I just wanted to few minutes to talk about my experience with Rodney and his crew. I live in Memphis Tennessee and was there for a Friends birthday, talk about southern hospitality , Rodney and his staff were great. The food was exceptional we had the chicken and shrimp which was hot and seasoned very well. I have family and friends that live in Atlanta as well as Sandy Springs. I most certainly encourage them pay you all a visit. Thanks again Rodney for your warm southern hospitality. This is the best service that I have had in a very long time. Thank you Applebees Cascade, way to go!👍
I came here on a Saturday afternoon. Our food came out pretty quickly, but once I got my food, my condiments (ordered with the food)came out in stages and which delayed eating. I ordered two drinks (neither came frozen), the second one took a seriously long time. Once I got it, this was not the same drink I ordered the first time. It tasted like straight syrup and I did not like it. The manager came out to speak to me and because he made the drink, proceeded to defend it and proceeded to tell me that I drank half (mind you it wasn’t completely full). He literally told me that ppl usually take one sip and don’t want it. He then accused me Of wanting something for nothing. Mind you I ordered food and two other drinks. My waiter spent the entire time forgetting simple requests and at the time of this review,I’m still waiting for a ticket....
I come here way too often too get such poor service. Today is Tuesday it’s not even busy at all and my entire order for me and my four children was completely wrong… The waiter Joseph rang in things I didn’t order, and didn’t ring in things I did order…. The manager listened to my complaint but it wasn’t sincere at all. They always say “they understand “ how could you when your not the one spending money to get poor service!? I work at Fridays and I’m very big on customer service and the presentation of my bourbon chicken and shrimp didn’t come wit the sizzle on the skillet in which it was ordered smh
This place really deserves a 0.00 fro it’s service and food I take that back it wasn’t the waitress fault. I went to this place despite the bad reviews it was a Friday around 7 pm the lil girl at the desk as soon as we opened the door hollows out it’s a hour wait and walks away then come back 5 minutes and ask y’all gone wait that long yes we are we here aren’t we and everyone that came she did the same thing a lot of people left the place wasn’t half way full but they only had three servers I understood that but they was only doing two tables each at a time and it seemed like those people was regulars after we was seated our waitress was new and she was really trying to do well but the kitchen was not cooperating there was at least three cooks it was eight of us the waitress had the orders correctly but the came out one at a time like 7-8 minutes apart and cold looked like they was taking food off another plate trying to make up a plate taste was mediocre. I think the Applebees management should visit more read the reviews and fix thing not a bad place just lacking leadership and yes I may return not soon but I’ll be back
Horrible management! If a customer is informing you about being disappointed with an item. It is your JOB to understand the customer and try to make it right. NOT tell the customer you have to pay for it anyway. Nobody is asking for anything free or need anything free. Informing management about an issue do not require the very untrained statement I received tonight. Being from a different region of this country and receiving this unprofessional service is very disappointing.
Horrible food and horrible service. Our waitress was no where to be found for a while then when she did come around she was acting lost. I ordered an appetizer and got it after my food. My steak was not properly cooked either. Just a complete mess. 0/10 don’t recommend. Better off eating rocks.
Server was very sweet, found a metal object on my8oz steak, broccoli was not fresh and mushy,Kids ate for 1.99 on tuesdays but that promo was in very fine print. I had to ask the server if she honored the promotion and she didn’t even know about it. Meh food for and upcharged price, do better.
I will never come back there again. I ordered me something and my kids my kids food came first i never got my food someone who came in after me line almost 3” min after got they food before mine. I just paid for my kids food and left cause how you forget my food i was there from 3:50 i left at 5pm i will never go there ever again i wish i could give them a negative star 🤬🤬
Every time I come and get spinach artichoke dip from this location it’s ALWAYS I REPEAT ALWAYS never full to the top. The WORST location as far as preparing the food to look and taste delicious. Cooks and Management definitely need to do better especially when customers are constantly spending money and it’s the same result with the food SLOPPINESS i.e hard vegetables (not cooked thoroughly ), dry noodles (even w/Alfredo sauce, chicken/shrimp dry sometimes overcooked etc.. DO BETTER!!
