My friend and I were looking for a nail salon that had good genuine reviews for hours one Sunday. We didn’t want a salon where clients were pressured to do a review. We wanted a place where our nails looked good, reasonably priced, and our nails to last until it was time for a fill in. Today was my 2nd visit with Susu and I had to leave a review. I am uncomfortable with vibrant colors but the way she did my nails today I can’t complain. She is VERY knowledgeable about all things nails. Susu educated me on the shape types, when to get a new set, and why your nails go soft. Fyi, the shape in the picture is oval almond…she will correct you on including almond☺️. My friend has had no complaints on the nail tech she started with, Jimmy, so I can attest that American Nail Salon will take care of you.
Truly one of the best experiences at American Nails. Jimmy and Julie go above and beyond to make sure you are well take care of. They are so caring and take their time. They actually give great massages and make sure you enjoy your experience versus just being another customer, trying to make money. Can’t say enough about this place. I would recommend this place to anyone. Love love love everyone at American Nails, you can’t go wrong with any tech.
SuSu strikes again! Just recently moved to the area and came across this gem of an artist at American Nails.. She’s a sweetheart and a true artist! She never misses as she can recreate any picture or style. Ask for her, you won’t be disappointed!
Glad that I found a new nail salon that I can call 2nd home! I recently moved to the area from California/Bay Area, and was in need of a great manicurists. Holly has been a god-send. She has been doing an amazing job at maintaining my acrylic names. And her staff does great pedicures. This place has gained a long-term client!
Jimmy was INCREDIBLE!! I had the best experience and I am OVERLY pleased with how gorgeous my set of nails is. Absolutely incredible. I will be going here from now on. Period!!!!

Since I found this nail salon, I wont go anywhere else. Professional services and friendly staff. Ivy is the best nail tech Ive ever met. Very gentle with my toes, took her time and gave me the best pedicure. Will definitely be back again!
It took me forever to find a great nail tech. I’m so grateful for SuSu. She is the best, she delivers EVERYTIME!!!! She is so sweet, consistent, patient and her work is so neat!!!! I love my nails every time. Honestly the entire staff is wonderful and super friendly. Ask for SuSu!!!!
Su Su is amazing. She did my pedicure and fill in and she has me as a repeat customer from now onI like to have fun with my nails and she has the skill needed to ensure each time they are attention grabbers.
I’ve been a patron at American Nails for about 8 months, and am serviced by SuSu every time for my nails, (acrylic/gel). I can honestly say this has been the best nail salon in terms of customer service and CONSISTENCY. I always love my nails, and the one time I was unhappy SuSu literally did them completely over free of charge. It’s hard to find customer service like that! I’ve recommended my mother, friends, and clients to American Nails and they have had the same satisfaction.
I paid $65 for a pedicure with gel nail polish. Ivy the tech begin rushing due to other clients coming in to shop. She jammed my toes into the wax treatment. She looked perplexed when I didn’t tip. I got home and looked at my left leg. It was Full of Scratches like an animal attacked my leg. I recall Ivy running her nails up and down my leg instead of massaging the leg, obvious sign she didn’t know what she was doing. I would have tipped had I felt appreciated and not rushed. The service not so great!! Don’t understand the Rave reviews as my leg is injured and I would Never return to this establishment!!
SuSu is the absolute BEST! Not only is she the sweetest, her prices are super reasonable!She does excellent work! I find it so hard now to find a nail tech that doesn’t charge an absurd amount, but is still able to keep up with today’s trends/designs. She always understands the assignment, and I always leave loving my nails more than I originally expected to. Ask for SuSu!
I have been coming for a while and my teen daughter and I both go to SuSu!!! She’s absolutely amazing!! She is great at what she does and goes above and beyond for her clients. She’s great at doing what you ask of her and will always give you the cost of designs prior to beginning(even to her loyal clients). My family and I adore SuSu and will keep coming to American Nails to see her.☺️
Really impressed how clean and sanitary American Nails on East West Connector is. They wash and then sanitize all cleaning tools for each customer. And the employees are very friendly and caring. Will keep coming back here!
I ALWAYS get my pedicure done here the only place that can take my bad ingrown out and I rarely ever get acrylics I decided to today with Jimmy who has been doing my pedicure for years now and I am more than happy for my shape and color !
This was my 1st time here. AMAZING customer service, excellent work and the establishment is very clean and sanitary. From the moment you open the door, you recieve a warm welcome. Prices a reasonable and the selection of polish colors is enormous. Mimi did my pedicure and i cant sany enough of how satisfied i am. Throughout the process, she made sure i was comfortable and explained each step. I am very ticklish, but let me tell you, this was the FIRST time i could relax and enjoy my pedi!!!!Bringing my dad in next week for a pedi and i have found my new mani/pedi spot!!! This was my first time coming here because i recently moved in the area and had to find a new nail spa to go to. At first the guy was nice but kept looking off to his phone or something while doing my nails. I showed him the picture i wanted and he looked more than positive he knew how to do it. He even said he’s done the design before. The shape is a squarish coffin which its cute. Otherwise, he started getting frustrated doing my nails and said he doesn’t know how to do it and we had to do it a different way. I will include a picture of what I wanted and vs what I received. Afterwards I paid and left, not even an hour later my gel polish started peeling off. I am not coming back to this place and will continue to look for another spa.

