As always Amigo Auto Sales provides the best customer service. Me and and my dad just recently purchased our third vehicle (Dodge Charger) from here and we love it. The staff is super friendly and are always willing to help. Amigo Auto Sales is not like every other used car dealership. They dont sell lies regarding the vehicles history. Amigo Auto sales is a great buy here pay here dealership. They have exceptionally low interest rates. I bought a 2004 Toyota Avalon with only 85,000 miles. Most places do not live up to their referral rewards, but i refered a friend and got my $300.00 credit immediately. They customer service is great. I get free oil changes. I have nothing negative to say about this company they are great!
I have been with Amigo Auto Sales for quite a few years , we now have had 3 cars with them. I must say what keeps us coming back is there excellent customer service, and good deals. Claudia and the rest of the superior staff have always have looked out for me and helped me when I needed further assistance in payments or repairs. I financed a 2004 Chevy Tahoe from Amigo Auto Sales in Marietta, GA and Im highly pleased with my purchase! My Tahoe will be paid off in the next few months and Ive had no problems with it at all. Every time I visit the office to make a payment the staff is always pleasant and speedy with my payment processing. We have a Dodge Ram 1500 from Amigos! We havent had any issues. They have nice automobiles at this location. The people are friendly, very professional & willing to work with you!Example I told Myriam that my paydays had changed she sent my request and help me get my payment days changed! It has been a pleasure all the times that I go to pay my bill , Leonor always pays attention to me and makes sure that I am taking care of , also when I have to do my oil changes and Maritza last time made sure that I don’t miss doing my oil chang even if I missed it i was happy and satisfied . Although I’m about to finishing paying the car . But I do know for sure that if I ever want to get another car, I know they will help me again. Great company to buy a car. The staff is very helpful and professional. They have good cars, of course my favorite person is Myriam, she is always bubbly and always smiling. Best auto sales I’ve been too. They helped me a lot even when I did not have a lot of money. 10/10 would recommend to go here. I lost one of my cars because I did not pay on time and a nice lady named Maritza Montes helped me get my car back 100% with no injuries on the car. I am really thankful for her and all the staff that helped me get this car back. Like I said before I would recommend going to this auto sales shop!
We had the best customer service experience here at Amigo auto sales marietta. Leomara, Miriam and Mike the sales man where very attentive to all our needs and questions. We love the 4runner we bought, it is impeccable inside and out. I love the fact that they pay for the oil changes for the life of the loan, shows me that they really care that the maintenance of the car is kept up so that it can last a long time. The interest rate for everyone is unbelievable at 7.95%, for someone like me with not so good credit this is perfect.I cant wait to purchase my second car from them. The cars are ok, the terms aren’t bad if you’re backed against the wall, however customer service is horrible I was 7 days late I repeat 7 DAYS due to a death in my family and my car was repossessed. I had to not only pay my bi weekly payment but also pay an additional 300 repossession fee. Then I asked for an extension on my car note to recover from the extra money I had to come up with and I was denied with out cause. This dealership is cut throat and down right heartless. If you have other options definitely use them.
This company offers very low APR. Considerably someone who is currently in credit rebuilding stage this company has offered me a non competitive price for the vehicle I just purchased, with a very low monthly payment. I recommend anyone who needs a car and may have had bad experience in the past with other dealerships reach out to Amigo Auto Sales. This is a good company to purchase a vehicle.
A year ago I purchased my suv from Amigo Auto Sales. Not knowing anything from that dealer, I decided to go check there cars out and I gots to say the experience was great. They are very welcoming and no pressure there. I cant say how many times Ive gone to a dealer and as soon as im exiting my car a salesman already trying to pressure into buying a car. Not good. Still to this day i get excellent customer service from all the employees there. My salesman was great, the mechanics are very friendly, and the ladies in the office are great. To this day Ive had no issues with my suv. If anybody is looking to purchase a car I would recommend checking Amigo Auto Sales out :)

Mike was my saleman and he did and excellent job of showing me cars that I may like. So after being told I can help time after time from other dealers to get turned down. I went to Amigos in Marietta and Donald promised he would help. I now have a great vehicle well worth the price and feel pretty darn great. The process was smooth and quick. The teams customer service was on point and received everything I was promised. Worst company ever do NOT finance through them. They are rude and disrespectful. No grace period on late payments . Poor communication and will repossess your car if your less than 24 hours late and give you the run on around on trying to get it back . Then they tell you you have to pay the full balance on the account. Had the car less than 30 days . Also, they have a GPS tracking system on your car but don’t even tell you or make your sign anything making you aware of it . Total rip off . .