I visited this Applebees a while ago and I went back thinking that service would be a little better. The worst service ever. Always short on staff and not to mention the food is horrible. I ask the waitress Mary for some cooked fries because they bought me half cooked fries. I never received them at all. She tells me the manager took off $4 for the h as le cooked fries. But yet and still I was charged. This restaurant doesnt even deserve a score of 1.😡😡 August 13, 2020 A year later.. Shame on me for always thinking that this Applebees on Cascade would somehow get better. I placed an order for delivery and when I received my food it was soggy and cold. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was not cooked fully. Drinks and ice cream were not in my order. I called the restaurant they left me on hold for 25 minutes, I had to hang up and call back. Manager by the name of Lee comes to the phone, I explained to him about my order. Lee tells me it was the delivery drivers fault and he continued to try and fault delivery. Delivery isnt the reason for half cooked chicken and fries. He tried to offer me with a replacement chicken sandwich but he couldnt refund me for missing items or a mishap on un uncooked food. This guy is an complete unprofessional dumb @#$hole. This establishment truly needs new management and cooks.😡😡😡
My cousin came to visit me from Augusta so we stopped by while in the area. Our waitress, Jah was phenomenal! We didnt have to look for her or ask for her and she always checked in on us. She was so polite and just had great energy. I also have to clap it up to the kitchen staff who served tasty and well seasoned dishes. My cousin had the Bourbon Street Chicken and I had the Broccoli Chicken Alfredo add shrimp. It tasted like the people cooking really loved what they do. The DJ was playing some great music with high vibes and it turned into a whole mood. I just want to point out that even in the middle of a pandemic it was nice to be able to safely dine-in and enjoy some good Sunday brunch. Thank you to the Staff for a great experience today. We will definitely be back👏🏿👏🏿💛 Im so sad to say I forgot to take a picture of our food.
This place is always like a box of chocolates... you never know what youre going to get adventure 🙃😶 went in for a meeting so decided to grab lunch. The server was excellent! 🤗 Therefore this doesnt reflect her personally. Upon recommendation for French onion soup I asked several questions as I didnt really want broth soup but she said that theirs was actually thicker because it had a slice of bread and cheese melted on top. I asked more questions to see was it a baguette type or hard bread as I didnt want a soggy piece due to the broth nature of French onion soup. She said no its a hard like bread and several of her patrons and herself had it and were well pleased. So I went with that. It was flavorful after a few bites like a onion broth soaked grilled cheese, but upon first bite I was not happy BC of the texture, yet I said I would try it more and give it a chance. Server even offered to change it but I said Id continue my quest to try something new. In all I felt like I ate a bowl of seasoned slugs. 😖 I decided to reward myself with a brownie bite a la mode... It tasted like a sweet play dough ball with ice cream. No chocolate flavor whatsoever.The hot tea was excellent! 😋☕
This Applebees in Particula was all in all great. The food was delicious and the service was very good. The person that served the table got the order down perfectly to every little detail, all while not writing a single word. Only thing I would critique was a little bit of the cleanliness on the floors, but its not something super bad. Bathrooms were alright, stocked with bathroom essentials. Although could use a bit more cleaning. But it was good. Overall I would return to eat again for sure.
10-21-18 - Mother wanted to go here for her birthday. More people than normal she said. Had to wait for the greeter who after a little while seated us in a booth on the right side. Tight squeeze, but we stayed there and adjusted. Princess our server was busy, but came over and took care of us. She was the highlight of the visit. She took our drink order, and was very courteous to my mother. My mother had a sirloin steak, mashed potatoes, and green bean. I had the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp with home style potatoes. Princess pointed out they were both on the 2 for $25 menu, so we added the Spinach and Artichoke dip for an appetizer. It took some time for the appetizer, and the chips were hard. Princess apologized and brought us some more. Our food came, and my mothers beans werent seasoned, and she was ok with the steak, but ended up taking it to go. My Chicken and Shrimp were good and hot, and the sauteed onions helped. I asked her to bring me some terioki wing sauce to help with the potatoes which werent seasoned. Princess brought out brownie bite and ice cream for my mom, which I ended up eating. The restaurant was clean, and the patrons were in and out on a regular basis. Hats off to Princess for her great sevice.
I like this Applebees. Years ago I used to be scared due to the neighborhood. It seems as if Cascade Rd is doing better. Urban Applebees so good music and more people that look like me both customers and and employees. Drinks are good and customer service is good too. I always say treat ppl like how you want to be treated and you should be fine , also I used to be a waitress in my college days so I understand stress that they go with so I try to make it easier on them . When you are nice to waitress and waiters and bartenders they usually help you out as well . No problem here I like going here on date night especially when me and husband leave from Six Flags and we dont wanna pay for Johnny Rockets because Six flags food is expensive. Cascade is about a 10 min drive from Six Flags and we have no problem going there once we hungry.
