After over 8 years, I thought it was a nice place to call home. One of the very few apartments with attached garages available in the area, critical to anyone who cherishes their car. It’s also centrally located and likely THE most convenient location to anywhere in Evans or Martinez, and only a 15 min drive to downtown Augusta since the community is situated just off the tail end of River Watch Pkwy connecting Evans to the city. Community management regularly keep the common areas clean/manicured and are quick to make repairs to units, typically same day if needed. I felt like it was a safe area to live with friendly neighbors and very little crime. I vaguely recall only one instance of vehicle break-ins during the entire time I was there. UPS/FedEx/DHL packages are delivered to secure lockers only accessible to residents provided by LuxorOne which virtually eliminates the risk of porch pirates. The bad: The front gate can be troublesome and residents often find themselves queued-up behind multiple cars and a visitor fumbling with the comm box. The entrance should really be redesigned to allow residents a separate lane for entry. I recommend buying one of their front gate remotes when you sign the lease, it’s worth their one-time $70 fee. The car wash bay they have, while convenient and free, is marginal at best. The vacuum sucks, the water pressure is weak and the spray nozzle is constantly trashed from people dropping it or driving over it. You’ll also pay more if you have any type of pet. I only moved out because renewing my lease for a two bedroom Juniper with a garage was going to cost me over $1500/mo which was hard to justify vs. just buying a $250K house. With all that said, I would still honestly recommend Ansley. Not sure any other apartment complex in the CSRA stacks-up. You get what you pay for.
Apartments and townhomes are updated and nice on the inside. The exterior is being updated now. When we moved in everything was good but over time it started to go downhill. People started to leave junk like old furniture on their front porches. The office staff is really nice and friendly. The pool is nice. The maintenance team is professional and fast. There’s a lot of noise pretty much all throughout the night but that just comes with living in an apartment. Overall it’s just a decent apartment complex. Nothing really stands out good or bad.
Beware ladies and gents…. This apartment complex knows NOTHING about customer service. They charged me two fees for “not having renters insurance” for the last two months I was at that apartment complex. I called them and told them I had the same policy with them that I had since the beginning of the year, nothing changed and I had erenters cancel the policy at the end of my lease term. The apartment complex claimed they emailed me regarding this issue and I never received the email… instead of reaching out personally via phone when I didn’t respond to the email (that I never received), they just decided to charge me an extra $50. I have showed them my policy information stating the policy was through the end of my lease term and they refused to refund me those fees due to their POOR communication. I’ve lived in plenty of apartment complexes and I’ve never dealt with a “manager” that was so rude via email and phone. Thanks Kelsey!! Highly recommend the management company that owns this apartment complex look into other alternatives for that position, because she ain’t it.
In all my years of living in apartments, Ive never come across such a rude management staff. Chelsea Was beyond rude, impatient, and acted extremely unprofessional. This apartment complex traps you with fee’s constantly. There are bugs constantly in my apartment. Chelsea.. Please fix your attitude or find a new place to work
Overwhelmingly negative experience. Rent is exorbitant for the quality/quantity of services provided. Amenities are shutdown at a moments notice for any length of time. Gates are constantly broken and stuck in the open position. No security whatsoever, not even cameras. Gym equipment is already sparse, but will remain broken for over a year. Constant maintenance required to fix things. Not worth the money, go somewhere else.
This place has treated us like royalty since day one and not just to make a sale. Super friendly staff always willing to answer any questions and help with any needs. The maintenance staff is so wonderful. Each and everyone one of them are so nice and helpful and are very prompt when there is a problem. We had issues with some neighbors with noise but the staff took care of it right away. They are always doing stuff like parties and such for the residents and the facilities are so clean and well kept up. I’ve never lived in a place that cared so much about their residents. I honestly felt like I didn’t belong there because it’s so luxurious for really good prices. But they make you feel like you belong because they treat you so well. I highly recommend anyone moving to the area to go visit this place and see what they have to offer! I never write reviews but Ansley deserves this one. We are military and unfortunately have to PCS but if we ever come back we will come back here!
