So this is my first time ever buying a bedroom set and investing in some furniture and MAN were the women at American Freight extremely helpful. Kay and Dee helped me find the perfect set for my room, walked me through my options and even helped me with the delivery process! Such a great experience and such helpful staff - highly recommend this American Freight store, and make sure to ask for Kim or Dee - AMAZING help from them and great, friendly conversation 😊
My experience at American Freight was amazing. Unknowingly purchased a product online that wasn’t in stock. Both Lanor and Kay were exceptional and hooked me up with a replacement appliance and applied my original payment to the new appliance. THANK YOU!!

I pride myself in having excellent credit and they offered me 0% apr for 12 months. I applied and they can back offering me 29.99% interest. I think this is false advertising and people should be aware of this scam. Plus 29.99% should be a crime. To add salt to the womb, the sales lady got offended that I was asking too many questions.

Hot and miss. They do have a pretty good selection of outlet washer and dryer as well as a plethora of refrigerators at discounted prices.They use to get in some Craftsman tool chest and boxes as well as tools this year its a little sporadic.I recommend to come out and take a look. Its a third party operation not really Sears.The only negative is lack of cashiers and sometimes its a long wait.

We bought a GE profile dishwasher in January along with a 5 year protection plan. Now, only 4 months later, dishwasher isnt turning on and no one can find our warranty. We have called the store, the warranty company, and everyone keeps saying they cant find it and giving us the run around, telling someone else to call. When we have a receipt!! This is so frustrating. I have a newborn in the house and no time or energy to deal with this, feel like we paid hundreds of dollars for no reason.

Kay is B-OM-B!!!Just when I thought I had to leave without my fridge due to low financing, she fixed it!!She didn’t know that I need a full fridge under doctor’s orders. This particular place is like going to a glorified Goodwill store except at the Goodwill store actually offers more at a better price. I ordered a trailer the pull behind my garden tractor and it came in damaged five times the 61 was still damaged but I kept it anyway because I needed one and the damage wasnt horrible but nonw the less, it was damaged.

Bought a Samsung dryer and they wouldn’t let me pick it up the same day because it was almost past 8:30 and the warehouse was closing. When I picked it up the next day it was scratched and dented even though it was in great condition when I saw it originally. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Would never return. Bait and switch pricing plus HORRIBLE customer service. Store Manager actually yelled at us when we expressed impatience after waiting an extraordinarily long time to purchase a dryer. All we needed to do was pay for it and he yelled “now I am going to make you WAIT!!!” No warranty. We immediately walked out. Never again!

Customer service means everything. When purchasing appliances, sometimes things go wrong. It happens. A companys response is critical. I purchased a dishwasher online recently. After having it installed, we discovered a defect. The installer returned the dishwasher to the store. The store did not have the same model available. The manager, Kay, went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed and that it happened immediately. My profession dictates that my attention stay focused on work during working hours. The fact that she was able to make my transaction happen seamlessly despite a defective product means that this company has earned my trust and my loyalty. Finally, somebody gets it. Thanks Kay and thanks American Freight.
Found the best price on a Queen boxspring here after shopping around. Store is open until 8pm, we arrived at 7:50, feeling sheepish coming in so last minute (but really not wanting to spend another night on just our mattress on the floor!) Chris and Cassy were so kind and helpful, we were in and out with our box spring by 8pm! Great deals here, will definitely be back!

K and Crystal assisted Veronica with finding me everything that I needed. Although I was indecisive, they were so patient with me. All in all, I ended up getting exactly what I wanted plus more. They all were extremely professional, polite, & patient with me. I’d definitely recommend this location on Roswell Rd specifically. Thank you ladies so much!

2022-06-25I had such a great experience here I had to come back twice😊 Veronica and Lanor greeted us as we entered the store and assured we would be helped and find what we were looking for! Ms. Kay Was awesome she helped us with our purchase from beginning to end ! Kay had such patience especially going over the merchandise and giving us options. I would definitely recommend this location! The staff is awesome and I would recommend picking up your items if you could. But if you find yourself at this location ask for Ms. Kay you won’t regret it!

Kay helped us from the begin to the end to make sure we were happy with our purchase and she always has such patience! Nice friendly and professional staff! I would definitely recommend this place !

2022-08-09Three trips to this location and I was assured they had five of the refrigerators I needed in stock, new in boxes. This was not the case. They had five of an alternate model in stock, with a much higher price tag. I was offered the floor model, with no discount. And I still would have relented and purchased it. But when I asked if it would be wrapped for protection during delivery, I was told I could wrap it myself, but the $109 delivery fee did not include any protective measures. Seriously?? I think we can do better Sears/American Freight!!

2022-04-29Wonderful place for good quality/name brand furniture and appliances! We got a living room set for a fraction of what we would have paid at rooms to go or Ashley furniture. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease. I will definitely be coming back the next time were in the market for furniture or appliances. 5 stars, would recommend!

2022-08-14Went to this location today to purchase a stove, sectional and deep freeze. After settling on a sectional we were told that there was no more in stock and they couldnt sell the floor model. We moved on to choose a deep freezer and then the stove. The stove had a price of $881 clearly marked on it. When we got to the register it was listing $947. We were told they couldnt honor the price. False advertising, waste of my time. Will never shop with American freight again. Buyer beware. Its a bait and switch facility. The rep was great thats the one star I give them. No fault of hers but she lost over $2000 sale because of poor store policies. Needs a new manager.

2022-06-18Dee was amazing and professional. They need to take care of her for all her hard work. The AC wasn’t working at the job and even though her day was hot she still smile and provided excellent customer service to everyone who came in. Keep in mind it was 95 degrees out side that would have been enough for me to pass out but she didn’t show upset or anything she kept smile providing amazing service.

2022-04-28Customer service is 1000% on point. Veronica and Dee were not only super helpful but super accommodating! I recommend that anyone who is looking for an appliance or furniture that they come check them out first.I’ll most definitely consider this place first next time I come shop for furniture or appliances.
