Ive been a patient for almost a year now and I feel like Ive known Dr. Puckett my entire life. She, Dr. Anthony and the staff are TOP KNOTCH!! Ive suffered from lower back pain for over a decade and finally found some relief thanks to Anthony Chiropractic. Dr. Puckett has opened my eyes to a whole new world of integrated medicine and I couldnt be more thankful. As long as they are in business, I will be a patient. I cannot imagine going anywhere else - they are like family!!!

I applied for a job at Anthony Chiropractic in Athens. I received an email from Brenda Anthony inviting me to interview on a Thursday afternoon. When I arrived and introduced myself to “Brenda” she had no idea who I was and made it clear that someone else had made the appointment and she knew nothing about it (although I had proof of all the emails coming from her account and signed with her name.) That should have been my first red flag. Someone from the back came out, and asked me to have a seat in the lobby while they wrapped up a few things. I sat there for 25 minutes. Brenda sat behind the front desk doing nothing and didn’t say another word to me. No one came out to greet me or speak to me to let me know they would be with me shortly. No one spoke another word to me at all. No one offered me water, etc. After waiting for 25 minutes, I finally got up to leave and informed Brenda of such. She was rude and very unconcerned that I had driven 35 minutes to attend the interview (of which she claims to have had no memory of) and then just sat there for nearly a half-hour more. This “family owned” business had anything but a family friendly atmosphere. I’ve never been treated so rudely before. I think the Anthonys need to rethink about what family members represent them. I’ll never go back and I will make sure everyone I know never deals with them either! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Ive visited this office for the 1st time almost 20 years ago. This is not my birth name but I have been a patient there a few times. The staff was always nice. If you have a car injury and insurance is paying, RUN RUN RUN like hell. Me and a few others chose this doctor and was charged over 5000 each for 7 or 8 visits They are greedy for money. I have worked for Dr. Anthony for 3 years and absolutely love my job. Dr. Anthony and Dr. Puckett both go out of their way to help patients while being cost efficient as well. I have 3 teenagers who all have been diagnosed with a short leg who are treated at the clinic. My son was diagnosed with scoliosis early and thanks to Dr. Anthony his spine is perfectly straight now. Early detection makes all the difference. I would recommend anyone with children to bring them in and have them checked out by one of our doctors.
This is the most punctual, thorough and welcoming clinic I’ve ever experienced! My entire family is treated by Dr. Puckett and her staff, including 3 children ages 4,6 and 11! It was such a pleasant surprise to receive the level of care my family has gotten from this practice. From day 1, they handled my skepticism, my attitude, and my pain with the utmost care and humor while helping my husband and I wrangle our toddler after our accident. Dr Anthony and Dr Puckett, along with their stellar backbone of a staff (hey ladies!) deserve the very best patients, so dont go here if youre gonna be a tool and not follow advice. Seriously though, do yourself a favor and set an appointment. Keep the appointment and keep going. Theyve ruined me for other doctors with their charm, familial atmosphere, bedside manner, flexibility, and overall care. Every once in a while they have snacks and you can always get a balloon ;)
Last year my husband was having trouble sleeping because of his back. It turns out that he has one leg shorter than the other (much more common than youd think!) which was the reason for the pain. Dr. Anthony saved him from having to get hip surgery because luckily he went before there was no cartilage left. He has been receiving treatment and is having no pain at this time which is WONDERFUL.I recently started having back problems myself and low and behold I also have a short leg! Ive been getting treatments as of a week ago and it has already dramatically improved my pain.I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is having issues to see Dr. Anthony. He will get it figured out and have you on your way to recovery in no time!Also, the staff there are absolutely fantastic! Between the front desk, those assisting in treatments and those who do therapy they are just a top notch team!
After 10 years of back problems, And never truely feeling better even after surgery, injections, or all of the medication I was prescribed, Dr. Anthony had me feeling the best I’ve ever felt, since my back problems started, in just 3 weeks of treatment! Instead of masking the problem he focused on fixing it, and because of him and his staff I get to have my old, active, life back! He has a great staff and he is my number recommendation to anyone needing to see a chiropractor!
My experience with ACIH has been great. Both Doctor Anthony and Doctor Puckett are amazing. Their staff are all top shelf professionals and very nice to boot! I feel better from their treatments and technique in getting rid of my pain.
They took really good care of my needs as far as pain after my accident. I love how they work with my schedule when it comes to changing my appointments the day of. Also they remember things that youve talked about to continue to have conversations with you. They are very friendly and I I would recommend them.