I ordered the hand battered fish and chips from Applebees on Cascade. I am appalled that they sent my food overcooked (almost burnt) and only a spoonful of slaw and almost cold fries and no tartar for the fish.Applebees does not care about their reputation because they would make sure food is prepared properly. I can tell by my order they dont care. I wont order from this restaurant again via Uber Eats.So disappointed.
Did carside order. They never attempted to come to car and bring food or give update. Had to send my son in to get food and it still took almost 30 min after they said food would be ready. Order placed at 838pm; did not get food until almost 930. Did 2 for $20. My bourbon chicken was dry and had burned, not chargrilled, pieces. The potatoes were overcooked not crispy. The shrimp, onions, and mushrooms were tasty.
A 20 minute call in order took 57 minutes on Saturday March 19th!My wife and I both got sick from the chicken Taco appetizers. Her ribs were severe overcooked and certainly did not taste fresh at all. My ribeye was disgusting. Worse steak I have every attempted to eat. Trashed it after 2 bites. The broccoli was cold as well as the mashed potatoes.My last time patronizing Applebees!
I initially was supposed to meet with someone but they couldnt make it. So I ended up dining alone. The only things I could order was an appetizer and drink after waiting for a hour. The waitress never came to take my entree order. I sat for another 30 minutes before I just decided to ask the manager and hostess for my check. I still tipped but it was not deserved. I will not return to this location.
I ordered online curbside, the wait time was only about 3-5 minutes after I pulled up. The problem is my boyfriends 8 oz steak looked more like 6 oz. also he ordered medium but was given a DRY WELL DONE steak. My chicken in the picture was dry and over cooked as well. I will NEVER give this place another chance. I’ll stick to the Marietta location.
After being seated, it took 45 minutes for my friends cocktail to make it to our table! We placed our order from the 2 for 30 menu. While waiting the server kept coming back telling us why that cocktail (which was their special that day) hadnt made it. The drink finally came, then the server shifted to giving excuses for why our food wasnt out yet. She came to our table twice telling us the food was coming up now only to keep us waiting foodless. We asked to see the Manager about an hour and a half into the experience. He declined to come out she said he was working in the kitchen. We left having to find something else to eat.
The greeter and server were very kind and courteous. I have not had good experiences with many Applebees in the past. I felt like my experience at this location should be voiced. The greeter went above and beyond to seat us quickly and in the location we requested. This was very appreciated because we arrived extremely hungry. The server was attentive and friendly. The music was very tasteful and mellow. The atmosphere felt very relaxed.
I ordered with them through postmates and if i could give them a ZERO i would. i payed almost $30 for salmon and mashed potatoes and they only gave me salmon and a sprite. ON TOP OF THAT!!!!!!!, my salmon was cold ash. i do NOT recommend this location. i’m still waiting to see if i can get a refund or not.
Came with hubby for lunch/dinner Myles was our sever he was amazing plus he recommended the Mac&cheese instead of potatoes it was so good he gets 10 thumbs up plus I I put my hubby on chicken wonton taco he enjoyed those as well the music is what I like old school has a wonderful time
If I could give a black hole I would. Stars..ha! Negative stars, they wish. The customer service was terrible. The restaurant dirty. The floor was sticky. Staff argumentative and nonchalant. Non helpful. I came to your job where YOU work to engage in a exchange of goods AND services. What’s with the attitude before a person says hi. It’s shameful. I canceled my order so I don’t know if the food was good or not.
Horrible Horrible SERVICE!!! It took 15 minutes for me to pick up food, and just about every server was avoiding the pick up area! I wish I never even tipped, what’s the point of tipping when the food isn’t delivered efficiently. Never getting my coins again. And the food as cold to top it off.
One thing I dislike is when my orders not right. I emphasized no mushrooms on a so called bourbon steak, no bourbon, loaded with mushrooms. Whenever I order out I usually call to verify they actually read my orders correctly and the carry out server was cool and confirmed that there were no mushrooms.. So needless to say 60 something dollars later I had to buy from another restaurant and no allergic reactions.
