Needed camera with Lens for a few days. VERY easy to select online what model you want, the rental price. Easy online checkout. Show up at office walk out in few minutes. Same on return. Would rent from them again.
5.0 | aperturent is my go-to for rentals in ATL. in many ways, they take the guesswork and confusion out of equipment renting. they even have multiple locations, and have such a great response time, that I was able to solve a rental issue across D.C. and ATL [DTX is the other city I believe], with such ease because of their savvy professional text system. they are a breeze to rent from and I use them multiple times a month. after a certain amount of rentals, there are also frequent rental perks that can save you up to 15% on your rental. they are great, and have been successful this long for a reason. it’s the first place i’d recommend folks looking for standard camera gear and shoot equipment to look.

The staff is great at this location always help but. A small problem I had first time the lens had spots inside showed up clearly on every RAW image I took I changed lenses to mine and there were no spots it actually had multiple spots, I have informed them to look and they are kind enough to look into the lens. Thank you things happen I understand.

The customer service is unmatched, and the approval process was pretty easy. They have always had everything I’ve needed for whatever project I have going on. I love this place!!! They have a lousy tone-deaf greedy 3-day rental policy. I had the camera for only 2.5 hours (returning it immediately) and they were completely unwilling to split the bill. 3 days of rental charges for a few hours of use. They also charge for using a camera bag which is absurd. The guy was chill but the policies are very production un-friendly. I do not recommend if you are a serious producer.

I love Aperturent! I love how close they are to the Metro Atlanta area and how convenient it is to rent gear. The only reason Im not giving the a 5 star review is because I have had a few issues in the past with the condition of the gear that Ive rented. Id also like to see more variety in the lighting category for rentals. Theres not a lot to choose from and a lot of the gear are older models.

I absolutely love this amazing place. And Im not just saying that for just to be getting in on their good side. I remember when I started out as a wedding photographer with a Canon t5i and my 18 to 55 mm kit lens, I quickly realized after the first wedding that that was not going to cut it LOL. When I research how much full frame cameras with the accompanying lenses cost, my mouth completely dropped. I truly dont remember who told me about Aperturerent but it was the biggest blessing of my life. I have now been consistently renting from them for years and the customer service have never faltered. I cant rave enough about this place! This was my first time renting camera gear, and I was a little intimidated by the thought. Aperturents website made the process incredibly clear and easy! The best part is that it is right outside the Farragut North metro, so it made picking up the lens insanely easy for me. Their office was impressive, and the staff as friendly as you could wish! The gear was in great working order, and they even go over everything with you to make sure you are getting a quality product. Due to the snow, the event I was going to shoot got rescheduled, so I needed to extend my rental. The friendly staff worked with me to extend my rental, and made sure I was happy as can be! A++ Cant wait to go back!

Do yourself a favor and look nowhere else for your photography rental needs. From lenses to cameras, its super quick and easy to place an order and then you simply go pick it up or have it delivered. Delivery is a little pricey but pickup is a breeze if youre in the area. Staff is great if you have any questions.

