They overcharged me for a tire and it was faulty. Had to buy another one right after I purchased one from them.
Nice people but they over charge you and he also went back on his deal and promised just to get business but I will not be coming back nor recommend this business to anyone. You have to pay card fee plus two other things when paying with card
On January 10,2022 at 1:16 am the old white guy was very rode and disrespectful. All we did was ask a question and he acted like he didnt want to hear what we were saying. I came here a few times. And had great service. Maybe I wont recommend no more.
Showing wire and barely any tread after three months supposedly a “new” tire. Also make sure they put the right size tires on your vehicle if you make the mistake of going to this establishment because they put the wrong size on mine then told me it was no big deal. Please beware this is a shoddy place of business. Also, please look at the pictures.
Its a bit expensive but I mean it was 4am I would overcharge too if it was the middle of the night.Guys were nice and helpful.This place is definitely great for emergencies

If it were possible I’d rate this place with negative stars. While driving north bound on I-75 my driver side rear tire blew. I was recommended to this company by the tow truck company I called. From the moment we arrived there was a lot of confusion. There was little to no communication during the service. I left $160 lighter with little faith in the rim and tire placed on my vehicle. I made it three exits down before the entire TIRE CAME OFF THE RIM. Yes you read that correctly the tire came off the rim as I was driving on the interstate! When I called and spoke to the employee I was rightfully upset. I sent the employee pictures to their personal cell phone to prove the damage. The employee agreed to refund me for the services. After receiving a receipt for my refund I was told by the employee that they were “done with me” when I asked to speak with an owner or a manager. There was no regard for my safety or my vehicle. What concerns me is what could have happened to my family and I had I not been driving vigilantly. Please just wait until a reputable business is open to receive a tire.