Let’s get into miss SuSu!!!!!!I have a HARD time trust nail techs - they rush, they don’t listen to you, etc and I’m usually leaving the salon upset every single time. Also- I’m on a budget, i guess you get what you pay for. HOWEVER, SuSu came in and changed the game. I hated my nails prior to coming to her and when I sat down- I told her exactly what I was wanting and she talked me through it and we collaborated on ideas and we were on the same page the whole time. She said “I’m particular abt my nails as well so I get it” I could have shed a tear! Also- THESE WERE AFFORDABLE!!!!! I’m so so so happy!! Thank you SuSu- I will 100% be back!

Su Su did an amazing job on my Halloween nails. Shes speaks up when she doesnt think a look works and always nails the final design. Ill be back soon
I came today to get two nails fixed when I arrived i was early there were two ladies in the shop one of them told me to have a seat and that Jimmy will fix my nail when he get here Jimmy arrived and ask me who did my nails I told him he ask me to sit in that lady chair that she would be here shortly to fix your nails she arrived shortly after this and told me that she cant do my nails because she had an appointment Jimmy started on a lady nails that didnt have an appointment no the place is filled with staff and the owner and she stated that she had an appointment it of 5 people and me sitting there no on could fix my two nails I spen at least $100.00 everytime I walk in this shop I will not be coming back I drive a pretty good way to make it early and no on acknowledged that I was the first person the Re e and that their was no one that could fix nails why open up for walk ins if you ins if you only going to take appointments everyone in the place act like i wasnt even there im in wow mode how they did this and just left me sitting there. This was a waste of my time on a Saturday. Im a very faithful client and spend plenty money.
Great service by Su Su. I brought in a picture and she made sure I was happy with the color selection and nail art every step of the way. Cant wait to come back!

I’m new to Austell area and had no idea as to where would be a good place to go to get your nails done, so I googled the nail salons close by and this one has the best reviews. I went to see just how great they are and I was not disappointed. Thank you Holly for doing such a great job and being so amazingly friendly.
Soooooo, I’ve been living in Powder Springs for about one year and haven’t found a nail salon which meets my expectations. I wasn’t up for a one hour drive to my previous nail tech. A coworker spoke of this place once and I was in the area so I decided to check it out. I went on a Friday afternoon around 1:30pm. There was one other customer already being serviced. At the door, I was politely greeted and service started right away. I received a gel fill in and a color change on my toes. I wasn’t rushed, customer service was great, and my nail tech was patient. She took her time and my nails were everything I’ve been searching since last October. I will provide an update if the quality of nail polish is lacking in anyway. Thanks American Nails.Con: The nail dry area only allow about three people at a time.The color selection isn’t much to choose from if you are not get gel color.Update: I stopped going here about Almost two years ago because the nail tech I liked left. I usually go to the Nail Place around the corner, but they were closed today 2/9/2021 :(....I decided to try this place out again and I wish I would have waited. The customer service is horrible‼️ I felt rushed, the male that is at the third table was Rudeeeee!!!! He talked about my fingers, didn’t know how to do designs (I asked beforehand). I will NOT return here. I asked him for his opinion and you would respond, what do you think LOL! The lady that I am guessing is in charge (1st chair on left is always nice, and the young guy at the 1st table on the right seems to good!) Try your LUCK 🍀

