PSA- do NOT take your pet to Amazing Tails Pet Salon…I had a terrible experience this week when they not only didn’t do what I asked, but were also unwilling to do anything about it…so satisfaction, as they claim, is NOT guaranteed!They did not give me the curtesy of calling me before completely shaving my dog when I had specifically asked for “slight trim”… They have done a good job with my other dog but my golden doodle looks terrible now…when I called to see what could be done they replied “nothing” claiming I had “signed the form”… this form was explained to me as a cover of liability for allergies which I agreed to but nothing was said about them being covered in completely shaving my dog when I specifically stated that wasn’t what I wanted…I was very willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and talk to them, giving them a chance to do something to remedy the situation, taking them at their word that satisfaction was guaranteed and was very disappointed when I was completely dismissed and told by the manager that they would not do anything because I “signed the form”…. Lesson learned I guess 🤷♀️
Very professional and compassionate. I brought two of my dogs and was very pleased with the grooming. Both dogs appeared happy upon my arrival. Will continue to bring my pets. Thank you staff from receptionist to groomers and all other staff were friendly as well.
I have used this groomers since, they opened the door.EXCELLENT SERVICE, ALL 5 QUALITYS LISTED ABOVE ARE CORRECT.I have a baby kitten she was covered in pooh, only weighing 0.47 ounces.I called they took her in bathed her, so nice!I take Miss Molly there also, one day I could not get there before they closed, and the owner brought my baby home to me.Thanks to such a happy experience ever time.
Our Groomer is the sweetest most consistent Groomer ever. I have no worries when dropping off my ShihTzu furbaby. He has a few quirks which she handles with no problems and always does a beautiful job on his overly furry face. Hes always smooth and beautiful when he comes home.
I took my two big dogs to get their nails trimmed. One of my dogs does not work too well with other dogs (barks at them), so the lovely ladies (Ryley and Beth) were able to work on my dogs out in the waiting area. They did a wonderful job and took care of my sweet doggies. The vet always said they would put a muzzle on my dogs to do their nails. Amazing Tails didnt use a muzzle which made my dogs feel way more happy and relaxed. Thank you guys for loving on my babies.
I moved here to Dallas Georgia, from Lawrenceville Georgia, these ladies are Awesome, both my dogs loved them , my 2 year old Lab mix has never been to a groomer and she did amazing they gave her a bath and cut her nails , both my dogs look great and feel so soft , my mini poodle will be back end of the month to get fully groomed , I Recommend everyone to go there with their dogs , prices are great.
I have a golden and a great Pyrenees who os 12. Hes not big on the grooming thing any more, but was in great spirits beautiful and happy when we picked him up. The Golden is only 2, and loves baths and grooming so he of course was happy too bit oh so beautiful.
Front desk receptionist was the best!! Very sweet and polite. My boys grooming job was great. He came out smelling great, and his fur was so soft. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back!
This place is incredible. We stopped taking our senior dog to the groomer because it stressed him out so much, but then we heard about amazing tails and decided to give them a shot. WOW! He is never nervous to go in, they are so quick that he doesn’t spend all day in a crate like at his old place. They adore him there. The value and service are both unbelievable! We are so happy with amazing tails and will definitely be customers for life!
Amazing Tails does an excellent job grooming our cat, which isn’t easy!They take great care of her and make sure she’s groomed correctly. I highly recommend their grooming services.
I have been bringing my dog, Ellie, to Amazing Tails for about a year or so. Shes a little diva who is used to getting her own way so I was very concerned that shed misbehave, especially when they touch her ears or paws. Everyone at Amazing Tails is so good with her. And I really appreciate the tips and tricks theyve given me on how to deal with Ellies stubbornness. They do an amazing job at Amazing Tails!
We used a local Pet supply for our dogs grooming for years. We heard good things about Amazing Tails and decided to try them out.The service is quicker, competitively priced, and the dogs always look great at pickup. we have been using them for over a year now and all 3 of our family dogs go there now. I highly recommend!
We have been going to this location for about 5 years. Our dog breeder recommended them as she has all her pups go to them. For the last year or so, it has been an issue with the salon. For starters, the last two visits our dog has came back sad and scared after his appointments. We wrote it off a bit but was paying attention. The recent event was when we dropped him off for a simple nail trim, the lady at the front desk (covering for the rep that was on vacation), was extremely rude and unprofessional. When it was time to pay, she was handed the debit card and while returning it, she threw it on the counter. After the did the same with the receipt, she did not say thank you for coming in . Nothing. She proceeded with helping the next customer. When asked are we done she said Yea, you good. The next customer was Caucasian and was treated differently. The following one was a African American male and received the same poor treatment. Our dog had an upcoming full groom appointment in a few weeks and we cancelled and will NEVER do business with them again. I was not there but my adult daughter had to experience this foolishness. I called and spoke with the manager and she advised the regular girl was on vacation and the person up front is a groomer and offered a $9.00 credit to make it right. Regardless, customer service skills should be a priority for ANY business. And a $9.00 credit for poor treatment was a slap in the face. This does not make it right and my fur baby is our baby, I dont trust this business any longer and knowing shes a groomer probably abusing dogs of African American since she seems to have an issue with us is even more horrifying. We are taking our business elsewhere.
I was in desperate need of a new groomer and after calling around to at least 10 other groomers that were booked out for weeks, I called here. The sweet receptionist got my fur baby in within the hour and after letting Kayla know what I was looking for, my dog looked Amazing! The customer service and professionalism were out of this world and for the quality of work... extremely affordable! Thank you Kayla for making my dog look and smell great again!

