Just purchased a new Specialized turbo levo and my experience was great every one was so helpful Robin helped with setting my bike up. Ben helped with orders and questions Jack help with some manufacture issues thanks so much Chandler was very helpful with questions and was very excited about my new bike and made me very happy with my purchase. Drew help get me sized and stayed after hours to help get me right. It was overall a great experience thanks guys
When it comes to bikes a know absolutely nothing. I thought I would go in a feel rushed or intimated and it was the complete opposite. They took their time to inform me on what they thought would work best for me and then gave me a few tips on how acclimate to the new bike. Ive gone back multiple times and their friendliness and service has been amazing. Thx for showing that you care guys.
Great local bike shop! I started mountain biking about 6 months ago and Andy Jordans staff was very helpful when helping me pick the bike that would work best for me, my needs, and experience level. The staff is very knowledge and experienced to help you with anything you may need and have helped make decisions multiple times. The store has a great selection of products as well without overloading you with options that are ultimately unnecessary. Love shopping here.

This place is great! No pressure tactics in sales, responsive service, very knowledgeable staff. It seems like every time I have visited has been right before they closed and I never felt like they were rushing me out the door. I have been a customer at Andy Jordans for over ten years now. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. In my most recent visit, Ben assisted me in choosing some upgrades for my road bike I’ll ride in an upcoming race. Based on my specific needs, he helped me chose a new cassette for easier climbing and new handlebars for added comfort. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend AJBW for any of your cycling needs!

They are great! I purchased a bicycle overseas about 15 years ago. The tires were flat and we couldn’t find anyone who had the right tire size. Andy Jordan’s had it. They also did a complete cleaning and check on the bicycle. I highly recommend them!

My customer service experience here was phenomenal. I went in knowing nothing about bikes except that I wanted one. Thomas patiently helped me find the right bike for me. And it is a sexy beast of a bike, see picture. After getting me matched up with a bike Thomas helped me go through all of the accessories for it and even installed them for me. Before I left they gave me maps of local riding trails and showed me some apps to download. My bike came with a complimentary service plan to ensure that it stays in the best condition. It is clear that Andy Jordans cares about their customers and wants them to have the utmost bike riding experience.
Drew, Matt, Robin, Ben, Jack and Chandler (sorry if Ive missed anyone) are the absolute best in the CSRA. We have never had a bad experience. We rented 2 bikes to explore the Augusta canals and the staff was so helpful. They got us sized up on the bikes, helped us figure out routes, and lent us helmets to wear. They close at 6, so make sure youve got the bikes back before they close, dont leave them outside. Theres parking on the side of the building, but you can also drive the bikes to a trailhead if you want. The shop isnt too far from the trails though.
A friendly welcoming environment, I dropped my bike off on a Wednesday around 3pm and it was ready in less than 24 hours. Very reasonably priced also. Will definitely be back.
Since I live 50miles 1 way from Andys I called a couple of days ahead and spoke to Chandler about what I thought I needed for my bike. When I arrived He came right out and got to work on my bike. Called to update me on an additional part I needed and had it ready quickly for me while I was in town. .

After driving to Augusta (80 miles) to run errands and ride the Greenway, I found I had a flat on on bike. Took it to Andy’s and was rewarded with quick and competent service. The couple of times we have been in this bike shop we were impressed.

Im loving my new Giant bike already. It was really helpful to have expert advice on choosing the right bike for me, since I was a young man 30 years ago when I bought my last one! Robin made sure it was a good fit, helped me with the right accessories, talked with me about maintenance, and made me feel confident I would have the right people to talk to for issues or repair. The free service that comes along with a new bike purchase is a real plus as well. Its good to still be connected to this shop, having ridden some with Andy Jordan over 20 years ago. Awesome bike shop. The staff there was friendly, knowledgeable, and very up front with realistic expectations. Even their regular customers were friendly (looking at you Florida). I was also quite impressed with their prices. With the global pandemic and the run it caused on the cycling industry, I didn’t see a single bike marked up due to high demand or low stock. I could not be happier with my purchase. My family and I have found the shop for all of our biking needs.
The work was efficient and done very well. The price was way less than expected with the cost of parts being not that bad.
They are the bike shop I choose any time I need work done. They’re very organized, and always explain exactly what they’re going to do to my bike. Even through the bike shortage they always had a good selection of bikes. I ride 4+ days a week and am hard on my bike, but my bike always comes out as good as new when I go there. They also are very involved with the community of riders in Augusta. 10/10!