I aint got no problem with the workers at all. Got much respect for them grinding in a tire shop 24 hrs a day. The problem i have is that they sold me 2 bad tires which really was worst than the ones i had in the first place! The owner try to be buddy buddy with you for sales which is how the game of business goes. I appreciate the extra effort by the employees for sure. But just know karma is real.
THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND SAFETY HAZARD. YOU COULD LITERALLY DIE IF YOU PURCHASE A TIRE FROM THEM. A MEMBER OF MY HOUSEHOLD HAD A FLAT AT 10PM. THIS WAS THE ONLY PLACE OPEN. THE REPLACED THE FLAT TIRE WITH A USED ONE. THAT WAS FINE HOWEVER THIS TIRE WAS FLAT BY THE NEXT MORNING. THIS TIRE HAD DUCT TAPE STRIP OF TAPE COVERING ONE HOLE. THEN WE ALSO FOUND 2 ADDITIONAL BUBBLING LEAKS. WE TOOK THE CAR BACK UP TO THIS WORTHLESS PLACE THE NEXT DAY. THEY DUNKED 4 DIFFERENT TIRES THAT ALL HAD HOLES IN THEM. THEY ENDED UP HAVING TO PATCH THE TIRE WITH 3 HOLES AND PUT IT BACK ON THE CAR. This place is ridiculous 😒 WOMEN BEWARE...THESE CROOKS FEED ON DESPERATION...
$20 to put a gummy plug in a tire and an additional $20 to install the tire on the car. This place is practicing Highway robbery and getting away with it. Should have gone to a more reputable tire repair company and would have paid less for better quality work
From start to finish the service here was awesome!! My tire blew out on I-75S around midnight and I drove 15 miles to get to American Tire since they are open (24 Hours) CURTIS helped me with recommending a good replacement, he was super kind and personable. He had me out and back on the road safely within 10-15 min... would definitely recommend to go here for your tire needs whether it be an emergency or service inquiry. Repaired a tire for my girlfriend and charged 153 00 dollars for a patch. The tire went flat again 2 days later and they refused to fix it, they wanted to charge another 153.00 dollars. Stay away from these people. This was an outcall repair just 5 miles away.
I got a screw in my tire today. The staff were very friendly and quickly repaired the tire. Satisfied with the service, but not the $25 for a flat repair. Discount Tire does it for no charge, most other places for $15.
Ran into some road debris and broke fender and blew out tire on road not too far from them after 9pm. AAA not really of use as tow would be more than 5 miles away to nearest open tire place thus adding cost ($6/mile) and time. Car wasn’t driveable due to ruptured tire and had no dummy on me. Google led me to these guys. Great service at highway roadside at 10pm. Reasonable tire price. $89 for them to come to me on I-75 and swap out tire. Easy. Then had some rubbing from broken fender. Followed them back to shop and they quickly hammered and ripped and tied off the hanging parts and allowed me to continue on my way. Helpful and Pleasant result from a stressful and less than ideal situation.
Horrible serviceFirst they put the wrong size on. Then went back and they put the same tires I had back on that I wanted to replace. Basically they patched the tire up. I spent 119 dollars and this the service I get. I will not be going back. And if I you go check ya tires before and after. They are a rip off.
Terrible customer service ans lies. Called them at 2 am for a tire change and Jerry stated he would arrive in 45 minutes. Sat beside Interstate 16 and waited 1 hours, a no show. Called the establishment they promised he was close but could not give an ETA. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Traveling through called and priced a new tire for 82.00 When I got there they took rim off my trailer and put 6 year old used tire for 96.00. Basically a 5 .00. Tire Biggest rip off I’ve ever had. Stay away.
Man i had an awesome experience at the location in Byron Georgia. An employee names Nate gave me all the information i needed and made me feel at home. Idk what his last name was but he needs a raise asap. I will refer all my friends to him. Great guy
In September I was traveling from Florida to South Carolina when I suddenly realized I had a flat tire on the interstate. I nightmare for anyone but especially in the middle of the night. I immediately called my insurance company. I was told that help was on the way. After 45 minutes with no sign of a road truck, I called my insurance company again and was told that the company that my claim was assigned to had decided to close for the night. I was now stranded on the interstate wondering what I would do next.I decided to do a Google search for local help. My Google search resulted in American tire and Battery at the next exit from where I was stranded. I limped to the exit and found a gas station. I pulled into the parking lot. I called American tire and Battery. Curtis answered the phone and was at my location within 15 minutes. My tire was changed but I now faced having to travel from Byron Georgia to Greenville South Carolina with no spare tire. Not a safe way to travel.Curtis offered to help me with my dilemma by selling me a new tire at a discount so that I would have a spare to finish my journey.I found Curtis to be professional, punctual, and just a really nice man. I would recommend American tire and Battery to anyone in need of assistance with their tires. I have to rate them with a solid five.
Got a nail in the tire around 8pm on 75 north. Curtis and his team got us patched up and on the road in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and personable.If your in a need for tire service I highly recommend. Especially if your local.
On my way home I had a situations where my tire blew on I-75. Me not being the most savvy with cars I called for help and was referred to this shop. The owner is super humble, Courteous, and GENUINE (very difficult to come by...especially in GA). If you find your self in a bind or just need a check up, this is the place. Also, they are very quick and timely! Thank you again for a fantastic experience and making sure my travels moving forward are safe.

Had a problem with the professionalism!!! Was looking to purchase tires for my fiances vehicle on 1/13/2020... Simple enough! So I heard her call for a quote. A woman answered the phone and very unpleasant. My fiance gave her the make and model of the vehicle but was unable to give her a tire size... The woman proceeded to cuss my fiance out; Accusing her of calling to speak with her husband!!! I tried calling back to speak with the owner but have yet to speak with anyone about this rude employee... I dont know what personal problems the woman may have, but a place of business: is not a place to conduct that type behavior... I will definitely take my business elsewhere....

The owner was a real down to earth guy, got me in and out in less than 15 mins. Made sure the tires he sold me were top condition and even made me feel welcomed.. will only be using this tire store from now on highly recommend!!
I went there this morning asking for 2 used tires 2155017 , and the owner show me 2 I ask him how much he was selling it for and he 75 dollar each for a used tire the a would last you for like month or two for the most , and then he service was very horrible and using a very disrespectful language , I would not recommend this place to nobody , “ALL AMERICAN TIRE “ is a piece of trash place !!!! If u go there be prepared to get rip off and treat it very disrespectful.. DONT BUY TIRES FROM THIS PLACE !!!! Be aware!!! Save your self a bad experience.