Amazing Tails has been great so far with my pup Bella. We are new to the area and I was nervous to try someone new but we are pleased with there work and my dog come home happy. They are on time with appointment times and my dog hasnt been there more then 2 to 3 hours. Prices are fair.
My dog always looks terrific after a visit to Amazing Tails Pet Salon. They do such a great job keeping my pup looking good. I get the cut I wanted every time.
I love this facility! I drive 15-20 minutes out my way to get my puppy groomed here. Very clean, friendly employees, and has a close intimate feeling, unlike major grooming chains. They know my dog by name when I call or walk in. The ambiance of the facility is cute and charming and they offer different grooming options for your pet, such as the Blueberry Facial Scrub for tear stains. The groomers do a great job and are patient with my silly uncooperative puppy. My puppy usually gives the groomer a hard time but they have never complained, they simply offer good guidance as to help prepare my puppy for his visit and minimizing the stress he feels.
They were very professional and organized. When I got there with my cat for a nail trimming there were folks coming in with dogs for grooming. The waiting room was full and they processed everyone quickly and efficiently and sent someone out to take care of my 🐈 and I didnt have to wait long at all!
Love this place, we moved thirty minutes away and I still drive out of my way to get Kayla to groom our babies!
I was very excited to find a place near us to take our golden retriever. Prices are good. Unfortunately, she came home with a burn on the top of her nose that took a couple of weeks to heal. I will not be taking her back to this groomer.
I was referred to Amazing Tails by a friend and I have brought my chocolate lab to them 4-5 times now, along with my parents yorkie who just had her first visit. I loved everything about this place, they did an amazing job with Milo and he always comes back super clean and soft with the cutest bandana on! I highly recommend Amazing Tails, they have great packages and prices and all the workers are super awesome!