Horrible company BUYER BEWARE!Jennifer in collections is a rude and nasty woman. My friend was suffering from a concussion and got the payment date confused, called and spoke with her made arrangements to pay the day they can and repoed the car!Horrible and nasty company, I would not recommend anyone do business with them, and this happened Friday! They did this intentionally so she would pay more money for storage fees.Do not buy with amigo auto, if you are late for any reason they will take you car even if you have never been late before.

Due to an accident I had been without a vehicle for a few months. For those few months I saved money. Catching rides here n there, walking...was not feeling it anymore. It was time for me too have some wheels. Amigo Auto Sales was conveniently right in my backyard...local. I walked onto Amigo Auto Sales lot in May of 2012. The ladies in the office are just as pleasant now as they were back then. I know I may have frustrated them a bit, because I came in knowing I wanted an SUV. The money I had in my pocket was all I had. In my case the pickings were slim. We looked and ran numbers for hours. Money I worked hard for...I was not going too spend on anything. Needless to say those ladies got me into a SUV...within my budget and did not feel at all like I was ripped off ;-) Thank You...Amigo Auto Sales.
For what its worth Ive purchased two vehicles from Amigo auto sales within the last three yrs. The two vehicles that I purchased were in very good condition I had no major issues at all. My salesman Adrian was very helpful at all times and the staff were always very friendly to me when ever I came in. Even when i had a couple hard times in making my payments Jose, Iniz & Anna really worked with me and made some arrangments for me to get over my heartship with out me falling late with my payment. Do Not Buy A Car Here! Amigo Auto Sales is a fraud. Not only did they reposes our car they accidentally auctioned it off. We got into contact with the General Manager Mr. Tyler Parks and was guaranteed some type of refund and nothing. He has been avoiding calls and us in person for over 4 months now. This company has ruined my family since we lost so much money on the car, it may sound overly dramatic but it really has. Our son now has to walk to school ,to our job and home. Hes 6 , how is that OK? When we literally had less then $2000 to pay it off.
I signed a contract on a 2007 Honda accord ex on 3/04/2014. Through out my time having a loan with Amigos I struggled financially during my 3 year loan. They repossessed my vehicle three times. I was aware there was no grace period. I certainly didnt understand when I got down to my last payment of $340.00 I lost my job and they repossessed for the third time. I advised that I could pay off the loan in a week, they didnt car still came and got the car. Once I got the money I ended up paying my last payment of 340.00 plus their repossession fee of $300.00. Once I paid the amount in full in January, my title was ready to pick up that Friday. I recently received an alert from Equifax stating that on 2/07 this auto loan was reported as repossessed which drop my score 20 points. I called Amigos and advised them of there mistake. The young lady at my payment center on South Cobb dr advised me to call Emily at the main office in Chamblee because she handles the reporting to Equifax. I called the office and they stated that Emily does not take calls or has a voicemail setup. I made the agent at the office aware of how urgent it was of the false reporting and how I paid Amigos $14,000.00 and gotten my title now I have dispute a false report on my credit. The agent advised me to mail a letter and wait on response in the mail. Long story short dont purchase a car from this company. After you get a loan with them and finally pay it off they will report it repossessed even after youve gotten the title.
Just had a great experience at Amigo. Was looking for a first car for my daughter. They were able to locate a vehicle and transport it from the Chamblee location to Marietta. The process was streamlined and fast. Would definitely recommend.
Ruben was my car salesman and I really liked him. He was down to earth and was very easy going to talk to. He was not pushy and he let me take my time. The staff is very helpful and they are willing to work with you on making sure all your needs are met. The APR is not jacked up like other car dealership. Make sure you stop by and they have all late model cars,trucks, and SUVs.
They SUCK......... They are a rip off. NO GRACE PERIOD.... Was sold a car that nearly killed me. Due to bad tires. The engine light came on hours after I pulled off the lot... Then I tried to give them a second chance. I wasnt behind at all. And they was calling my references asking looking for me. They didnt even bother to call me not once. So the day my payment was due I asked them to change my day to the third. They refused. We had words. And they came and got my car. I put thousands of dollars into the car. For them to take it is f$#*ed up Karma will come around. Untrustworthy and I dont recommended no one to them. Consumer car in Marrietta is so much better.