Late on March 15th I submitted a maintenance request via the Ansley at Town Square website. The request was to prune the top of a small, but very leafy, magnolia tree that was completely blocking one of my living room windows. The tree was blocking my line of sight, preventing sunlight from coming into my apartment, and would loudly brush against the window when it was windy.Early the next morning, March 16th, l had an early (8:00AM) appointment. When I returned to my apartment, approximately 9:30 AM, the problem had already been eliminated. I have been a resident here for two and a half years. During that time I have submitted about a half dozen maintenance requests. Without exception, they have always been taken care of in an extremely timely and professional manner on the same day. The maintenance team here at Ansley is always friendly, courteous, highly competent, and thorough. Another job “WELL DONE”!!! THANK YOU!!!
Weve been so happy living here. Its quiet and friendly. The maintenance and office team are wonderful and helpful. I feel safe living here. And we are close to shopping and restaurants. We will be sad when we have to move. Its like our second home. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
It was an easy transition to move into my new apartment because of the dedicated staff at the leasing center. After I moved in, I was able to go back and ask questions and promptly get my concerns resolved. Moving in I had a shower with no shower head. I informed the apartment complex and they installed one by the following morning. Overall very friendly customer service.
Lived here just under 2 years. Had to relocate for work, but would’ve stayed if not. Overall, it was a decent experience. Location was good, the apartments were decent, staff was nice. Only 2 things I would say weren’t that great. Parking was always bad, at least in the 2020 building. If you weren’t home by 4pm, you had to park a good distance from your place. Wish they would’ve had assigned parking. It was pretty bad if you had groceries or a heavy package. Second thing wasn’t the community’s fault. We had a very loud next door neighbor that constantly had domestic disputes for the last month or so that we were there. The walls aren’t exactly thick, but other than her, we had good quiet people around us.
The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The community is safe with lots of great amenities. The newly renovated apartments are exceptional. The location is perfect for shopping, eating out and my job. Repairs, when needed, are completed quickly and professionally. I was here for 3 months in a one-bedroom with the corporate package. My two kids and husband just caught up with me and we moved our stuff into a three-bedroom. The kids love the pool and playground; my husband and I love the fitness center and the clubhouse. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to live in the August area, Ansley at Town Center Apartments is the place.
This is the best apartment that I have stayed in! Everyone is very nice. The grounds are kept up well. All of my maintenance requests have been completed same day. Everyone in the leasing office is really nice. They put on weekly community events to try to bring the community together and give us extra things to do. I’ve never heard of apartments doing this, only resorts. I love this place. The only downside is that I was told they are going to close the pool AND the lounge area on Labor Day. It is still very hot here (mid 90’s) and I would love to see the pool and the lounge chairs stay open for a longer period of time. A lot of the community (including myself love to relax in this area).
I lived at Ansley townhouses for 2 yrs almost. I moved due to work but I wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for work and family. It was great experience. Never had any issues . Staff and maintenance were great and professional. I would recommend the townhouses to anyone moving into the area.
The Ansley at Town Center was a great place to stay. The apartments were nice and comfortable, but we had the big 2 bed 2 bath style apartment and the bathrooms were smaller than what I think they should have been. There also wasnt a whole lot of natural light in the kitchen/living room area, but the size of the living room and bedrooms were great. The complex was very easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. The thing that made this apartment so great was the Staff. They were the best staff I have experienced at an apartment complex. They were very nice, understanding, and helped us with anything we needed help with. The events they held for the residents were great as well and made you feel at home. Overall this was a great place to stay!!!
I lived here for about 9 months (we moved due to my son getting a job in a different state). Overall, we were quite happy there. There were a couple of maintenance issues while we lived there, and when we put in a maintenance order, the guys were at the townhouse within an hour or two (even for non-emergency things), and I really appreciated that. The townhouses are really quiet. I never heard a peep from our neighbors (I think the insulation was just really phenomenal).