The pedicure specialist that work on my feet is focused, professional and exact in her pedicure services. Ivy and staff is great! My feet feel new each time after a pedicure. Ms. Holly is the only person I would let do my nails. She is and does a phenomenal job every time I see her. She is very patient and respectful. She is amazing. She always takes care of my nails. I always get compliments and I recommend people to go to her all the time. When I go, I just tell her the color I want and let her style it whatever she see’s fit. Her creativity on her freestyles are fabulous!!!!
First time customer but I don’t plan to ever go anywhere else in future! Honestly the best pedicure Ive ever had and Ive had a lot 🙂. I called ahead to make a pedicure appointment - spoke with Hollie (owner) and let her know I wanted someone gentle. She made my appointment with Teresa and I am way beyond “satisfied”. Teresa was very gentle, as promised, but also extremely thorough! (I dont get color on my nails, so I cant speak to that.)While there, Hollie also stopped by the chair to ask how it was going, which was a nice thing to do. She cares for her customers as well as her staff and told me she’s grateful when someone lets her know just what they want or don’t want. Communication is everything!

Ive been a customer for 13+ years. My mani-pedis are always awesome! The staff does NOT take short cuts. My pedi resulted in falling asleep and waking up after it was done.. Nice... My nails were also done and I have NO complaints. All of the services are the best of the best. I cant wait for my next appointment!! Thanks. ladies!
Just moved close by and was trying to find the right place for nails. The shop is simple and small but clean and busy. They did a GREAT job on my nails, but I only gave four stars, as I was spoiled at my last place with exceptional massage, and not so much here. I got no massage at all on my hands (full set gel service), and a great but short massage on my feet. I get it, its a nail salon, not a massage salon, but I tip well and have come to expect a bit more of the things that earn those tips. Im going back though, at least they did a great job on my nails.

I took my son and my best friend in to get our nails done. Susu did a great job on my nails, Holly (I hope thats right) did my sons nails and Ivy did my friends nails. We walked out happy. They were very nice and treated my son so well, treated us ask with respect. Very happy with my experience.

This was my first time going to American Nails. I went on a Friday evening and they told me it would be 30 minutes for a gel pedicure. But they got me to the water in less than three minutes and I got to be massaged by the chair while I waited. Everyone was nice and the ladies were very knowledgeable. I asked for a certain design that was done on fingernails in the picture, to be done on my toenails and they aced it! I will be going there again. The prices are mid range for a nail salon.
My first time at this location. I called first to check availability and location and the lady on the phone was very nice and pleasant. Arrived and took a chair right away for a manicure and pedicure (which I had had neither in over a year, so I was in bad shape). I got the gel manicure and I have been so happy with the results. Three days after I had it done one nail peeled...I went back and was taken to a table immediately. They prepped the nail and re did it and didn’t charge me any money. Overall it was a great experience and I will be a new regular customer. Thanks so much for the friendly service and being so quick and attentive. Highly recommendUpdate 11/25/20: I took my 10 year old daughter in yesterday because she has had a bad nail biting habit for years and had destroyed her nails almost to the cuticles. They were able to do a full set on her to repair her nails, and were very friendly and explained the process to her and keep her comfortable. It has already boosted her self confidence and she loves her new nails (and the rainbow paint job)...We love this place!
I have been a customer of American Nails for several years and have never, ever been dissatisfied . Holly has done my nails most of the time and she is super nice and friendly to everyone even when Ive seen some not so nice customers come in she treated them with the utmost respect. If youre dissatisfied with anything that she or one of her nail techs did, just let her know and shell gladly make it right. If you dont give her a chance to fix whatever is wrong, please dont post negative things about this shop because thats just not fair. No one that works in this salon will EVER mistreat a customer. Thats why they have such GREAT customer service! 😊
Easily one of the worst SNS/dip manicures I have ever had. My nails look chunky and uneven. The tech didn’t even take the time to clean up the mess at the nail bed. I had to ask her to refile nails that looked off during the process. My hands now look like those of a 5 year old that got into some nail polish. I would never classify my nails as stubby, but she found a way to make them look that way.Additionally, I picked a color that was supposed to coordinate with a gel polish for my pedicure, which is what I had asked for. The tech simply applied regular polish and when I tried to correct her she told me that next time she would remember I wanted gel and that since I had regular polish on when I came in she didn’t think I would want gel.There won’t be a next time.
I’m not sure how anyone can leave a bad review about this place. I’ve been coming here for three years and Holly the owner has been nothing but great to me and my needs and everyone who I sent to this location is also pleased. So I’m sure these people who are leaving these poor reviews have the wrong “American Nail.” Holly buys quality products. Holly also prides herself in taking care of the nail , they are just not about getting the money. Because if my nails aren’t healthy Holly will not do my nails how I want them, she will give me a manicure and tell me let my nails heal. I completely recommend this place. Three years and no complaints, even with new employees that may come in, they are well trained And trust worthy. THANK YOU 🙏🏽 🧡🧡🧡