Every time I go her and get tired put on my car it doesn’t be a month and one of my tires go flat. Don’t get me wrong I love giving this place my business, but I don’t want to keep putting air in my tire every time I get one.
I’m a retired Military Man of 22 years and I had a blowout at night thinking I would be stuck for the night. The tow truck driver told me about this place and said they were great people. I have to definitely agree the service was great and the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

I blew a flat on the highway late the other night. I called them and they were out almost ASAP. The staff was extremely friendly and very calming. These guys went above and beyond for me. Stuck on the road and 3am. Excellent service!! recommended for any and everyone. Truly open 24hrs, 7 days a week, you get your help quick and efficient. Everywhere else closes after 6-7 never have to worry when American tire is around. This is a MUST HAVE in Byron.
Life saver right there, just out west of exit 149, we had a blowout and Curtis took care of us in 25 min. Service is 24 hours, they are kind and genuinely care about their customers. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommended.

It was the day before a holiday and dealerships were closing for the night. The dealer sent me to this company to get a plug/patch. They were quick and what they did held up for the 100+ mile drive I had to make that night. The location is a little weird but look for the gas station, it is behind the gas station.

I’m so happy I found this place. I don’t live near the area however I had a flat coming up the highway & needed a new tire quickly. Called this place & the gentlemen I spoke with, the owner got my tire size & told me to stop on by when I was ready. When I arrived I was greeted so kindly by a woman that worked there. She made me feel so good about coming there ! I ended up needing two tires instead of one & the crew not only did this for me quickly but they were happy to do so. Such a friendly group of people! & the prices were great! I would recommend to anyone.

This shop is great!!!! I was on the side of the road for 2 hrs waiting for a tow this weekend.The tow company said it would be another 45 minutes. I called American Tire and the owner got someone out to me in 15 minutes flat!!!!! They changed my tire and had me on the way in no time.

My wife had a blowout on 75 a Friday night. Roadside assistance put her spare on for her as I made the drive to her as I knew there wouldn’t be anything in the area open that late especially with it being around New Years. She found American 24hr tire so I called them and the gentleman was so friendly and professional and the price he quoted was incredibly low (for a new tire) . He even asked if we needed him to come and change it on site. My wife was able to drive to him on the spare and he was super nice and accommodating. She was in and out within 15 minutes and the price he quoted was what he charged. This is the place to go especially if you are a large and need to get the job done safely professionally and quickly. So grateful for this place!

$80 to be jumped off and $69 for a used tire(after he said $55). Thats a damn shame if you all werent the only ones open that late I wouldve taken my business elsewhere. Thats way too much for a jump start!!

If i could give 0 stars i absolutely would! my tire blew out while three hours from home. this was the ONLY tire shop that we could find and it was still out of the way. no biggie because it was an emergency. the manager seemed very nice. he offered me a great deal on four NEW tires and i was obviously down. he wouldn’t let me enter my card information to pay because he was scared i would “dispute” it. then he wrote me a receipt that simply stated “4 tires”. about a week after i noticed a noise from my tires so i took it to my local tire shop and they found the tires were from 2017, all different sizes and the back tires were DRY ROTTED. i gave the tire shop a chance to resolve the issue but they stated they would “send me new tires” and not issue a refund. well i have three small children and this is my only vehicle to get them around in so obviously that wouldn’t work for me. i got scammed and have learned my lesson but BEWARE

Update: First I would like to thank you for blessing me, because he did, and I was able to go to a much more reputable tire shop, and was able to get my original tire patched, the hole wasnt expanded like you said. Please stop lying to your customers. May God bless you with righteousness.Original: Unfortunately this was the only tire shop open for miles at that time of night. When I asked him to patch the tire he flat out said I cant without even examining it. Then he tried to sell me on a new tire. I asked him to look at the tire first and he came back after 2 min and said I cant. While I was standing there another person came and he did the same thing with them didnt even look at the tire. At this point I was left without a choice, he tried selling me a used tire with barely any tread on it, and after I complained he said he could give me a tire with more tread but it would cost more. I had no choice but to to take it. And after he put it on and asked me to pay he gave me 10 bucks off and was like give me a 5 star review. Which Im sure he does with everyone hence the inflated reviews. Unfortunately the next day I go to check on the tire, and its flat on the ground, after inspecting it in the daylight, I realized he sold me a tire of the wrong size! I was livid, when I tried calling him to let him know his response was to come back. How was I suppose to drive back 100 miles on a flat tire let alone a spare! He said aint nothing I can do for you.I realized he was trying to hustle me from the begininning, dont let him hustle you too.

BEWARE!!!!! Do not get a tire from here. I had a flat tire and came to that place and the guy quoted me over the phone 45.00. When I got my tire changed the lady charged me 59.00 but I told her the guy said 45 and she says she will charge me 55.00 and when I looked at my bank statement she charged me 57.00. Do not get a tire from this place they will charge you almost as a new tire price and lie.