This community is incredible! My family is possibly relocating to the Augusta area so we took a trip to try to sort out housing. This is hands down the best place we saw. The office staff was quick to greet us as we entered the building and even the maintenance staff waved to us as they passed by on their golf cart while we were touring the facilities. The two apartment homes we were shown were immaculate! The amenities are plentiful and well cared for. Really hoping we are able to relocate just so we can move in here.
Buildings, apartments, and landscaping, extremely well maintained. Gated community; Great location.Calls to office are very quickly returned; professional, courteous, and knowledgeable office staff;. Amenities are outstanding: Large and well maintained swimming pool with lounge chairs; several BBQ grills, picnic tables under pavilions; Well equipped workout/exercise room, showers; Lounge with pool table and complementary refreshments; library: business center with computers and printers; monthly events for tenets; Professional dog grooming spa in dedicated building ; large fenced dog park with training equipment; secure package delivery system; car wash with vacuum; storage buildings for tenants. My highest five star recommendation *****
I would have stayed longer but there were two major concerns that needed attention and I was told it could not be done. I am an elderly person but can take care of myself. However, I had to be back at my apartment every day by 4:00 or I would not have a parking space. One apartment near me had four people each with a car and that took up a third of the parking spaces. All other apartments where I lived had a space marked one for each apartment and then an overflow area. This made it extremely difficult for me because I was unable to walk long distancesThe other concerns was the air quality was poor. The maintenance did try to address the problem but I was still finding what appeared to be sand particles all over every day on my floor and furniture. Both of these concerns were health issues so I felt a need to change my location.
I have been a resident since 2017 and the area is great! Nice apartments but they are starting to charge you for every little thing and they have become less and less accommodating these past two years!! I was told by a Jennifer has been nothing short of condescending since day one of my move here. Not to mention I kept complaining about water bugs and she told me “We are in Georgia.” For $1,400 a month I shouldn’t have to deal with half of what I have endured. They will find away to require more money from you. It’s sad because the area is amazing. I cannot wait to relocate soon!
If you are looking for a fabulous place to live, look no farther! You are home! I can not say enough wonderful things about Ansley at Town Center. The management team Kimberly and Bridget are THE BEST! The leasing consultants Tammy and Kaitlyn are TOP NOTCH! The maintenance team Bennett, Big John and Morgan are truly outstanding! The apartments are spacious and beautiful, even offering valet trash service! The grounds are always kept clean and you will never find trash laying around on this property. Every morning you will see the guys going around picking up even thesmallest piece of debris.Should you encounter any maintenance issue, the are immediately on it! The activities for the residents are a blast! We have met so many great people at these functions. You are considered part of the Ansley family, not just a resident.Make Ansley at Town center your new home. You will not regret it! On a personal note, I was not asked nor paid to submit this review. We truly love living here!
Best community in Columbia County! The renovations are amazing and really make this community shine. The staff is top notch, the manager Jennifer is very friendly and accommodating. When it comes to maintenance the team is on another level! Bennett the supervisor is one of the best I have ever seen and all work orders are done not just in a timely manner but also friendly, John one of the techs will always leave a smile on your face!
Broken promises and poor service. 2 weeks ago I was told that I am gonna recieve a needed document via email. Never recieved anything and when I went in person to follow up I was treated like I was doing something bad. I just needed a document that I was promised to get by the office lady 2 weeks ago. A new office lady involved assistant manager, that could not resist to let us know that we are interrupting her lunch time and that 2 weeks ago was misunderstanding. By the way they never apologize for the same one. Very disappointed.
Im in the military and was transferred to another state in late December of 2019, I have been going back and forth with them since then for 6 months about my security deposit that never made it to me. The Property manager on site Jennifer has handled the situation extremely poorly and unprofessionally.. when we call the office she is not there or unable to take my call at this time. Cant say that the apartments themselves arent nice but I wouldnt recommend living somewhere that holds your earned money hostage.