Horrible experience just for take out people standing cramped in the far right corner of the restaurant no menus available it took forever just to get a menu nothing seem to be organized. Customer was getting rowdy towards staff which made things very uncomfortable for everyone there! They only thing my lady and I were impressed with was the lady bartender. The drinks she was making looked amazing we decided the next time we go it will be to try a few of those drinks! The food was not a disappointment we enjoyed are food so hopefully the next time will be good.
Black lady with blond nd pink dreads I think 🤔 Krystal she was chatting with us and all her tables but she recall exactly what we said so when we left she had our stuff packed up ready to go ...she took really good care of us during a super busy time my husband (a Lady) LGBT friendly was really impressed with her normally she say dont leave a review so I wait til Im alone to leave them but she said make sure you leave a review about the waitress beautiful soul she needs to get paid better its ladies like her that make you go the same restaurant til they leave there we from out of town and we drove thru we will be back
The bartender was amazing. He set the whole vibe in the restaurant. Definitely will return. Only thing I tried to speak to the manager and tell him how great his employees are. But it honestly seems like he didnt care. Learn to appreciate the people that work for you. They are the reason we return.
I am revising my previous review from four stars to one star. Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star to leave a rating. The service is extremely slow. Generally, the host/hostess is not available. When someone does finally appear there is a wait while a table is cleaned. On our most recent visit there was a 15 minute wait before the server acknowledged our presence. My advice is to order your beverages, appetizers, and entrée when a server finally appears. You will probably save 30 minutes.
Food so bland you will think its processed. I always hope service in our areas will get better but this is a location I will not patronize any further. Any pasta, every time, you need extra sauce (be sure to check or you probably will not get it) just to cope pasta fully. The chicken/shrimp options always taste overcooked and dry (impressive for shrimp)and bread stale or hard. This is all packaged well together with lack luster service (when the finally acknowledged you), a chaotic atmosphere, and attitudes ranging from nasty to ugly with your service. I think the rating is dead on..
Sent my steak back as it was overcooked. Server was very concerned ...she brought manager over. Manager was equally concerned and agreed the steak was overcooked. He offered to remake it himself. Once it came out, he stood there as I cut into it to ensure it was NOT well-done/overcooked. It was PERFECT!! Many thx to the server and manager. #cascade
Horrible service they never brought desert out to table after 30 min & already paid the bill. I had to go ask for it at the bar, waited still no dessert. Left writing cooperate such a shame that we went there for the Oreo Shake because its back and left without one. I have been contacted by the regional manager and I will not hold this against all Applebees. This one really needs to care more about ALL their customers.
I’ve been to many Applebee’s originally in ny however I Had a taste for it tonight to my surprise KRYSTAL whom was @ takeout really really impressed me her knowledge of multitasking and still giving CUSTOMER SERVICE was Impeccable !!! Out of all the yrs I’ve never received service like that from Apple bees I’m also going to compliment my choice from the menu which was delicious as well KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CASCADE!!!
My family waited 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated we waited another 15 minutes and NEVER saw a server. When we inquired with the hostess he said he did not know when one would be over. Please note the hostess did not even offer to take our drink order. We waited another 5 minutes before asking to speak to a manager. The manager (a larger African American bald head man) came over and was extremely rude. He states with an attitude, “Well I only have two servers. If y’all don’t want to wait you don’t have to because I’m not pulling him just to take your drink orders.” Needless to say we left as he was telling the hostess not to seat anyone else. This is the ONLY location that there are always issues when attempting to visit.
Im tired of striving with this location. The food is ALMOST right, but they manage to screw up something every time! Huge burgers, no mayo, no sauce, lettuce and tomato scraps. Fish and chips with no tartar sauce, not even a cup or packet. Missing drinks you need to call them back to fix. This is take out and curbside.Its like they think its not inside dining, so they can get away with low quality plating. Three times this has happened and now Im not spending there anymore. Ridiculous, evidently someone could care less what garbage they feed people.
Placed an online order for delivery. I requested for my steak to be cooked medium well, but when it arrived it was medium rare. The next day I made a trip to the store to speak with the manager. He was very polite and courteous and made sure my order was done correctly. What a great experience!!! The order was corrected with no problem.