I consider myself to be fortunate in that I found Anthony Chiropractic. I have been able to try the services of many Chiropractors in the last 25 years and can honestly say that I am receiving the best care at Anthony Chiropractic. Try them out & see if you wont agree with me.
I have been going to Dr Anthony for years. When I first went in 2012 after a bad car accident I was in terrible shape with my whole spine and lots of muscles hurting from the accident and short leg syndrome.Also work injuries complicated my situation. He has patiently worked with me until I am feeling better than I have since the accident. I also see his daughter, Dr Puckett. She is very effective with my situation, always kind, considerate and a gentler touch if needed. She has learned well in her school and can bring other ways of care that work to. They will always work me in if I wake up feeling bad and have to come for treatment. Betsy is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor as well as Lacosta. My only drawback is they don’t take insurance.
I loveeeeeee this clinic so much! I went in a year ago in so much pain and within a few visits i was already feeling so much better! Now a year later im pain free! Dr mackenzie and Dr anthony is sooo sweet and kind and they always take the best care of me! I drive an hour just to continue to use them for all of my adjustments! I hands down would recommend them to anyone!!
I have dislocated my shoulder twice in two years and also have some neck issues. I cannot put into words the value of having your health and strength back after an injury. On more than one occasion, Anthony chiropractic has exceeded my expectations. My recovery for both injuries progressed more rapidly then I thought was possible. They do a great job of explaining your injuries initially and making sure you understand what is wrong and their plan to help you correct the problem and to maintain it. I plan on seeing Anthony chiropractic on a regular basis now and not just going to them if I have an injury. The entire staff are helpful and friendly and most importantly great at what they do! They really seem to have a great work environment! Cant thank them enough for all they have done to get me back to work on more than one occasion!
Both Dr. Puckett and Dr. Anthony are excellent. They always take me right back for my appointment, are friendly and get to the point of my visit. Whether it takes 1 visit or a couple, Dr. Puckett fixes the problem. The rest of the staff are great too. Always a great experience for me and my favorite part is that I can do my appointment during my lunch break. No waiting around. Highly recommend!!!

I was seeing Dr. Anthony before he graduated. I have continued to see him over the years. Randomly for a while, but for the passed 10 years at least, I go for my monthly tune up. Because of him, I usually only have to go once per month. Anthony Chiropractic is the best!
Very nice office! Friendly helpful staff, they are very thorough and talk with you about your situation as they show you your xrays, I was put on the decompression table for my issue and they were very gentle even though I was in pain due to my issue, if ever I am asked who is the best chiropractor to see I will be giving this office hands down!Thank you,Mechelle
Over 15 years ago I came to Dr. Anthony after trying 2 different orthopedic doctors with no help for neck problems. In just a sort time he took me from horrible pain to feeling great. He and his staff are fantastic. He is not only a great Doctor he has become a trusted friend. I highly recommend him.

I am a chiropractor on Hilton Head Island and wanted to get adjusted while I was in Athens. Dr. Anthony was highly recommended, so I booked an appointment. When I travel I search out the best chiropractors on Google+. I have been getting adjusted for most of my life to stay well. I dont think most adjustments come close to the skill and certainty that Dr. Anthony delivered. Top Notch Chiropractor, without question. Ill be going back then next time I am in Athens.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mark Anthony! I am 59 years old. I moved to Athens, GA from Cincinnati, OH about a year ago. I chose him via googling the Internet best chiropractors in Athens, GA. AND because he is also a physical therapist. I came to him primarily for neck stiffness that Ive had my whole life. Ive been to numerous types of doctors with little success. He took careful examination and x-rays to determine my individual treatment plan. After two months of extensive chiropractic treatment with Dr. Anthony, I am now doing prescribed exercises and using the Posture Pump Disc Hydrator at home, that relieves my neck stiffness and will help me for the rest of my life! I am not one to write reviews, but in this case I felt I had to let people know how much Dr. Anthony has helped me. I came to Dr. Anthony witha pinched nerve and neck pain that I had been having for a month and a half, My MD had sent me for X rays and an MRI. After a month of pain pills, and waiting for the results of my test my DR. calls and says you need to see a Surgeon. I was devastated, I am only 47 and I didnt want to even think about this. My Mom who has been seeing Dr. Anthony for years said to me I have been telling you for years to go see Dr Anthony, and I think now is the time to see him and get a second opinion. I called and made an appointment and WOW,I am so glad that I did, Dr Anthony and his Staff was so attentive to my needs, and so personable just as if they had known me forever.I was so happy that Dr Anthony told me thathe could help me and that I didnt need Surgery. I am so thankful that I went to Dr. Anthony, and I urge anyone who is struggling with neck, back or hip pain PLEASE go see Dr. Anthony, and let him evaluate your pain,he is honest, and he will let you know if he can help you.. If you want someone nice who listens n knows what they are doing go here. It is a father and his daughter both are wonderful. They take xrays of before and after so you can see the difference and tell you the cost up front. They dont deal with insurance but will give you the information if you need to submit it yourself.