I have lived in several apartment communities in my life. Ansley at Town Center in Evans is by far the nicest, cleanest, quietest, friendliest one of them all. Location, location, location. In my opinion, Ansley is located in the perfect spot. Super close to everything and has very easy access to major roads. The staff at Ansley has been super friendly and very responsive to any requests. The units themselves are very clean and up-to-date. You dont feel like youre living in an apartment, you feel like youre at home. Ive felt very secure at all times of day/night. This place is very pet-friendly! They even have a dog park so you can take your dog and let him/her off the leash and run around for a bit if you dont have time to make it to a bigger dog park! If youre looking for an upscale place to live in Evans, I definitely recommend Ansley at Town Center. The property manager, Kim, is extremely friendly and will go out of her way to assist you.
This is an awesome place to reside. Ive lived in some really nice places and this is by far one of the best for its price range. The office personnel, management and maintenance guys are the absolute best. I can submit a maintenance request via an app on my smartphone and by the time I exit the app maintenance is at my door. Okay, that part was a lil extra but it was for effect. They really are on their A game here. The grounds are manicured and professionally well kept. The 24 hr fitness center; which, I dont use as much as I should is a lifesaving system. The saltwater pool is an added amenity that is all that it is supposed to be and more. The staff here are some of the friendliest people Ive ever met in my life. Thank God for Ansley at Town Center. This place ROCKS!
By far the noisiest complex Ive ever lived in. Expect to be woken up at 8-9am 3-4 times a week by lawn care, someone leafblowing in the hallways for 30 minutes, the trash compactor, maintenance crews talking directly outside your apartment. Not to mention the rest of the noise throughout the day.Really not a good option for anyone working nights or working from home.
They allow people to enter your apartment without your consent even when I expressed that morning that I wanted no one entering my apartment without me there or a small heads up so I could arrange care for my puppy. They refused to make any accommodations for me. When the maintenance then entered my apartment they left the door wide open and allowed my dog to run away. When I informed them of their mistake and that I would be moving out ASAP, they responded with “just remember you need to give 60 days notice in writing before moving out.” They had no concern for the safety of my puppy or the inconvenience that it caused.
I still stand by my last comment. After 2 years of living here I will still say that I love it here. Has a wonderful staff and it is quiet. They jump on issues quickly and anything that is a serious issue in the area they always correct it after being made aware of it. They have many different events that happen in the clubhouse and even though i dont attend them, i always think about how wonderful of an idea it was. If you are looking for wonderful place, you have found it.
I just moved out after living there for 4 1/2 years. They are beautiful apartments but they are on the high price for the area. You can get a 3 bedroom house for the same price!! The amenities are gorgeous and well maintained but the management is lacking. Here are two specific experiences that I would like to share:I had a package delivered to my door and called management to please pick up the package. They told me no..and the package was STOLEN!!Neighbors were having a party upstairs and when I called the courtesy officer they told me that they couldnt help me!!It is also NOT a gated community. You can walk right around the gate!! So of course Ive had Jehovah Witnesses knocking on my door several times!Lastly, if you choose to live there do NOT have an apt with people on top of you because you can hear every footstep!Keep Looking!-Army Veteran-
Ansley at Town Center Apartment are by far one of the best resort style living apartments and townhouse in this area!!! This community is beautiful with amazing amenities to please the whole family (including your pet!!). Super close to EVERYTHING!The most amazing and fabulous part of Ansley is thier staff (especially the one in the leasing office). Everyone is great and always ready to help, but Austin is top notch!!!. He is always very enthusiastic, helpful, kind, and committed to providing you the best service. Truly one of Ansley many gems!!!Thank you for all you help Ansley!