Our puppy has been to this groomer for the 3rd time today he is 5 months old but can grow hair being an aussiedoodle. He always looks amazing when I pick him and the ladies are soo great with him. They really make sure the dog is comfortable and don’t push them if they seem unhappy. Highly recommend this place!
Rescued a dumped and neglected dog 3 days ago... covered in mats from head to toe all the way to the skin. Vet I took him to said they did not have the proper tools to do the job. Looked up several groomers in my area and they said they did not take severely matted dogs or were booked out until June. Called them and these angels got me in so quickly! They were so sweet and patient with my guy. He was so bad off and they were unable to completely get all the mats out but they got sooo many and you could tell felt so much better. But these angels called in contacts and get me an appt at a vet for the very next day. My boy is there now getting the help he needs and I couldnt have done it without them. They are sweet and amazing people who really love the animals and it shows! Thanks to everyone at amazing tails pet spa!!
My first time there. I have an 8 month old yorkie. I took him in for a grooming and nail trim. They only did his feet, his private area and around his face. They said that he was too scared to go any further with the grooming. They were very kind and very friendly and seemed to care about my dog but I dont feel like I got my moneys worth when I picked him up because he almost looked the same as when I dropped him off. I will try them 1 more time because they are close to my house and have great reviews.
We love taking our Labrador to Amazing Tail Pet Salon! He always comes home smelling amazing and dapper with a bandana around his neck. Our boy has major skin allergies which they recommended the hot oil treatment. This has now become a must-have every time along with the paw butter. Pricing is very reasonable and the staff is great. I recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a great salon for their fur babies.
I’ve been bringing my two girls here for many years and will continue to do so. I’m sure all the groomers are great but Kristen is my go to groomer. She does a fabulous job on my senior girl, Lani, especially with her “hobbit” paws:). Belly is a rescue and has a timid and nervous personality but goes willingly when Kristen brings her back for a bath and trim. I know she cares about my dogs, because once Belly escaped from our yard and she and her daughter actually drove through our neighborhood looking for her❣️The team is supportive of each other and the receptionist always pleasant and communicates well. This was our first grooming experience and we could not be happier!! We have a sheltie named Bella and she is very fluffy so we were kind of nervous how her cut would turn out. However, Kayla Howard did not disappoint!!! She did a fantastic job and made our fur baby look amazing. Bella was also VERY happy when we picked her up which spoke volumes on how she was treated! We already rescheduled her next appointment! 10/10 recommend this groomer and Kayla Howard.
Jennifer is so good - very kind and patient with my Great Pyrenees. Hes a giant dog with a ton of hair (and a few problem areas). She is able to brush or cut the matted areas in his coat without it being too noticeable. She blends in the clipped areas very well. He always looks so handsome after a visit to see Jennifer at Amazing Tails
Jessica is wonderful! I take my German Shepherd here and they treat him like royalty. He always comes out smelling great without hair flying everywhere and his toenails are always rounded off! They’re courteous and not bad on price. Highly recommend!!
My dog Merci, has the habit of standing on her hind legs and wanting to greet the people she loves. I often walk around with scratches on my arms and legs. I took her twice to get her nails clipped and both times she wouldnt allow the groomer to hold her paws.Today I decided to take her somewhere else. I am elated.The wonderful groomer at Amazing Tails used a Dremel to polish them.Absolutely no fuss whatsoever. Thank you. John North
My dog has a lot of anxiety when he is separated from me, but when I pick him up, I see no drooling. That shows me that he is comfortable at Amazing Tails.
I have a Great Pyrenees St.Bernard mix he is 140 pounds as you can imagine I always have to spend more because of his size and I wouldn’t have it any other way! First time I went there I was blown away by how friendly the girls were and then going to pick him up the price was so low I was actually shocked.. 10/10 recommend you taking your fur baby here!
Teddy had his 1st mini groom at amazing tails yesterday. I should have known from the way lady just took him to the back without talking to him that it wasn’t a right fit. When I got him back most of his nails on all four pows were clipped down to the pink and you could tell that they bled. If you need to hurry then why do you guys schedule so many appointments at one time? We pay so much money for our little companions to be treated right, the way we would expect when we go to a spa. Horrible service!
We were new to Amazing Tails. Couple wks ago, to have our lab groomed. They did a great job, he was so soft & smelled really good. Friendly staff & lots of options to choose from.
I have multiple dogs who have been to the salon many time since they opened. They always look forward to seeing the staff. My 125 pound boy has a very long, dense coat. He comes home looking fabulous. They are also great with my little chi mix. We use them monthly and are never disappointed. Same great service every time.
I tried out this salon today with my two dogs and two cats. Amazing Tails IS amazing. My lab has had a history of aggressive problems with other people (besides mommy) bathing him. He did great today with no problems or growling. My cats are relaxed but one is elderly and I worried he would become stressed. They took time to gently bathe and hand dry him. I was very pleased. My other cat made a mess in her cat carrier and the folks at the salon not only cleaned it up but even washed and dried the towel that i had snuggled her up in. Then they helped me walk everyone out to the car! Amazing!If all those good experiences were not enough their prices are reasonable too.We will be frequenting this establishment.
My 3rd time taking my two toy poodles peanut and cashew & theyve done a great job each time. I feel comfort knowing I’ve finally found a reliable groomer. 10/10 recommend!
I have taken my Beagle Daisy in for a bath and nails twice (the latest today). Daisy is never happy when I leave her and I just have to drop her and go. I noticed when I left the front desk lady was still at the window with Daisy watching me leave. 🐾💕 I love that she was kind to Daisy and let her have a minute.This place does an amazing job with Daisy‘s nails and brushing her out. I will be using this location for her.
Ive been taking my dog to them for over a year now, every six to eight weeks. I love how friendly everyone is and how they all genuinely love their dog customers. They are the first groomers my dog seems to enjoy going to! They are busy but very considerate and clearly get to know their regular customers. My dog has a little issue with her back and I always prefer to lift her by supporting her front and back ends at the same time. I never have to remind them. They always remember.
I brought my border collie mix here today, and she came home looking like a brand new dog. She was way past due for a bath, and had lots of hair that needed to come out. After her 3 hour visit to Amazing Tails, shes cleaner, fluffier, and lots of her undercoat finally got brushed out. She also got her nails trimmed. I was expecting to have to pay a lot of money for all of that, but walked out for less than 40 bucks. The staff was very friendly, and loved my dog. I will definitely be taking her back there.
Been bringing both of my Maltese dogs here since it first opened. Very friendly environment and they do a good job on grooming my girls. I have one that can be nippy but they handle her well. You can’t go wrong bringing your dogs here for their full grooming needs. CNelson

