Was traveling on the road and did a call ahead to reserve a room for the night. The place was not visible from the interstate but Google got us there almost. Google Maps thought the place was across the street from where it really was but it was visible. Continental breakfast was pretty small but it was enough to get the day started without having to drive someplace else. The online Price Plus the quality of the motel made it a good deal. Nothin in the immediate area around the motel so get everything done before you go to the room. Everything was clean and tidy nothing negative to comment on.
This was the first worst place ever. I come in at 8 pm..tired after a long drive and the lady in the front tried to scam me by saying I needed to pay her extra money..then proceeded to keep changing the amount I apprently owed her. So I calmly ask for a refund and she doesn’t. So I leave because I didn’t feel safe at that point. Tried calling the hotel on my phone and seeing if I could get a refund that way. Nope. Instead I get verbally harassed on the phone and yelled at. This company is not professional at all.Edit: I finally got my refund after going through so many hoops with the hotel. Unfortunately, this hotel tried to charge my account again for the hotel stay I didn’t have. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
Hotel was clean and recently updated, but neighbors smoke frequently came through vent in bathroom. Next to nothing for Continental breakfast. Good option for adult for extended stay or quick overnight because convenient to interstate, but not the best for families with children.
A typical put-as-little-money-into-as-possible hotel that charges exorbitant prices for a sub-par room in which one would think twice about sleeping; dirty, with bugs and several maintenance issues needing to be addressed. As for the so-called breakfast, dont even get me started. Service was non-existent. Even the picture on the out-dated television in the lobby wasnt configured correctly. Do yourself (and your wallet) a favor and find much better establishments one exit south at Highway 92.
Never had a stay because they wouldnt take my booking number or my conformation on my phone but it was already charged to my acct. ....but would not answer the phone when they were trying to confirm that it was already paid ....hey I cant help you dont speak good English learn it before you try to run a business here in America!!! Its fine to leave a customer out in the cold and not even try to fix the situation so went to red roof at same price and nicer people !!! WILL NEVER STAY THERE!!!
I live in Nashville and come down every other weekend to visit my daughter. I usually stay at a friends house, but they were out of town this weekend, so I got a room here. The manager went on and on about how great the rooms were, so I got one. Not a good experience at all. I could go on and on, but Ill just limit it to two issues. 1. The A/C barely worked. 2. When I got up to make coffee this morning there was old coffee still in the pot, and the old filter was still in. Gross!
Everything was alright in till we received a call, asking us about our card information.First of all he didnt even know who had rent the room.Second of all he was asking us more information. I told him that we were going to office to fix this problem.He told me if we went to the office they were going to charge us again.I told him because I dont trust anyone on the phone I was going to give him any information!!My husband went to the office and they didnt have a clue about the call.In few words dont give any of your information by phone. It can be a scam!!
I called the GLADE ROAD location to get an quote on a room for 2 adults 2 children, for 5 to 7 days. Im not sure how long the family will be in town. The clerk who answered the phone was very rude. He bluntly told me and I quote We dont allow those kind of people! and hung up on me. I am still puzzled and wondering what kind of people my family is to come visit for a week and just would like to rent a room to keep from inconviencing family?I do plan on driving to the location and asking the man in person what he meant. I will update when and if I find out more.
Do NOT stay here!! Let me start off by expressing my complete and utter frustration. I stayed one night. I needed to cancel the rest of my reservation (Fri through Tues). I spoke with the manager. He told me to cancel it online (you made it online...cancel it online). I tried to cancel it online. I couldnt. I called the 855 customer service. Terrance was helpful but he too couldnt cancel my reservation. I called the hotel back and explained that neither I nor customer service could cancel the reservation. At this point he became irate and started screaming at me No no no!!! You need to cancel it online!!! I again explained that since I stayed one night I cannot cancel the remaining days. I explained that I called customer service and they cannot cancel it either. Only he could cancel the remaining days. While I wad explaining this he kept screaming at me No no no!!! I cannot do it. I dont have the code number. Only can cancel online. Only online!!!! Here is number to call and he rapidly said the 888 number. I called and spoke with Carnice (?). She also said that she could not cancel the reservation. I have NEVER been treated the way the manager treated me. He continually screamed and yelled at me. He would not listen while I tried to explain the situation. It was horrible. In addition the air conditioning in the room did not work. It is Atlanta in the summer. We were sweating all night. It was cooler outside than it was in the room. It was ABSOLUTELY unacceptable for a grown man to scream at me while I was trying to explain what I was told. I never once raised my voice to him. Pick a different place to stay!!!
I stayed there during the labor day weekend (2014) because it was nearby the people I was visiting. It was okay but I will not revisit this place. The breakfast that they advertised was very plain. I cant even describe what it was: coffee, juice and old donuts. Basically, it is nothing fancy, just a place to sleep and shower
Im relocting for work, and hoteling it until i find permanent/temp home, this place for is good for the price, clean rooms, lots of cable channels, wifi is decent, rooms are clean....i see all the other reviews as well.....take it for what its worth, what do you want a hug from the office saying hi glad your here? Easy location.....has couch as well
I used pricelines thing where you make the offer and they dont tell you the motel it turned out to be this one the inside of the motel room very nice but how the people up front got in the hospitality business is beyond me pricelines thing said they allow pets I knew they didnt but I already paid the website said they did lots of yelling and screaming and threatening of the police later they finally issued a refund 5 hours later that still hasnt hit my bank and over a week they are without a doubt the most rude people running a hotel motel ever except maybe the Deerfield guy
This place is not recommended to anyone....the staff are very ridiculously rude....i stayed there for the weekend with my husband and children, I pulled out the sofa bed and I found a freaking needle in it, omg i thought my husband was gonna kill the managers....they did nothing to fix what had happened, would not give me my money back but instead gave me the number of the original owner and when I called nobody answered, I blew that phone up and left numerous messages.....people, when I say do go to this hotel, I mean it with everything I have

