I love this gym! I have been going there for almost a year. It has a family or small town feel, the staff members are friendly and easy to approach. I really appreciate that the owner keeps the place sparkling clean too. If you dont know how to get started or need help working on your fitness goals, please go see Katie Klopp, she is an awesome personal trainer!
This is an excellent place to work out. It is clean, and not very crowded so I don’t have to wait very long to use the machines. The private restrooms are really clean and the privacy is something I haven’t found at other gyms. I have enjoyed my interactions with the staff, all of whom are knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can. Definitely recommend!
This is the best gym I have ever used. Always clean, well maintained and very relaxing. My kids enjoy getting me out for a workout. Great for families as well as the hardcore person who likes to train. Jeremy, the owner will do anything for you to see you have a great experience.
This is the best (and cleanest) gym I have ever belonged to! I never have to wait for equipment and their trainers are excellent. I have been working with Katie and she has had to work around my physical limitiations. I have serious back issues but she continues to give me great workouts without back pain. Lisa is a fantastic yoga instructor and I love her classes as well.
I have been a member for 18 months - Crabapple location is a great gym! Equipment is always clean and available. The staff is always professional and attentive. Its also great to have a large network available when I travel. The price is more than fair for what you get. Would recommend to anyone.

Fair membership price at a great location. The gym always stays clean, they have good variety of equipment, the dumbbells go up to 100lbs (quite good for an anytime fitness), and the gymgoers are pretty relaxed. No one stays on a piece of equipment for too long so there is never really a wait. The gym has all the basics you need for a good bodybuilding program plus a little more. The owner of the gym, Jeremy, Is also very nice and is responsive to feedback. 10/10 experience so far!
Clean, organized, well-appointed, and helpful. This gym has a combination of great technologically advanced equipment to keep you motivated, and low tech, old-school weight machines and free weights to get you pumped. Its always spotless, and the staff members are very helpful when you need some assistance. This Anytime Fitness is a real bargain, and Ive definitely enjoyed working out in this gym.
I love working out at Anytime Fitness Crabapple. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was just starting to work out again after many years and felt a bit lost and uncomfortable being in a gym again, but they made me feel right at home. The trainer was extremely patient and knew her stuff. The place is clean and welcoming and they make you feel like part of the family. I look forward to working out there and definitely recommend this gym!!
This gym is well laid out with updated equipment. It’s easy to design your own workout and have enough space and equipment to stick to a specific routine. It also offers monitors and fitness trackers to stay motivated and compete with other members. Specialized body fat monitoring equipment is available on site as well. The staff is welcoming and friendly. It’s easy to get help with the equipment or find a trainer to get some initial advice and/or sign up for training to get your fitness jump started. A variety of classes that are offered add a good variation to any routine - so check them out. All trainers and instructors are very knowledgeable, approachable and down to earth. It’s a great place to get and keep healthy this year and stop having the ‘Groundhog Day’ experience with your fitness goals each year!
Can’t recommend this gym highly enough ya’ll. Clean. Not too busy. Good variety of machines. Free weights are in good condition. Multiple squat racks. Staff is super kind and outgoing. Plenty of medball, TRX, and kettlebell options. And as of my return to the gym in May after quarantine, I see the owner routinely clean the floors, the machines, and all surfaces a human hand would touch. Been a member with the franchise for 5 years, been to multiple AF gyms across Georgia, and this by far is the best one you can go to. Wise investment in my opinion.

Ignore all reviews that are less than 5 stars for this Anytime Fitness Crabapple location. By far the cleanest, most organized, and well maintained gym around! The owner, Jeremy, is dedicated to the equipment remaining in perfect working condition. Convenient layout and a judgement free zone. Dont spend half of your workout waiting on equipment at other gyms!

