Aloha Car Wash in Suwanee
This is my go-to carwash now, because they have the floor mat cleaning machine with the hot water option. Doesnt take much to make me happy, I havent been to my old carwash in months. Only issues I have is that the vacuum lines arent cleaned regularly and loose suction alot, and the machine that applies the tire shine isnt calibrated/ adjusted properly, and misses a good portion of my tires unlike other car wash facilities, so I feel like Im getting cheated out of my money when I pay for that option.🤷🏿♂️ Plus, they dont have bottled tire shine for the workers to apply for you when the machine misses the tires in the tunnel; similar to other car washes. Its just what Im used to.
I paid for membership but they didn’t work many days in a month. Mat washing machine is not working for months. Car washer didn’t work without notice. I am canceling my membership.
It’s okay. Car wash in Alpharetta is really a lot better...better wash for the money, much better vacuums, no “time-limit” on cleaning vehicles, covered areas to vacuum your car...But I was in the area. Will go out of my way to go to the car wash in Alpharetta next time.
Basic wash went from $5 to $6 and now $8. Not worth it for that price.
Left message/note for the manager to call me a month ago. No one answers the phone during business hours. Closed for days so unable to cancel my membership. Car wash was convenient to my office but just need to talk to owner/manager.
I asked attendant to ensure the bugs on front bumper were cleaned. She said I will scrub but no guarantees unless I pay for bug removal???? I said just want my car clean....poor excuse for car wash, by time you get through paying for all the options go to full service wash....

Its pollen season. This car wash is small, but set up to be quick. I recommend buying a membership and run through semi-regularly to keep the car clean. Ill keep an eye on my paint as I use the membership and report back the amount of wear Im witnessing.
I visit this car wash often for a quick wash. They offer free A self-service vacuum, window cleaner, fabric freshener and recently added a floor map cleaner. I would recommend this location.
Well, Ive been a few times and the results were okay but not really good or really bad.Today, I took in a car I had brought from my bother in law and got the $35 managers special. It included a wash with an interior wipe down and vacuum.When I came to pick up the car, I could tell is had been sort of wiped down and sort of vacuumed but it simply wasnt clean. There was still pet hair in the car that I could pick up with my fingers. A lot of it!I showed it to the guy who did the work and he got his manager. He told me that this was as much as they would do for the $35 service but that I could pay an additional $35 to have it thoroughly vacuumed. No, Im not kidding.The best we were able to do was for him to agree to let me use his vacuums to finish the job tomorrow. Not sure I even want to go back there for that.I wont be back and I dont recommend.

Ive never been disappointed with this car wash. Reasonable price, great wash and the vacuums always have strong suction.
I really like Aloha - we go every other week to wash our car. The vacuums do need more suction but it is very clean and at times can get very crowded.
Amazing service, they go way beyond. I was trying to get my tires cleaned, and they were not completely cleaned when I came out of the bay but Matthew cleaned them all for me since I could not bend over because of a back injury. I will come back for sure. Plus they showed me how to clean my floor mats. Thank you all again.
Great do-it-yourself car wash. The provide vacuums, cleaning supplies and clothes. Too bad their lot space couldnt accommodate more vacuum bays because they do get busy.
Great carwash. They provide fresh microfiber cloths, window cleaner and air freshener. What made it even better was they have a machine that cleans your mats!
This car wash cleaned my car nicely. The vacuum nozzle was free of debris and was able to clean the inside of my car nicely.
I have been coming here for years and recently got my car washed and they did not have enough glass cleaner. When I asked if they had more they said no but the parking spots were not full; they should have enough cleaner for the amount of parking spots they have available.
My hubby and I use this car wash weekly. Cars look great, staff is kind. Signed up for their monthly scrip and used it every day during pollen season. Highly recommended!
Was very disappointed with the car wash today. I had spoke with Alex about the car wash not drying the car off. The only thing he offered me was that he will keep a check on the car wash dryer. He did nothing to help me to dry off the car but stood there and watched me offered no help whatsoever We are frequent users of the car wash and I was very disappointed that Alex could not even lend me a hand to dry my car. And his attitude about it was nonchalant and it was my problem not his!!!The car wash was not Busy He surely could have gone that extra little tiny steps to lend me a hand in drying the car. Attitude disappointing help disappointing car wash poor. !!!!!
Quick place to get your car washed. Even the $6 (cheapest) wash gets the job done. They provide glass cleaner, towels, and vacuums for interior cleaning as well. Will probably return in the future.
Ive been to several other car washes and Aloha is by far the best car wash around! Great managers special and their staff is very helpful and friendly, Ive been going for a few years and will continue to do so!
There was a thick layer of dirt left on my running boards so asked if they had a hose so I could clean them, the guy with the beard working sunday 3/15/20 at 1722hrs simply said nope and walked away after he looked at them. The whole bottom of my truck, rims and running boards were still filthy...SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Great wash with many options. Basic wash is very good and inexpensive. Free vacuum use and glass cleaner with cloth towels. New mat washer available for free as well. Very nice staff.

BEWARE - I subscribe to a promotional price for 3 months. I tried to cancel on the dot but they were closed because of rain. The next day they refused to cancel and charged me the entire month. The attendants didnt apply pressure to clean obvious bird poop. The machine did a good job by removing me at of it.

2022-02-10Signed up for the wash plan a few weeks ago and have not been disappointed. The wash process itself does an excellent job and they free vacuums, towels, glass cleaner, and air freshener. Very competitive price for the membership plan as well.

2022-05-21I was also there when the assistant manager had a melt down, it was scary stuff she almost hit customer cars when she was speeding through the parking lot, and she was going really, really fast. I’m not sure what her problem was but clearly she was pretty angry about something. I used to go here all the time, but I don’t feel safe there anymore. In a world where there are a lot of scary things happening I wouldn’t go somewhere where employees are allowed to act like that. I hope the owner watches the security footage from May 19th between 3-4.

2021-04-04This was my first time there. I asked to make sure my hatch was done really well and they did it. I’ve never seen a car wash give you towels to clean, so that was definitely a plus! I didn’t know where they were and had to ask. The staff was extremely nice about it. I say that because most people would have just said “they’re outside” but nope! The place was incredibly clean. I’m actually impressed with how well my rims were cleaned as well. I will be coming back and maybe even get the monthly membership.

2022-07-16I have a wash subscription Im trying to cancel since moving out of state. The website link doesnt work, the phone #s listed for the company are either always busy or not working #s. Tried to contact them by direct message on social media. Nothing! Be wary of the subscription..... proving VERY difficult to cancel.

2022-05-19Horrible experience. The vacuums had no pressure. When asked if I would get a discount I was told it was not there problem people vacuum things up they should not. NEVER will I go back.

2021-08-08Pretty good basic wash with tire shine for $12. Then free vacuum, window cleaning and air freshening supplies if you are willing to do your own finish work. Good mat washer as well. Only downside is lack of window cleaning spray bottles when they are busy.