The ridiculousness of the entire store!! No 9ne seems to know whos responsible for mishaps! The Togo person is definitely not a SPECIALIST. The complacency of these employees is unsettling. You arent doing anyone any service by taking there money!! This is Atlanta literally there were hundreds of places to eat right now despite Covid! But its always US that treat each other badly. Never everrrrrrr coming here again not even for drinks!!
Place was dirty with receipts all over the floor and trash. All the workers continued to walk past the trash and they were arguing, cursing and having conversations in the kitchen that customers could hear. It was a very unprofessional environment. Food took 30 minutes to arrive after placing the order. And I found a bug in my Oriental Salad.
I had a terrible experience at this location on Sunday night, May 23, 2021. My husband and I walked into the restaurant at about 930p and noticed a group of unhappy looking people waiting to be seated in a restaurant that looked pretty empty. The host came over minutes later and signed us in for the wait list, she didnt greet and seemed irritated with her job. She told us verbally the wait time would be 30 min, on the real time waitlist portal it said the same thing, but our place in line was not moving, even after 30 minutes. We noticed the restaurant still looked pretty empty inside, and a lot of customers were giving up on waiting and going home. We ended up leaving after 45 min, because they told us they close at 1130p and it was no longer realistic to be seated and served timely and with a good experience. We started heading home and kept the wait list running, it wasnt until 10:50p almost 90 minutes later that they sent us the text that our table was ready and would have actually seated us. Thats ridiculous, for such an empty looking restaurant. I truly feel the staff purposely delayed updating the waitlist so that they would not have to deal with late diners at the end of their shift. Not fair at all!
My family and I had decided to stop for lunch before our long drive but was told there would be a 35 minute wait. Normally thats expected if you go at night time on the weekends. They had been open for about 20 minutes and only had like 2 or 3 tables. There was 1 table that needed to be sat. I am understanding the wait time at all. We left.
Service was great our waitress jasmine was great on Saturday food came out hot my sister steak was cooked perfectly!!! The bartender was making them drinks😋😋😋. I spoke with the manager about my waitress service also and the guy them buss the tables was on it wiped the tables and cleaned the floor after🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾 THE GUY CLEARANCE IS A GOOD WAITER FAST SERVICE SUGGESTED SALE !!!!
Ordered the Grilled Chicken Wonton Tacos requested slaw on the side rec’d it no slaw ordered tortilla soup cold a house salad(salad was fine) Tex-Mex Shrimp Bowl ingredients were missing tasted like a lime and was really bitter. My order was a curbside order w/a pickup time of 7:25pm. I notified the restaurant that I was there no one came out so abt 8:00pm I decided to go in to see why it was taking so long to receive my order I saw the manager called him over advised him that I had been waiting on my order since 7:25pm he made light of the situation and walked away. They took my food as a remake and needless to say I didn’t leave there until 9:13pm. I was highly disappointed. The hostess advised me that the manager was supposed to tell me they were out of guacamole and Tortilla Soup but he never came. When I got my food the second time my order was still incorrect. The manager avoided me no I apologize nothing he just walked away. I advised him I’ve been waiting on my order for two hours. After I rec’d my food I checked it and it was still wrong. With COVID-19 ppl don’t have extra money for eating out and purchasing meals outside of the home.
They are social distancing so the wait is kinda long, the food was great, table was cleaned well and staff were polite. My only issue was the bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean and disinfect the changing table myself before I changed my 6 month old because it had dirt and hair all over it.
Went for my son bday and lets just say we didnt even tell them it was his bday. The server was lost the food came sooo late and they were empty. Aside from that we asked for strawberry smoothie to not add banana and they did either way. My daugther food came after everyone was done. We are atill waiting for the glass of water and fries.When we asked the server she goes am not sure whats going on #stayaway
This Applebee’s was absolutely the best chain my family and I have been to in a very long time. Everybody was happy dancing in the bar area and we’ve never experience that before at any chain. We only had one issue and management took care of it before we complained. Shout to the management team...we will visit again
We got there at around 9:00pm; came there for our daughter’s birthday with a party of 5. When we went to sit down notice that there was milky liquid under the booth table, and that the table had not been wiped down. We asked the waitress, if whatever was under the table could be wiped up, we were told no, because of fall hazard, which we thought was crazy. The young man that seated us had to wipe the table, after we complained. The waitress was rude. Our daughter’s food was cold, we got no refills on drinks. My husband spoke with 2 managers about the poor service, and cold food. Both managers were not that pleasant as well, my husband had to request that we be comped the meal. The last manager charged us half our meal price, which we believe we should of not had to pay for any of it, because of poor service from the start. This Apple Bee’s is the worse. We will never go back there.