I have purchased 3 cars from them and it seems this last time customer service and finance is out to collect. My insurance lapses for 3 days and they put out a repo for my vehicle causing me more financial hardship. After this I will never recommend this company to friends and family. Maybe an enemy!! I am so disgusted with them
WARNING, WARNING , WARNED DONT BE LIKE ME AND IGNORE!! These folks are crooks!! They appear to have a Christian heart and atmosphere when you go in, thats only to sale a car. They put on so well that you will believe they are truly dedicated to God almost like sewing into good soil NEGATIVE, they give you a discount to write something good about them as soon as you happily purchase your lemon.. Then go through and pick the best reviews to put on their cite. Your down payment is really all the car is worth; however you will pay nearly triple what the car is worth. They will work with you well, even allow you to be late; that is provided you owe a lot on the car. The minute you get down to your last 3000. No matter how long they have previously worked with you, they will start to enforce the biweekly rule. Without warning, by mail, the games began. These people repoed me twice in less than 3 months.... Then supposedly sent it to an auction my guess is that it is back on the lot for sale or one of the employees purchased it.. Anyway no love lost amigos lesson learned no ill feelings its time for an upgrade and increase👏🏿 RUN LIKE HELL AWAY FROM AMIGO AUTO SALE

If I could give them 0 stars I would they are horrible. They lie to get you in and that if your late 2 weeks they will repo your car. So if life happens to you and you are not paying the full amount but a little at a time when you get they don’t care if it’s not the full amount they will take your car and make you wait 24 hours to get it.

To address whom is calling no voice mail equal spam number. Amigo never left a voicemail stating it was themSecond complaint. Unreasonable request/short notices/ bad communication. And they close at 7pm ?!?Third complaint constant threats from amigoWithout proper notices . As stated I was never informed from amigo in a timely manner. All I would get is a threaten email stating this and that by this time or will come get your car. Very unprofessional from a business.Fourth complaint NO NOTICE AT ALL!No email No phone call . NOTHING!!As of 2am this morning I woke up the repo man towing the vechile . Asked him what’s going . He stated that amigo sent him to get the car . Showed the paper said “One day late. Tow” ONE DAYYYY!!! In contract said you have 10days after due to make paymentDue date Aug. 20 2018 car towed Aug 21 2018 at 2am in the morning. Tow guy said if you need to get anything out the car go ahead but don’t tell amigo cause this is no contact meaning that he wasn’t suppose to contact/talk to me...... at this point I’m done dealing with amigo very unprofessional that’s my review . Highly unsatified in the end. Very disappointed on how they handle situation.*advice read all reviews including chamblee and newnan before making a decision .