I have been using Amazing Tails since I moved to Acworth several months ago. They are very friendly and professional and I feel very comfortable having my dog groomed there. He comes home looking beautiful and his groomer always asks if I have any concerns or if there is something special I want her to do. I recommend them highly.
We have been going to ATPS for about 3 years to take our miniature schnauzer for grooming. No matter who is at the front desk, the staff is so friendly and courteous. My miniature schnauzer gets excited as soon as we arrive in the parking lot. When they call your fur baby by their name as soon as you walk in the door, is a great indicator that you are at the right place. They come highly recommended. No doubts about it.
This was our first haircut/grooming for our 5 month old labradoodle. I was a bit nervous beforehand because I love the fluffy puppy look, but he really needed a haircut. The staff listened to what I wanted and did an all over scissor cut on him so that his hair didnt turn out too short. Great customer service!

This is best pet grooming salon in the world. Sequoia (I think I spelled her name correctly) does a great job with my yorkie!! Best haircuts we have seen him ever get!! So glad we moved to this side of town to be able to find the best pet salon in the land. Oh and the staff is amazing! Love this place
They did a good job and my pup came out happy. Just be sure to be specific if you need more attention to detail in certain areas. They are very accommodating.
We love Amazing Tails Pet Salon! Cynthia and her staff are caring, skilled, and professional. Our doggie Hero actually gets excited when its spa day. When its time to pick him up, Hero always looks and smells amazing and acts like he wouldnt mind staying longer. A great value!

We love Amazing Tails pet salon, all of the groomers are caring an professional they ask you questions before they just go ahead an cut down your dogs hair, like they called me a Lil bit after Chloes appointment that she needs have her hair cut a bit more than I thought I was like thats fine, the hypoallergenic shampoothey use smells great

We moved here a couple of months ago and finding a new groomer for Sparklz gave me anxiety! Thankfully, I was put at ease after picking my happy girl up. She is a Standard Poodle and they cut her perfectly. Everyone is so nice in the salon and we will be back every 8 weeks!

My dogs (M.J. & Angel) have been clients of Amazing Tails for the last 3 1/2 years. My dog Daisy since they opened. (RIP 2008-2016)I have referred many of my friends. One of them had a very bad experience and I was embarrassed that I referred her but thought that it was a misunderstanding. She was pregnant and tends to be emotional when she is. So I dismissed it. Over the last year there has been a decline in the outcome of my dogs haircuts. I think they have become to busy and are hiring untrained groomers. I continued to return because my dogs love going there. They actually get excited when we pull up to the front doors of the establishment. Not this past Saturday. I had to pull them in by their leashes. When they got home (boyfriend picked them up) they were not groomed (once again) with my requests. M.J. Was not herself (seemed skittish)my boyfriend stated that a groomer was being a bit aggressive with a dog that she was grooming . He could see her through the glass window. Plus had matting and uneven cuts. I will not return. This is the 4th time that I have had issues. Britt is the manager and is amazing. But she cannot do it all.
A great experience at reasonable prices. We have been going to Amazing Tails since our dogs second grooming (The first grooming place was horrible). Very friendly staff and quality grooming. Highly recommend them!
I have never been so PLEASED by a groomers before. Marlee is a very difficult dog to work with and isnt so trusting. She LOVES going to get groomed now. She went from fighting to me on going to beating me to the car when she knows where she is headed!! Marlee loves Nikki and the wonderful people. This is our new grooming home!