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been going here for a few years and each time they deliver. They know exactly what I want each time. They are very up to date with the latest styles and fashion regarding nails. My nails are very durable with constant hand washing and being a mommy. I wear my nails long and short and I expect Nothing but the best. My nails usually lasts 3 to 4 weeks and gel barely chips. They take care of me. The things I pay attention to the most is how people greet me and how they greet others. How they handle each other and how they diffuse situations in the event that a customer is not satisfied. And have yet to be disappointed ❤️
It is a guy that was there doing my nails that sits in the front… he is so rough with doing nails and was impatient while soak my nails and trying to get them off. He was on his phone more then anything. If I ever go back I will remember his face and definitely reject his service on doing my nails.
As far as nails they are excellent but with eyebrows, not so good because they lady that doing them now do a bad jod, she dont cut them down or even them and always leave the wax on my face, this is the 5th time that I went there and they have the same lady, on the other hand theres one lady there besides Holie that do a great job but shes never available when I come.
Really dissatisfied and disappointed with American Nails on this visit. The customer service was poor and the tech rushed through my services. I am a regular customer and usually I am satisfied with my my service. She clipped to close during my pedicure and I begin to bleed and there was no apology or accommodations offered. I did not receive any hot towel, oils or massage during my manicure. These are all apart of the manicure.When paying I notified management of my concerns issues and I only received excuses. There was zero accountability taken and no resolution and I paid for full for services that was not provided.I brought a new customer with me due to me sharing good things about American Nails but today was a mistake. Im super disappointed and regretful of this visit.
I don’t think it’s fair we only get 5 stars they deserve 10. I have been loyal to my nail salon in buckhead for 6 years but decided to try something closer to home. I have tried almost every salon in the Smyrna/Austell area and all were mediocre as my nails would chip or fall off after a couple days, unprofessional and felt rushed when you’re supposed to be there to relax. I came across American Nails a couple months ago and I will never go anywhere else. Susu is by far the absolute best and personable stylist I know. She makes me feel welcomed and always makes sure I feel like a queen when I leave the salon. Holly is also one of the most dedicated, hard working stylist. They actually listen and remember personable things shared in prior appointments which is hard to do with so many clients. If you want a memorable experience this is the place to go. My nails last over a month without any damage - they could last longer but I choose to go for the experience before my nails needed to be done. Love love love them- you must ask for Susu or holly !