I love this gym and all of the people associated with it. It is very clean and has an excellent selection of equipment. My personal trainer, Katie, is fantastic. She is able to develop a program that’s best for each individual. This gym is a very happy place.
I have been a member of Anytime Fitness for about four years and recently became a member of this location. It is maintained well, clean, and relatively convenient. The only reason I am cancelling is because the social environment. I am just not a fan of the condescending notes spread throughout the gym. Life is hard enough; leave that sort of drama outside. Replace the handles with our membership fee that is paid yearly and move on. I did call to cancel and the staff gave me the proper company to call to cancel; he did not care to ask why I am cancelling. I guess business is really good this year.
My boyfriend and I started coming here after the gyms were opened after COVID-19 lockdown was over. Jeremy, the owner, was incredibly kind and understanding about our temporary membership (we hold memberships elsewhere). Jeremy keeps his gym spotless and it is filled with sanitizing/disinfectant sprays as well as hand sanitizers. The bathrooms are immaculate and the machienes are all in perfect working order. I will always recommend this Anytime Fitness to anyone looking for a reasonably priced membership with great patrons and anyother gym Jeremy owns and operates.
This is the best gym…the entire facility is spotless and the equipment is constantly being sanitized …. Tina is the absolute best fitness coach….
If I could give this gym zero stars I would. The gym itself is fine, its clean, it has a equipment, its exactly what you would expect for a 24 hour facility. However, should this gym no longer fit your needs the membership is virtually impossible to cancel. Ive mailed in forms -- still got charged. Spoken with the owner -- got refunded and then charged the next month. Ive mailed back the key fob -- yep, still getting charged. Its been MONTHS and every time I think Ive finally cancelled the membership I get charged again.
Excellent gym with a super friendly staff. The equipment is great and this gym is super clean. Anna and Jeremy (owner) are easy to work with and very friendly to clients. Overall the best gym and staff in the area. The Hydro Massage bed is a great addition to this gym.
Not a member here anymore but This gym and it’s great staff is what got me into lifting, 10/10 recommend for anyone who needs a 24/7 place with all the basic equipment you would need.
Very clean gym. Nice owners. I enjoy working out here because they have good quality equipment and it is not always packed. There is normally only a few people in there so you dont have to wait on a bench or machine. Everything is always in good shape and no shortage of weights or dumbbells.
Fantastic Gym! It is bright, airy, super clean, and has all of the necessary equipment. The staff is very friendly and helpful.The bathrooms and showers are private, very modern and always clean.The Crabapple location is like a 2nd home for us. We love it here.
I have been a member Anytime fitness at the original Milton and this current location for 11 years. I think Jeremy and his team do a great job, the environment is very conducive for a good work out; the equipment readily available. The personal trainers, specifically trainer i use Tina McClaire are great to work with!!!,
This is by far the best anytime fitness I have ever walked in to. This place is ALWAYS tidy and organized and the staff are more like friends than employees. The owner at this gym is amazing, he is very polite and understanding, I recommend this particular anytime fitness to everybody.
Ive been an active member since 2017 - 3 to 4 times per week. I travel a lot for work and have been to many other Anytime Fitness locations in different parts of the country (multiple cities in Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Arkansas, South Carolina, Maryland ...etc). This is by far the cleanest and best maintained location Ive visited (Murphreesboro, TN is a close second). I have two sons (9 & 12) that love to work out with dad (best bonding experience Ive ever had). Jeremy and the staff are more than accommodating with my boys: showed them the safe and correct way to use the equipment (special thanks to Katie and Tina - outstanding PTs) Thank you for allowing my boys to work out with me: theyre developing a fitness lifestyle at an early age. Simply put, Anytime Fitness (Rucker Rd, Alpharetta) has/is:- great staff: friendly and knowledgeable, including Personal Trainers that get results.- very clean - showers, bathrooms, windows - everything immaculate- great equipment (everything youd need no matter what your goals), the equipment is well maintained (Ive never seen equipment not working) and theres enough that I rarely have to wait.- incredible Value: I get a better workout in a shorter amount of time than any gym Ive used in the past (that includes several of the large national chains that charged me much more) Many of the members Ive met say the same thing. Added bonus is the members Ive met are friendly, but theyre here to work out first and socialize second.Im glad my wife convinced me to try Anytime Fitness. Best decision Ive made in a while. Im healthier and close to being as fit as when I wrestled.
We are long time members of Anytime Fitness Crabapple location- we had to take a short break but we just came back- we wouldnt consider going anywhere else. The owners treat everyone special. It is super clean and a wonderful atmosphere to work out in. You are guaranteed to get a top notch personal and professional experience every time you go! We love it!!
Anytime Fitness Crabapple is my gym of choice for so many reasons. It is an intelligently managed, well equipped workout facility...a friendly, respectful environment for all levels of physical skill. What makes this gym so unique are the on-site owners and transformative trainers. I value my trainer Katie as an equal member with my medical providers on my personal health and wellness team. She is knowledgeable, caring, and always attentive...always challenging me to set and reach goals I would never have believed I could achieve! If you are looking for THE workout facility...here it is.
The place is clean, but is not a good value for your money. There are many better choices. The classes are VERY limited and only offered a few times a week and not during the day. Assistance with the machines is also limited so you better know what you are doing or you have to pay extra for a personal trainer.The automatic renewal and terms of the contract are also limited and suck you into a full 18months of payments and then YOU have to notify them that you want out or youll have to keep paying.I DO NOT RECOMMEND>
My husband had open heart surgery March of 2017. He has been working out at Anytime Fitness, Crabapple over a year, 3 times/week. Everyone working there are absolutely wonderful. They are professional, nice and very helpful. The location is excellent for both of us. I personally have been working with Katie Klopp (personal trainer). I cant describe how she has helped me. I have not worked out in over 20 years but she has given me direction and incentive. No other person has been able to help me or give me the necessary attention it has taken to get me interested in losing my long over due many pounds that I have to lose. I now look forward to working out there because Katie is so so nice , understanding and professional; and I feel this is a place for me for the first time in my life. It is perfect! I enjoy visiting Anytime Fitness because the staff is so wonderful. They are always there to help at anytime. This is a very clean place. Thank you Katie and the staff at Anytime Fitness, Crabapple!
