This is my favorite spot.great deals on Tuesday . average fees, quality cars and they treat you very nice. The front desk is very friendly and nice. They have a great food spot inside thats actually pretty good. Titles come fast and the title department does great. All the ladies in the if office are very helpful especially Ms. Rita. Shes like the leader of the whole operation and will fix your issues and get you your answers back quickly. Mtm motors will continue to buy cars from red top
Fantastic business and family! The auctions run smoothly and quickly, the facilities are top notch, and the quality of vehicles sold are a few notches above any other auction in Georgia. Corey Sanford and his staff have done a great job continuing to operate with integrity, honesty, and dedication to quality, service, and value.
Becareful with the GREENLIGHT cars. ALSO....LAST CAR I purchased here I stopped bidding at $6600....THEN the bid kept rising all the way to $7100, as if someone was still bidding.... Going once. Going twice. Sold to blank autosales $6600 lol con artist Pretty rude staff aswell
Horrible customer service, rude slow & incompetent. picked up two vehicles & waited forever for the guy at the gate to let me out but HEY! not before he took it upon himself to have a unhelpful attitude & even went as far as to ask me if “i could read” mind you this was my first time & im new to the business. i know the managers probably won’t do anything about it but atleast you know the type of employees you have, somebodies always watching & poor customer service skills certainly don’t help a business. thanks, -transporter.
Ive been buying vehicles here for years. And Alicia &Corry are great. My problem is dealerstampering with, altering, and even hiding vehicles. I recently ran a vehicle through the sale upon me finding out my vehicle never ran, but they couldnt find it as well. I go try and find the vehicle my self, after about and hour of walkingI find my vehicle hidden in the inop yard. I wish the Auction would do better watching the vehicles and the Dealers ...
We have been in the car business for 38 years here at R&J Motors and have been to lots of auctions in all these years. Corey Sanford is the best general manager I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. We have been coming to this auction since the first day it opened. Alicia , Lisa ,Rita, Jim Ivey, are always there when you need them. I highly recommend this auction.
The Sanford Family which started with Wallace Sanford and now Corey Sanford have been great to me, my family, and my businesses. Through the years we have purchased many vehicles at this sale and even after a few acquisitions over the years the original team stayed in place, which is what makes this auction great. Every department at this sale has great tenure and employees that want to help everyday. Shop at this sale and you will not be sorry!
I deal with several auctions across the Southeast on a weekly basis. I cannot say enough about the level of service I receive from Corey Sanford and Jim Ivey and the rest of the team. They regularly go above and beyond to make me feel like a welcome and valued customer. Thank You!!
Great selection of cars for dealers. Its private for dealers and their brokers only. Well worth a visit, cafe on site, friendly service. Got lots of support for my first visit.All.makes and models available and in condiditin. Fair bidding prices, no hassle. Plenty of staff on site and all the lanes are organized and run well. LED tvs that show vehicle and current bid price.
Great auction! Been going for 10+ years. Cant say enough good things about employees. Too many to name personally. Everyone from management, sales team, office staff, title clerks, to the guys in the back in post sale. Corey has led by example. Making a sometimes stressful business a pleasure!
Unfortunately I have the same complaint as everyone else. Its quite clear that management at this facility needs to go. Just by the answers that are given in these reviews, they have no respect and absolutely no moral compass. Corey the General Manager responds in an aggressive manor if you notify him of any wrong doing at this auction. His answers tell me one thing, regardless of what happens, its always the customers fault, the auction and its employees are never wrong, and if you dare highlight how unethical their practices are they will attack you in an unprofessional manor and fabricated lies. Corporate really needs to keep a close eye on this facility before the law suits start coming in.
America auto auction has changed positively in terms of their services and vehicles they sell. Their buyer fee, food service, and the most importantly, the prices and quality of vehicle they sell gives small dealers opportunity to survive and grow. I like to have business with them and recommend others too. The only thing I suggest them is to update their internet speed on the public computers. Though they have new computers but the internet speed is not good enough to work on.
This auction is poorly ran, from the GM Corey all the way down to Brad in wholesale. They mislead you, alter policies to favor the seller, and refuse to call you back after you confront them about there unethical practices. This is a prime example of working all the loop holes to scam customers. Save your money and self respect and choose an auction that conducts business ethically.
I really can’t say enough good things about America’s Auto Auction! At the company I work for, we have been loyal to Manheim for years and have always ran our vehicles through the giant cox automotive conglomerate: until Holly and Brad made a visit to us last year. We were skeptical to not have the Manheim name behind us, but Holly and Brad’s were persistent and we have them a shot; their level of customer service is unmatched in the industry. At America’s Auto Auction you are more than just a number, and in a business where it seems like every time you dial a number or send an email you are put on the back-burner or takes weeks to resolve, the responsiveness to our company needs you get from Holly and Brad is much appreciated. We have since decided to run all of our OVE listings through them and we haven’t looked back. I highly recommend America’s Auto Auction for your automotive buying / selling needs! I promise, you won’t regret it.
Cory and his team run a tight auction they will get you all the money for your cars Alicia Kennedy is the best I have ever seen about getting you great placement and raising the excitement in the lanes while you are selling your cars!! Highly recommend Cory and his team !!!
JUNKYARD OF ALL AUCTIONS. 80% of the vehicles are dead and/or smashed on all corners. They make up their own fees depending on the vehicle. I have been here about 15 times and the place gets worse every visit. Half of the vehicles arent there for test drives until last minute, if it even starts. I give up with this auction.
I have to say out of my 20 plus years in the car Industry The moment Corey Sanford took the wheel at Americas Auto Auction it truly gave me back the reason why I love being in this business. He single handedly brought back Honor, Integrity, Loyalty, Respect and most of all He brought my love back for what we do!. Its no surprise that hes even better at being a Father. #nuttinbutrespect
Bought a vehicle that apparently has another person and lien on it! Getting the run around vehicle bought here on May 3rd and still have no plate or title. No solution from this place who was given $5760.50 for a vehicle to without a lien and one that can be registered and titled! Still hasn’t happened
I went to this place when it was called REDTOP Im not sure how it is now but it was the best auction in Georgia back then. I dont like the fact that it is now dealers only because it was public when it was REDTOP and its not fair to regular people looking to get a car for a lower price. These dealers buy these cars and sell them triple for what they paid for them. You guys need to make this auction open to public.
Brad at Ext 7715 is the most unprofessional individual Ive ever met!! I have no idea how he works for this company. He lies to customers and does anything to brush you away. I will be contacting corporate for the way he spoke to me. He needs to go back for retraining for customer service since thats what he suppose to be doing and hes horrible at it!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would worst customer service unperfetional no control over there employers at all , and the drivers in the auction will run you over they just raised fees to $325 a car and made it even harder to pay for the cars 2 percent on cash 3 percent on credit the only way to pay for cars is a cashiers check without getting charged and the GM refuses to do anything about the way the place is ran maybe my attorny can get somewere about the negligence with corporate in Texas