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. All employees here provide a comforting shopping experience. I came in to see about ordering a particular bike in a certain size and color. Low and behold they checked their list for an upcoming order and that exact bike was on the list! This will be the 6th bike I have purchased from this shop and it will not be my last. Just want to mention how they are integrated into the local cycling scene, from multiple weekly shop rides to local trail advocacy. Sponsoring local riders in races out of town is just another way they show their loyalty to this biking community. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Andy Jordans. I needed a tire changed on a kids bicycle, they took it in had it fixed the next day and texted me to let me know it was ready. I live in Evans and would drive downtown to get any bicycle work done or purchasing a bicycle products. Ill be visiting real soon to purchase a 3 bike rack for my car. When I asked them about racks, they were quick to point out that my model vehicle has a rear spoiler that could interfere with the rack.Just outstanding service!
We couldn’t ask for better! Bike problems 1 hour before the store closed, 16 hours before the start of a race, and the shop was down a mechanic. They still took my daughter’s bike and fixed it. Kind, helpful and definitely knowledgeable. Her bike worked like a charm the next day and she finished near the top of the professional triathletes. Thank you!

Andy Jordan responded to my text regarding a bike rack with options, availability and price. The rack was agreed upon and purchased that day! When I arrived at the shop, the rack was assembled and attached to my vehicle with a short lesson on how the thing worked. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The service there is awesome. I’ve been in before to fix my bike tire. On this visit I went in to get brake parts for a bike I was fixing and happened to inquire about finding the right size bike for my daughter. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and immediately knew the exact size she needed just by looking at her. I was not in the market for a super expensive bike. We looked at a few options and decided on a Liv Alight 3 extra small which I put a down payment on since it has not been shipped yet. I would definitely recommend Andy Jordan’s Bicycle Shop.

They were patient with us, put her on several different bikes, provided their experienced opinion but ultimately, let her decide! I had a great experience at Andy Jordan’s. As soon as I walked in, Chandler immediately found the perfect bike for me and stayed late answering all of my questions, adjusting the bike to my needs, and making sure I had all of the necessary supplies to start riding right away. I dealt with several different staff members at Andy Jordan’s, with Robin taking to lead to build two new wheels for my Epic mountain bike. They were all professional, knowledgeable and timely. I highly recommend Andy Jordan’s for any biking needs. The best sign of a good organization is staff retention, with several having then for a over a decade.
I have purchased several bikes from AJBW over the years. The staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. I have spent quite a bit of time asking questions before making purchases and they are always respectful and polite.I generally get my bikes serviced a few times per year and all of my bike service work has been superb! They are really good about providing suggestions for preventative maintenance as well. Those items are good to know since I ride several thousand miles per year. On the few times there have been issues during service (such as a shifter that had to be replaced), I have been alerted promptly to let me know there would be a delay in returning my bike.
Purchased my first road bike from Andy Jordans over the weekend and couldnt be more pleased with my experience. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. They helped me pick out a bike that was right for me and within my budget. I never felt any pressure to buy anything and really felt like they just wanted to help me find something I would love. They even invited me to join them along on their monthly Friday night ride, though I was sadly unable to join! Thoroughly impressed and they have made a lifelong customer and fan in me!
Andy Jordans bike shop is truly a godsend and a gem. As a new cyclist obtaining a bike had proven to be very challenging because of the pandemic until I came across this bike shop. The local bike shops in my areatold me that it will take until the end of the year and into the following spring in order for me to obtain the bike I was looking for. I discovered this bicycle shop in a Google search and the reviews are spot on. From the moment I spoke to Chandler over the phone I felt at ease. He truly made me feel almost like family. I purchased the bike sight unseen (something I never do) but I felt very comfortable because I knew that they had been in business for a long time and were very reputable. Upon arrival the staff made me feel Really comfortable. The Customer service experience was just absolutely amazing. I left feeling confident that I had the proper helmet and other accessories but I never felt pressured to buy anything. My husband is a bike rider and he was very impressed which is very important to me. Converting an old specialized stuntjumper to a gravel bike as a project. Ran into some trouble and Andy Jordan bicycles was happy to help. Assisted my set up and also fixed some issues I had made with my inexperience without me even knowing about them. All adjustments/labor was done in one day and staff was more than friendly. I am not sure how to thank these Guys enough (especially Ben) for helping me fix my triathlon bike before the IM 70.3. They were able to find the problem with my rear wheel (missing spacer/cap) that got lost during my travels. Fortunately for me, they had a replacement part and made the final adjustments before my race.
Ive been a customer of Andy Jordans since January of 2012. I have purchased 6 bikes in that time period plus a lot of tires, clothing, accessories and service. Ive never had a single disappointment in any product or service, in fact, their products and service are superior. Beyond that, their support of me as a rider has been phenomenal. Im almost 66 years old and last year I rode 6200 miles. Without their support and encouragement I would have never accomplished that goal. I enjoy their Off The Beaten Path ride on the last Friday of the month. Its a great group of people, its no drop and not judgemental. They are very accepting of riders of all abilities. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a nice selection of products in store at reasonable prices. In the past year I purchased a new helmet, three pairs of shoes, new clipless pedals and shoe cleats along with some apparel, all four visits to their store were great. I definitely recommend stopping by or shopping their website.
I want to extend my appreciation to Ben for the most through and professional Body Geometry Fit. Ben was thorough in assessing physical conditions that occurred over the years (50) of bicycling and might inhibit continued cycling. Even though I had issues, Ben worked through them.I realize as I age, there are certain body parts that need attention, I am very satisfied that I scheduled this fit at this time in my life.