They are very very not equipped and they do not do good work and they rush to do your nails and I just went in my nails have broke and the paint do not stay on and I got gel nails gel polish so therefore I don’t like no type of rushing processing when they do your nail so with my nails so I cannot stand bad work anything not good at all because they are very unprofessional Hi then wearing nails for years and I know when good work is done so I’m letting you know on a Google review this is not a good place to get your nails done especially when you knowing that they going to rush to do the job that’s a no no
I’ve been going to American nails for 18 years and I’ve never ever had a bad experience here they are all very well trained at what they do they take pride in what they do, I trust them all. I even got my 2 sisters to start coming here too we won’t ever go anywhere else. American Nails is our home always.Thank you for all you do for me. I love this place.
Probably THE WORST pedicure Ive received. They dont tell you until you sit down and start working on you that they dont do designs. The lady precedes to hand me a sticker book, with stickers from the dollar store. She then cut my nails without asking me. Since its my birthday I didnt feel like fussing, so I paid and left. Once I got outside, I realized the other side of my toe has polish on it that the lady didnt even bother to clean up. Rude and unprofessional!! Do not go here!
Mrs Holly is a really good lady and she does speak good English. She pays attention to all her clients and always makes sure they leave her salon very happy. Me and my mom have been going there since she opened up and we have never left her salon ever since. Book her and you will never regret it.
I am a first time client visiting from out of town. Jimmy did an amazing job with my nails. Not being able to find a nail tech that can do what you want is hard. So I will be a returning client just because the service was astonishing. Thank you Jimmy. I’m in love.
DO NOT COME HERE, YOURE NOT WELCOMED. I am so displeased and felt very offended on my first time visit to this shop. I walked into the door for the first time to get my nails done and upon arrival, I was greater but was told there would be a 45 minute wait. I was willing to wait so I asked one of the nail techs who was the person that worked the best with longer nails. She said, We dont do long nails, only very short. I was appalled that a nail shop that should be full of professionals would only do really short nails but on their website, they have longer ones pictured. They treated me like my business was not wanted or like my nails were wrapped around my ankles. They are regular nails... just more of a medium length so I knew that this could not have been true. I walked back in and asked another tech if so, why are the pictures listed on their website and she said We do long nails itsjust going to be about an hour and 30 minute wait. Long story short the lady lied and it turned me away to never return. I have NEVER been to a nail shop that didnt know how to do nails?? If you arent getting a manicure with no tips, I would suggest you choose a different location because these people have not been trained and are not professionals. Not a regular nail shop and very offensive to me as a black woman knowing that they practically refused my business. I was very polite and professionally dressed, so I cant understand why they treated me like that.
I have been to a few nail spas in the Marietta area but the service here is beyond me. They greet every guest, take their time with each customer and make sure your experience is worth the money you pay. Prices are great and not too much. I’ve made this my every 2 week retreat. Thanks
Susu is awesome!!! Though she is new to this location, I have been going to her for over 5 years. I followed her to American Nails and I must say the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. There are many nail salons I pass to get to Susu but I choose the hour drive because she is just that great. Having retired from the military, our nail color choices were very limited. After 20 years of red, neutral/skin tone and French manicures, choosing colors other than those can still be overwhelming. She has helped to bring color back into my life. Through the rapport weve built throughout the years there have been colors she has recommended that I would NEVER have chosen but the outcome has always been phenomenal. If you are looking for a caring nail tech while enjoying a calming atmosphere, I highly recommend Susu at American Nails.
This place is absolutely AMAZING. I have followed my nail lady Susu for a couple years now and this place is great for her. Their interactions with customers is comforting. I bring all my friends here and they love it and the nail products they use makes the nails last so long. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Best nail place I have been to!!

The staff treat everyone with kindness, patience, and respect. Ms. Holly is like family! Ms. Helen, “the older lady” is the sweetest lady and gives the very best pedicure. I have never had less than perfect nails, but I know the staff is willing to fix anything you are unhappy with. I recommend American Nails to everyone and it is worth the 30+ minute drive for me to go. Hurry, and go to American Nails!
I’ve been a loyal customer to this establishment for 11 years. Holly is my go to always. She has become like family and everyone knows it. If she isn’t around for whatever reason, I’ll wait for her or allow Cookie to do my nails. Helen is my go to for pedicures although everyone there does a great job. I would HIGHLY recommend American Nails. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

This was my first experience at this nail salon.... The only reason I came here was because today was the only time I had to get my nails done before I go on vacation, and my usual nail salon (literally across the parking lot) is closed on Tuesdays. I wanted a basic mani-pedi with gel polish. No fill in, no acrylics. Nothing fancy. I was here for T H R E E hours only to receive a mediocre (at BEST) mani-pedi. And then to be charged $75 when I was thinking I was going to be in the $45-$50 ballpark after reviewing their price list. The staff was very friendly and the shop was very clean, but I can’t see myself returning here when I can get twice as much at a way better quality for the same price just on the other side of the parking lot... the price wouldn’t have been such an issue if I would have gotten nails that looked like they were worth $75 and didn’t have to wait so long. Save your time and money and go to The Nail Place where they will give you insta-worthy nails every single time.
I had gone to another salon to have my nails done. A week later they started popping off and taking half of my nail with them. My bestie and I went to Hollys salon to get pedicures, and Holly fixed my nails. I was so amazed, and they stayed on for the full two weeks. I also love the way she shaped them. She is the only one I want doing my nails from now on!! Absolutely love Holly ❤️