Ive been using them for a couple of years and Im still looking to find a catch! Ive rented equipment before and there was always an aha moment where I found out why the service was too good to be true. It would either be in quality, or customer service, or hidden fees/hiked charges/outrageous deposits or just way out of budget. But I havent had to worry about any of this with Aperturent! I could gush about their range of equipment and competitive prices all day; not only that, but theyre constantly running awesome specials and offering extended rental periods. On top of that, their equipment is well maintained and Ive never had any issue. Then, their customer service is top notch! Ive talked to people via email, via website chat and in their Atlanta office and every single person treats me like Im their only customer. Do yourself a favor and use them. They rock my socks and theyll probably rock yours too lol
Recently I had a client reschedule and I was kind of sad not to be able to use the lens but the Aperture crew reassured me that i can bring it back same day to received the credit for the next shoot date. That put that battery in my back with excitement that i wasnt losing on using the lens to make my projects look amazing. If your looking to rent you have come to the right place! They have the great customer service! I rent from them during my busy season and I rented a lens couple weeks ago that was not working. I wasn’t able to use at my sessions that weekend however I let them know and they refunded me the full amount. They also offered to help me with it as well. I highly recommend this place!
This company makes renting equipment Almost effortless. From the moment you go to their webpage and start exploring what you need from them, to the moment you have questions and reach out to the company rather email or chat. I chose to contact the company via Chat! Olivia, made my experience feel completely nonjudgemental and educational. She made sure I was clear about any piece of equipment I may need and chose to educate me on the items to make sure I was aware on how to properly utilize them. She corrected my order for me that was due for pickup the SAME day I spoke with her. It is experience like i had with Olivia that allow customers to confidently choose to stick with that specific company for any future needs. I have rented before from Aperturent. And even picking up and dropping off took no more effort than getting out of my car and finding the suit they were in. The equipment comes packages perfectly and professionally. I rented a camera to evaluate as a possible future purchase. The online rental process is simple. BUT the verification process requiring an ID, Utilities Bill, and 2nd form of ID is a bit much. Its not user friendly process considering it requires less to rent a car. But overall I do think its a good service to offer and it was very fast when I arrived for pickup.

I absolutely LOVE this place! They have everything you can think of to rent and at great prices! The staff, especially MIKE (Michael), though no longer at the Atlanta location, is simply AMZAING!! At the last moment before a trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon I realized I wanted to rent a Go Pro. Found Aperturent was near by and I had an order in and filled in 45 minutes. Picked it up an hour later and I was off. Got some awesome videos and posted on YouTube. Brought the camera back and before I got on the elevator to leave I had a confirmation message that my rental was complete.Theyve got a good beat and they are easy to dance to. I give them a 99. (you have to be a child of the 60s to know what that means.) :-)

Before making an investment in a new camera, I went in to Aperturent in S.S. to get assistance for rental of a camera and lenses for an upcoming photo workshop. Its been 7 years since I took pics so I needed help and direction. Julie was on it. I told her features that I thought I liked and didnt like and without delay she showed me the perfect equipment to suit my needs. I cannot wait to pick up my items next week. Great place to rent any camera equipment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The renting process is super easy and stress-free. Be sure you rent online before picking up. I didnt know that ahead of time, but that have computers in the lobby that allowed me to register to rent. And it took maybe 15 mins to process my request. Super quick and easy!Note: office is located on the 3rd floor. You will need to take an elevator.

I have been renting with aperturent for years now since I developed my love for photography. They are always helpful and every rental I’ve had has worked phenomenally.
My last rental was delayed because of the hurricane in FL even though my location was not effected. FedEx did a Statewide shutdown that prevented me from getting the long lens I needed for a business trip. Always the best service and products. Julie and the others at Aperturent were on top of things and sent another lens to my flight destination that arrived in time for the job, even working late on Friday evening and Saturday morning to make it happen! No extra charges, just amazing customer service!!!

2022-06-07Austin was excellent. Im a first time customer, but this single interaction has left me smiling and Ill definitely be returning. I needed a bigger zoom lens for my Nikon, and originally I was just going to buy one, but no one carries nice big lenses in store now-a-days. I googled camera rentals and found Aperturent. After speaking with Austin I was already impressed with the customer service, and thankful that they existed. You guys made my trip something I could document and remember. Ill highly recommend them to anyone in need of camera gear on a temporary basis, or for anyone that wants to try out a different lens or camera for a shoot. You guys rock!

2022-02-04Been using Aperturent for over 10 years without any issues. They have consistantly delivered what they promised, when they promised it. I have recently relocated well away from their original Atlanta location, and they have continued to excel with their customer service. My only regret is that they dont keep a Nikkor 600 MM in stock.

2022-08-01Can’t recommend enough. I had an issue with my own lenses autofocusing loudly and they were very knowledgeable and provided lots of help on ones I could rent until I was able to purchase replacements.Big time life savers. I fully recommend Aperturent