The guys at Andy Jordan’s bicycle Warehouse took care of us. We rented two mountain bikes for 24 hours to ride some of the FATS trail system. They walked us through the hardware and operation of the bicycle, adjusted the bicycle components to fit our size, and explained why each adjustment was made. They gave us technical and safety advice for the FATS trails. They were professional and personable.The bicycles we rented retailed for 2000-3000 dollars, and they cut through the trail like butter. The rentals were a little steep in my opinion, $65-75 each for a 24 hour rental, but I looked at it as getting a safety lesson, a technical lesson of the bicycle components, and tips for the trail. A helmet was included in the rental. For all of these things, the price was worth it.Thanks guys!

We use this cycle shop for all our cycling needs; accessories, repair parts and for maintenance on our bikes. Everyone is very friendly and the work they do is always as promised with no extra surprise charges. This is our go to bike shop!
Big fan of the brands they sell, but hardly any bikes for sale ( VS rent) in these covid times. I came in to buy a helmet, but didnt find what I wanted immediately. The staff were very present and offered to order me one, saying they should have it in 3-5 days. 3 weeks later I called around lunch time, and supposedly it had just come in (read: doubt). That being said, they are about the most official/professional looking bike shop in the CSRA, and definitely worth stopping by for any service or accessory needs.

I bought 3 bikes from Andy Jordans over the years, the last 2 weeks ago, the previous purchases were made in 1988 and 1993. I also helped my cousin and a close friend with bike purchases soon after my second bike and also my girlfriend, now wife, with a bike purchase in 1998 from Andy Jordan. Bikes have been repaired, traded, and bought. My most recent purchase was a gravel bike, another Giant, a Revolt 2, and Im very pleased with it. Service has always been good, selection recently wasnt the best, but COVID 19 seems to be the reason. I highly recommend checking out Andy Jordans.
When I walked in about the issues i was having with my tires and innertube they knew exactly what was causing it and how to fix it. Also, they recommended some tires that were made better than the stock tires on my bike. When I came home to verify what I was told in the shop, they were right 100% on point. Issue fixed, test ride went well. A good experience all in all

Went to the bike shop bc their online inventory showed they had a bike in stock. When we arrived they said the bike was still in a box- we were he from out of town so they did let my wife try another bike of similar size and told us to leave a deposit and we can come back in a few weeks to buy the bike. We live 3 hrs away so not really a viable option. We went to another shop across town that had a similar bike and when we arrived that bike was also still in a box but being we were out of town they stayed late to build the bike for us so we could test ride it the following day. I guess bike shops are all so numb to customer service these days with the bike boom.

