A little hidden treasure. From the front desk, to the housekeepers, and the area. Nice and quiet. No one bothers you, the rooms are cleaned regularly, and the staff are friendly and professional.

If you can help it, I wouldnt stay here. The beds are hard, the plumbing is falling apart, no hair dryer, and you feel like your room is about to be jacked at any minute. Forget about walking in the long dark walkway to get ice. If youre looking for a hotel because youre going to Six Flags, I recommend one thats closer like Wingate.
Overall experience was not extraordinary, although the service from the front desk was, she went far and above duty by replacing herself all my sheets and covers as they had stains and did not looked changed recently! (it was late night also) if was not for that would think twice about a future stay there, mini fridge dirty and not working also microwave was the same, check it out before staying as I did this on the internet going by previous reviews on Apple Maps! ( not accurate ) and upon arriving and checking it out would have preferred to move to another Hotel. Travelers beware!

The motel was clean, with a microwave & refrigerator, which is good for the price of the rooms. The rooms smelled fresh & the front desk staff was great! They offered a breakfast for a couple of hours. It is obvious that the management has been working hard to please their guests. I will go again, & recommend this location to others.. 😀
Clean! Cozy, but no coffee maker, only two towels, cannot see car/parking lot ... if any of this is important to you just be aware, but overall the non-smoking king suite is roomie, clean, and nice.
The only redeeming things about this place, are the poor guy at the front desk, and that they have really hot water. Truly not even worthy of one star. Do not stay here. The beds suck, the pillows suck, the towels suck (they are one step above sand paper), the locale sucks, the room stinks of mildew and cat urine. I am glad I brought flip-flops to wear in the shower. And the clientele - on this evening, questionable at best. Our neighbors are having a loud party, with no signs of slowing down. There are no amenities - not even a coffee maker in the room. Coffee runs out quick in the lobby, and their continental breakfast is prepackaged Danish and some fruit if you are lucky. Someone picked this hotel for us, and we are only staying here because we had to. If you are looking for bottom of the barrel, then this is the place for you.
This hotel is good for the price. Clean, well lit parking lot and lobby area. Coffee and continental breakfast are included, which is nice. The rooms are clean and decent sized. I have seen much worse in this price range for sure. Convenient location makes this a good choice too.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 11/15/17 - 11/19/17. For the price, we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, without critters (pest) and comfortable, ok the mattress was not soft like my mattress at home but We had not problems sleeping. Bathroom sanitized. Room cleaned daily. My husband and I would return to this hotel. The desk attendants were very friendly and accommodating. Ok I must agree that the breakfast was lacking , not sensitive to a diabetics needs but there are restaurants very close. The service is terrible , the rooms are dirty full with ants even on the bed . Its creepy place to spend the night I not recommend at all !!! I was thinking its ok for the night after the six flags park experience and its definitely not OK .
I was actually well impressed for how nice this place is considering the price. Really nice bed (and linens), nice sized fridge, and super clean. The only thing I could complain about was the smell, but it was a smoking room. I just dont think the previous occupants were smoking cigarettes.