Cleanest gym I have ever been a member of. Spotless. I’m kinda a neat freak so this is important to me.The owner, Jeremy, is so attentive. Will listen to anything you have an issue with and address it.Can’t say enough.
Not a newer anytime fitness but clearly it’s been well maintained. Feels like the owner cares about the cleanliness of the gym and keeps all the equipment in good shape. Great job!
As a long time fitness enthusiast, Ive developed a keen eye as to what makes a quality gym... And what big box gyms lack, this small gym has: well maintained and clean machines, an array of treadmills and ellipticals to choose from (Ive never had to wait to use one), and some wonderful extras such as a water pressure massage chair, private bathrooms, and a large tire out in the back for flipping when youre feeling extra adventurous.The staff is pleasant and the owner address his members by name. They obviously take pride in where they work, and you can tell the members are equally proud to be a part of it.Ill finish by saying Im quite picking about what I choose to endorse or recommend, but Ive had such a pleasant experience with the Crabapple Anytime Fitness location that Ive placed their flyers on my work bulletin board.
Jermey and his team run a great gym. Both the location in Alpharetta ( Publix shopping center, Rucker and the location on Holcomb bridge road ( east of 400) are clean and very well equipped. Though I haven’t used the trainers there I have interacted with them and they are very professional and knowledgeable. I travel a good bit and I have been able to workout at several anytimes across the nation.Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or are a seasoned pro this is a great gym for you.
Clean, bright, healthy atmosphere at an easy-to-access location. Someone is usually there but it is never crowded and the facilities are top notch.
It is important to me that I feel welcomed on my first visit to a business, as well as thereafter...When I went to Anytime Fitness Crabapple a year and a half ago, I was welcomed with open arms! And I am made to feel a part of by all who work at the facility every time I return...Jeremy is a FANTASTIC owner who serves his members well...He always has time for any concerns and makes sure he offers a Fitness Center that is clean and has updated equipment...He is a pleasure to know...Lisa, the yoga instructor (my MAGNIFICENT yoga instructor), not only makes all of her students happy to be in her class, she has a spiritual quality that is apparent in all she says and does...Katie, my AWESOME personal trainer, has been a Godsend to me...Did I mention Im 65?! She makes exercise something I want to do, as opposed to something I have to do...And there are many others who are special to me, Tina, being one of them...I love this Anytime Fitness and I think you will too...If you want to find a comfortable place to exercise and feel better, this is it!!!~ Deborah B.
I’ve been a member for several years and it has always been a clean, friendly and organized facility.Jeremy the owner is always there to say hello and ask how things are going and how can they improve.I’m so happy that that during this time of Covid-19 and uncertainty I feel comfortable working out there if nothing else for my sanity!!!
Friendly staff and always clean. Facility is on the small side, but never crowded and a wide variety of equipment is well-maintained, making workouts very efficient. Great flexible pricing options for students home on break!
It has the equipments most people need. The weight room is crowded by equipment. They have bright fluorescent bulbs everywhere which is nice. It lifts up your mood. There is only one bathroom and one shower for men and women each. Seems to be a place thatd cater really well to people seeking one on one training or group classes. I am not sure if they offer group classes.
Phenemonal trainers, updated/clean space, and overall best gym I ever signed up for. Engaging and personable owners makes this gym a 2nd home. I highly recommend this gym to anyone. Pro tip: New water massage therapy lounge chairs are a game changer!
I do not recommend this location. The owner/manager will sell you on something that is not in the contract. we called to cancel our membership only to find out we were locked into a 18 month contract instead of the 12 month thought we were in. We called the owner to see if he would help us get out and he just kept referring to the contract and not what he explained to my wife and I. Very unprofessional pretty much calling us liars.
The facility is extremely well taken care of and clean. The equipment is in great shape and the management is extremely responsive. A great place to work out.
This gym is not as large at the Holcomb Bridge location. However, it is still a very nice gym. It has everything I need in my workouts and has a great culture.
Dont use this gym, they have deceitful membership practices. They intentionally made cancellation cumbersome, to hopefully get an extra month or two of payment after you no longer need the facilities.I tried calling the gym several times to cancel my membership, left a message, never got a call back. I also took the time off of work to go in-person during business hours to cancel, but they wouldnt do it; instead, they said I had to call this company ABC financial to do so. When I called abc Financial, they said that I needed to mail in (yes, physical mail) a written request to cancel, with 30 day advanced notice. Does anyone even have stamps anymore? Obviously, there is a computer system, it makes no difference to the person pressing the cancel button on my account whether the request comes by phone, email, or certified letter. This is clearly a practice done to make cancellation more difficult and time consuming. By the time my letter reaches ABC Financial and gets processed, I will be charged twice, once for my payment in the next two days, and then again for the payment that is 30 days from then; this is no doubt their intention. Heck, I may even fall on another one of those club improvement fees that havent improved any of the facilities I use over the last 2.5 years.Another tactic they use on us: Playing awful music (maybe not awful to everyone, but certainly awful to most anyone that is trying to have a serious workout) and play it so loud at night, that you either hear it through your noise cancelling headphones, or go deaf blasting your own music. Then, they give you the LUXURY of being able to pay more to make it stop, through the app.As consumers, we cannot continue to let business like Anytime Fitness take advantage of us. Speak with your wallet and keep your money. Their facilities offer nothing over less expensive places like planet fitness, so maybe try that. At least planet fitness prices make up for their hidden fees and despicable practices.
Prior to leaving this review, I addressed my issue with CarolAnn Fitzpatrick (co-owner) over 2 months ago. This gym is owned by Jeremy and CarolAnn Fitzpatrick. We were members for over a year. Everything was fine until personal trainer Susannah had a baby and decided to bring her infant (now toddler) child to the gym with her while she works with clients. This child is a normal child, screaming at the top of his lungs while I am trying to do Yoga. I reviewed my contract and it clearly states, Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the CLUB. We sent CarolAnn and Jeremy Fitzpatrick an email the first time this incident happened and the response was, we have spoken to Susannah previously regarding having her baby at her Training sessions…we have told her that she may need to cancel her PT classes if there is continuous crying or some other disorder in the gym. Over 2 months after my initial email, the rules continue to be broken by personal trainer, Susannah. If you like screaming kids, please by all means join this gym. If you are looking for a gym full of adults, go elsewhere.