The difference in how I was attended was excellent by a wide , wide margin. That first visit I was helped by Katherine. She never seemed to be put off by my age and she really listened to my need. I wanted a bike that I could mount and dismount safely yet continue to enjoy long beautiful rides. After test riding the Specialized roll sport low entry I felt a better fit than ever. Due to Covid I joined many other people trying to buy in stock and could not locate anything...living 100 miles away I called Andy Jordan’s to order my bike only to find that Katherine would not be working as much and my “saga” was taken over by Jack ...it was a seamless transition. Covid has been a challenge for manufacturers, retail shops as well as customers...everyone had to find patience as we waited for stock to arrive. Jack kept me informed monthly on the status of my order and made the process as easy as possible. I am thrilled with my bike and feel that due to the customer care at Andy Jordan’s I have a bike perfectly suited to my needs and will enjoy years more riding. Jack and Katherine are tremendous assets of this company and the customer service they provide is stellar. So very pleased

I travel a lot for my job and I have been to bike shops in multiple states in the south and the midwest getting bikes serviced. My experience was an all-around excellent! Very good service, selection of products, super knowledgeable and very polite. I havent been to any other bike shops in Augusta but I would highly recommend this one!
Drew and his team have been very helpful with the purchase of my 1st mountain bike. They helped me find something that is perfect for a beginner, but something I can grow into as well. I’ve been riding my Liv Tempt 3 for a few months now, and have also enjoyed a couple group rides. Kim and Stacy were very patient with me on my first Women’s Ride Day at the canal trail! These guys definitely take care of their customers well beyond the purchase of the bike. I highly recommend them!
Placed an order and was told I should have it the middle of September. Long story short I was never contacted regarding my order being delayed. Very little to no correspondence from the business to the consumer. If there was a delay I would have expected an email or phone call. This establishment treats you as a number not a valued customer. I recommend taking your business to Columbia South Carolina.
Went last Saturday to check a few bikes out and they are completely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to buying a new bike this week. Every single person working at this location had an amazing attitude towards every single customer with just seeing that I will keep buying from them even when they are 15 min further than the other bike shop. Also, I tried another bike in another bike shop with the same components and were working but with weird sounds and performance. The way Andy Jordans bike shop set up their bicycles is top notch. Dont like putting reviews online but I was super impress with their great customer service.

Great place to buy a mountain bike! Drove 18 hours round trip to buy a my Trance X (currently 1 of 5 in the US) from Andy Jordans. They helped me set up the suspension and get the bike all sorted. Would recommend shopping here.. not so much on the 18 hour drive haha.
Everyone at the shop is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all things bikes. Maintenance services are also quick and you never have to worry about to quality of the work. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
Excellent service. Nate is the premiere mechanic in the area. He diagnosed an issue, called me to let me know what was necessary and found the part availability was almost zero. One brake in the USA and he was able to secure it and install it and get me race ready. The friendly staff of AJBW go out of their way to ensure the customers needs are met. I have been dealing with AJBW for over 10 years now and will go nowhere else.

Andy Jordan’s has been a staple of Augusta biking for so many years. We trusted Drew Jordan and his team that they would know exactly which bike was right for our son. They went out of their way to help us with the selection and adding accessories. We even got to test ride before purchasing. I highly recommend this bike shop and their included service plans are a plus to keep your bike maintained.

Awesome experience. The store is well kept and you can see the staff takes pride in the business. They made sure the bike was all tuned for my weight and height. They answered any question I had. The only bad part is they are in another state and it takes me several hours to get there.

My husband and I got into biking over the last year. We have visited all the bike shops in the area and by far Andy Jordans have the best customer service. They guys in the shop are very helpful and try and give you the best bike for your needs and do not try and sell you to get a commission. They are also very quick and efficient on bike repairs and maintenance. They have a long history of quality in the Augusta area and are worth the trip downtown.
I have been to the store several times and I always get the best service. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I love that they take the time to work with each person individually no matter how long it takes. My wife and I have both bought bikes from them and will continue to shop there. You may a better price online, but you will never beat the experience you get at Andy Jordon’s. Drew and Ben have been amazing to work with.