Prospective residents should always take all reviews with a grain of salt. I have been a faithful resident for a year at these apartments. The staff have always been super helpful for me, very friendly and professional. They have taken all reasonable means available to solve issues that I may have had. The maintenance crew is spot on with fixing things with my unit as well. To point out the entrance gate being inoperable, how can Ansley be blamed for a tenants car taking out the gate control mechanism, thereby forcing the complex to open the gate to allow cars to pass? I mean, really? As far as scheduling goes and entering apartments, I would think that a sign which is clearly displayed at the entrance is plenty notification of needing to enter, especially when its a week (or more out). Not knowing of planned maintenance like this is obvious negligence of not paying attention, and of NO fault to Ansley management! So if you want a beautiful, safe, and serene apartment community with great amenities that are hard to find elsewhere, seriously consider Ansley. For the price that you pay to live here, it is DEFINATELY worth it if you can handle shelling out a little extra buck for the bang you get.
Absolutely loved our experience here at Ansley! The staff go above and beyond to respond quickly and with a smile on their face. The maintenance team ROCKS and have been courteous and quick on all of our needs. We enjoyed the resort-like pool and other amenities on the property which is immaculately maintained. Location is great right off Washington Rd. with a Publix right around the corner and The Pizza Joint in our backyard. If you are moving to the CSRA you have to come give Ansley a visit!
Ive been a resident for almost a year now and I dont enjoy coming home anymore. Everyone has their opinions and different experiences but if I could go back in time I would have just kept looking. The rent is on the high side luxury apartment homes but in reality an apartment is an apartment. You will still hear your neighbors, you may still have bad neighbors, you can still have a bad office member since they come and go so often, and not so enjoyable pool company. The paint will wipe off with a wet rag, no chemicals just water.. makes you think. The carpet cleaners, painters, carpet changers theyre not what you would expect a luxury community to use.. Dont think that its different just because it looks nice and is high priced. Nothing is included in your rent and they are making a trash pick up service a mandatory charge, so even if you are a well abled person who can take your trash to the compactor yourself and dont feel the need to have someone else do it for you, youre still expected to pay for it. Theres no recycling which to me would make up for paying a trash pick up fee that I dont use. The water has been shut off to the whole community without notice. It didnt take long to realize that people move in and right back out often. Theres some good to it too I cant say its all awful, the gate is a plus, the maintenance is prompt, and its not too big of a complex that you have too many neighbors, the pool is nice if you have time for it, and the car washing area is nice, a safe neighborhood something that is important to me. Everyone is different do your research, look look look you cant ever look at too many places and options.
The women in the office are extremely rude for one. We always paid our water bill through nwp resident which it what they required so last month I kept trying to pay it and it wouldnt ever allow me. I finally contacted that company only to be told that Ansley doesnt use the company anymore. Ansley never notified us of the changes. Come to find out that the owners had changed and now they were including water in our rent. Therefor they have poor communication skills. Spiders and ants are extremely bad in the apartments as well. The apartments are cheaply built. I opened my cabinet one day and the whole thing came crashing down. Same with one of our drawers. The counter is coming off as well. I do not recommend this place.
Was recommended by a friend for a short term stay due to military school at Fort Gordon. Had quite a few problems while residing there, among the worst were unannounced entrance into our home and the forced trash service not picking up on a regular basis - once or more per WEEK they would drive by appearing to be full and just not come back. If I am forced to pay for trash service I expect it to actually happen. When I say unannounced visit, they sent an email and did not get a response from anyone to verify we knew they were coming - maybe that is legal but it is not customer friendly. Also the apartment was cheaply made, a few examples: a leaky sink that was not installed right the first time and bathroom fixtures that just fall right off - we couldnt hang towels or put a toilet paper roll on the fixture without them falling off the walls. The experience overall was overpriced, under-serviced, intrusive to our privacy and not move in ready. Did I mention they delayed our follow on rental applications, by not promptly submitting the proof of prior rental forms?