Ive been going to American Nails for about 6 years and have never been disappointed with the way my nails and toes look when I leave. Holly, Cookie, Yuly, Helen, Jimmie, and Teresa all do wonderful work, are friendly and accommodating. I love the new decor and love having a glass of wine with my pampering. American Nails has the latest techniques and trends....things my friends cant find at their salons. Love the cats eye technique and their new dipping powders! Found this nail shop on Google and I’m so glad I came here. Holly did a fabulous job. I only told her I wanted something with the color red. I told her to have fun and be creative. I usually don’t give nail techs this freedom but I got a good vibe from her and knew I could trust her decision. After several poor and inconsistent experiences at other salons, I will now be a faithful customer of American Nail Salon😁😁😁!
For 5+ years I was going to Holly until I moved out of the county. I do go back to Holly and Ms Helen to get my nails and feet done on occasion when I meet my best friend there. I have always had great experiences with Holly and Ms. Helen. She does not rush you. Would love to see the pictures of Three HooDoo Sisters that were so messed up when she received her pedicure. I am not a regular customer but always very very happy with when I do go for services and visit with Holly and Ms. Helen. Dont let one person try to scare you away. It is amazing how RUDE people can be. Go see Holly and Ms. Helen to get your nails and feet done. You will NOT be disappointed.
I have been with American Nails since 2002. The owner - Holly is very polite, professional and courteous. She uses the best for her customers. She constantly go for in-service trainings to improve and learn the latest new ways or ideas for her customers. She is the best. She employs professionals like her.

Ever since moving to GA I have been trying to find a nail salon that is as good as the one I had back home and I have finally found it here!! They are actually the best Ive ever gotten done. The care in making sure the shape was on point really had me sold. Really impressed.
Jimmy did my nails today but he went above and beyond his usual perfection. I got the pink and white nails with coffin shape. He took so much time with me and he was so patient. I really felt like he cared and my nails are stunning. I’ve never been so excited about my nails before. I CANNOT STOP STARING AT THEM 😊 Never going anywhere else!

Ive been a client of American Nail and Cookie has been my nail tech for over 10 years. American nails is a very clean, sanitized and extra wonderful staff. If you want great nail artistic nail and friendly staff, head on to American Nail. They re- did the shop in a warm and very open and very welcoming.
Had a wonderful time getting my nails done by Tom. Showed him a picture on Pinterest and he gave me just that and asked clarifying questions whenever he needed to! Was in and out! Excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!
I went there on a Friday about 2 weeks ago. I only wanted a regular manicure. They didnt have any good nail colors only the gel polish colors. I chose a color and the tech did my nails. When she was doing a second coat on my nails she got a phone call and then lost track of where shed left off. She asked me and I didnt know either. I also got my brows, chin and lips waxed; the wax was very hot and it caused bumps on my face. My nail polish was peeling off like a full nail on Monday; just 3 days after I had gotten my manicure.They are great with the gel manicures but I wouldnt go again for anything else.
Ive been coming here for years!! Cookie, Holly, Ms Helen, everyone there is so sweet and talented!! Ive never had a bad experience!! Cookie did a beautiful job on my Valentines nails, they seriously came out better than the photo I showed her!!
American nails is okay . They are very overpriced and they don’t really listen to what you want . I ended up paying $120 when I usually pay $90 elsewhere … I asked for a design similar to the picture I showed and they basically did what they wanted instead . One of the ladies also made rude comments .
I am a long time client of American Nails. The staff and owner are amazing. They use quality products and I have always left the shop satisfied. They not only do your nails they really take care of your nails. You should definitely go there it’s a must . You will not be disappointed!!!!
This is the best place for nails EVER !!! Holly is amazing and so creative - - and my eyebrows are on point as well !! I never have to wait too long, but even if I do, it is worth the wait. Decor is wonderful, staff is wonderful, nails are WONDERFUL !! No one else is allowed to do my nails !!
Best nail salon ever!! They are efficient time wise and care about your needs....very very friendly and caring. Cookie and her husband are the best. I get stiletto nails and pedicures done here with the occasional eyebrow wax. The details put into my nails is done with precision... Highly recommend this salon in every way.
I enjoy coming here. Atmosphere is always relaxing and quiet. The staff is very polite and apologetic if sometimes appointments run over. Holly is such a kind person!