I came to Athens in 1988 as an adjuster and heard of Dr. Anthony and sent some workers comp claimants to see him that had been out of work for a year or more and within two months, he had them all at back to work. My wife was then sent to him for migraines she had suffered from weekly for six years and within 8 visits, her migraines stopped and she hasnt had any since 1990.I began to experience low back pain about 8 years ago and a 150 mile trip became difficult but after treating with Dr. Anthony, my low back pain is gone and I can make a two day drive to Toronto with no pain whatsoever.I have referred my friends and my family to Dr. Anthony and I highly recommend his services.
The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time at a chiropractor office. Everyone there made it a pleasant experience.
I went to him for back pain and he did x-rays and started doing adjustments. After the first adjustment, I had a new problem--numbness below the waist that actually affected body function. I brought it up to Anthony and staff and was told not to be concerned--it was a temporary thing.Strangely, I noticed that every time I brought the numbness up, they acted like it was the first time they heard it and I figured out that they were not updating my records well.After ten sessions, I had a followup eval and Anthony pronounced me miraculously better. I brought up the numbness and he again acted surprised. He said he was bewildered because he had never heard of numbness like that. (That demonstrates his incompetence because any modest amount of research will show that numbness is both a common and serious symptom of disc problems.)After the next session, I had severe pain and left his clinic for good. I went to an orthopedic surgeon who got me an MRI that showed that the numbness came from a severely herniated disc that I believe happened in that very first adjustment.The surgeon told me that I addressed the numbness right way and immediate surgery would need to take place or it could become permanent. Got a second opinion from neurosurgeon who said the same thing.I believe he was cavalier with my health and could have jeopardized my longtime health. My surgery went well but time will tell about longterm damage. I consider this guy DANGEROUS. Stay far away!

I started seeing Dr. Puckett a year ago, when I first started treatment my body was in a state of stress and I was struggling with debilitating migraines and infertility. After a few adjustments my migraines became less and less and are now nonexistent. After weekly wellness care my nervous system now functions efficiently and I was able to conceive after four years of infertility. Now I continue care throughout pregnancy so that I remain comfortable and to keep my body in proper alignment so baby stays in optimal positioning.Dr. Puckett cares about every patient that comes through the door and is very knowledgeable to educate everyone about the benefits of chiropractic, even when you are feeling well. So thankful to have found this office and recommend to everyone!

If you are interested in a higher level of health, less pain in your body and less drugs, this is the place for you. I am a firm believer in life long care.If you have been in an accident, this office is for you. The doctor is highly qualified to treat motor vehicle accidents. I have seen many people come in with a great deal of pain and within weeks pain had resolved.If you are pregnant or a new mom this is the office for you! Dr. Puckett has been trained to help women and their babies in this special time in their life. Awesome to see new life in the office.This office makes care affordable with regular treatments. Regular adjustments help me to live better!I highly recommend this office, Doctor is a great adjuster and staff is very friendly and helpful.

2022-09-03I have only seen Dr. Puckett and staff three times and absolutely love her and the staff. They all are so caring and very knowledgeable. When I received a phone call at 8:30pm at night and it was Dr. Puckett, I knew I made the best choice of switching chiropractor. Her prices are reasonable whether you a cash paying patient or victim in a car accident with a lawyer. I will recommend you to try her and her staff out if you are ever in a situation that requires chiropractic service. Thanks for being caring and explaining the injuries caused.

2022-09-17I’ve worked for Dr. Puckett and have seen her care for every single patient that walks in through the doors. Her exams are thorough and report of findings are completely detailed.Being a staff member at her office I’ve had chiropractic care throughout both of my pregnancies and it helped me enjoy every part of the journey. Chiropractic care during my pregnancy helped prevent any discomfort and ease and shorten my labor. I’ve also had both of my babies come in for their weekly adjustments since birth to maintain wellness. They enjoy their adjustments 😊 Dr. Puckett is very gentle and explains everything along the way. No questions ever go unanswered!

I have been treated after a car accident and now continue with maintenance biweekly care.Dr. Puckett and her staff are amazing!✨ They always welcome you with a smile and do their absolute best to accommodate you into their schedule when you need an appointment asap.
