be so bad.After the paint dried all the issues remained. Based on the work product, what I was told prior to purchase and the agreement we had, this was not handled in a professional manner.

2022-05-06JC Walker was my salesman. He maintained great contact throughout the sale and took great care of me when I arrived. When he put fuel in the car before giving it to me to drive off in, he noticed a low pressure light in the rear tire. He said he couldnt just give me the vehicle and let me drive away in good confidence after putting some air in it. He took it to their mechanic, Roberto, who promptly identified a bulge in the sidewall of the tire which is a huge red flag. He had the tire off the wheel and was hunting for a new tire from a dealer within 20 minutes. They let me choose how I wanted the situation rectified and made it happen quickly. Would highly recommend them. Very nice cars on their lot.

2022-06-27The finance individual told me I had to purchase easy care and a gap insurance to get financing. The total cost was 3,000 and was added to my loan. He said I could cancel in 30 days and the amount would be refunded. I look at the paperwork and it explicitly says it is not a condition to secure financing.Don’t trust these guys, I love the car, but they tried to screw me several times during the financing process.

2022-06-14Christopher Barton is an exceptional Sales Manager who is reliable and work with integrity. I was promised a weather mat from my initial purchase and didnt receive it. I drove to the location very disappointed with the Sales lady whom carried out the transaction who never returned my calls. Mr Barton came over and took my address and promised me I will see the mats by the end of the week. I did. I will recommend my friends and family to him. Jalen was also a great team member who helped me during the entire transaction.