My wife and I just moved to the area, upon being assigned to Fort Gordon. This community is gated but Im certain anyone can walk around and enter. It is very close to everything and their pool area thus far seems to be great. With moving from out of state, we were unable to view the property before arrival. The pictures are deceiving, we expected the inside to be more updated (as the pictures show on their community website). Bathrooms are way smaller than they appear online. Theres a distinct smell that doesnt want to seem to go away inside the town home. There were a few things that needed to be replaced, fixed and cleaned during our move-in walk through. Weve been here 3 days and this is what weve experienced so far:It appears their cleaning crew needs to learn how to throughly clean their apartments prior to new tenants. We could pick up dog hair by the chunks on the carpet and outside the front and back door. We had to ask them to replace one toilet seat that was rusted and stained (completely unstanitary). There was soap residue/mold in the caulking from the stand up shower in the second bathroom. The tub in the master bedroom feels like a hotel shower, we also replaced the showered with our own because it didnt work properly. There is no ventilation system above the stove beacuse they never installed a vent leading to the outside for that (it just circulates the smoke from whatever youre cooking, inside the house). And upon washing and drying our first load, we have found the dryer doesnt work properly, it has taken us 2 full cycles to dry one load.We have a small dog also, we walked him to their community dog park area and I guess no one likes to pick up their dog poop around here, and even if they wanted to the few pet waste stations they had were out of doggy bags. Just pretty disappointed so far and it is over priced for how cheaply made everything is.Also, we couldnt receive our mail until we filled out a slip listing the residents names (understandable) however no one in the office warned us of this and they just didnt seem to know where our mail could be. Went to the local post office and they told us only the carrier would know. So my mail is just floating around? Very frustrating. They are under new management from what we were told, lets hope they take note of how to make their community cleaner and be more proactive to future tenants.
This apartment complex does not listen to its residents. The couple of times that I have called them for simple requests, it takes ME following up with them for anything to get done, if they even listen at all. It seems like they dont care and just do whatever they want. It is very frustrating paying over a grand a month to live some where and being ignored for simple requests. It is also marketed as quality apartments but there are a slew of problems in the units, like the panting, counter tops, and sinks in the wood floors. Definitely would not recommend living here
I have lived in many apartments across many states and I have found Ansley to be the best rental experience. This is in many ways attributed to the staff. The front office is prompt, efficient, and on top of things. I have also had maintenance issues fixed immediately. They are up to code in terms working with the fire department to run tests and regularly change air conditioning filters. The front office also sponsors many activities and food related events for residences (like chick-fil-a breakfast). If you have children, they have also held activities that would take place after school occasionally. I decided to live here due to the close proximity to many stores and the extremely well groomed and clean neighborhood. I visited several similar price range apartments before deciding on Ansely, but it just clearly seemed like a notch above the others. I also frequently use the salt water pool and like that it has this bubbling feature which makes it very relaxing. The gym is well equipped and another amenity that we take advantage of often. Oh, and I love that the 2 bedroom unit comes with 2 bathrooms (a his and hers!)We renewed our lease for a 2nd year and feel that it will be another year of comfortable living ahead of us.
I moved into this apartment with expectations of excellence which was promised, but they were not able to deliver. I lived here a year and a half and paid nearly 1200.00 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment. I literally started to feel like the management of this complex was more interested in making up new rules, enforcing them and getting into peoples business than they were about customer service. The original management company that was there when I moved in in the Spring of 2011 was excellent and I loved it, most tennants did! This new company started making up rules, taking away ammenities, closing down the pool past Spring Break. It was ridiculous! I would never recommend this to anyone
Definitely the best community in the CSRA. We usually deal with Austin and I will tell you he has always been extremely helpful and kind. This community if you report anything they will definitely take steps in prevention or correction. Just like any home many things can go wrong. While staying here everything for repair is definitely done in a good timely manner.Thank you Austin and Ansley Staff for making our stay here pleasant. 👋🏼
Ansley are beautiful apartments with a little bit of something for everyone including my fur baby. Not only do they have a wonderful saltwater pool, fitness area, spa like restrooms, but they’re always planning events for us. Like today I’m sitting in the clubhouse at a community pizza party with a DJ playing music with good people and good food. Unless you’re grocery shopping or going to work, you really don’t have to leave the community.
We moved across the county for work, and searched and searched for a friendly complex and didnt have too much luck. Thankfully we stumbled upon Ansley. From the moment we walked in the leasing office it felt like home from the hospitality offered. Maintenance is friendly and timely. The facilities are always clean. The location is perfect as well. I would recommend Ansley to anyone new to the area looking to set up roots!