After waiting 12 minutes for a waiter to come to the table to take my order I was informed they don’t have the monthly drink special.. Very disappointing! But the two staff members I have encountered are not inviting at ALL! I was simply visiting from out of state but I definitely would not return to this location... This was my first time experiencing this kind of service from Applebee’s...
Went here for takeout. Ordered the bowls and chicken with shrimp plus dessert. Checked my bags first (thank God I did because my sons meal was missing and we dont exactly live around the corner). Once I got that situated we left and went home. Food was good. Dessert was dry (wont be making THAT mistake again). Sweet tea was alright. My favorite bowl was the homestyle bowl, followed by the shrimp bowl. Didnt really care for the rice, too spicy.
We are very upset about this place. We were put down on the list for a party of 6. We were told the wait was 30 minutes. We decided to wait. We went inside to tell the host that one person was not gonna be joining. The host told us that we would be out at the bottom of the list all over again and another 30 minute wait. That is very unprofessional. Very bad customer service. I’m sorry but never coming here again
If there was a possible zero.. This place would get it. The food I received wasnt the food i ordered.. I waited with several other angry customers from waiting... Roneisha was the ONLY enjoyable part of my experience. She came in the door to start her shift and was immediately on point. Thank you girl for being so kind.Never again will I go to an Applebees. Never..
This has to be the worst dining experience I’ve EVER had! First, walking in, it smelled like old mop water but I over looked it. Secondly the host was unpleasant. He told me the wait was 15 minutes.... I saw 6 booths open and only 1 family was waiting. They weren’t that busy. Some menus fell and he literally kicked them to the side instead of picking them up! So far... I’m confused. Then my spouse and I are finally seated only to over hear another waitress threatening to slap a visionary customer because she had an attitude about the wait before being seated. I continued to sit and wait until we saw a ROACH crawl onto our table in which I had to slide out of the booth and walk out the door. NEVER AGAIN!
The service was very bad. I sat at the bar and waited nearly 35 minutes before my order was taken not only that the bar was nasty it took her at least 20 minutes before clearing it off but didnt wipe it down. I like coming because its close and I have friends that faithfully comes just about every day off the week. The service need to get better along with the attitudes from management down to the waitress, waiters and at the bar.
It was awful! Waited 15 minutes before I was recognized, it took 10 every time I wanted a drink about 15 really, it took 45 minutes for my appetizer, 30 minutes for my food! From entering the door till leaving we were treated great. Very clean very friendly staff. Waiter was attentive without hovering. Food came out hot fresh and was delicious!! My husband had shrimp it was great, i had the chicken cheese penne and i ate every bite! This was a wonderful experience. We loved it
The funny thing is a 3.5 overall is extremely high for this spot.😂 Let’s be honest. The employees and managers can care less about customer service and they are not ashamed to show it. You might get lucky to have that 1 good waiter but that’s like trying your chances in winning the powerball😂
I am a local and I try to support my Neighborhood restaurants. I went today to have lunch with my wife and the hostess was great. It was not busy and she sat us immediately at the table of my choice. We waited 10 minutes.... and then waited 5 more minutes..... the bartender was able to talk football with another patron but did not even acknowledge us. We waited 5 more minutes.... not even a hello. GOODBYE!!!!Water would have been nice. My wife never liked this location because of the smell where they clean the floor with a sour mop. This is not the first time. I guess we can add bad service as well. Hello goes a long way.
This is one location that gives the Applebees franchise a bad name. From the service to the manager, who was very un concerned about customers that spent over two yards on drinks and terrible food. Not sure who the chef was on this day 3.19.21, but please retrain them. I waited over 30 minutes to speak with the manager and he refused to even acknowledge my request..I will not be returning to this location ever!!!
Omg All I can say is Seyerra the waited was HORRIBLE. I ordered the Salmon Dish. So first off she was already disintrested as she came to wait on me but then she took my food to other peoples table twice before bringing it to me. I was horrified. I spoke to the manager Daniel, he was a little disingenuous with his response to my wholw experience with her and everyone seem to be to busy to actually service the table in which they were responsible for.. needless to say it was a lot of in-between sittuation but, I wanted to enjoy my luke warm Salmon and crusted over mashed potatoes the best I could without complaining to much.. needless to say that was a complete waste of 33 for subpar food and the most DRYEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
They were offering a drink special and ran out of an ingredient for the drink. 15 minutes notice another table order the same drink. Didnt let me know they all of a sudden the missing ingredients were in house. No discount no notice not even offer the drink again. Poor management and customer service from waitress. No trust at all. Food wasnt great either. Bad experience, never be back to this Applebees.