I normally never write a review, but this is a shame. We booked a room through Priceline and asked for non smoking which was confirmed to us. When we arrived the very rude lady told us we could either take a smoking room or upgrade to a double, because all regular non smoking rooms were booked out. The room was disgusting and this place desperately needs an upgrade in cleanliness and design. When my boyfriend told the lady at the front desk that we wouldnt take the room and asked her to cancel the reservation, she told us there was no possibility for us to do that, she then proceeded to upgrade us to a suit for free (apparently she took somebody elses room) that was non smoking and still smelled like smoke. The bed had a blood stain and I found a bug on the floor and in the bed. We are still being refused the refund at the moment and i am considering sleeping in my truck tonight. Never again. Total disappointment. Do not book this place unless you want to get ripped off!
No iron or ironing bored in room. Sheets didnt look as if they were clean, there was a big stain as if someone had sat a cup in the bed. Carpet appeared to be dirty. We asked for a nonsmoking room and the room smelled as if it had been smoked in. The lady at the front desk kept emphasizing that we couldnt have any guest in the room. I felt that if I was paying for the room, that it was my business if i chose to have someone come over. The room was very basic, but not the worse.
Room does not feel clean. Carpet is filthy with stains. Dead beetles around the door entrance. Bed linens have an odor. Stains and what appears to be burn holes in very light linen on bed as you can see in my pictures. Quite disappointed. We do not have the nice comforters pictured in advertisement. Continental breakfast 7-9 a.m. is just packaged danishes. Locked out of front office until 7 a.m. Referenced to Night Window until 7 a.m.
The area and location was okay. It was clean and quiet. However I had to request my room to be moved because the room I had first on second floor has bad reception for TV and wifi. The lamps did not work. A drawer was broken and tilted. Once I got switched it was okay. Management was a little annoying and off putting/rude at times. Especially on check out day. He called twice an hour before checkout stating when checkout time was. It was just one guy (I am assuming the owner. He went to clean out room when we were walking out). The continental breakfast is a lie. The juice machine didnt work (apple and oj) and they legit only had granola bars, 3 apples and some old danishes you get from the gas station. And luckwarm coffee out the portable container. Thats it and thats all. Luckily there was a Martins down the street and we went there for breakfast. I would only stay here if I just needed to but overall I was a tad bit disappointed. My husband and I just wanted an overnight getaway so it sufficed for the overnight stay we wanted.
Stopped here for just a night didnt expect much since all we needed was a place to sleep. But DAMN, can the remote for TV at least work? All we wanted to watch was one channel! Called and waited for a bout 30 minutes for them to come fix our TV and even then, all the channels that were advertised didnt even work! The WiFi also didnt work. First world problems but still, we felt a little lied to. Otherwise the staff is nice enough.
I booked a room at this place little did i know it was that dirty my wife went through the costumer review page and what she saw was disappointing. I called this place several times to cancel the reservation but the phone will ring until the fax takes over no body to pickup, I went there in person and i was make to understand that the reservation cannot be cancelled for reasons beyond my reasoning. Now my question is, how can i pay for something i never consume. Impossible!!!!!!
About a year ago, I stayed here for a few weeks until my apartment was ready. The rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and they took care of everything I needed. I went back yesterday for the first time and the guy at the front desk was very rude. I ended up taking my business elsewhere
The staff is very nosy and they are nothing but robbers they look at the cameras all day back behind the checkin counter where they sit to see whos coming in and out of your room, and then kick you out because of the policy in small small print at the bottom of the receipt that says no company and no more than two people to a room then they called the police cause they say no refund due to violation of receipt. Theyre horrible rude and have terrible customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone!!!
Worst hotel experience of my life!!!! The owner of the hotel just walks into our room at 6 in the morning while my husband and I are in bed and insists that we cancelled our reservation. Not only was he wrong, but he just stood at the door discussing the issue while letting cold air in and not to mention IM IN BED NAKED!!!! He wouldnt leave until my husband told him to get out. After realizing his mistake he also denied us room service. Real class act!
I visited this place after me and my honey found it online. The building was fairly new and it appeared ok on the outside. (pictures) Once we checked in and went to our room, everything seemed to be in place. The room was very dull though. The carpet looked like it never been cleaned so I was afraid to take off my shoes. After getting settled in, I pulled back the blankets and there was several strands of HAIR caught in the sheets, EWW! Long red hairs AND short brown hairs. Absolutely disgusting! And the comforter also felt gritty. I couldnt sleep all night. I wont be re-visiting this place ever again.

These hotels does not look like the picture. Carpet dirty and I asked for clean sheets even though the bed was made up I didnt feel good about it . The man said we dont give extra linens so I went bought my own. Omgggggg. And the king size bed felt so hard I woke up with back pains
Honestly, the best Ive been to. Ive been to others with the same price and I had to question whether they changed the sheets. Ive been here many times before and I can honestly say the staff is coolbeans. The place is clean and the sheets smell as if they were run through. In fact Ive been here quite a few times and I know for a fact they take pride in cleanliness. This is the 3rd hotel Ive beeb to in the Mableton and Marietta area. I promise you this was the best. If you only knew... what Ive been through.
When we first got there the room was okay but the microwave when they asked had to call them to clean the microwave I dropped the two pick on the floor tonight before came back and two pick was still down there had to call them to come and clean up the room a second time so would I stay there again I dont know I dont know
Only gripe was it took a bit to build water pressure. It wasnt too busy, easy parking. TV and fridge worked fine. Had a light out, they replaced quickly. Located close enough to six flags. Good for the money.

Room seems extremely out of date. Included breakfast was really lacking. 3 pillows for a king sized bed. Asked for a few more, office said they only had one. Get what you pay for though. Cheap room.
Rude Owner.. threatened to put my stuff out of my room because I called to let him know I had just gotten off work and would be 10-15 minutes late getting back to check out. He would not let me pay for late check out. Very unprofessional and doesn’t care to satisfy a regular customer. I was a regular customer always checked out on time. Clean room, just remodeled, safe area of Atlanta west, no bugs, cold AC, ice machine. Wifi had good signal but was sluggish. Close to 78/278/20/285 highways. Would stay again if I’m in the area