As a tenant, I dont feel comfortable here. Unfriendly and unresponsive office staff, particularly the assistant manager. She does not greet you even when showing the prospective tenants around the property. I am posting as John Doe because I dont want to deal with another pushback from them. Cant wait for my lease to expire and I am on my way out of here. Will never recommend this property and management company to anyone.
My experience with this apartment community was wonderful. The staff was very lively and helpful. They hosted plenty of community events for the residents that had fun and engaging activities. The residents there were friendly, and the community had a very homey feel.
Although rent is expensive, residents gain a lot of value from the facility. From Bluetooth speakers in the kitchen lights to trash pickup on weekday nights, the details make it a great place to live.Grounds are always clean and people love to walk their dogs throughout the neighborhood.
Ever since Pegasus residential took over they have tried to bill us for fees we dont owe. It has been months since we left and every time we call they get rid of it and they resend us a bill. Its been completely their fault that this issue isnt resolved as we have sent in documents stating that we dont owe any extra money.
Lengthy read but some key take-aways and pictures to show what the place looked like when I moved in as well as some issues while in the unit. These are facts after two years there. Ultimately I wouldnt do it again. You pay way too much for what you get.The parties/get-togethers they throw every month or so (prior to the pandemic) at the main office are cool, but they solicit participants for 5 STAR RATINGS on Google and for Facebook likes to enter into contests/drawings to win goodie bags and ‘swag’.Apartments LOOK nice and are VERY expensive for what you get. I’m ready to leave. If youre military, I dont recommend it. Its already expensive and it goes up exponentially when you renew your lease.I got a ‘newly renovated apartment’ with every single drawer in the kitchen being wobbly and loose. One even shattered to pieces and the island in the kitchen wasn’t sealed off with trim underneath (picture included). My thermostat (Nest) was never working the way it was suppose to despite them switching it and telling me it was fine.Paint is cheap, makes a mark on the wall with the slightest touch, and has been cracking at the seams of the drywall as well as other spots.‘Silverfish’ bugs are all over the apartment including in my curtains, shower curtain, walls, and dishes. (picture) This was not just my apartment. Several friends of mine lives at Ansley and had similar issues.Proximity to stores of all kinds is VERY nice and convenientOverall, the Maintenance Team is awesome.3rd floor, good luck with your A/C EVER shutting off. Maintenance told me to turn the AC down further to get it to shut off... What?????Valet trash is over $30 a month and is mandatory through that’s not stated in the lease. Your building will routinely get missed or picked up early and before the stated hours to set it outside your door. At which time you will be at fault..Xfinity is the internet provider. Get a surge protector to run your cable/internet through. I had my router hit by lightning through the cable, not the wall plug since it was through a surge protector.Water pressure will drop out to a dribble after 10pm when no other appliance is in the house is running and nobody else in the building should be using it. It happened several times even at 2 am.Maintenance entered my apartment once without permission. The main gate is broken almost half the time. The fitness center has several broken machines and never has cleaning wipes. The staff is friendly most times. They DNA test your dog and if you don’t pick up after them they’ll DNA test their excrement to warn and fine you.I’m not sure the granite countertops are sealed. Dark spots appear with a sweating cup on it.I learned a lot living here. A lot of what to look for in the future and a lot of what not to do. It was an expensive lesson to learn.
The apartment, neighborhood, pool, and atmosphere is GREAT. THE STAFF IN THE FRONT OFFICE IS TOP NOTCH. THEY MADE MY MOM AND I FEEL RIGHT AT HOME EVEN WHEN WE WERE JUST COMING TO LOOK AT THE APARTMENT. COURTNI FOX IS TRULY A ASSEST TO THE ANSLEY. SHE SO PLEASANT AND TRULY ASSEST TO THE ANSLEY. SHE PROVIDED ALL THE INFORMATION THAT WE NEEDED AND IS VERY PATIENT. SHES THE REAL REASON WE CHOOSE TO MOVE IN THE ANSLEY ON TOWN CENTER. I TRULY THANK HER AND THE OTHER STAFF IN THE FRONT FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.