Drew was exceptionally helpful in finding the correct saddle. We also discussed several options for components and gave me pertinent information on SRAM components. I love this shop, Jack and Matt also have been helpful on previous visits.
The guys here are terrific. They not only fixed more than promised on my bike- in the time frame promised- they also took the time to explain local sites and bike trails. Friendly, efficient and effective!
Very knowledgeable, I was help with the things that I needed on my bike . I believe and correct me if I’m wrong, but there were three kind of services that could’ve been done to your bike. And I chose the standard one. But what wasn’t cleared to me was that every single thing that I was going to get put on my bike they were going to charge maintenance for every single thing that was put on. So another words for everything I got put on the bike there was a maintenance fee. I thought the standard $60 fee was part of what they were going to do to the bike and cover the maintenance. I know that hobbies can be expensive but I didn’t know that I was going to spend more on the maintenance fee than the actual parts of the bike.
Such a friendly store, extremely helpful staff and they completed the job surprisingly quick!! Will definitely be going back for any future bike needs!
By far the best customer service and selection Ive ever seen. Robin helped me immensely with my first purchase, and continues to offer advice and help with upgrades and changes to this day. I was so impressed with the service, that when it came time to get my girlfriend her first mountain bike, there was no question of where to go. The second time, Ben was phenomenal, answering all of our questions, showing her different models and helping us choose the best bike within our budget that fit her style. When we came back in to purchase the bike a few days later, Ben and Robin took great care of her, making sure she was set up perfectly and comfortable. Several weeks later, I had a slight warranty problem with my bike, and Drew jumped on it immediately, Drew was not only able to get the problem fixed, but went beyond my wildest expectations and I now have an even more perfect bicycle. And, Nate has been great in performing my services (free 3 star service for the first year!!!) and making sure that any and all concerns I have are addressed immediately. The entire crew at this shop has treated me not just like a customer, but like family and for that alone, I do not intend to shop anywhere else for my cycling needs. Their prices are beyond fair, everything is at or sometimes BELOW MSRP, and they are always more than willing to help. If there was a 6th star for this review, theyd get it. Went into the shop to get a bottle holder as I had broken mine on my last ride…Chandler immediately greeted me and asked if I had taken the front wheel of recently…which I had and he offered to tighten it up free of charge and he also installed the drink holder free of charge…I said I’d be back and I will! Great experience for an outta towner!

Ive bought three bikes for my family from Andy Jordans. The staff has always been very helpful (and patient). Took the time to explain our road bikes vs the mountain bikes we had been using. Didnt push an up sell but did genuinely try to recommend a bike that would be a good fit and hold up.
This is my first review, but I feel compelled to share. I decided it was time for me to get back on the bike, get out of the house, and get some activity in. I am new to the area, and am not familiar with the local businesses, or the area. I found Andy Jordans Bicycle Warehouse on the internet. The reviews (yelp) were good, so I decided to look at their website. First off, they have a feature on their website to help you find your right bike. You answer some questions about yourself, where and how you want to ride, how much you want to spend. They had a technician review my responses, and I received some suggestions of models that would work, based on my answers. I went to the shop and test rode three different bikes. The third bike was MY BIKE. I am pretty excited about getting back on the bike, and getting out on the road. There was absolutely no pressure. My technician/specialist was Ben. So nice and helpful. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful. I didnt feel rushed, and certainly not pressured. I would HIGHLY recommend this business if you are ever shopping for a bicycle or accessories. One of my best shopping experiences.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Andy Jordans! I am a 50 woman so getting a good fit was not an easy task. The staff assisting me was so patient with making sure I got exactly what I needed and did not push the fancy extras that I didnt. I took my bike out on the canal trail that very afternoon for an hour long ride and I could not be happier with my purchase or experience :-)
I was worried I wouldnt find a shop like my LBS back in Germany but fortunately after checking out the other shops in August I ended up in Andy Jordans. The staff here is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable in all things bikes, both as far as the bikes themselves and biking around the local area. I absolutely recommend this shop to every one of my friends looking to get into biking.

Had a pretty good experience buying a new bike. The only issue was that the bike I initially wanted wasn’t available. It showed as being available on their website but when I went the store to get it I was told that it was sold already.

My wife and I went today to purchase new bikes. We are casual riders. Canal, Greenway, around town. We knew our price points, but staff never asked how much we wanted to spend. Nor did they attempt to up sell us once we showed interest in a particular brand. Went in with brakes not properly working. Instead of ripping me off by having me have them do work for me I could myself Robin talked me through how to do the work myself. If you have issues go to them, they do great work and wont rip you off.
After making the decision to purchase a new mountain bike I checked out all the bike shops in the Augusta area. I received the best customer service at Andy Jordans by far, Robin spent a lot of time letting me test ride different bikes and went above and beyond helping me with my decision on which bike to purchase. I went in today to pick up my new bike and Ben spent all the time needed to set up the bike and answer all my questions and get me geared up! What a great experience cant wait to get out and ride.