I booked this hotel for a couple days due to hurricane irma, I ended up getting two rooms, I stayed in one, my mother in law and son slept in the other room. The following day I decided to check out of one room.and kerp one since I found a better hotel for them somewhere else, when I went to check out the receptionist was very rude stating, I hope you are all not staying in one room, if I find anyone in that room thats not suppose to be there I will kick all of you guys out....i stated sir they are not staying. He continued to be rude, sayi ng i have a camera I can see everything. As I left to drop my family to the other hotel, upon arrival he ran to me stating he called the police and they came and left, I said okay. The following day my dad brought some water to the door of my hotel for my 1 year old baby. As soon as the receptionist saw that, he started yelling am calling the police, this people cannot stay here. I told him they are not staying he is dropping water for my daughter. Finally I told him I needed to speak to the manager. He said the manager would be there the following day when we check out. When checking out i tried to speak to the manager. He did not want to hear what I had to say and kept talking over me. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE IT SMELLS LIKE MARIJUANA, THEY WILL COME TO YOUR ROOM AND STEAL YOUR THINGS......IF YOU DO YOU WILL REGRET IT. The people who give this hotel 4 or 5 star have to be family or employees because I dont see how they can have even a 2 star.....
BED BUG INFESTATION. I was forced to give a star, but there is no way guests should be treated the way we were treated on June 4, 2020. Upon checkout I was in the midst of making a complaint about BED BUG BITES and three other families stormed the lobby with the same complaint. Unbeknownst to me ABVI had BED BUG INFESTATION. The staff showed no empathy, did not apologize and mishandled the complaints by contacting authorities to have us escorted off the premises. That was a disgrace!! ABVI took our money, had their BED BUGS feast on us and when we made them aware, they kicked us off the premises. Dont spend your money here. Run fast!! No business deserves to stay in operation with this behavior.
Anti-military, prostitutes, RUN AWAY!We booked this hotel on GovX for a military discount. Upon arriving we were denied our room due to being military.After seeing the by-the-hour clientele all over the parking lot, I would not have stayed anyway!Decent hotels near Six Flags Georgia are very limited, I know, but keep driving!

Ive visited this particular Americas Best Vaue Inn on several occasions and have never been disappointed! The staff delivers exceptional service and goes beyond the call to make sure that your stay is more than comfortable. I thank them and would reccomend this particular location to any out-of-town visitors!

The location is awkward as nothing is close to it. The room the party was smokey when we entered to set up. I think there were ashes in the bed under the pillows.

Room and bathroom were clean and tidy.Allegedly an invoicing on company address is not possible. For whatever reason ...The hotel wifi did not work in the room, so i could access another free wifi.The breakfast is by European standards rather a joke: muffins, bars, orange juice and actually a few bananas and apples.The coffee tastes like nothing, which is probably due to the funny coffee creamer powder.

2022-05-13Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. No extra latch on front door and they gave us a room in the back of the hotel with someone in the adjoining room. We did not feel safe.They did not provide wash clothes and when I asked for some, they said we had them already. When I said we didnt, they told us to come get them ourselves.Paint pealing from the ceilings and no breakfast available. 1 very small piece of soap for 2 people and no other supplies available. The room was dusty.Definitely not worth the $100 that Booking.com charged.

2022-02-11It’s a day white lady and all her coworkers say she is racist, but most of her customers are black!!!! horrible!!!! I got a 3year old daughter and to have the doors without a latch for extra feeling of security for my daughter and I was ridiculous!!!! Plus Roaches coming out the sink, and tub.Went to the front to ask for help she said most of the doors are like that and there’s nothing she can do but move me to another room. I asked for my money back and she refused . I had to call the cops. If a person is paying $500 o more for ur business u should make them feel good n solve their problems so they would come back. My family is never coming back there. Horrible horrible

2022-04-01If u have no other option then yea but the beds are hard, no breakfast, coffee or coffee makers, no pool, and our ac kinda sucked. Booked on line for 3 nights and the hotel its self only booked for 1 night. Not enough towels or pillows. If u have too then it would work.

2021-12-19The front desk clerk didnt provide any information about how to get to the second floor nor to the assigned room.The stairs are dirty and smells like urine, apparently they dont clean nor wash them.Females long hair found in the bed as well as, in the bathroom.I will not stay at American Worst Value Inn ever again.

2022-03-24I was just passing thru as I had a interview. Didnt wanna have to drive back to Ten, so I decided to stay here for the night. Use to love coming here and have been coming off/on since 2014...needless to say, the property has changed!

2021-06-05The room was nice but we had to pay $30 dollars because we had one other CHILD. Stay with us. They said she was a “fire Hazard” The cleaning lady kept yelling at us about the 30 dollars when we were going to pay it. Definitely do not stay here unless you wanna get charged extra for no reason...........