This is a great anytime fitness location. It’s always Clean, great equipment and great staff… I highly recommend this gym over others in the area
I made an appointment with Jaime on Friday for the next morning at 10am.I waited outside the location until an instructor came to greet me at 10:25.She explained that she tried to reach Jaime and was unable to reach Jaime.She gave me the 7 day pass.Three days went by and I answered an email from the headquarters asking if I had any questions. I replied and Jaime phoned and left an apology(now three days after the fact) in a voicemail.I enjoyed the facility, however Jaimes lack of professionalism and lack of respect for a future member has clouded this experience.

2022-01-06My Anytime Fitness home recently closed. While searching for a new AF home, I contacted a few Anytime Fitness locations to get a feel for the staff and facilities. I contacted this location and spoke with Jeremy. Even though the location of their Anytime Fitness was too far from my home, he assisted me in finding a new AF home that was suitable for my fitness needs. He went above and beyond basic customer service. Thanks Jeremy, I appreciated your time and assistance. 💪🏾

2021-12-22This is the best Anytime Fitness location Ive been to by far. Very clean, lots of space/equipment and the staff and owner are super friendly! If youre looking for a great location to go to definitely go here. I now frequent with both this location and the owners other location on off Holcomb Bridge in Johns Creek. Im very sad Ill be moving in a few months further north and wont be able to come to this gym anymore.

2020-01-17My entire family has been members at this gym for many years. This is the cleanest gym i’ve ever been to. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you are getting. The gym tends to be very quiet and you can get almost always get the equipment you are wanting to use. The teachers for all the classes are fantastic and so are the trainers. But the best part of the gym is the owner, he is so friendly and keeps the gym spotless... so spotless he even vacuums the ceilings.

2021-04-29Recently moved, so needed a new gym. Took a look at Anytime (Crabapple) and was SUPER impressed. First thing I noticed was how clean it was. Didnt smell like a gym! I think every time Im in during the day, Jeremy is cleaning something. And the equipment is clean, very nice, lots to chose from, and I never have to wait. Love this place!

2019-11-12I have been going here for 4+ years. This is a very solid gym! It is very well taken care of and Clean! Plenty of equipment to work on whatever you would like from weight training and cardio as well as a nice boxing section in the back. There is also a really large back room for more private sessions if you do yoga or just stretching. They also offer a multitude of classes from a well rounded friendly staff. Jeremy is a great gym owner who is there for you with whatever you could need. Very respectable gym!

2021-04-30I love this location! They facility is clean. I was there on a Sunday when the manager is off and she came in to refill the cleaning spray bottles and paper towels. The members are great too. We all work together to clean the equipment we use for the next person. Thank you all for making a welcoming atmosphere!