I love American Nails! Cookie has done my nails for many many years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even if Cookie’s not available, I trust everyone there to do my nails. The customer service is great.
After sifting through a ton of reviews, I decided to give this one a try. I was greeted at the door & everyone was very polite.Tom did my nails & was very patient with me. It was my first time getting SNS since I’m trying to grow my nubs out. The color I picked was see through, so he suggested doing a glitter umbre look & it looked much better.Theresa did an amazing job with my pedicure and took her time. I’m glad I got her. My only qualm is the lack of SNS colors to choose from, but I’d come back for a pedi. :)
I have been going to this salon for over 10 years, even though I moved away from Austell. Holly has been my nail tech and my friend since the first visit. It’s a family atmosphere - Cookie, Ms Helen and the staff are lovely and I just love my regular visits. No better nail salon and I would recommend the salon to anyone looking for a great experience.
This place does a very good job. I had a bit of a disagreement my last visit here, but I honestly will give it another try. I always get so many compliments on my nails, & I will admit my nails are beautiful. Hopefully in the morning when I go to get my thumb nail repainted, I will have a pleasant visit. Ill give them 4 stars again until then. Will update in the morning. 😊
Holly was great!!!My daughter and I both got exactly what we asked for-She did an AMAZING JOB!!on my eyebrows..I don’t remember the guys name who did our pedicures but he was great as well..We will definitely be back!! Juan was very rude snatching my hand around i keep asking to see the different colors they have he keep telling me we have a lot we have a lot of can i see them just kept insisting what color butterflies to picks i repeatedly kept telling him i beed to see what colors before i can pick any design. While sitting getting my nails done i asked how much it was going to be in total i get to the front hes telling me a whole new price at this point Im very frustrated with this place and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING theyre trash i have a huge burn on my ankle and the lady doing my feet just scrubbing my burn like lady that hurts do you not see the burn

American Nails is a great shop to get your nails done Holly and Cookie are good at what they do! Their service and their employees are great ! If you are in the Austell area I highly recommend them.
I came in just an hour before closing and the lady who helped me (I think it was Holly, I’m really bad with names), did a terrific job and even implemented her own ideas and just the end result, I loved. I’m glad I stopped by because honestly the customer service was immaculate!
Update: I would post pics of how my feet looked when I walked out! But it’s too embarrassing! for those that are coming to discredit my experience because they are loyal customers please stop it. I was quiet the entire time she did my feet. I wanted to say something but I stayed quiet! I spoke up when she began to give me orders. I told her to STOP RUSHING ME AND HOLD ON!You guys get great service because you are a regulars! So stop coming to their defense when you have little to no idea what happened? Were you there? No! So you have no right to challenge my experience .My experience was so bad I almost open a case with my bank and I did not tip her. Even the lady in the front that was cashing me out saw the anger on my fAce. I did not tip either! Trash service and rushed! hilarious because the polish started to chip after a few days! The young lady who was doing toes next to her was taking her time with her client, but the older lady was rushing! how do you rush on a slow day! Never again!You were not there to witness the rude service I received from that older woman. You were not there when she refuse to give me a flip flop. You were not there when she ordered me to do this and that. She had no customer service skills and my pedicure wAs a Disgrace. DO NOT DISCREDIT THE TRASH PEDICURE OR SERVICE Received!!!!!Rushed and rude. First and last time at this shop. Can’t wait for my nail tech to get back from out of town. The older woman that did my nails in there rushed on my feet, did not ask what I wanted, was very rude when I asked for her to give me the flip flops cause I was sliding off of my own sandals. She was trying to rush me. The pedicure is subpar and still have try skin and skin around my toes. Service was trash and they know it. On a slow day! Never again!
Just got my nails done.. very nice ladies but . I didn’t see the white sparkles/dust until I left .. kinda slanted as well… I think the lady could have done a better job.
As I walked in I was nicely greeted with a warm welcome and was offered complimentary wine which was a delight sipping on as I was getting a pedicure. I have been going to Yuly for over 2 years now to get full sets and all the other good stuff she is truly an amazing artist. You can check out her work on instagram @yulys_creations she also does beautiful henna. If you send her a picture of what you want she can recreate it or if youre not really sure what to get she will dazzle you with her creativity. Definitely worth checking out
I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and it came out just like it, I’ve never had anything done like that. The salon was very clean and organized. They had me wash my hands before touching anything because of COVID-19. I believe I found my new go-to salon!