When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by a cool dude named Ben. It was actually a week before I was able to buy, but I was checking out all the local shops and prices. A week later I came in ready to buy, because I was more impressed by the products offered and the genuine help from Ben. The service has been great. I purchased a Giant Talon 27.5, and I am very pleased with the bikes performance. It literally is the best of both worlds, the rollover confidence of a 29er and the agility of a 26. Showed up the next day and test rode some bikes and settled on a Specialized Diverge. The words can not explain how great they are. Down to earth and easy to talk to. Have a bike just about everyone. I currently just bought a new e bike due to the conditions in my neighborhood the last bike i just couldnt ride due to my fitness level. The amount of fun it is to get back out and try to get fit and have fun instead of sitting stationary at a gym is hard to explain!
Great people, nice shop, good selection, and solid local mtb advocates (IMBA retail member and has organized weekly local canal rides for many years). My Godfather bought his first real bike from Andy Jordan 20+ years ago, and his son Drew carries on the tradition of superb customer service. I had moved away from town and thus had not been in the store for 5+ years, and I recognized some of the staff when I recently returned. Its great to see when a small business maintains stability of employment, especially in todays business climate.

Purchased a hybrid bike this summer. The customer services was alright, but the prices were pretty unbeatable (Specialized and Giant brands). They do free tune-ups and parts replacement for the 1st year you own the bike (other stores will do tune-ups for the lifetime of the bike, but not parts replacement). The shop is also conveniently located about 1 block from the Canal Trail, so you get to test out the bike without peddling in traffic. Ive stopped in twice since purchasing the bike, once because I was a block away when the gears started slipping, and again as a 1-month maintenance (they recommend this). They fixed it on the spot the 1st time, and had it ready within hrs for the tune-up. Not a bad little shop, especially if you catch them during a sale.

These great people sold me my first adult bicycle- a Raleigh in 1977- and have been selling me parts and supplies and cycles ever since. They just did a excellent refurb on a 11 year old touring Giant. Good service by good folks.
I have gone to three bike shops in Augusta and Andy Jordans is by far the best. Understand that Chain Reaction and Outspkin are fine, Andy Jordans is better. I initially went in with my wife as we were just starting out in cycling. Robin helped us out and he was vary knowledgeable. He advised us to test ride bikes before deciding, even if that meant buying somewhere else. We chose 2 Giant hybrids and love them. They have been amazing when we came in with minor isues with the bikes, immediately making adjustments, mounting bottle cages, lights etc. Later, I purchased a Specialize road bike. Prior to purchasing, I went to the store and told Drew that I had some questions about which road bike would be best for me at my skill and fitness level. He spent at least an hour discussing pros and cons of different makes and models, even though i told him up front that I was not ready to buy yet. After 1 ride, I had some questions and went back to the store. Drew answered my questions, and based on one of them realized that an adjustment to the rear derailluer (sp) was needed, which he did while I waited. I have dealt with all 4 of the guys at Andy Jordans and have never had anything but an amazing experience. I highly recommend them.

Place is awesome makes you feel welcomed....I had been a runner and hadnt ridden a bike since my ten speed twenty years ago. I walked in here and was instantly greeted and explained everything including how many different bikes they make now...thought it was road and mountain but boy was I wrong. There was no push to buy anything. Got a sweet deal on a bike and accessories which were put on bike before I left. Their level of customer caring at this bike shop is unprecedented- I traveled to the Masters National Championships in Augusta and this shop received my bicycles. Unfortunately- UPS broke my custom road bike. The team at Andy Jordans went above and beyond in helping me through this ordeal. I borrowed a frame and took it on the plane with me- within 24 hours Andy Jordans morphed the pieces together into a bicycle I could race- fitting every mm of the bike to best replicate my own. They were so compassionate and efficient- They share their customers passion for this sport! In the few days i was there- we became family- Their excellence helped me overcome the drama and achieve my 5th National Championship (on the borrowed bike!) - I am forever grateful!

I experienced bad customer service by the cyclist technician, after cutting me off when trying to explain what I wanted and needed I said look man I was recommended to come here youve provided me with bad customer service you kept cutting me off i didnt appreciated. I have been extremely impressed with the services Ive received from Andy Jordans. As a new rider, I asked as many dumb questions as humanly possible, and the sales team didnt bat an eyelash. They pointed me in the right direction, gave me options, and ultimately set me up with everything Id need. 2022-05-04Prior to stopping at Andy Jordan’s I had check several other bike shops and I believe With Andy Jordan’s you’ll get more bang for your buck. The bike I chose along with its components was as good as you can get. The service that Chandler provided was awesome, he was very knowledgeable with all their bikes he even went as far as setting everything up for me just for a test ride. I did however try one more bike shop after this visit but decided the price and service that Chandler provided deserved a second visit which is when I made my purchase. When I had arrived at the store Chandler was already hard at work installing the upgrades I had requested for the bike then installed my bike rack to my vehicle and gave me a demo on how to install/remove and use it. I will certainly use them again when or if I decide to upgrade.