3/28/19: They have lost a lot of staff it seems and are now weeks out on appointments, and the nice people who still work there seem frazzled. Brought ours in for an appointment and he must have waited a while even then. He was only half done 3 hours later.Heads above any other pet salon in the area. Our yorkie always looks perfect. (review from 6 months ago)
My puppy loves coming to get groomed at Amazing Tails. She visits every 4-6 weeks and always comes home smelling great. The staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend Amazing Tails.
Abby loves going to Amazing Tails! She gets so excited when we drive up in front. Its’ obvious they all love Abby! I trust leaving Abby with them, and we have been taking her there for almost 4 years, and since she was just a couple of months old. I think their attention to detail is awesome. Abby always looks great, and you can tell she knows she is pretty, especially with her bows. We have her groomed usually weekly, one-week bath, conditioner, etc., and the next week brush out, new bows, and then repeating. I especially like that they are in my areas, and affordable. They always call when she is ready for pickup. They are the best, thumbs up!
We have been using them since they opened. My Chloe Belle cannot wait to get inside to visit with the staff. Everyone treats her so well. They do a fantastic job of grooming her. Love the colorful bandanas too!
Outstanding! Buddy looks 3 months younger :-)Ill be honest... Buddy was pretty filthy when we brought him in for his first ever grooming. Having played outside in the rain and mud and being almost 1 yrs old we werent sure what to expect especially for the price. We were VERY happy whenour little feller came out looking like a brand new puppy! He seems super happy and I think over all he enjoyed the experience... he woulda told us if he wasnt ;-).Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back!
Very nasty attitude, groomed dog the way they wanted to, not how they were told. My dog was extremely nervous and shy when we got her home. Mistreated ? We will never know. They acted as if it was our fault and this was the way we requested. Half shaved and untouched from the head to mid body. Shabby work and rude employees. Will not be back. Also owner would not talk to us, leaving employees to run amok.

We just adopted Bandit from a family member and he was in bad need of a cut. When I picked him up I barely recognized him. He looked fantastic. They did such a great job and are respecting social distancing. I was so pleased with our experience. They have a customer for life.
We just moved to the are and my malteses fur had been neglected during the move and getting settled. She had mats. Amazing Tails took care of her and gently shaved her, making her as cute as ever. And she was only there a couple of hours, not crated for the entire day. We have found a new groomer and will definitely be back!
Amazing Tails Pet Salon took fantastic care of my baby! Nikki always does such an amazing job with Styxx. Styxx has epilepsy and when I drop him off to be groomed, it makes me feel a little better knowing he is somewhere safe and they will care and love him like their own.Thank you Nikki and Amazing Tails Pet Salon for being so good to my baby every vist!

I love amazing tails so much and so do my girls Lucy and Snowy! The sweet girl who always grooms them takes the time to make them look oh so sweet and awesome and they are so relaxed when we pick them up from their spa day. Everyone in there is amazing!!! I wish I had of found them when I first came to Dallas.
Everybody there is very friendly and my Charlie loves to go there. he does not mind going he loves to go get trimmed and shaved and looking pretty. if hes happy Im happy and I am very happy to to give them as a reference and to send anybodys dogs to them they are great!!!!
So my two dogs were there from 1030 to 300 and when they got home one of them ran to the water bowl and drank a whole bowl of water so I call and ask if they were given water and was told that they will give water if the dog is there all day or if I would have requested they be given water. Not happy about that at all. Both got haircuts and deshed and seem to have as much loose hair as they had before they went in. Dont know, maybe an off day, but, Im definitely not happy about no water given in 4 1/2 hours.
So happy to leave my Prince dog to get bathe!!, when I pick him up he’s happy and specially clean and shiny!!
I love this place! Very friendly & professional. I like that it is a smaller operation and my dogs dont have to spend the whole day there in a kennel waiting for their turn. I also like their competitive and reasonable prices.This is the only place I take my dogs for grooming now. 5 out of 5 stars from me!!

My first time taking my dog Mimi today I was so impressed with the owner and the business itself she really took her time she listened to me and she came out when I came to pick up the dog and gave me an update on her and everything was just fantastic .The grooming was beautiful, the prices are great!
This place is AHHHHHMAZING!!! I wish I could give them 10 🌟. My dog is fear aggressive and they still groom him. They do a fantastic job! Im so grateful for them. They always make him look fantastic! They are very organized and their process runs like a well-oiled machine.
One amazing pet salon ... it is the only groomer that my dog has ever not wanted to leave ... they run it like a real hair salon... the pets have stations, shampoo area, etc... they made my pet feel and look amazing 👏 😍
Great place to take your pup to get pampered and some hygiene stuff taken care of. You can watch as they do their thing and all the staff is very kind and great at what they do. Highly recommend!
My Bichon Frise Snowball always comes back sparkling white and super soft smelling great. The do great work at good prices and their friendly too. I highly recommend them.