2020-11-04Don’t waste your money or time with these people. They only want to try get over on you any chance they can. I have bought a couple vehicles and the very first time I buy green light vehicle the check engine light turned on. They tried to hide problems and sell it as green light. All they do is erase check engine lights with a scanner. And their green light policy is basically a red light. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

2020-09-08Dealers be aware, At this auction buying a green light vehicle is the same thing as buying red light vehicle, Even if you order a post-sale inspection , This auction will make every car pass even if the car needs major repair that exceed $500 .They mislead you, alter policies to favor the seller .Save your money and self-respect and choose an auction that conducts business ethically. On August 21, 2020, I bought a car green light at this auction for $9,000 and ordered post sale inspection. The car passed of course the PSI. The next day when I started the car , it makes loud noise . Then I drove the car straight to a franchise dealer for inspection. The service advisor told the car needs Variable Timing Control Actuator and it is going to cost $784.69 to repair. On August 24,2020 , I drove the car back to auction for arbitration . I told corey that the car makes loud noise at the start up, then he said the oil has to circulate first it’s normal. This guy is not even ashamed of what he is saying. I showed him the repair estimate from a franchise dealer then he said he is going to re-inspect the car . Two days later , his mechanic called me then he said that the repair is going to cost $480 , so therefore the car is not arbitrable since the repair cost is not $500 and up . Six days later Corey send me this text : I’m taking that van to shottenkirk Honda today and having it repaired. If it’s less than $500 then you are going to pay for it . Then I texted him another estimate repair which is $764.78 from another Honda Dealer . This car is not a green light car , it is 100% red light . Five minutes later , Corey replied to me saying that : You have no understanding of how auctions work. The cost of the repair is my price using my shop. It’s not retail and yes it is under $500 to repair at WHOLESALE PRICE , until this car is paid you will unable to attend any of the 23 America’s auctions. This manager thinks that he is above the law .

2021-12-04Horrible customer service they’re was a vehicle on the lot I won bid for the 1800 on if and was countered 2300 so I lost the bid only to drive by the car one week later on the road and another dealer shows me his receipt that he paid 1300$ for the same car same vin same auction..That’s sad and evidence that they try to rip off certain dealers would give 0 stars if I could

2020-03-13I love this auction. However, dealers need to be respectful and put cars back where they got them from and need to stop treating the auction lot like a motor speedway. I witnessed a near missed accident because a test driving dealer was flying down the B lane of the lot. They need to use the test lane provided to test any speed above 20 -30 mph. The auction need to hold violators accountable. At the end of the day. When someone send their vehicle for auction they did not assigned it to be a crash test vehicle.