2022-04-15I asked for a bike with certain characteristics (mountain, hardtail, XXL, can ride on street or trail, two-by front sprocket). The staff knew their products well and were very helpful in applying that knowledge to my needs. They asked helpful questions in pointing me toward the right bike and accessories.I had a great experience! None of the guys ever acted superior in their bike knowledge or made me feel like a novice. Each man was professional and friendly. They explained their maintenance program and invited me to come back in a month so they could see how the bike is working for me. I will definitely do business with them again.

2022-06-03Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a minor issue with my bike after purchase which they fixed promptly and free of charge. Good selection of new bikes in all price ranges but lacking much in the way of used bikes. Would definitely recommend

2022-01-07Andy Jordan’s has been absolutely incredible! I needed a road bike that needed multiple adaptations due to missing part of my left arm. Jack and the entire staff went above and beyond to brainstorm ideas and find solutions that would work. The entire process has been seamless and everyone we have interacted with has been helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bike shop and will continue to use them for any biking needs.

2022-02-17I needed another bicycle rail for a car top rack. Of course difficult to get the manufacturer brand which I use for the rack. Also, I wanted two wheel carriers to not fill the back of my vehicle with the front wheels, which my bike carrier rail is a fork mount carrier.As soon as I stepped in I was greeted as the staff paused long enough to say hi and continued about their work. The shop is spacious, and well organized. They have adequate cycling accessories and mostly gravel or mountain bikes, not many road bikes. (Of course, the pandemic is the cause of this.) There seems to be two areas that bike repair and maintenance is done i believe one is dedicated to bike assembly, repair, and maintenance, and the other is for bike fitting. Bike fitting would benefit a very high percentage of the cycling community but most seem to be reluctant to spend money on this service. If a person lays down $1500.00 or $8000.00 or more for a bike... spend the nominal amount and have the bike fitted for you, your body will be eternally grateful to you. Instead of the regret of spending a lot of money on an activity that brings struggles in finding enjoyment.The only odd part of this business is the parking. Which may not be a bad thing but a good thing. All the parking us at the side of the shop (west side). So it is easy to drive past it, if you are looking for a parking lot instead of a side street.So, my bike wheel carriers came in less than a week. Im still waiting for the bike carrier rail. This is no fault of the shop.They have a unique way to purchase items. They go online, place the order, then send you a link, which you follow, review the order and then modify if you so desire and then pay with your plastic of choice. I thought this was very convenient.This shop seems to employ cyclists and is owned by cyclists. So, there are plenty of staff who can be of service by advising and offering options or just selling merchandise. I was pleased to do business with them, I dont think youll be disappointed to try them out. The lack of a fifth star is not because of anything that happened, I am sure it will arrive as I continue to patronize this business.

2022-03-01I had no clue what I was looking for, and had to trust the shop completely on their recommendations. They allowed me to test ride the bike, they recommended products I needed for maintenance. Adjusted my saddle height for me, and it was all a painless process. I have recommended Andy Jordan’s for my friends if they ever want to get into Cycling. Thank you for your help.

2022-06-14I visited Andy Jordan’s to explore the possibility of buying two mountain bikes. I’m a total beginner, and Chandler was very patient and knowledgeable. He explained both the features and the drawbacks of several different models, wrote everything down for me and said I was welcome to think about it and come back anytime. I went back about a week later and he immediately recognized me, and he assisted in my purchase of two awesome bikes! I was extremely pleased with my buying experience and I look forward to bringing my bike to Andy Jordan’s for their customer perks and professional staff! Buy local!!!

Before my parts were rang up I knew exactly what the price was, was not surprised with one thing! 2021-12-17Great experience! Very friendly, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I was there for some mtn shoes and the employee had encyclopedic knowledge about the features of all of their shoes. I found exactly what I wanted. They also have a nice changing room and clean restroom. Just a great vibe about their store. On-hand bike inventory not extensive, but that’s typical of certain shops. They have almost everything else one would need.