2022-02-12I am a Gold member of Wyndham...I found out this is NOT a Wyndham property. I selected this place to get my points for a stay... didnt happen...If you are a Wyndham member and expect points...keep rolling down the Hwy. I choose my destinations based on Wyndham...the sign says Wyndham...but Wyndham said this is not an approved property. If you want to spend $80/ night...with no points from Wyndham...stay here. Im thoroughly disgusted with this property..the clerk actually took my Gold card and said he ran it through. Liar!

2020-02-01I feel that if you are not looking for a clean bugfree room and customer service. This is the perfect motel for you. Bring your own towels shampoo and soap. The manager does not open the lobby for breakfast that is between 6am and 9am. I had a couple come the last day I was there to give my friends a late birthday present one of them was in a wheelchair. At the time of checkout the manager started yelling at is saying she is calling the police for having too many people in our room. If you can avoid this motel I would the only guests that dont mind it is the drug addicts.

2018-04-30Nice rooms, quiet secluded location, yet still very near to stores and other local places. Price isnt too bad, either. The male desk clerk is nice and fair, while the female desk clerk is not. She was just rude and unprofessional, and changed the price and availability twice, and refused a room because she seen my mom smoking. She wouldnt rent us cheaper room, because they were all non smoking rooms and she knew my mom smoked, even after we promised to smoke outside, she forced us to pay more for a different room.

2018-12-28Horrible experience! If I could give them a no-star review I would!! Staff was extremely rude! Made a big deal about getting us a few extra pillows and a blanket. Would not accept the price it showed online. The pictures online are also NOT accurate. This place is a dump. Nasty. And the complimentary breakfast consisted of two different kinds of cereal with only skim milk and a few rolls that came out of a box. Garbage. Would not recommend to anyone

2019-03-04Great prices. Great staff.Breakfast is boring -- cereal and juices.Rooms are clean and well maintained.This hotel is a far reach better than its neighboring rival Red Roof Inn.Indian-owned and operated.Friendly and fair.Ill be back!

2020-05-23Being an Employee(Night Auditor) at this location I have to Honestly say that we do have the friendly staff.90%of our guest are exceptional people.Yes as with any Motel/Hotel we do have our share of locals .But even they are pretty nice and quite.The Owners are Exceptional People to work for and are even Better with our guests.Do if you want to stay in a nice room for a night or two a week or even longer be sure you are Welcome to Stay as long as you like and we hope you give us a Good rating.Also Please understand that not only with the Pandemic we are all facing.But we are in process to flipping over to Baymount by Wyhdam so there maybe some remodeling going on .Hope to see you soon safe Travels

2020-01-08The room was very dirty and yellow for the price of a much nicer hotel, the sink was broken and filled with old water, the room was non-smoking but still smelled of smoke and had burn holes in the blanket. Thats all just from a look around the room. Unless you need a hotel that allows 18 year olds to book dont come.

2019-08-09The air conditioners barely works. The rooms was not the cleanest for the price(bring something to wipe down everything). If you stay I advise you to watch how much they actually charge your credit card. They charged my card 4 times and I only stayed 2 nights it was supposed to be $79 but they charged my card $100.25 3 times and $65 1 time.