Worst restaurant experience ever. It was a 15 min wait for a booth but 4 booths sat empty the whole time we were there. I think its harder for them to clean under booths so theyd rather not have people sit there. Took 30 minutes for a server to show up. She took our order then we didnt see her again. No drink refills, no silverware when the food came, I had to eat my steak with a butter knife. Food was nothing special, not terrible. Waited 10 minutes after paying for someone to walk by so I could get a box. Anyone I flagged down for help acted like I was bothering them. Absolutely horrible service (if you can call it that). I contacted corporate.
Exceptional customer services. The manager (Saturday night) on duty made our dining experience spectacular. Love the ambience and the food was so delicious. Please commend the staff for superb customer services. Will dine again in the very near future. Thanks for making us feel like valued and appreciative customers. May God continually bless you and your staff more abundantly.
Got there and no one was available to seat us. We waited almost 5 minutes. If it was crowded I would understand but it wasn’t. We were seated but it took the waitress almost 5 minutes to come by and tell us she would be right with us then another 7-8 minutes for her to return and get our drinks. 5 more minutes to get our drinks-two waters and a lemonade. The music suddenly turned on and was blasting as if we were in a club. We ask two different servers to please turn it down as we were yelling across the table to speak with each other. They couldn’t find the manager to get it turned down so we eventually left. Meanwhile or server still hadn’t returned to take our order almost 10 minutes after getting drinks. The only reason why I gave 2 stars was because we weren’t charged for the lemonade.
Who rated this place less than 5 stars?!At first I was thrown off, the staff must have been in the process of getting their groove because it took a minute to get seated.It was not long after we ordered our drinks that we received our salad which was part of the 2 for $25 menu.Salads were much bigger than expected!The entreé came out hot. The chicken was excellent it had a great grilled crust around the entire chicken and a moist center. I highly recommend ordering it.The bathrooms were very clean and service was on point.Best Applebees I have ever been to!
Im very disappointed in this place. I chose to go here on Christmas Eve. Brought my family along. We ordered AND paid for the whole meal, right on the spot, after careful deliberation of the menu. It took us almost 40 minutes to get the appetizer. It took us 1 hr and 25 minutes for the adults to get our food. My sons food, ordered off the kids menu, came last. Wasnt what he had ordered and the food was a mess. We were there for over 2hours only to get up and leave, hungry and disappointed.
Me and my husband was out trying to find something to eat it was kind of late it was like two hours into closing when we walked in someone did seat us the waiter was leaning on the wall by the table just looking at us and I had to ask him are you our waiter he said yes are you ready to order 😳like he was just done and over it with a bookbag on his back.. Service was horrible had I not been hungry and it being late I probably would have left it really left me feeling some type of way I wanted to speak with the manager but I really didnt even have the energy for I was just ready to go home
I’m really disappointed. It was my first time here and the drinks I ordered tasted like virgin drinks. When we brought it to their attention they did nothing and blamed it on the fact that the drinks were frozen which should never be the case. We had to order an additional shot to add to it just to taste the alcohol. I don’t drink much so my tolerance is already low and for me to not taste the alcohol was a big deal. The food was okay. Service was faster than expected being that it was busy. Not sure if I will return or not.
I have been coming in for the last 4 days trying to dine in and grab a quick meal at 10:50/11:00, every night they never seat me. The manager says there is an hour wait that’s why they cannot seat me yet there is no one waiting in the sitting area. I’m annoyed because I waste my gas trying to grab a quick meal.The manager Lee was not even considerate that this always happens. I’ll never waste my time at this establishment again.
Walked in waiting to be seated. Was acknowledged by someone sitting down who I thought was waiting to be seated come to find out she was the hostess. She said come on which to me was rude. Waitress Sophia was great. My salmon was a little overcooked. The manager was really nice. He made our visit better...