Went to get a car. If you are not of hispanic decent. They treat you like a criminal I had 2500 cash to put down they wanted 4500. She said double because of my credit? If I had 4500 do u think Id be at a buy here pay here. Black people dont waste your time. They run credit and criminal. I got an alert from life lock they also checked my background. Nothing there Im a nurse cant have a record. Spanish couple came in guess who was offered water? Not me where was my hola and would you like something to drink. Never again.
But I referred someone to amigo they put 2500 down on a old camry 07 blue.. She was 290.00 behind yall came and got it at 540am. Then gave her the run around bout getting her possessions out of it. And then 2 weeks later sent a letter saying she could get it back if she paid 8715.00... This company is Full of Lies, Only help there community. The lawyer said being that in the contract it clearly states No Grace period. But my God. That is what you call A Fraud of A Company... Never Again..... I came to Amigo in desperate need of a vehicle. I dont have a standard job, I am self employed but even with that, they accepted my income info and approved my loan. Over the last year and half, they have allowed me to move a few of my payment dates to help with the way my income comes in. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a car/truck
First of all, as a RETURNING CUSTOMER... who has ALREADY PAID FOR A CAR from Amigo... I bought ANOTHER car from them. This second interaction was horrible!!! The first one wasnt perfect, but most companies are not perfect, and I figured I would be treated well as a RETURNING customer! Well... they grew, changed management and its all BS from there/ They first never called me back once we filled out the application and called telling them what we were looking for. *red flag* I went ahead with it, and they NEVER called me to tell me my license plate was there, even when I was standing in their office giving them money and asked about the plate 2 days before the temporary plate expired. Once it expired, THEY had the nerve to call me telling ME that my temporary plate was expired and that the new plate had been there for weeks. (Mind you... when I bought the car, they suddenly decided at that they no longer filled the gas tanks up for new purchases, although the salesman was even embarrassed because he had been filling up tanks all day). Ironically, he told me I was the only ethnic customer that day. Hmmmmm..... In less than a years time, I have been harassed about the insurance being cancelled (when it was NOT), I have been threatened with repossession after making double (early) payments, and the final straw is: they are yet again threatening me, a RETURNING CUSTOMER WITH A PAID OFF AMIGO VEHICLE, with repossession AFTER I got a pre-approved one week extension from a manager, due to holiday mail back-up. This is how they treat returning customers that have spent over $20k with their company. STAY AWAY!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! They are UNPROFESSIONAL, CROOKED, RACIST.....

2022-03-01Bought a great car from them March 2018, paid off in full April 2021. Havent had any issues with the car other then normal wear and tear. Interest rate was good but payments were pretty ridiculous especially with no grace period so you can pay it off quicker. The reason I wont give them 5 stars is because customer service was lacking, particularly at the Buford Hwy location thats now closed. I dealt with beyond unprofessional staff and they actually seemed lowkey biased (if youre not Hispanic they arent entirely interested in helping you out). Ive had several people compliment my car over the years but unfortunately I couldnt refer them because they kind of sucked. When the pandemic struck and half the country including myself was unemployed they still sent these relentless unempathetic emails demanding payment or they would repo. It just really left a bad taste in my mouth. Shame because they could have had so much more business through 1 customer..

2022-04-15I love this place! I went thru a lot a few years ago my credit was HORRIBLE. I couldn’t find anyone to approve me thankfully they did. My credit has raised and my car is 1 note from being paid off. I have had absolutely no issues with my car(thank God.) I’m looking forward in my next purchase with them on my 2nd car. 2017-04-08Ive had my car with Amigo Auto Sales for about a year and have nothing negative to say. First of all, they sold me a really good car for a good price. Ive not had to put any money into it so far, only for oil changes! I pay my payments on time and keep up with my insurance, therefore they never bother me.. Just wish they had a trade in program as I bought the car and found out I was expecting another child a few weeks later, so a bigger vehicle would be perfect. But other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone.

2018-01-22We have dealt with Amigo for 3 vehicle purchases. My mother purchased a car from Amigo this time last year and loves it. They will take care of your vehicle through the length of your finance as far as oil changes and maintenance. I recommend Amigo. The flat interest rate is great for people with low credit rating. You will not find a lower interest rate. Unlike other used car dealers, who will stick you with a car you dont want and will break down before you pay off the vehicle. 2017-12-02Great used cars. I bought a car here about a year ago and have had no problems other than having to buy a new battery about a week ago. Even took it to my family mechanic to have it checked out and everything was perfect. Staff is always helpful and kind. Only downfall is having to adjust your insurance deductible to $500 which raised my insurance a little bit. As long as you make your payments on time, you should have no problems.

2018-09-13Very easy to purchase a car through them, it is a buy here pay here lot so almost any car you pick is going to be about 500 a month. Also do not miss one payment they will repo you. I missed a payment of 200 because I got into a wreck and they came before the next bi-weekly payment was even due and charged me 760 also filed a claim on my insurance without my permission causing my rates to go up, which I thought was shady most lien holders dont do that they allow you the opportunity to get your car fixed as you see fit as long as theyre paid. If I wasnt in desperate need of a car I wouldnt have gone there at all.During the 1st week my brakes had to be changed and my car computer had some kind of malfunction, the safety features kept over powering the screen. This is a great option for people who want an easy process to get in a car and dont have finance options.