I had tried several places around Dallas for grooming of my Malti-zhu and she always came out looking very goofy but in the week and a half since Amazing Tails cut her hair I have gotten SO many compliments. I was a first time and the overall service provided was absolutely amazing ! The front desk group were very welcoming and took great care of my baby ! Once I picked him up , he smelt great and looked even better. I will no longer take him anywhere else .

Professional, friendly staff who do a super job on our dog HRH Deacon the mutt - prices are very reasonable and the salon is clean - you will be hard pressed to find a better group of groomers in west Cobb or Paulding counties.

2022-05-12My wife and I are new to the area and have 4 dogs. We had used Amazing Tails to have our dachshunds nails trimmed within the last month and had an AMAZING experience.Yesterday I called to schedule a grooming for our German Shepard/Husky mix as he tends to get very long thick fur and needs a summer trim. The worker I spoke to told me there is a backlog and the next appointment wouldnt be until 5/27 (which I was okay with) She then told me that since I had previously only had a nail trimming done before, I was not considered a returning customer on file.She then told me they are not accepting new business at the time and they would take my number and call me if they ever decide to take new business.I was honestly shocked as the $95 price tag of new business I would be bringing in for ONE of my 4 dogs seems like something a business would not turn away.Anyone know of a groomer in the area looking for new business?

2022-06-03After finding out that the place we were taking the babies had gone up to $24 each for just a nail clipping, it was time to find a new place. I went online and was reading the reviews and figured I would give them a chance. Boy am I glad I did, they were very professional and treated my babies like one of their own. I also love the fact that they have a glass window where you can see back into the grooming area. They have great prices and many add on packages to fit your needs and budget. Speaking if budget make sure you ask about their maintenance packages, it could save you a lot of money in the long run. We will definitely be going back!!!

2021-09-19Wonderful groomers! They take fantastic care of my giant beast of a dog (150 lbs and at least 30 of that is fur), so they can for sure handle whatever anyone brings to them. Ask about their maintenance plans because that is an amazing deal.

2022-06-26I’m really disappointed in my last visit here. I’ve taken my dog here several times for a bath and nail trim. The last time, I went to pick him up and it was the double the usual price. I’ve never paid more then $30 plus tip for his bath. They charged me a $15 late fee AND their prices went up. His bath alone is now $45. I didn’t know they closed early on Saturdays and feel like this probably should have been communicated at drop off. They called me at 2:30 to tell me he was done, I ran to the grocery store really quick and I was there at 3:08 to get him. 8 minutes late. They were still cleaning up. I understand I was late and I was super apologetic but it was an honest mistake and as a frequent customer I just feel it could have been communicated better from their end. I could understand 15-20 minutes late but anyways… definitely will think twice before coming back. That was a ridiculous experience. I just feel like this place has gone down hill when it comes to customer service.

2022-01-14Took my 12 week puppy here last year for his first grooming. I waited 3 weeks for the appt because they were so booked. I’ve taken my other two dogs there before that and they were done well. But when I went to pick up my puppy I paid around $85 and then waited for them to bring him out. When she brought him out he had not been shaved like I requested or nails clipped. The lady was extremely rude and said ‘you shouldn’t bring your dog to a groomer if he isn’t used to being groomed yet. He wouldn’t stop moving so all he got was a bath. Train him and then bring him back’ what?? That made no sense at all. I bathe him every week I didn’t need to pay $85 for a bath. I took him to another place a week later. She shaved him fully and clipped his nails and plucked his ears and said he was an angel. So clearly the girl (I think her name was Alicia but I can’t be sure) didn’t want to work that day. I thought I left this review after it happened but I never did which is why I am doing it almost a year later.

2022-03-30Whoever drives the white Jeep young female should learn some manners. Rather then flipping the bird to a car full of kids because I wouldn’t allow you to make an illegal u-turn maybe just follow the road rules. Employers should ensure there values pour outside of their walls. I was actually coming in to get an appointment set then realized they were an employees here.