Place an online order on a Saturday, pickup time 20 min later. I have been waiting for 2 hours for a cheeseburger and chicken wonton. Service at this location SUCKS!! The worse ever, no concern, no apology for the wait, no one answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Last time ever coming here for anything!!! No accountability, bad attitudes and blaming the customers because they cant find the order. Well just remake it and do it now. It should be negative stars because they deserve a -100!

2022-06-08I made a mistake going to this Applebees. Big mistake. My burger was good but the service was terrible. My friend ordered 2 appetizers as her meal. The waitress brought it out as appetizers verses with all the food which was fine but then when mine came, someone else brought it out which left me needing a few condiments. Taylor (our waitress) never came to see if we were ok. Never came to see if we needed anything. Never refilled our drinks. She came only when she absolutely had to. Needless to say, I never got any lime for my Quessadilla, no ketchup or ranch for my fries.....nothing. So I ended up eating without all. Make matters worse, when she finally did come back, my friend told her that the wonton tacos were so spicy she couldnt eat them. We didnt want to put in a complaint or get the tacos taken off the bill, my friend was just letting her know but before she could say anything else, Taylor got a attitude and said she was going to get a manager and stormed off. She was walking back towards our table and I told her we didnt want a manager that she was just letting her know and she said ok and went to get our check.Taylors whole demeanor was terrible. She would walk away when we were speaking and to not check on us not one time and never get a refill, it was just Terrible. You guys know that if I get good service, I will tip as much as the entire check even if it is in the triple digits....but not today. This is why I stay away from chain restaurants. Truly sad.I will never go back to this location. Period.

2022-02-27I came in on a Saturday night and my server was hopkins and he was exceptional. He had many tables with big parties and handled them all mostly alone, with little help, but he was superb. He not once complained, he listened, made sure to check on us along with his other tables and kept up the pace for a busy night. He maybe hands down the best server I have came in contact with, and I have been many places. The front desk host Jonah was also amazing and helpful. They both had excellent customer service and great attitudes. Even the manager was amazing. I had great service tonight and I am beyond satisfied.

Its a lot of people in that commune there often, they all knew each other and when one of them walked in, the other ones would cheer and a happiness would come across the room.The atmosphere was good, my company was great, the music was fantastic and the food was tasty.I had a salad with grilled chicken.The waiter was good but I think he had a lot of tables and he forgot a couple of times what we needed

2022-02-06Mediocre at best. Got there around 10pm late night 1/2 price apps after drinking can’t mess this up right?? Wrong. Got on the waiting list came in soon as the text came in at 9:46 pm was told it was sent @9:23 and I’d now have to wait for a new table okay no problem.Bar seats come avail cool grabs seat.Bartender is nice, pleasant, but bar is dirty syrup everywhere and wet so I ask for it to be cleaned she promptly gets a guy to do it. This fool sprays the bar and me and doesn’t even apologize and then half wiped the area he goes to clean toWhere I take the cleaning supplies he leaves out and redo it myself. Bartender wipes down the remaining syrup okay fine. Wonton tacos have hair in them. Spinach dip is scorched and the boneless wings were the best thing I ordered despite the runny blue cheese. The manager did apologize for the hair in the food and offered to remake but yeah no I’m good on that. I get everywhere is short staffed and patience may be thin but for the most part these folks did work well under pressure, crowds in and out, and people coming in with attitudes and for that reason I could possibly return (after making sure there’s no hair on the plate of course).

2022-05-18Not as bad as I thought..Hadnt been in 10 Years..This used to be my HAPPY HOUR spot..Surprisingly the service was great.The food came out Hot and Cooked to perfection..The manager.A Square who just recently moved to Ga..I was impressed.Staff was a little short handed, yet they handled everything well...The wait was worth it..NOBL1

2021-10-07This location doesn’t care for their guest at all!! I placed my order at 10:45 was told to pick it up at 11:25, I came 5 mins early to pick up my food. Came home hoping for a nice hot meal, the queso isn’t done, my breadsticks where cold and my boneless wing where cold as well and when I called this establishment back before they closed I was told they couldn’t do nothing they do last call at 11:30 even though it closes at 12! Will never come back and don’t recommend to others. I think I’m entitled to a refund as well

2022-01-25It was lunchtime the crowd was light. I wanted to try something new did, didnt really like it it didnt have a flavor to me. I had the shrimp bowl. Ill try something different next time. My daughter had the chicken Alfredo she said it was really good. Waitress was really attentive.