I’ve been a resident at Ansley’s for 2 1/2 years never been late and or bourse a check, apparently Labor Day of 2017 they say I paid rent the business day after labor cause the office was closed, this year the office was closed Sunday and Monday , went to pay after work today they didn’t accept my payment, even the Goverment takes payment the business day after a closed holiday, I feel that my moving the first of October has something to do with this insult of rent plus late charge in a money order, I used to really like it here, until I realized they do nothing to try and keep a good paying tenant in there community, I understand it’s a business but they really should make it a little less abvious,,, lol, than she said I should have paid it online, I tried doing that once and it was a enormous percentage of the rent, if I remember rite that was last Labor Day, think twice about Ansley, the big warm smiles stop after you sign the big contract,

2022-06-13I had a short move in window and a short lease. The staff was very professional and accommodating to my needs as a single father. The town homes are nicely maintained. Chelsea and Jennifer were fantastic. Highly recommend

2022-06-26When moving in my town home. The apartment wasnt clean! Grease all over the cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms werent clean, frame around bathroom mirror had fallen down, there where grocery bags lefted in cabinets and the stove top was dirty. Clearly no inspection was done upon my arrival. Ansley needs to do better. Especially for the prices you pay to live here. Very disappointed 😞

2021-12-07I contacted the front office and Chelsea wasbeyond rude. She over talked me and in so many wordscalled me a liar. There are so many issues with thisapartment complex. I have been here for five years. Itwas PERFECT before they changed staff members. Ihave photos to show how run down the community hasbecome. To be fair to the corporate office. I will wait fora phone call from them to address issues beforeposting photos. There is a male that works there and afemale by the name of TY. They are absolutely amazing!!! Maybe if they were running this facility things would be better again. This is not the place in Evans Ga, anyone should live. If I could give negative stars I would.

2022-07-02I don’t like being lied to that the apartment is completely renovated when cabinets are busted doors are busted the showers are nasty the paint is all messed up for over 1800$ a month. I think it’s a bad representation of the apartments here. The toilet seat didn’t even fit just not what I was told or expecting. Very disappointed. The gym is literally a few weights and bikes I don’t consider that a fitness center!

2022-06-07You guys rent to what seems like high school kids. Fights, break ins of cars. Noise is unacceptable for 1500a month on a one bedroom. It used to be good but it has gone terribly downhill. Get rid of the soccer kids making drug deals in the parking lot. When the gates are always open it makes all your residents vulnerable.

2022-06-28Ansley is not how it seems to be, complex are 1500 for an unclean apartment full of roaches. Why am I paying for pest control if I’m still seeing bugs all over my apartment. Highly disappointed and not recommended

2022-05-02Overall, I like staying here but I do have an issue with noisy neighbors. I know that they are everywhere but management is good about trying to address any issues that come up. As for the neighbors, theyll leave soon enough. The other amenities are nice too but I do wish that the complex had more than one pool. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatingsUpdate: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Management does not do anything about noisy neighbors!!! I have complained numerous times about my upstairs neighbors and nothing has been done about it. Management always refers me to the courtesy officer or the police which neither of them are helpful. The apartments are poorly constructed and the rent here is ridiculous!!!! Why pay over $1500 a month when you can’t get peace in your own house. Renters, try to find somewhere else that will appreciate you and that has less noise!!!!

2019-10-09The staff that work here are amazingly friendly and helpful. The neighbors are friendly. The community is kept cleaned. Honestly its like a vacation here. There are grill stations, a dog park, a club house with computers and a pool table, outdoor inground pool with a grills and a fireplace there, a pet wash station, they have storage units if you need one, fitness centers, a park, a car wash station, and best of all its a gated community. Ive never felt more safe in my entire life. Also everything thing is for the most part a 5 to 15 minute drive from here.