Great acrylics and super friendly staff. Every time I go there it feels like Im going to a friends house. The decor is basic but pretty clean. Id rather have quality nails over aesthetic decor. :)

RECIEVED HORRIBLE SERVICE.I was attended by the elder lady in the shop for a pedicure and gel manicure. She rushed through both services and did a horrible job. Came home with polish on my cuticles/above my nail bed, voids/bubbles from not a smooth application of the clear coat. (see picture below when i came home from the nail salon this friday) It has been four days and there is LIFTING!! (see picture marked yesterday) Unacceptable. So upset i did not recieve the service for what i paid for and what others have experienced. Now i have to go get them redone before i celebrate my 5 yr anniversary. SMH. They only provide great service to their loyal customers and you can tell a difference when you’re there, from the greeting when you walk in to the service you receive .WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.update: you can only see pictures on google map app or on computer only.

Phoned ahead to get price of pedicure and upon arriving/getting pedicure, I was told a price 10.00 more than what was quoted when I called prior to coming. The techs chimed in together lying about the price quoted by phone. I will not be returning and do recommend this shop that lies about pricing

I asked if they did SnS nails, they said they did. I had my pedicure first.... fastest, sloppiest pedicure ever. Cheap polish I never heard of. Then went to get my SnS.. ummm they had a powder but it was a generic powder. Def not SnS. They had about 13 powders to choose from but not on a nail... you had to guess what color it was going to be on your nail. I picked a nude/tan color and a sparkly brown looking color for just one nail. I asked the man... is this brown? He said yes. Welp.... it was green. Major attitude when I said I wanted the accent nail the same as the others. So he put the nude OVER the green. SMH. Looks like hell. Not sure what others were raving about but I was not impressed! Love my regular nail place (Super Nail in Acworth) but since we moved 40 min away from them its hard to get over there! Now THAT is a quality, clean, dedicated Nail Salon. And cheaper!!! I would not come to American Nails again.
When for full set and main lady at location rushed through my nails and there is no people and paints my nails and leaves paint on the sides really bad and doesnt even mind to check them and clean them up and were done bad ... only thing good was my pedicure. wont be back

The first time I ever walked in I was not IGNORED (most salons arent very welcoming) and that was a big thing for me! Oh, AND THEY SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!

This salon was the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done at. First no one greeted me upon me entering the place. The bald guy that did my nails did a horrible job, and over charged me. This place is not worth your hard earned money.

2022-05-19American Nails is my favorite place to get my nails done. All of the nail specialists are welcoming, efficient, and willing to go above and beyond for service. I always leave with beautiful, long lasting nails that are constantly complimented. Holy and her team are truly the best! The shop is clean and affordable! Cannot recommend American Nails enough!

2022-06-12I made an appointment the night before. They were ready and waiting when I arrived on time. They were friendly and did great job, and did it quickly. I got gel on my fingers. I didnt get a hand/arm massage but that was totally ok bc I was in a hurry anyways. I got regular polish on my toes, and they did the full treatment including callus remover and scrub massage on my feet and legs. It cost $55 total and was so worth it. They didnt even mind that I wanted all 5 toes a different color!

2022-06-16I have been a patron of this salon for about a year and I continue to be happy with all of services that I have received. Holly is the absolute best. She gives me great suggestions when I’m not sure what look I want for my nails. Additionally, when I bring her a picture, what I get is 100% better than what I asked for. Holly is so talented with nail art. No matter how busy she is, she never rushes to complete a job. She takes the time to make sure every customer is treated well and is satisfied with her work. Please go to see her and her crew. You will not be disappointed.

2021-08-27Ms. Holly did a great job on my nails. She did exactly what I wanted and I will definitely be going back to her when it’s time for a fill in. There was no wait. I was basically in and out within 45 minutes. My pedicure was done nice and gently. No pain all in all and the price was a bit up there, but it’s worth it for the value you get. Money well spent 😄👍🏽.