Well to start he took advantage of the situation. He charged me $450 I was on the side of the road. He knowingly put the wrong side tire on my truck. I had to go to his shop where I discovered he didn’t have my tire. He put a used tire on my truck for 450. I was told I was getting a Bridgestone tire. Asked for a refund and to by the used tires he offered to give me 60 dollars back. So I had to drive 2 and half hours 5 hours total to pick up a tire that didn’t match my other tires and wasn’t the Bridgestone I was told I was buying. Would not recommend him at all.

Used these people about a month ago the price of the tire was $169 and it cost $220 for service totaling at about $400 for a single tire. It was the middle of the night and they had my size. They did a shoddy job tire looks horrible and they put some type of black plaster on the side and after riding on the interstate it got all over the side of my car and exposed some paper towel stuffed in between the tire and wheel. After they put my tire on the guy almost took off with my wheel lock. I only used these people because they were the closest that had my tire. This is not a $400 job.

2022-07-02I was on 75S right off exit 146 when my tire blew out around 4:50pm. Roadside assistance hasn’t shown up and customer service was giving me the run around so I reached out to a 24H service. The initial guy closest to me didn’t have a ride to get to me so he called this place around 7pm. They initially quoted me ~$430 to removed and place a new tire on my car. After saying they’d come to me in 10 minutes they showed up 30 minutes later. The tire change didn’t take long but when they came back the price jumped to $589 plus $20 card fee. I left the side of the highway around 8:50pm. The guys were nice and helpful but I know a scam when I see one. Car insurance is going to reimburse for there roadside assistance failures but people need to be aware of how expensive this place is. I got a full set of NEW perelli tires from Sam’s club for less than the price of that one tire. I’m grateful I could afford it and for their help but just be mindful.

2022-06-23Ive been sitting out front of the business since 1030. Im waiting on AAA since they appear to be closed. I tried all 3 of their phone numbers. Nothing. I talked to them 10 minutes before arriving her just to confirm they had one. This place is a joke.

2022-05-30Was 4 ⭐ originally but later learned they did a bait and switch on me. I bought a size P215/70R15 but a size P190/70R15 was installed instead without my knowledge as I was sitting in my vehicle with my sleeping toddler! Swindlers!

2022-07-01Wouldnt recommend this place at all, convenient that its 24/7 but basically got scammed, came in with a bolt that put a hole in a fairly good shape and quality tire, so I came here and just had them put another tire on and for $70 I got a older lesser quality tire which was fine, except they just put a older more used tire with another hole on, so now Im out $70 and still facing the same problem that I ultimately just had to go purchase a brand new tire installed, would not recommend they just reuse other customers holy tires, so best advice is drive slow on your doughnut and wait for a better alternative

2021-10-21Garbage!!! Tires are damaged. Used tires are repaired before they are put on the vehicles. Very expensive for the quality. The customer service is good, but its a distraction so you wont question the price or quality. Curtis doesnt drug test his employees, so if something gets damaged he says he isnt responsible for damages caused by them. I suffered 500$ in damage to my vehicle due to the poor decision I made by using this tire shop. Dont make the same mistake I made. 🤬🤬

2022-01-22My fiancé and I have been using this place for a while. Every time we go, we pay 69.99. But when the older short white guy is there, we get charged more. Labor, tire, card service fee. He’s a crook. We will be finding a different place to go instead of someone over charging and probably pocketing money. A USED tire should never be 80$.

2022-01-04These crooks charged me over $80 for a USED tire. This was not my first time using them so I didn’t ask for the price until the tire was getting installed. I told them that I have never paid this price and they stated that the price has always been $69.95 plus $10 labor…LIES. I asked for the owners name and number and was told that the number was located on the receipt. Women BEWARE!!!!

2021-09-12This place....... I came in today 9/12/2021 I brought a rim up there already off the car and got a used tire put on. I asked up front what it was going to cost and the guy ignored my question as he ran to the back of the shop to put a tire on the rim for me. As I waited for almost a hour to finally find out that it was going to cost me 75 dollars plus almost 3 dollars to use my card!! And the tire isnt even like new it might have 25 percent tread life left! Horrible! I have done business here in the past I dont know what changed but its rally bad now! Wont be back they just lost me as a customer! Thanks for ripping me off!
